Always busy! Get ready to wait. However, their text messaging service may allow you to enjoy nearby retailers while waiting to be seated. Food is good and plentiful. Seems like staffing is adversely impacting service. Seating both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of parking around mall. Recommended

Wonderful as usual! Server was on point, I wish I had saved the receipt for his name. We never lacked anything, always on hand for questions and never low on drinks. Food was superb and very filling. Had to take half our plates home, and especially cheesecake. Pineapple upside down cake is a household favorite. Tried the red velvet and berry bliss. They did not disappoint! Can't wait to go back again

I’m very disappointed in my experience. I made a reservation earlier this week for this weekend and made sure to call ahead to make sure outdoor seating would be possible. I called 30 minutes ahead of my reservation and was told outdoor seating would not be possible now. There go my plans to celebrate a birthday with my family. We need to be seated outside and on a day like today where it’s in the 70’s, there’s no reason not to have outdoor seating available. Is it because this location didn’t staff enough servers? That seems like a management issue to me. I remember sitting outside at this location in December once, some years ago. I am very disappointed because when I made my reservation I was told outdoor seating would be a possibility only to have that taken away without warning. Really disappointing. We ended up placing a to go order and were additionally disappointed. All of our food portions were vastly smaller than they would have been had we eaten in person. I’ve provided photos to show how empty the to go boxes were. My chicken and shrimp barely filled half the container. My partner’s steak medallions contained FOUR SMALL PIECES of steak. Our tamale cake appetizer had browned avocado that had been clearly left out far too long. First we were denied the seating option we had been told about, then our to go order turned out worse than subpar. I doubt I will ever return to this location, let alone another Cheesecake Factory location elsewhere. Gone are the days when this was a reliable restaurant. What a shame, as we have been going to the restaurant for over 15 years. Oh well…

My sister and I decided to try this location for brunch today. We were given a 30-minute wait but were able to snag two places at the bar in 20 minutes. Our bartender was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. The crab bites were delicious. We originally tried to order the Parmesan-crusted chicken but they were sold out. I then opted for the Chicken piccata per his recommendation and she opted for the fish and chips. Both were hot, flavorful and came out pretty quickly. The "light-skinned mimosas" were enjoyed as well! #IYKYK. I will definitely be back to visit and try their other selections!

Awesome server. Great good. Got Mac and cheese balls which are my favorite, egg roll sampler and then chicken costaletta. Everything was great. Got a chocolate cake to go. Always enjoy our time

This American chain restaurant offers a great food menu. Seating indoors is a bit crowded especially during the weekend. I love the many dessert cakes . My favorite Godiva chocolate cheesecake and the Tiramisu cheesecake. The service maybe a bit slow due to the queue at the dessert counter.

I originally ordered the farfalle with garlic chicken. The food came out watery, and the chicken looked like it was already chewed up. I asked what kind of meat it was and was told it was grilled chicken. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture. It looked like a few small pieces of boiled chicken. Nothing like a grilled chicken breast. I reorder the Louisiana pasta expecting a creamy sauce, and they bring out a watery greasy unemulsified sauce. I tried one piece of pasta and it was nasty. Mind you this is my go to order when I come here. They have the audacity to still charge me for the food that wasn't prepared right. I will not be going back to this location.

My husband and I dined here yesterday for my Birthday and our 27th Wedding Anniversary. We arrived about 4:00 pm and was seated promptly. Our waitress was very pleasant, helpful and on top of everything. I let her know that I was a rewards member and that it was my Birthday and our Anniversary, which she congratulated us for. We had a couple margaritas, which were awesome and made perfectly. My husband had the smashed double burger and fries, which he said was delicious. I had the chicken Romano, which was OK, but I wouldn't order again. The chicken just didn't seem right, like it wasn't real chicken or something...Idk. After we received our food, I guess it was shift change and our waitresses changed. We ordered our slices of cheesecake, which mine was complimentary because I'm a rewards member. The new waitress mentioned our Anniversary, but not my Birthday. When she brought the cheesecake out, the plates were decorated with Happy Anniversary, with a little candle in both. My white chocolate raspberry, was delicious and my husband's chocolate was ok. My husband gave the waitress the receipt, with cash, for the bill and low and behold, the waitress replies, "Do you need change?", which in our opinion is very inappropriate! My husband, without thinking, just said no, so the waitress who didn't really do anything, ended up with a $17.00 tip. All in all the dinner was OK, but could have been a lot better. I think they offer too much on the menu and therefore a lot of items are lacking.

