Came in for some dinner on a Saturday and the wait was pretty long (1 hour-1hour 30min) but we waited anyway. Once we were called in we got bread which was delicious by the way! We order our appetizers and the calamari is some of the best for sure and the quesidillas were great aswell. I got a spicy vodka pasta and I tore it all the way up very delicious! Our waitress was AMAZING! She was so kind and attentive and had an amazing aura (if that makes sense) she was great! I wish I got her name so I could've given a shout out but she was great! Excellent service. Overall experience was wonderful.

The food here is always excellent. I tried something new from the skinnyliscious menu. Soft tacos with a vegetable salad. It was great. My wife got the regular tacos and was quite pleased. Mother-in-law got the shrimp scampi, which she asked for more sauce. It was all great. The front was crowded when we came in and there was a lot of mall traffic going on. I think they were coming in to use the restroom. It was very busy and there was a lot of staff, but food took a bit longer than expected. All in all, I would go again, just be sure to make reservations otherwise it can be more than an hour wait.

Great food but my partner food had to be remade which was alright I guess but the second time it come out right ! 👏she loves it thanks 😊 overall 8 and egg rolls avocado and cheeseburger can’t go wrong with those my cheese was a little cold but it was still good

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday tonight and had an amazing experience. We had a couple extra guests show up and the manager AJ did a fabulous job accommodating our party without adding too much time to our wait time. Our server Michael was equally amazing. He was very attentive and polite. He came around often and was on top of our needs. He made sure my husband's steak was cooked to perfection. Shout out to the cooks as well. We always have a good experience at this location but tonight was superb! Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!

My family and I dined here recently. The wait for a table was about 1 hour, which wasnt horrible because its attached to the mall, so we were able to walk around during our wait. I ordered orange fried cauliflower with rice and veggies, which I saw on their televisions in the waiting area promoting their dishes, though when I went to order, it was not listed on the menu. As there arent many vegetarian dishes, the waiter recommended ordering it anyway, though I was not able to get a concrete detailing or price for the dish. I ordered it with a green/garden salad. Though we all ordered at the same time, all of the plates came out very staggered, at about 15 minutes after one another. This was troublesome for those at the table who wanted to respectfully wait for everyone's food to arrive before eating, but also didn't want their food to get cold. The waiter did not visit our table too often which did not give off a welcoming feel. While all of these things happened, the biggest reason I will never return is because while we were seated to eat, the waiting area was not regulated, and people waiting to get their tables began to surround the filled dining tables and booths, which was both extremely uncomfortable and a large health and safety hazard in my opinion. The garden/green salad looked/tasted very rushed - sparse in vegetables, unclean lettuce, etc. The orange fried cauliflower was very dry and looked nothing like the image (which was all I had to reference). As a whole, I would never recommend this eatery to anyone else. I was so disappointed that I completely skipped dessert. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

We love eating here. Why do they place the silverware directly on the table? That bugs me soo much. Those stuffed mushrooms are a delight. Too bad they are so small. We need 2 orders so my son and I don't have to share. Staff is always great. Except today, the Hostess had a dull vibe. Showed us to our table, dropped the menus and walked away like we were not behind her. Not Cheesecake worthy. She needs to go be rude elsewhere. Our waitress was great. We enjoyed our lunch. But that silverware 🫤.

Okay so I'm kind of a foodie! I ordered the Chinese chicken salad, yet it was very fresh and a large portion. I was extremely disappointed to find. Not much chicken in it though! Did have a slice of cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. Sweet but not over sweet. Would I go back again? Not so sure

Boo! Why did I pay $7 for three tablespoons of corn? Disappointed I was shortchanged on a side of corn when everything else was superb. Service - amazing. Freshness of our other items - excellent. CCF is typically so consistent on portions which is why we come here. Our order of corn at table side was pretty much a full bowl. Takeout corn is three tablespoons. I feel dumb. Waste of money.

Took me a while to actually come here because last time I had cheesecake factory years ago I had food poisoning. Waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. Location is within the mall next to the movie theater and very busy with a lot of people. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I got the steak tacos and the burger. Usually I'd get a cheesecake too but trying to cut back on the sweets! Overall I would definitely come back to this location. Great food and great service.

