Make a reservation, and be prepared to wait! At least, we were prepared to wait but we got in super fast. The staff here are incredibly efficient and friendly. Our server Aaliyah D., made our night! She was so helpful, running back and forth between tables and doing it with kindness. She made sure our food and experience was great. Thanks Aaliyah! Give yourself plenty of time to park if you don’t want to use the valet. Street parking is paid (park mobile) and limited depending on time of day. The location is nice and right on the water! If you’re lucky you’ll be able to spot some sea lions on the docks.

Great food and very friendly service. Very fast to get a table even when it was a Saturday night! However, inside the light was extremely dim, had to turn on the light to see the menu. Understand the ambience but there comes a moment when you can't see anything. Turn up the light and the place is perfect. Great views too!

What can I say just nasty 🤢!!!! Me and my friend decided to go out to eat. We choice to go to the Cheesecake Factory as our choice. I ordered the Grilled fresh Salmon with mash potatoes and broccoli. I didn’t eat much of the food due to me feeling sick after eat 2 bites of the broccoli at the restaurant. At night the restaurant is heavy dark and very little lighting. My food had a slight bad odor coming from it. I even asked my friend could she also smell it she stated I am being silly it’s fish on my plate that’s what I was smelling. After eat 2 fork full of broccoli about 5-8 minutes later my stomach started to twist and I felt nauseous. I thought to myself maybe it’s just me so I asked for a too go box and packed my food up and paid my check while my friend finished up her food. At 3am I decided to give my food another chance. I pulled it out my refrigerator and warm it up. As I was going got the broccoli again I noticed something moving. It was a worm on it I picked up another piece of broccoli and there was more dead. This is no nasty I am lose for words. I had already ate 2 pieces at the restaurant making me sick. I am upset 😠 this is beyond disgusting do the kitchen not follow code and if this happened to me how many people have got sick or served bad food. The manager or someone from corporate needs to reach out and explain to me why I have worms on my food and was served it and got sick.

To start off I decided to go here for my favorite spicy jambalaya on my birthday 🎉🎂! But after this visit I should have stuck with my original plan about going to The Warehouse restaurant in the marina for a better experience. The food was good I have to admit that it did taste 👍🏽. My Mai Tai drink tasted more like a fruit punch, plus they don't make it like they used to! 🫩 Now... Concerning the service from the waitress (Cymone) she gets zero stars in my book of attentiveness. Crazy shit we were the first ones seated in her area, but then they sat one lady to my right, and another Caucasian couple right in front of our table. Then one more black couple came in and sat 2 tables away. She stopped at the 2 other tables about 6 times bringing drinks and whatever they ordered. But we never seen her after they dropped off the food. Sad shit is that she walked right by our table plenty of times without asking if we wanted anything else, all we got was is everything ok after tending to to 3 other tables for the last 20 minutes. But it's her fault cause we always leave a generous tip whenever we go out to eat, so I left her $5 she's lucky I left that tbh. Lesson learned.. Btw ..I asked her for the menu again to order more stuff since it was my bday. I was planning on ordering like 2-3 more drinks and possibly a whole cheesecake to take home, but I chose to stop eating pack up the food and just leave and highly doubt I'll be going back anytime soon! Spoiled my bday lunch date 100%.

Great cheesecake factory, right on the docks. Great atmosphere, great food and service. The French Dip cheeseburger is one of the best things ive ever had at a cf. Sooo good! The street corn, fried zucchini, and avocado egg rolls were all outstanding. Of course the cheesecakes were all on point! Great day!

I absolutely love the Redondo Beach location anytime I get a chance to be by the water or have that as my view I’m completely in heaven and what makes it better is that the service here is always good and the food is even better

I go here pretty often and this visit was as good as my others. I had the Skinnilicious Tacos and they were very good. The service was good and our waitress was very nice. Valet parking was $7. Another great Cheesecake Factory visit.

It's been forever since we've been to this location, which is overlooking the harbor - great views. Prices are reasonable by 2025 standards. You will probably get stuck having to pay for valet service. Not including a tip for the valet, this "forced" service will cost you $7. My wife had a burger which she said was fantastic. I had the fish and chips and it was a disappointment - undercooked (barely any crispiness). Strawberry lemonaide was great.

