Another Delicious Experience at The Cheesecake Factory! Once again, The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. From the crispy fries and flavorful shawarma with creamy sauces, to the juicy meatballs in rich tomato sauce, and the shrimp pasta with perfectly cooked angel hair — everything was absolutely delicious. A perfect blend of comfort food and gourmet flair. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and memorable meal — especially if you’re at the Forum Shops on the terrace, where the amazing view makes the whole experience even more special.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite spots for dessert—they truly have the best cheesecakes. Sure, they’re loaded with calories, but the slices are huge and perfect for sharing. On a recent family trip to Las Vegas, I took my aunt there for the first time, and she loved it. I always find myself coming back, and my personal favorite is the classic New York-style cheesecake. I love the atmosphere—the restaurants are beautiful and consistent, so no matter where you go, they all have that same familiar look. It is a bit on the darker side inside, but it doesn’t bother me. There are always plenty of staff, and while I’ve had all kinds of experiences with service in the past, this visit in Vegas was excellent. For tourists or anyone visiting, it’s a great spot to check out. They have a huge menu with so many different types of food, so there’s something for everyone. The prices are fair, usually ranging from about $20 to $30 for a generous portion that’s often big enough to take home and enjoy for your next meal.

Had a lovely dinner with the family tonight. Our last night before heading home and we were all glad we picked here. Small wait but that's fine. Service was great. Edo K was our server and he was fantastic. Ordered our drinks and my sons meal at the same time. Sons food arrived before we even ordered ours which is great. He takes a long time to eat. Food was lovely. Everything was eaten. Burger wasn't cooked the way I like it (burnt) but it was sorted and it was delicious. Great atmosphere in the place. All staff are very friendly, from the girl dropping off the food to the other staff having a joke with me as I said burger is to be cooked very very very very very well. Best dinner in Vegas for us.

Google
Seems dated now for decor, definitely needs an update. Server disappeared too busy for like 30 minutes. Food was good, portions seem smaller than last year and prices up. Taste was good. Always good variety. Need more egg free options. Vegan options. Gluten free options.

Google
Whiskey Smash, Whiskey Smash and a lunch special (soup, salad, sandwich) and a side of Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake. My wife had the beet salad. The food and service were great. We always try to fit in a meal at The Cheesecake Factory.

Google
Love the place. Good quantities .. flavor was great. They didn't have a dish we order . Crab appetizer, and that was a little off . But other than that. A 4.5 5 star

Google
Every time I visit the States, I make sure to go to The Cheesecake Factory. This was my first time visiting the one at Caesars Palace. The food was great, and the portions were generous. We ordered the classic strawberry cheesecake, and it was delicious. I had the bacon and cheese burger, which was amazing. The only downside was that once every hour, there was loud music and noise from a nearby show, which was a bit annoying. But aside from that, the service was excellent, and I absolutely love The Cheesecake Factory!

Google
We went for an early dinner and were impressed by the selection of food could order. We wanted to try as much as we could so we chose to share some plates. First we started with the avocado egg roll, grilled chicken lettuce wrapped tacos & lunch spaghetti and meat balls. Everything was fantastic and plenty for 2 ppl. Atmosphere was great, washrooms were upstairs so maybe not the most convenient for ppl with accessibility issues. Overall good experience. Would go back again to try more items.

