The Best Cheesecake Factory Locations In LA, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Redondo Beach is a true wild card. It does have a harbor view, but it’s more close-ups of barnacled sailboat hulls than postcard panorama. There’s a second floor, but it’s reserved for private events, and the patio is currently under construction (the corrosive sea air has clearly taken its toll on the exterior over the years). Also, aside from two spectacular murals—including one that reads “In Cheesecake We Trust” in Latin—the decor is surprisingly muted. Still, being close to the water counts for something, even if the result is $6 mandatory valet. Consider this the poor man’s version of Marina Del Rey." - brant cox, cathy park, garrett snyder

Good food by the beach — such a nice little escape 💛. It’s a solid spot for a meal with ocean vibes, but it does get busy and wait times can be long. Atmosphere: Great views and a relaxed coastal vibe, especially nice on weekends. Food: The food tastes good, and there’s a huge variety of dishes from all over the world. Just wish they had a few African-inspired options. Service: Most of the time the service is good, but on busy days it can be slow and you might barely see your server during the meal. Wait time: No longer taking reservations, and about 80% of your group has to be there to get seated. Wait times can be up to an hour during busy times but are much quicker during off-hours.

You can never go wrong at the cheesecake factory, so many different varieties of food! But my go to is the Miso salmon plate get the mashed potatoes instead of the rice..THANK 😋 ME LATER!! Today I wanted to try the cinnabun cheesecake....one word AMAZING, would I get it again no, because there's others I want to try, the slice is really big enough to share unless you're a big back!

Make a reservation, and be prepared to wait! At least, we were prepared to wait but we got in super fast. The staff here are incredibly efficient and friendly. Our server Aaliyah D., made our night! She was so helpful, running back and forth between tables and doing it with kindness. She made sure our food and experience was great. Thanks Aaliyah! Give yourself plenty of time to park if you don’t want to use the valet. Street parking is paid (park mobile) and limited depending on time of day. The location is nice and right on the water! If you’re lucky you’ll be able to spot some sea lions on the docks.

The Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu with lots of great options, and the food was delicious as always. Portions were generous and everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful. The only downside was the wait time. We were told it would be about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes. It would have been nice if the estimate had been more accurate. Overall, still a good experience, and we enjoyed our meal. Would definitely come back, just hoping for clearer wait-time communication next time.

Google
Great food and very friendly service. Very fast to get a table even when it was a Saturday night! However, inside the light was extremely dim, had to turn on the light to see the menu. Understand the ambience but there comes a moment when you can't see anything. Turn up the light and the place is perfect. Great views too!

To start off I decided to go here for my favorite spicy jambalaya on my birthday 🎉🎂! But after this visit I should have stuck with my original plan about going to The Warehouse restaurant in the marina for a better experience. The food was good I have to admit that it did taste 👍🏽. My Mai Tai drink tasted more like a fruit punch, plus they don't make it like they used to! 🫩 Now... Concerning the service from the waitress (Cymone) she gets zero stars in my book of attentiveness. Crazy shit we were the first ones seated in her area, but then they sat one lady to my right, and another Caucasian couple right in front of our table. Then one more black couple came in and sat 2 tables away. She stopped at the 2 other tables about 6 times bringing drinks and whatever they ordered. But we never seen her after they dropped off the food. Sad shit is that she walked right by our table plenty of times without asking if we wanted anything else, all we got was is everything ok after tending to to 3 other tables for the last 20 minutes. But it's her fault cause we always leave a generous tip whenever we go out to eat, so I left her $5 she's lucky I left that tbh. Lesson learned.. Btw ..I asked her for the menu again to order more stuff since it was my bday. I was planning on ordering like 2-3 more drinks and possibly a whole cheesecake to take home, but I chose to stop eating pack up the food and just leave and highly doubt I'll be going back anytime soon! Spoiled my bday lunch date 100%.

Yelp
12/12/2025 Update Came for happy hour with the family. It was a little crowded but makes sense everyone is having Christmas parties. But we went early enough to get a table quickly. Our waiter was incredibly busy as he had many tables to oversee and they were not small groups. He did an overall good job managing the table. The food was good as it's expected from any Cheesecake Factory.

