⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife, daughter, and I had the most incredible experience at The Cheesecake Factory thanks to our server Shawn! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. His energy was kind, patient, and beyond professional — honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, explaining the menu with detail, checking in just the right amount, and treating our little daughter with such warmth that it truly touched our hearts. He didn’t miss a single detail — from drink refills to helping us choose the best dishes (and cheesecake of course!). It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience special, but Shawn absolutely nailed it. He made our visit feel more like a celebration than just a meal out. Thank you, Shawn, for making our day so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back — and asking for you by name! 🙏✨

Service was wonderful! Quick and friendly. Lunch special was a good deal. The herb crusted salmon was pretty delicious as well as the crab rangoons. Poke nachos were bland and lacked Poke. Mango key lime cheesecake was delicious! Great recommendation. Overall, pretty good! Will be back!

We came here on a Saturday night around 10:00 p.m. and surprisingly it was fairly busy. It took a good 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Most of it tasted fine with a decent value. We had the Bellagio chicken but the pesto sauce was very light and not too much flavor on the pasta. The crispy tuna was not very crispy but overall it was fine. Probably would not order it again.

This is such a beautiful venue. We went for dinner and had a great meal. Candi was helpful in making menu choices and we loved the beet avocado salad with salmon added. Perfection!! The beef medallions from the Skinnylicious menu were full of flavor and tender beef. We tried out the mango key lime cheesecake for dessert. Creamy and sweet and sour deliciousness!

One thing I’ve always loved is The Cheesecake Factory, so after recently moving to the area, I knew I had to treat myself to a visit. I’m happy to say it didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. The lighting, music, and décor gave off that classic Cheesecake Factory vibe I’ve always enjoyed…busy, but not overwhelming, and comfortable enough to sit back and enjoy a meal. I ordered the miso salmon, which was cooked perfectly. The glaze was flavorful without being overpowering. It came with a side of rice and veggies that balanced everything out nicely. My niece had the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta and couldn’t stop raving about it…it had just the right amount of kick, and the portion was generous. Our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive, checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. It really made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable. All in all, this visit reminded me why The Cheesecake Factory has always been a go-to spot for me. Great food, friendly service, and a familiar atmosphere…it felt like a little piece of home during a time of change. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Took my sister. Got there at 11am. Good food and big portions. For your birthday you can have desert of them. I tried the Korean fried chicken and my sister had the a pasta dish. I tried a refreshing cherry limeade with mint and a cool pineapple 🍍 finish. Service was excellent. Great atmosphere there.

Beautiful location with a lively, energetic vibe. It was busy, but there was plenty of parking, the staff were friendly, and the food was solid. Overall, I had a good experience. That said, it’s probably not a place I’d go to often, simply because the things they’re known for aren’t really my personal favorites. The massive menu is impressive at first glance, but I found it overwhelming too many options made me question how much attention goes into each dish. It felt more like they do a lot of things well, but maybe don’t specialize in anything. Our server was clearly juggling a lot, but still managed to be pleasant and attentive. If someone invited me back, I’d happily go and have a good time. It’s just not a spot I see myself choosing regularly. Still, it’s worth a try especially if you’re into places with huge menus and a ton of variety.

Consistent and delicious as always. 🍰 I got to bring my relatives to The Cheesecake Factory to experience it for the first time, and we were all in food heaven with stuffed bellies by the end of our meal. The starter bread was hot and fresh, and all of our food was delicious. I had no idea that they had a low calorie, low sugar, cheesecake, so I was excited to give that a try. Very yummy with fresh strawberries!

My husband and I enjoy going to the Happy Hour at CF. We were led to a booth in the bar which was Much more comfortable than the high tops which we thought were the only options. I always order the Avacado and Beet salad and as always it was delicious! The only downside is the salad is too small to be a whole meal but too large to order a big meal after Eating it. Lately I order the artichoke hearts mushroom and chicken creamy delicious always hot soup. Along with the restaurant's house wine it was a great meal! My husband had the turkey club sandwich but could Only eat half of it it was so filling. I've never been disappointed at tThe Cheesecake Factory on Rampart. Happy Hour pricing is very affordable and the same High quality that this restaurant is known for!

