Food is tasty most of the time; however, the large portions we've loved over the years have been impacted my Skimflation. This essentially paying more for less so we'll only visit for special occasions. My favorite was the Bang Bang chicken and shrimp which is now a whopping $30 as is most of the entrees. Cheesecake slices are good but also going up in price with the slices getting thinner. Good food but just getting too costly.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch on a Monday and it wasn’t too busy, which was perfect. The bread was warm and super good, the Alfredo fettuccine was rich, and creamy, and the crispy crab bites were flavorful with a nice crunch. The Asian lettuce wraps were fresh, and super crunchy, definitely a great lighter option. Overall, everything tasted fresh and the experience was really enjoyable.

I absolutely love the cheesecake factory but not on a busy Monday night. Food was perfect but my company was staying too fall asleep by the time we got it, so we had to get dessert to go. I wonder if this spot at the mall is just always busy because the dining choices are few. But always a pleasure going to the cheesecake factory.

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory thanks to Oscar, the manager in charge. We ran into a few order difficulties at first, but Oscar stepped in right away, handled everything professionally, and truly made it right for us. His customer service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a big difference in our visit. Because of him, we left happy and satisfied. Thank you, Oscar, for turning things around and providing excellent service!

Everything was great until I found a piece of hair in my food. But overall I enjoyed my time there.

The food was excellent – flavorful! The drinks were just okay, nothing particularly memorable, and the service was fine but not outstanding. Overall, a great spot if you're mainly going for the food!

We had an incredible meal at The Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake itself was nothing short of amazing - rich, creamy, and perfectly flavored. But the experience wasn't just about the food; the ambiance was spot-on, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Our waiter was exceptionally good, enhancing our dining experience with attentive and friendly service. The only downside was the lack of a military discount, which would have been a nice touch. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return if we're ever back in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying meal with a great selection of desserts.

Big portion sizes! And good options for people who eat dairy free. I had orange cauliflower bowl with white rice & veggies. The sauce was so good and it the cauliflower was the perfect texture- tasted like orange chicken (which my sister got)! The people I was with also had great meals - chicken parm and pepperoni pizza. Was very quiet and chill (the day after Christmas). Def recommend.

Last time I was at the Cheesecake Factory was twenty years ago and Facebook may or may not have been a thing... but MySpace most probably was... but I digress... I tried to remember what I liked from here but I started having flashback of yesteryear when time was not so simple because Free Tabet... or something... what was I talking about... Oh... the menu was vast... and unending... like the never ending story... What was I even talking about... No... NO!!! Don't look into the void... it's looking back... oh my god... there is no god.... It's all a lie.... Time... Forever out of grasp...

I've given this place two chances in the last three weeks, and both times were a mess. I grew up in Potomac and have been coming to this exact Cheesecake Factory for years, but it hasn't been updated in over 15 years. It was nice back then, but now it just feels outdated. The food quality has gone downhill, but the real issue is the service. Both visits were full of long waits and constant reminders for basic things. The server needed multiple reminders (three or more) for the same request and barely checked on the table. Drinks weren't refilled, and at one point, we had to track down another server just to get our sodas. Our appetizers showed up before the drinks even made it to the table. The food was disappointing and overpriced. The shepherd's pie had massive chunks of meat, clearly from hamburger patties instead of ground beef. The dish also came with zucchini, whole snow peas, and mushrooms, making it feel more like a random casserole than a proper shepherd's pie. Between the outdated ambiance, poor service, and strange food, this location isn't worth it. Won't be coming back.

We stopped in for an late lunch. Service was good but food did take awhile to come out. It may have due to shift change happening at the time. It is darker inside than we liked but music level was ok that we can still carry on a conversation without screaming. Food was solid. Delicious as ever. We ordered mostly small or lunch portions. It was more than enough. This is a good go to place.

Had a gift card to use and a promo for half price cheesecake slice. If it wasn't for that, I doubt I'd return. This place used to give enormous portions at great prices, but obviously that's long gone. Other than my chopped salad, the size of the flatbread was laughable. It's barely equivalent to 2 slices of pizza and no way a value. Even my slice of coconut cream cheesecake looked pretty thin, like they knew I was paying half price. I know inflation is hard core, but it's been this way for several years now. I don't see any reason to return.

