This location is fantastic. The staff was kind, attentive and clean. All the dishes were fresh, hot, and delicious. This restaurant is perfect for dates, family dinners, and more. Food does take longer on busy weekends so definitely get a shareable or appetizer. We also got cheesecake and drinks which were yummy! No complaints.

This was the first time we have ate at a Cheesecake Factory and we will be back! The atmosphere and our server were top notch. We started out with: Fried macaroni and cheese balls 10/10 Calamari 7/10 Crab ragoons 2/10 I had the chicken shawarma 10/10 My mom had the double smash burger she said it was a 10/10 My son had the Alfredo with penne noodles he gave it a 9/10 We ordered a chocolate mousse cheesecake to go and my family devoured it!

Advance tables reservation but had to ask why appetizer delivery delayed almost half hour wait, one dish room temperature as if too long to be served after being made. For each issue deducted a star rating. The server was polite and courteous but not ‘invested’ in our experience. Food deliverers not engaging. Did get several water refills timely. The decor hasn’t changed in years but maintained well, clean, including floors and wall crevices. 5 people entrees (no steaks) including gratuity, 2 appetizers, one premium beverage, one soft drink, plus desserts $285

For my big sisters birthday celebration we had a perfect setting. The food was excellent. Our server was top tier. The drinks were awesome. It was a celebration my big sister deserved. Thank you Cheesecake Factory for making that a night to remember.

Absolutely LOVE coming here. I've always had great service and great food here. My only complaint is that the (non-alcoholic) drinks here always have an off flavor. Sometimes I think it's the glassware and sometimes I wonder if it's something else. But really delicious! And honestly, the wait time is never really that bad when I go! I recommend the chicken piccata if you need recommendations! I am not even a huge fan of chicken but this is my go-to!

Got a to go order for my Christmas dinner, is it just me or did the slices of cheesecake get smaller? The piece didn’t take up the entire section of the container and it looks like someone tried to compensate with extra whipped cream. Not worth the near $12 for the smallest piece of the cake!!

My first time and I was not disappointed. I believe my servers name is Will. Totally on point with everything. I would also like to add I left my card in the check folder and they placed it in their safe and helped me take care of everything over the phone the next day. The management is very polite and helpful. Minus the loss of my card that was my fault, I had a wonderful experience. Also I bought my wife and friends the Oreo Cheese cake. They absolutely loved it. I did have a small peice and that is extremely rich and wonderful.

Very disappointed with my experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The service was poor—our server seemed far more focused on other tables than ours. I understand being busy and short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse neglecting guests who are clearly unhappy. The food was just as bad, especially considering the prices. I ordered the smash burger, and instead of being juicy like a smash burger should be, it was incredibly dry. We also got the eggroll sampler, and several of them were burnt. When we mentioned it, the kitchen’s response was that they were “supposed to be like that,” which was frustrating and dismissive. It was obvious we were displeased, and no one seemed to care or make any effort to fix the situation. Overall, this experience wasn’t worth the cost, and I won’t be coming back.

Made a reservation for a late 2:30 Sunday lunch, but arrived a half hour earlier than expected. The folks at the host stand were very friendly and even seated our party promptly. Our server, Kiara, was awesome at tending to our table with an appropriate frequency and topping off our waters. It took longer than I had anticipated between our order placement and receiving our meals. I tried the Mexican Tortilla Salad (16.95 - Crispy Corn Tortilla Topped with Grilled Chicken Breast and Black Beans with Mixed Greens, Fresh Corn, Green Onion, Cilantro, Vinaigrette, Avocado Cream Sauce, Salsa and Sour Cream) and would consider ordering it again. It was a decent quantity and tasted very good. Can't come here without ordering their namesake. Tried the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake (10.50), which was also a nice size and hit my sweet tooth just right in the peanut butter and chocolate categories. Can't help but feel that the prices are a bit higher than I would prefer on the value metric, which is the primary reason for only awarding 4 stars instead of 5.

I'm here to write about my experience here at the cheesecake factory. The food that I got was really good. The food always delivers. What was so disturbing was to see the man busing the tables, clean up everyone's dirty dishes, and then use the same hands that he had just cleaned the dirty table and plates with, put out clean plates and silverware and napkins. It made me wonder if the utensils we were using had been touched by him as well We had already eaten most of our food when the table next to us had been cleaned. But we were pretty grossed out, sitting there watching that.