Had a great food experience here at cheesecake factory! The bread was so soft and both the fettuccine alfredo and louisiana chicken pasta had great flavor! If you're looking for something a little more spicy with crispy chicken I would definitely recommend the louisiana chicken pasta! Our server was super nice and very attentive to our needs checking up on us quite frequently! The ambiance of the restaurant was great as well and overall a nice experience!

Rewards members get a free slice of cheesecake, with any purchase, in your birthday month. You just need to give your telephone number. This place was hopping friday night. But we were doing a takeout order so ours was ready in a few minutes. We selected the Oreo Cheesecake and the Peanut Butter cheesecake (there are two different PB combos), but we were looking in the window and seeing them in person, so many delicious possibilities! The celebration cake cheesecake looked interesting. $11.87. Thank You to Joanna, she was really nice too! We were in and out in about five minutes. Yes, we are fans of this rewards program. Hubby wants to sign up now.

We were seated quickly on a Friday night, which was a great start. Unfortunately the bread was being baked and that took a very long time to get to our table. I enjoyed a strawberry lemonade, which is always delicious there! We came for the corn cakes appetizer and it did not disappoint. I am craving them right now! They're gluten free too! I got the herb crusted salmon for my main dish and it was very satisfying. The mashed potatoes are some of the best ever. Seriously. My spouse got the chicken carbonara, and they really enjoyed it! The carbonara sauce was a little pepper-y, which gave it a nice little kick. Our kids both enjoyed the cheese pizza on the kids menu.

Good experience, consistent taste and great customer service. Really like the Ultimate margarita. I would probably not get the Old Fashion burger again. We had the Alfredo and Crispy chicken and shrimp. October is the right time for outside seating if you are one to enjoy an outdoor ambiance.

It was my moms birthday today and my grandma and my god mom and my grandmas friend was here too and we waited too long and my grandma asked the waiter can she bring the kids food I had a ribeye steak with some smash potato's and Mac and cheese and they did not bring my food and my god brothers food and no food just my grandmas friends salad came and my god mom and my god brother left the restaurant didn't come here and my grandma water was not clean my mom said it had dust of something and the waiter did not come and say nothing no contact from the waiter at all 1/10

It was pretty busy and full. The ambiance is more fast paced, conversational and more quick dining type of atmosphere. The server was really nice but she was slow. The food was great. I started my dinner with the cheeseburger egg roll and their phenomenon, the sauce and the cheese really complement the roll. For my entree, I had the tomato mozarella pasta I'm not a fan of penne so I switch with spaghetti and it was amazing. Of course, I won't be able to leave Cheesecake Factory without having cheesecake. I had the mango keylime pie, I thought it'll be weird but it tasted great the mango and the tartness of the keylime blend in together. I will sure be back and try different meal.

I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory. The service is exceptional and I always feel good about the ambiance and the service. The food is always mouth watering and delicious. The pasta was very tasty and I always like trying something new from the menu.

My friend had been given some Cheesecake Factory gift cards so we decided to hit it up for Happy Hour. The positive things first....I ordered a Cosmo and my friend had one of their specialty cocktails. Both drinks were good. We ordered the pretzel bread bites and the Thai chili shrimp ( sauce on the side). Both were on the Happy Hour menu . Both were quite good and the portions were pretty large for Happy Hour food. Unfortunately the service was not good. We sat for quite awhile at the bar before anyone asked us if we wanted to order....and we were the only people at the bar. There were two, and sometimes three, people behind the bar...and they all seemed otherwise engaged plus chatting with each other. I could hear a bit of their conversation. Apparently some changes were being made and no one agreed with them. I heard "they don't care about us"and doing whatever was proposed would be " stupid " and " ridiculous ". We were finally asked if we wanted drinks .... We said we wanted drinks and some snacks and were set up for a food order. The drinks came out rather slowly and the food even slower. After the drinks and food were finally out, no one asked if everything was Ok. They were still conversing about whatever this change was. When we were pretty much done, we were asked if it was OK and did we want another round. We did not. After that we had to get someone's attention again to get the check. I understand that work is not always easy. I understand that management can make some decisions that don't benefit any of the employees and actually make things more difficult. However, when you are in the service industry, you suck it up and do your job when you're in front of your customers. You can talk about it with your fellow employees all you want when you're on break. To be sitting at the bar and be pretty much dismissed and overhearing an uncomfortable conversation is not why anyone goes out to a restaurant.