My sister and I ordered the miso salmon and the macaroni and cheese for delivery. I absolutely love the miso salmon. It is The Cheescake Factory's top 2 dishes and it's not #2. The macaroni and cheese was pretty tasty and had a nice crust. Overall, it a yummy takeout experience.

Came here for dinner with family Our server was alright but didn't really check up on us. The food we ordered all had great flavor! We started off with the Thai chicken raps! They were really tasty but the lettuce seemed as if it was just washed so there was a lot of water lingering on the plate/ veggies not like they tried drying it. For the entrees I got the Chicken Medirá, the mash potatoes were very yummy! My husband ordered the Asian Fried chicken bowl. That was tasty and cooked well! And we also ordered the spaghetti and meet balls! They were really good with a small kick to it! Overall food was tasty! We also ordered a banana cheesecake to go that was good and not over whelming with any artificial banana flavoring. And it had fresh bananas!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those tried and true restaurants and what either makes or breaks your experience truly is the service and / or the drinks from the bar bc the food is always consistent. We popped in for dessert and cocktails and the cheesecake we ordered was of course delicious but the service was just mediocre and the drinks from the bar weren't the greatest which is why the rating is 3 stars.

The restaurant was busy, but the staff always seems to keep things moving. We ordered drinks. I highly recommend trying the coconut mojito, especially if you are craving a vacation. I just returned from Puerto Rico and had mojitos everyday while away. I was pleasantly surprised how much the mojito here reminded me of my vacation. The service was great. Our server was Mauricio (hope that's the correct spelling) he was fast, friendly and checked on us very frequently. We were a large party and he automatically received gratuity. Usually in situations with large parties where the server gets a tip regardless of their level of service, the service is lacking. That was not the case this day. Again Mauricio was amazing! The ambiance of this location was welcoming and busy! We enjoyed our meal selections. We also ordered cheesecakes to go! We love the cherry cheesecake and the Oreo one.

My wife and I decided to visit The Cheesecake Factory for dinner on a Thursday evening. With a couple of good experiences under our belt, we were excited to return. Thankfully, this visit lived up to our expectations. Upon arrival, we brought along our son's stroller, which the staff accommodated. However, this did mean we had to wait around 25 minutes for a table. It wasn't ideal, but considering the circumstances, it wasn't too bad. For my main course, I opted for the mac and cheeseburger--a burger topped with a fried mac and cheese ball. While the concept was intriguing and the burger itself was delicious, I found the mac and cheese lacking a bit in flavor. However, the side of fries served alongside were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy. Overall, our dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory was decent. While there were minor hiccups, such as the wait time and the flavor of the mac and cheese, the overall quality of the food was satisfactory. We'll likely return in the future for another meal.

The service was terrible. Very lousy workers seem like they don't wanna be here. So lazy they couldn't switch out a tobasco sauce??? Honestly i'm always disappointed when I come here and this was the last straw. Wont be coming back!!

Miso salmon. We placed a delivery order here and ordered the miso salmon, crab wontons, cheeseburger egg rolls, and coconut cream pie cheesecake among other things. The egg rolls were just not for me nor tasty in my opinion but my friend appreciated them. The crab wontons were pretty good. The coconut cream pie cheesecake was good but really filling and took me a few days to work through. The miso salmon was the real star as always. You can never go wrong with miso salmon!

The extra star is for the cheesecake. Why do I keep going back? Super hungry is never a good place to make dinner choices from. Omar who took my order and who served me in the restaurant (carry-out) is pleasant and receptive. The thought of bang bang chicken and shrimp was so much better in my imagination than in real life. Just terrible. The chicken was too tough and dry to eat and the rest of this dish was just bland. Not sure what happened and this dish was sad. Had to take the tough and dry chicken pieces out of my mouth with a napkin as it was just too hard to swallow without it hurting. No exaggeration. Note to self to stop !!! I pray I stop and think next time I think this is a good choice for me. $38 for bang bang chicken and shrimp ($25) and a piece of cheesecake (9.95). Absolutely not worth this. The banana cream pie cheesecake was good.