Our food actually came out very fast, considering how busy they were. It was really loud in there, but that's understandable. Honestly, the highlight of our trip was our server Danielle C. We have had her a few times and she never disappoints. She will make me want to keep coming back to this location just to have her presence. What a bubbly, social, and phenomenal server. She should be server of the year for Cheesecake Factory!

"Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane"...my goodness, THE BEST FOOD IVE EVER TASTED IN LITERALLY 5 years lol. Steak was amazing, the sauces, the pasta etc. The key is it originally comes with mash potatoes instead of pasta. Ask to substitute the mash potatoes with pasta. The best food hack of all time. I got it from TikTok. It was clean inside and spacious. It was packed so we sat at the open bar. It would be to reserve a spot. Everyone seemed friendly and the bartender was welcoming.

Thankfully they now take reservations! Service was a bit on the slower side but we were there for Christmas Eve. Overall food was pretty good. On the roadside slider appetizer you get four mini burgers which I ordered as my main. The crab rangoons also hit and the pretzel bites and cheese were great too! The quesadilla was a bit lacking and didn't have much chicken or cheese inside at all. Said it came with a pepper mix as well but didn't seem to see that when we opened them up. Overall it's what you'd expect for Cheesecake Factory. We still come every year on Christmas Eve as tradition.

Always one of my favorite spots. The wait for our food was a little longer than usual, but the meal was worth it. Chicken & Waffles were good and the potatoes were even better; well seasoned and crispy.

Great Food, Perfect for a Special Night Out The food was really good, and while it's a bit on the pricier side, it's definitely worth it for a special night out. The fried mac and cheese balls were so good! One of the best parts is the massive menu selection--it's perfect for groups, especially if you have picky eaters. There's something for everyone! The portion sizes are huge too, which helps justify the price. The service was quick and friendly and they weren't upset when we stayed a while to chat! Ambiance was great! And, of course, the cookie dough cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Have a great time at this location. The location was clean and well kept in line what you would typically expect from a cheesecake factory. What was outstanding was the service. Pink,who works in the bar, was a wonderful time. She made great drinks and made great suggestions for food to eat. I really enjoyed the crispy crab wontons. I also really enjoyed the strawberry martini and a dirty martini as well. Pink had such good energy and it was a welcome for my visit to Indianapolis. If you're gonna come here, they have all the things that other cheesecake factories due except for pink so ask for her! I definitely would return.

Typically have good experiences with Cheesecake Factory. Only remembered to get a picture of the appetizer. We had chicken picatta and steak tacos which were very good. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was very good too! Disappointed in the lettuce wraps though, we only had 3 pieces of chicken, hardly enough to even make 2 wraps. We sat at the bar and were able to get in quickly on Sunday morning. Music is nice and staff friendly.

It's The Cheesecake Factory and we know what to expect. A massive menu of dizzying choices. Massive serving sizes. Attentive service. Delicious food. David our server was diligent in identifying the spice level of my cousin's tuna appetizer. I had my lunch 'go-to' Miso Salmon with/ my salmon cooked well, brown rice, and Mango iced tea. Our pineapple upside-down cake cheesecake was a take-home item. I love that lunch portions and prices last until 5 p.m.!

Food is solid but there were tons of fruit flies in the dining area. Bathroom was decently clean, but their baby changing table in the women's restroom needs an overhaul as it tilts open at like 125 degrees, and a baby could easily roll off.

Yesterday was my first time ever trying this place and it was amazing! Marcus our server was so polite and on top of everything! He truly made the experience better. Not only him, but the other staff as well. Super friendly, amazing & fresh food and the atmosphere was calming and clean! i can't wait to come back! thank you for an amazing experience.

I made my first and last visit to the cheesecake factory. I was not impressed. The service was fair and the food was good but over priced. The restaurant was noisy and it was hard to carry on a conversation. I thought the portions were skimpy for the price of the meal. I don't see the attraction of this place over crowded and over priced.

The cocktail ordered of a margarita was the best taste last night. We ordered the Fish N Chipscas an appetizer which were heavily breaded. The green beans with every order were not cooked properly at all they were just flashed in a pan without flavor. The two chicken dishes were just okay for a Friday night dinner experience away from my kitchen this was not a good table to wait for.