Who doesn't love The Cheesecake Factory?! Although I love trying new places, there's always something comforting coming back to a solid favorite. Their menu is extensive, yet everything is always so good. There truly is something for everyone on this menu. I went with one of my all time faves, the BBQ ranch chicken salad. My husband had the bang bang chicken and shrimp. We shared the Calimari appetizer. The quality was good as always. This location is set up like all other CFs in terms of the style and decor. The service was good and food came out fairly quickly. We also were able to get a table with no wait (didn't have a reservation) which was a pleasant surprise.

Went with some friends for an early dinner. The space is huge and the service is very good. The food is good and we had a fun time!

Let me tell you I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory since I left home in Chicago 11 years ago. I had a reservation at 5pm for two, we got there at 4:50 PM. There was a quite a few people waiting to be seated. We were taking to a table really fast and was seated. Our waiter was very funny and nice guy, he kept making jokes. We ordered the fried calamari for our appetizer, very delicious. Then we each ordered pasta, mine was also GF noodles and omg let me tell you. The best GF pasta I have ever had. The meal was very delicious and my friend loved her noodles she ate the entire plate, as well as I did. I took home a cheesecake it was the very berry one, a must try it was delicious.

Great place with a very extensive menu. We have a few favorite dishes but also experiment with new ones and there's not much we don't end up liking. Waits can be longer during peak times but usually it's not too bad. The staff who works at this location is really great and all work very hard. Thanks to everyone for always taking great care of us.

Super long wait, not the best service, there was more pasta than meat and all other veggies in my dish. Also the music was super loud where everyone was talking even louder. The lettuce on the burger was wilted. It's unfortunate that cheesecake factory is really going down hill. Unfortunately we will not be back. These three meals and two cokes was $85.

What more could you ask for? We came here on a Saturday at 6:30. There were three in my party for a birthday dinner. We were quickly seated outside on the patio quickly and our waitress was quick to offer drinks and appetizers. We got our drinks quickly and soon after we got our appetizers. We got the crab dip and the egg roll sampler. Everything was delicious. For dinner we had the chicken enchiladas, the fish and chips, and the chicken Parmesan "pizza". Everything was outstanding. The food was warm and yummy! I tried the chicken enchiladas and they do have a slight kick to them. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, and it was very good, and a massive portion I was able to take some home. We also had cheese cake for desert. The most important part of the night was our waitress, Samantha. She was so kind and friendly! I'm not usually a fan of restaurants with large menus, but she recommended some great options and we loved them all. She was very attentive and quick and I would come back just for the wonderful service.

Cheesecake Factory has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants. The menu is huge and overwhelming, but it'll appease any picky eater in your group. I've eaten at this location many times, but recently came in for my son's birthday. He invited some of his friends and we all sat comfortably toward the back of the restaurant. Luckily, the Cheesecake Factory serves the perfect portion size for a group of hungry teenagers. We ordered the egg roll sampler and it was gobbled up in a matter of minutes. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with a side salad. I liked the sandwich, but my salad was wilted and plain. Service was efficient. Everyone ordered their own cheesecake, except for me (I had a couple of bites from my husband's plate). It was sweet, rich, creamy, and everything you would want from a cheesecake. Each slice was a gigantic portion and no one finished the entire piece. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, it's a good place for families with kids and teenagers who tend to be somewhat picky when it comes to food.

