This place made my birthday even more special! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the service is fantastic! Our waitress was incredible (too bad I don't know her name). I wanted a specific dish, but she told me it was unfortunately out of stock. Then she suggested another similar dish, and it was the best choice! We loved it! When she found out it was my birthday, she told me she would decorate a plate especially for me and brought me my dessert on a plate that said "Happy Birthday", along with a cup with more sweets and a birthday candle! She even sang Happy Birthday to me, even though we were singing in another language (Portuguese). She's adorable! Her service certainly made the experience even more special! The cheesecake is beyond words. On that day, we ordered the "White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle" and it was simply divine!! The entire experience was sensational!

Visited with 4 adults and 1 child and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent friendly staff, quick to help, and free refills on soft drinks were a nice bonus. We ordered a variety of pasta and chicken dishes, and every plate was cooked to perfection flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. The wait time was surprisingly short, just about 20 minutes, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Of course, the highlight was dessert—the cheesecakes are incredible! Highly recommend Adam’s Cheesecake it’s rich, decadent, and the perfect finish to an amazing meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're at the Mall at Millenia!

This is my first time at this place and I am very happy and pleased with the food and service. I tried the appetizer bread and a margarita pizza for my meal and was absolutely amazing! Our server was really nice and patient, food was fast and good. I tried the s’mores cheesecake and it was amazing! Soft and crust is crunchy! I will definitely go back to this when I go back to Orlando! (We came to Orlando for a vacation)

Excellent meal. Table for 12 at 2.30pm. Thanks to Angela for great service. BBQ burger is about as good as a burger gets IMO. Lunch time portions are also an option as they are slightly smaller and not as costly. StrawBerry cheese cake lovely. Orion cheesecake and Lemon cheesecake also really nice. Fries were slightly cold when they arrive but we're changed immediately when we told server. I did find the restaurant a little bit too cold. I think the AirCon should be another couple of degrees up.

We have been here so many times I’ve lost count. Every time we are treated like royalty. The servers are really nice. The food consistently is always the same, AMAZING!! My favorite thing is the cheeseburger rolls and the cosmo from cheesecake is the best I have ever had. I go places and order it trying to compare and nobody beats them! The wait time can be a little long sometimes but they do a good job at having tables ready. Which is understandable because they are right at the mall. My favorite cheesecake in the world is their Godiva cheesecake. Although I didn’t take pictures we took 4 cheesecakes to go! We were full but coming and not ordering cheesecake is not the same! We have to take it to go if we are ful because Love love love Cheesecake Factory!

Google
Good food and drinks, but service could improve Overall, a solid 4-star experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The food was flavorful and nicely presented, and the drinks were refreshing — just what you’d expect. The atmosphere was also pleasant and comfortable. The only downside was the service — the waitstaff wasn’t as attentive as it should be. With better service, it could’ve easily been a five-star visit. Still a great place to enjoy a good meal and vibe.

Google
Was allocated 30 minutes wait time but we was nearly an hour for a table of 9 and a 7 month old baby.. Great experience as always....be careful not to top up on loads of bread as portion sizes of meals are still big lol. I had 3 rolls of bread then orange chicken with brown rice and struggled to eat the rice. Half of our party of 9 had trays to go.

Luiz Martins

Google
We had a dining experience that was decent overall. There were four of us, and while some dishes were well prepared, such as the pasta with shrimp, others were below average, like the dish that consisted mainly of a bowl of rice. On the positive side, the sides of the dishes were generous. We didn't try any desserts, but they do have a wide range available.

Yelp
Birthday Tapas & Cheesecake Heaven! We were in the Orlando area for my birthday and decided to celebrate with tapas and cheesecake--two of my favorite things! This place did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is always spotless, and the décor? Imagine a modern fusion of ancient Egypt and Greece, with lighting that honestly gave me "Eyes of Sauron" vibes from Lord of the Rings--but in a cool, moody, ambient way. Yes, it gets busy (for good reason), so seating can take a bit and the service can be a little slow at times. It's also a bit loud, so just keep that in mind. Honestly though, that's my only complaint. The food is delicious and incredibly consistent. I love ordering half the appetizer menu and skipping the entrées altogether--there's just so much variety, and everything comes out flavorful and well-crafted. It's a dream for someone like me who wants assortment. And of course... the cheesecakes. Utter perfection. Decadent, rich, and the flavor options seem endless. You could come back ten times and never repeat a slice. I'm seriously hoping they open a location in Melbourne, Florida because I'd be there all the time. Please make it happen!!

