Very good place ! The food is amazing! Very good quality. The filet mignon cooked medium is the best meat I’ve ever tried! Best even than the Argentinean steak! And of course the cheesecakes are also amazing! The godiva chocolate ver good ! The Oreo cookies also is great ! I tried all the ones that were chocolate covered !

The hostess and manager were great , very welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the service from our waiter was disappointing. My Caesar salad came out with no dressing, and I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get the waiter’s attention. I ordered the chipotle pasta and was served a tomato basil pasta instead. At one point, I couldn’t find my waiter anywhere, so I just ended up eating what was brought to me.:/ This was my first time at The Cheesecake Factory in Cambridge, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The food isn’t bad, but it’s not amazing either. For example, the sandwich was actually tasty. The pasta didn’t have much sausage, but the portion was large and it still tasted good. The spicy chicken only had a little bit of hot sauce. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

They were able to accommodate our large party of 11 guests on a Sunday afternoon! The service was excellent and all of our meals were excellent! I ordered the bacon-bacon burger and it was cooked exactly as ordered and was perfect. The burger was well paired with a Sam Adam's Octoberfest! Highly recommend a visit if you are interested the area! Note, I was way too full to have some cheesecake. Wish I had saved room!

Both asparagus and the cheesecake that I got were absolutely delicious!! Came out fast too. I loved the service and the atmosphere was very nice. Will be coming back for sure!

First time in years that I have eaten at a Cheesecake Factory. Our server was great , patient as it took awhile to look through the long menu. The resturant seemed dated, not sure when was the last time they updated their resturants. It was my Birthday dinner they food was good but didn't stand out. I had the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Club ( no cheese or mayo per my request) Cristian had the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic ( said it was alright)

My girlfriend and I stopped by The Cheesecake Factory in Cambridge just to look around, but we decided to stay for a meal. The bill came to about $100, and honestly, the food didn't feel like it was worth that price. The quality was average for what we ordered, and I expected better given the cost. The service was attentive, maybe a little too much -- we felt some pressure with how often the server asked if we were ready or needed something. It started to feel more stressful than helpful. The atmosphere itself was enjoyable -- clean, stylish, good music, and overall a nice environment (I'd rate it 4/5 on that side). In the end, though, the value just wasn't there. For what we paid, the food and overall experience didn't match the price

We were a party of 10 for lunch at the cheesecake factory. The service was very slow and all the meals were brought out at the same time. Some of them have been sitting for a while and we're not hot. I had the omelette with ham, bacon and cheddar cheese. The ham and bacon were so overcooked that it was tasteless, and if there was cheddar cheese in the omelette, I could not find it. The potatoes were overcooked and very greasy. There was a large skirt around the omelette, which had no filling. I doubt I will ever return to the cheesecake factory.

Decided to come to the closest location we can find after the Pru, this is the spot. We didnt have a reservation but still tried our luck. The hostess told us 10 mins wait but then we waited for half an hour almost which was fine but when we went to check they were saying they were cleaning tables but I saw there was was like more than 5 tables ready, I dont understand. When we were finally seated, I asked the hostess for a high chair for my toddler but then she just walked around and went back to the front. I looked at her name and it was Daniela! She didnt look very happy to help us so I just grabbed the thing myself since I saw them in the other corner of the place. I was disappointed since I also saw her chitchatting with some other server that was bringing some food. The food I got was way too over seasoned. Maybe we will try a different location next time. I just want to stress out how DISAPPOINTED I WAS WITH THIS DANIELA, SHE NEEDS TO IMPROVE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!!

I come here for the Brussel sprouts. They are so crispy. So delicious. Incredible. Idk how they make them so crispy. Their food is bc good too but THE BRUSSELS ARE SO GOOD.

The food was surprisingly good and the service was surprisingly bad. Highly recommend the fried macaroni and cheese, chicken taquitos, and bistro burger! The burger came on a baguette which was nice and different and the combination of flavors really popped. We sat in the bar to take advantage of happy hour (discounted apps and small plates). To start, we never got served bread, despite asking 2 separate staff members. In fact, our full meal arrived and we had to ask again for bread before it finally came out. Kind of messed up the whole order of things. When our food arrived, we had to remind the server we hadn't received any utensils yet :/ She rarely checked on us and it was clear our table was not the priority. After our meal, we decided to grab a slice of cheesecake and ordered at the counter. The employee who took the order as payment told us she'd let us know when it was ready---spoiler alert: she did not let us know. We waited several minutes and finally went back to the counter only to find our cheesecake just sitting there by the cashier. Hello!