I usually sit at the bar counter which has great bartenders. They are attentive and super friendly. I had the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta which isn't very spicy but has a nice little kick. There's also a nice sweetness to the sauce that makes it unique and I enjoyed it. I liked that there's veggies in this dish and that it's not a heavy cream sauce. The portion like most Cheesecake Factory entree portions is generous. My guest had the combo entree Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane. While the flavors were really good, the steak came out cooked to the medium as requested but was a bit cold which isn't typical for this place. That put a slight damper on the steak part. My guest was hungry so he didn't send it back for a redo. He just ate it. As always the basket of bread is a yum and good starter. Overall this visit was good - but only wished the steak came out like we know Cheesecake Factory is capable of.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a hit because of their expensive menu. I highly recommend making reservations especially on the weekends. It was quite busy, we did have a reservation and waited about 8 minutes before we sat down. Once we were seated we noticed there was a salt spill under the table, we notified Victoria, our server and she sent someone over immediately to clean it up. Victoria was nice and mostly efficient. It was a busy night so we had to remind her a few times to bring certain things that we had already asked for, but no big deal. We had Korean cauliflower 10/10, avacado eggrolls 10/10, pineapple moscow mule 7/10, I dont think I read the description properly because I didn't notice the ginger beer. We also had spaghetti 8/10, cesar salad 9/10, the salad needed extra dressing which we asked the waitress for, the salad hardly came with any dressing. I also ordered a flatbread 10/10. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program to take advantage of a free slice of cheesecake for your birthday. I was so stuffed I took my birthday cheesecake to go.

Writing this on behalf of a family member: I would give this establishment 0 stars but Yelp does not allow for that. My husband placed an order on 2/14 in the afternoon for a salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli meal for himself and shrimp scampi for myself. When he picked up the items, he was home when he realized that only his meal was placed in the bag. I am not sure what quality control was done to ensure that our complete order was in the bag, but clearly it was not in place this day. My husband went back up to the restaurant to pick up my meal that was paid for that they did not provide to us. The manager on duty offered a free piece of cheesecake. While the gesture is appreciated, this is absolutely unacceptable as the price of one single slice of cheesecake does not equate to running back and forth because of their carelessness to ensure they package orders properly, as well as the price of the meal itself. But we were in for a treat once I received my food. My shrimp scampi was absolutely awful. I am not sure if it was the chef's first time cooking EVER or if they were careless too. The sauce and the oil in the sauce was separating as soon as I opened the dish. I tried to stir it to see if the two would combine but they didn't. It was absolutely disgusting and made my stomach turn. The shrimp were not cooked thoroughly on the inside but were burnt on the outside. Not sure how that happens but again, absolutely disgusting. I am a frequent visitor to this Cheesecake location, ordering every other week but they have lost a customer with their lack of attention to detail and quality control, unacceptable quality and presentation of food and overall unprofessionalism.

Visited 2/1. Our server was Gillian. Loved having her as a server. Her knowledge of the menu is impressive. I planned on getting the 30th Anniversary cheesecake. After informing me that one was discontinued, she was able to recommend the perfect substitution.

I love everything about this place. I've enjoyed every meal I've ever had here. I love their skinnylicious menu too. Their service has always been to notch without fail. It's definitely air conditioned if you need a break from the sweltering Las Vegas summer heat

Excellent service from Christina! She gave us everything we asked for. Extra dressing, extra spices is no problem for Christina. The food was excellent as always here. But we love their chicken Marsala with linguini and Alfredo sauce, so we're prejudice. Not to mention the bread and spices with olive oil. We don't have one in our town, so every time in Vegas we come here and Christina made it special.

Great location in Boca Park! Came in here on a busy Friday night, but was able to get sat right away. We were greeted immediately, and served bread while we looked over the menu. The Cheesecake Factory is known for having such a big menu, so it takes a while to look through it. But, everything looked so delicious! I ordered the chicken costoletta, and it was amazing! The chicken was thin cut, and lightly fried, served with a type of lemon citrus sauce. It also came with mashed potatoes and asparagus, all very generous portions! We also ordered a Cinnabon cheesecake to go, which was huge! Very rich but the taste is amazing. Everything about the experience from the meal to the service was great! Very low key restaurant with nice lighting and music. We will definitely be back!