Yelp
Always a good option for large groups who are looking for generous portions.... menu at this location includes SkinnyLicious options. My favourite is always the Asian chicken salad - others like the chicken piccata, pasta and appies. Service is consistently good, food quality and value is good. It is not fine dining but a solid family restaurant. This restaurant is located in Caesars Palace forum shop area.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is a welcome oasis on this party of the strip for one reason: the prices aren't jacked up to ridiculous levels like at every other restaurant at Caesars and the neighboring Bellagio hotels. In this neck of Vegas, getting a nice, healthy, and satisfying dinner with vegetables served at a table with a warm bread basket for around $20 is like a miracle. That deserves 4 stars. Unfortunately it would be a higher rating if the kitchen didn't grossly overdress the salads, and if you weren't interrupted at the top of the hour by the 100-decibel din of the stupid animatronic "Atlantis" show right outside the restaurant. It's loud and it lasts an excruciating seven minutes. UPDATE: Thank you to the management for responding, but do you think I didn't try to let somebody know about the problem? First, I couldn't find out waiter and she didn't come to check on us for 15 or 20 minutes. This was after already waiting 20 minutes for our food. Then, when I did mention it (after having eaten most of it and showing her the plate full of dressing, I asked her to let the kitchen know they are overdressing the salads), she shrugged and said it was a trainee back there (as if that's an excuse to prepare food improperly!).

Yelp
The ambiance was ok, nothing special just OK comfortable. The service was uncoordinated. The server asked if we wanted lemons in our water, then brought the water, but forgot the lemons. Some other server had to correct that mistake and also provide us with straws. Our server was not that attentive. She took our meal order on time, but she rarely checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. She wasn't rude or anything just not as attentive as she should've been. One of our dinner napkins supposedly had clean utensils wrapped in a filthy napkin. We did receive another one, but not quickly. We had to look around and ask one of the other servers before our original server came back and checked on us. We ordered the chicken Baja tacos. It was what I called a nightmare on the plate. It was nothing like what was pictured in the menu. It was dry covered in chipotle sauce. It had two pieces of cilantro and one slice of red onion and absolutely no cheese. I understand that corporate changed the recipe, but what they changed it to is in my opinion inferior and devoid of ANY flavor. The good news about the meal was the beans which normally are hideous tasted pretty good this time and the rice I absolutely refused to eat, it just was no point. As for the food presentation there wasn't any. The cheesecake factory inside of Caesars needs to have a visit from undercover boss. I recommend that no one patronize this place, as a matter, of fact, you'll be wise to avoid going there and simply spin your money elsewhere. You get better service and better food from one of the local fast food places seriously.

Yelp
Super chain, super large portion super customer service lots of choices. I do recommend them even though they're a nationwide chain which I'm not a fan of in a pinch. This is the place to go for specialty coffee, and awesome desserts.

Yelp
Came in with low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised! Amazing ambiance inside the hotel and wonderful service. Steak was cooked very nicely (asked for medium-rare, came out a perfect medium). Accommodated a party of nine for friend's birthday on very short notice.

Yelp
Fantastic experience using their online reservation. I originally reserved for 6, but needed to make it 7 as we had a friend join us for dinner. The seating was fast and the service was efficient. The Cheesecake Factory had many dinner and dessert options that made every happy. The location wasn't very loud which was nice as we were able to hear each other talk as we ate. Overall this location was a good value, good service, and a great experience.

Yelp
Located in Caesars Palace casino food court near the aquarium. I was greeted and seated immediately. My drink order was taken and served immediately. Waitress did an awesome job of keeping my drink glass full. I usually order the avocado egg rolls but this time I ordered the egg roll sampler. All 4 egg rolls were very tasty and cooked perfectly. Each egg roll had its own dipping sauce. Both the steak and chicken were perfectly cooked and very tasty. If you haven't tried this dish you need to!!! It was wow delicious. Steak and chicken were very tender and be cut with a fork. I will definitely be returning and ordering this dish again. Give them a try, their service and food is well worth it.