I see a lot of 3 star and below reviews for this Cheesecake Factory location, but my experience here was the complete opposite. We visited 2/16/24 on a Friday evening (4:30ish) for a birthday dinner and received fantastic service, the food was great, and we left extremely satisfied! Our waiter was attentive, and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was fine with us. The food portions were gigantic, so make sure you bring your appetite. Not only were we satisfied with the serving size, but everything tasted fresh, was delicious, and was served in a timely matter. All-in-all you're definitely going to get your monies worth in the food department. When it comes to The Cheesecake Factory ambiance, there's not much to be said in that department - it's The Cheesecake Factory. But, it was cozy and while there were a ton of other diners there as well it was never too loud that were weren't able to hold a conversation. The only reason I didn't give this visit a 5-star review is because the bartender was a little too heavy-handed on the Simple Syrup in my Old fashioned.

Thursday 11/2/2023 Been to Cheesecake Factory many times and for the most part the food is mid and overpriced. The cheesecakes & cakes on the other hand always deliver in terms of taste and they are consistently good. I've had a few of their cakes & cheesecakes but the one that stands out the most and keeps me coming back (just for a slice of cake) is the Linda's chocolate fudge cake. That cake is easily my favorite chocolate cake I've ever had. The cake slice is around 10$ for a slice but it's fully worth it for that cake. All in all, the food at Cheesecake Factory is medicore but the cakes & cheesecakes are pretty damn good.

Great ambiance, good service, good food. I thought the food was worthy of 4 stars, but my wife and kids voted 3 stars. Maybe next time we visit they will change their mind. Nom nom nom!

Why me?! We stopped by to eat after a pleasurable shopping experience at Macy's. I had a turkey burger and other entree at the table was wings and fries. Note: the celery on the plate was visibly dirt; not properly cleaned. My daughter put it to the side because she doesn't like to complain. While chewing the turkey burger, I started to feel a mushy sensation. Although it's sort of dim lit in there, I wasn't sure so I asked a server walking by if the turkey burger looked pink in the middle. He said it looked pink but he would call my server. She came promptly and took the burger plate to the manager. She returned and said the kitchen said that is the way it's supposed to be - pink in the middle. I said no never poultry it should be cooked throughly. The manager came over and confirmed the same, he said, it should have been fully cooked and it should not have been served pink. He said, if it was an impossible it would look pink inside from the chemicals added to give it that burger effect. He asked me if I wanted anything else and apologized. He removed the raw turkey burger from the check. Of course, I was done for the night and didn't order anything else. I actually feel sick because I ate about a quarter of the burger. Hope all goes well and I don't have any gastrointestinal issues. Please train kitchen staff because the consumption of raw food can be a very serious issue.

The service here is extremely slow-not the enjoyable slow-the where is my food slow and where is my check slow. The food is what you expect it to be. We didn't get everything we ordered and it took about 20 minutes to fix the problem. Not coming back to this location...

The experience was a 3 (barely)...the food was a 5. We sat for an hour before our waitress brought us water, bread or took our order. After 2 hrs and 30 minutes I asked to have our cheesecake taken off our bill because we were just tired if sitting and waiting for it! We had asked for it to be packed to go, but we'd eat some of it before we left. She came with checks, and told us it was all packed to go...really? Why not bring it and then bring the checks?? I ordered Chicken Picata, and my compliments to the chef...it was delicious! I'll go back...but i won't go to the same waitress!

My wife and I usually enjoy the Chinese chicken salad. Last night was a disappointment as there was almost no chicken in the salad.

I would give service 0 stars if I could!! I have been coming to this location for over a decade, and never once have I experienced a waiter so impatient, impersonable, and borderline incompetent! He brought us the wrong drinks- 3 TIMES! He had to go back 3 times to remember to bring a long island?? Then our food took almost an hour, was extremely cold and he refused to bring us new plates. We also never received our appetizer yet still got charged for it. He was rude, constantly rolling his eyes, and kept taking up an attitude anytime we had to correct him. I am seriously considering never coming back to this location. My time and money was severely wasted. If you come here, make sure you don't get served by Amir or Amar, whatever his name is!! Extremely disappointed.