Haven't been to this location in about 20 years. We got a busy table near entry where people enter and talk loud so that was a little tough in our booth but everyone who was with me was having their first experience so it was fine. They enjoyed the large American portions that they were hoping to experience . Our waitress was awesome and patient although a little bit overwhelmed with all her tables, but it was fine. Our waters were always refilled and service was smooth. The cheesecake flavors were also different but a welcome surprise. Everybody was super happy so I would totally recommend it and I was able to park my car without using the valet -picking up your car can take a long time, later in the evening.

On July 30, my coworkers and I ordered from The Cheesecake Factory. They drove over to pick up our orders, and I was on the phone while they placed my order to make sure it was correct, a chicken Caesar salad. What I got was a plain Caesar with no chicken and lettuce that looked old and unappetizing. I called immediately and spoke with the manager, Oscar, who promised I'd get a gift card within two days. The reason he offered a gift card is because I sent my payment to a friend via Zelle and the payment wouldn't have came to me. A week later, still nothing! When I followed up, he blamed other staff for the delay, took my number and email again, and promised again to send it. Almost another week later, I still haven't received anything. The food was bad, and the customer service was worse. If management can't keep their word or fix a simple mistake, it says a lot about the standards here. Whatever you do, don't expect quality food or honest follow through from this location. I've attached photos to show that I sent my coworker my money and I also sent her a text of my order as well as speaking to her over the phone. I feel I should receive my money back for the poor effort and quality of food that I received!

Location 5/5 View 5/5 Food 5/5 Service 5/5 I've been to several Cheesecake Factory locations before but this is the best so far in terms of the above four categories. We booked a reservation for two with the sunset view at their newly renovated patio. We sat by the windows and watched the beautiful sunset as we dined. This branch is located by the marina in Redondo Beach. Valet parking is available for a fee but we found free street parking in nearby residential area. Our server was very energetic and friendly. Too bad, I wasn't able to take note of her name but she provided us excellent service. We already ate before coming here but still we arrested the Thai lettuce wrap. We never had this before but we just wanted something to nibble on while watching sunset. We were surprised with the portion. We had more than enough to share and it was delicious. We also shared a slice of skinny cheesecake with strawberries for dessert. It was the perfect dessert for our meal. I'm looking forward to visit again soon and to enjoy another delicious meal while watching sunset in the marina.

We sat at the bar for lunch and enjoyed the good food. Bread was warm and butter was cold. The salad exceeded my expectations! Bar tenders were busy but very attentive. Inside was beautiful as always with a gorgeous view of the harbor. The AC felt great too!

I haven't been here in a while and I'm glad we revisited. The remodeled patio is amazing. The food selection and the food itself never disappoints. (Amazing) can't remember my entree. I work from my least favorite to my favorite. Started with their Ceasar's salad which is perfect but as I said my least favorite. (at that stage in life where vegetables are mandatory and beef not so much ) Closed things out with their peanut butter cookie dough cheesecake which was phenomenal. Check out the new patio. Buon appetito?

Guillermo truly took care of me! So patient and helpful!! I had the Branzino and chocolate tuxedo cream cheesecake. I even got to see seals while I enjoyed lunch. The restaurant has amazing marina views. Great service and good food!

We got seated fairly fast, and the food was good. We got rounds of warm bread and butter with no problem. Victor or waiter was super nice and helpful. The crusted chicken was so good & juicy and the mashed potatoes complimented it so well! Crab wontons were nice, they didn't have too much of a cream cheese taste to it. The sauce to dip it in was like a sweat and sour sauce that also complimented it very well. Inside the restaurant you can see the redondo beach dock and has a beautiful sunset. PLEASE NOTE Upon arrival there's valet parking offered for $7 but you do not need to take the service. You can park on your own (:

With our family/friends, we have been to a lot of Cheesecake factory locations and this location in Redondo Beach held a very special place in my heart for a few too many special occasions. Their upstair has a event room is where my middle school graduation was held and also our an anniversary party was held. My Grandma's favorite restaurant as well as we made many beautiful memories with her here. Although they have been around for at least 30-40 years, they kept the restaurant pretty clean and inviting. So it's about time I gave them a review. Food and drinks has always been good. So sad they took away our favorite Thai pasta!! That dish was so delicious. They need to bring that back! :-( Some are favorites are the avocado eggrolls, Chinese chicken salad, Bistro shrimp pasta, jambalaya pasta, steak Diane, rib eye steak,, and definitely their sourdough and wheat bread smothered in butter! Can't end the night without a slice or two of cheesecake and share them around the table. Love the ambiance especially in the summer time where we can sit outside and enjoy the cozy ambiance and sunset. Came in on a Monday night. Nestor helped us, and he was so attentive and helpful. We had one of the best servers we've ever had here. My least favorite part is that it's so dark lol

Been here a few times with family and have always had a pretty good experience. It can get pretty busy, but there's lots of room so getting seated doesn't take too long :) and there's a bar to the side to help pass by some time lol. My fam and I went during brunch/lunch recently and we got the kimchi friend rice w/ pork belly (which was pretty good and tasty), the jambalaya that came w/ some good jam, and the flatbread! Ended the meal with some Oreo cheesecake and left full lol

Review #700 spot goes to one of the best Cheesecake Factory locations I've been to: redondo harbor! It looks an older location but the views are so California harbor picturesque. Came for happy hour and I could tell a lot people at the bar just came for the vibes as well. Standard menu similar to almost all CFs I've been to. Food was good, fresh and the bar service was good too. $6 Valet is offered but there's a lot right in front as well so no need.

One of the more beautiful locations I have been to I love that we had a view of the marina with the boats. I just wish they had outdoor seating or patio to be closer to that. I really enjoyed the steak and potatoes and shrimp. Definitely would get it again. (Steak Diane)

Came to treat our parents for Mother's day & early Father's day. Service was great! Our waiter JOEL , was attentive & professional. Nice Sunday chill ambiance. Busy too. Reservations are always a must on a weekend. I ordered the herb crusted chicken with vegetables. Then for dessert, I ordered the low-licious low carb , no sugar added cheesecake w/ Strawberries ! My family also enjoyed their meals & desserts.

The food is the same; good and excellent portions even during happy hour. The chicken taquitos were delicious. The drinks were okay and reasonably priced for happy hour. The bar was clean and tidy. Our service when we first got in there were 3 working; Jason was awesome. But once he was and the bar was getting busy 2 workers were not enough but they were still good just short staffed. Definitely could have used Jason the whole time. The person writing the schedule should get better training. Only 2 on a Friday during happy hour and coming into dining... not a smart move.

You can't really go wrong at the Cheesecake Factory their food is Always good and comforting. In the evening the lighting is pretty dark though I guess it's cool if you have an ugly date anywaaay ... do your self a favor and don't forget your cheesecake !!!! B

We had a nice brunch here on Saturday. Our wait for a table was only 10 minutes and we got a comfortable seat with a great view of the harbor. I ordered the Big Waffle was was surprised it really was big bit was cooked great and looked great and tasted even better. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We had a couple of questions and she was so knowledgeable and patient. My guest ordered the Kimchi Rice and Eggs and was also very pleased. All the food was brought out at the right temperature which is always a plus. They have a valet parking lot but there is street parking (just be careful when crossing the bike lane!!). It's always a nice experience dining here. I personally prefer their brunch menu but dinners are good as well.