Surprised there wasn't a wait on a Friday night at 8:30p! My husband & I came for dinner and Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint. Victoria was our server, she was kind & funny. My chicken Madeira arrived hot & delicious! The sauce complimented everything on my plate! Victoria was kind enough to bring me more Madeira sauce which I smothered my chicken & asparagus with it. The menu is massive and it's always hard to pick something but I'm always happy with whatever I pick here. The lighting & layout of the restaurant is so nice, the booths are cozy too! We ordered the Cinnabon cheesecake to go and enjoyed it at home. I love Cheesecake Factory! I wish they had more locations around Vegas.

A friend and I dined in for lunch today. I went ahead and made a reservation online for 1:15. I arrived at 1pm and I was seated right away. While I was waiting for my friend to arrive, Joseph was very attentive and got our drink order right away. He also gave great menu suggestions. We were very happy with our meal and the excellent service provided by Joseph. Sorry we weren't thrilled when you mentioned the peppermint cheesecake...lol!

Just had dinner w my husband. Excellent service by Isaac. He was very friendly & helpful. My pasta & shrimp w lemon butter sauce was delicious. Hubby had the spaghetti & meatballs. Everything was so tasty.

Cheesecakes are amazing and so much flavor as well as very large slices. Always have great service at the counter. Ambiance in the location is very nice.

Wanted some dinner and we had a gift card to Cheesecake Factory so it made sense to come. My wife and I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years so we were excited to eat and have a piece of their famous Cheesecake. Service was great, Dominiqua was attentive and provided honest feedback about the dishes. I asked about the Jambalaya and Louisiana pasta dishes and asked for her opinion on which was better. She suggested the Jambalaya so I went with it and did not regret it. She requested extra sauce for me when I mentioned I didn't want it to be dry. My wife was somewhat pleased with her tomato basil pasta dish, she wished it had larger chunks of mozzarella and more basil. We ended our night with a basque cheesecake and it was good. I would have preferred their classic cheesecake but the wife wanted the basque. Oh, we started our meal with their avocado rolls! We ate those up! Avocado rolls are my favorite from Cheesecake Factory. Price per plate ranges from 15-30.

I came here today with my husband because I needed to get out after a really hard horrible morning. I wasn't in the mood to really go anywhere but sometimes a change I scenery is needed. So we decided to grab lunch here. I am so glad we did. Our server Kim was amazing. She didn't know I was having a horrible day and greeted us with a smile and was so on top of things. When the brown bread wasn't ready she brought us the sourdough so we wouldn't be waiting. She brought us water without us having to ask and she was just on top of everything. We got the truffle honey chicken and the crusted chicken Romano. Both came out hot and delicious. When we wanted Parmesan cheese, Kim was a rockstar and gave us plenty. She was so attentive and friendly and awesome, I really appreciated that. She didn't know I was having a horrible day and I was trying not to let it bring me down but she was just kind and awesome and I would highly recommend her as a server for anyone. The food is good but the service today trumped the food. Kim is a rockstar.

I love both the food and the amazing service team at "The Cheesecake Factory". Everything from their delicious appetizers to the main course is divine! You can never go wrong with any of the fabulous dessert choices! My husband and I love the Summerlin Cheesecake Factory. Namaste

Mood: Post game meal Now this is the better restaurant in Las Vegas- I saw you have to come in this area to get better quality food, and service Was nice we went to the bar. There was no fruit flies like the outlet location and it also was better service behind the bar. Did not get a appetizer this time, but the bread to come out in a timely matter what was another bonus to this visit. The bartender behind the counter, recommend me some items and I didn't appreciate that because I am a huge pasta lover. She recommended the chicken in Bellagio, I did not disappoint, super filling in flavorful. Food: Chicken in Bellagio 9/10 Really big fan of the zesty taste of the pasta really good with the basil and prosciutto. Definitely a lot more than I can eat in one setting, so he was enough to take home for a meal the next day. The chicken was flavorful and seasoning was wellwell with a nice cut of meat. Classic meatloaf 8/10 Always go to for my partner. The meatloaf is put in the oven at the right temp in comes out very juicy. The mashed potatoes is a great addition with a gravy that is left from the meatloaf. Drinks Pineapple Mojito 9/10 Can't go wrong with a Mojito different taste with a pineapple, but still a good fruit taste. raspberry lemon drop 10/10: the bartender told us that it was not a shot, but just one drink so she may wanna drink, but put it into two bear shot glasses. I understand. We definitely left a good tip for that.