Yelp
I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory! The menu is so large so I love that I always have so many options, and I can try something new every time I go there. It was a busy Friday night when we went, but we were seated right away, so it wasn't too bad for just a party of two. Our waitress had forgot to put in our appetizers, so we had waited a really long time for our food to come out, just for it to be our entrees, when we thought we were waiting for appetizers. She let us know that she forgot to put them in, and asked if we still wanted them, and we did. We just ate them with our entrees. We had the fried mac and cheese, which is my favorite and the fried zucchini! Both very good. I ordered the shepherds pie, which was my first time having it and its my new favorite. I think I will order it again. My friend ordered the meatloaf and said it was one of the best meatloafs he's had at a restaurant. Overall, a good dinner experience.

Yelp
Holy crap almighty avoid this place like the plague. You wait 1.5 hrs for your app and they blame you for speaking up. Manager is a Karen doesn't care about..,your meal. Run. Run like the plague.

Yelp
I hate to leave a bad review and I never do it unless it's really merited. That said, I took my child here last night for a special occasion. we waited over an hour to get our food, which was only appetizers. Thank goodness for the bread basket. I'm giving one additional star than I would have (for a total of 2 stars) because of the waiter Tom, who brought another bread basket. He seemed overwhelmed and mentioned that there was a large party holding things up. However, for $70 I expect a lot better than this. During the long wait it was extremely cold in the restaurant to the point of discomfort, and there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. I've experienced many fast food restaurants that are a lot nicer than this place, unfortunately. The $70 included tip for the 2 appetizers, one regular soft drink for my child and 2 small slices of cheesecake to go (because we couldn't take it to stay there any longer by the time we got the appetizers). The cheesecake is a small sliver of what it used to be. There's always a lot of space in those takeout boxes. But what was more disappointing was that my kid's appetizer ("dinner" that we waited a long time for) was not edible. It was supposed to be soft pretzel bites, but they were hard bites that he had to cut into with a knife and fork. The cheese that was served for dipping was an oily mess. He couldn't eat any of it. Again, I was just really thankful we had a bread basket and a waiter that refilled it. I didn't take photos of the food because it was supposed to be a special occasion, and I was trying to keep the mood upbeat despite the setbacks. I will post a photo of the takeout cheesecake which seemed to be missing the Godiva square that always used to come on the Godiva cheesecake. I would give a 1 star overall, but I feel bad for the staff working there. I don't think it's their fault necessarily. They seem understaffed.

Yelp
Great atmosphere good food a fun time. Service was good. I'm giving it a four instead of a five because of food was a little delayed. And my soup came out lukewarm ed

Yelp
My family and I have eaten at plenty of Cheesecake Factory restaurants in NY, FL, and even Nevada. We decided on our last night here in NC to go to our favorite restaurant for dinner. Boy what a nightmare. First, the glass on one of the entrance doors was missing with a big wooden board covering where the glass would be. The food took FOREVER to come out. When it finally did and I was eating my salad and I found something strange in it. I called the waiter over and he apologized and he couldn't even tell me what it was. He said I'll bring you another one. At that point I really didn't want it but he never offered to take it off my bill. I would have asked for the manager but that probably would have taken forever as well and I just wanted to get out of there quickly. Never again!

Yelp
Wonderful!!!! We thankfully made reservations for a lunch on Saturday as I know it can get really busy. We checked in at the hostess stand and I requested a larger table as I'm plus size and don't like to be crammed and the hostess was such a gem. Very kind and accommodating to this request. We were seated at table 61 and it was the best spot for us for sure! So I appreciate that! Jordan was our server and he was fabulous. Very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this Cheesecake Factory for sure! Can't wait to come back and request 'our' table 61!!

Yelp
Great place to visit! One can never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory for the most part. It was busy and crowded but the service and food here was great. Shout to our server, I believe her name was Shea. She provided great service and was very attentive. The food portions were huge ---the vegan cobb salad colourful and the crab fritters appetizer was delicious.. For my main dish, I ordered the Jambalaya chicken & shrimp. Instead of the white rice that is typically served with this dish, I requested spaghetti noodles with extra garlic. It was perfect and the flavors were on point. This was my first time at this Cheesecake Factory location, and In all it was a great experience. The only dissapointment was the opportunity to try out one of the many cheesecakes. We were running late for a movie and I didn't get a chance to partake in this "must do ritual" when coming here! But, you can bet I will be ordering one the next time around! :-)

Yelp
This restaurant is overrated and overpriced. I will give them 2 stars. I just didn't get the Wow experience like Angus Barn which is down the street from CF. Sent $150 for 3. I felt like I wasted my money rather than feeling like it was worth it. It Angus Barn I sent $200 for 2 but the experience is worth it. Cheesecake Factory because you are a chain franchise take is the type of service you provide.

