Visited again - Sat 18th. Excellent! [/Ends]........... Food was on point. Bacon Bacon cheeseburger was dee-lish; ditto Oreo dream cheesecake. Server was friendly and attentive. Only MILD COMPLAINT - As a rewards member, what's the point in booking advance if they make you wait and you're treated the same as walk-ins. Pointless. Management need to look at Front-of-house reservation processes. To be fair, this is not the only Cheesecake Factory this has happened.

Food was good! I was not a fan of the menu, it’s too big, too many options. The waitress should check out customer’s tables more often because we needed more bread but we could not see our waitress and she took quite a bit to come back to check on us also the restaurant is huge plus the booth area is built in a way that makes it difficult to see where the staff members are or for them to see if we need anything. Our experience here was just ok!

I wish I had gotten our server's name—he was incredibly attentive and caring! We weren’t the easiest table due to some dietary restrictions (veganism and food allergies), but he handled everything with patience and professionalism. His helpful attitude made our dining experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. Great service!

The food was awesome we got Salmon and Alfredo pasta, but the customer service was really good our server was Alvaro! Great service! We’ll definitely come back soon!

I didn't have to wait for a table, after that our waiter was very friendly and professional, our food arrived quickly. But I ordered the same burger & avocado roll, the burger was the same taste, the avocado roll look like someone returned was cold and some of them was bitten. Fabio our waiter and the front desk lady great job.

I had an amazing experience. This was my first time coming to the the restaurant thanks to our server, Haneen From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable, almost like we were dining at home. She went out of her way to make my aunt feel special, and that meant so much to us. Her recommendations were perfect, the food was excellent, and her service was simply outstanding. Janine has that rare balance of professionalism and genuine care that truly elevates a dining experience. She checked in at the right moments, anticipated what we needed, and made the entire evening feel effortless. Haneen, thank you for making our night unforgettable. To the managers: she is a true star and a big reason we will be coming back again and again.

The food was not good this time. The chicken tacos were bad really... And the crusted chicken Romano also lame. The bread was brought late. This branch of cheesecake factory is regularly empty and I know why now... Last time we went with family the food took years also... The cheesecakes were good fortunately.

I was Leary to try the Cheesecake Factory because I expected it to be very commercial and uninviting in this cozy neighborhood however I was pleasantly surprised. This is my second time back and I was able to find some healthy options. The server is knowledgeable and experienced. The environment is actually really nice and I recommend giving this place a shot! The only thing I dislike so far is the bad music - nothing is recognizable and the style is annoying.

I stopped by to have quick lunch after visiting the museum. The restaurant is very clean and upscale compared to other ones I've visited. The service was excellent , he kept making sure we had our drinks and food.

Overall the food was pretty good, nothing out of this world but nonetheless flavorful. The vibe in the outside terrace area was so nice especially with the weather today. Service was a bit slow, could use a little bit more attention in this area.

This review is for our wonderful William, who made us laugh and nearly cry at the end of the night!! He made my sister's birthday dinner truly special, and made sure we only ordered top notch plates and drinks. Just so personable and sweet, we had a great time and will be coming back. We shared two pastas, the Thai lettuce wraps, Korean cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese balls. More than enough for 4 and so good.

Excellent service by JJ. Promptly seated got our drink order and got it right away. we usually order the minute we sit for the kids and they got their food fast. The appetizers were nice and hot. We ordered the famous meatloaf, the Parmesan chicken and the chicken Marsala all excellent. This is a great location in Ponce de Leon in Coral Gables, there is a public parking right behind it. We will definitely be back.

Overall the experience was pretty good. Food was delicious, service was good and friendly, the place is nice and we sat outdoors. All was great except that they took a very long time to bring the food after we ordered it. But once it came out it was all at once and it was delicious.

i keep placing orders on doordash and they were getting cancelled i finally spoke to the manager and she said when they see my name they cancel the order because according to her she is mad because she inspects the orders and i guess once i said something was wrong missing or did not arrive which is their fault or doordash not mine so she is basically refusing my orders aka i am blacklisted for doing nothing beware ordering from here this manager is crazy and making her own crazy rules

Date night went great. The hostess sat us at a table where we could sit side by side instead of at the smaller tables. William was very personable. He was alone but I loved the managers backing him up and bringing out the food while he worked the bar by himself and the area where we sat. We had the avocado egg roll appetizer with that savory sweet sauce.The pasta da Vinci was made to perfection and the cherry on top was the birthday cheesecake he recommended (tuxedo?) My wife's birthday was memorable because of the quality of the food as well as the good energy from William and the managers supporting.