Yelp
Visited on Saturday around 2:30 PM. The place was busy -- fair enough -- and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. No problem there. We ordered two appetizers, which were decent, and our server was doing her best given the rush. Then the entrees arrived -- and so did the disaster. A server assistant brought a sauce boat for my wife's meal and promptly spilled half of it all over her dress -- a $400 dress, mind you. Accidents happen -- we get that. But what happened next was worse than the spill: nothing. Not a single apology. No manager came over. No one checked in. Just silence, as if this was completely normal behavior. When we asked what was in the sauce (in case it stained), the server went to check. She came back with this gem: "My manager says it will come out just fine -- it happens to her all the time." That was it. No "I'm so sorry." No concern. No ownership. When my wife finally asked if they even cared, the response? "We can offer you a free piece of cheesecake or take your meal off." She chose the latter. The server snatched the barely touched meal off the table like we were an inconvenience and walked away. Here's the bottom line: this isn't just about a spilled sauce. It's about how you respond when things go wrong. And this place failed completely. No hospitality. No empathy. Not even the bare minimum. For a brand that claims to be a step above, this experience was anything but. I've gotten better customer service at a Waffle House at 2 AM. And I'm not joking.

Yelp
I always felt Cheesecake Factory had a level of constancy over the years between service and food but it feels like that has dropped ofc the last couple times I have been. I had lunch there on July 3rd and it was disappointing. The fettuccine didn't have a tone of flavor to it and neither did the fish. The cheesecake was however good. But not only about the food I don't think I ever have had such slow service. It took forever to get our drinks, (entrees came in good time) cheesecake, bill, and receiving the bill (a different waitress brought it). Overall the waitress just felt like she was never around. Maybe she was in the back on her phone I don't know but she wasn't waiting on tables. Overall it just feels like a drop off in service and food over the last couple years.

Yelp
There's tons of reviews on this place, so we'll just focus on three menu items. Our appetizer was the Thai lettuce/cabbage wraps with grilled avocados, bean sprouts, cucumber and three lovely sauces. It was amazing because of crispy ingredients and variety of flavors. We shared an entree, the herb crusted salmon, which came hot and with a tasty lemon sauce, six large asparagus spears and a nice helping of mashed potatoes. We recommend it highly. Finally we left room for dessert -- a slice of chocolate/cherry cheesecake slathered in a chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks. All you can say about it was wow! So if you're willing to chance the crazed hoards of hungry customers and the occasional screaming child, then check it out. Our outdoor seating was pleasant, even when a thunderstorm cut loose. Despite all that wait service was pretty quick and attentive.

Yelp
This place is a staple with an eclectic menu and if you love cheesecake well they make those too