Yelp
We visited this Cheesecake Factory on December 23, 2025, around 2 PM. We had a 2:45 reservation and were seated early, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill quickly. To start, there is only paid parking and it is not valet, if you want valet it's $2 more. We had to pay $4 just to park. Our appetizers were great, but the problems began with the entrées. I ordered a ribeye steak medium rare. When it arrived, it was WELL DONE with very faint to no pink, and the mashed potatoes were cold, which made it seem like the plate had been sitting for a while. When I told the waiter the steak was not prepared the way I ordered, he asked if it was "too pink," which made no sense given how overcooked it was. A manager then came to our table carrying my plate, pointed at us asking who ordered the steak, and tried to justify that this was the chef's version of medium rare. It wasn't even medium. Clearly, my same plate had been passed from the waiter, to the kitchen, to the manager, and then brought back to us as if it might be returned, which was very unsanitary. The manager also said that if I wanted medium rare, I should have ordered the filet because it's thicker, implying the ribeye can't be cooked properly. That was frustrating. If I wanted a filet, I would've ordered one. Also, why ask guests how they want their steak cooked if you're just going to say the chef cooks it however they want? After unnecessary back-and-forth and attitude from the manager, they finally agreed to remake the steak, which was what what we wanted from the beginning. The remake took another 30 minutes. I don't really understand the purpose of a manager even coming out to talk to us really. To top it off, when we finally got the bill (which also took a long time), we were charged for two ribeyes and one comped. Something I've NEVER seen before on a receipt. So because they had to remake the ribeye, it's added in our ticket? It was "comped" but still. Weird. We didn't even want to bring it up at that point because everything, from food to check, took so long and we just wanted to leave. We usually have good experiences at Cheesecake Factory, but this visit was unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing. We likely won't return to this location. And don't get the ribeye if you want your steak cooked properly, per management. Ridiculous.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting this particular Cheesecake Factory. The one positive was that we were seated fairly quickly. Unfortunately, everything after that took much longer than expected. We ordered waters, which took about 20 minutes to arrive, and when mine did, it was actually a Sprite. I don't drink soda. We also waited quite a while for bread, and our food came out almost immediately after the bread finally arrived. I noticed our server had been holding the bread while chatting with the table next to us, who appeared to be regulars. I mentioned that it was my birthday dinner and that I had a reward for a complimentary cheesecake. However, when the check was brought out, the reward had not been applied. When we eventually received the cheesecake, it was boxed to go--even though it was only 8:00 PM on a Saturday, nowhere near closing, and several tables around us were empty. It really took away from the special feeling of celebrating a birthday with dessert at the table. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't return to this location.

Yelp
Only valet parking- $6 - service is prompt (not a busy time) service was very friendly, professional and prompt. Host gave us a table by the window and the view of the harbor and sunset was spectacular. Food was so delicious. Plenty to choose from menu.

Yelp
TL;DR - solid brunch spot. I always get their monte cristo (packed full of sweet, salty, and savory flavor). You can also customize your own breakfast/brunch as well. Came here for brunch! Not much of a wait because they just opened. Service is always friendly and professional. Ambiance is noisy but easy to hold a conversation. Being there during brunch time was nice because the restaurant is otherwise pretty dim at night time. Their monte cristo is the dish I always get when I come for brunch. 4 solid half cuts of their sandwich. It's sweet and salty with a nice crunch in the middle. You get strawberry jam to put on top so it's a mouth full of flavor! You can also customize your own breakfast as well. We got their omelet with a bowl of fruit. Sour dough comes on the side. Overall we always leave with more food than we can eat, so we often will ask for a togo box for the next meal. Solid place to take someone if you're looking for a brunch spot. It's right on the water too :)

Yelp
Had been wanting to try their brunch menu for a very long time now. Came in on a Sunday morning around 11 and it was kind of empty but about 30min to an hour later it got very busy. Our waitress was amazing, very friendly and attentive. She's one of the main reasons why I am giving this review 5 stars. One of the plates for the appetizers had a hair on it, the light in there is kind of dim so I can understand how it was overlooked. You can hardly see it on the picture but it was there. Kids got an Oreo shake, they are tough critics but insisted the shake was 10/10. I got the chicken chilaquiles, they aren't your normal Mexican chilaquiles, presentation was questionable and I was already annoyed thinking I wouldn't like them. I was wrong. They were delicious, the salsa used tasted very homemade!! It was very savory, the chicken was shredded and cooked to perfection. The scrambled eggs were also buttery and cooked just right. The tortillas were very savory as well, crunchy and salty to perfection. I wasn't very hungry but still managed to almost finish it all I will be coming back just for this dish!!! Kids enjoyed their burgers and they are very picky!

