Delicious dinner tonight with my special, birthday girl! So glad I made reservations because the restaurant was packed! We got our too small table and we quickly asked to be moved to a booth and they accommodated immediately. Service was spot on and the food was absolutely delicious. I had Thai lettuce tacos with satay chicken. The dipping sauces were very complimentary. I also had the Asian cucumber salad. Incredible. And, of course... Raspberry drizzle cheesecake for dessert. My girlfriend had a ginormous crusted chicken breast (a beast) with spaghetti. It, too, was perfect and plenty of it. We went home with three take-home boxes.

Our server Miyah (not sure if the spelling. Young girl with cute nose ring) was amazing. She took good care of us and she was super nice. Totally could be friends if we lived closer. She made our anniversary very special. I wish I had more to give for tip. 23% was all we could give. I would have given 110% if I had more. Thank you again for the amazing night.

Food and service were great, large portions but a little pricey. Ordered appetizer, the egg roll sampler…and only had 4 rolls cut in half but they were yummy. Salads were phenomenal!

This was a conflicting first experience. Let's start with the positives. The ambient was very nice, the place was packed but we still did not have to wait long to be seated. It was also pretty clean! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we got was top-notch. There were some issues with the food, though. Here's where things get messy. The host was not welcoming at all. We had to walk all the way to her desk, and she started at us like we were supposed to greet HER. She did not smile at all, but she promptly sat us when we told her party of two. Our server took a while to get to us. If I'm not mistaken, he had like three tables. But he took very long to check in on us over the course of our meal. He was knowledgeable of the menu, though, and gave us some recommendations, which was appreciated. He was not the one who brought our food out. It was another server. However, this other server brought us the wrong food, and he had to take it back and get the correct plate. He gave us a bit of an attitude when I inquired about the dish, though, and said, "Is that not what you ordered?" The rest of the food arrived promptly, but the cook in one of the steaks was wrong, so we sent it back, and they brought a new one right as we were done eating. Even though these mistakes were promptly fixed (aside from the steak), it still took too long to actually let the server know since he took too long to check in on us. And then he even said we were his only table left. Why was he taking so long then? So we decided to look around, and I'll just say he was having a good time on his phone and chatting with other co-workers while we were waiting for the check. But hey, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, so that kind of makes up for it. I will be back to give this place another chance. I hope the service is a bit faster, though, and that we get the correct food.

Pretty much everything we tried was good, but there was a bit of sweetness in almost every dish. The lettuce wraps were really good. The Korean cauliflower was tasty but way too sweet — it kind of took over the whole flavor. The street corn was solid, no complaints there. And the cheesecake? Definitely a win.

Google
The ONE AND ONLY THING this Hillbilly wanted to do on our mini-vaction was to eat at the Cheesecake Factory, so we did. Eric, our server, was great. I mean the great level of service you expect from a place like this. The food was beyond phenomenal. The kitchen absolutely killed it. And the cheesecake was... worthy! Tom, the general manager, was kind enough to stop by so I could let him know what a great experience we had. We aren't close very often, but when we are, we are headed back to The Cheesecake Factory. NOTE: Springfield, Missouri WOULD SUPPORT A CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!! Just sayin'.

Food was amazing!! I got the honey truffle chicken with asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was delicious! Our server was awesome and checked in a regular basis! Very nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and return.

Yelp
This is one our favorite spots to eat as a family and I would not be mad if a man wanted to take me to eat there for a date. There is plenty of parking as it sits within the Galleria mall. Door to table has always been under 5 minutes and the menu is massive - so plenty of choices for most eaters with even a special menu for those who want to eat healthier. To be honest I am quite suprised they are able to maintain the food required to accomodate a massive menu but I digress. When I was last here I ordered a Little House Salad and Chicken Taquitos. For my drink, I had a skinny Long Island Tea. My family ordered the other items - chicken pot stickers, fresh corn and some other entrees I can't remember. All in all our service was great and we enjoyed our food!