I have frequented this establishment on many occasions however, I have never had a cheese burger. This particular day I had a taste for one. Although simple the cheeseburger can be complex if you don't know how to grill it properly. Not surprisingly the Cheesecake Factory did an excellent job with all the dressings to make it an enjoyable burger. The burger was not overwhelming yet enough to ensure you had a full stomach. The fries were hot and fresh just the perfect compliment to the burger. Along with the other fine meals I now look forward to incorporating the Americana Burger to my repertoire. If you get a chance and in the Keystone area give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Went in on Sunday before the rush. Wait time 15/20 minutes. No problem. We will text you when your table is ready. No problem. (Today is Monday I still haven't received a text by the way). We found a bar top table anyway. Got our water and bread....placed our order at about 1:45 (bunch is over at 2). Then you wait...wait...wait...We decided to leave since our server never came back and our food never came after 45 mins. I stood up servicer walked by..checked on the 2 tables around us. 1 came after us and was ready for the check. I stopped a manager she said let me go check on your food. A few minutes later what magically appeared! My husband's pasta (wrong order)...then comes out the cold waffle (yeah that's it)...Then the server comes and says "is everything alright" my response "No"...She turned and walked away...If only I could get my wasted time back. I can say the brown bread and butter with the water held my hunger pains over until we could go get something to eat.

This was one of the best meals I've had at the Cheesecake Factory. The sweet tamale cakes were a flavor explosion and my burger was cooked perfectly! Service was great and the wait wasn't too long.

I'm really confused by the low ratings. There has not ever been one time I've been disappointed coming to The Cheesecake Factory at this location. Case in point... My best friend and I came here yesterday for lunch and we were greeted and sat down immediately. Then we were greeted by our FAVORITE WAITER, Juan!!! Juan is the best there is!!! You need someone who not only knows their stuff but also loves where they work, and what they do. Now the food, as always, was perfection! Nothing but yummy city. My best friend and I always eat more than what we should, so take our cheesecakes to go, and sweet baby Jesus was it worth it.... SO GOOD!!!! I digress... Again, I don't understand all the negative vibes in some of these reviews but for ME... for us... this spot is a win-win!!!

Great food, huge menu selection and friendly wait staff is the norm for Cheesecake Factory. The only down side- there is always a wait. Cheesecake Factory does have a rewards program that allows rewards member to get reservations. The wait does not have to be bad though as this Cheesecake Factory is in the Fashion mall so you can window shop. The portion sizes of the entrees are generous. I really enjoyed the Godiva chocolate cheesecake so rich in flavor. Overall, the Cheesecake Factory is a great place for a family meal, date night or a celebration with friends

It took a minute for the bread to come out. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta without chicken and mushrooms. My food had chicken crumbs on it. So it had to be remade. Our server was friendly. The food was hot. My paradise punch was AMAZING. I didn't get any cheesecake. I need to go back during happy hour. There was so much more I wanted to try. I used to frequent her a few times a month, especially when I worked in the area. I came in during lunch time and was seated within 5 minutes or so after arriving.

The Cheesecake Factory is legendary in the pantheon of chain restaurants. While some are known for just a few things, like the Blooming Onion or the Animal Style fries, the Cheesecake Factory is known for their library of options. I mean, there are 20+ pages of food options available to you to pick from. The amazing part is that everything is made from scratch daily. While Cheesecake Factory can often be a joke for their décor and as an example of American excess (to be fair, 250+ food items with items like fried macaroni and cheese does go with this), they take their food seriously. Kasey, our server for our past two CF experiences, is incredible. She was conscientious of our dietary needs and even brought out a gluten-free bun while I tore into the famous brown bread. The menu also list gluten-free options, including the pasta and three different available cheesecakes. The Cheesecake Factory does seem antithetical to the classic Yelp reader; it isn't a small homey restaurant or the new-age Michelin-rated gastropub. It's just an amazing vibe, with the cool, borderline tacky mishmash of interior design ideas, high-quality food, and excellent people, all with the convenience of a nearby Crate and Barrel.

Food was delicious! I always get the chicken Romano but ask for bow tie pasta which is so tasty! Usually they can dice my chicken too but the chef was not interested today I guess lol the soda machine was down but our waitress allowed free refills on our lemonade which was nice!

Made reservation online for 6.30 pm .. still have to wait for table for another 15-20 mins. The food portion is huge! I finished only half of my plate.