Recently dined here and was an average experience. I know it's a chain restaurant but I could not get over the highly priced items with the minimized portions since their opening. For instance, I typically have the lettuce wraps (which do and did taste fantastic) and I was unfortunately surprised at how small the portions have been reduced since last visit. The overall ambiance and staff were nice, but I do not see our party returning in the future due to the increased prices with smaller food options.

My first time at this location. I ordered food for pickup and was extremely disappointed with what I paid for. First, parking in this area is a pain and it's Gables so you can literally get a ticket any second if you park illegally or street parking lol I ordered the fish and chips and seriously, $18 for this?? (See photo). This is a joke. 4 small strips of fish which is usually a good portion when I order dining in but today this is how it is? I was already home by the time I saw this, otherwise I would have complained to the manager. I was disappointed to spend so much for nothing The Farfalle pasta was a good portion for the price. The chicken had no flavor and tasted very bland but everything else was delicious. Also, cannot forget the best part which is their bread which was extremely solid hard haha not soft at all. Maybe today the staff was having bad day? I'm not sure but this was a disappointment and I don't even want to recommend this place to anyone. This was embarrassing and sadly a waste of money.

Literally the worst cheese cake . Service was absolutely horrible Came in as a party of 3 they said our table would be ready in 5 minutes so we stood by the side , 2 other parties of 3 came in and immediately got seated so I went up to the gentlemen he said there was a mix up , all good . We get seated and it took over 25 min for waters when we said we were ready to order at the point we got up and left , love cheesecake but crazy how most places are losing customers to bad service Z

Last night experience was us almost walking out the door. We sat down, got our water, placed our order and waited. (You can guesstimate how long that took) After that about 10-15 mins later the host sat a party of two next to us. The next thing we see is our server served their food before us and we are also a party of two. As you're reading this you'd know how we were feeling. We received our food about 8 mins later.

Horrible. I know it's Mother's Day but to seat 30 min and no one came to give water or take an order ....sucks big time

Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. If you've been to Cheesecake Factory before you know what to expect. Your meal will end with some sort of Cheesecake dessert, you will eat too much of their brown bread, and you will get lost in their 15 page menu at some point. This particular location is in Coral Gables and they have a beautiful outdoor fire pit which we chose to sit next too. As for parking, we decided to park in one of the parking garages which was right behind the restaurant. For drinks we ordered a virgin Piña Colada and a virgin Piña Colada with Strawberry mix. Both were very good and quite inexpensive at $5.50 each. Great price considering how big they were. I also had a Whiskey Sour which was also very good. Not sure if they forgot or not but I'm sure the drink was suppose to come with some sort of garnishment. For apps we did the Brussel Sprouts and the Corn Ribs. It was my first time trying either but both were pretty good. Corn was nice and toasty and the mayo and spice added to it. The Brussel sprouts were a little too sweet as it had Maple syrup and bacon. For entree we had the Pizza flat bread which was a good portion size and my kid loved it. We also had the Shrimp Scampi, the Fettuccine Alfredo and my go to dish the Crusted Chicken Romano. The shrimp scampi is my Wife's favoritr dish. Shrimp are plentiful and the pasta is also very good. My daughter enjoyed her Fettuccine Alfredo. As for my dish I normally ask for pink sauce which is half marinera and half alfredo. It's delicious especially with that perfectly crusted chicken. I loved it the first time I got it 20 years ago and if aint broke don't fix it. For dessert we selected the following cheesecakes, the mango key lime pie, smores and the caramel Pecan turtle. They were all amazing but the smores was the biggest and that toasted marshmallow lathered on top was just so provocative that it boarded on obscene. But here is where it's about the little things. Our entrees took a very long time to come out. They didn't all come out at thr same time. The manager had to come out and apologize. Our food arrived and our server did not come over to see if everything was ok. We had to wait for refills and cheese for several minutes after our food arrived. The desserts took a very long time to arrive also. And the restaurant was not that busy. By no means do I blame the waiter as he was very nice and overall was very helpful. But at the end of the day something was disrupting the flow of service and it was never acknowledged other in the beginning when the manager came to us when the entrees where taking too long. That may have been an issue with the kitchen but the delay in checking on us after our entrees arrived nor the big delay on getting our desserts was not. And ultimately that's why I'm giving this particular Cheesecake Factory 3 stars. The food was good but service and timing needs to improve.