Yelp
Location 5/5 View 5/5 Food 5/5 Service 5/5 I've been to several Cheesecake Factory locations before but this is the best so far in terms of the above four categories. We booked a reservation for two with the sunset view at their newly renovated patio. We sat by the windows and watched the beautiful sunset as we dined. This branch is located by the marina in Redondo Beach. Valet parking is available for a fee but we found free street parking in nearby residential area. Our server was very energetic and friendly. Too bad, I wasn't able to take note of her name but she provided us excellent service. We already ate before coming here but still we arrested the Thai lettuce wrap. We never had this before but we just wanted something to nibble on while watching sunset. We were surprised with the portion. We had more than enough to share and it was delicious. We also shared a slice of skinny cheesecake with strawberries for dessert. It was the perfect dessert for our meal. I'm looking forward to visit again soon and to enjoy another delicious meal while watching sunset in the marina.

Yelp
First time visiting this location! I really wanted to like it. I normally go to brea location and it's packed so we decided to try out a new one. I had seen the view online of the marina which is why we decided to come. I was hoping it would be great service as well. However I have put times below of a holiday service. 745pm checked in 800pm reservation 806pm host took us to sit down, our original table they took us to already had a party seated so they got a table for us together quickly 815pm waiter brought us bread 820pm we stopped the waiter for water 829pm we stopped the waiter to take order 850pm waiter checked on us gave more water 855pm Food received 913pm asked for desert order 930pm Cheesecake received along with check. Paid and left. Visited this location of Cheesecake Factory on Labor Day. The view of the marina is nice to be looking out at the boats while dining. It seemed busy as the host told me there was a bit of a wait for a table and the tables were full. I sat at the bar while waiting. It took about 7 mins from the time I sat at the bar to get a drink. The waiter for the table seemed very busy as we had to stop her for water and to take our order. We weren't asked for our drink order but we told her our drink order later on before food arrived. The waiter service and time took a bit long especially when there was only 2 tables besides ours in our area that had people sitting in. I think the restaurant could use more help between waiter and host especially on a holiday.

Yelp
Food was absolutely delicious (as always). We sat at the bar and they were very attentive. The lemon drop was weak for being $18 but other than that, no complaints. Inside was beautiful looking over the water during sunset. Happy hour is the way to go here!

Yelp
Huge menu with something for everyone portions are generous and always flavorful. Service is friendly, the vibe is lively, and of course the cheesecake is a must every time.

Yelp
Despite all the recent bad reviews we had a lovely lunch today. We arrived when they opened at 11:30 and was promptly seated. Our waiter asked if we wanted anything to drink and when he returned with our drinks he gave us info about the huge menu. We received warm bread and butter then placed our orders. Peruvian chicken bowl(new item), lunch portion miso salmon and steak medallions. Our food didn't take too long to arrive and everything was delicious. Took cheesecake slices home. I've never had a problem at this restaurant and always enjoy the food and service.

Yelp
Tried this location last night for my nephews birthday. He turned 8 and wanted Cheesecake Factory. I suggested this location due to the beach views. If you sit near the window you can see the beautiful Cali sunset. Our waitress was very welcoming and did a great job of servicing such a large party. She was very attentive and recommended several awesome dishes. My fav were the crab wontons on the small plate menu. The kids menu is good as well. The portions are big even for the kids meals. We all had food left over. Of course we sang happy birthday and they brought my nephew out the cutest Ice cream sundae. We had a wonder experience.

Yelp
Guillermo truly took care of me! So patient and helpful!! I had the Branzino and chocolate tuxedo cream cheesecake. I even got to see seals while I enjoyed lunch. The restaurant has amazing marina views. Great service and good food!