Update: Their manager, Nancy called me to apologize for the incident. I definitely appreciate her taking the time to speak with me. I didn't get her name, but she's tall, blonde, and has short shoulder length hair. Server brought out a dry overcooked steak. I'm not one to complain, but it was my birthday and I'm pregnant so I wanted to enjoy it. The manager brought out a new steak and said, "you asked for it well done, of course it's going to be dry. There was nothing wrong with it" She caught me off guard arriving at our table with attitude. There was no need. I didn't even say anything to her. At this point my family was done eating and her attitude made me sad (hormones ) so I just took it to go. Also, I'm 7 months pregnant and love a good steak. There's a difference between well done and chalky, overcooked steak. Highly recommend going to Wood Ranch for their steak!! I should've gone there, but we had just went for Father's Day the weekend before. I hope management sees this. She needs to be demoted asap. Give the manager position to someone else.

Bottom line: hire more employees! Wait is waaaaay too long for what it is. There's a long wait for when they call you. Then you have to stand in the waiting area to be seated. At work I have to stand all day long. I don't want to be standing for extended periods of time if I don't have to on my days off. Plus you're waiting to be seated while squished with the people who are waiting to be called along with the people who are waiting to put their names in. I guess this is corporate's way of creating hype for the place. Doesn't do it for me. I just find it as an annoyance. I feel bad for the employees because you're creating this atmosphere where the customers are being seated and they're already in a bad mood. The servers themselves are very friendly and polite. I'm sure what they do can be very draining so I really appreciate their upbeat positivity. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside. They have an outside seating area which is gorgeous. Plants all around and a really nice fountain. Food... set aside 2 hours on a weekday afternoon to eat here before a movie. 2 hours wasn't enough. Food had to be remade because "it wasn't made right" according to employees. When the food finally came, the quality was below ok. Just not worth it. $60 for 2 people. No more. No thanks.

The brunch menu slaps! I enjoyed all of the crispy edges on the cinnamon roll pancakes. The glaze was also really good. It can be hard to get bacon just right without it being too crispy or undercooked. But here at CF in Cerritos, they get it just perfect. I washed it all down with a cocktail with a grapefruit vibe and a cup of black decaf coffee. Ah! The perfect Sunday brunch!

Date night with the First Laddy and dinner. I had a great evening at the bar today, and I had some wonderful conversations with Robert and Ricardo. The service was exceptional - it seems like the team is really stepping up their game. They rolled out the red carpet and treated us wonderfully. Hats off to the management for hiring such a great team. Thank you!

Nephew really enjoyed his kids meals sliders and his Shirley temple. He wanted me to wrote this review. He said he cannot wait to come back to try something else on the menu.

It was a Saturday morning and I was craving breakfast. A friend recommended The Cheesecake Factory omelette. They informed me they serve breakfast all day, unbeknownst to me. I ordered their create your own omelette- cheese, sausage, mushrooms, spinach along with country potatoes and wheat bread. I placed the order for pick up and it was very convenient. The food was ready on time. Omelette was good but I did not like their sausage. Definitely will not order sausage again but will do a different protein or veggie. I placed their bread and potatoes in my air fryer for a couple minutes and they were sooooo good! I have been craving it almost daily now. I will definitely order their omelette to go when I don't feel like cooking at home.

This was my first time at this location. I ordered for pick up only so I didn't check out the dining area. I feel like all Cheesecake Factory have the same aesthetic. I like that this one had a huge outdoor patio. I got Renee's Special with the Chicken Almond Salad sandwich with Cream of Chicken soup. Service was fast, restaurant was busy even at 9:30pm. My food was ready exactly 15 minutes after ordering. The soup was still piping hot but I felt it was very salty. I tried dipping my bread in it but it didn't really help. I had the sandwich the next day and I did toast the bread to crisp it up. The sliced bread was a little slim but that allowed it to crisp fast. The sandwich was delicious! The almonds were still crunchy and the green salad was fresh.