I always love to come here! I tend to only come here on special occasions though. The food portion is a lot, and the price is reasonable. I love the many food options but it can get alittle overwhelming too. DONT FORGET ABOUT THE BROWN BREAD!! I am satisfied with just eating the bread here. Unlimited bread?!? Say less. My go to is any of the pasta dishes. I like to try different ones every time I go. I don't know what my favorite is yet. The picture below is the Cajun pasta. Honestly, it was very flavorful for the first couple of bites and then it started to taste bland. I probably won't get it again. The food here is good but if you end up eating the whole plate then it doesn't make you feel the best. The food is heavy and greasy. I would recommend not to overeat even if it's delicious!!

Again, GREAT service, great food and atmosphere. Adding photos of what new item I tried last night. Despite looking like a small Tacos and I was pretty hungry, I was FULL when we left.

5* for the service; 2 * for the atmosphere because the lighting is so dim you can't see the menu, food, or lack of cleanliness or the bill (it was lively though) ; Most importantly 1* for the food (spaghetti w meatball, carbonara, cheese burger sliders, Cobb salad). They need a new chef or new recipes. Carbonara with thin spaghetti noodles were bland, too many peas, blah. The cheeseburger sliders gave me food poisoning because as suspected they were raw, less than rare, and it was hard to see to confirm while there because it is so dim. Here I am, 1:54 am sick from the meal. Yuk. Don't waste your time here.

Our server was a little rude for some reason. Maybe she had a bad day. She was rushing us too. Even tho it was on a weekday morning. And more than half of the place was empty. But the food was delicious. It was a quiet morning and ambience was nice.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory restaurant, and I must say my experience was disappointing. The slow service took almost an hour, and by the time the food finally arrived, my kids were starving and frustrated. I arrived at the restaurant around 3pm, and after waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I was finally seated. However, it then took another 20 minutes for the server to take our order. This long wait was frustrating, as the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. When the server finally arrived, we ordered simple dishes. We were expecting the food to arrive within a reasonable amount of time considering the restaurant was not full. We waited a total of 60 minutes for the food to arrive. We had already lost our appetite due to the prolonged wait, and the prospect of waiting even longer was not appealing. Finally, after our order arrived, the food was decent and a bit overpriced. However, given the long wait and the disappointing service, the overall experience was subpar. The Cheesecake Factory restaurant's slow service took an unnecessary amount of time. The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet we waited for almost an hour for our food to arrive. The food was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing and the server did not even say anything about the food being delayed. (NO Photo due to frustration)

The Cheesecake Factory is pretty standard and convenient dining, so we come here occasionally. We usually don't have many complaints but our most recent experience was not great. We were told there was a wait for dinner but if we sat at a hightop table we could get full service and wouldn't need to wait. We opted for the hightop but it took 20 minutes for the waitstaff to come over. When she did, she didn't even say hello, just said give me a minute, handed us some menus, and walked away. It took another 5 minutes for her to come back and bring water. We seriously contemplated leaving and going somewhere else for dinner. We also noted that people seated after us got taken care of before we even had water. It was frustrating to say the least. Once we ordered things went a little more smoothly, but it was a rough start. I understand that waitstaff are human, have bad days, and need some grace. With that said, we had to ask for water, utensils, bread, all of which should be givens. The food was good as usual. The drinks we ordered hard sparkling water in them and were flat by the time they reached us. All in all, it was not a great experience and I won't be sitting in the hightop area in the future and strongly suggest you don't either!

Of course their cheesecake is absolutely delicious! I got the pumpkin cheesecake, my grandson loves the Ultimate red velvet, and the GF Flourless Godiva Chocolate cake. However, I visit to get their Vegan Cobb salad, it's delicious and a good size, the cheesecake is just a treat for the family occasionally.