Yelp
Time for an honest conversation. This place has fallen very far. It starts when you pull into the parking lot. There is no more free self parking. You can pay $7.75 to valet or self park. Staff is friendly. Ambiance is absolutely chaotic. Menu is famously robust, but all over the place. They were out of multiple staple appetizers that we tried to order (fried mac and cheese, wontons, fried zucchini). Instead we got sweet corn tamale cakes (always good), fried cheese (also good), nachos (most of the chips were burnt and there was hardly any cheese), and chicken & jalepeno balls (very bland and odd, didn't finish). My daughter ordered the sausage rigatoni. The pasta was chewy and the dish was very bland. Of course the cheesecake was delicious. We ordered 4 apps, one dish, 4 slices of cheese cake, a kids quesadilla, and a couple lemonades. The bill was $200, not including tip or parking. Long story short, this place is no longer worth the price of admission. 2 stars for great cheesecake and friendly staff. Everything else is an absolute mess and trending in the wrong direction.

Yelp
Worst service ever they're highly disrespectful and not deserving of anyone's money . Bartender was terrible and unprofessional

Yelp
11/20 I recently went to Cheesecake factory to pick up an order for my family. Nice ambiance, friendly staff. Thats where it STOPS. When I got home my meatloaf immediately made me throw up, and when I tried to simply explain what happen, the initial "manager" HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back of course they explained it was their new phone system. All I wanted was a refund, an exchange or a gift card for the amount of my meatloaf. The manager WAS NOT HEARING it. "You will have to wait 7/10 days for your refund." I spent over $200 and Cheesecake factory has always been my "go to", but she made it appear as if there was no way this can happen. No resolution skills, no apologies. "It is what it is" tone is what I have a problem with the most. The tip I initially left was more than the meatloaf itself, but I guess trying to fix this issue "might be after Thanksgiving" as I was told.

Yelp
With our family/friends, we have been to a lot of Cheesecake factory locations and this location in Redondo Beach held a very special place in my heart for a few too many special occasions. Their upstair has a event room is where my middle school graduation was held and also our an anniversary party was held. My Grandma's favorite restaurant as well as we made many beautiful memories with her here. Although they have been around for at least 30-40 years, they kept the restaurant pretty clean and inviting. So it's about time I gave them a review. Food and drinks has always been good. So sad they took away our favorite Thai pasta!! That dish was so delicious. They need to bring that back! :-( Some are favorites are the avocado eggrolls, Chinese chicken salad, Bistro shrimp pasta, jambalaya pasta, steak Diane, rib eye steak,, and definitely their sourdough and wheat bread smothered in butter! Can't end the night without a slice or two of cheesecake and share them around the table. Love the ambiance especially in the summer time where we can sit outside and enjoy the cozy ambiance and sunset. Cheesecake factory, Redondo Beach, thank you for all the good times and decades of precious memories made here.

Yelp
Haven't been to this location in about 20 years. We got a busy table near entry where people enter and talk loud so that was a little tough in our booth but everyone who was with me was having their first experience so it was fine. They enjoyed the large American portions that they were hoping to experience . Our waitress was awesome and patient although a little bit overwhelmed with all her tables, but it was fine. Our waters were always refilled and service was smooth. The cheesecake flavors were also different but a welcome surprise. Everybody was super happy so I would totally recommend it and I was able to park my car without using the valet -picking up your car can take a long time, later in the evening.

Yelp
I called to place an order for a cheesecake from the bakery and was hung up on 3 times, and left on hold for 20+ minutes. I specifically called at a time when they wouldn't be too busy (Tuesday between lunch and dinner) but it was clear that they weren't concerned with customer service or taking any order for anything. If my child didn't want cheesecake from there for his birthday I would definitely go elsewhere. Here's a tip- if you don't want to answer the phone, let us order from the bakery online! An hour later I am still sitting here trying to place an order :(

Yelp
Came in on a Monday night. Nestor helped us, and he was so attentive and helpful. We had one of the best servers we've ever had here. My least favorite part is that it's so dark lol
google avatar

Clarence D.

Yelp
DO NOT GO THERE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY! Customer service was horrendous. I saw customers who arrived after us get their drinks before us. I didn't mind the first two tables, but when the third table got their drinks, I stood up to remind the wait staff of our drinks. If I have to stand and remind the wait staff, then they are too late. I marched to the manager and asked to be moved to a more efficient area. We were moved and we got Nova who provided excellent customer service. Next, I'll go to another restaurant on my birthday and not this place.