5 stars for the wonderful service that Lindsay G provided . Please give her a raise !! My family loved her as she was patient with us, helpful, & knowledgable regarding the menu & food options. She is young but very mature & has amazing customer service skills. The service can easily ruin the experience & make someone not want to return again but her service was lovely & will definitely bring customers back . I've had horrible service at other locations but glad this time everything went perfect . My only complaint is that I'd love for the Georgia peach to be included in the happy hour, the price is a little high . I think more people would enjoy them if they were included on that menu or price was lowered.

This location of this Cheesecake Factory has a large and open patio that was designed well. There's even a fountain and is bright and airy. The ambiance was so comfortable and inviting to add an extra layer to your meal. We were greeted promptly by our server and timed everything well to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I had the chopped salad and my wife had the chicken tacos from the Skinnylicious Menu which were tasty and delicious. We ate on a Thursday early afternoon and service was fast. Of course, had a slice of Adam's peanut butter cheesecake which reminded me of a Snickers candy bar. Yummy! I ordered a Coconut Mojito which was great!!! Lots of parking. If you enter from the mall, the front desk is up front.

Let's start by service , I really didn't mind the wait but after it was our turn to get sitted ( this around 7:30 pm ) the blond lady at front desk booth was rude , with attitude saying move to the side , then our waitress did her job well but definitely had the look of I don't want to be here , so got served with no grace ... now place is cozy and very elegant and cool looking specially bathroom has this cool sink .. When it comes to food , definitely they really is saving this place as is really good , everything that we got was great flavor and good portions , This place just need better customer service training to their employees, more empathy and smile doesn't hurt

The ambiance is always nice in the patio, bar and restaurant areas. We were told the complimentary bread was in the oven; so we had to wait. It was lunchtime so we felt as if the server, Romy, was working hard to serve her tables. The avocado egg rolls were crispy on the outside and were yummy. The recipe (for the only dish I ever order), Spicy Cashew Chicken, has changed, it now has snow peas and mushrooms. The flavor is pretty much the same.

Obviously, the cheesecake is fire because that's what they're all about but my favorite meal would have to be the meatballs. They are so delicious.

Thanks Pedro for serving us ladies today. My friends and I had a late Galentines brunch. We had a couple drinks and some salmon. Really yummy. Portions were pretty big. Worth the price? Yeah kinda. Lol. It was busy on Saturday, but when is CF ever not busy? Anyway, we loved our server. He was awesome. He brought us basket of bread right away without us even asking. He refilled our drinks, made sure food was good. He's awesome.

Manager and hostess are horrible with customer service! Please Cheesecake Factory pay your employees so they can give customers better service!!!

The menu is so extensive I always get overwhelmed. Ever since my high school years, the rare time I come to Cheesecake Factory, my go to has been the Shepard's pie It's like a beef stew with mashed potatoes and it's amazing! We all know if we go to Cheesecake Factory it's for their bread not cheesecake right? lol Jokes aside, we did decide to try one cheesecake. It was the mango keylime pie but it was super delicious to my surprise. I don't know about the coconut crust, I'm on the fence about it but the tastiness is the lime and mango tasted so good!!! 10 of us shared one, but I always feel like the cheesecake here is so heavy it was a perfect amount for me!

Cheesecake is just okayy to me. This location did not wow me either. But a few positives/negatives! Positives: Convenient location in Cerritos mall, large dining area, cute outdoor area, fast service, friendly staff, BIG portion sizes, fried mac & cheese (a must!!!) Negatives: BIG portion sizes lol, huge crowd, pasta carbonara (added chicken for $6 more, and got like 5 small shreds of chicken - we asked the server for more, and she kindly gave us some on the side TY)!

It's been a minute since my last visit to any Cheesecake Factory. We recently dined here for an early dinner and to use up a few gift cards. We checked in with the host, and many diners were waiting to be called. We waited for about 20 min for an available table. Food (recently eaten) - Shrimp Scampi - a classic at CF with a lot of garlic, and the shrimp was fried and tasty. Angel hair pasta was perfect. - Shrimp and Chicken gumbo - flavorful and hearty. There wasn't any shrimp when it arrived, but the manager apologized and brought the shrimp on the side with the gumbo sauce. - SkinnyLicious® Asian Chicken Salad - good but really light on the dressing. had to ask for a little more dressing on the side. - Tropical Ginger Cooler - refreshing but so little due to the ice and fancy glass it comes in. I drank it all in a few sips. - Street Corn - a delicious starter, fun to eat but a little messy Pros: - An extensive menu to choose from. Something for everyone in your party - The restaurant can accommodate many diners with indoor and outdoor tables. - SkinnyLicious® menu - The cheesecakes are so good! Cons: - There are too many items on the menu, ironically. - Service can be slow during peak dining hours (lunch and dinner) - Food can be mediocre to I'd-get-that-again delicious. Overall, it was a decent experience. We had a few issues with the food, but the manager and a kind server quickly resolved them. Our recent experience is a 3.5/5 stars but rounded up for the good service and consistency in the restaurant game.