Yelp
I went to cheesecake factory on an impulse today (I had a migraine.) I ate at the bar because I remembered there were some good happy hour options. Well... that is just another memory. I could not decide between the loaded nachos or the pretzel bites with cheese fondue. I was leaning towards the cheese fondue, but then I thought that might not be enough banh for my buck, so I ordered the nachos. Big mistake. Note to self: when there is a sale (and that is what a happy hour is), order the more expensive per pound item as it'll probably be better... Note to self: test this theory sometime and report back. The nachos were almost fine. The problems: 1. they were served barely lukewarm. The temperature being wrong at the beginning means the temperature was very wrong by the end of the meal. These were just about cold by the time I gave up halfway through eating. 2: needed 15-20% more cheese. This was a big plate! I probably would not have finished the nachos, but I quit a few bites before I would have otherwise. These just were not good. I'll give this solo happy hour 2 stars because there was nothing wrong with the lemonade cocktail. Good size, full of ice, some flavor, not very boozy. It was $8.50. Is that the new $6? It's 2025 and the days of $6 cocktails at happy hour probably are also just another memory. I won't return anytime soon.

Yelp
We regularly place take out orders and very occasionally dine in. The service is timely and impressive every time, even if the order is wrong they are quick to fix and make it right which I really appreciate. The ambiance is typical of a Cheesecake Factory, where it's usually bustling with people and on a busy night you'll find a wait time of 65-75 minutes after the mall is closed. Moderate noise, ambiance lighting dim enough to make it feel like a special occasion, booth table bar and tall table seating available. The food is always good, it's what keeps you coming back. The Thai lettuce wraps are a staple as well as the chipotle chicken pasta. Cheesecakes are also fantastic, favorites include the salted caramel, cinnamon roll, cookie dough, and coconut cream

Yelp
You can't go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory! This place is huge haha! We got seated right away. First they bring out free bread. I got the chicken tuna sandwich and it was amazing. So so good except there was some weird long stringy things in the chicken that were unedible and kinda gross. Not sure what they were. lol but the taste was great bahaha. The fries were just average though. The portions are huge!!! Definitely had leftovers from my whole party haha. We did have some kids with us and they got the spaghetti and I was a little disappointed there was only one meatball. One medium sized meatball that was disproportionate to the large amount of noodles. Anyways, we got like five different cheesecake slices . My favorite will always be the original. It's the best cheesecake in the world!! Love it.

Yelp
The vibe and certainly the temperature are WAY off for this location... or maybe for the entire franchise? When we were first seated, there was no one sitting next to us. That was great. My spouse and I could have a conversation. Halfway through our meal, I then realized the restaurant's ACTUAL seating arrangement; two people were seated right next to us. Right.next.to.us. I could hear their entire conversation, as if there were four people eating together at the same table. Now, if I want to sit through an uncomfortable meal, I'll go to a mandatory work potluck where we have icebreakers and introduce our spouses. Adding insult to injury, I could no longer feel my extremities since this location decided they want Missourians to be thankful for mid-70s dew points. Shivering and dreaming of getting back into our hot and humid car, we shoveled in a few more heavily breaded and oily cauliflower bites ... and if I had to make any food suggestion, it would be to order the beet salad. Obviously, the experience was so poor we will not be back, which deeply pains me to write: I can confirm they do make good cheesecake.

Yelp
The highlight: The peach Bellini!! I didn't expect it to be frozen but it was amazing!! The flavor was great and I did have a nice buzz from just the 1. The brûlée French toast was tasty. I loved the caramel sauce it came with but if it wasn't for it, it would have just been ok. I also had a side a bacon which was good. My husband tried the jambalaya hash which he liked a lot. Had good spice but not too hot. Our server was great and I was shocked it wasn't super busy for a Sunday at brunch time. I did make reservations ahead of time so I suggest you do that.