Tried to eat here for lunch today but the app wouldn't let me order my Cuban sandwich in advance. Firstly, the staff here is incredibly rude. A few folks were here before it opened (1 or 2 minutes)and they refused to open the doors for elderly disabled women. All they wanted to do was look at the Cheesecake case The food is quite tasty but nothing much to shout home about. Would eat here again, would probably select an alternative meal choice!! Prices here also have increased!

The service was great and the food was even better. I ordered the Beet and Avocado Salad that was delicious and has only 290 calories. It has beets. orange segments,avocado and arugula perfectly dressed in a yogurt dressing. My husband got his usual Shrimp Scampi. He swears by it. I don't think he has ever ordered anything else! lol . It has a creamy garlic sauce with basil and tomatoes and a side of angel hair pasta. For dessert he had the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake which in my opinion could be their best dessert. I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to cheesecake. I like being able to taste the creamy cheese. It has the added flavor of pure vanilla beans without overpowering with too many additions. I had the Low-Licious Cheesecake with regular whipped cream. I didn't care about adding to the calorie count. I ordered it because it was Gluten-Free. It was good. Cheesecake Factory is a great place for anyone on a Gluten-Free diet. They have quite a few GF items on the menu. With such an expansive menu, The Cheesecake Factory is a great place for everyone. The large restaurant has an energetic vibe due to patrons feeling like they are kids again, waiting anxiously for dessert. I do try to go at off times to avoid the crowds which can get pretty big at peak hours.

Called in with a Party of 10 and that we were 30 minutes out. I was told over the phone that they would let the manager know and they would have room for our party. When we arrived 25 minutes later they did not have the room for our party and suddenly claimed they can't take names for large parties over the phone. Definitely would not recommend bringing your "large" parties here.

Korean Fried Cauliflower is good, but falls apart a lot. I was impressed with the Avocado Tacos, with its sweet jicama tortillas. Vegan Cobb Salad and Impossible Burger are the entrees that are vegan as is. Evelyn's Favorite Pasta, without parmesan, is also vegan. I've had all three. Vegan Cobb Salad is about the healthiest item on the menu. Evelyn's Favorite Pasta is good, though a little on the oily side. Unfortunately, none of the desserts are vegan unless you get the Bowl of Fresh Strawberries without the whip cream. Regular beverages are at the back of the menu, while alcoholic beverages and mocktails are at the front. Whisky Ginger was my choice during my most recent visit, which I liked. The Cheesecake Factory is never lacking in ambience, decor, and service.

This is by far the worst management I've has the displeasure to encounter. I was give the wrong food, called immediately spoke to the GM who swore he would fix the order. I do not eat anything other than fish period. Called back as well as another manager just rude asked me to email pictures in which I did. Still no response, when I've called now he tells them he's busy. All this over $60 dollars! Food went in the trash but they lost a good customer. Fettuccini Alfredo NO meat! Cajun salmon no mushrooms double corn. Completely wrong. I'll email corporate to see if they can fix their issues. On to the next Yelp!!

One of my all-time favorite restaurants is the Cheesecake Factory. Whenever I doubt where to eat, this is my go-to spot. The restaurant offers a vast selection of mouth-watering dishes, from American cuisine to Asian Fusion and Mexican food, all perfectly prepared. The ambiance of each branch is consistent, lending to a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. To top it off, the service is impeccable, with drinks served promptly, ensuring you never go thirsty. The wheat bread is an absolute delight, and the Crispy Chicken Costaletta is my favorite dish on the menu, with its lemon sauce that provides a refreshing burst of flavor. The Farfalle Chicken is also a fantastic dish, although it would benefit from more sauce. When we asked for extra sauce, it was promptly delivered, and it tasted heavenly. Finally, the French Dip Cheeseburger was delectable, with its juicy meat and cheese leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. It was flavorful, as well as the Au, just it was not salty.