I recently went back to The Cheesecake Factory, hoping for an improvement, but I stand firmly by my past review. The place is still absolutely appalling. The tables are covered in sticky residue, the dishes are dirty, and everything--from the plates to the menus--has old, stuck-on food. It's greasy and revolting. Walking through the restaurant felt like navigating a grease-slicked floor. The entire place gives the impression of being poorly maintained, as if you're sitting in the restaurant equivalent of a public bathroom. The food wasn't any better--far from fresh and absolutely unappetizing. The overall atmosphere was sickening, to the point where I couldn't even bear to shine a light under the table for fear of what I'd see. Honestly, even an old IHOP would seem spotless compared to this. It's nasty, disgraceful, and unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value cleanliness and quality!

I was here January 26,2025 about 12:30 pm and i come here 2 times a month but today my food dish was really small my bill was over one hundred dollars and I gave a $20 tip and the food wasn't that good.

The waiters were really nice and the food was delicious! Though I would consider improving delivery wait times

Yummy salads! About a month ago I took my Mom here for lunch and today we went back and ordered the same salads. Food is consistent which I love. We had the Thai Chicken Salad and the Chinese Chicken Salad. Great portion size with a good amount of chicken. Neither was all lettuce like at so many restaurants. McKenzie was our waitress today and she was super sweet and did a great job. Outstanding menu so can't wait to go back and try something new next time.

My review is for late night slice of cake craving. I don't like the restaurant for sit down meal. I just do the online order for a slice of cake, pick up and back home for tea and deliciousness. Usually happens around 8:30pm. Always surprised how busy this place is even during the week and late in evening.

After running errands at Montgomery Mall, my parents and I had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. My parents shared the Chinese Chicken Salad and Margherita Flatbread. The Margherita Flatbread was a bit cheesier than we had liked. I enjoyed the Miso Salmon with Broccoli (instead of Jasmine Rice). Before leaving, we picked up a slice of Mango Key Lime Cheesecake to take home. It was surprisingly super sweet.

I like coming here when we are at Montgomery mall because it is so convenient. We went during dinner time but the wait wasn't too bad. Everything was pretty good. We also ordered a bowl of fruit for the little one but wasn't pictured. I don't think I saw it on the menu but when we asked, they brought it out. The only small complaint I have is the staff never stopped by to check on us. He only stopped by at the beginning 3 times to confirm our order since he didn't have it down. We waited for a while before we got his attention for some boxes and a check at the end. Overall, we would still come back for the food if we are in the area.

Visited the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate a friend, I got the fried mac & cheese balls which were crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The marinara sauce tasted a little watered down, didn't add flavor like I thought it would. My friends got the chicken tacos and jambalaya pasta, shared that the tacos had a little bit of everything in each bite. The jambalaya pasta could use some work on its presentation but flavors met expectations. I noticed the utensils were placed directly on the table and when I went to pick them up they looked a bit grimy. Utensils wrapped in their napkin seem a bit more sanitary. Overall average experience, but our server was extremely kind!

Stopped by for Happy Hour, excellent selections from egg roll sampler to the robust cheeseburger! Regular menu has PLENTY to choose from and a slice of cheesecake is a must! Can't go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory!

What could you not like about this place? The portions are huge and the food/drink options are never ending. I try to order something new each time, but I always get their Korean fried cauliflower. A few other dishes I've indulged in are their Chicken Parm pizza (so good ), egg rolls, Thai chicken wraps, and burgers. Everything here is delicious (but not so nutritious).

Made a reservation for my husband, our daughter and I. Today is our wedding anniversary and also our daughters first birthday. Let me start of by saying our server was very nice and this is not her fault. We ordered a bbq burger and a chicken sandwich. Our food took over 40 minutes to come out. My burger looked awful, the bbq ranch was crusted over the bread it had been sitting SO long. Both the fries we extremely cold. Chicken sandwich was also cold and my burger was barely lukewarm. We could not eat it and asked to speak to a manager. He came over and apologized, gave me a cheesecake and that was it. We payed for the one alcoholic beverage and left. We payed a babysitter for the other kids to be able to enjoy this with our one year old, and now I am rushing home to figure out what to feed her since I'll be swinging by McDonald's for myself. I am very much disappointed.