We arrived around 730 and were seated within about 15 minutes. We were seated in a booth after waiting in the bar area for a short time. We had a very attentive, waiter. Good sense of humor, came back for refills as needed checked on us to see how well we were doing. I haven't been for a while so I really enjoyed the chicken piccata and we each had a slice of cheesecake of course banana cheesecake and pumpkin were the two choices. We had delicious and as always way too filling so we had some to take home. It definitely was a festive environment with a lot of laughter and not too noisy, we could readily hear each other speak and it was overall a really enjoyable meal

This was our first time at the cheesecake factory, in a couple of years. Sadly, it was a little disappointing, and the quality of the food is not like it used to be. The bread was cold and chewy and unfortunately they didn't have our favorite bread, the dark brown one due to the order not being delivered yet. The Tex-Mex Rolls, we used to get all the time for an appetizer were not fresh so I sent those back. I ordered a margherita flatbread and it was pretty fresh and not too bad. Had a good taste, and my husband ordered the impossible burger with fries and the fries were cold and had to be sent back. Our service brought him fresh fries, and we finished our meals. Atmosphere was nice, but I did notice there were several empty seats and no one was waitjing to be seated. We have a 7:45 PM reservation. We went to the cheesecake counter prior to leaving and it was pretty bare and what was in there did not look very fresh so we passed on the cheesecake, it will likely be a while before we return to The Cheesecake Factory.

The worst experience I have had at a restaurant of this caliber. After receiving my $15.95 Mai Tai , the drink was down an inch from the top. And after removing all the fruit, I had about 8 oz of drink Then my Alfredo with chicken arrives. My $28.75 meal had literally 1/2 a breast cubed into maybe 8 pieces. And the pasta was a lunch size amount. Whitney the manager was not pleasant and our time was miserable . I will never step foot into this restaurant again. Did a carry out for lunch today, real simple, a slice of cheesecake and Tex Mex Rolls. The rolls are clearly over cooked/burnt and this looks very thrown together. Looks like they made them and they were sitting there and they refried them. I was so looking forward to this meal. Sadly, I am Calling the Manager. Manager made it right. But they are definitely burned, tastes burned too.

We ordered curb side and I hate to say that it took forever. We ordered well in advance and sat in the lot for almost 30minutes waiting before we called for the second time to find out where the order was. My friend ordered French dip cheeseburgers and really liked them. My other friend has a vegetarian penne pasta dish that is her go-to. I was blown away by the chicken bellagio. I've already made a copycat at home. Order this, but be warned it's massive. Also if to-go get the arugula on the side so it won't wilt. Basque cheesecake was good, but not my favorite. I'd rather have the key lime or coconut cream.

I'm not one who usually insists on going to a chain restaurant for dinner but for some reason I was really craving The Cheesecake Factory this past weekend so we stopped in around 5:30pm and were quoted 20 minutes for two people. No problem! It was busy, the whole waiting area was packed and I was told I would receive a text when the table is ready. 30 minutes goes by and I never got a confirmation text saying I was added to the waitlist so I go back up and check and they tell me they are clearing off tables and I will be seated shortly. I think in total we waited 45-50 minutes before we were finally seated probably a foot away from another table who had 3 screaming kids. While I understand that is of no fault to the restaurant, why was our table sooo close to them?? To the left of us, we probably had at least 5-6 feet between us and the next table. It was just super awkward and uncomfortable to be eating that close to strangers who could barely get out because they also had a high chair. Service was sllooooww. I don't know quite what I was expecting after waiting that long to be seated but I was hopeful the food would make up for everything else... well it didn't. We ordered the egg roll sampler and it was warm but not hot. The wontons weren't crispy, like they had been ready for a minute before being delivered to us. I also swore the cheeseburger egg roll was definitely not cooked all the way. Main course was fine, nothing special for $25/plate. The only saving grace was the cheesecake which of course was delicious but we opted to take it home since we were informed before we even ordered dinner, we should put our cheesecake order in because they were running so behind. We ordered cheesecake when we ordered our meal and still had to wait 20 minutes after we were finished eating before our cheesecake was finally brought to us. I frequent this mall and this restaurant is always busy so being slammed on a weekend shouldn't be something new yet no one there seemed to be able to handle the crowds. Definitely won't be dining in here again.

Visited the Cheesecake with the family and it was what it is a chain restaurant. Food portions are large, waiter was attentive and fast. My biggest complaint is that some food came to the table lukewarm while others were piping hot. I know is an extensive menu but they should coordinate so you dont have plate sitting in warmer station. Thats my only complaint. I will return as I treat my family once in a while.

Splurged on 2 slices of take out cheesecake and was wildly disappointed to get home and see how tiny they were. I paid $22 for slices of cheesecake that could no joke, be consumed in 3 adult bites. It's insulting. I guess I'd rather pay even more to get a respectable size cheesecake but I had no idea that two slices would not be even close to shareable for 4 people. Crazy.