Yelp
Met up with family that was visiting the states and staying nearby this location. Parking is valet only and you pay about $7 when you pick up your vehicle. Inside it's nice, but definitely a little different layout than most Cheesecake Factory locations. I haven't eaten at a Cheesecake Factory in a long time so some of my go-tos were no longer on the menu like Evelyn's pasta. I can't remember what I got, but the server gave me the most similar item to Evelyn's pasta but it was not as good as the original. Service was great and our server was a tall white guy and he was super friendly and took care of our party of 5. Definitely an easy choice to dine at especially with people who you may not know why their food preference is. I feel like Cheesecake has something to offer for everyone with a wide variety of entrees and cheesecakes!
google avatar

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while and I'm glad we revisited. The remodeled patio is amazing. The food selection and the food itself never disappoints. (Amazing) can't remember my entree. I work from my least favorite to my favorite. Started with their Ceasar's salad which is perfect but as I said my least favorite. (at that stage in life where vegetables are mandatory and beef not so much ) Closed things out with their peanut butter cookie dough cheesecake which was phenomenal. Check out the new patio. Buon appetito?

Yelp
Been here a few times with family and have always had a pretty good experience. It can get pretty busy, but there's lots of room so getting seated doesn't take too long :) and there's a bar to the side to help pass by some time lol. My fam and I went during brunch/lunch recently and we got the kimchi friend rice w/ pork belly (which was pretty good and tasty), the jambalaya that came w/ some good jam, and the flatbread! Ended the meal with some Oreo cheesecake and left full lol
google avatar

Yessica C.

Yelp
One of the more beautiful locations I have been to I love that we had a view of the marina with the boats. I just wish they had outdoor seating or patio to be closer to that. I really enjoyed the steak and potatoes and shrimp. Definitely would get it again. (Steak Diane)

Yelp
The food was good when it arrived. The service.... awful. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come over. We asked for water and ordered drinks. 15 minutes passed we were able to flag down a person. After another 15 minutes water was brought, no other drinks. The waitress said they were coming. She took our order, waited another 20 minutes. Three out of four orders arrived. After 2 hours we were done with the wait. Was able to get boxes to go. Waited another 15 minutes to close out the check. Sorry to say, not enough staff. Poorly run Not worth the waiting time. Will not be returning

Yelp
On July 30, my coworkers and I ordered from The Cheesecake Factory. They drove over to pick up our orders, and I was on the phone while they placed my order to make sure it was correct, a chicken Caesar salad. What I got was a plain Caesar with no chicken and lettuce that looked old and unappetizing. I called immediately and spoke with the manager, Oscar, who promised I'd get a gift card within two days. The reason he offered a gift card is because I sent my payment to a friend via Zelle and the payment wouldn't have came to me. A week later, still nothing! When I followed up, he blamed other staff for the delay, took my number and email again, and promised again to send it. Almost another week later, I still haven't received anything. The food was bad, and the customer service was worse. If management can't keep their word or fix a simple mistake, it says a lot about the standards here. Whatever you do, don't expect quality food or honest follow through from this location. I've attached photos to show that I sent my coworker my money and I also sent her a text of my order as well as speaking to her over the phone. I feel I should receive my money back for the poor effort and quality of food that I received!

Yelp
Came to treat our parents for Mother's day & early Father's day. Service was great! Our waiter JOEL , was attentive & professional. Nice Sunday chill ambiance. Busy too. Reservations are always a must on a weekend. I ordered the herb crusted chicken with vegetables. Then for dessert, I ordered the low-licious low carb , no sugar added cheesecake w/ Strawberries ! My family also enjoyed their meals & desserts.

Yelp
Review #700 spot goes to one of the best Cheesecake Factory locations I've been to: redondo harbor! It looks an older location but the views are so California harbor picturesque. Came for happy hour and I could tell a lot people at the bar just came for the vibes as well. Standard menu similar to almost all CFs I've been to. Food was good, fresh and the bar service was good too. $6 Valet is offered but there's a lot right in front as well so no need.

