The 16 Best Break-Up Restaurants In Philly

"In moments of crisis, sometimes you don’t want fancy. During those times, you need the simple stability of Cheesecake Factory’s comically large menu and a slice of peanut butter cheesecake covered in fudge. We don’t have a menu favorite here—even though their oat-topped brown bread is an American hero. The dimly lit Center City restaurant is ideal for eating your feelings, your new uniform of choice—a pair of comfy sweats and sunglasses—and not bumping into anybody that you know. " - candis mclean

The Cheesecake Factory Review - Center City - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Rittenhouse Square is home to many of the city’s best restaurants, so going to the Cheesecake Factory is like passing up on a Meek Mill show to watch a SEPTA worker freestyle on their lunch break. But the chain has a few things going for it: it’s a dependable backup if you can’t get in anywhere else, they have free bread, and there’s cheesecake. Plus, with its massive menu, there’s almost no type of cuisine that you can’t get. Stop by on a casual night for a few drinks, cheesesteak spring rolls (that kind of work), and be satisfied that you’re probably at the only restaurant in the neighborhood without a wait." - Candis R. My first time at a Cheesecake Factory and I had a fantastic dinner and phenomenal service! I was a big fan of the fried zucchini, but I opted for marinara sauce instead of ranch. The Skinnylicious salad was seriously amazing! It was a huge portion big enough for two people. They also have lovely patio seating with a nice view of Center City.

I frequent this location when Im in the area and want to grab a quick bite. I most times sit at the bar area. Food is prepared well & is tasty! The atmosphere is always fun & high energy. Staff behind the bar was very pleasant yet could've moved a bit more efficiently/faster and given more attention to me during my meal for anything needed. I love the Skinnylicious menu and other no sugar/vegetarian options, too. I am always lookingnfor places to offer less sugary sips.

My grandson and I had a lunch date at this location. I would like to give a round of applause for a waitress named Vanessa. We had her before and she is so helpful when it comes to my picking grandson when ordering. Keep up the good work Vanessa.

Google
The cheesecake factory was an amazing place. The person I was with gave a bad review, but the waiter we had and the manager handled her issue very respectfully and very responsible. They had a small in with the food and unfortunately, she handled it very unprofessional, but they are very amazing. I don’t remember the waiters name, but he is an Asian tall light skin guy. He was an amazing waiter and very patient very detailed and very respectful. She was at fault so I’m totally defending the staff. But they are amazing. It’s clean very helpful and very respectful. Would recommend this to anybody and of course if five star could be 20 I would give him a 20. The food was amazing fresh, crispy, and delicious !!!!

Google
While spicy chicken chipotle pasta was the best looking, all the pasta tasted good. Avocado egg roll was recommended and rightly so. Pineapple upside down cheesecake is really good.

Google
it was very good food, the service was a bit slow despite it being not full, and there were a few screaming children, but the lighting and atmosphere beside that was very nice, and there was a very nice window view.

Google
We had a few hiccups with our order but overall, it was a good experience. The server was kind and courteous, and didn't hesitate to correct the problem.

Always great food. Nearly empty weekday lunch. Lovely inside. Incredibly clean windows.

Yelp
ok i love cheesecake factory, and this location is exactly what you sign up for. we came for happy hour, and it did not disappoint. they had a few options for happy hour drinks which were $8.5 each. they had skinny versions of the drinks too, i had the skinny liit. we ordered the factory nachos, the buffalo blasts, the thai chili shrimp, and the crab wontons. i really liked the factory nachos and the buffalo blasts, but i most likely will not order the thai chili shrimp or the crab wontons again. this was my first time having the buffalo blasts and i was pleasantly surprised at how crispy and flavorful they were. naturally i had to finish the meal with a slice of cheesecake, i had the lemon meringue cheesecake. it was a perfect sweet treat, so creamy and delicious. classic cheesecake factory decor, plenty of eating in the bar area and for happy hour. our waitress was wonderful, attentive, and service was fast. overall a great cheesecake factory experience!