Still a classic! Cheesecake Factory is a classic for a reason - because damn near everything you get here is fantastic and made to perfection - and very consistent to any location you go. This is one of our favorite locations because it overlooks the Redondo marina and is breathtaking around sundown. And we eat here 5 or 6 times a year and again, it has been consistently good - and although the menu prices might appear a bit high, you get A LOT of food and I usually get at least another meal out of it, if not 2. My typical go-to meal has been the Louisiana Chicken Pasta ($25.95) which I really love but tonight I wanted to try something that I always look at on the menu but haven't tried yet, the Orange Chicken ($24.95) and it was some of the best orange chicken I've ever had! The pieces of chicken were really big and cooked to perfection and the orange sauce was some of the best I've had also. It came with white rice and I asked for broccoli instead of the vegetable medley. And since I love sauce I had our waitress bring me extra orange sauce to dip my chicken in. After all their delicious hot bread before the meal came, I only ate about half of it and am looking forward to my next meal with these leftovers. My girlfriend felt like venturing out from her normal go-to meal of the Miso Salmon ($27.95) which is always fantastic. Tonight she got the Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken ($13.95 for 3 or $19.95 for 6). These are on the appetizer menu and she got 6 of them for her meal. They come with satay chicken strips, grilled avocado, carrots, bean sprouts, coconut curry noodles and lettuce leaves - beautifully served in large leaves of purple cabbage and it comes with an assortment of 3 delicious sauces: Thai peanut, sweet red chili and tamarind-cashew - and all 3 were wonderful. This meal was fantastic and was plenty of food - even had leftovers. My girlfriend will definitely be getting it again. And then desserts!! - The REAL reason you come here! I got my hands down, show stopping all-time favorite dessert the Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake ($11.95) and it was consistently what I know it to be - the BEST EVER! (If you haven't ever tried it, PLEASE do yourself and try it - you won't be disappointed! - Another one of my favorites is their Carrot Cake $11.95 - also fantastic!) My girlfriend got the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake ($11.95) and that took was really good. Also noteworthy is their rewards program which you have to sign up for online. Rewards members get a free slice of any dessert they want on your birthday and other promotions throughout the year. Ours tonight that was just emailed was buy one dessert, get one free - so we had to cash in! Again, The Cheesecake Factory is a classic for a good reason - and for that we will continue coming back.

My husband and I wanted to order the poke nachos but unfortunately they were out so we opted for the fried calamari. We also shared the shrimp scampi. As a dessert, we had to try their triple berry cheesecake. Ambiance was very intimate with minimal lighting. We had reservations so we were seated fairly quickly. Our server, Victor, was awesome! He was so nice, polite, and very attentive to us. I was really craving the sourdough bread tonight and i definitely got my fix! Cheesecake never disappoints. There's something for everyone!

The food is still fine here . . . . . but they just spent a few months "upgrading" their ground-floor restrooms, and the results are horrible. The men's room used to have 2 urinals, 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and the handicapped toilet had a fold-down baby diaper-changing table. Now the men's room has 1 urinal, 1 toilet, 1 sink, and the fold-down baby diaper-changing table is no longer behind the doors of a toilet stall. In my 20 years of coming here, how many men did I detect changing baby diapers? Zero. What fool in CF management thought that this was an improvement? Let's hope they don't make the same mistake with their upstairs restrooms!

- Super busy waiting for a table on a Sunday at 6pm and I'm glad for it cause that means this hopefully means business is great and this location won't be going out of business anytime soon - Sat at the bar and all of the bartenders were super friendly and seemed happy to be there - Skinny mojito was fantastic! - Great place and I'll be back more often since I live close! - Chicken caeser with chicken is soooo good i don't even notice I'm eating "healthy"

Sunday night I picked up an order. I got the same girl I got last time. She was very rude. She doesn't say hello. She doesn't smile and she didn't say thank you and when I'm spending the money I spend at the cheesecake it would be nice to be acknowledged. The girl with big black glasses, middle aged, chubby and unfriendly is who I'm speaking of. I would be aware of her.

This is a warning to anyone who places orders a head time for pick up. Watch your email vigilantly after you place an order apparently no one calls the customer anymore they send an email an hour after the order was placed. By the time they sent the email to state the order was cancelled we were already on our way. We placed a large order for a birthday party at home and they cancelled the entire order because a slice of cheesecake wasn't available. I mean really!!! Clearly business is so good they can cancel an order without calling to rectify the order. No I guess it's easier to wash their hands of the order with an email and then light a candle in the hope that the guest who placed the order doesn't come in for their ten entrees and dessert. I think y'all need to revisit your policy on notifying online orders. Thank you for a memorable birthday dinner for all the wrong reasons.

