The Cheesecake Factory

I think this might be my favorite Cheesecake Factory location for overall service. Our server Eric was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. I got the chicken katsu bowl from the special menu and my husband got the gumbo from the regular menu, both were very yummy. My husband also got the lemonade and said it was very sweet, but I am sure he could have asked for that to be customized, we will remember that for next time, but we did ask to get it switched out for an Arnold Palmer. We had reservations for 3pm and were early so we waited about 15 minutes before we sat a little after 3pm. My only complaints are that the breads weren't warm and the main dishes took about 40 minutes to come out. Over all we were sitting down for 1.5 hours before we finally paid and left.

Though I am not particularly fond of the Sherman Oaks galleria, because it's mostly empty and corporate looking, I do enjoy the cheesecake factory restaurant. Google maps limits me to 50 photos, which is just not enough to showcase the beautiful architecture, appointments and sheer visual splendor of this place. Even if I don't eat anything when I go in there, I feel like I'm feasting my eyes on the decor. Look at all the little lights, swirls, patterns and cohesive color schemes. It's enjoyable just to walk into this place. The food is also pretty good! I cannot have dairy or sugar, but my family truly loves the desserts here. I found several menu options that I can enjoy, and they do not involve dairy or sugar. Though that's what the restaurant specializes in, it also has many other options. One of my favorite things is the basket of warm bread that comes before the meal even arrives. I always ask for a little bit of olive oil, to act as a dip, because I can't have butter. The servers always oblige. It just gets better from there, the food is sumptuous, decadent, celebratory. I feel like it's the best place to celebrate some kind of an achievement, though the achievement could just be getting through the week! I truly enjoy this restaurant and all of its menu offerings. I love the private booths with the glass backs, the cleanliness, the soft noisiness that makes it private enough to talk but not so noisy that you can't hear yourself think. It's just a nice place, and not just because it's famous for the show "big bang theory"! I hope you enjoy the 50 photos and videos, and pay them a visit.

My friends and I decided to go here last night and it was extremely underwhelming . I was excited as I had not been here in over 10years but honestly I regret going. I will say it was pretty busy for a Sunday but not that busy for it to take as long as it did. Once sat our waiter did not greet us until about 8mins in. He took our drink order and appetizer and it took at least 10mins to get our alcoholic drinks. Our appetizer actually came before the bread for the table. The bread didn't come until about 30mins in. I ordered the carbonara pasta and shortly thereafter I decided to put in my alcoholic drink order. I was half way done with my food when my drink came. The carbonara(if you can even call it that) literally tasted like butter pasta with some peas and panchetta thrown in very disappointing for a dish that cost $25 and on top of that the pasta was extremely oily. I also really hate that a lot of items do not have prices, be transparent. It was very clear that our server was over worked and could not handle the 8 tables that were given to him. Overall very dissatisfied and will not be going back. Based on the reviews I don't understand how this place is still here, they have clearly lost their way

I chose this place for dinner. The service was fast and the atmosphere was nice. The food was tasty as always and the orange chicken was amazing. I definitely recommend it.

This Is my favorite location !! Because it has an elegant Las Vegas Style ! Never disappoints , delicious food , insane variety and the most delicious Cheese cakes! Went for father's day and had a wonderful time. Food is always consistent, atmosphere is great, and the service was in point. You always know what you're going to get with Cheesecake Factory. My only regret was I ate too much bread and had no room for cheesecake.

I come here often for carry out but today I purchased the truffle cake to go and as soon as I get home and open the container there’s a critter crawling on the whip cream. I can’t tell if this is a gnat or a baby roach either way I’m disgusted and trashed the entire thing. I will be call for a refund ASAP!

We had a nice meal outside with family over the weekend. I haven’t been there for years. The service was great and our orders were decent. I got the grilled fish tacos (4) with rice and beans. You could definitely share this plate as it was a lot. My wife enjoyed the clam chowder with the yummy complementary bread and butter. Our daughter got the buffalo wing appetizer but requested ranch dressing because it comes with bleu cheese that she doesn’t like. Our granddaughter got the kids marinara spaghetti, but she’s kinda picky so I don’t think she liked it very much. It was a nice day outside so we had a good time with family, but I’m not sure if I would go back for food, but for drinks, yes!