Yelp
I'll start by saying I love pineapple upside-down cakes/cheesecakes. I happened to be in the neighborhood doing some business and thought Ooh... cheesecake factory let me run in and pick up my fav. The staff at the counter was polite, let me just add that... Well first off, the doors are supposed to be open by 11:30, it was not and it was a 98 degree weather. Ugh! Finally I got in and was happy to grab my cheesecakes and go. Got home, sat down to eat and the mess that was supposed to be a cheesecake, looked and tasted like "old" tin can pineapple it was hard dry-ish Knotts- chunks of pineapple. ‍ I was so bloody disappointed. Four slices, two & two. What a waste of $50. I wish I had just gone to (Willow grove.) I have never had a problem with their desserts, which are always fresh and is a delight to sit, relax and dig into. Definitely will not be going there again. Bummer !!

Yelp
Okay, can we just take a moment to appreciate how The Cheesecake Factory *never* misses?? From the moment I walked in, the vibe was giving upscale casual with just the right amount of energy--dim lights, a soft hum of chatter, and that iconic decor that feels like a bougie escape from reality. I started with the raspberry lemon drop, and ohhh wow--bright, citrusy, and just strong enough to get the night started right. Refreshing with a tart kick. Total summer-in-a-glass moment For apps, the brussels sprouts were CRISPY perfection. Caramelized just right with a touch of sweetness and that golden edge? *Chef's kiss.* The little house salad was fresh and crunchy with that classic tangy vinaigrette. Simple, but necessary. Now onto the main star(s)... I couldn't decide, so I went all out with the Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane combo and YES--best decision ever. The shrimp were garlicky, buttery, and cooked perfectly, tossed with al dente angel hair that soaked up all that rich flavor. The steak? Tender and juicy with that peppery Diane sauce--literally melted in my mouth. Paired together? A surf-and-turf dream team Service was super friendly and on point--my server was upbeat, super attentive, and had great menu recs. No long waits, no empty glass moments. Just smooth, easy dining.

Yelp
Excellent service. Very attentive to our needs. Food arrived quickly. Pasta had a different taste, but still delicious. Cheesecake was right on point. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
First time having a sit down meal at Cheesecake Factory and I think it was excellent overall !! We were seated very quickly and given plenty of time to decide on our menu, which is good given the huge selection of options while we ate the bread n butter (which is as good as people say). We ordered the Korean fried cauliflower, the Eggroll sampler, the Truffle Honey Chicken, and the Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style" with a slice of Peppermint Stick Cheesecake for dessert. The eggroll sampler is pretty great as a little assortment of different bites to have, and I love that it comes with four different sauces to dip in and try. The Korean fried cauliflower also perfectly embodied the name and is basically THE vegetarian appetizer to get. For the mains, the Chicken Parmesan was pretty excellent too, with the chicken cutlet itself still being crispy while going perfectly with the sauce and the cheese. The Alfredo on top was a bit of an afterthought I think but still pretty good all things considered. The truffle honey chicken could have had a little more flavoring of its name for sure (MORE TRUFFLE AND MORE HONEY PLEASE) but the chicken itself was fried super well, and was moist with good seasoning to it. The mashed potato's and asparagus were good pairings with it too. I will say, I found it fcking hilarious that the arrangement of the dish makes it look like a crab LOL. The last thing which was the seasonal peppermint stick cheesecake was super decadent and didn't skimp on the crushed peppermint candy which was great. It was soft and creamy with a bit of denser chocolate cake at the bottom which complimented each other well. They really don't kid about the portions either. You basically always need a container because you'll definitely have leftovers for a meal tomorrow. Overall, between the food quality, portions, amicable service, and good atmosphere and lighting, I think I'll be back here for sure, with an eagerness to try the myriad of other dishes on the menu that sound both delicious, and heart attack inducing haha.

Yelp
Walking around the city enjoying the sights, people, and the sounds of Philadelphia and I said why not dessert! Boom--I see the Cheese Cake Factory. Up the steps I go and sat at the bar. I met a nice bartender and we had a good conversation about Philadelphia. She made me a virgin Factory Beach Bellini and I ordered the strawberry cheese cake. We laughed about the drink! I can't sit at a bar and order milk there was tough looking Philadelphia fans sitting a few chairs down. The strawberry cheese cake was fresh and melted in my mouth. This place was clean and the people who work there were nice. I was not there long, but the bartender made a good impression on me about the people in this city.