Yelp
I sort of consider myself a Cheesecake Factory aficionado because I eat there so much! I have tried many items and I usually really enjoy the experience! The location that is closest to me is in MI is not the best location, they do fall short. This, this location in fabulous Las Vegas, right in the magnificent Forum shops was downright excellent! Upon entering the restaurant, the front of the house staff was was welcoming and greeted me with warmth and friendliness. The waitstaff was also just a nice and super pleasant! The food, wow! It was good. Starting with the homemade meatballs and the crabby bites, both was splendid! The crabby bites were meaty, creamy and much bigger than my home location with a great crunch. The meatballs, ricotta, marinara had a deep flavor and tasted very homemade. I also enjoyed the chicken potstickers with a very tasty sauce. The star of the show, the fish tacos with all the accompanying sauces, avocado beans and rice. The crunch on the fish, light, airy and tasted great! I was getting so full, but couldn't stop eating. Las Vegas had a tons of epic eats, but Cheesecake Factory is still a go-to for me when they do such a top notch job! I also like that the prices are in line with the national prices and not inflated like many Las Vegas restaurants.

Yelp
Let it be known the service was not half bad, I got a table within 5 minutes and my server was attentive, which is actually the only reason they get a star since the food was subpar at best. I ordered a lemonade special drink, the brussel sprouts and chicken Marsala with mushrooms (I requested to swap out bow tie noodles for angle hair). When I received the drink, it was very tart and sugary. Not good. Didn't come with refills and wouldn't have gotten any if they did. The Brussels were decent but no real flavor. The chicken Marsala was bad. Very oily. Like puddles of oil (I literally had to pour the oil out of my dish to attempt to eat). I brought it to the servers attention and asked for Alfredo sauce thinking it'd be creamier to help, she asked if i wanted more of the Marsala sauce, and I told her no, since it was clearly oily, I wanted the Alfredo to try to salvage the dish. She brought the Alfredo but never did or said anymore more. The Alfredo sauce was thin like milk with no flavor. It was clear the dish was not acceptable yet she charged me full price and didn't replace anything to make it better. Paid my bill in full with full tip and left. I feel gyped! Won't be going back to this location!

Yelp
Ok, I'm a big fan of the cheesecake factory but had a horrible experience when visiting their location in Las Vegas. The server was horrible, (trust Me, horrible is an understatement) he was arrogant and did not pay any attention to us. After we told him that he has not been serving us, he said he has many tables to wait on and cannot let us take our sweet time ordering. We ordered factory nachos, spinach dip, flatbread pizza, Diet Coke and a 2 slices of cheesecake. Our order of soda was brought along with the cheesecakes. Very very disappointed and it affected our vegas experience. Will not visit again.

Yelp
You can never go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory. After walking so much in Vegas, I remembered this place at Caesar's Palace. I decided on the Shepherd's Pie and the waiter warned me that it is a super huge serving. So me and the hubs decided to share the dish. Super huge indeed! Filled with beef, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, etc. So rich and delish. My sis in law loved the Korean cauliflower and deep fried zucchini small plate. For dessert, we settled for the Strawberry Shortcake. We waddled out of there like stuffed penguins. Great dinner!

Yelp
We came in around 9:30p on a Saturday for late dinner. There's usually a line for walk-ins, but they close at 11p so we were seated right away and it was a bit quiet, too. Spicy Tuna | The portion of tuna was not as advertised. It was very stingy. The tuna also looked brown and didn't have that fresh pinkish color, it was probably the last batch since it's towards the end of the day and maybe they didn't want to make a new batch, mehhh I don't know lol Fettuccini Alfredo | This was the most flavorless Alfredo sauce we've ever had. It seemed to be watered down, he sauce was thin, too. Not rich and creamy compared to what the menu describes. Service: Our waiter was kind, but food takes almost half an hour to come out. The other server was a little rude when we tried to clarify the wrong item he served on our table. We didn't even get the chance to clarify the wrong order because he just dismissed our question and quickly left :( Location: In Caesars Palace's Forum Shops. Parking: Self-Park. 1st hour is Free, 1-24 hours is $23. NV locals with a valid NV driver's license park free for the 1st 3 hours, then standard self-parking rates apply after 3 hours.

Yelp
Love the oat bread and the crab bites appetizer was to die for, delicious. I had shrimp scampi with no tomatoes. Presentation was ok. My daughter had the Salmon which looked great. Environment was great. I would recommend Cheesecake Factory at International Mall.