Weirdly empty at 6:30 on a Thursday but I'm not complaining. One of the better Cheesecake Factory experiences I've had which is great because even when the craving hits I avoid the pru location at all costs. That one is loud, not clean, the worst service and he food quality is pretty low. THIS LOVATION THO? Yummy. Gosh damn yummy. The bartender seemed happy to be there or as happy as you can be working and was friendly and bright. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I usually don't do cocktails bc of weird allergies for most things they use but I tried my hand at the Paloma Rosa and it is incredible. Give me 14 right now. Portions are as usual massive and the decor is that classic cheesecake vibe. **the only thing I'll point out is on the receipt the tip percentages they suggest were not accurate. My bill was $39 and I was being told $9 and change, almost $10, was 20% tip. I've heard of spots doing this and buffing up because ppl don't do the math and like the ease of copying in the "pre done math" and it's very shady. So definitely do your own math.

Highly recommend the Steak Diana with the Shrimp Scampi. -- The entree comes with mashed potatoes, but I recommend substituting it with angel hair at no additional charge. And ask the food runner to top your pasta off with Parmesan. Everything was just A+!

Ordered takeout via DoorDash. The food was in surprisingly good condition given the wait. There's tons of options both food and cheesecake wise, and I ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and tex mex eggrolls. The cheesecake was great, given the caramel wasn't overpowering or too rich. The avacado cream with the eggrolls was excellent and the eggrolls themselves were also pretty good. Only detraction was from the hair I found in my last eggroll, but I would still order from there again.

We went down to see the Harry Potter exhibit and we went in for a quick bite for lunch. We were greeted by our waiter he was excellent. We got avocado spring rolls and they were awesome places is busy the ambience is nice. Definitely would come back huge huge menu Our waiters name was Nate he was great! thank you Anthony

We got seated in this corner and passed by for over 20 mins. Worse it was by our service. Aftwr sometime we called him over and asked who our server was, he replied with "no one told me they sat you down". Clearly he saw us I made eye contact with him so much I believed he couldn't have been our server even though he has the table near ours. After that everything was smooth, I ordered the meatloaf which is really good. My friend had the fried shrimp which was really good too. My mashed was a Lil weird on the top like it was heat lamped to gooeyness but I removed the top layer and it was delish. I swear they have the best mashed. Their lemon drops never fail me, and that peach lemonade tho $6 tastes so good a Lil worth it. Their big glasses too.

This place never does it for me with the food. It's overpriced and not exciting. However the 4 stars is 100% about the bar. It's a good place to chill and have a drink alone or with a group.

Our server was nice and of course the menu had a mind blowing amount of options. We ordered the street corn which was very tasty. I ordered the Chipotle chicken pasta (suppose to be spicy according the menu). It was not spicy at all, it was actually more sweet than anything else. It was decent. The appetizer and actual meal wasn't bad by any means. Neither are dishes I would return for. I ordered the Oreo cheesecake which was definitely a disappointment!

I wasn't going to do this, but I'm still really irritated by my experience. Went to The Cheesecake Factory with my friend who lives in the area after we attended the Harry Potter Experience saturday night. The hosts were very friendly, but the service after that was very very poor. After waiting 20 minutes for our server, she greeted us at our table saying "sorry I almost passed out, I'll be with you in a minute". My friend and I look at each-other and continued to wait for her to come back to take our drink order. After she returned, she took our drink and food order, we were given bread and butter without silverware or napkins. Our server went MIA for at least 45 minutes. I ordered the basic green salad with avocado and shrimp, my friend ordered the Thai chicken salad. Once our food arrived, I noticed and completely forgot that I did not order a dressing at the time of ordering my salad. So once I asked for oil and vinegar, our server had this expression on her face of "oh we don't have that" but didn't day anything like "oh I'm so sorry we don't have that" or something along those lines, so after she didn't say anything, I said "ranch is fine as well" and she walked away from our table before we could ask for silverware. Once she returned with my dressing, we asked for silverware. She brought a singular plate with 2 forks on top of it..? Then when we asked for napkins, she rolled her eyes, went over to the POS system by the bar window throwing her hands up in the air (we were sitting at one of the high tops so it was very easily noticeable) then brought us over what looked like little bar (glass) napkins. She did not check on us throughout our meal. After we were done, we ordered cheesecake to go. We got the check, and waited for another 20-30 minutes before she came back over. We had noticed there was a table that was sat in the same section as our server, and they had waited 20-30 minutes for her as well. I am not the "Karen" type. It was a busy night. We waited a bit for our meals, but very understandable as to why! but I am not sure what happened with our server. I genuinely hope she's okay! I'm not sure if she was feeling unwell, her facial expressions and slurring of words was concerning. But overall that was the worst experiences I have ever had and I'm genuinely still irritated about it. It was my first time in Boston, and my last night before coming home. Unfortunate that my trip ended on such a sour note during my last night in the city.