Cheesecake factory is a classic. I always come here for large group dining or special occasions. Recently came in on a weeknight for my son's birthday and had a pretty good experience. I love how big and spacious the tables are. There was lots of room for him to crawl around so I would say its's pretty family friendly here. They also have a very large kids menu! For his birthday they gave him a little sundae with a candle which he loved. The great thing about Cheesecake Factory is that you can basically order anything you want. Tacos? Sure. Italian food? Absolutely. Burgers? You got it. The decision paralysis is real here. They even have a "skinnylicious" that offers entrées and even cocktails with lower calories. They also have gluten free options available upon request. Service here is also really fantastic! Very attentive and friendly servers. The not so great thing about cheesecake factory is that the food is pretty OK. CF is a jack of all trades and master of none, well...except for dessert that is. I got the cobb salad with salmon and the salom piece seemed small and a little bland. My husband got the chicken bellagio and it was SO greasy. Big portions though! We did enjoy the sweet potato fries and of course the classic brown bread. We got a piece of the chocolate fudge cake to share and it was so big, our whole table couldn't finish it as a team. Overall, a great option where there is something on the menu for everyone, but don't expect it to be the most memorable meal you've ever had. Don't forget to validate while you are there! You have to park and walk a ways to get to the restaurant.

I really enjoy this spot in the Sherman Oaks Plaza--it's become one of my go-to lunch stops. The stroll there makes the meal even better, and the food always hits. Some favorites: the herb-crusted salmon (the sauce is fire) and their chicken pasta dish (will update the exact name. it's slipping my mind but trust, it's worth it). The vibes are always solid: good food, chill ambiance, and usually not too packed during the week. Plus, the bartenders keep it cool. On one visit, I even left my flash drive behind, called when I got home, and they had already set it aside for me--can't beat that kind of service. Good eats + good vibes = can't go wrong here.

Kudos to the staff here! Thurs 2025-08-14 : I was grabbing a drink and ordering dinner at the bar, and was very invasively and aggressively approached by someone who had just walked in. Prob a drunk from Wild Wings just a few doors down. But he proceeded to cause serious problems. Talking, yelling, shoving, touching me, all out of nowhere. The staff was very good about quickly recognizing a problem, getting their manager involved, and together bouncing the problem child. This is a low key, quiet family restaurant. Yeah I get that it's a generic chain, but it's my neighborhood generic chain, that I can walk to at any time for kind of decent food and what should be a relatively quiet environment. Don't come in trying to start a fight outta nowhere. Sometimes I just want a generic, and not $147 filet, and mashed potatoes. I don't want / need to be accosted while I'm dining. And they stopped that from happening. As the great prophets say... Don't start none, won't be none. ‍

My Bestie took me here for my Birthday and I tell ya, the Cheesecake Factory did not Disappoint me. Service from Syeda. Chris, Rolando, and everyone else was on point. Syed's was our main Server and she explained to us that she had a number of other people to service as well and we weren't upset. When she did come back she , had water in hand, with a basket of very soft, warm bread and butter for us to eat while we looked over their massive menu of delicious Signature Cocktails, Appetizers, Entrees, and Sweet Desserts to choose from.

Cheesecake is just one of those restaurants you go to once in a while. Sometimes out of familiarity or if you just want a cheesecake. I haven't been in this branch in years, went here 2 Fridays ago to meet with my bosses. Surprised they picked this place as they typically only go to Koshet or vegan restaurants. Anyway for a Friday lunch the place wasn't full. I got there before they did but I was seated right away. Our server was attentive and took my drink order and gave me bread while I wait. I ordered fish and chips lunch size, my bosses got salmon miso, 2 sides mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and they brought their son who ordered strawberry cheesecake. I gave 3 stars because the fish and chips were just not good. Maybe because my last fish and chips was when I was in London it was soooo good and I was longing for it so I wanted to see how this one will compare. This one seems like it was frozen/ or premade. My bosses loved their orders and of course the cheesecake was good. I'll still comeback but I'll stick to my usual. Quick tip you can park in the valet side and self park- there's no valet attendant. It'll save you the long walk.

First time ever visiting any Cheesecake Factory restaurant. This restaurant is located inside of the Sherman Oaks Galleria. The restaurant was very nice and clean, employees were super friendly and welcoming, the vibe was very upbeat and positive and the food was AMAZING!! I truly became a fan of the Cheesecake Factory and cannot wait to return to this or any other location for a great meal.

I love Cheesecake Factory. Love all the locations. The one in Sherman Oaks is 5 minutes from my home. I never get tired of eating their food. Such a variety of food. I either have it delivered or go and dine there. One of my most favorite places. I do not have to fear food poisoning either. Top notch quality food.