Yelp
Welp, I was surprised to see that they didn't open until 1100 on weekend morning, but we joined the small crowd of people and waited til the doors opened. They were pretty efficient in getting people seated. I opted from the brunch menu, and really enjoyed the brule French toast-that syrup was amazing!!! Our server was good too, she had a great personality and seemed happy to be doing her job, I believe her name was Kylee or Kelce(sorry I hate that I don't recall her name and I don't have a copy of the receipt to double check that!) My friend seemed to enjoy the salad that she ordered. i must say the size of the lunch salad portion was very generous! Thanks for service, atmosphere and food that was above average!

Yelp
We went for an early dinner on a recent weekday and being an off-time had no problem getting a table in this large restaurant. Ambiance is good like all Cheesecake Factories and menu is the usual large one as well. Our Server Gal introduced herself and told us she was going to take excellent care of us, which she mostly did except for leaving Husband wanting a diet drink refill for awhile. Usual breads were terrific. Husband enjoyed his flatbread and I loved my "skinnylicious" lemon garlic shrimp, but I have to confess it could not have been truly skinnylicious as there was a massive amount of oil/butter in it. However, I chose to believe the calorie count on the menu and not let it disturb my enjoyment of it, because it was perfectly cooked and very yummy. So glad calories don't count when they're not your fault.

Delayne H.

Yelp
Service was terrible, we sat through our meal without being offered a refill. We could never flag him down. Our menus, and meal plates were never cleared from the table, even when our cheesecake was served. Food was standard quality for CF. Fries came out after we had nearly finished our meal. Not impressed--but they know the Cheesecake will bring people back in‍

Yelp
Got my favorite Jamaican Black Pepper Chicken/Shrimp this time without the shrimp. This is a go to for me as it hits all the right notes. Service was good as, but a little slow but it was a pretty busy lunch service. Drinks were kept full. Overall feel of the place. Cheesecake LOTR eyes all over the place. Nothing exciting but it's fine.

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner. Waitress was not friendly at all. When I asked about which appetizers were half off, she gave me a weird look. We told her when we walked in it said they were half off. She then told us that it was only if we sat at the bar. We went on to order our dinner. I ordered the Thai lettuce wraps and the hubs ordered a hamburger. Food was pretty good, but wasn't anything overt the top. While in the middle of our meal, our waitress asked if we wanted dessert or if she could bring the check. We felt super rushed, even though it wasn't busy. Not sure if we would come back. It was $40 for 1 appetizer and the hamburger. The fries with the burger was extremely small. The Thai wrap had maybe 1 small tender that was cut up on it. Our waitress didn't even introduce herself either.

Yelp
I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Jeremiah. Jeremiah was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful displaying the best customer service. Although our order was wrong, Jeremiah was swift on his feet to make sure everything worked out for us. I'm so grateful we met him!

Yelp
Overpriced, outdated, and meh food. Our server was friendly, but she had a lot of tables to serve and seemed distracted. The vibe was off through the whole place-- people seemed angry waiting for their seats, nobody was smiling or laughing. Oh yeah, and our silverware was dirty. We walked away paying over $100 for a meal that was very subpar. We should have gone anywhere else for dinner, but our kids wanted to see what the Cheesecake Factory was all about.

Melissa H.

Yelp
Front glass door was boarded up, dead flys on our table, 6 flys flying around our food, health rating on wall of a 93! Food was sub par, restaurant was dirty and the air conditioning was not on and working..it was hot in there! Cheesecake Factory..what is going on??! You have so downhill.

Trevor K.

Yelp
I ordered the Pasta Carbonara yesterday. Let's just say I got the pasta but no carbonara. It was a bowl of buttered spaghetti, literally maybe 5 peas, 3 or 4 chunks of chicken, and I didn't find any bacon or garlic cream sauce. It was ordered to go, so my assumption is the chef decided he could take this dish off since I wouldn't discover the ridiculously poor quality until I got home. For $25 dollars, I feel like I was robbed. Congratulations Cheesecake Factory on serving me about $0.95 in ingredients and making such a nice a profit. Never again though!

Justin M.