Yelp
Service was very slow, and it wasn't that busy. I came for the lunch specials. The flatbread was $16...I was expecting much more for that price. My one year old ate several pieces and was still hungry! I should've just gotten the four cheese pasta ($17) to begin with. Very tasty and large portion.

Yelp
I was in Philly for a work conference and my Canadian partner had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before so I knew I had blow his mind, ha. We went kind of late so there was no wait and we were seated right away. The we ride was kind of slow, considering there weren't a lot of tables but the food was good (as always) and filling! He was pleasantly surprised and loved it!

Yelp
The food was ok. The mushroom burger I've gotten was all too exciting. I was hoping for a much yummier burger but the meat wasn't well seasoned. I asked for well done... when I took a bite, I could see pink meet in the center. Also a bit too loud. I ordered the guava juice but it had too much ice. The mac n cheese balls were too watery...

Yelp
I went to this location twice during my stay in Philadelphia, the service was a bit on the slower side the second time, but the waitresses were very polite! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, and it was looking quite clean when I was there, contrary to some other reviews. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait, I actually ended up getting the same meal both times (Steak Diane, medium) and was very impressed. The first time I was there, I had the Godiva Cheesecake, and the second time I tried the Banana Cream. Both were very good, I plan on returning next month when I am back in Philly, looking forward to it! If you have never been to The Cheesecake Factory in general, I highly recommend it. Very extensive menu, something for everybody!

Yelp
Great service and great food! The miso salmon never disappoints!! So delicious. The portions here are enough for 2 people to split. I love the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. So yummy!

Yelp
We were in Central Philadelphia and saw a Cheesecake Factory. It's my wife's favorite. She loves the herb crusted salmon. I got chicken littles. Both were great, we would definitely return. Our server was really nice and friendly. It's a big space on the second floor. Unfortunately just didn't have room for cheesecake

Yelp
Solo sat at the bar. The sesame ginger chicken looked good on the website menu but it wasn't listed on the physical menu. So I asked the bartender and it was on her system order screen. But I shouldn't have inquired and accepted that it was off the physical listing for a reason: the chicken was juicy and good but needed more marination in the soy sauce flavor. The quinoa was somehow flavorless despite the mixed in ingredients and soggy wet like it was mirowaved or not cooked enough in a pan to crisp it up. Edible but not enjoyable 2/5 I later ordered the tex mex eggrolls in hopes to satisfy my appetite. The wrappings were cripsy and delicate while the stuffings were hot and savory! The avocado sauce had a nice spice kick to it and I happily ate it all! 5/5 JW Pink lemonade was a bit too sweet but squeezing all the juice from the lemon slice helped cut the sugariness for me. Alcohol was decently strong! But the thin handle of the glass was sticky to touch.... 4/5 Service was friendly & timely! 4/5

Yelp
There are cheesecakes, which are of a variety and taste legend. Both bar, restaurant and cafe. It is a beautiful shop where you will spend time with your friend, partner and family. But the waiter lady who took care of us was not very good. Maybe it's just that night. I don't know. A little more attention can be paid to the psychology and behavior of the employees. But I hope it's good and it fixes itself! Please give this girls a cheescake!!!

Yelp
Food 5/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Service 8/10 Tips: You can make resy on the phone! Highlights: - menu was incredibly long and almost concerning - factory burrito tasted "off." It was a mixture of just rice and beans..wayyy too much rice. - the pasta was good but the sauce was way too sweet. Almost drinking sugar water. - cheesecakes were good but it was lukewarm and kind of "spongy" tasting.