Yelp
You can't really go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops. We sat outside right by the big fish tank with the cool fishies and mini sharks! The only thing is it takes us an hour to decide what to order because they got like a million options in their menu. I ended up getting the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane combo which was excellent. Cooked tenderly and very flavorful. I ate it alllll . Our friends got the same thing and they shared with a side of Mac and cheese which was good too. My favorite . My wife got a special Grilled Salmon with Lemon Garlic sauce and Capers, that's not even on the menu anymore, cus she's special. That's her go to because it's always so good. Plus the brown bread is her favorite. We ended the meal sharing an Upside Down Pineapple Cheesecake which was kind of too sweet for our taste but was still pretty good. I ate it all too cus I didn't want to waste it . Our friends got the regular Cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Theirs actually looked better. But the best one we've gotten before was probably the Banana Cream Pie Cheesecake I think it was. Something banana cream lol. Prices are getting a little high because of inflation but still good for what it is. If you're looking for a good treat but still more on the affordable side The Cheesecake Factory in the Form Shops is a good choice.

Yelp
After a long day we decided to grab dinner at Caesars's Cheesecake Factory. They seated us outside, where you could see the aquarium, which was a lot noisier than of course, sitting inside and it was pretty busy for a Sunday night. I think I would've preferred the ambiance better inside but it was busy and I don't think we wanted to wait any longer. I've been ordering the same thing for a very long time. I got the Salmon with lemon garlic butter and caper sauce with mashed potatoes and broccoli (this is not on the menu by the way .) It's always delicious, the salmon was cooked perfectly, the lemon garlic butter sauce compliments the fish very well. My husband ordered the Chicken Madeira and steak diane dish with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. The sauce was yummy, the chicken was soft and surprisingly not overcooked, the steak diane unfortunately, was a bit too overcooked for me. I usually eat medium rare and that was more than medium. He ate it all so I think he enjoyed it anyway! Lastly, for dessert we decided on the Pineapple Uside Down Cheesecake which tasted more like a cake than a cheesecake. I wanted to try it but next time I know to stick to strawberry, coconut cream, tiramisu cheesecake or banana cream. I'll add the pictures for reference! Overall it was nice to go back there again and order some of our favorites. We walked around the shops a little afterwards because we were so full and took home leftovers.

Yelp
Cheesecake factory never disappoints. Wait around 9pm was 20 minutes. Near closing time and quality of food and service were still excellent. Service from Jake was top notch. He made you feel like family. The quesadilla, chicken piccata and the shrimp and chicken alfredo tasted great. Fresh strawberry, caramel apple and cinnabon were all heavenly.

Yelp
Never fails to disappointment! The service was quick and friendly, the food was amazing and the ambiance was perfect for lunch with friends (not too loud). Best part - their warm bread and butter... For appetizers we got their spinach dip and chips which was cheesy goodness! it felt like comfort food. We they got their lunch special pasta with caesar salad, both amazing! I know caesar salads are nothing too complicated to make but it was still so fresh and delicious!! we also their margarita flatbread which were again, super fresh and comforting. We obviously got their cheesecake, specifically the mango lime cheesecake... SO GOOD!! It was light, creamy, fruity and perfect dessert for the heat. Overall 10/10 experience.

Yelp
Can't say enough about KAYLA and management at the Cheesecake Factory LV. This is why I have been coming here for over 15 years. Little issue with our bill Virginia came and cleared it up right away. I have dined at $$$$ in Vegas and in some instances will never go back. There is a reason why this restaurant group stands the test of time. Great variety solid service what else do you want. Will be back. -Brian

Yelp
We attended dinner for our anniversary. Our server, Jesse R, was outstanding. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was very personable and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better server. We placed our orders and it felt like they came out immediately. The food was delicious and hot. Since it was our anniversary, Jesse remembered and brought out a sundae to share. He was very accommodating and seemed to be on top of his game. We will definitely come back to see you (since we are local) Can't wait to be served by Jesse again. Thank you for the wonderful experience. You made our night extra special.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service. It's a really cool walk to get to the CF due to it being in the forum shops at caesar's Palace. We had the steak Diane and Salmon, and the Chicken Bellagio. Steak was perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. I'd say the best part of this specific meal was our server, Trayle, who made the experience even better. We will return next time we are here. Woo!