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Cerritos for a family dinner last week. While the chicken tenders lacked flavor and the mac & cheese was just mediocre, the mashed potatoes were a hit. Be prepared for a long waits the place is popular, though service could be improved. Despite some downsides, it's still a decent spot for a family meal. I think the cheesecake factory prices are very reasonable they even have small plates. That are suitable for anyone on a budget. Pretty much always crowded. Overall great ambience.

Old fashioned hamburgers are good, finger-licking too. But the place in Cerritos is so dark for visually-impaired senior lady. Maybe light colored wood panel would do instead of dark color

The food was amazing! See photos of just the appetizer and dessert we got yesterday evening. The waiter was so polite. I enjoyed my family time in the family atmosphere. Parking was good too. Great place for two or the whole family.

Today was a beautiful day. Had to run some errands and stopped by for lunch, I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was good. I will most definitely be coming back.

Staff & server were very nice and attentive. This review is primarily for the food. We ordered brussel sprouts, the steak Diane & a pasta. First of all.. the brussel sprouts came out SO BURNT and it was ALL leaves lol, only 3 sprouts. For $12, I would expect more than just leaves. Since they were burnt, we couldn't eat them. The steak Diane and chicken were good, but the pasta wasn't good. Chicken was over cooked and sauce was lacking flavor. I usually leave good reviews; but the food made that night was underwhelming.

It was my first time at the Cerritos location, and after having a bad experience at the HB location- I didn't really have high expectations for this restaurant. Our party of 4 checked in at 6pm on a Saturday evening and were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. We did not get seated until 7:15, so the wait was definitely more than just 30-40 minutes. That was the downside of this experience. They kept telling us we were next but let in larger parties that checked in after us. -1 for the wait Everything we ordered was good. We got the spicy chicken chipotle pasta, fried Mac and cheese, fried zucchini, and roadside sliders. The one thing that was NOT appetizing was the pasta carbonara with chicken. Ok so it hops from a plain carbonara pasta for $23-$24 to a chicken carbonara pasta for $30- which is not the problem. The problem is that the chicken were SCRAPS and it was NOT worth the extra bucks. Secondly, the pasta is very plain. It was not creamy and flavorful. I had to ask them to take it back but our server was extremely kind and communicative even on an extremely packed day.

My review is for waitress ALANA-! Her fresh & set make up, her smile, her attitude, went the extra mile after food was on our table, she returned & asked if our food was good I expressed to her my mashed potato was cold. Alana rushed explained prior to leaving She would get me a hot side of mashed potato. I was completely impressed how efficient and quick she was. Earlier to her serving our table I was captivated by how beautiful her makeup was and fresh Alana explained to me that she had been up since six in the morning. I was taken by surprise because it was already 8 o'clock at night, my six year-old son and I quickly looked at each other. She explained she was a nursing school student had been to class and cane to work right afterwards. My heart cringed. She also invited me to return to the cheesecake factory and said I hope I get to see you here before I graduate in September. Alana is a five star waitress she raises the bar for the cheesecake factory, the chef did not cook my salmon well done. It was not Alana's fault as my mashed potato initially was also cold on my plate. Alana rectified this quickly by rushing to bring me a side of mashed potatoes separately since Alana's customer service and personality, is soft and soothing yet tender My Son, I proceeded to even order dessert. We were in a food coma because we ordered so much food and appetizers. .....however we proceeded to order our dessert and have them boxed and bring them home. Thank you Alana for being a beautiful person inside and out the world needs more people like you and so does the cheesecake factory. You are definitely a five Jesus bless you.