Came here for a mom's day brunch. The wait wasn't long and they were able to get me the booth I requested. Thankfully wasn't too loud either for the little ones. Our server Jonathan was super sweet and prompt. The food was delicious and filling. My Louisiana pasta was exactly hitting the spot with a side of brown bread. I highly recommend trying the banana cheesecake.

Service and food is great. Restaurant is a bit dirty. The staff lets the homeless use the restrooms.

Our server today Mimi K made the night absolutely perfect. It was a very busy night but she was still very attentive, polite and sweet. I wasn't sure what to order and she was able to provide suggestions. This Cheesecake Factory location is very lucky to have her on staff. The ambiance was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and they were able to seat us fairly quickly. Mimi suggested the Parmesan chicken and it was way better than I expected. We also enjoyed the fish tacos, filet minnon and the kids sliders. Everything was grilled to perfection and the portions were big. I can't wait to come again. I will recommending this location to all my friends & family. If you're in the area don't hesitate to have dinner here. Moreover, I hope the manager sees this posts so she knows what a hard working employee they have on staff.

Great food! Of course expensive so it's not a place to go every weekend haha. Great for birthdays or other celebrations! They have tons of seating, and huge tables for groups! Tons and Tons of options for food, everywhere from burgers to soup and salad, to Chinese food, Italian, etc etc tons of variety which I love. The food itself is yummy, got the Korean Fried chicken and it was so yummy, especially with the rice, sauce, and like poke style bowl. Decent service, they get busy so sometimes service can be lacking but the servers have been nice every time I come, and pretty attentive. Overall I really like Cheesecake Factory!

I don't often go to chain restaurants, but I love The Cheesecake Factory. The menu is basically a book with all the options and variety, but you really can't go wrong with anything. I came here for a work lunch and they accommodated our large party of 15 people. To start off, of course we had plenty of fresh and warm bread. The chocolate bread is the best bread --fight me! Nothing beats getting this before your meal here. For starters, our table shared the Eggroll Sampler ($18.50), which includes 2 half pieces of the Avocado, Tex Mex, Cheeseburger, and Chicken Taquitos. They're all delicious, but the avocado and Tex Mex were the popular options that we might just need to order only those next time. As for my main entree, the Louisiana Chicken Pasta ($25.95) is my go-to. I never order anything else because it's the best pasta dish. The Louisiana Chicken is the star is it a huge piece of fried chicken. You can get this added to any dish as your protein instead too. The main entrees are huge, so I love that I get to enjoy this again as leftovers. We ended our meal with a Basque Cheesecake ($12.50), which was more dense than I'm used to but still delicious. We were all super full, but you can't go to The Cheesecake Factory without getting cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory always hits, you can't go wrong here.

This Cheesecake Factory location is just outside the Sherman Oaks galleria. There's a huge parking garage on the north side and it's a five min walk to the restaurant. There's security guards around and noticeable, there's a gym and a movie theater close but parking is never challenging. ATE: Grilled Salmon, Fries and Broccoli, water MY FRIEND'S ATE: Fish and chips Avocado Eggrolls Soda Lemonade and Iced Tea Scampi FOOD: Large portions, my friend who had the Scampi is a big guy and he was stuffed. My salmon was tasty, the fries were crisp and there was a lot of broccoli VIBE: Relaxed....They have this dim orange lighting that is soothing and makes you feel comfortable.....until they closed at 10:30p at which time they turn the house lights up...... your hint that they're closing SERVICE: our waitress, NATHALIE, was incredible! Exceedingly nice, very attentive and very patient with three guys who were too busy catching up to remember to look t the menu. I emptied my pockets to tip her, and we all did! She was the BEST! Also the host, tall guy at the table where you check in, he was very cool and another woman who helped me with my validation, wonderful, all of them! PARKING: By the way, don't forget to get your ticket validated, the parking is like $11 per hour if you don't. There's a machine or you can ask. Also, keep it away from your wallet because the ticket will demagnetize, it's happened to me twice already. PRICES: Competitive I suppose. Absolutely love my local Cheesecake Factory. Came here for my birthday dinner and the server Ian really made it so special! Just amazing service, definitely took care of our table and had a great personality. Our food was good and the portions are huge so definitely leftovers or shareable! The only thing I really miss is the hibachi steak/wasabi potatoes....that was my fav and it's been discounted. However, they've added quite a bit of new items to their menu. Will be back soon! Highly suggest!