Yelp
After a disappointing meal at the cheesecake factory in San Francisco we were staying in Caesar's palace so we decided to try the cheesecake factory here. Wow what a difference, Ryan was friendly, helpful and a great waiter. He went through the menu with a few recommendations and he was not wrong. We started off with the egg avocado rolls (San Francisco had none available) then he recommended the herb crusted salmon which was a huge piece of salmon cooked perfectly and the chicken Madeira. Great food, great service and reasonably priced. Thank you

Yelp
Was staying at Caesar's and had had a long day so didn't want to go too far for dinner, so wandered over here. There was about a 45 minute wait but it sent pretty fast. We were seated right up front and it was interesting because two tech bros came up and were able to cut the line by giving the host $20. I thought it was kind of a jerk move by the host because so many people had been waiting much longer but cash is king in Vegas! Our server was efficient, which was nice because we were hungry. I had a mediocre cocktail, Whiskey Ginger. Rather than a big meal, we just had a handful of small plates. The dynamite shrimp was fine as was the spicy tuna. The beet and avocado salad was really tasty but the taquitos were just "meh". Of course we had to have cheesecake to close things out and the salted caramel didn't disappoint. As far as Cheesecake Factory's go, this one is fine. It's Las Vegas so there will be a wait and it's pricey, but it's not offensive. And if you want to cut the line, just have your wallet handy!

Yelp
Love this place been coming here since I was young. Always celebrates my families bday. So many selection specially for my kids. Service is always great.

Yelp
Sarah really knew how to ruin our day! Our service was terrible. She literally ignored us but was happy to ask the table next to us 8+ times if everything was ok and if they wanted more drinks, desert, etc. we sat there, with no bread and no re fill for my husband. Thankfully the food runner brought us bread after I had to inconvenience her and ask.

Yelp
I celebrated my 12th birthday here tonight!! The food was scrumptious and zesty loved the straw too, top 5 favorite straw fs

Yelp
Came for a late lunch early dinner and we're seated almost immediately. The staff and hostess were quick, friendly and attentive. Our server was so fast that she almost barely gave my boyfriend and I enough time to look over the menu and drinks however, I much appreciate that than not being attended to at all. Our server also always ensured my water cup was full, attended to our needs of extra requests such as lemons for our appetiser (calamari). Our food came out relatively quickly. I got the Thai chicken salad, tomato, basil flat bread and the coconut mojito. The food was great except I wish there was a little more basil on the flat bread. All in all my boyfriend and I had a great experience and you can never really go wrong with Cheesecake Factory no matter where you are!

Yelp
Stopped here couple times over the past few years. Food always seems decent with good service.

Yelp
It was a short walk from the Cesars Palace Hotel. I was exhausted from work, and had a huge headache from being dehydrated, and all the smoking from the Casino. Didn't get a chance to really explore, and wasn't quite sure what I wanted to eat. I know I didn't want Italian, since I had Italian the night before. I also knew I didn't want to Uber or taxi anywhere. I was surprised there was a Cheesecake Factory there. I was also surprised they took me right away, since it was on the strip. I ended up getting Miso salmon with asparagus, iced tea, and my guilty pleasure was a cheesecake. Why the hell not, since that was my only meal that night. Service was fast, and smooth. Food was consistent.