Yelp
I've given this Cheesecake Factory location three chances, and each visit was worse than the last. First was lunch on May 31. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and asked for it extra crispy and juicy. My server, Wendy, flat-out refused to pass the request to the kitchen, saying they don't accommodate customer preferences. That's not just bad service, it's lazy. Then on my birthday in August, I ordered a filet mignon medium rare. It came out well done. On my birthday. Most recently, on October 3, I ordered Steak Frites medium rare. Again, it was well done. When I asked the receptionist to speak with a manager, she just pointed across the room and didn't even notify him--I had to walk over myself. The manager then asked me to cut the steak to prove it was overcooked, which felt insulting. They charged me $63 for the dish, even though it's listed at $31.95, and claimed the price was "adjusted" to make up for the mistake. But it was clearly just a mischarge--there was no actual discount. We ordered four dishes and paid nearly $200. The Buffalo wings were dry, the sauce was overwhelmingly tangy, and the steak was, again overcooked. The chef here should seriously consider going back to culinary school. If you can't cook a steak medium rare or make fried chicken that's crispy outside and juicy inside, you're not ready for a professional kitchen. You can literally learn both on YouTube. The staff don't care, the service is weak, and the food is consistently below standard. If you want great food and respectful service, go to the Beverly Hills location. They actually get it right.

Yelp
We had a nice brunch here on Saturday. Our wait for a table was only 10 minutes and we got a comfortable seat with a great view of the harbor. I ordered the Big Waffle was was surprised it really was big bit was cooked great and looked great and tasted even better. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We had a couple of questions and she was so knowledgeable and patient. My guest ordered the Kimchi Rice and Eggs and was also very pleased. All the food was brought out at the right temperature which is always a plus. They have a valet parking lot but there is street parking (just be careful when crossing the bike lane!!). It's always a nice experience dining here. I personally prefer their brunch menu but dinners are good as well.

Yelp
We got seated fairly fast, and the food was good. We got rounds of warm bread and butter with no problem. Victor or waiter was super nice and helpful. The crusted chicken was so good & juicy and the mashed potatoes complimented it so well! Crab wontons were nice, they didn't have too much of a cream cheese taste to it. The sauce to dip it in was like a sweat and sour sauce that also complimented it very well. Inside the restaurant you can see the redondo beach dock and has a beautiful sunset. PLEASE NOTE Upon arrival there's valet parking offered for $7 but you do not need to take the service. You can park on your own (:

Yelp
Still a classic! Cheesecake Factory is a classic for a reason - because damn near everything you get here is fantastic and made to perfection - and very consistent to any location you go. This is one of our favorite locations because it overlooks the Redondo marina and is breathtaking around sundown. And we eat here 5 or 6 times a year and again, it has been consistently good - and although the menu prices might appear a bit high, you get A LOT of food and I usually get at least another meal out of it, if not 2. My typical go-to meal has been the Louisiana Chicken Pasta ($25.95) which I really love but tonight I wanted to try something that I always look at on the menu but haven't tried yet, the Orange Chicken ($24.95) and it was some of the best orange chicken I've ever had! The pieces of chicken were really big and cooked to perfection and the orange sauce was some of the best I've had also. It came with white rice and I asked for broccoli instead of the vegetable medley. And since I love sauce I had our waitress bring me extra orange sauce to dip my chicken in. After all their delicious hot bread before the meal came, I only ate about half of it and am looking forward to my next meal with these leftovers. My girlfriend felt like venturing out from her normal go-to meal of the Miso Salmon ($27.95) which is always fantastic. Tonight she got the Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken ($13.95 for 3 or $19.95 for 6). These are on the appetizer menu and she got 6 of them for her meal. They come with satay chicken strips, grilled avocado, carrots, bean sprouts, coconut curry noodles and lettuce leaves - beautifully served in large leaves of purple cabbage and it comes with an assortment of 3 delicious sauces: Thai peanut, sweet red chili and tamarind-cashew - and all 3 were wonderful. This meal was fantastic and was plenty of food - even had leftovers. My girlfriend will definitely be getting it again. And then desserts!! - The REAL reason you come here! I got my hands down, show stopping all-time favorite dessert the Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake ($11.95) and it was consistently what I know it to be - the BEST EVER! (If you haven't ever tried it, PLEASE do yourself and try it - you won't be disappointed! - Another one of my favorites is their Carrot Cake $11.95 - also fantastic!) My girlfriend got the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake ($11.95) and that took was really good. Also noteworthy is their rewards program which you have to sign up for online. Rewards members get a free slice of any dessert they want on your birthday and other promotions throughout the year. Ours tonight that was just emailed was buy one dessert, get one free - so we had to cash in! Again, The Cheesecake Factory is a classic for a good reason - and for that we will continue coming back.