I came here to pick up cheesecakes for the house. It's my standard for cheesecake and should be everyone's standard. That's why I pick it up on the way home. It's pretty convient especially after shopping at Cambridge side galleria mall. I don't care much about the food here because it's often time greasy even for my fat sugary butt.

I was truly hoping to see some improvement from from the last time I've been here... Our server Rafael was very kindhearted. I don't blame him where the issue lies. He brought us the usual delicious rolls but today no squaw bread, just the sourdough. I ordered an impossible burger with a side salad dressing in the side and an additional side of fries. I asked for no tomatoes on both. A simple request for someone who has allergies. Well, my burger had tomatoes in it. I go to this location for its convenience. I've been to this restaurant chain in other locations for a long time and have had great service and great food in the past. Only this location they seem to be sub par. My burger was good. The salad was ok. Nothing spectacular about it. Unfortunately here they don't take allergies too seriously.

I ordered the pasta da vinchi with salmon.... This is by far THE WORST pasta da vinci I've ever tasted. There's no taste!!! They didn't even try this is so disappointing. What a disappointment and waste of money. No wonder this cheesecake location was empty !! This might be the worst Cheesecake Factory in Massachusetts

Smelly restroom, no toilet seat covers, toilet seat marred; not enough waiters and had to delay seating and ordering. Too long. 3 dirty bread plates, brought a dish of lemons although we asked for water, no lemon. Loud music and difficult to hear/talk. Tried to seat us with a family crowd with little kids, and although loads of empty booths and tables, had to go back and be reseated? Maybe no help! Waiter held water glasses with his dirty fingers instead of by handles or around the glasses. Gnats flew around our food.

Tonight my twin and I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Cambridge, and I couldn't wait to leave a review for Dalia C. She was an exceptional waitress! I was unsure about which drink to choose, and her recommendation led me to my new favorite. Dalia was a true pleasure to interact with. We can't wait to come back!

I usually really like going to Cheescake factory due to their large array of menu options to fulfill almost any craving, but my lunch here took way longer than expected. We came here as a party of five and ordered pretty quickly, and all but one order arrived within half an hour. The last order took an extremely long time, then we found a hair in it, so we had to return that dish and wait for the remake. This all took about an hour, and although the staff was very friendly about it and refunded us for this dish, it was still a long hassle for lunch. I wouldn't discourage anyone from coming here but I think there are plenty of better lunch options in the same price range nearby.

You know, I was delightfully surprised with the experience I had here based on reviews. You know what you're getting at Cheesecake Factory, and it's a reasonable portion, a million options, and a decent meal. Our server was friendly, albeit it not too enthusiastic, and our food was actually really good. Had a drink and a bite that was fairly priced compared to what's out there nowadays. No complaints

I placed a to go order online from this Cheesecake Factory and it was perfect! The dumplings and lettuce wraps combined perfectly in terms of flavor and was just the right amount of food. Not pictured but I also ordered a key lime cheesecake slice and it was perfect, not too sweet or tart. The order was ready right at the time estimate it said online and pickup was seamless from the cheesecake checkout section. My only con is that I asked for extra sauce with the lettuce wraps but it wasn't included. Thankfully though the lettuce wraps had plenty of sauce already so extra wasn't needed!