Yelp
My Cheesecake Factory experience here wasn't the best but wasn't terrible. Compared to other locations, the food didn't hit as good as I've had in the past. I came one night really craving the chicken Riesling pasta but I had never been to this Philly location yet so I made a reservation. My experience will be documented below: - I got there around 7pm and there was almost no guests inside. I felt like that was the emptiest Cheesecake Factory I've ever been to. Which is fine because I get the whole restaurant to myself basically - my boyfriend and I got seated almost immediately - our waitress came over and greeted us warmly and was super nice the whole time - bread came out but it was unfortunately cold. It felt like the bread had been sitting out for a while which was a bummer since I love their brown bread - we placed our orders. I ordered my chicken Riesling pasta with a side of broccoli to go inside my pasta - they forgot my broccoli - when they brought out my broccoli, it was just a huge stalk of broccoli (in previous experiences, they would usually cut it up into bite size pieces - not just give you a whole broccoli straight up) so I had to cut up the broccoli myself - the pasta was ok but again, didn't hit as good as my previous experiences Overall, I would come back here since it's the only location in center city Philadelphia and if I really was craving Cheesecake Factory, it would do the job. Being a rewards member and making a reservation ahead of time, I was a bit disappointed with my experience.

Yelp
Enter the restaurant by taking an escalator up. It's a really nice setting. Looks like you are going into somewhere fancy. But let's talk about the food.... My coffee was Luke warm. The omelet was not hot either. I had to request a Hot cup of coffee. I did not send back my food, I ate it as it was served to me.

Yelp
Kai is so fun. Love her. She's a great server. Food was fine. Cheesecake was great. Free bread was better. Yuzu Crush was fabulous.

Great food and great service I cannot believe how fast they served us we hadn't even finished the bread! The vibe is just great and the smell is so good I recommend paradise punch for any soda lovers it is SO GOOD! Also I have to talk about the cheesecake, it's like heaven but mixed with a cake. Get it or you will regret it!

Yelp
To get this review started i will start off with the Crispy Fried Cheese. It was straight delicious. 9/10 For the second meal i had it was good. I got the Four Cheese Pasta. It wasn't as good as the Crispy Fried Cheese which was disappointing. Overall i rate it a 5/10. Our waiter was very nice. She did a great job. Overall service rating 8/10 The look of the place is great. It has a very good atmosphere and it looks great. Overall ambiance rating

Yelp
I've had a few lunches at this location of The Cheesecake Factory over the years since it opened. Food can be hit or miss. For example, the fried shrimp are awful but the cheeseburger spring rolls are outstanding. It is called Cheesecake factory for a reason. The cheesecakes are amazing. I've never had a bad one. Anytime you order one it will just be a matter of how delicious will it be. The Oreo cheesecake is a popular standout. But the Cinnabon cheesecake is right up there. The pineapple upside down cake cheesecake is another personal favorite. If you come here, comes for the cheesecake. The rest of the food is secondary.

Nikki F.

Yelp
Did take out one evening. Got home and my husband noticed the mushrooms were burnt. Contacted the restaurant, spoke with a gentleman who claimed to be the manager and promised to give me refund. It only takes up to 7 days for refund. The gentleman told a lie and I never received it. They should've never issued those burnt mushrooms to patrons. Very bad for business. What do you expect from a chain restaurant.
google avatar

Janine A.

Yelp
Service was ok. But the food was subpar. Had to send the pasta dish back. The tamales were also underwhelming, & that's a fave of mine. Ginger cooler and the cheesecake were the best part of the meal. For bread service, we didn't get any of the brown bread and the butter was rockhard.
google avatar

Phoebe T.

Yelp
having been to many cheesecake factory locations, this location is good! we came as a large group (15+ people) during happy hour time. since it is located in downtown and on the second floor the view was quite different in a good way! it was my first time trying their happy hour food and I would do it again. I ordered their happy hour nachos and the amount was enough for 2-3!! the flavor was alright, wish it had a bit more flavor overall. a good place to come with friends or on a date in the city!

Yelp
Somehow I'd managed to never visit a Cheesecake Factory in my life up until now. The Philadelphia Cheesecake Factory was so gorgeous inside! The host at the front desk was not very friendly and glared at us mostly just of the time we talked to them. The food was pretty good except the menu was concerning given how extremely high everything is in calories and sodium. Our server was nice but he just was never around and disappeared for long periods of time. All the tables in our section were very frustrated after many people had to hunt down the server just to get more water, to order their entrees, or to receive the bill. We should call that man Houdini because no one could find him all night. Luckily we weren't in a hurry but we did have to wait about 30 minutes every time we needed something so our dinner was well over 2 hours long.