Yelp
My husband and I received a gift certificate to Cheesecake Factory so we decided to give it a whirl (haven't been in probably 10 years or more). We made our reservation online but it required us to create a Cheesecake Factory account before we could make the reservation which we found interesting. We are always down for reward accounts though so it didn't bother us. When we arrived for our 9:30PM reservation we had to wait a little while for our table to be ready. I sometimes get a little peeved when I make a reservation and there isn't a table available when I get there, so keep this in mind if you are on a tight schedule. The ambiance was your typical CF flair. Tall ceilings, Egyptian-styled decor, and cool lighting. The restaurant felt clean overall. It was very busy for 9:30PM but this location is always packed. Although the music was pretty loud, we could still carry a conversation without yelling across the table. The wait staff were all very friendly. You could tell they were a tad overwhelmed with how busy they were. We ordered a Steak Diane, strawberry cheesecake, and a soda. After tip, our total came to $60. We were a little shocked to see a $5 soda & $12 cheesecake slice on our bill (seemed very steep) but we were very happy with the Steak Diane's portion size and price. The steak was very juicy & tender. It was way too salty though so if you order this I recommend asking for light salt. The strawberry cheesecake came with the biggest strawberry we have ever seen! But we were disappointed in the size of the cheesecake slice. For $12 we would have expected much more. And don't get me started on $5 for a fountain soda. That's highway robbery if you ask me. Overall, we had a good experience & were pleased to wake up to an email offering us a free cheesecake slice to use in the next 2 weeks! Although we have to dine-in to use it (was hoping we could just get a slice to-go), we might try and make it back in to take advantage (although next time, we will not be ordering a $5 coke )

Yelp
It has been a long time since I last went here. We went here on Tuesday night 2/18/25 with the kids. The kids ordered chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce and spaghetti and meatball for themselves and they liked it a lot. My boyfriend and I got the miso salmon and chicken Bellagio. I liked the crispness of the salmon and its' seasoning sauce complimented the salmon favors well. The chicken Bellagio pasta has a great favor. We all liked the food option we got.

Yelp
Two things to note here: 1) I have a friend who always had the prosciutto before it left the menu. 2) a colleague swears by the lettuce wraps I've been to TCF several times and make it a practice to try different things. This is by far my favorite time of year - eating healthier options and enjoy them! The lettuce wraps come out of the kitchen QUICKLY so be prepared to eat fast. Very yummy

Yelp
We came in during happy hour, and we were luckily able to grab a seat at the bar right away. Ambiance is typical huge Cheesecake Factory. The service was great overall. Happy hour menu is pretty reasonable, lots of options. - Brussel sprouts (3/5): these were okay, not as flavorful. A bit greasy - Calamari (4.5/5): these were so yummy. Huge portion size, calamari tasted fresh. - Avocado egg rolls (4/5): large portion size as well. The dipping sauce was good but a bit too sweet for me. - Happy hour burger (3.5/5): good but not great. Large portion size, but the burger felt like it was missing something, more sauce or something. Fries were yummy - Banana cream pie cheesecake (4.5/5): this was delicious. Perfectly creamy, sweet, so yummy

Yelp
Ordered the lunch special pasta chicken carbonara and a slice of cheesecake. The restaurant was already on a wait and I sat in the bar area around lunch time 12:30-1pm. They were unfortunately out of my favorite brown bread and only had white bread for the table. Love that they have a tv at the bar area and lots of seating. The pasta was basic and did not have a huge amount of flavor. The cheesecake however was amazing!

Yelp
Ok! As a local foodie, I'm shamefully admitting that I have decided that the Cheesecake Factory is my favorite chain. The Galleria location! Yes! A large menu and l just haven't had anything that isn't great. & the cheesecake! I do not like cheesecake but want to go out of my way to get myself a slice.
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly the Cheesecake Factory's happy hour deal and foods are slept on! Best kept secret lemme tell you that. Favorite dish of what we ordered were the sweet corn tamale cakes. SO FREAKIN DELICIOUS. Next up the Korean cauliflower bites had the right amount of spice and sweet, the burger was absolutely fabulous, and the avocado egg rolls were okay. The dip with the avocado egg rolls were probably the best part - we ended up dipping other stuff in it! Staff was great and the environment was what you'd expect from the Cheesecake Factory. But for real though, go for happy hour. Totally worth it!

Yelp
I don't ever have anything bad to say about this place not even that wait bothers me because I know they gone step when it come to this meal. Right a the entrance of the Gally This Cheesecake Factory is one of f my favorites we'll spaces well lit great seating just love this place. I had the ribeye with garlic mash and fries hits every time.