Let me start by saying that I talked up "the cheesecakes" at the Cheesecake Factory to my clients 8 total people. Some of them had never been to one ever and those who did previously visit it was "like 20yrs ago". I chose this location via Yelp mostly because there were 3 groups driving to this location from the hotel and it was the closest. We were not able to make a reservation even though there would be a total of 10 of us...which was unusual in my experience as other locations have allowed reservations for large groups. When we all got there they told us the wait would be 2hrs...we were literally organized ourselves to look for other options when miraculous a table to accommodate 10 people opened up. After that weirdness, everything went well. Our server, Jesse was awesome....he was clear, communicative, friendly...our drinks came quickly even my water. He even thought ahead enough to put our Cheesecake orders in to go boxes...and sure enough most (of my guests) nibbled on their dessert before saying they were full. The food at most any Cheesecake Factory is reliable good and this location was no different. One thing of note, they charged the group and "alcohol tax" I guess this is a MD or Bethesda thing because that's never happened to me but perhaps it's because there was 10 of us. I see on Yelp, this location doesn't get perfect reviews but still the food was reliably good my guests who never visited this restaurant chain are now fans! If I was in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to dine here.

My wife and I ate there this past Saturday. The food is always good. What made our dinner memorable was our Server, Jamie S.. Jamie was terrific. She has a wonderful personality and was always available, as well as checking on us. I usually order the chicken parm sandwich without the roll and Caesar salad instead of fries with extra marinara sauce. Jamie got it right the first time which is somewhat unusual. That's how good she is!!!!

Not the worst Cheesecake Factory, but not the best. Wait time for table of 4 on a busy, beautiful Saturday night was only 40 minutes. Service was a little behind. Our server in particular did not visit much as he seemed to have too much going on. Drinks stayed full for the most part. All 4 meals were made to order and tasted great. We got the crispy fried cheese as an appetizer and something was very off. We frequently get this appetizer but this time it looked different, there were less cheese sticks than normal, and one was ripped in half. Was not the best presentation nor was it entirely correct, but still tasted OK. Bathrooms were very clean when I visited, even on a busy night. Overall, not a bad place to stop and grab a bite to eat after shopping if you're a cheesecake fan. You can never go wrong with the 4 cheese pasta!

I am currently sitting in Cheesecake Factory highly disappointed. I ordered a Cobb Salad and Turkey Burger with Fries and it took well over 30 minutes before my food arrived. Okay , no biggie right? Wrong....my turkey burger was still raw. I know it's a turkey burger but it was absolutely raw. I observed my server talking to the chef which he seemed like "whatever" I have other things to worry about but I could be reaching I was not there to hear the conversation but body language suggested that. But when I asked for the manager Juan oh he was even more disappointing very lack luster attitude not one a manager should have. So lackluster in fact I was turned off from even wanting to order anything else. He acted as if it was no big deal. It's Cheesecake Factory yes so not high expectations however raw food and lackluster attitude is horrible.

A tale of two servers... Sat at the bar and the service was absolutely horrible. The bartender couldn't focus on anyone but her girlfriend. My other half and I got up and sat at another table in the bar area and service was exceptional. During our meal we noticed several other people moving from the bar.

Food- great Restaurant- clean... except for the obvious lipstick stain on my napkin Waitress- inattentive at best Length of time- what you'd expect from this place, on the slower side. Date of service- 24 Nov 2023 I expect to take my time and wait while I'm at this restaurant (The Cheesecake Factory). We came in mid afternoon while it was slower, so I didn't expect the service to be so bad. From start to finish our waitress didn't check in on us more than to give our order, give us our drinks, and give us our check in an hour and a half time. It was just short of having to go to the bar to get any service. Had I not notice her give two other tables better more complete service, checking in on them, and checking to see how their food was, maybe then I wouldn't be so upset about how bad our service was. By comparison it was red carpet treatment the way she treated the table right beside us. I had a table of three, obviously gay men at my table. Our party size wasn't large, we weren't overly demanding, and were very respectful of both the restaurant and the other guests. One always hopes that this type of bad service isn't willful and rather just negligent on the wait staff. But in this case, when I see several other tables receive what I consider adequate to decent service without asking or demanding it, I can't help but to feel like the lack of service my table received was in part discriminatory because we are three gay men. Once again I hope that is not the case but that's the only logical reason by power of deduction I came to.