Terrible portion sizing for takeout orders. This fish and chips was $25!!!!! it came with 4 pieces of fish about the size of my THUMB

My girlfriend's friends and I wanted to be spontaneous for our dinner during our hangout the other day. We came across this Cheesecake Factory. The experience was sub-standard for me comparing to other cheese cake factories I been to around Massachusetts. We were given bread but waited to get water(which have us waiting a good 10 mins). I don't want to eat dry bread with no water. Also I wish the waiter is more attentive with service as well (I probably saw him a total of 2 times during our meal) The scampi was standard and the herb crusted salmon was a bit underwhelming. I say the only dish that was slightly above average for me were the fried Mac n' Cheese Balls. I would probably not go back to this Cheesecake Factory. After a couple of hours, it made my girlfriend's stomach aching for a while.

I ordered two shrimp scampi and a crusted chicken Romano and all three pastas barely had enough sauce to even remotely coat the pasta. It was on the side and not actually on the pasta. When I called to speak to the manager he seem just to say that it is what it is.

Good location. We were definitely surprised that it was not hard to get a table in a city like Boston at 8pm on a Saturday night. Where we come from it would normally be a 2 hour wait minimum with those circumstances. Staff was very friendly but service was a bit slow. Could have been that they were more busy than they're used to, which is what I find is the case for many restaurants in this area. Definitely not used to the fast paced environments we come from in CA. Definitely not disappointed with the food or the atmosphere. It's not the closest to us, but it's nice to know when you go the a cheesecake factory location that you're going to get great food.

Ordered items that I usually don't at Cheesecake Factory! All the food was really good. The chicken in the gravy/bacon/mushroom was the perfect combo. The street corn was also delicious but I just love elote. I wish the corn was either the entire cob or entirely off the cob and not just this weird in between (made it a bit hard to eat). As always, cheesecake was delicious. Even though the food was good, giving it 3 stars specifically for the service. I wish the staff was more attentive to our table and check in. It especially took quite a long time to order.

Not the best experience at this restaurant...Came here tonight for a friend's birthday and we left pretty disappointed. To start, the table was not properly cleaned and had a residue on it, the silverware was dirty and the water glasses had old food stuck on them. We needed to have all our silverware and cups changed due to them being dirty. Our waitress was nice but she seemed very busy and was rushing us and wouldn't let us get a sentence out before running away to do another task. The food was actually great but the atmosphere and the service was subpar at best.

The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp. I expected it to be spicy but it wasn't. The rice didn't taste properly cooked and there was only 5 shrimp in the dish. I also ordered a soda and the waitress didn't come around to give me a refill till the very end of the meal when she brought the bill. The complimentary bread I received was by far the best part of the meal. Although the restaurant seemed nice and fancy, I will not be coming back here after the service and food I received. There's a reason this place has 2.8 stars and I'll be wiser in the future.

I just left the the Cambridge Galleria cheesecake factory where I witnessed two children sitting at the bar with their mother on a bar stool . When I pointed this out to Isaac manager he seems to tell me it was perfectly legal. I know it's not legal. They were at a bar with grownups drinking liquor it is not allowed in Massachusetts, The kids sitting on a barstool drinking water they were probley 8 to ten years old 2 children I couldn't even eat. My husband was getting really upset because I was bothered !!! Two small children sitting at a bar disgusting. Issacc did finally move them, but it completely ruined out night. The mother should be ashamed of herself and the workers bartenders acting like it was normal the manager of the cheesecake factory, walked by them several times and never even did anything.. Plenty tables he did finally move them after a half hour and me telling him !!! Way too late wonder if this happens all the time ? Why doesn't the staff know better ? The laws and your policies should definitely be reviewed with this entire staff!!!

Shrimp scampi served without the pasta?????... Is this the new method of downsizing a meal??? Force you to complain about it so you feel better about eating your meal? Make you late for your next appointment cause they have to redo the meal?

Went shopping and was able to get seated here with no reservation. All of the staff were really friendly. The pineapple cherry limeade soda is so tasty! I'm gluten free due to celiac. The fryers here for French fries are dedicated to just fries so they're gluten free. I was able to get a burger with a gluten free bun. They also gave me a gluten free bun and butter so I would have bread to munch on before my meal like everyone else. I then got the Godiva chocolate cheesecake with is also gluten free.