The waiter was giving dirty looks, and a bad attitude! We got told we had to wait to get seated for 10 minutes, and ended up waiting for 30 instead! Once we got seated... there was hair in the butte, so I asked for a different one, but got more dirty looks by the waiter once asked! We also waited an extra hour for just 2 meals, and an appetizers. Then.... once we got the food, one of the meals had hard noodles and seemed as if it was just coming out of a microwave! I truly have never been so disappointed in my life at any restaurant!!! My wife and I had dinner here the other night. We hadn't been here in several years. Let's start from the beginning...I tried to make a reservation a couple of days before but was unsuccessful. So... we had to wait about 30 - 35 minutes for a table. The table was not quite to our liking, so we asked for a different table. The hostess said we would have to wait another 10 - 15 minutes to get a different table. Needless to say, we stayed at the first table. Knowing what we wanted, we placed our order almost immediately after our waitress came to the table. We ordered a glass of wine, Chicken Madeira, and Chicken Parmesan "pizza style." We didn't see much of our waitress after that. Our food actually arrived before our wine. The waitress blamed it on the bartender. My wife really liked her Chicken Madeira. I thought the Chicken Parmesan "pizza style" was okay, but I've had better Chicken Parmigiana. The cheesecake, of course, was very good. Overall...3 stars for the service, 4 stars for the food, 3 stars for the atmosphere.

I have been to Cheesecake Factory many times. I get the same consistent result each time. Its always been wonderful. I always get the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. Its a classic dish. Plenty of sauce that comes with this dish, but you can ask for additional sauce if you like it like that. If i do splurge and get an appetizer, it has to be the tex mex egg rolls. The dipping sauce is to die for. The service is always wonderful and they have the nicest servers. If you go around dinner time, the restaurant is dim. Around lunch time, its more well lit.

My boyfriend and I went yesterday for lunch. He ordered the Bacon Bacon Burger with fries and i ordered the buffalo chicken tenders. We shared a small plate of fried cheese. The fried cheese was a pretty greasy but you could taste the fontina and mozzarella. The chicken was soft and had gristle strings. but still had a good buffalo sauce. Our waitress was very nice and made sure we had refills when needed. The restaurant is so pretty on the inside and they were so many different places to sit. it's definitely can be pricey which is unfortunate considering things could have been better.

I think I'm done here .... Hear me out . First, the ambiance is ok. It's always crowded and busy, I never have the time to fully take it all in. The wait time is consistently above the 15 min mark, even though this is a spacious location. The lighting is set for a date night or intimate evening, but the constant rush doesn't lean into that aesthetic. It's a strange dynamic: intimate lighting, but crowded seating and rushed food. On this particular visit, my service was sub par. Our server was rushed and not prepared for the busy Saturday onslaught of people. Her attention to detail showed this. My silverware wasn't clean. I had to ask the sever of the table beside me for a new set. I wasn't offered cheese on my meal and I was never offered a refill on my drink. She didn't round back to the table to ask about the meal, nothing. I think she had me pegged for a "bad tipper", clearly not the case as I still left 25% of the bill bad service and all. What's really strange, I could clearly see at least 2 members of what appeared to be management taking in the happenings, but they too missed the fact I wasn't eating the meal placed before me. My food was ok. I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. The pasta was room temperature and the chicken was hot, what an odd combination. I chose to just take it home. Lastly, I saw something that disturbed me. The busser cleaning the table next to me had on gloves as he cleared the table. He took a tray of used dishes to the back and returned with clean table settings again with gloves on. Did he change gloves in the back? It just struck me as odd.

Who doesn't love cheesecake factory? Everything always taste the same and is delicious. My only complaint with this location is. It's always a long wait. If you have not tried the Buffalo blast, I would encourage trying these. They are not too hot just right, and are all white meat. I did not get cheesecake this visit. I do highly recommend the red velvet cheesecake. It is five star.

Yesterday, I was blessed with a miracle! My friend and I walked into the Cheesecake Factory at 4:45 on a Friday evening and were seated immediately! I have never been to the Cheesecake Factory and not had to wait over an hour before. Our waitress took our drink orders, and I went with the Cheesecake Factory's signature strawberry lemonade. Apart from the vibrant pink hue and the sugar around the rim, it was really nothing special. I did not think it was worth $5.95. My friend enjoyed her tropical iced tea, she said it had a subtle mango flavor to it. Since we got to the restaurant before 5:00, we took advantage of ordering off the lunch menu. Don't let the "lunch portions" fool you--I still had enough food to fill me up and some leftovers! My four cheese pasta was delicious--for a restaurant that offers hundreds of entrees, I was surprised with how good my meal was. Finally, it was time for the main event:the cheesecake. I was stuffed, so the took my slice of Oreo Dream Extreme to go. This isn't an ordinary cheesecake, however. There were full Oreos layered into the cake and it was topped with rich chocolate ganache. 10/10!! My meal, while delicious, was quite expensive, and we did have to scan a QR code on our bill to pay. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Cheesecake Factory, and I'd love to come back at a time where there's not wait (which will probably be another 20 years until that happens again!)