Yelp
I applaud the Cheesecake Factory, because it consistently delivers great food and exemplary service. It had been several years since I've been to this particular location but I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate my birthday. I ordered their "Chicken Madeira". It's one of their most popular chicken dishes! It consists of Sautéed Chicken Breast, topped with Fresh Asparagus and Melted Mozzarella Cheese. Finally, it's covered with Fresh Mushroom Madeira Sauce and Served with Mashed Potatoes ($27.50). It came out fresh and hot. I don't believe I've ever had better Madeira sauce anywhere. It was excellent! For my drink, I ordered coffee. It was steaming hot and very good! If you don't leave room for dessert, you can always get it "To Go", which is exactly what we did. I chose the Vanilla Bean and it was delicious! Warning, It's Very Rich! Our server was polite and efficient. The inside seating consists of booths and tables with some tables spaced only a couple of feet apart and then having a looong wooden high back bench to accommodate those sitting on that side of the table and then regular chairs for the other person across from them. I'm not really a fan of this type of seating arrangement because it's almost impossible not to pick up on an adjacent tables's conversation. There's also a bar area with a long wooden bar and several high top tables with chairs. It's a very open area setting and it can get pretty loud. Regardless of the seating, I'm going with a solid 5 star rating. Their food is delicious, service is on point, and their prices are competitively priced. This one is located in the Mall at Millenia. Check them out! Hours are: Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Mon - Thur: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Fri - Sat: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Yelp
The absolute slowest, most apathetic service I have experienced at any CF visit, in any state, at any time. We were there for a total of 2 hours and it took 20 mins to receive drinks, another 15 mins for server to return for our order, 45 mins to receive our food (that's an absurd ticket time for 3 meals), another 20 mins after we finished eating to receive our check. At one point, when the food wait was getting long, our server (he was forgettable) came back and said he was "waiting on a salad and tacos." Funny enough, the items we were supposedly waiting on were the first to come out. Meanwhile, my daughter was the last to receive her kids quesadilla- a huge no-no - for another 10 mins after the 1st 2 items were delivered. We had to ask multiple times for items including drink refills and extra napkins. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Yelp
The cheesecake factory is one of my favorite chain restaurants to go while I'm traveling. So I've decided to visit this location since we had gone shopping. Big mistake. I'd give zero star if I could !! There was long wait for two of us so we opted In at the bar. Big mistake because we've encountered one of the worst bartender. The two drinks I had ordered was all juice with no alcohol. I decided to order extra shot and he decided to pour it straight to my old drinks , not even a full shot. Both of the drinks were nothing but juices and tasted disgusting. Both drinks had literally no alcohol. Then he decided to throw napkins at us , very rude and unprofessional. Next the food comes out and not only food was cold but extremely salty. The burger so sooo tiny to compare to other locations in Florida. I wonder why ?? The bread was hard as a rock. Next thing I know an another bartender threw down the drink so hard that glass broke and shattered all over the bar and glass almost got into my eyes!!! Wow!!! How much worst can it get right ????!!! I still tipped for the service because I am too myself in the service industry but they need to fire this stupid bartender.. the manager didn't even bothered to come by and say nothing to us...Please don't come here unless you want to waste money on inedible food and rude services

Yelp
The host who seated us was extremely pleasant and professional making us feel very welcome. I was a little concerned initially after waiting for a while (20 minutes) before anyone acknowledged us or offering drinks. Just as we were about to get up and leave... Brianna shows up to greet us and take our order. She was very attentive and nice. Then we ordered two Blue Long Islands a coke. We started with a Corn Tamale appetizer, Two Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp specialties and the Salmon mashed potatoes and asparagus. Little rocky at first then got back on track. Bren Appe'tit

Yelp
Live local and eat at this location several times a year I would always suggest a reservation because they are always packed and busy Sometimes you'll be able to find open seating in the bar area if it's just one or two people in the service is much quicker Really enjoy the chicken finger pasta The service can be hit and miss depending on how busy they are, but it's never too bad A nice casual place to eat good for date nights in small groups as long as you plan ahead

Yelp
Pros: *standard Cheesecake Factory layout and aesthetic *the same extensive menu *friendly staff *rewards program *delicious food *large portion sizes *coke products Cons: *this location gets particularly busy in the mall -- people blocking all pathways and not caring at all

Yelp
Great service, amazing food and in and out very quickly. The lunch portion of meatloaf was very plentiful and prepared very well. The Cuban sandwich was huge and tasted great. I love their fries. And everyone knows the cheesecake. Here is the best. The staff were very friendly and Seemed like they liked to work here. Very caring and thoughtful as well.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner and night out, my only complaint that I have at The Cheesecake Factory is that I filled up on fresh bread and did not have room for dessert! I've visited The Cheesecake Factory many times over the years, and this particular visit was very memorable. Being connected to the Millenia Mall, I went in with the expectation of it being overly crowded and subpar service. That was definitely NOT the case here! The service was the best part of our meal. Our server, Lindsay I believe, was absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive. We were told it would be about a 30 min wait, and ended up waiting a bit longer than that but then were seated right away when we received the text back. They seated my boyfriend and I in a nice, quieter corner and made for a slightly more intimate dinner. I typically would order a pasta dish, but this cost I decided to try something new and went with their Bistro Burger. It's not your typical burger bun, and instead it's a toasted roll. This was very delicious and I would recommend it! I also swapped out the fries for sweet potato fries. I've always have loved The Cheesecake Factory, but this visit has me craving it even now!

Yelp
First date night of 2025! It was a wonderful service and, as the weather was amazing, we sat outside to enjoy it. The food was very good. However, the bread was a little stale. The cheesecake we got - fresh strawberry - was very delicious. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
This was the worst experience I have ever had. On a weekend to not take reservations for larger parties is crazy. We had someone show up at 8:00 and was told it would be a two hour wait. We waited 2 to 2 and a half hours with no urgency to seat us however parties of 8-12 were getting seated after 10-15 mins. When we did finally get seated at 10:30pm - the food was not up to par except the calamari. For this cheesecake factory to be in an upscale mall, the hostess was extremely rude. I will never go back to this location again.