Came here today for a family dinner and I have to say I was quite disappointed. We ordered the Filet Mignon, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Grilled Fresh Salmon, Herb Crusted Salmon, Spicy Shrimp Pasta, and the Chicken Soft Tacos. Every dish had something wrong with it. The Filet Mignon wasn't cooked to the right temperature. We requested medium rare and we got medium instead. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was sitting in a pool of sauce so only a few pieces were actually crispy. The Grilled Fresh Salmon didn't have any flavor, it did not have a hint of salt or any spice, and they served it with half a broccoli. They didn't cut the stock off and when we told the server they said that it shouldn't have been served like that. When they went to go fix the problem one of the managers came to our table and told us that they server their broccoli with the stock. I have never heard of any place that servers broccoli with half of the stock. Our server came back again and said that it shouldn't have been served like it was, and that shows me that there is a lack of communication amongst the team of how their food is supposed to be served. The sauce on the Herb Crusted Salmon broke, so it wasn't it's usually creamy sauce but rather a sauce that tasted and felt like drinking butter. The Spicy Shrimp Pasta was not spicy at all. The sauce tasted like a can of tomatoes with a dash of black pepper, and the shrimp were a bit rubbery which meant it was over cooked. The Chicken Tacos we're flavorful, however the tortillas were dry and stale. Overall, we did not have a pleasant evening. The only thing out of all the dishes that was not disappointing was the mashed potatoes.

I rarely ever write negative reviews. But here we are... There are a TON of great places to eat in Coral Gables. This was not my first choice, but my first choice ended up being temporarily closed for renovations. I only had 40 minutes left for lunch so we came here because we thought it would be faster than most of the other sit down restaurants in the area. We were wrong! After the hostess sat us we waited more than 10 minutes for our server to come by the table! I had just asked a bidder to get our server for us when she waved at me and let me know she was coming. I ordered the Skinnylicious chopped salad and my son ordered a club sandwich with fries. He got a coke and I had water. Simple enough order, but for some reason it took half an hour to get our food! I'm sure that most people who come here for lunch are doing so on their lunch break, and that their time is just as limited as mine was. I had gone to the window to tell the server that we would need boxes and the check just as she was being handed our food. My time was already up and I hadn't even received my food yet. Why would a salad and sandwich take 40 minutes? The salad was good (I ate it when I got home). But after tip, lunch was $50!?! For a salad and sandwich?!? And after waiting a ridiculously long time? I have been to a lot of other Cheesecake Factory locations, but this was my first and last time ever going to this location.

Came here to celebrate with my cousins. Service was quick and efficient. We enjoyed a few cocktails, small bites, entrees, and desserts. It wasn't too busy and finding parking wasn't hassle.

The service was LOVELY! The ambiance was nice. A little different than other cheesecake factories. The food was a 3 out of 5. No seasoning and no taste to the food. I normally don't have to add salt and pepper to my food when I go out but today I found myself shaking salt and pepper on my meal. The shrimp tempura had a lot of breading. Unfortunately, I'll have to pass on Cheesecake Factory.

The Food great. The service was avg at best. But the worst part of the experience was there no A/C. I was sweating along with my party of 22. Unacceptable for any business let alone a Cheesecake Factory.