Yelp
What can I say about this place.... I want people to try for themselves but also want to prevent them from wasting their money. Well, i gotta be honest! I called in for a rsvp for a Friday night and they told me to book through yelp, but yelp does not accept parties more than 6. I called again to explain and was told to book it regardless and give them a call afterwards..what's with the runaround? Nevertheless, we got it settled. Once arrived, we had to wait 15 mins for a table and that was fine bc we came early. So we ordered a few appetizers and I'm telling you that was the only reason why I'm giving this place a star. Most of the items we ordered were pasta and they were so disappointing. The pastas we're undercooked, too salty, or too sour. We complained to our waiter (he was pleasant) and he couldn't do anything but to call the manager. The manager came and listened to the whole thing and agreed that what we complained about was legit and took them off from our bill. To be honest, we would rather pay for our meals and be satisfied with them bc this was supposed to be my niece's bday celebration. Oh Btw, we did receive a tip to come in for lunch instead bc they have been getting a lot of complaints during dinner. Tip: listen to the complaints and turn it around. Make it consistent.

Yelp
At the sit down bar. Bar line dirty with used glasses. Doesn't check with patrons sitting at the bar how they are doing or if they want food ... horrible service! Been here over an hour. Good job Cheesecake Factory Center City Philly ... zero stars if I could!

Grayson R.

Yelp
Amazing service asked for cola and immediately refilled it when I was finished with it and amazing cheesecake

Yelp
I have food poisoning for the second day after a terrible dining experience, where we were totally ignored until we grabbed a manager, even then our waiter couldn't be bothered. The table was dirty, just a bad time. The manager liked my friend and gave her a free slice of cake with his number in the bag, which left us uneasy. What th are they doing over there?

Yelp
I am reaching out to share the horrible dinning experience that I had at one of your establishments on Saturday, March, 15, 2025. When my sister and I arrived we were greeted by a hostess that directed us to our seat. After, a young asian waiter approached our table and asked what we would like to drink. We instantly noticed by the way she was talking to us that she was disrespectful but due to it being my birthday weekend we continued to order our drinks. My sister ordered a Raspberry Lemon Drop and I wanted to order a Sangria. The waitress asked for my ID and I did not have it with me, so I informed her that my boyfriend would be meeting me in a few to bring it. At that point we still proceeded to order our appetizer and our entree. We asked for an order of Nachos and 2 Louisiana Chicken Pastas. After about 10 minutes, she brought the complimentary bread to the table without serving dishes and without utensils. 5 minutes she returned with the missing items. When our food came about 20-25 minutes later, we noticed that my sister did not receive her pasta. My sister informed the waiter and she said, "I thought you said you guys were sharing." We told her no, we ordered two pastas. After that comment she attempted to walk away and my sister had to say before she could leave, "are you going to put the order in," and she said yes. There was no apology or no form of remorse for her actions. I tried the pasta and the noodles were overcooked, the pasta was oily, and tasteless. I told my sister and she walked over to the waiteress and let her know. She came back to the table and let me know that the waiter was rude, did not want to hear her complaint, and said she was going to get a manager. About 15 minutes later the waiter walked over, my sister explained the situation, mentioned that the waitress appeared inexperienced and rude, and told him she still wanted her pasta but asked if there was anyway that I could get a chicken and shrimp alfredo pasta instead. The manager said okay and then walked away without any acknowledgment of the situation. The manager brought my sister's pasta over and walked away. As we were sitting we noticed that the waitress ignored our table, kept looking over but refused to come ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty that I began to eat the ice in my cup. Finally the waitress brought my pasta over, my sister asked for some parmesan cheese to put over her pasta because her pasta was unsatisfactory (she usually orders this dish at other Cheesecake Factory locations), and ordered my Sangria because I had my ID, and another Raspberry Lemon Drop. The waitress took my ID then walked off with it and then brought it back which was odd. I tried my pasta and again my pasta was tasteless and the noodles were overcooked. I could not eat the pasta and my sister was fidgeting with hers because she did not like it. The waitress came over with parmesan wheel and held it over our food with an attitude and said this is the last call. Ironically as she said that 4 individuals walked by were just seated. At this point we were feed up with services we received the food was disgusting and we did not eat it. Even the Sangria she eventually brought to the table was undesirable and filled to the brim of the cup because I only had a sip. My sister's drink was also filled. A few minutes later the waitress brought the bill and some boxes. She attempted to take the Nachos plate which was barely touched (her hands touched some of the Nachos on the side) and we weren't even done but she was rushing us. She came back to the table and grabbed the empty folder where the card or money was supposed to be placed without us telling her anything which was another indication of her rushing us. We were beyond fed up and decided that it was not fair for us to pay for poor service and meals that we did not eat. We both ended up walking out of the establishment. The manager followed us out of the building and down the block, he took a picture of me, and as he tried to take a picture of my sister, she blocked her face with her jacket, and his phone fell under a car. He then began to get in my sister's face, he spit on her, he pushed and shoved my her, then said "You're a piece of shit", You're disgusting, and "That's why your mom and dad did not want you." I did not mention but I am 7 months pregnant and he also got in my face while trying to take that picture. I am a loyal Cheesecake Factory customer and did not mind paying for my food but did not feel as though it was fair due to the service I received and the food that was uneaten. As a black woman, I felt targeted, and neglected which is beyond unacceptable.