Yelp
This location always seems busy! Started with the Mexican street corn and Thai lettuce wraps. Both were very good. Portions are sizes are always generous so come hungry. Tried the cinnabon cheesecake which was very good but very rich.

Mike T.

Yelp
The Winter Park restaurant changed the Fish and Chips item. Used to be a generous portion of Cod fillet. It was great. Yesterday, August 3rd my wife and I visited the restaurant and ordered the Fish and Chips, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. The WORST Fish and Chips in the Orlando area. Did not taste like Cod at all, it was like small, fish flavored nuggets. Maybe they are trying to save money, even though the small plate was $25. Waiting for the food was terrible. Next time just for the cheesecake.
google avatar

Charita S.

Yelp
Our server Antionette was truly amazing & helpful as we began with my delicious calamari, a spicy shrimp Thai noodles & the devine tiramisu cheesecake. The entire experience sent me home full with a smile. I only wish my marvelous Mai Tai were bigger!
google avatar

Yelp
Not what it used to be. Still a lovely soothing environment. The bread service is still delicious. But that's about it Currently the food is just ok. We've been to this location several times and are less satisfied each time. Our service overall has been pretty good. We've been Cheesecake Factory fans for ages. It's sad to see this happen.
google avatar

qZ S.

Yelp
Food wasn't good and service took too long. The chicken was bland with an overcooked sense. The fried Mac and cheese bites were the same way. I believe it's something to do with the fryer. Atmosphere was nice. But we were helped in the beginning quickly but after that it's like we were ghosts.
google avatar

Mary Hilliard M.

Yelp
This skinnylicious Asian salad is delicious! Super tasty with lots of great textures. Service at this location was great. Our server was quite friendly with helpful suggestions and a great sense of humor. Music was a bit loud, which is the only drawback.
google avatar

Nick G.

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch during a trip to the mall. I have not been here years. I wanted to keep it a bit light and ordered the white chicken chili. The Cheesecake Factory menu is dominated mostly by meals consisting of 1500-2200 calories which is high. The white chicken chili comes in at 600. The chili is not spicy (I added tabasco) but it is good and is a sizable serving. For someone watching calorie intake, this is a good choice. I am not a dessert guy but my daughter ordered a piece of cheesecake. It was a HUGE piece! Apparently, it is fantastic!
google avatar

Yelp
This location at the Millenia Mall is hot and cold with service. We had GREAT servers and not so good ones. Food is really good on a consistent basis. It's very hard to not eat well here. You need to know what you order but quality is always consistent as well.
google avatar

Ginger A.

Yelp
I love this Cheesecake Factory! The food is consistent, the service is outstanding. The restaurant is clean always enjoyable. I love the bang bang chicken and shrimp! I don't eat meat, and they are nice enough to serve with shrimp only! One of favorite dishes of all time! My mom got the pepperoni pizza flat bread with green salad with balsamic vinaigrette!! Tons of pepperoni!!!
google avatar

Tonya M.

Yelp
Look - you simply cannot beat The Cheesecake Factory in Orlando. The food is prepared with high quality ingredients and served superbly in presentation. The balance of flavors from savory to sweet are just mouth watering. Servers are well trained and attentive yet not overly invasive of your space or privacy. They smile and make you feel welcome. Portions allow take home for a second meal. Our meal was hot and simply delicious. It's gonna be higher on price but you must consider quality and quantity , and really with the prices of even fast food today I'm willing to pay extra to enjoy a nice meal. Of course I can't eat out every day but when I do I will make it worth my while. This place was totally hands down worth it. Oh yeah - we will go again.

Yelp
Our waitress Cristin and our waiter Theo were awesome they knew the menu and were extremely professional. We had the best time celebrating my best friends birthday. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Victoria S.

Yelp
We arrived at dinner time and waited about 40 mins to get sat. It was busy, but not too loud. Our waitress came over and took our appetizer and drink order; but it took us reminding her twice to receive the complimentary bread. We had the fried cheese bites appetizer and it was very tasty! The appetizer came out before our bread, which was disappointing. As we were looking at the menu, we had way too many options - it was hard to choose. We went with the spicy shrimp pasta and spicy chicken pasta dishes that tasted very average. Our meals were nothing more special than what we could make at home. For a "fake" fine dining restaurant, all the employees we encountered acted like they were having a tough day. We got two pieces of cheesecake to-go because we left feeling very full. Overall, our visit left us feeling like the only reason we should come back is only for the cheesecake.
google avatar

Brenda T.