We are so disappointed this restaurant was chosen because my sister in law never came to Cheesecake Factory. I am not sure what happened to the chicken back there. My pasta was bland. My husband chicken was raw but according to the waitress the chef and the manager told her it was cooked just the veins umm it looked bloody disgusting to me. So this was brushed off by 3 people that worked there they really should be ashamed of themselves. Well the rest of the party food was ok they didn't complain about it. Location you gotta valet park super busy so there is a charge

My family and I had dinner today. I ordered pizza and some of their signature dishes. All their orders were served almost at the same time but my pizza was delayed because they said it was overcooked.Our server named Nestor politely apologized and even offered me a free salad and cheese cake. I gave 5 stars because of their amazing service, amazing Food and for being so honest. When my pizza came it was so good. Definitely worth the wait! I loved the crust it was crunchy outside and it was very tasty. Their serving size is good for sharing. The place was cozy and serene. We got there around 8pm and were seated after a short 10 min wait on a busy Wed night. Tips : parking fee - $5 ( not optinal) Light - limited so you need to turn on your cellphone light to see the Menu.

My all time favorite location. When I'm seated at the large booths between the window overlooking the boats and the kitchen I KNOW my food and service will be AMAZING. I love this restaurante it's very romantic and family friendly. Book a reservation online to avoid wait times. My all time favorites are the Jamaican black pepper shrimp, calamari, and Mac and cheese balls!

Came here for my friend's 25th birthday and we had a table of 12 or so people. It was a quieter Saturday and we barely got table service. Our server did not come by and offer to refill water or check on us other than to take our order and bring us the food. We had to keep waving the server down for things, and when I asked for a little bit of pasta for my dish that I thought came with pasta, the server said they may or may not charge me and then brought me the pasta without telling me they would charge me for it (or how much it would be). The server brought the pasta at the end of our meal so it was kind of a bust, and I didn't appreciate being charged $7 for overcooked angel hair. They brought out the slice of birthday cheesecake and the candle was not lit. I truly did not think they wanted my friend to have a good birthday and while it wasn't my choice to have a celebration here, I will actively advocate against this location for future functions.

I've had good servers at The Cheesecake Factory before, but today I had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Christian S. There is truly something special about him his positive energy and calm composure stood out from the moment we were seated. Even when I made a mistake on my end with ordering the wrong pasta type for my spicy chipotle pasta, Christian handled it with total grace. He didn't get flustered or frustrated just stayed friendly, helpful, and understanding. You can tell he really knows how to manage his tables and make guests feel at ease. It's rare to come across someone with such a great mix of professionalism, warmth, and natural people skills. Christian made me feel right at home, and I genuinely believe he's going to go far in life with the way he carries himself. If you dine here, ask for Christian S. you won't regret it!

Ironically, my least favorite thing about the Cheesecake Factory is the cheesecake. The food can be amazing, if you visit the restaurant in person. Do not recommend ordering from a delivery app, as you will unfortunately not get the same quality of food. However, when I dine in, the food is top-tier! My favorite thing on the menu is the avocado egg rolls!

The place was nice and the bar area is bigger than the Marina. When we got our food, it was good, but the waiter was way to close to me in distance. He was right behind me when he should came around to the other side of the table. Overall, the food was good but I could tell there was training stuff going on.

Horrid service from the host. We had two reservations AND showed up 90 minutes ahead to only get the SHITTIEST table in the house for a family dinner IN THE BAR! Not the restaurant

In my opinion this is the best Cheesecake Factory to go to ! I have never had to wait long to be seated regardless the size of the party or the day. I have also always had service with a smile! Hosts have always been nice and servers have always been helpful! Being right off of the Marina is a pleasant touch and I love sitting on the patio when the weather is warm! Love the ambiance. . . Beach views and sea breeze makes for a great day! I love everything about Cheesecake Factory! I have only ever had 1-2 meals I didn't care for but the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are my absolute favorite!! Perfect place for a friend outing or a dinner date! Get your summer started right and have a Cheesecake Factory date night !!