Honestly, my visit to Cheesecake Factory was a letdown from start to finish. Despite being seated promptly, it felt like we were invisible to our waitress. We practically had to wave semaphore flags to get her attention for basics like bread and drink refills, which never came despite multiple requests. As if that wasn't enough, our food took ages to arrive. We waited nearly forty minutes with just one measly appetizer to nibble on. And when I dared to ask about portion sizes, the response was snarky and unhelpful. Seriously, Cheesecake Factory, get it together. Your lack of care and slow service seriously soured what should have been a decent meal. The waitress only began improving her service once the meals came because she figured the tip was coming soon. Hope she wasn't too disappointed because Lord knows after that we didn't tip well. There was also a table of dumb teenagers smoking and hitting their vapes and the smell was very strong nauseating. Of course this isn't really on the establishment, it was definitely obvious enough for workers to pick up on. Count your days Cheesecake Factory.

I came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and we decided to grab their burgers, buffalo chicken sandwich, flatbread, and chicken taquitos. I wasn't much of a fan of their burger and sandwich since it came out cold and didn't have much flavor. The taquitos were not bad, but of course we loved their brown bread with butter. The server was very friendly and it's unfortunate that the light for our table was not working. Interiorwise, the decorations were very nice.

Hadn't been to Cheesecake Factory in years, so decided to check out this location in Cerritos. Was shocked to see the 2.5-star average on Yelp. Even though we came at 4PM on a Friday, it was surprisingly busy, and we still had to wait about 10 minutes (without having a reservation). The interior was beautiful in my opinion. Our server Tony was amazingly attentive, checking on us regularly and always offering help. He was also on top of lemonade refills. We enjoyed their house-made lemonades, that come with unlimited refills and multiple flavor choices. We ordered lettuce wraps, meatloaf, and avocado egg rolls. The gravy on the meatloaf was way too salty, but the lettuce wraps were refreshing. I also got a cup of clam chowder, which was also a bit too salty. The warm complimentary bread to start the meal was tasty with butter though. Prices were fair and portions quite large. We also ordered basque and dulce de leche cheesecakes for dessert, which were sweet but solid. I feel like the cheesecakes were softer and not as good as I remember them to be. Overall, no major issues other than some dishes being overly salted for my tastes.

Came for curbside pick up again today. Couldn't check in hmmmmm.... Kept saying I was too far away smh. Anywhoooooo, this time, CCF had a curbside server outdoors awaiting on customers. Received my order in seconds. Thanks CCF! I also updated my rate. It would have been 5 stars today but since this has happened to me AGAIN, I have to address it. I was given two red sauces. I requested two buffalo sauce today. One of them either was someone's left over Tabasco sauce that was accidentally put into my bag or it was Tabasco sauce put into a 2 ounce container to go. I didn't ask for Tabasco and with all due respect it did look like used sauce. The two red sauces smelled completely different. Now when I said this happened before.... What I mean is a year ago I ordered two blue cheese sauce to go. One of the sauces was used and had eaten celery in the 2 ounce container. I was so grossed out. I even called and the person I spoke with on the phone and didn't care to listen. I wasn't going to drive back. But they repeated, "there's no way, that's impossible". I took a pic of it and asked them if they wanted the pic. The person who I was speaking to didn't even offer an apology but just kept saying it was impossible that someone did that. Why would I waste my time to call and complain? I wasn't asking for anything free. I was upset and just wanted them to know what just happened. And then today... I get the used or maybe it wasn't, Tabasco sauce that I never asked for. I'm not going to give 5 stars because of this. I did trash the Tabasco sauce but whomever is packing food, really needs to pay attention to what they are putting in the to go bags. I only got one small 2 ounce buffalo sauce since the other was used and the wrong sauce. I do feel that five stars is deserved for the fellow that was serving the curbside patrons and he was quick and friendly. I do come to this CCF beyond frequently. But I will also change my rate of the service or food is not up to par. I ordered mushrooms and buffalo blasts. Everything would have been great and 5 stars had that Tabasco incident not happened. I would have brushed it all off completely and not brought it up in a review but since this seems to happen more often than I would like to think, I had to say something on this post. I'm not asking for a refund, just asking for staff to be clean and stop putting other customers trash in to go orders. That's just plain and gross Dear Cheesecake Factory.... Yooooooooooooooo! We come here maybe like once a month cause its close to home and if me and family cant decide on anything else. We hate the wait and the day we came they stopped giving us those buzzer instead they asked for our number and call us when our table is ready. But this time they accidentally taken my sisters phone number wrong even after she checked to followup on the table, the host said they gave our table to another party, my sister was annoyed since it was her birthday and we had to wait another 20 minutes for our table. Ambiance is always kinda quiet enough to talk but since there are alot of people its quite loud. The food was quite fast since i told the server we were super hungry we got to order right away and the bread came out quite fast. I ordered from the new menu they have online and wanted to try the Italian Rigatoni Pasta, Sausage, Pancetta, Mushrooms and Broccoli with Parmesan Cream and Ricotta Cheese and it was actually really good. My family ordered 2 Chicken Louisiana pasta, 3 chicken taco plate, and 2 crusted chicken romanos, and 2 basque cheese cakes and they were quite content with the service and food and total bill was about $200 not too bad for that amount of food.