Yelp
Are you kidding! Cheesecake factory never disappoints! Their menu is consistently solid, and something for everyone! Tonight, I had the lettuce wraps and the lettuce always clean and crispy and the flavors TRANSPORTING. Such a win! Our server was the joy "maximus," making for our birthday dinner a super fun and memorable one! We were able to even bring our own cake, and they gave us all plates and forks and all the things! Wuuuattt? While the wait is always long - don't go with 100% an empty stomach, it is always worth it! And - the service, once seated, I have found to be quick. These servers are HAPPY and ready! PRO TIP: If you are alone or party of two - just go straight to the bar if there are seats! Totally open, they serve the same menu, and you do not have to wait!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I decided to come in after a rough day of shopping. We wanted to still be healthy but enjoy the delicious bread the Cheesecake Factory is known for! So we decided to go with a Cesar salad and steak Diane and salmon to share. The food was very good we did wish we got more steak rather than mushrooms and onions and a bigger piece of salmon for a plate that was almost $30. The service was great though quick and with a smile! The ambience is the same as all cheesecake factories but we had a great time!

David C.

Yelp
I enjoy the CCF but the wait is unbearable! we waited well over an hour and when I went to get our table I was told they held the table 15 minutes s and then gave it away, despite only 12 minutes elapsing from the time I got the message that our table was ready. if you want to eat, today, just go somewhere else. there are lots of good places to eat in Orlando. don't waste your time, just go somewhere else.

Kim L.

Yelp
We went to dinner to celebrate a birthday. When we finally got our appetizer half of it was warm and the other half was cold. Dinner was the same way. Our waitress came and asked me if I wanted cheese on my pasta. I could only get so much because the container was empty. I had to go to the hostess stand to get a menu so we could order our dessert. Never saw our waitress until it was time to give us our check. Very disappointing experience especially with the prices. I doubt I'll be going back.

Yelp
Love the cheesecakes here! Never disappointed once! Never knew that cheesecake factory has kimchi fried chicken. Thanks to my server for mentioning it. Forgot his name but he's attentive and kind. #honestreview

Yelp
Ordered online for pick up and the food was ready upon arrival. A coworker recommended the Parmesan Chicken recently. This is the second time I have ordered the chicken. It is DELICIOUS! The serving size is enough to eat twice. The crispy brussel sprouts and Mexican corn were also delicious. Of course, I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake. It's pumpkin season. LOL. That too was also delicious. There is so much to choose from. Always a good experience dining in or picking up at the Cheesecake Factory.

Nurali T.

Yelp
As always, Cheesecake doesn't disappoint with its food, service, and ambiance. We ordered: Chicken Pot Sticker - 10/10 Impressive taste of soy sauce paired with delicate dumplings. Skinny Penne Chicken Pasta - 10/10 Skinny Turkey Burger - 10/10 I was pleasantly surprised that a turkey burger could taste this good. And, as tradition goes, you must end your dining experience at Cheesecake with, well, cheesecake. We chose the Class Basque Cheesecake, and it deserves an 11/10 rating. The cheesecake was exceptionally creamy, soft, and moist. You absolutely must try it. Overall, the service was excellent.
google avatar

Yelp
Erik made our holiday :) thank you, man. Also mac and cheese balls could bring me back from the dead. Dip it in the ranch. Also heads up happy hour is only at the bar

Yelp
Decided to stop by for lunch at the Mall at Millenia Cheesecake Factory today. We've been numerous times, and this time did not disappoint at all. We had the BBQ chicken salad and the chicken parm pizza. The portion sizes were huge, and was fun to share with my wife. Our server Timothy provided excellent service and helped us decide between two entrees. It wasn't too busy since we got there right at about opening time, and it was really cool to be there when it wasn't a rush. We sat in a 2 person booth and were very comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Derrick F.