Yelp
Stopped by for drinks. I often get Negronis in part bc they're really hard to mess up. I've never had one I didn't like until this one. The strawberry Negroni tastes like FRUIT PUNCH. We also got an old fashioned, bc how can you screw up a drink that is all whiskey? Well... they dilute it with juice or water. Calling it a "classically prepared" old fashioned is a straight up lie.

Yelp
This is not a restaurant I go to often. I like that they have a lot of food options I just don't like the options they offer. My food was good though. The potsticker were really great 10/10 for those. The waitress did give us a great experience . She was really attentive and offered great customer service. The inside of the restaurant is really nice and there is plenty of room at a booth to chat with your friends.

Sandra M.

Yelp
I ordered pasta carbonara w/chicken for me and a pepperoni flatbread for my son to go. Went I got to my house 25 minutes drive from the Cheesecake Factory I open my bag and started eating, surprise no chicken but they charge for it I call and after 48 minutes on hold the manager told me that they will fix it for me. Option was a gift card or back for the chicken or refund, I choose a gift card on my email let see if they reach any time soon.

Yelp
Went there 5/12/24 was super busy cause of Mother's Day. Our server was Alex he deserved employee recognition, he was attentive & professional. He provided great service

Yelp
We got typical Cheesecake Factory experience here. Busy location (as I would expect it being part of large mall) so prepare to wait to be seated during peak hours, though they do have texting service which is nice. Menu is pretty large, and of course a ton of cheesecakes to pick from. Food is overpriced, if I'm being honest, but at least portions are big. Think $20-25 for an entree and $6 for a lemonade. I just can think of so many other good sit down places that are same of cheaper. That said service is good, we've been here twice and both times our servers were very friendly and ready to suggest their faves from the menu. Would I take the time out the day and drive here to get dinner? Probably not. Would I stop by if I'm in the mall already? Yes, sure, why not. Would I come if I crave a cheesecake? Uh, yeah!
google avatar

Diane W.

Yelp
Service was great! Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was flavorful but it could have been a bit warmer. They were pretty busy but we got in and out in under an hour. Of course we got some cheesecake to go!

Nathan S.

Yelp
waited 45 minutes to get a table just to wait an hour to get the food, food was mid to be so overpriced. table was so small and claustrophobic and the seats hurt my ass. overall a dogshit overpriced experience and a giant waste of 2 hours of my life i'll never get back.
google avatar

Yelp
*super quick service *huge portions *great atmosphere The Korean fried chicken is my new favorite dish!! It is super crispy. It also comes with a greater variety of sides than the orange chicken. (It comes with kimchi, cucumbers, brown OR white rice, avocado, pickles onions, etc) My peach Bellini was really delicious, but it didn't seem to have as much alcohol as some other drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
This is where I go when I want a slice of cheesecake. Depending on the time of day, this location can be quite crowded. I would avoid dinner between 6 and 8 p.m., especially on Fridays and Saturdays. If you go after 8 p.m., there is almost no one in line to order a slice of cheesecake. The service is quick and easy to use. As I type this review, I find myself craving a slice of cheesecake.

Slayde 3.

Yelp
Would only really recommended coming here during non-busy hours. Weekend nights are very hit or miss, service seems to suffer.

Bryce H.

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory is consistently a great restaurant for us when we visit. The food at Cheesecake Factory is always fresh and delicious and we tried the Tex mex egg rolls which were delicious. The service at this particular location is always fast and friendly which is always a plus. The ambiance is what you come to expect from a cheesecake factory which is the weird but somewhat fun design that is unique to Cheesecake Factory. All in all I would definitely recommend this Cheesecake Factory to anybody and will gladly be re visiting
google avatar

Sarah Beth M.

Yelp
Classic cheesecake factory experience - giant menu which as always (and is to be expected at a cheesecake factory) means nothing is really that great. I got the warm crab dip which was $15 and honestly pretty bad. It was mostly cold, so if it was hot maybe the taste would have been better, but otherwise the taste was very mediocre and it being cold just made it almost inedible. Salad was good, and service was great. I didn't send the crab dip back or complain because I knew I would be fine with the salad, but I'm sure the server would have understand. I'd still go back and give them another chance. Even at 3pm on a weekday, there was a 20-30 minute wait so this spot is very popular.
google avatar

Yunhea K.