Yelp
The service is the only thing that I can rescue. The host and our service was so nice, kind and efficient. My biggest complain was the food. I think the most important part of my visit. The food was horrible taste bad The French toast had ONE strawberry and it only taste like raw egg The pancakes had a couple dry blueberries. And they were dry as well. The Benedict eggs taste bla, the sauce was more an Ali one that hollandaise sauce. The food was really bad and pour. After that I didn't want to spend more food on chessecake or any desert The ONLY thing to rescue in the food was the bread I think it was pumpernickel it was warm and good The place was beautiful and open with comfortable chairs

Yelp
Guest Services/Manager. No I will not be coming back. I used to come here alot with my Grandsons and my Daughter and I said lets go for my Birthday. Never again, done with Cheesecake Factory

Yelp
Service was quick, but maybe it was due to it not being busy at 12pm on a Thursday! Staff was friendly with singing for my husband's birthday. There is no such thing as a complimentary dessert for birthdays (despite the rumors and what the internet say)! They did serve the cheesecake on a decorated plate though. The complimentary bread was so good! There were two types and were both warm and soft when served. Ordered the chicken samosas as an appetizer. It is a bit overpriced for four little samosas, but they were flavorful. For our entrées, we ordered the impossible burger (plant based) and I couldn't even tell that it was "meatless". Meat was moist and cooked correctly. The Louisiana chicken pasta surprised us, in a good way. The sauce had a nice flavor and the chicken was crispy, overpowering the basic pasta noodles.

Yelp
Shoutout to our server Christy for being a rockstar. My man and I went for a late dinner after a show at The Met and to celebrate the end of date night we came to an old favorite. You made our night even better, girl! Ever since finding out we're pregnant I've been craving their burgers and pasta, not only has he been having to deal with me begging and switching up meals but she had to as well last night. Extra props to all the staff who helped feed our needs! Thank you, Cheesecake Factory for leaving us feeling fat & happy in the best way for the end to our perfect date night. All our love.

Yelp
I tried to make brunch reservations at the King of Prussia location, but they only had two timeslots available. I found this location which was much closer, and they had every timeslot available. Perfect! My party arrives and the restaurant is empty, even better. There is one table with customers. We lead to this beautiful indoor sunroom area that we're excited about because it's freezing outside but it is sunny. We sit down at our table and realize that it's dirty (greasy and food), we ask the waitress for another table and it's also dirty (Humm #1). The waitress cleans the table and begins to take our orders. They did not have the Italian Trio (on the menu) so I ordered the Eggroll Sampler, a Ceasar salad and fettuccini alfredo. My party orders a burger, the Cajun jambalaya, waters with lemon and fruit lemonades. We weren't offered bread. When we asked for some, the waitress said, "I'll check with the kitchen" (Humm #2). Water had something floating in the cup, and two of the three forks wrapped in a napkin were dirty (Humm #3). The eggroll sampler comes but something doesn't look right. We were given two cheeseburger eggrolls. When I brought this to the waitress's attention, she said they didn't prepare cheeseburger eggrolls today. Instead of sharing this information with me before hand, the assumption was that I wouldn't know, or that I'd deal with the wrong food. (Humm #4). I could go on, but I will say this as we continued to bring these items to the waitress's attention, her response was "I just clock in". #NeverAgain #Never #Ever

Yelp
The service was wonderful. Great job Brandon. The food on the other hand was terrible. The shrimp was not seasoned at all and the fries were not fresh.