Yelp
Food was great, its cheesecake what more could you ask for. Service is always good. And the setting is classy but not doing to much.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my go tos for lunch and dinner! They make my favorite dirty martinis with blue cheese olives. I love how lively the atmosphere is & once you sit you're not waiting long for your food, they have speedy quick service! the chicken piccata is my favorite dish here & of course the pineapple side down cheesecake.
google avatar

Yelp
Do not waste your money here. Things have really changed. We ordered the poke nachos and when I tell you there was about 10 tiny pieces of tuna on them, I am not lying. It was basically the poke chips with way too much spicy mayo globbed all over them. Absolutely horrible. The side salad was miniscule. 4 bites and I had finished it. I used to love this place but can't say I'm able to go back. Please do not waste your money here.

Dianne P.

Yelp
The service was very good. We ordered several appetizers, from nachos, chicken taquitos, Chinese chicken salad. I ordered a pasta dish, Italian sausage and fresh mushroom rigatoni. I would order it again. One person ordered the Skinny lishious Asian Chicken Salad. We also had a raspberry cheesecake for dessert. Delicious. While I was glad to visit a Cheesecake Factory I'm glad they don't have one where I live! The lettuce wraps are great!

Yelp
Follow-Up Visit: Gave it a 2nd chance after the visit below since the service was good. It was definitely a better food experience, so +1 star. The same items we had issues with were BOTH improved. Maybe commenting helped? Service was great. Original Visit: Long time fans of The Cheesecake Factory, but we were not thrilled with the Mall at Millennia location. Service was OK, but the food was REALLY not up to par. The chicken on the Chinese Chicken salad was tough, chewy and not separated like usual. The salad dressing was very salty. (We've bought salad dressing togo from this location recently and it has been right, so I'm not sure if something went wrong that day). The chicken madeira (our favorite) wasn't right either! The chicken wasn't thin and lightly sautéed like usual. It was thick, touch and very over-sauteed with an egg flavor and thickness (like French toast) on the outside. It almost seemed like they had dropped it in the fryer. The Madeira sauce seemed to be missing something as well. Staff seemed nice, but the food just was very off.

Renee R.

Yelp
I have always been a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory but since I can no longer eat gluten my experiences have went south. Recently I took a party of 6 to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday (3 of which has not been there prior) and the server was not attentive and got a few things wrong during our dinner including the incorrect dressing and didn't try to fix the issue se just said " it's right" I do know what blue cheese tastes like and I definitely was served the house dressing, the food came out at completely different times which made things awkward. My pasta was supposed to be Gluten free and after 5 bites in I realized it wasn't...again the server never showed any type of concern or offer an apology. My meal was fixed but by that time I had to box it home as it was now after closing.

Yelp
What can you say about Cheesecake Factory? WOW that's all I can think of. If you have not been to Cheesecake Factory, then you are definitely missing out. There is literally something for everyone, their menu is probably 20 pages long. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, desserts, appetizers, they have it all. This location is inside the Mall of Millenia. It can get busy so be patient and expect to wait. They have seating inside and outside as well as at the bar. We don't make special trips to this location just for Cheesecake Factory, as there is a closer location to us, but we will definitely stop in for lunch when visiting the mall. The servers are all dressed in white and are usually very polite and helpful. They will offer suggestions again since there are 100s of items to choose from. Your meal starts with bread, a mixture of sourdough and their pumpernickel bread served with butter. You can and should ask for more. Some of our favorite appetizers are fried zucchini, buffalo blasts, and avocado eggrolls. You cant go wrong with a side salad with their house dressing, it is large enough for 2 and under $7. For me, I always get the pasta carbonara with no peas and I do not add chicken, but it is an option. My husband likes the vegetable pasta or a salad. There are over 100 different options as I mentioned, you will probably never get through them all but there will be something for everyone. Now the best part: DESSERT! If you have room, you can order dessert to eat at the table. However, if you are like myself, there is no room, and you need to take it home. It's like a little treat for when you get home! There are almost 30 different cheesecakes available and again once for everyone. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I have never had a bad meal here. Yes its a chain, but its a really great chain. Lots of options and lots of choices. Something for everyone, definitely check it out. And don't forget dessert.

Yelp
Went to the first time to this location for lunch. It's was pretty busy. Although the wait time was fast. I got pasta carbonara but that wasn't special. Even the expresso martini wasn't good.