Yelp
The only thing I have to say negative is that I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to greet me and get our drinks. But once the waiter came, he was quick and very attentive. We don't have a cheesecake factory in Columbia so this is always a go to when I come to town and visit. No matter what people say, they have the best miso salmon in my opinion. That is my order whenever I go. The brown miso sauce is slightly salty and sweet and the cream sauce balances it out really well. I always tell them to cook my green beans soft because they usually cook them slightly where they are still hard. It usually comes with rice but since I'm keto, i opt for no rice. I took my daughter there for a mommy and me date. She is a picky eater so she always eats chicken tenders and fries. I must say their fries are so good. This will always be a favorite when I'm visiting my parents so they'll continue to get my business.

Yelp
Ahhh, good ole Cheesecake Factory. How can you possibly go wrong at any Cheesecake? Dining here brings back so many memories from my childhood. The menu is enormous and you often spend a full ten minutes not just figuring out what you're gonna eat, but in awe of all the options. They do everythingggg here! My favorites used to be the Thai Wraps and the Chipotle pasta but now my newfound favorite is the Chicken Bellagio. I could eat that every. single. day. My friends and I love the Chicken Bellagio so much that we created a copycat recipe and it was divine! On my most recent trip to Cheesecake I ordered a super healthy salad. Greens, avocado, asparagus, beans, carrot, cucumbers, tomato, quinoa and beets all with some basaltic vinaigrette and olive oil. My waitress (unfortunately I didn't get her name :( was oh so patient with me, ensuring my dietary needs were met. It was the best customer service I've had in a while. Whenever you're not sure what you're in the mood for, I recommend just going to the Cheesecake where you'll sort yourself out immediately once you get the menu.

Yelp
horrible experience from start to finish. was sat at a booth that had food all over it - after being cleaned. seat cushion was falling off, and had food crumbs all over it. bathroom was DISGUSTING - dried up feces on seats, and bloody pad and toilet paper in stall. food took 45 minutes to arrive - when it did arrive, it was completely wrong. my son was given meatloaf when he ordered shepherds pie, and my steak diane was cooked well when i ordered it medium rare. it took over an hour for us to get our correct food. went the whole time without a drink refill until the second hour. did not discount the bill or anything. just bad. truly horrible.

Yelp
Pretty busy a lot of times but the food is good. Had some waiters/tresses lack on visiting the table often but otherwise they are just swamped with people. Totally understandable! Try the garlic breaded chicken so so good!

Yelp
Wow, let me tell ya. A chain, franchise, whatever, it was super awesome to dine here again. Staff is out of this world! Beet and avocado salad! Steak medallions? YES! Coffee and cake, im done, oh yeah... Highly recommend, Durham area!!!!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places for brunch. I always make a reservation because it's so easy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and our server was wonderful. Chicken and waffles was delicious and the restaurant is always so beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Mediocre but gets the job done if you're hungry after shopping. With that said, the portion sizes are massive so you definitely get your money's worth.

Yelp
My family and flew into Raleigh for a soccer tournament. We decided to go here because of the variety of options on the menu and it was not even five minutes from our hotel. There was a wait time of 20 min. Not bad. We get seated. 10 min later we didn't get acknowledged. We weren't offered water. Or " I'll be right with you". Usually we would just get up and leave. However, we had a really long day of traveling, layovers, car rentals etc... and didn't want to wait anywhere else. I spoke with the manager and suddenly a waitress appeared. I can say she was very friendly and attentive from that point on but I'm still not happy. The food was ok but could have been better if it were hot. I just ate a little and boxed the leftovers. Our hotel does have microwave. I will not return to this restaurant or any of their chains. I get way better service at a Chic filA drive through. I highly would NOT recommend or waste your time. The high prices of the food don't match up with the service.
google avatar

Carlos E.

Yelp
Way too over priced and even though we made reservations we had to wait 20 minutes for our table. The food was also cold once it came and that was the last time we saw our waitress. I don't think those bathrooms were cleaned in weeks because of the urine grime build up on the floor.

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
Service was fair, we had a long wait despite having a reservation. I asked for new silverware, which I never got, took about twenty minutes just to get waters, and we had to ask for bread. My fiancé's food was not correct, but I would have taken longer to get this resolved, so he pretended it wasn't an issue. Service was not what I would expect, but that seems to be the standard these days. Overall, the food was good, but will likely not be back to visit this location.

