I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory last night! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt perfect for a fun and relaxing date night. And don’t even get me started on the drinks — top-tier! Creative, refreshing cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. Of course, you can’t go to The Cheesecake Factory without trying the cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. Rich, smooth, and indulgent — the perfect way to end the evening. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, relax, and enjoy quality time with someone special, this is the spot. Highly recommend for a date night or any night you want great food and a great experience! This table here was about $295.00 + a well deserved $80 Tip - Total = $375 for the night

Today I had dinner here and my server was Tommy. Very nice and attentive. Everytime our drinks became about 1/2 glass he came asking if we needed anything. Our food came out so delicious and he asked us if we needed anything. He seemed to get along with everyone around him. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an attentive server who cares about their job. If you come to this location, I would recommend to sit in Tommy’s section when dining. I had a very nice birthday evening with my husband! Thank you for the experience!

I recently visited this place with my family after receiving a gift card from my job, and we decided to give it a try. We ordered two main dishes, one entrée, and one dessert to get a feel for what the restaurant had to offer and see if it lived up to the hype. The food itself was delicious—great flavor, fantastic texture, and everything was cooked perfectly. However, I found the portion sizes to be quite small. Even though we were sharing, I still felt that the amount of food didn’t justify the price. For an individual meal, I don’t think it would be enough to feel fully satisfied, especially considering the cost. While the food was good, I don’t think I’d return solely based on the value. The pricing just doesn’t seem to align with the portion sizes, in my opinion. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained—even the restrooms were spotless. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's located in a mall, but that's to be expected in those areas. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the food and the great service, I’m not sure I would make a return visit due to the portion-to-price ratio.

I enjoyed coming to cheesecake factory for the first time! The interior of the building is so beautiful. The service was the best. I had a server at the bar and she was very communicative and understanding. The food was very tasty.

A bit expensive but top quality food and large portions help. Nice for special occasions. Service was excellent and friendly. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Service was amazing, but the food was not the best, in my opinion. I felt the maccaroni and cheese balls were too strong or bitter... could've been the cheddar cheese. My son enjoyed the food.

I had the Meatloaf special, it was served with corn and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was delicious, corn and mashed potatoes were perfect. Service was performed perfect, drink refills came without asking. I added the Red Velvet Cheesecake, I was so good.

Dinner was absolutely delicious! The host that seated us was lovely and had the friendliest personality. I almost wish he could have sat and eaten with us. I only have three critiques. One, as a vegetarian, I wish there were a few more options in their giant menu or at least a dedicated and labeled meat free section. However, there were still a number or yummy options for me to pick. Second, our server was a little neglectful. It was frustrating because I could see her chatting with coworkers while we tried to get her attention. Lastly, the restroom was trashed. Overflowing trashcans and dirty stalls. Overall, nice experience.

Mojito (sweet)) The Cheesecake Factory is a family favorite when we're in the area. Today it did not disappoint, but I've had better experiences. Of course I would tell anyone to go to Cheesecake Factory.

Cheesecake Factory was a date spot back in the day. It would be considered a fancy spot where one would dress up in high school or college. Maybe it was nostalgia that led us here...that and my daughter reading "cheesecake." We arrived right then they opened at 10 AM and quickly seated. Of course, with the vast menu, they gave us ample time to decide and it was quite difficult. The jambalaya and kimchi fried rice caught our attention. The kids, of course, went for a typical Butter pasta and grilled cheese. The kimchi fried rice...was not kimchi fried rice. If anything, it was an Americanized version or perhaps bibimbap is a better descriptor. The rice, grilled pork, kimchi and eggs were separated and required mixing. It wasn't bad...just not what was promised. The jambalaya was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Basil tomato pasta which my daughter wolfed down. And of course, the cheesecake. We ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and an apple crumble. Both overly sweet with loaded calories. Honestly, I think I prefer CPK over The Cheesecake Factory. Just my opinion though.

the 4 cheese pasta was super yummy. very consistent with other cheesecake factories! the passion fruit mojito was very delicious!! the service was pretty slow but i understand because our party was big...we got here at 7 and its already 10 but we didnt get the food until 10 mins ago. we wasted over 4 hours here... the ambiance is nice and consistent with the branch.

What a fantastic way to start a Saturday! My brother treated to brunch and we were thrilled to find that there was no crowd and a full brunch menu to choose from! Honestly, Cheesecake Factory rarely disappoints, but the brunch menu was pretty impressive. The server was spot on and very attentive I truly wish I got his name! As always the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. This iced latte was so good! And a must try.