Amazing Happy hour!! **4-7pm Monday-Friday** Available ONLY at the bar and outside. Plenty of drinks and bite's available to choose from. Everything we had was delicious. Our favorites were the cheeseburger spring rolls, so juicy and flavorful. The JW pink lemonade and whisky smash were both fantastic. If you like sweeter drinks go for the pink lemonade. Something more tart would be the Whiskey Smash. We had to ask for the HH menu so dont be shy if you come in during 4-6pm. Friendly and attentive service! Run to happy hour!

Food was received cold, veggie burger mods requested: heavy tomatoes no onions and sub fontina for vegan cheese.. Got onions, two tomatoes l, cold burger and cheese, cold fries Service at the register did his job but kitchen has failed me before for vegan dishes, food took 25 minutes and restaurant was not full. Ambiance is always loud and people hover while you order.

If you've ever been to a Cheesecake Factory, then you know what to expect. This location is a bit smaller than other ones I've been to in malls, but it's a good size for a standalone location. There's still a menu that's as lengthy as a novel, filled with food that will satisfy any craving. They also offer a Skinnylicious menu of food and drinks with less calories than the regular menu. There's an impressive happy hour menu too. We came on a Friday and sat at the bar. There's also indoor tables and outdoor patio seating. There was only one bartender. She was insanely busy making drinks for the whole restaurant, but she was as attentive as she could be. They need to get their food running system down better here. The whole time we were there, servers couldn't figure out who ordered what at the bar. The food was good, and of course, came in classic Cheesecake Factory portions.

The food and service was amazing! Piero, our server, had amazing service and excellent recommendations. I highly recommend coming. The patio was beautiful and the atmosphere was great!

Don't why I continue to give this place a chance. It keeps failing. Aside from the bartender, the service and attention is just plain awful...they don't check up on you, they don't re-offer, they just don't care. I'm never going back. It's a disgrace.

The waiter was terrible. I could say the quality of the food and the service is consistent. I have been going to this location for many years, always satisfactory quality of the food and the service, except last week. The waiter, Ramon A. was the most incompetent waiter that I've seen in a long time. He pretended to be funny and attentive, but he failed miserably both counts. I had to be waiting on the waiter. The world upside down...I think I will take a break and stop going to this restaurante for a while. Maybe the manager fire him soon!

Our server Noel was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Extremely helpful with menu suggestions and very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be returning for him!

This Cheesecake Factory location is very good. A group of six of us enjoyed a delicious meal including Eggs Benedict, salmon and Brussels sprouts; make your own omelette and a delicious lemon merengue cheesecake. They brought a mini ice cream sundae for the birthday guest. Our server, Roberto was awesome! He was attentive, patient and personable, I highly recommend to ask for Roberto, Millie the manager was very nice as well. There is a municipal garage behind the restaurant.

I love the Cheesecake Factory everything was on point beside have unwrap silverware on the table that is a no go for me plastic please but overall the customer service was great food fresh and good and a course the cheesecake can't for that always delicious

My experience at this particular Cheesecake Factory was exceptional!!! My boyfriend and I were down in Miami celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we both had the best time. Our server, Juan, was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer all questions without missing a beat. He was super quick with any refills and any other request. It was just really refreshing to receive such great service and also see a positive attitude (happy to be there). The food was beyond just good and came out fresh and hot! Thank you for such a memorable evening.

Loved the spicy tuna, definitely coming back here for more. The passion fruit mojito was amazing! Our server was very nice really good service. Cheesecake never disappoints.

Absolutely aweful . Don't not come here if you are looking for flavorful food . Went with a part of five every pasta got sent back and the only fix offered was Tabasco sauce . The Cajun blacked fish was unseasoned greasy and had a fishy taste to it . I got sick and threw up everywhere from my table to the bathroom . Management's attitude was aweful and the server talked about us not even two tables away with co works . Would not recommend

Food was great!! Always very family oriented vibes !!! Only thing is super long waits and then the service could be a bit slow but can't complain about the food can't forget a nice slice of cheesecake

Food was great. Our waiter sucked. He took forever to take our drink order. We ordered the appetizers and told him we wanted to get and eat our appetizers before the food arrived. So we waited 10-15 after we ordered the appetizers to order our meals. Low and behold the food and the appetizers show up at the same time. The food tasted good but this guy needs to learn how to be available when refills are needed. The waiter was Johnny on the spot with the check. I could be a little more forgiving if the restaurant was busy. The restaurant had about 6 tables of customers and plenty of staff to do a better job.