What's happening with the prices here. I understand inflation & everything has to go up in price but the way this places is no longer crowded and you can walk right up WITH ZERO wait time is telling ( compared to covid and pre covid times ) Food was 2/10 - ordered the chicken taquitos on happy hour Happy hour drinks were ok but not worth $8.95 should have been more like $5.95 $16 dollars for a non happy hour martini is embarrassing but it was 8/10 good. I pay about 16 at fine dining chains such as Ruth's Chris , Mastros, etc And the fact they suggest a 12.67 tip as a low part on a $70 bill is insanity. Bartender was professional and friendly Parking is great The bar areas is very clean

Came in at 9:15pm on a Tuesday night. Host asked where we like to sit and I said whatever came faster. It was two males at the host stand one with curly hair short and other guy was tall. They told me there would not be a chance to be seated if they close. So I asked how long is the wait time and they said 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and I got no message to be seated. I saw there was high bar tables and just decided to sit there, since I wasn't going to be seated by the host. It's frustrating that the host are not clear, they need to be more clear on what is going on, at that point just say you're not sitting anymore. Instead of just leading us on to be seated. The service with "JP" made up for the night. Thank you JP.

If we were given half ratings, I would probably give this a 3.5 rating. I haven't gone to the cheesecake factory in years, but figured I missed their bread enough to make a trip here with my family. As usual, the brown wheat bread was so good and soft! We came for lunch on a Sunday. It was crowded, but for a party of 4, the wait was surprisingly only 30 min. Service was great! Our food came in before we knew it, and we're well taken care of. We got water refills, timely check-ins, etc. I thought our server did an amazing job! I wish I heard his name so I could shout him out, but it was so loud :( As for the food, it was alright. My dad didn't like the jambalaya sauce that came on the side, so he pretty much ate it dry. The brown rice did not help with the dry factor, but the shrimp and chicken had a great blend of spices on them. The grilled fish tacos were mid, nobody ate the rice because it was plain and there was nothing to eat with it. The Chicken Romano was good, but as I kept eating it and thinking about how the chicken was in a patty form, it got a little less appetizing with every bite. I'd still come back, but I wouldn't say it would be a regular occurrence.

Their service is shit like you'll wait for hours lmao they gotta do better with quality and quantity and service causes. What the hell you'll just be waiting waiting waiting waiting

Over an hour 1/2 wait (expected because it was Friday) . Another hour before we got our food but once appetizers started to come out we decided it was after 10pm let's just pack it to go. food was ok but when eating the entree at home we noticed a screw in the food. a literal small hardware screw. must of fallen from somewhere in the kitchen. very disappointed but we weren't there to complain. won't be returning

It's been a while since I've eaten at Cheesecake Factory. And I must say... I can see why it gets busy and popular every night. The wait will always be long... you have to plan ahead if you don't like waiting but 20-30 minutes is usually the wait. If you can't handle that... go else where. Other than that, once seated, waiter did an excellent job in making sure we were taken care of throughout the night. I forgot to take pictures of our food but the food did not disappoint! Serving was big portions also. Good night here at the Factory.