My family and I went for lunch because it is our go-to when we are undecided what to eat. With their extensive menu and choices, everyone can find something they like. As with other reviews here, the food is always good, portions are good, and quality is good. I don't think we ever had a serious complaint. So blah, blah, yes food good, price good, drinks good - AS ALWAYS (for us.) This review is more for the service we received from Jimmy on this day. Jimmy seemed to be very busy and his tables appeared to be very far apart from our area (like he was taking care of several sections.) He had come by our table and said that he would be back to take our drink order. Well he never came back for our drink order, but he did send another server over to take it. Again, he seemed very busy. When Jimmy did come back, we ordered Crab Bites, Skinny Avocado Tacos, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Four Cheese Pasta, Miso Salmon, and Steak Medallions = $135.14. Our orders came out very timely, and Jimmy checked back with us several times. On one stop, Jimmy said to me that he fired more tomatoes for my dish because he did not see any on there when it was brought out. I told him that I thought the same, and a couple were hiding under the steaks, but more would be awesome. This attention to detail showed me that Jimmy knows his menu and what should accompany the dishes. I appreciated that he took the initiative to fire up more tomatoes (thinking that there were none.) Jimmy's service made our lunch. Thank you.

I love that that cheesecake factory takes reservations directly from their website. Makes things so much easier. Our server today was splendid. They keep the restaurant nice and cool versus the 100+ temperatures outside. My sister had the protein veggie burger with french fries which she enjoyed. And I cannot recommend the dinner portion, Thai chicken, lettuce cups enough. The dish is colorful, tasty, crunchy, super fresh and delicious.

For a Sunday, I say it was pretty smooth sailing & great!! My party of 4 went today to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday before heading to Color Me Mine! We checked in for our reservation & were told we may have a 15 minute wait, we were a-okay w that since it was clearly super busy - we waited MAYBE 5 minutes & we were seated!! Our waitress was nothing less than spectacular & I'm so upset I can't remember her name, we were just so excited celebrating my baby girls birthday! Our waitress was great tho, made the whole lunch even better so thank you if you ever see this! Food was amazing, I've never had a bad experience tho lol my orange chicken was SO yummy & my daughter loved her kids menu pasta w parmesan cheese!! Our Oreo cheesecake was also just so amazing! Bathroom was nice & clean, my daughter even said it smelled super good! All in all - we had an amazing time!! Thank you for making this birthday lunch so great!

One of my faaaaaavorite places to eat. Such a widespread menu. If you leave hungry it's you're own fault! Lol! I love how cozy it feels in here too. So tonight not only to top off the food and the great vibe, we walked in the door at 5:30pm and they sat us right away. The best part was how well Shawn took care of us!!! He paced our meal and made us feel like we were his only table. He was the best!!!

Visited the Cheesecake Factory (Boca Park) on Rampart Blvd...because it's close to my neighborhood, and I must say...the experience was amazing! All the Cheesecake Factory locations we have dined at...are quite "grand" (size and decor wise) and this location is no different. If you're a Cheesecake fan...standing in front of the lobby's Cheesecake display case will definitely get ya drooling. It was a Wednesday afternoon and the place was super busy...having a reservation helped, we waited for about 15 minutes until the new shift of Servers arrived and once that happened we were seated. Our Server for this occasion was Tara. She was attentive, but tried to "joke" with an older member of our party and when that didn't go so well...it was a bit awkward (for all of us). The Menu is large and the offerings selection is quite varied....in other words, there's something for everyone. We started with a Cocktail...a Sunset Peach (5/5...this drink is yummy!). For our Appetizers: Stuffed Mushrooms (4/5 - wonderful flavor, but the Mushrooms are relatively small), Avocado Rolls (5/5 - a true fav here) and the Brussel Sprouts (5/5 - if ya like B.S. you'll love these). Our Mains: Chicken Marsala (5/5 - more than enough for 2 meals), 2x Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap (4.5/5 - arrived looking fresh and appealing) and the Roadside Sliders (5/5 - just plain tasty). For Dessert we ordered one slice of Linda's Fudge Cake (5/5 - if Chocolate is your thing...) and one slice of Carrot Cake (5/5 - just fabulous!). Portions are large and we left with 2 big "take home" bags. The meal was more than enjoyable, and looking around at the other patrons, it just seemed like everyone was having a positive experience. We left with full bellies and smiles all around. On this occasion, in this Yelper's opinion...the Cheesecake Factory in Boca Park for the ambiance, attentive service and yummy food truly earned this "highly recommend" 5 Star review.