The food was good but the service was pretty poor unfortunately. We were looking forward to cheesecake but once our food dropped our sever never returned. Womp Womp.

Came here as we celebrated my old job co workers retirement celebration. They decided to host it at this Cheesecake Factory. I got dropped off by Uber. Our waiter was great good attitude happy. Which helps the experience be more positive anywhere you go. He kept coming back making sure we didn't need anything. I tried their sliders. I liked them I would get them again. I didn't want to be too stuffed. My friend got the green chicken enchiladas which she states were yummy. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this place. We were treated kindly and with respect. It was a Friday evening so it was pretty full everyone looked like they were having a good time.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart because I've been coming here for literally decades ... and I still do! Whether for lunch, brunch or dinner, this place delivers. The menu is huge and there's something for everyone - even if it's just the kids' butter pasta with or without cheese. The dining room is pretty sizable. I prefer to sit inside rather than outside, but I have sat outside a few times to avoid the wait. The dinner rush means it can take quite some time before you're seated, and the days of exploring Tower Records or the furniture store to kill time are long gone! When I visited for brunch a little while ago, I was quoted 45 minutes even though there were only a handful of tables seated - I'm guessing they're not able to properly staff. We ended up sitting at the bar and had a fine time. The cheesecakes are oh so good, but have you seen the number of calories in them and also in practically everything else that they serve here?! Disheartening. There's a skinny-licious menu, for what it's worth. So, this place is more of an "every so often" as opposed to a regular haunt of mine. The Pasta Da Vinci and Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork Belly are my current favorites. I've tried a ton of their cheesecake options and haven't found one that I didn't adore. Parking is in a sizable garage nearby, or else street parking. They validate, which is always a plus.

Came here to meet with a couple friends. Nice thing is the garage has validated parking for 2 hours. There was a bit of a wait so we sat in the bar area. Took a little while for the waitress to come. We ordered glasses of wine and she didn't ask if we wanted the small or medium pour and just assumed small for some reason. Wine here is overpriced. $17 for a small pour which is hard to justify when not going to a wine bar. Bread was good to pair with it. Waitress also had trouble validating our parking claiming our tickets were too close to our phones so I had to call the attendant when leaving the garage which they handled for me.

Cheesecake Factory will never disappoint with their food. We came in on a Tuesday, early dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. The complimentary bread satisfied our hunger while waiting for our food. We got the calamari for appetizer, steak diane and Italian sausage and mushroom rigatoni for our main dishes. All were amazing and flavorful! A month ago, I signed up for the Cheesecake Rewards and they gave me a free slice of cake which was awesome! We got the chocolate mousse cheesecake and even requested for a candle and "Happy Birthday" writing on the plate and they made it happen. Service was great. They validate parking as well.

This was my second time here with my group of friends with Alee H as our server. We were so happy to have her again as she's personable, kind, and always makes sure we are taken care of. Kudos for the hospitable and attentive service. Makes this location worth it.

I love coming here! The service is always on point and the waitresses are always so friendly and nice. Food came out quite fast, I was very impressed. Fried zucchini 10/10- definitely the perfect combination of batter and Parmesan and ranch delicious! Thai lettuce wraps! 8/10- the large serving was HUGE for 3 people especially with our mains on the way but they were surprisingly very tasty and cool diy project. Meatloaf 6/10- wasn't my cup of tea but then again I don't usually eat meatloaf! KFC 8/10- very delicious and great flavors! Mango key lime is my personal fav! Very sweet and the crumble bottom is AMAZING!!!!! Can't wait to come back for another family dinner.

It's The Cheesecake Factory for goodness sake. You know what you signed up for when you came here. I laugh when I see negative reviews of this place. If you wanted something with smaller portions and healthy dining then go somewhere else. That being said, I have enjoyed eating off the skinnylicious menu here twice. Once the crispy chicken sandwich and the other time the steak medallions. All were delicious and well prepared. I also enjoyed meeting someone here for breakfast too. This restaurant knows how to do what they do best which is why they've been around for so long. The waiters are attentive and friendly and the staff is efficient. The last time I ate here with three adults and three kids we had our food ordered, served and bill paid in an hour! I was shocked how fast time flew and it didn't feel like it. This chain has a system in place and they're doing it well. Save room for their famous brown bread and fresh butter. My favorite cheesecake is the Banana Cream Pie one. Parking is validated up to a certain amount and available in the underground parking lot.