Yelp
Came here with a large party, called in advance for seating and then had issues when we arrived. So that slowed the meal down a little bit. But had get a short wait we were finally seated. Love the wheat bread that comes before the meal! Also appreciate the vegan/veggie options on the menu. They also have a low calorie menu. VERY long menu, so plenty of options for everyone. They also have Saturday and Sunday brunch options. I had the impossible burger with fries. It was very good, also had vegan cheese on it which is a plus. Service was pretty fast (for a large party) . And our waitress did well managing our large party.
google avatar

Val W.

Yelp
They accommodated our large party, which started things off right. Our waitress was good, but she did make an out of pocket comment. She may have thought it was a joke, but I found it borderline rude. One of my family members had ordered calamari and had a little bit left. The waitress was about to take their plate but they spoke up to say they were still working on it. She said something like, "You're going to eat the crumbs?" I almost said if they want to eat every crumb they paid for, that's their business! But, we just looked at her and she moved down the table. Overall, the food was good and we enjoyed ourselves.
google avatar

Marquisha M.

Yelp
Carrot cake was tasty, vanilla ice cream was good, spicy chipotle mayo chicken sandwich was bland it needed to be seasoned. Fries were okay, bread and grassland salt butter were tasty .

Yelp
I got me a free slices cheesecake for my birthday so I came to grab it!! Even though it was crowded the service was really nice. I ended up grabbing the triple berry one and it was so good! I did however didn't like how I still had to pay for another item to get the free cheesecake lol but aye
google avatar

Terrill S.

Yelp
Service was pretty good & the vegan Cobb salad was delicious. I just wish that with such a big extensive menu they had more than one vegan option.
google avatar

Chiquita M.

Yelp
Cheesecake was nothing short of amazing! It was busy and we had a table for 8! I highly recommend you all go and check in and walk around the mall until it's time! The ambiance was beautiful! And the entire staff went above and beyond. I recommend this place any day. I also had a peach lemonade that had pieces of peaches in it! It was really good if you like that! Well worth the 2 hour wait!
google avatar

Judy B.

Yelp
I miss having this restaurant in Memphis Tennessee. Lettuce wraps so good. Egg rolls an appetizer but we ate them as a meal all together. Meatloaf with potatoes and gravy and corn. Side of the new menu was honey roasted carrots were so good. Service was quick and ambiance is casual or dressy. Cheesecake will be taken back to the hotel for later! Oh someone had the tortilla soup. Said it was a lot of corn in it. The meatloaf is a big plate! Enough to share.
google avatar

Carson D.

Yelp
This place is always bumping. I highly recommend coming during off hours or else expect to wait. The menu is HUGE and there are so many food choices and cheesecake flavors. I typically order the Thai Lettuce Wraps with chicken. They come as an appetizer but can easily be eaten as an entire meal. PSA: the strawberry lemonade is to die for!!
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
Come for a birthday, cheesecake and calamari were delicious as usual, got the louisiana chicken pasta and it was much saltier than I would've liked. Good service and it was decently busy, but the pasta had a handful of salt more than wouldv'e been good.
google avatar

Yelp
When we come here we always expect crowds but the thing is, whoever does the staffing should also expect crowds. It was just my husband and me and it took a long while for the waiter to come back with our water and soda after we ordered. After this, we never saw our waiter again until he asked if we wanted the check. Someone else brought out the avocado egg rolls- the main reason I come to this restaurant. We looked at the platter and the avocado was a dark green/brown color. Very unappetizing and very different from the photo. We ended up eating them because there was no one in sight to ask to take them back until the next person showed up with our entrees. My husband liked his Thai noodles. I hated my margherita flatbread pizza. The crust was not even close to crispy and the cheese just slid off every piece I picked up. The dough was mushy. Throughout the time that we were eating, my husband had his empty soda glass on the edge of the table but no one asked us if we needed a refill. Even when the waiter finally returned to ask us if we wanted the bill, he still did not offer a refill. I asked for a slice of salted caramel cheesecake to go. The waiter brings the cheesecake and the check back for me to sign but since no one had ever cleared anything off our table, I barely had room to sign. Then we get home, excited to try the cheesecake with a bottom layer that is on a blonde brownie crust and the brownie part was so stale the it just fell apart and completely separated from the cheesecake. So, unfortunately, they couldn't even get the cheesecake right.