Came in for brunch. The ambiance was very nice and there was no wait. We sat outside and the waitress even offered to lower the shade so the sun won't blind us. The food was really good and filling. We had the chicken && waffle Benedict which was good, the breakfast sandwich was amazing and so were the potatoes && side the eggs. Not such a fan of the regular chicken && waffles though. The chicken looked like it had a different batter && the waffle was hard && tasted like a hash brown. The service was good && fast && they didn't have a problem swapping out the chicken && waffles.

Tonight my family and best friend went to this location for the first time and it was Great! Our waiter William we recognized from when he worked at the dadeland location! Let me tell you that I DO NOT have a good memory but he was always so friendly and funny whenever he'd help us that I actually did remember him! And his service was even better! Seriously, he has the best customer service skills which honestly is hard to find. We had a great night. Food was on point too! Plus the night was so nice (low humidity) that we sat outside and it was perfect. Will definitely visit again.

Solid! The pasta was good. The steak was ok and the Mac & cheese was delicious. Service can be better but they are still friendly. Nice ambiance. The plates can be shared. They are big!

Our server Piero was so wonderful! He suggested the key lime pie cheesecake and it's now my favorite dessert I've ever had. I will definitely be stopping by and getting it to go as a treat from now on best food, best server, amazing drinks, and such good value. Thank you Piero!

Took my mom here for her birthday this weekend and EVERYTHING was delicious! The complimentary bread was super fresh. I had the skinny Margarita and it was so refreshing. My mom and sister had the strawberry margarita and pina colada and they loved it as well! We got stuffed mushrooms and their spinach dip as a starter and it was super yummy! My dish was the skinnylicous lemon garlic shrimp pasta. My sister had the carne asada steak with Angel hair and lemon garlic sauce. My mom had the bistro shrimp pasta. Everything was so delicious and fresh! We were blown away with how yummy everything was. And to end it we had to try their cheesecake so we got the Oreo cheesecake and it was yummy. Just wish it would of been warmed! We got seated super quick and our waiter was super sweet!

Nice layout nice and friendly staffs great food I got the avocado egg rolls soo yummy and the cauliflower sweet and spicy they were amazing and the pumpkin pie was soo good I love trying different pies when I come here I'll be back :)

From the outside you have the beautiful city of Coral Gables with lots to do nearby. Once you walk in your greeted with warm smiles and the smell of amazing food. It's instantly exciting. Seating was only 5-10 minutes at 5 pm on a Saturday! Can't beat that! My favorite thing to do while I wait is gawk at the cheesecake display. The bread came within a minute. Warm and delicious. The meals come fast!. Everything was top tier! I wanted to write more after I ate (pero esta hartura que yo me di no lo permite) but Im full and out of words. Definitely must go experience it for yourself. Don't cheat yourself treat yourself!

Took an hour for the bread to come ( and it wasn't warm) and finally the food after. Was just sandwiches and salads so no idea why food took so long. Thank god for the skinny menu - have no need to consume 2000 calories at lunch. Outside patio is nice. Not a fan.

The doors to Bricktops closed a few months earlier and The Cheesecake Factory moved in. This is the 2nd day of the Coral Gables opening and my colleagues and I decided to give it a try. The lighting and decor appear to be quintessential to Cheesecake Factory and apparently a formal for success, and I was familiar and felt right at home. We were seated right away on a busy pre thanksgiving day luncheon. Our server was very helpful. Went through the specials and I decided to have their mushroom soup while my colleagues their spicy chicken pasta. The mushroom soup was cream-based and had a nice red wine finish which you could taste and was very appealing. The chicken pasta dishes looked nice too. I am very happy to have another cool lunch option as I'll be ordering their chocolate cake frequently. On this day we passed on the dessert however. We will be back!