Yelp
Let me just preface this review by saying I rarely write negative reviews. Our party of 4 arrived on 12/27 without a reservation and had a 1 hr wait. Ok, no problem. We placed our order and it took nearly 20-30 minutes for our order to arrive and we didn't get the usual cheesecake factory bread basket placed on our table until we saw other parties get their bread basket and asked for it. Strike number 1. Strike number 2, we didn't have linens/napkins on our table and had to ask for it. Strike 3, they forgot the fries with two of our burgers orders when it arrived and we had to ask for it. We also had to remind them of our slice of cheesecake that we requested to have with the meal and not at the end of the meal. We also didn't get our waters refilled or had our waiter check up on us from time to time. Service fell a bit short. We still left a full tip but service was defnitely not up to standard. Additionally, the restrooms seemed like they haven't been cleaned for hours. The trash bin was full and the floors near the toilets were all wet. As for the food, it was so so. Nothing to write home about.
google avatar

Marques W.

Yelp
It's a very convenient location, and lives up to everything you've ever had at their many locations. This one in particular will be a wait, our fastest check in I can remember was 45 minutes. It does appear they don't run this location at their available 100 capacity, always see available tables inside.
google avatar

Varshini A.

Yelp
Brought my family to eat dinner here on 12/25. The service was not up to the standards we'd expect but we still left providing a full tip. The server forgot my mom's drink and brothers fries until we reminded her to do so near the end of our meal. Initially she placed an alcoholic drink that was meant for my father near my mom which she accidentally drank (we didn't know which drink it was and assuming she placed it in front of my mom she thought it was hers). She then offered my dad another drink but she ended up charging us for it when we thought it was complimentary. The crispy chicken sandwich meat was tough and inedible, upon telling that to the server she took the plate from us, looked at the meat, brought it to the kitchen and back and told us "it's cooked enjoy your meal", we felt bad/disrespected that there was nothing else that was done. We chose Cheesecake Factory out of all the other restaurants available in Caesars Palace due to our good experiences in the past, disappointed with this experience.

Yelp
I am a British person and have been told to visit this place for a real American experience. That is exactly what I got. The server was helpful and got me seated quickly. The interior was fitting with Caesars Palace, but the lighting was far too dark inside. I ordered an appetizer, main and dessert. Yes. I realized this mistake soon after...you get a lot of food and I was eating alone. The mythical bread came first and I was underwhelmed. The brown bread has a cultlike following but it was average at best. Just sweet brown bread. The white bread was also meh and too sweet for me. Before I go through each dish, one thing I love about this place is that all dishes are made from scratch. Nothing frozen. This is rare nowadays. My appetizer was the fried mac and cheese balls. These did not disappoint. The outside was crisp and golden. The inside was super duper melty cheesy. I loved it. The pasta was a tad overcooked though. The marinara sauce to dip with added a great acidity to cut through the richness, but it needed more. For main I got the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Chicken. The sauce was tasty but for something labelled as very spicy, I wouldn't rate it hotter than a jalepeno. The chicken was tender but the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. The rice was unseasoned but mixed well with the sauce. I loved the fried plantains - they were sweet and fried perfectly. The pineapple salsa was ok - it was just cut up pineapple. the black beans were also meh, but worked well with the dish. For dessert I got Adams PB Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake. Oh my. This was decadent beyond belief. It was packed with peanut flavor - i loved the PB Cups and butterfingers to add textural differences for every bite. I just about finished it but I was stuffed. I then realized I had eaten 4,500 calories in this meal. Wow.

Yelp
Our son is a server, so we have to be kind, but in all honesty we've really enjoyed our last several visits to The Cheesecake Factory. I've been watching the calories for the last several months and they have a good variety of calorie friendly food that is entirely enjoyable. We've had very nice servers and the atmosphere is always nice.

Yelp
The food .... TRASHH! tasted like a frozen pasta. The burgers mid , And the fries cold they had to remake them . the service was long And we all fell asleep Waiting for these people just to have nasty food . 0/10 won't come again . Very loud also .