Cheesecake Factory was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Chicago, and I have been to the one in Vegas. I never had a bad meal or bad service. I went to the Cambridge on a day trip tour. We had to choose from a limited menu. That being said, I ordered fish and chips. I love fish. However, the fish was barely okay. The fries looked great, but I could only eat 3 due to their being overly salted (tasted as if a whole container of salt had been poured onto them). When it came to dessert, I said no whip cream (allergic). Cake comes with cream; told the waiter, I said no cream and to take it back. Comes back with same piece with most of the cream wiped off but there was still some. I was furious. Waiter makes a sarcasm remark as well as a smirk. Finally, I get the cake--it was a small piece (seems they took one piece and spilt into 4 for the package deal). It was not tasty at all. Did complain to the manager who was rather sarcastic and says, you got your cake. I replied only for I complained. Also, stated one should not have to get mad in order to get what they wanted. The food just was not at the level I expected. The service--what a joke--total disrespect from server as well as management. Don't go. After this experience, I have no desire to ever go to any Cheesecake Factory restaurant.

We visited on a Sunday evening. I have been to this place before. And i have loved the food always. We ordered Diet Coke, Margarita - i could taste the ready mix, it was too sweet, factory nachos and a veggie burger. I had heard about Nachos here but was trying for the first time. The nachos were super fresh, the guac wasn't. But overall, loved it. The veggie burger came with fries. The burger was amazing. Fries weren't even warm, and were okay. Overall the food is good here, so is the taste, the service and the quantity for the amount you pay. I will definitely visit again.

Slow as watching grass grow. Avoid here for the Harry Potter experience we should have picked somewhere else.

Chain restaurants are pretty consistent: you know what you're getting every time. We ordered 2 burgers & 2 cheesecake slices online for pickup. It took about 10 minutes to pay & collect our food. My boyfriend got the classic burger with a vanilla bean cheesecake and I got a veggie burger with a tiramisu cheesecake. If you're vegetarian, I highly recommend the veggie burger; it's an actual created patty made from farro, etc. and was really yummy! The cheesecake slices were a lot smaller than they used to be; not sure if it's just this location or a standard cheesecake practice. They didn't get our orders completely right: I asked for romaine lettuce and was given arugula, and my boyfriend asked for no pickles but was given pickles. But, it was still a positive experience and everything was packaged extremely neatly so I can't complain. I would recommend coming here for take out, especially during COVID. Each take out order comes with bread too!

Service was fantastic except for the end of the night when we tried to get our parking ticket validated. Noticed two young girls wearing all black sitting by the cheesecake section seating on their phones (one blonde with glasses, one dark brunette), and I asked if they worked at the front desk (as the desk was unmanned and we needed to validate parking). They both said no with bewildered looks and as I went back to the front to wait for staff, the brunette one walked over to validate our parking. My family asked what happened to me, and as I explained the exchange to them, the brunette wanted to be a smart alek and chime in that she was off the clock with an attitude. Oooh fancy. If that's the case, grab someone else to help me or say you're off the clock instead of saying no. The level of problem solving and customer service seems to be at an all time low, sprinkled in with some weird sense of attitude. Please train your front end staff better. After having a lovely meal, I don't need teenagers with bad customer service ruining things.

Ordered a few slices of cheesecake and a few menu items for delivery. Surprised by the poor reviews - each slice of cheesecake was well packaged and had all the bells and whistles you'd expect dining in. (Whipped cream, really nice presentation). I've always really enjoyed everything I've ordered from the menu and the same was true tonight. Really love these restaurants. One thing is for sure - There is something for everyone here. The menu is not lacking in delicious reading material.

We went there after our visit to the Harry Potter exhibition, the food was very good, the service from our waiter was also very good, he was very polite and friendly, delicious espresso martini, almost everything went fine but it's a shame that the hostesses had a bad attitude, how the hostess make you feel defines the experience sometimes, I think they should improve their customer service, because they were rude to us, they made us feel unconfortable, they had a mocking attitude all the time, we waited unnecessarily 15 minutes for a table, which had been unoccupied since we arrived, they even sat people first who arrived after us, one of them walked us to the table without saying a single word, she just dropped menus and walked away, we said thank you and we got an aye roll as an answer.