Yelp
Stopped by lunch before shopping as the one in Chesterfield closed . Staff (our server) was friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was hot and on point. I had the fish tacos and they had great flavor and were plentiful (x4). Restaurant was clean and well kept. I gave it 5 stars based on staff and food and highly recommend. We were however disappointed in the 7" cheesecake we brought home, it was like the center section was missing. You know the point when you cut it into slices, not sure what happened there.

Denise S.

Yelp
I spent almost $12 for a regular size piece of cake. For that much money I was expecting a decent size slice. Never again. When your employee told me the price of 1 slice of cake I did question it. I asked are the slices small. She said no, they are large slices. I took her word for it and didn't see it until I got home.
google avatar

Cleo G.

Yelp
Cheesecake factory is always what you expect. They did make us wait a couple minutes after our reservation time for our table but it wasn't too bad. The brown bread is always absolutely delicious. And free! ;) We also got the calamari which was crispy, had nice accompanying sauces, and of course, a good portion. I got the steak tacos which were actually really great and super flavorful! The meat was standard and there was a sauce on the tacos with really bright flavors. I did ask for broccoli as a side and was given a whole head of broccoli which was a bit odd. The true star of the show was the smore's cheesecake. The gooey, toasted marshmallow topping and whipped cream added a wonderful, sweet lightness while the chocolate and graham of the actual cheesecake was beyond rich and delectable.
google avatar

Olivia M.

Yelp
I have a soft spot for The Cheesecake Factory's gluten free four cheese pasta. It is so delicious! I do wish that the gluten free cheesecake wasn't tied in with their sugar free and low carb option, but it's still so great! This is my go to meal when I'm sad and need gluten free comfort food that doesn't feel or taste like it's gluten free.
google avatar

Steve W.

Yelp
Don't pay attention to some of the ridiculously low ratings here! St Louis, you're lucky to have this place. Some people will simply complain about anything, and fail to look for the good in things. A sad way to go through life. The food is great and it's a good atmosphere. The one in the mall in our area in VA closed, and I really miss it. We're here visiting relatives, and I had to stop in. Oh, and the avocado tacos are great!
google avatar

Roxy H.

Yelp
Enjoyed our meal and cheesecake Ashley was our waitress she was so pleasant and nice I hope she's gotten her voice back (she was a bit hoarse) Enjoyed Cheesecake Factory for decades and now taking my little girl who also likes the spinach artichoke dip I liked when I was 18. New Mexican corn appetizer was soooo yummy!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Large party, service was subpar! I used to love their food but it has def gone down hill, i don't blame the brand but more so the level cooks they have definitely isn't the same. Worforce is horrible these days so i get it. Fettuccine Alfredo was served w spaghetti noodles wasn't informed they were out of fettuccine noodles. The bow ties noodles in my dish were still hard so i retuned that. The salmon was pretty good and flavorful along w the mashed potatoes. My wine also came out w lip prints all over the glass. I know late night restaurants are more focused on closing and cleaning but great service and food should never be impacted along w guest experience. Hope this location improves.
google avatar

MGySgt K.

Yelp
I suprised the low star ratings. Service was awesome. Food was great, fresh and tasty. It was a Sunday. They were packed, but everything was smooth and great. Yes, 5 stars.

Yelp
I celebrated a belated birthday at the Cheesecake Factory. Folks were pretty busy, tables were quickly sat, and the mood seemed to be high. It wasn't too loud of a crowd. Pros: Great food! I find everyone can always get what they want. It usually comes out fairly fast too. My favorite is the fried zucchini! We were immediately sat but they weren't too busy at 6pm on a Friday. I had a reservation just in case. I got a free slice of cheesecake through their rewards program. Cons: took about 5 minutes to be first greeted by our server. She immediately got our first drink orders in once she saw us. No prices on the alcoholic drink menu which is such a bummer. $15 for a martini seems pretty high, but the raspberry lemon drop was delightful. Overall, I like to keep Cheesecake Factory in my rotation. Security presence was high due to it being a weekend and I think the mall closes early?