I don't know why reviews aren't higher, I love this place. Also props to the staff for handling a ridiculously large menu. I go here for happy hour and am always more than satisfied, plus you get rewards occasionally if you sign up and tell your server ahead of time. I guess if you don't go for happy hour it's not as good of a value but I've still enjoyed everything I've had. Go to happy hour stuff: JWs Pink Lemonade and the whiskey smash are both delicious drinks and under $10. The Korean cauliflower and sweet corn tamales are my fave apps but so many are delicious. Buffalo chicken happy hour thing is a crazy good value. Yeah not sure how you couldn't 5 star happy hour for that place

Food-Fantastic! I had the CHICKEN & BISCUITS. They were wonderfully presented, like some gourmet chef creation. You will love it. Enough for two people. Then my daughter had macaroni & cheese. YUM! We topped it of with Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake!!!!! Yes! Look at the menu for pictures. The service was wonderful. Our server RONNY M was delightful and very efficient. The atmosphere was great too. It was shortly before their happy hour ended at 5 pm, so they were very busy. But we didn't have to wait. Go there. I'm from Missouri and loved every bit of the experience.

I came here to celebrate 2 birthdays in my family at the end of June. This place is truly a perfect place where a family can come to enjoy delicious food for all age groups within the family. I had my little nephew loving the heck out of their chicken tenders with fries versus my parents who loved their humongous hamburger plates with fries. I along with my sister enjoyed their enormous sized salads. I got their Mexican Tortilla Salad and my sister got their Chinese Chicken Salad. My husband loved his Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style" meal. The waiter said this is their most popular instagramed dish because it is quite a site to be seen. We all shared several of the Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos as an appetizer that I really enjoyed. A great place for a family affair.

Sat at bar, ambiance was faded noises in background. Mood lighting perfect. my chicken taquitos, wow! Garlic and other flavors. Yum! Will try something new every week as there are so many items to choose from on there menu If you cant decide what to eat...well this place is a blessing.

Take out review. They were great over the phone, very informative and polite. Pickup was easy and smooth and they even added bread and butter to the pickup order. The sesame chicken ginger meal on the skinny Licious menu was absolute delicious. Good amount of chicken and the veggies were chopped well with a nice crunch with the sauce being key to it all. The chicken taquitos from the skinny licious menu was its own great snack. The sauces I asked to put on the side, I'm not huge on spicy and these sauces were perfect. Had enough heat for flavor but not to be too much to handle. Everything was packaged well too. You can park momentarily in the front to pickup but sometimes it's a challenge or they have an underground parking that you have to get validated.

Haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in a while and now I remember why. Had a giftcard so thought we'd try a different location. I will say it was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well but you can definitely tell they were understaffed and probably had online orders they couldn't keep up with. Our server was really nice but again you could tell she had more tables than she should had. The fried macaroni balls were really good and I'd order those again but my shrimp scampi was ok - barely any sauce. And idk things seemed more expensive than the last time I've been but maybe it's just been that long. The cheesecake of course is always good - I will always rave about their Oreo cheesecake.

I like this location! The service is always great, the food is consistent and the ambiance is vibrant and lively! This visit was no different.

Thank you to manager Alexis for accommodating our large party and making everything run so smoothly. Our server was kind, patient, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the students already voted to return here for our next MeetUp. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed today, we truly appreciate it!

The service team was very nice. The kitchen was off its game and usually they bat a thousand. Anyone could be off their game. Request: please chill your white wine glasses and don't offer ice in lieu of chilling. Everyone is fun and kind. Thanks! I think I would skip getting there at 5:30. THANKS for doing your best to fix issues, but let's try to entirely avoid mistakes. Thanks for the classics. Oh, I vote for an eggless cheesecake.

We drove up from San Diego and was waiting for a table in the bar to be bussed and the server said we couldn't stand near it until it was ready and then someone came up and took it. Not cool. Thanks server.

I Came here because it was close and I was craving pasta. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo pasta with chicken. This was the worst pasta I have ever tried it literally tasted like it was frozen & the sauce was like water. I threw it up once I got home. Not only that but the waiter was horrible . He would check on the tables next to us BUT US . First time in my life that I didn't tip . Will never come here again

Took 10 minutes to get our name on the list to be seated. 10 minutes because nobody was at the desk taking names. Once seated, took another 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. The server even had to apologize for our order taking so long and that they were plating it. This was a Thursday afternoon with barely anyone there. Asked for no refills either. We also ordered an item to go and he totally forgot until my wife asked for it. He then said, "I was wondering why you were still here." This place needs help and training. Never again!