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory located in Caesar's Palace is an extraordinary food choice. I decided to stop here for lunch, celebrating someone's birthday. I walked up right as they opened and was greeted right away with smiles. The service was great and everything came out pretty quick. From the breadsticks, to the appetizers, to the flat breads, it was all piping hot! My new favorite dish is the street corn. Because they corn is cut attached to the cob, I found it easiest to eat them like you would eat ribs. A little messy, but 1000% worth it! The fried zucchini was cooked to perfection. The flatbreads were delicious as well. No complaints on any part of this visit! I am also a huge fan of how big the menu is. There is something for everyone and you won't go wrong with any choice. Just a forewarning, the portions are large. The person celebrating their birthday even got a cute mini ice cream at the end of their meal. Overall, I recommend a visit to this Cheesecake Factory for a splendid meal choice :)

Yelp
I normally love my Cheesecake Factory visits! But this visit fell short. Our waiter kept telling us that the fresh bread (that we look forward to opening our visits) was baking so we would get it fresh - and 1 hour later...it finally came. Because of the business of the place, I thought I'd give him grace, but it started to get annoying. Things just seemed to be When our meals came, we felt that the Thai Lettuce Wraps weren't as filling as they normally are. There weren't enough chicken strips, or any of the side veggies that make the wrap fun to assemble. The kids alfredo dishes were fine, and what seemed to save the day was the Hershey's Chocolate Cake with the generous dollops of whip cream. It was like medicine to my weary soul. Tear. I recommend that the service is more attentive to their tables. No more excuses for lateness of any meal. And maybe this establishment hire more back up. That would be good

Cheesecake factory is always one of my favorite places to go. The food is not spectacular but it is good. I always get one of the pastas and enjoy it every time.

Yelp
We have been going to this CF for years. It's a yearly Vegas tradition for us. The Cinnabon cheesecake is so good! My kids got it one time and I tasted it for curiosity sake. It's my favorite one now. The pastas are so good. Our server, Eric, gave great recommendations and was so kind to our family.

Yelp
Have been to this location 20-30 times. Generally a really good experience. Granted the ambiance of the forum show helps. However, my most recent experience was awful. As usual 20-30 minute wait. Its in a mall no biggie plus everywhere has staff shortages. We gave our name lady in front not overwhelming pleased to be there, but not rude. I get if your dealing with tourist you can get burnt out. Just a less positive vibe then normal. When we get seated it is about 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledges us. I suppose it was kind of busy although not slammed. We get our world famous bread unfortunately no brown bread. When paying a premium the little extras help justify the prices for basic diner food. Didnt help other tables had it and it was another 5-10 mins after our drinks the bread was delivered. Our waitress was okay not necessarily on top of everything but again pleasant enough. The entrees though for near 50.00 were absurd. I order a margharita (sp?) Flatbread and small salad (pictured). The flatbread was essentially Sweet Tomato / Souplantation pizza bread which taste ok but that is for a buffet not an actual entree. The "salad" was just wilted lettuce. No cucumbers, carrots, cabbage. My friend got a Club and fries. Club was okay although definite downgrade from past clubs. Also the fries came out after she ate half the sandwich because for some reason there was an issue with the fries. Get this is a chain so always a risk, but after so many solid meals, and a great pepperoni flatbread and salad six months ago have no clue how quality fell off so much. 2 stars because generally edible, but could've paid half the price at a casino cafe or pretty similar prices fir a nicer restaurant.

Yelp
This Cheesecake Factory has been here for a long time-I remember visiting Caesar's Palace over ten years ago and seeing it, although it was not one that I'd visit, since I am one of the few people that doesn't really like it. Gasp! However, I was in town for a convention, and with a group who was arranging dinner. We had reservations for our party of twelve, and were seated in a booth that was intended for maybe eight. It was tight quarters, for sure. They brought us place settings for ten, so a few folks had to share, since getting the attention of the server was difficult. The food itself was ok- nothing spectacular, but I think people come here for the many pages of options and, well, the cheesecake. When your namesake dish is the reason most people flock here, you can get away with mediocrity on everything else.