Yelp
The first time I can recall getting to go to Cheesecake Factory! We had all gone this year on the Saturday of Mother's Day. A week before had tried to make reservations but after 40 minutes on the phone (first 20 minutes getting ahold of a manager to be disconnected and having to call back) only find out that they were not taking them for parties of more than 6 members. The day of a member of the group left early and held a spot for us. In total the wait time was about an hour and 15 minutes (with being told the wait was around an hour). We get seated and attended to the best we could be with how busy it was at the time there. Overall the menu is one of the most extensive I've seen. From the overall feedback of the party the majority of the food was good but the pricing seemed a bit much to not meet it though. The portion sizes are worth it in price with everyone having leftovers to take. I feel though that the Cheesecake Factory had a lot of hype that wasn't met with this trip. I loved the decor there and the Egyptian themes made quite the impression on us to stand apart from other restaurants. But besides that I don't think I'll be aiming my sites towards here again for everyday dining except on the very rare occasion. I am glad I finally did get to try and experience here!
google avatar

Katie H.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings on this place it's a Saturday we made a reservation for 7 people we arrive and come to find out they only make reservations for up to 6 groups why they couldn't tell us that before we drove here I'll never understand so we waited 1 hour and 40 mins for a table. Once we got sat down we ordered waiting another 20 mins just for bread and then our food came food was cold and pasta noodles were hard. We then were ready to order dessert and had to get up and hunt down our waitress. We were here to celebrate a birthday and it sucked that bread wants ready and that they ran out of most of their cheese cakes.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times and haven't gotten around to writing a review. The hostesses seemed like they weren't interested in seating me. I entered on a Friday afternoon( May 17th) , and it was just me. They said I could sit at the bar or a table top. I wanted to enjoy a tabletop, but all of them were dirty. When I asked a waitress passing by, if someone was going to clean the table, she replied, "A busser will get it," but didn't offer to help. I went back to the hostess, and they didn't seem to want to assist me either. They said to just "stand by the table." I actually ended up sitting down at a table by myself in a corner, and Elle ( sweetest waitress ever) came over and noticed I hadn't gotten a menu. She is the only reason I did not get up and walk out of this place. She has excellent customer service skills and is highly attentive. So this review is not in reflection of her service it's how I was treated when I initially came in. My casear salad was great, but the sauce my pasta dish came in was so watery. It was supposed to come with chicken, and I only had one piece of chicken in the dish. That is ridiculous. I will not be back to this location.

Justin K.

Yelp
The service from our waiter was laughable, but most importantly the man stole from me and my signature writing himself an additional $20 tip.

Yelp
If you are going to eat at one mall restaurant in your lifetime, the Cheesecake Factory at the Saint Louis Galleria is the place! Everything about this place is superlative. The decor is contemporary and exudes a cheerful optimism, as does the location at the Galleria, the intersection of the central core with the young vibrancy of west county. And the food is wonderful. I had a cooked-to-order Atlantic salmon fillet with asparagus and broccoli -- healthy fare that was delicious. A note -- sorry that I neglected to snap a photo of my food. I ate it almost immediately. The wait staff is stellar. Our waiter remembered us, and greeted us by name, despite that we hadn't been to this establishment for several months. Parking is the only downside. Be prepared to park at the other side of the Galleria's expansive lots. Still, this just means that you get to walk through the Galleria, which is a fun experience. This restaurant merits five stars -- wish I could give it more -- and comes with my highest recommendations.

Yelp
We had a gift card to Cheesecake Factory. This may have been my first time at the Galleria location. I had gone to the Chesterfield Mall location previously. My husband did not realize there was much more in the menu besides cheesecake. I highly recommend reservation in their app. We tried to go previously and the wait was crazy long and left. However, we were seated immediately on a Sunday evening with reservations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the fish tacos which I have loved in the past. And, my husband ordered the club sandwich with fries. Both meals were exceptional. The black beans served with the tacos were delicious. I also go a skinny mojito wish was very refreshing. And, thank you for serving in the proper glass which many restaurant fail in lately. My husband tried the traditional cheesecake (no toppings) and he thought it was good but not the best from a place that has Cheesecake in the name. There are many other items in the menu I would like to try as a vegan who occasionally eats fish. The restaurant is a bit noisy. But, not so much you can't hear your table conversations.