They don't clean their romaine lettuce properly. Sad to say it's not the first time this has happened but was hoping to give them another chance.

Dinner with my daughter and her boyfriend. For a Wednesday night, the place is packed and good thing I made an earlier reservation. Otherwise, I would have been standing there waiting for a while. Our servers, Cassie and Ayla are very friendly and made sure that we were all taken cared of. Food: Carne Asada Steak Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Steak Medallion Dessert Red Velvet Cheesecake (recommended of course). The first 2 dishes are recommended. Tasty and delicious. But the Steak Medallion was not tasty enough. Even though it is cooked to my preference. I will not order it again.

I had my birthday lunch here. I appreciate you accommodating us at our favorite table outside. Eric is a terrific server and made it a fantastic experience. He is friendly, attentive and has a great personality. You should clone him! If I received this level of service every time, I would dine here more often.

This location is my go to place! I used to work for the corporate until Covid happened and I remember how important it was for restaurant employees to be welcoming and attentive, and this location has both. Always sit by the bar if seats are available , and the bartenders here are kind, attentive and know their drinks! Plus, you can't go wrong with any of their dishes.

This is the first time I have left a review before the food has come. We have been waiting an hour for our food. This is the worst service we have ever encountered. I'm not sure what the issue is but it seems like a lack of servers and a lack of managerial oversight. Sorry Cheesecake Factory this is a atrocious Addendum The food came after 75"! The kids bow tie pasta was undercooked with an off putting flavor. The chicken sandwich was good. The burger never came out until the end. The side salad underwhelming and bland. The club was good. The beet salad was Lilliputian. Overall 1 star except for the carrots I had at the bar which were super, We shall not return.

Our server was great. Like really good. The food was mediocre. Plastic in my salad, which they graciously took care of, but of course I wasn't super into eating it after I found that prob 1.5" piece. Bread was good. But got cheesecake to go and it just tasted old. It was my fave - tuxedo. And my friend's piece of cheesecake to go was missing the front of it. When we showed that, we were told "yeah they just must have cut it that way." (We're thinking: No, go get a full piece! But we didn't say it...)

I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in a while. This one is located in a small mall not too far from where I was staying so I decided to pop in for dinner one evening. The menu looked a little different than I remember but they did have most of the items I remember. The good thing about CF is the overall selection. Decent amount of choices. The portions are good as well. Unfortunately the other reasons I stopped coming was also still present. Slow wait for the table and the service is somewhat lacking. Our server wasn't very attentive.

Couldn't make up our minds on where to eat on a chilly November Saturday night at the Sherman Oakes galleria, but we saw a patio table available that looked inviting. We walked in and asked the hostess if we could sit at that table, and boom--we got the exact table we wanted. The bread and butter were delightful. Torrel was our server, and he was as good as it gets. Super friendly, attentive, welcoming and professional. Our poke nachos appetizer was amazing. The fried zucchini appetizer was delicious. My Mexican coffee cocktail was perfect. The heater was effective. We spilled a coke, and Torrel was very accommodating by just simply letting us move to a table that opened up right next to us. No problem! The patio area provided a great atmosphere. An old friend walked past us, saw us and said hello. The glass walls were really good at blocking sound, but it was easy to just open the exit door and let him and his two daughters visit for a minute as we sat and dined. How could this visit be any better? 5 stars!

Very underwhelming service and food was very average. I had a Chinese Chicken salad with very little chicken and the chicken was chewy and not of the quality I remember. Service/Food was a disappointment and I won't be back.

Thank you Ian for such wonderful service!! We came here in a group of 6 for a birthday dinner. The nice thing about the Cheesecake Factory is that the menu is so big there's something for everyone. I do wish there was a better selection for vegetarians and the menu should have pricing listed because a $16 cocktail when you get the bill is outrageous. The food is nothing spectacular. I had to get basic pasta. However my slice of cheesecakes although highly sugary (have you noticed the calorie count here?!) was pretty tasty. Good portion to split. But our outstanding service is really what saved the night for me. The genuine conversations we had with our waiter felt like a friend and he really went above and beyond to make our birthday boy feel celebrated.

We had the best service from Jonathan tonight. Amazingly attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. We were so grateful and had a lovely time! The food was delicious!