Yelp
I like this place,I really like the design of the roof, very big. But often i need to wait 10-30 before I enter to the restaurant also if i booked a place in advance. Also this place has bar. And surprisingly there is also cake's. The food is really tasty The problem that the food is really satisfying so you can't eat a cake after the meal.. :(

Yelp
Met a friend for an early 4pm dinner on a Monday, had been awhile since I ate at a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. Food: First, the menu is massive...way to big. You know they say places that offer everything on the menu don't specialize in anything well.....that was the case here that food was okay but nothing special. Prices are high, food portion sizes are average, the value for what you get to what you pay isn't there. We had 2 soft drinks, 2 appetizers, 4 entrees and 2 desserts and my bill was just under $200 without tip. Service: The service was absolutely horrid. I worked in the service industry, I know how bad it sucks at times....so I try to have reasonable expectations. Our server had no business being there and should have called in sick if not her day or should consider a different line of work. The meal started okay with drink orders and 2 apps. 1 drink showed towards end of 1.5hour long meal, 2 apps took 25 minutes to come....think she forgot to ring in. Had no napkins but we had silverware, asked for napkins.....took 30 minutes to get 4 cloth napkins (table next to us got upset and walked to grab them off another table or a different server), I asked 3 times for napkins and when they finally showed and all our drinks sat empty and we had no apps she snapped back with attitude blaming the buss staff for not bringing napkins and asked if I had a problem with her. The rest of the evening continued in this way, a manager was supposed to come....never did, but one of our apps conveniently got comped so it tells me they were aware. Atmosphere: The restaurant was fine, it was nice and mostly clean. There were unbussed tables that sat awhile around us, but in general, there were no issues. In all, I'd highly recommend avoiding this location. It's a good food chain in reputation, but this location fails on a number of areas as supported by other reviews as well. I left the name of the server out as my intention isn't to slander her, but the location really needs to evaluate having rude staff working in a customer facing role representing the business in a service industry.

Yelp
I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in a few years, but my friend and I were at the mall, so we booked a table online, and then stopped in a late lunch on a rainy Saturday. We were both pleasantly surprised- the food and service was excellent!! The place was pretty busy, but we did get our table on time. We ordered the dynamite shrimp appetizer with the sauce on the side. She ordered the Chicken Bellagio- she initially wanted another similar chicken dish that they no longer have, so she was happy with this instead. I ordered the Margherita flatbread. We split the chocolate tower truffle cake. Everything was hot and delicious. What more can you ask for???!!

Yelp
Best of both worlds. My favorite mall and my favorite restaurant all in one !!!!? I've been a fan of CC Factory for years and having recently relocating to the triangle I was thrilled to have not 1 but 2 locations close to home. I visited today while on a first date. My date had never been to Cheesecake Factory so I was very happy to have enjoyed his first experience with him. Service was perfection here. All the staff were so professional and accommodating. We were seated within 20 minutes and enjoyed our wait while sitting in the courtyard area outside. I love this location !!!!! Our waitress was Harley and she was great. We decided on the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken with mango and Pineapple chicken and shrimp. Our dishes were presented beautifully and we really enjoyed both. Very flavorful and filling ! They are so generous with the portions here. For dessert I talked my date into the banana creme cheesecake. Always a favorite! Cheesecake Factory is perfect for every occasion.

Yelp
My family and I have been customers of the cheesecake factory for many years until now. The food has been going downhill fast for a while, and I can honestly say that I will NEVER eat here again. Lately, we've been ordering to-go, and today we ordered 3 crusted chicken dishes with mashed potatoes, and the cheeseburger with fries is usually good. No, not today! The burger was asked to be cooked WELL DONE but was received medium rare, and the crusted chicken was not crusted at all, and the potatoes were crunchy. I'm done with this place. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time they screwed up our food. These dishes are too expensive to be screwed up so often.

Yelp
Like many restaurants, the wait staff are clearly stretched. However, it took 30 minutes for an order of Eggs Benedict to arrive and when it did, it was cold. The white on one of the eggs was mostly uncooked and the Hollandaise congealed. The dish was simply not appetizing and went uneaten. The potatoes were still slightly warm and crispy, so took a few bites of those and asked for the check. Did not seem worthwhile to send it back, thus stressing out the server and likely waiting another 30 minutes for a redo.

Yelp
Shrimp Scampi is not full of lemon. It is one of my favorite dishes, but for some reason, tonight the shrimp and pasta was full of lemon. The shrimp was lightly breaded and there was no light, garlicky sauce.

Yelp
Excellent fish and chips, excellent pasta alfredo with chicken, excellent chicken salad! Interestingly of the three flavors of cheesecake we had for dessert, none were particularly good. The Tiramisu cheesecake in particular had a cake crust that reminded all 3 of us of the taste of a cheap kids birthday cake. Weird.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. So many cheesecakes to choose from! They are not afraid to experiment with flavors