Yelp
We were here for a birthday celebration. We parked in the open parking lot outside. We had a late dinner so the restaurant was fairly empty. Service was ok and the food was just ok also. Others got the orange chicken with white rice and the white rice was visibly overcooked and lumped together. One said the snow peas in the chicken taste burnt while others didn't. I had the fettuccini Alfredo for $30. The noodles were overcooked and slightly under seasoned overall in my opinion. The salmon dish had the best flavor. I don't think I'll visit this location as I've had a better experience at the chesterfield location.

Yelp
On 07/09/2025 Waiter Kelvin Jones (BLK male, dread locs, wears head scarf) thought it was ok to write himself a tip and forge my signature. After contacting the store a manager by the name of Melissa stated she could return the stolen money but could not offer me any other accommodations.

Came for my daughters engagement meal and everything was really good! Very long wait (almost 2 hours ) We had a table of 10. The service was excellent and our appetizers and meals were all great!

Yelp
Not so great this time. The cashier was on the phone and hugging another employee. I had to ask to be served. Not cool

Yelp
Excellent cocktails and solid dining experience. I haven't stepped foot inside a Cheesecake Factory since the early 90's (Chesterfield Mall heydays). A friend suggested this reservation before going to the Fox to see Wicked. I haven't been to the Galleria since it first opened either, so it felt like a blast from the past. The menu is still gigantic, I don't know how they do all of that honestly. I had the steak Diane with sautéed spinach and requested the steak medium rare. It arrived medium to medium well, but I didn't send it back because we were on a time crunch. It was very thin steak pieces so that might've contributed to the overcook. It was flavorful though and I really liked the sauce, mushrooms and onions, they were delicious. Adding fresh Parmesan cheese to the sautéed spinach brought it to the next level and I was happy with my dinner. One friend had the filet mignon and she said it was good and another had a pasta dish that she kept yumming over. LOL! I ordered a skinny margarita with patron silver and was told that if I order it with Patron it would no longer be skinny. I had no idea Patron had more calories than their concierge tequila. Seems odd. The other two had ultimate margaritas and really loved them too. Service was very attentive, however, the bar was slow making the drinks. I would say the restaurant was 2/3 full. I was surprised how many people still eat here and I would definitely go back if someone asks to go. No cheesecake this time since we had to leave for the show.

Yelp
The food was delectable. The flavors danced on my tongue leaving me with the biggest smile on my face. All I could keep saying was, "oh my, oh my, oh my this is so good." The waitress was friendly, observant, prompt and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. The restaurant is family friendly. I rank it 10 out of 10.

Yelp
One thing I love about the Cheesecake Factory is you know what you're getting. In my experience their food is consistent and it's always tasty. There is going to be a wait. That's just the mindset you have to come in with. We put our name on the list and then walked around the mall to kill time so it didn't bother us at all! Our waiter was Jasmine and she was amazing. The perfect level of attentive without interrupting our meal too much. She promptly brought us bread while we looked at the menu, and didn't make us feel rushed in making our selections. We ordered the warm crab dip as our appetizer, which is newer to their menu. It was delicious! It was cheesy and gooey and really rich, and it paired well with the warm crispy crostinis they serve it with. It's a good sized serving but between the two of us we ate all of it (it was too good to not!) For our mains we ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp, and the farfalle pasta with chicken and roasted garlic. The bang bang chicken and shrimp says it's spicy on the menu, but for me the spice was extremely mild. Either way the sauce was really flavorful. They don't skimp on portion sizes here, so we had lots of leftovers of both meals. Of course we had to get cheesecake to go. We got a slice of the Oreo cheesecake, and a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Both were amazing, as always. I've never tried a dessert here that I didn't like.

Yelp
Waited 30 minutes for drinks and the waiter kept popping her neck at me when I asked a question, and would smack her lips. This is completely outrageous, the place is also very dirty, with crumbs on my spoon and stains before I even received any food. Do better cheesecake factory

Yelp
It's a beautiful and clean restaurant, the non alcoholic guava sparkler was delicious! The fried Mac and cheese was a hit! The Korean fried chicken had a nice tangy sauce with kimchi and edamame! Very healthy! The black pepper shrimp was alright. The pico was fresh very minimal. The avocado tacos were good just missing some spice. Their tiramisu cheesecake was very creamy and flavorful. Our service was mediocre.