Yelp
It was about a 30 minute wait to get a table on a Sunday night around 8 PM. We were finally seated and our table was really dark. I tried ordering a soda and they had no sodas available due to the carbonation machine not working not to mention, it's seven dollars for self parking, which is kind of absurd. My pasta was stuck together. They were bunched up and it was kind of hard, but we still ate it because we were hungry and it was getting really late.

Yelp
My husband and I wanted to order the poke nachos but unfortunately they were out so we opted for the fried calamari. We also shared the shrimp scampi. As a dessert, we had to try their triple berry cheesecake. Ambiance was very intimate with minimal lighting. We had reservations so we were seated fairly quickly. Our server, Victor, was awesome! He was so nice, polite, and very attentive to us. I was really craving the sourdough bread tonight and i definitely got my fix! Cheesecake never disappoints. There's something for everyone!

Yelp
I am not sure why this Cheesecake Factory has such a low score. I think people fail to understand that CF is a chain restaurant located in a nice area. This is not meant to be a high-class dining experience. This is where you come for a fun meal with even more fun cheesecake options. I wanted cheesecake for my birthday dinner so I came here with my sisters. We each ordered our own plate and shared an appetizer. The Fried Macaroni and Cheese Balls were delicious. Creamy and gooey with a sweet marinara sauce to dip in. I ordered the Steak Medallions with Mashed Potatoes. This plate was shockingly delicious with a wine sauce that had the sweetest cherry tomatoes, smoky mushrooms, and the tenderest steaks. The asparagus were so soft--practically creamy! My sister enjoyed her Chicken Bellagio. She described it as fresh and tasty. My other sister had Chicken Madeira which she enjoyed. We also ordered a Godiva Cheesecake which was enough for us three. I love chocolate so I enjoyed this decadent dessert. Our server was kind and efficient. I could tell that the restaurant was short staffed which led to some noticeable time waits. The restaurant itself was not packed but they had fewer waiters and staff which led to a lot of waiting (like one hour wait for a family I noticed). The restrooms were also not very well stocked on supplies but I think that's due more to staff shortages than lack of care. It was incredibly busy for the few staff. I enjoyed my time and will return for a simple lunch later on.

Yelp
Terrible service. I waited 1 hr 30 minutes for food back n fourth confusion between the staff realizing they have shitty communication and have no idea how To run a kitchen. "Im sure if I run to mc Donald's it would be faster to get your burgers " as staff told me absolute bullshit. Thanks Cheesecake Factory for some absolute dog shit

Yelp
- Super busy waiting for a table on a Sunday at 6pm and I'm glad for it cause that means this hopefully means business is great and this location won't be going out of business anytime soon - Sat at the bar and all of the bartenders were super friendly and seemed happy to be there - Skinny mojito was fantastic! - Great place and I'll be back more often since I live close! - Chicken caeser with chicken is soooo good i don't even notice I'm eating "healthy"

Yelp
I had a great experience recently. After fasting (water and jello) for nearly 48hrs for a medical procedure, I WAS READY TO STUFF MY FACE AND TUMMY with some delicious food from CHEESECAKE FACTORY! My visit started with lucky number 7. We were greeted by a lovely and sweet hostess who seated us by the window. Of course, we were served with their staple warm sour dough bread and sweet brown bread immediately. Our waiter friendly and was very attentive. Our food came out in no time all at the perfect temperature! Everything we ordered was just Devine! As with all their locations, I am fond of this location. Bathroom was clean. We found parking along the street because I am not big on valet if I can help it. Everyone seemed to be having a nice day and we were all greet politely with a smile by everyone working there. We asked for extra bread to go and it was packed very nicely for us too. Be sure to the check the video I posted of our scrumptious meals!