The Cheesecake Factory offers a spin on the traditional Monte Cristo: Crunchy French Toast Stuffed with Bacon, Grilled Ham, Scrambled Eggs and Melted Swiss Cheese Dusted with Powdered Sugar and Served with Strawberry Preserves While the entire sandwich isn't deep fried, it was still satisfying. The fries were seasoned and just the right amount of crunch. Our server, Allison was awesome. She kept the the refills coming. A good place for brunch.

I had lunch at Cheesecake Factory, and overall, it was a delightful experience! The food was tasty, and the service was decent. However, our server Max seemed to have bathed in his favorite musk cologne, which was a bit overpowering. It was so strong that it gave me a headache, making me feel like I was eating next to a perfume factory rather than enjoying my meal. Hopefully, next time Max goes easy on the cologne, and then it'll be a five-star experience!

I come here often and solo. I typically can find a bar seat. My go to drink is the whiskey ginger...so good!!! The menu is plentiful with so many tasty options!! This location lives up to the chain name! Food is always good. Service is always good.

I've gone to this location for years but it has gotten worse and worse as time goes by. Our server was awesome but when I got my food I asked for Louisiana chicken on top of my Caesar salad and it came out like breaded chicken. The manager came out and started arguing that that was Louisiana chicken & I said last tune it wasn't like that & he said "well that's Louisiana chicken soooo " && I just said okay I understand. It was aggressive and he acted like I was dumb. It was an older man

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in over 3 years and would say that my experience was good. I did forget how big the portions were but at least I don't have to worry about my lunch tomorrow. My number one tip is to make a reservation online before you go and then you won't be one of those people waiting for 1hr for a table. This chain is almost always busy. I came here with my son we got the spicy tuna appetizer along with the Buffalo blasts. For dinner he got the fried shrimp and I got the steak Diane which is one of my favorites from this place and it was pretty strong this evening. The only thing I wouldn't get is the tuna it was just 4 little nickel sized dabs of tune big pieces of fried rice squares the proportions were totally off and I didn't another to snag a photo. Everything else was good. We even lucked out and got pretty good wait staff.

One of my favorite date nights! I always love the food and cheesecake here. We came for drinks and cheesecake during happy hour. Happy hour is M-F 4-6pm in the bar area. The bar was very crowded when we got there around 5pm and we had to wait about 15 minutes before a spot for two opened up. We first sat at a bar table and nobody attended to us for about 5-10 minutes so we moved to the bar. The bartender helped us right away and was very nice. We got the raspberry lemon drop and espresso martini to drink and they were both delicious. Then we ordered key lime pie and Cinnabon cheesecakes to go. I always get the Cinnabon cheesecake and it's so tasty. They also serve free bread which we enjoyed. I look forward to my next visit!

Every time we have family come into town, we go to the Cheesecake Factory because of the vast menu and the consistency. Recently we had a table of 9 and everyone left happy and stuffed

Food is great but special requests will be ignored. When you go into the restaurant to pick up your order they send you to the cheesecake counter and the people there will not look at you or look right through you. Usually your food will not be ready when they say it will be ready. Very frustrating. They don't want to remake your food just give you a coupon for a slice of free cheesecake the next time you order Togo.

My friends are I decided to splurge and visit the Cheesecake Factory for our luncheon. Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. Our orders consisted of the "Deep Fried Macaroni and Cheese" for an appetizer, along with their complimentary Sourdough and freshly baked Pumpernickel-Oat Bread. We also ordered the "Chicken Parmesan (Pizza Style)", the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, and the "Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken for main courses. All of our food was fresh, piping hot, saturated with delicious flavor, and everything the squeaky clean. The restrooms were stocked up well, and very clean also. Restaurant sanitation is a huge pet-peeve for both myself and many other people. We were all very impressed. We also had a very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable server too. Everything was simply perfect, not to mention the fond memories my friends and I made together as well. This is definitely a great place to dine if you are looking to celebrate special occasions or partake in group-partied meals.