We use to visit this location a lot but had a bad experience and have not been here in 10 years. I want to say this time the experience was fantastic. The service was great. All of the servers were attentive and checked in on us frequently. The food was wonderful and it made its way to the table in a timely manner. We ordered the egg roll appetizer which was delicious. Our meals were Chicken Madeira, Pasta Da Vinci, Chicken Parmesan, and Cajun Salmon along with the Chocolate cake and the Snicker Cheesecake. All of the food came out at a reasonable rate and all of the food was cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back.

Was in the mood for a steak late this past week and one of the only places still open was cheesecake factory. Me and the family ordered the grilled ribeye, the steak and frites, and the pepperoni flatbread. Even though this place is not a steakhouse, the quality was superb. Both stake plates were ribeye that were prepared exceptionally well cooked to perfection seasoned to the perfect level, impaired with side, dishes, and sauces that were incredible as well. The pepperoni flatbread was really tasty and of a super high-quality as well. The pricing was very fair compared to what a steakhouse would have cost. The service was great waiter was very friendly kept up the service with drink refills coming all night long. The ambience is beautiful overlooking the marina. The decor site is also very nice. This place has always been a go to spot for us and will continue to be. My only complaint is that they continue to remove quality items from the menu. The combo plates were missing this time and I was quite disappointed by that. There was nothing like the steak Diane with shrimp scampi combo plate. Hope they add it back.

I went here tonight for my son's 11th Birthday Dinner I ordered the Bang Bang, Chicken and Shrimp . I don't know what happened to this dish, but there were tiny pieces of chicken and barely any shrimp in it. It was mostly just rice on a long plate also. Also what's up with the free Birthday Sundae? It's all whipped cream, barely any ice cream it just comes across as cheap. Come on Cheesecake Factory you can give a little more ice cream with your sundae for somebody's Birthday. That being said the service was really good.

We came last night (Tuesday night) around 4:40pm. Food was the usual, but service was terrible. Restaurant wasn't that busy, but food took at least 40mins to come out. In that time, we completely finished our appetizer and all the bread, and were still waiting. Finished the food, and then waited for the server, waited for the check, and waited for her to bring the change. She seemed much more interested in providing service to the larger group in her section than servicing us. Decided to get cheesecake to-go instead of waiting on our server. One slice, another 15mins, watching the workers move like molasses. Your job is literally just to put a pre-sliced cheesecake in a box or plate and add some toppings. Drastic difference from the smooth service the last time we were here.

Another awesome brunch at the cheesecake factory in Redondo Beach. The service is always excellent. The food was served as we ordered and very tasty. The drinks are amazing. The music playing is very nice and the restaurant is always clean and well kept A+.

Our server was so nice and welcoming, very engaging with us. We sat outdoors which is my favorite spot in this location as it's overlooking the harbor. We had several orders and I would like to say none of them was not great! I had the skinnilicious medallions which was cooked to perfection! Along with the mashed potatoes and veggies. A couple ordered the chicken parmesan pizza style , both said it was delicious, the chicken patties were very tender and the marinara sauce was flavorful. We ordered a wine bottle which was a merlot, it was good too. Overall very pleasant night. Will def visit again and again.

Went and got seated fairly quickly, i did have reservations. Food was good and the cheesecake as well. The thing i liked most was the atmosphere of everything . i got a table near the windows and the view was great.

My partner and I came in for dinner on a busy Saturday night. From entering, our experience started off poorly. The hostess was very cold. We were not acknowledged or even looked at while walking in, which I've never ONCE experienced at any restaurant. Even after walking up to the front, where we are standing right in front of her, she chooses to ignore us. She seemed more annoyed and inconvenienced by us than anything. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated, which was nice, and we were quite pleased with our seating. The service was a bit slow, but it was okay because we understood it was busy. The food came out relatively fast, and the appetizers were great. My complaint, however, is that I ordered my steak to be medium rare, and it came out more on the medium/well-done side. Like I said before, I'm not a picky jerk, but when you're paying lots of money for a meal, cooking the meat at the right temperature is absolutely essential, especially for a large chain like CCF. Dayton, Our server, was nice and accommodating. Upon leaving the restaurant, once again, the hostess ignored us. No "thank you!" or goodbye!". It makes me think either this is her first job, or she was hired incompetently. Totally left a sour taste in my mouth.