My sisters and I came here yesterday for my birthday & the wait was 20 minutes but the restaurant was empty. So after about 20 minutes we opted to just sit at the bar. Christian was getting off work and he was very nice, but there was another bartender coming in for the day and she was very rude to him. there's a way to say things to someone without being demeaning. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. He handled it very well and probably is used to it. As she asked if I was ready to order a drink I knew what I wanted to eat already. Chicken samosas and crab bites, that's what I mainly came for. She proceeds to tell me there is no chicken & no crab. But at this point I've already waited, ordered drinks, and starving so we stayed unfortunately. We ordered tequila shots, green tea shots (weak) & a few mixed drinks that were also watered down. There was a manager behind the bar assisting with orders and drinks as well. We Ordered calamari (wasn't bad but could've been crispier), southwest egg rolls (lacking filling and flavor). The factory combination with Madeira and scampi was good but my sister requested well done steak and it was cooked medium. I ordered pasta di vinci and it was bland and lacking sauce. The pasta was not thoroughly cooked and barely any mushrooms. I was so over it that I didn't even get any pics other than the cake We opted out of ordering additional meals as service, food and drinks were sub par. They did bring out cheesecake & sing happy birthday but I'm sure I probably paid for it lol The bread & butter was phenomenal

I feel like the Cheesecake Factory is one of those places you go to knowing you entree will be mid but the dim lighting, the little loaves, and the prospect of a shirley temple just keeps you coming back.

My acquaintances and i had a reservation for 7:30 and we did not seated until 8:15. i believe that it is because we are between the ages of 15-16, however i dont know.

I went to The Cheesecake Factory tonight with my wife and ordered the Impossible Burger. While waiting, we received the bread, which is usually good, but it was burnt this time. They brought us more bread, but that was stale. When my Impossible Burger arrived, it seemed undercooked. I mentioned my concerns to the manager and expressed to him that I will never return. I didn't have any issues with the waitress, though; she did her job well.

My family and I came on a weekday evening for dinner. It was quite crowded, so we had to wait 30 minutes before being seated. We ordered the fish and chips, pasta da Vinci, and shrimp and chicken gumbo. The fried fish was nice and fluffy! It also wasn't too greasy, which was great! The pasta da Vinci was also pretty good. The portion size was large, so it we had a lot to pack up. I really liked the big pieces of mushroom in the pasta. The gumbo was very disappointing. It didn't taste like normal gumbo, and the chicken pieces were quite rubbery. Overall, we had a good time. We would re-order the fish and chips and pasta da vinci, but we'll steer clear of the gumbo.

Cheesecake Factory will never get old, they have the best mashed potatoes of any Eatery. And this Cambridge Side Galleria location has the best lemon drops of all the Cheesecake Factories. As always the portions that you get here are way more than what you pay for, so you're guaranteed to not only eat on a budget but be satisfied.

Pros--service was great. Great server. Food abs drink came promptly. Tempura shrimp very good. Mac and cheese balls very good. Cons--now I realize why it was practically empty. Food was no where near up to Cheesecake Factory standards. Daughters pasta dish was gummy and clumpy. Other daughters Caesar salad was wilted and tasted off. Almost sent it back. Pretty pricey meal. $85-before tip. Only one beer. Not going back. Has turned me off all Cheesecake Factories.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Last night we ordered a pickup order. We ordered a cob salad with chicken and a request for extra avocado. We also ordered a chopped salad with NO CHICKEN, but salmon, please. Where do I start? 1. We ordered the chopped salad--NO CHICKEN or bacon. We wanted Salmon on it. It arrives with NO SALMON, WITH CHICKEN. 2. We ordered a Cobb Salad with chicken and extra avocado. Avocado was definitely not extra. 3. I have eaten many of these salads---the protein always comes as a whole or sliced grilled chicken breast--or a whole salmon filet in one piece. The chicken on (unfortunately) both of these salads came as very small flakes, sprinkled over the top of the salad. It had the appearance of canned cat food. This is the third time our take outs were totally screwed up. I suggest you stay away. We were so disgusted we just threw it all away. They are hopeless.

I don't know what is this 3 piece meat on my plate and supposed to pay $27 for. No flavor cold. I hate mushrooms that was all over my tiny steak. Shrimp scandalous and steak Diane is crap. There nothing on my plate just space n sauce. At least the calamari was good give then that. Not happy at all didn't even want to eat my food how mad i was.

This place is a zoo. It doesn't seem organized at all. I watched the waiters walking around confused with meals all night. Tried to serve us something we didn't order. When the guy had our food, I watched him go the other way, he made eye contact with me, asked someone where to go and finally made it to our table. We waited to even be asked for drink orders by someone who was stepping in for whoever was out actual waiter. The food was okay. It seems like quality of food and service has gone down significantly here.