Yelp
We dined on a weekday for lunch which wasn't as busy as weekends or weeknights and found the service to be quick and attentive. Our server served us the bread, which was fresh and warm and quickly brought out my toddler's meal, which I highly appreciated. The Shrimp pasta from their fit menu wash very refreshing, light and tasty. The restaurant was busy but service was quick and food was warm and tasty. Will definitely recommend

Yelp
RENAN WAS AWESOME, he was so nice and very friendly, he gave me a good recommendation the Farfalle and that was absolutely delicious, and the mirrors were cool.

Yelp
Be ready to spend money. Don't go without a reservation or you'll wait a while. That being said the food is AH-MA-ZING!! Any pasta they have is delicious. The cheesecakes are obviously delicious. We always get a slice each to go and eat on out throughout the week!

Yelp
On 25 July, my mother made reservations for her 65th anniversary dinner. When she made the reservations, she told them it was her 65th wedding anniversary. She asked for a quiet place to sit definitely not by the bar where her exact words So we arrive at the correct time and where do they attempt to seat us? in the bar. Now they did find another place for us to sit, but that should've been assigned to us from the very beginning. when you specifically say please don't seat me in the bar and that's where they try to seat you right by the bar right by the bathrooms So things start out pretty good. The server comes over takes our order. Brings over bread and drinks then after quite a while, our food comes out. Or should I say most of our food. My father, one of the two guests of honor, did not get any food. Nothing was said to him about why he didn't get food he was just totally ignored. Those of us with food started eating so that our food didn't get cold. meanwhile, I am totally stressed out trying to find a server. Nobody would even look at us. A couple times I called over to servers walking past and they ignored me. Our server didn't come back for about 20 minutes. She brought him a salad, which he doesn't eat salads, and said your food was made wrong. It'll be out in a couple minutes. His food finally did come out. The rest of us were totally finished eating and we're just looking at her. So I finally spoke up and said well, what are you gonna do? he's been sitting here watching us and now we're gonna sit here watching him eat. This is totally unacceptable. She said we can give him a piece of cheesecake. I just shook my head and said is that all you're going to do you should be giving us all pieces of cheesecake. We have to sit here and watch him eat now for the next 15-20 minutes and he sat for that entire time watching us eat and he's one of the guest of honor. She said she will get the manager. I think my dad made a couple comments at the same time because he was just stressed out and very angry. The manager comes over and says I'll give him a piece of cheesecake. I'm like you're not even gonna buy his dinner? It's their 65th wedding anniversary that we came here to celebrate and he didn't even get to eat with his wife. This has been a disaster. He said fine. I'll give him his dinner and a piece of cheesecake for free. So he finished eating the server came over brought the bill. I was looking at it to see if it was correct, she got back after a minute and says are you ready and I said no please give me another couple minutes and under her breath as she turned around she said something in a very nasty tone. I couldn't tell exactly what it is, but it was a very nasty tone. I probably shouldn't given her any tip at all, but I did end up giving her about a 10% tip I think. I have never been treated that badly in a restaurant before Please add to that not one person said happy anniversary to my parents even though they been told several times it was their 65th wedding anniversary until neither of them were sitting there, and I was getting the bill in order and then the server pointed to the two empty chairs and said happy anniversary. I just looked at her and said it's a little bit late now Onto the food. Three of us got chicken costelleto which is supposed to come with a lemon sauce. The sauce had no flavor at all. It was just basically a cream sauce without any flavor. I will say the chicken was cooked perfection. My mom said hers was tough, but mine was excellent. My dad say anything other than the amount he was served was about half of what he's normally served when we eat there so he was not happy at all. He said there was very little Fish or whatever comes with it other than mostly pasta. (Jambalaya.) He took his piece of cheesecake home so I can't really say how that was because I left right afterwards. For the price that they charge, they should've been a lot more accommodating they should've told us exactly what was going on when they didn't bring his food over. They should've remade all of our dishes and had us all wait or at least given us that option and not made my dad eat by himself. Personally, I am livid over the way we were treated. I know my parents are livid over the way we were treated. I don't know if we'll ever be back especially since the food wasn't up to par, I can't believe lemons are so expensive that you leave them out of a lemon sauce We used to love Cheesecake Factory for special occasions, but they ruined my parents 65th wedding anniversary

Yelp
Overpriced microwaved food is what it is. Except at least if you buy a microwaved dinner it will be hot. They serve cold/lukewarm $20+ plates of food with small portions. The utensils they expect you to eat with are raw dogged on the filthy tables. But yet it's supposed to be an "upscale" "fancy" restaurant.
