The Cheesecake Factory

First time in years that I have eaten at a Cheesecake Factory. Our server was great , patient as it took awhile to look through the long menu. The resturant seemed dated, not sure when was the last time they updated their resturants. It was my Birthday dinner they food was good but didn't stand out. I had the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Club ( no cheese or mayo per my request) Cristian had the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic ( said it was alright)

TERRIBLE MANAGER AND SERVICE - DO NOT GO. Long-term Cheesecake factory customer and fan. Arrived alone and 75%-80% of tables were empty. I asked for a table, and was not allowed and made to sit at the bar high tops. I asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman with an Afro came over, arrogant in posture and tone, completely unconcerned and unwilling to help. He stated a nonsense policy, and refused to give me a table despite all being empty (see photos). There was small tables right next to me I could have been sat at and served. They just wanted to ruin my evening - it’s that simple. It is level 150 stupidity. Is there a common sense department I can write to? Look at the photos. Can you imagine not giving a table when you have so many vacant? I said to the manager politely ‘What you are doing is not nice’. He turned his back and walked away. What a disgrace of a supervisor. Leader and customer service training required. Not coming back to Cheesecake Factory. I’m done with this treatment. Making too much money, and have forgotten how to be human. Good riddance.

We came here for dinner looking for something light and The Cheesecake Factory delivered! They have a “Skinny” menu with lighter, but still tasty options. We had a “Chopped Factory salad” and a “Crispy chicken sandwich” (don’t remember the exact names) and both were very tasty. Our server was very attentive and kind, she let us know that food was going to take a little longer and offered more bread and drinks in the meantime. Great experience overall!

It's been for my grandma's birthday 🎂 she was so happy a very calm atmosphere ☺️ the waiter had very nice and very patient with us. The food was delicious. Perfect nothing to say. 👌👌

Today was a disappointing experience at Cheesecake Factory, a restaurant that is very special to our family. Unfortunately, the service has been lacking. We arrived to a restaurant that had plenty of open tables and we were sat quickly yet almost 15 minutes in, no one had come to our table yet. I would like to request that the team improve this aspect, as I hope other customers have a more satisfying experience in the future. Thank you for your attention, and I hope my feedback contributes to improvements.

My wife and I with my brother and his wife went to this restaurant for lunch, my first impression it looked amazing and the selection of cheese cakes looked like you want to try them all, There was a big choice on the menu and for me know I shouldn't have but I just played it save and had fish and French fries. $25 The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, The food was over priced but it was very good quality. This restaurant is well worth a try.

Had Sunday brunch here, and could not have been happier. We stayed at the hotel around the corner so we walked here. We were surprised they were open so early . Walked in and the only people there was the staff. We sat at three bar, and got great service from the bartender. Very attentive, but not over bearing. The food came out in a some what timely manner . It was hot, and tasted spot on. If I tried my best I still couldn’t come up with a complaint about my visit…