Maria helped me with my takeout order on Sunday and she could not have been more lovely. She was speedy, kind and very helpful. I placed a small takeout order but that did not diminish her service. I visit this location every now and then and looking forward to my next trip back! Thank you, Maria!

A double celebration on April 18. My Mom's birthday and my Dad's final radiation treatment. We rang bells!!! Always a beautiful view of the marina and the boats. All smiles from the moment we walked in and were greeted by the staff. It's really hard to go wrong here because there are so many options to choose from. Honestly the lunch menu has large portions that can be shared!

I went out with my family for a special occasion, I got there was seated pretty quick and ordered all together within about 20-25 minutes however it was almost an hour after ordering our food and still no food, unfortunately we had to take it to go. Some of our food was missing and my son's pizzas were burned. The service was decent.

30 min wait list last night but as expected for last min eats Food was really good. Service was mid. Waited another 20 mins once seated for order to be taken and bread... Food came out in a timely manner During the day, Im sure the view is nice though! Cant really see anything at night :/ Got a classic basque to go 10/10!

Celebrated my Mom's B-day last night on 10/1/24 and it was my first time ever going to this location! I like it better than all the other TCF locations! It is much bigger and I love the open-ness of the front foyer. Our server (Yvette!) was amazing she took care of us and had an effervescent personality! Love that this Lo. is on the harbor with the boats right outside, in view-that is always a vibe! I started with the Georgia Peach cocktail (my usual); my daughter suggested trying the Tik Tok popular appetizer "Fried Mac N Cheese Balls" and they did not disappoint! Crunchy on the outside and soft and cheesy after you bite into them; They were very flavorful! For my main entrée, I tried one of the house special dishes for the night, Sautéed Salmon with Lemon, Caper and Mushroom sauce AND Baybeeee...I'll just say that was a meal to remember! Finished w/ a slice of S'mores cheesecake! Redondo Beach I'll be back again soon ;-)

Went for Father's Day, even with a reservation we waited 20+ minutes, it's busy, I'll deal with it. Then we waited like 20min before anyone comes to take one order (before drinks) another 20 for drinks... food takes forever to get out. The server was rude the whole time and asked me how I wanted my eggs for an eggs Benedict (that's when I should have changed my order). Worst eggs Benedict Ive ever had. The Hollandaise sauce was runny and terrible, and the pouched egg was like a person did it for the first time. The only good part of the meal was the macaroni cheese fried bites and the cheese cake. My man's salad has questionable chicken, his dad's hamburger was disappointing, the only meal that was decent was the sandwich my mother in law got. Maybe lessen ur menu cause the kitchen staff can't keep up.

My wife was having a birthday lunch with her girlfriends so she offered to bring me back some cheesecake. After glancing at their website, I asked her to bring me home a slice of pineapple upside down cheesecake. Now $13 a slice isn't actually a deal but considering the size of the slice and the quality of their cheesecakes, you really can't complain. Most places charge you about $7-9 for a smaller slice of plain NY cheesecake anyway so no complaints. When my wife returned and I opened my bag, it was like looking at a slice of gastronomic heaven. It had been a very long time since last I had enjoyed the pleasure of digging into a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake so it was a moment of joy. My only criticism is it was more pineapple upside down cake than an actual cheesecake but it wasn't like I was going to stop eating the darn thing. My wife brought home some of her raspberry cheesecake which was another of my choices and I actually enjoyed that one more. Well, there's always next time. CF is having a special July 29 & 30 for 1/2 off a slice of dine in cheesecake. I believe it's the annual cheesecake day celebration. Is there anything there isn't a celebration for anymore? I did have my eye on that mango key lime cheesecake. Hmmmm. Don't forget to sign up for the Cheesecake Factory club online. Free cheesecake on your birthday? You don't need to twist my arm.