Yelp
Overall, great ambience with high ceilings and windows that give a wonderful view of the city. The service was attentive, food was tasty. I came in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
This was my first time going to the Cheesecake Factory. I wanted to go for my birthday celebration. Sadly, the experience was sub par. The quality of the food for the price you pay doesn't add up. I could have gotten a better dinner at Applebees or Texas Roadhouse for less money. The drinks (alcoholic) are VERY heavy handed, and overpriced. $17 for an old fashioned is a bit much, which I almost couldn't drink as it was too strong. Then there is the service... wow - it. was. awful. Our server didn't write anything down, completely forgot our appetizer, got refills on drinks wrong, and still expected a 20% tip. NOPE! Here's a tip - WRITE DOWN THE ORDERS! As far as the ambiance, the word we chose to use in this context was "ostentatious". Bottom line: If you are going, only go for dessert, as the cheesecake was the only worthwhile part of the meal.

Yelp
Their menu has a lot of options so it can get overwhelming, however, I don't think the fried mac & cheese will ever disappoint me. Our server is great but it a bit hard to catch them when you need something. Overall, great experience!

Yelp
I hadn't been to a cheesecake factory in years, then i spent the morning of new years day with a friend who goes every Jan 1 as a tradition and honestly, being in the cheesecake factory was like a hug: warm, familiar and comforting. Yes, the menu is still overwhelming large but that's part of the cheesecake factory charm right? I told myself I was going to get something off of the skinny menu but the spicy chicken Chipotle pasta called my name, At least i got the lunch size portion which is about 2/3rds the size of dinner portion). Ample seating, great for solo dining, great for groups of all ages...A nice wholesome vibe. The price is right, lovely attentive service with a smile, the bread basket is still bomb...Actually one thing that was different that I really appreciated was being asked if I even wanted a bread basket. Jan 1 means a lot of nutrition and fitness resolutions being made and not having the temptation of the bread basket could be a huge deal. (Sodium and calorie counts are included on the menu and this is probably not the place you want to frequent if you're watching these).

Yelp
This location was in Cherry Hill . The lemonade was terribly warm that the ice just melted . The towel rhey used to wipe down the table smelled of a dirty towel. The air conditioner was barely on. The service was terrible took forever to get waited on. Spaghetti was on the floor and booth that wasn't wiped down from the little boy that was eating they tried to sit people in booth they said they wanted to sit at bar after waiting for 20 minutes for a seat. The who experience was terrible. Never again.

Yelp
Great ambience. Above the Verizon store so very convenient and you can't miss it if you're walking. I was in town to end a conference and thought I'd stop in. Was seated immediately and got great service as I usually get at this company. I got a flatbread pepperoni which wasn't as good as usual but I didn't want to complain. It was kind of burnt but I ate it because I was ready to go home soon after. Good time in a great place

Yelp
I had a really delicious cheesecake! Yup Imma sucka for sweets and I only came to the cheesecake factory to try their famous cheesecake. The cheesecake factory is known for their many varieties of cheesecake, they have red velvet, salted caramel, oreo, tiramisu, key lime, they have it all. On that particular day I decided to try their cinnabun flavor. The cheesecake was good, I give it a 7 out of 10. If the texture was a lot thicker it would've made it a 10. It was actually layers of cinnamon cake and cheesecake. The slice was huge. It took me 2 days to finish it. Overall service was friendly and fast and I now can say I had a cheesecake from the cheesecake factory yay me!! lol

Yelp
Do not come here if you have anywhere to be in the next 3-4 hours. Fought tooth and nail, begging on my hands and knees to get a water refill which never came. In the time it took for the food to arrive, I could have solved global warming, finished the stock market, and read the Harry Potter series multiple times. After another 30 minutes of waiting to get my card back, I finally was able to escape this dungeon-esque purgatory.