Yelp
Very quick to be seated & prices were very reasonable for Vegas, especially Cesar's Palace. Had the Buffalo Chicken "wrap" which was excellent and the fried cheese which good, though as much as the wrap. Entrees we're also good, though wife's Korean Fried Chicken was better then my Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp. So wife's decision making in appetizer & entree were better then mine. Though her choice in husband is questionable..... Service was quick & water glasses were kept full. Wife had Silver Tequila & seltzer which she said was delicious w: a nice pour.

Yelp
Had dinner here last night and it was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I think my waiters name was David Y? He was so friendly, nice and accommodating. Coming from LA and craving their Pasta da Vinci and for some reason, it's the best one I've ever had. They gave so much sauce today and their sauce had so much flavor. Aside from the yummy food, David always kept our water cups full, refilled our breads, and helped us with all of our needs with fast and efficient service. The cherry topper was that at the end of our meal, David helped me pack my leftovers and I've never had a Cheesecake worker help me. Amazing experience and food!!!

Yelp
So bad, kinda crazy how bad the service was. Spilled a drink on my wife, double charged us and seemed bothered that we were bothered.

Yelp
This was the worst Cheesecake Factory location I've been to. Maybe it's just too busy, but the items we ordered weren't good. Skinnylicious Tuscan Chicken - the chicken breast were overcooked and since this was the low calorie version, it was rubbery and watery without too much flavor. Skinnylicious Crab Wonton - this was decent, crispy and cheesey Kids Mac n Cheese - tasty and my kid ate the entire thing. I tried a bite and it was good. My order took a long time and the staff ranged from nice to annoyed. Guessing again from how busy it was.

Yelp
My husband and I always enjoy going to a Cheesecake Factory every chance we can get. Tonight's visit is what keeps us coming. Melissa delivered great customer service. She was down to earth, friendly, and helpful! I needed help deciding which dish to try since my usual (before COVID) is no longer on the menu (Seared Ahi Tuna). She suggested the Korean BBQ, and it was very tasty! My kids were craving Fettuccine Alfredo, so we order the kids' version, which was more than enough to feed their hungry tummies! My husband ordered the Factory Burrito Grande, which was HUGE. To accompany my dinner, I ordered the Coconut Mojito. Such a refreshing taste after a long day of walking on the strip! The only issue we had with tonight's visit was the wait for my dish. The kids got their food way before I got mine, which was about 30 minutes after placing our order. It was busy though, so it's understandable. TIP: To avoid a wait, you can make a reservation through the Yelp app. We waited about 10 minutes once we checked in with the restaurant. Not bad considering the wait without a reservation was can hour!

Yelp
Went in on Friday September 1st around 9:30pm. Our server Edward I. Was friendly and was very attentive. He would get us refills without us having to ask. Also checked on us when our food arrived to make sure everything was good. One item wasn't right so he replaced it right away. Thank You Edward I. For an amazing experience.

Yelp
I am sipping on this delicious Raspberry Lemon Drop, let's cheers to that! The Vanilla Bean cheesecake is delicious. I was going to save it for after my meal, but nope it is too good to stop eating! The bartender service is amazing and she has pretty gold glitter on her face, just gorgeous! The ambiance is a 10 out of 10. I am sitting at the bar and I am loving my drink, cheesecake, food, and the conversations!

Yelp
Cheesecake from here always hits the spot! So bomb and so many flavors to choose from wherever you go but your best option is probably just ordering dessert to go because this location gets crazy packed. If you're dining in, expect long waits and having to yell to hold a conversation because of how loud it in inside and out when the shows go on. The food wasn't as great as other locations and the portions seemed smaller as well. Not bad but just wasn't worth it.