Our server was fantastic! Excellent service. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and avocado egg rolls to start. While the egg rolls were good there really was only avocado inside. Was missing something to provide balance to the avocado. Loved the chicken and shrimp jambalaya! Good amount of spice to it. The only negative was the slickness of the floor when it is raining outside. Be careful!

Very packed there was 9 of us and we waited about 10 minutes before being sat. Our server was Candi who was pleasant in the beginning, but than became flustered with our table towards the end of our dinner. Bread was suppose to be brought out upon our arrival however it took about 20 minutes before receiving two baskets. What we ordered: FETTUCCINE ALFREDO: $27.50 0/10 Extremely overpriced especially for the quality, the pasta was so undercooked the sauce was so bland. It didn't even come with a good portion of chicken. Was over cooked and hard to chew. Not even paired with garlic bread. THAI CHICKEN SALAD: $17.95 5/10 Satay Chicken Strips, Lettuce, Carrots, Rice Noodles, Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds Tossed with Thai Vinaigrette again chicken was dry dressing had an over powering peanut flavor CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD: $17.95 5/10 Charred dry Chicken Breast, Rice Noodles, Lettuce, Green Onions, Almonds, Wontons, Bean Sprouts, Orange (mandarins from a can) and Sesame Seeds. Tossed in "their" Special Chinese Plum Dressing. Had a bitter taste on every bite. CHICKEN MARSALA AND MUSHROOMS: $24.50 1/10 Chicken Breast Sauteed with Fresh Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Sauce. Served over undercooked Bow-Tie Pasta again this pasta was undercooked and not Al dente it was pulled way before the pasta reached Al dente. Sauce was bland and the chicken was actually ok on this entree but again not worth the price. PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN: $22.50 4/10 Sauteed Chicken Breast Coated with Parmesan-Garlic Breadcrumbs and Herbs. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans the entire entree was boring and just overall off putting. There was no crunch to the crust the mash potatoes lacked flavor and the green beans were blanched with steams still attached to a few green beans. HOUSE-MADE SOUP: $8.95 7/10 There was two different soups a cream based with chicken, artichokes and an assortment of veggies which was decent. Than there was a chicken tortilla soup that was tomato broth base with a kick of spice that hits the back of your throat. Wasn't that great.... CHILDREN'S FLATBREAD PEPPERONI: $10.95 5/10 Was ok... as my daughter said After our dinner was delivered we realized how undercooked each pasta dish was and we had already waited for a while so the kids and my husband kept their insights to them selves and tried eating. But wasn't that edible, informed Candi to let the Italian side know that the pasta is all undercooked and inedible. She let the manager know Roselyn but she didn't do anything for us. They even added 18% gratuity when the service wasn't worth 18%. A glass on its own shattered on the table leaving one of us soaked and even cut from the glass. The busier didn't even clean it up all the way, didn't even offer a bandaid after seeing that there was blood. Another person from our party is part of the law and knows that if you ask for the gratuity to be removed they must remove it. Candi didn't like that and started to get an attitude, the manager Roselyn didn't want to help either. She finally took off the gratuity but nothing else when you can see with your eyes the pasta was very undercooked. Overall, food was very disappointing and overpriced for the quality. The service matched the food disappointing and we will never return. If we could give a negative rating we all would even our children were unsatisfied.

I have been loving this place and the service has been great as well. The food has been fresh, especially to go. It comes out the same as I would order inside. People are very nice.