My husband and I ordered some food from this location, and he brought it home only to find out that my Brussels sprout was not there. This was meant to be my own food from all of the orders made. We stay 5 mins away from this location, so my husband decided to go back with the receipt to inquire about the food missing, and the manager started yelling on top of her voice, "I trust my staff" and they included everything." My husband was disappointed, and embarrassed that he called me on the phone. I told the lady that I am so deeply concerned that out of everything we ordered, it is the least expensive that we will be fighting for, and for you not to acknowledge and apologize for the missing item shows the type of leader you are, instead you were yelling and acting so unprofessional. We even tipped for all of the food we ordered only to be treated horribly by the manager. I want to inform everyone to check their bags whenever you order a take away from this location. Also, I highly recommend the manager for today goes back for training on customer service and presentation because she lacks all of it. Unfortunately you guys just lost a great customer!

My boyfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary so we decided to go to cheesecake factory. The restaurant was extremely busy so we had to opt into sitting at the bar which isn't a problem for us. When attempting to order some of the appetizers several of our selections were either not in stock or they no longer serving which was disappointing. We ordered a steak and some potato and the portions are large. As mentioned previously it was a very busy day so even trying to go to the restroom was challenging. We grabbed a slice of cheesecake on the way out and enjoyed every morsel. The restaurant is dimly lit which could make it difficult to see during the night but is a part of the aesthetic. I'm not sure my boyfriend and I will be back due to the price and the lack of intimacy in our dining experience.

As usual the food was delicious. I do have a problem with there curbside service that they say the offer. You have to go inside to get your order. STOP calling it curbside service.

Trash establishment greeter was lost in her personal conversation to even speak to us. When we asked for service she rolled her eyes and said it was 30-45 min wait as the restaurant was at 30% capacity. Trash establishment don't give these people your business.

Food - Da Vinci Pasta (creamy barbequey sauce) and Chicken Piccato Pasta (lemony). These two were such a good duo. The savory barbequey sauce of da vinci and the lemony sour tangy sauce of the chicken piccato complimented each other and balanced out the flavors. Would definitely be ordering these two together again next time. Service - Friendly service as always! Ambiance - Big place, lots of seating, there's bar seating too, but it's generally crowded, there's always a line. However, if you go past 8pm you can get seated pretty fast. Free parking at the Cerritos Mall parking lot.

Never had any complaints with their dishes. The service was great as well. The ambiance is very low light setting

My hubby and I went here for a little afternoon delight, Cheesecake Factory style! We sat at the bar and had delicious cocktails, shared an appetizer, then finished off our lunch date with the bomb-est cheesecake I've had: coconut cream pie cheesecake!!! I'm still dreaming about it 2- weeks later. Great service and if anyone has a first date who doesn't appreciate the Cheesecake Factory, that's a red flag IMO.

The food is not too bad but nothing special. We don't have a good experience with service. This is not the first time we've visited this location. Our drinks were never refill. Our server never asked or drop by to our table to check if the food is good or if everything is ok. She never smile. Then she made a mistake of giving the food to us but it supposed to be for a different table and did not apologized. We joke about it but it's like she never hear us. I hope they can train their employees better.

I come here often with my Grandpa. I always get a cesar salad, cappuchino and the Louisiana Chicken pasta. We had Sal and we had had him before. He is really great and definitely a keeper! He is very attentive, on top of refills and condiments, clearing dishes, offering desserts, etc..Most of all he has a very friendly, welcoming attitude! You feel very comfortable to ask him for items with his positive energy. We love coming here! I don't really understand the bad reviews. You customers need to have some more patience and work in the industry to understand. Tata for now :)

Came here for lunch with my parents yesterday. Our waitress was Nicole and she was amazing. Super friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, the Parmesan crusted chicken and spicy chipotle chicken pasta as our entrees. The restaurant was busy as always but we were able to make reservations due to being a cheesecake rewards member. Also used my reward for a free slice of cheesecake. The ambiance was nice after being seated.

Great service here! Was waited on by Edward and he was so polite and accommodating! Told him it was my birthday and if I could still get my cheesecake slice! He had me write my number for rewards and I got the chocolate Godiva cake! It was delicious! He went out of his way to make this day special for me and I am extremely grateful!
