Me, my mom, and mommom meet here
A lot, since I moved away and live 45 min away for over a decade.
Upon arriving on 9/20/22, I asked for the strawberry martini but the waitress said that was a no go. (Mind you I've been drinking this same drink on the menu for over a decade).
I walk up to the bar and the Bartender says they can do it they just don't encourage people to order it. Um. Okkkk? This is a $13 martini that I order 2
Of when I'm here. Would you rather me order the $7 HH drinks? :/
Ordered the spinach dip... the chips were stale. Like break your tooth stale and cold.
Got the chicken sliders. Asked for extra pickles , got ZERO pickles. How does that happen? Ask Calvin, he will verify, he def ordered them for us: but we didn't get them.
Not to mention, I guess the "I work here/I used to work here/I work here but just got off/I'm a manager here" high top table happened to be today right next to ours which was the closest to the door. Newsflash: no one wants to hear you bitching about your shift and what you hate about the restaurant in that area. SHOCKER right? It was like a team shift meeting in the worst space possible.
Calvin, our server's, attitude was great. The 2 bartenders were very helpful. The "employees" that sat Right next to our table, no one wants to hear you bitch about all your tables and bitch about your social media accounts and not HEAR your social media accounts the whole time we are trying to enjoy our dinner. And the manager in the bright yellow bahama breeze looking shirt but manager of Cheesecake Factory, you need to set a distinction between many things.
When someone is done their shift-they need to change their outfit, not go from serving us to the table next to us.
I didn't take pics this time around. I was hoping maybe you'll address it at a preshift meeting. But I guess we shall see.