Yelp
Pulled up to this place because to celebrate my sister's b-day. I honestly wanted to get fat that day too haha. I've always wanted to go here but couldn't find the time and this was the perfect place excuse. To get in, u gotta pay for a valet parking and then go in the place. They have a fat ton of foods to order from. I was honestly overwhelmed and wanted to try everything but decided on the French toast since it's always so goated. It was around brunch time too. My other friends ordered other foods too. Don't kill me for not remembering everything cuz that shit is way too much. From what i remember, the fries was bussin, the buffalo wings slapped. Just the right amount of spice and meatiness. But not even gonna lie, the french toast I got with the bacon was HELLA FINE! Like ik u can get french toast at an other places but brody imma tell u this one right here hit the spot. The syrup and bacon on top made it so delicious for me. Even though it was my first going and I was full as shit, I just had to try a cheesecake. Like the place is literally called that and I feel that's a crime if u dip without eating one haha. I got the Oreo one. Now I was gonna get the chocolate or Hershey's one I think but I love Oreo too much. That was bomb. Pretty I sure I got diabetes when I left the place but who cares, the food is fire. The place inside is actually very pleasing and the view outside with the docks and boats are serene. Service was awesome. What's funny is my server was one of my classmates from college from 2 semesters ago which was cool. She was nice and dope. Would definitely come here solo if I get the chance

Yelp
Celebrated our son's 29th Birthday here at the Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the Manager, Jonathan who kindly accommodated us with window view seating, friendly staff and wonderful service as well as enjoying their delicious food esp their variety of cheesecake options. Special thanks to our Server, Emilia R. Thank you so much for making our visit with you all a memorable birthday experience. Best regards, Chris Reyes

Yelp
We are so disappointed this restaurant was chosen because my sister in law never came to Cheesecake Factory. I am not sure what happened to the chicken back there. My pasta was bland. My husband chicken was raw but according to the waitress the chef and the manager told her it was cooked just the veins umm it looked bloody disgusting to me. So this was brushed off by 3 people that worked there they really should be ashamed of themselves. Well the rest of the party food was ok they didn't complain about it. Location you gotta valet park super busy so there is a charge

Yelp
All of my previous complaints about the men's room remain . . . . . but CF has added a new one: they used to have paper towels to dry your hands after washing up at the sink. But they got replaced by an electric air-blower. Those things do a poor job of hand-drying and they kick up dust and germs into the air so we can breathe them into our lungs. I'm not sure there is anything left in the men's room for CF to screw up.

Yelp
My all time favorite location. When I'm seated at the large booths between the window overlooking the boats and the kitchen I KNOW my food and service will be AMAZING. I love this restaurante it's very romantic and family friendly. Book a reservation online to avoid wait times. My all time favorites are the Jamaican black pepper shrimp, calamari, and Mac and cheese balls!

Yelp
Came here for my friend's 25th birthday and we had a table of 12 or so people. It was a quieter Saturday and we barely got table service. Our server did not come by and offer to refill water or check on us other than to take our order and bring us the food. We had to keep waving the server down for things, and when I asked for a little bit of pasta for my dish that I thought came with pasta, the server said they may or may not charge me and then brought me the pasta without telling me they would charge me for it (or how much it would be). The server brought the pasta at the end of our meal so it was kind of a bust, and I didn't appreciate being charged $7 for overcooked angel hair. They brought out the slice of birthday cheesecake and the candle was not lit. I truly did not think they wanted my friend to have a good birthday and while it wasn't my choice to have a celebration here, I will actively advocate against this location for future functions.

Yelp
In my opinion this is the best Cheesecake Factory to go to ! I have never had to wait long to be seated regardless the size of the party or the day. I have also always had service with a smile! Hosts have always been nice and servers have always been helpful! Being right off of the Marina is a pleasant touch and I love sitting on the patio when the weather is warm! Love the ambiance. . . Beach views and sea breeze makes for a great day! I love everything about Cheesecake Factory! I have only ever had 1-2 meals I didn't care for but the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are my absolute favorite!! Perfect place for a friend outing or a dinner date! Get your summer started right and have a Cheesecake Factory date night !!