I love the variety on the menu and almost always order one of their large salads. I love their fresh whole wheat bread that they bring to the table. My friend was ordering the Thai lettuce wraps which sounded great so I ordered it as well. You have a choice of chicken or shrimp, I went with the shrimp. The dish comes with large lettuce leaves which were washed but were soaking wet. The bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and cucumber were all super fresh. I loved the 3 dipping sauce, especially the peanut sauce. We shared a piece of the pumpkin cheesecake, which was yummy. They do go overboard with the amount of whipped cream on the plate.

We came here to host a small baby shower for my friend, and the staff at Cheesecake were very accommodating. They allowed us to bring balloons and decorate the booth with gifts. We had such a great time and had an awesome waitress who was very helpful about food recommendations, the different cheesecake flavors, and overall, she provided great service. For food, we ordered fried chicken sliders for the table, and for my entree, I ordered the lunch special herb crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. I feel like I always get their salmon and mashed potatoes every time I come here - so maybe it's time for me to switch it up... but, maybe not because it tastes really good lol. Their menu is so huge and so overwhelming, so that's probably why I keep settling on the same thing. But I've also tried many of their pastas, small plates, and burgers, and everything I've tried is always good.

Bit busy on a Thursday night but it is what it is ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for a table. I ended up getting an slice of cheesecake which was pretty dense It was a lemon meringue cheesecake It was quite good we ended up having to split it and the way that they split it was really haphazard. Also I they ran out of some of their entree items so I had to substitute with a cauliflower barbecue chicken simulation thing which is actually quite tasty. I am glad that I tried it out but I'm very disappointed with the service which was a little bit slow and misdirected at times. They have plenty of free parking. Overall if I was in the area would come and check it out again.

Was very disappointed with this occasion at this particular Cheesecake Factory. Thinking I'd have good customer service, great food and be seated quickly I booked a reservation for their first seating. My issue on this occasion is the food seemingly wasn't prepared with care and the customer service was too bland considering I was virtually the first customer of the day. Literally we were the first customers and you'd expect perky customer service. There was too much nonchalant customer service being exercised for my liking from the casual way in which we were greeted to the way in which I was casually disregarded when I asked for an extra chair to accommodate a late-arriving guest. You wouldn't think I'd be passed around from attendant to attendant just to get a single chair, but certainly that is what transpired. As far as the food is concerned, I ordered the Brûlée French toast which seemingly had no spice elements incorporated (cinnamon, sugar, etc.). It tasted really bland. The disappointing part is when the server brought out my French toast she accidentally knocked over the syrup (which was also on the plate) and it spilled all over the French toast. I considered just taking the dish because I was hungry and it had already been over a 30 minutes wait for the food (the waiter forgot to put in the order) but what made it worse is the waiter asked me if I still wanted the French toast as opposed to automatically going back to the kitchen to have the cook prepare another order. I felt that should have been the standard, appropriate and effective customer service response. Of course there was a delay in bringing the 2nd order of French toast to the table however even the syrup couldn't save the toast's lack of flavor. Not to mention how hard the French toast was. Borderline capable of cutting the roof of your mouth due to the edges of the toast being so sharp. They need not to use French bread for the French toast because there really is a small margin of error when working with the crispiness and otherwise sturdy texture of French bread. The bacon was rock hard and the eggs were incredibly bland and tough (not to mention had cheddar cheese on them when I asked for American cheese). I wasn't pleased with this experience. I'll give them another shot if I'm in the area however next time I'll stick to lunch and dinner menu items.

It's always a joy to be back at Cheesecake Factory restaurant for dinner. Food is always delicious and their cheesecake is always the best. I would often try a different cheesecake whenever I'm visiting. This visit got me to order a Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake which was very good....as all their cheesecakes are.