My server was attentive. Stuffed mushrooms is a must. The coconut cheesecake was delicious.

I've always enjoyed the shrimp scampi at The Cheesecake Factory, and this visit was no exception. The service was solid, and surprisingly, it wasn't crowded for a holiday--which made it nice to get seated right away. That said, the price was a bit of a letdown. Nearly $30 for six shrimp and what felt like a dollar's worth of pasta felt steep. Also, maybe it's just me, but every time I go, I find the menu really hard to read--I always end up using my phone flashlight. Not sure why they keep the lighting so dim.

Service and wait times are always horrible here... so many empty tables and people leaving but no one filling the seats. Very understaffed and it shows. The sangrias are pre-made in the morning and used all day... (told to us by the waitress). came at night and it was watered down. I've been coming here for a couple years now and it's always the same.. (coming for the brand and cheesecake not the service that's for sure) The bathrooms were dirty and low on toilet paper. Hard to find our waiter once we ordered, especially to leave and pay for the check. Didn't come back for drink refills. Had to keep reminding her on things and they still didn't come. The times on the door are also pre Covid time. Do better!

Food Well the food is pretty standard. It's been nearly the same menu for 20 years. Nearly everything I have eaten is tasty and served hot. (Excluding the salads of course.) Vegetarian Yes , they have quite a few vegetarian dishes. I just love the Thai lettuce wrap! It's simply amazing! Service The service is almost always excellent, though the wait times for a table can be 2 hours on the weekend. Ambiance Imagine something along the lines of tomb raider meets Indiana Jones. Awesome ! Price Prices here a medium to a bit high. Still, you really can't put a price on their cheesecake. Ok. Maybe you can. Well, in fact, they do. About $12 a slice. AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. (That's a lot of pennies. )

Came here on a Sunday at 11am and we were seated immediately! It is way less crowded for lunch compared to dinner. The service was exemplary, our server was wonderful and took our orders immediately and filled up our water several times during our meal. She also packed up our take out boxes when we were finished. We ordered from the Saturday & Sunday Brunch menu: Jambalaya, fried chicken and waffles Benedict, and breakfast burrito. The food didn't take long to come and it was delicious. The fried chicken was a bit dry and unflavorful but the egg Benedict was good.

The Cheesecake Factory has not yet arrived to my city. So I didn't know what to expect other than cheesecake. I was there on a Sunday night for dinner with some friends, and this place was slammin' ...still, we got in pretty quickly. The whole restaurant is like walking into a piece of artwork... Beautiful architectural details, murals on the walls, elegantly decorated, and clean. I didn't know The Cheesecake Factory had such great food! My friends ordered an avocado appetizer... I think it was an egg roll. It reminded me of a chimichanga or fried burrito... I don't care what they called it, it was the bomb! There were many great sounding choices on the menu! Since I have a daughter who is allergic to gluten, I noticed they had marked certain items on the menu as gluten free. Good to know. Some items said "GF on request," so my friend's single son asked if that meant he could request a girlfriend?! It turns out he just had a great sense of humor and was joking. ...mostly. I finally chose the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. It was a very generous serving, made well, and tasted great. I loved it. And since I'm a Southerner, I ordered the fresh brewed iced tea. Yes, it is fresh brewed, not from concentrate, nor from instant mummy dust like some other places I won't name. They only offer unsweetened, but sugar and sweeteners are available at the table. The desserts... oh my! It takes a while just to read the manual, er menu... Naturally, I wanted to read it all to make an informed and best choice... So many sounded good! Plus, they also have other desserts like tiramisu. I finally ordered the "Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake" and it was heavenly... In fact, I could almost hear angels singing "Peace on earth, good will to men..." Well... no, it wasn't angels, but the servers did sing "happy birthday" to me as they brought me my dessert, and added a special chocolate decoration and goblet of chocolate topped whipped cream to my plate. My friends must have told them. I have to say ...our servers really made the evening; they were friendly, attentive, helpful, professional, efficient, and with a sense of humor. Can y'all open up one of these in the Texas Rio Grande Valley where I live, please? TCF would be a great place for date night with my wife! I've added a few flavors of cheesecake to my bucket list, but can't commute to SoCal very often. Highly recommended!!

The world is your oyster with a Cheesecake Factory menu! Great food and service & chill vibes. There wasn't too many people around lunch time. For 2 people or less, I'd recommend the bar area (high table tops are first come, first serve) when it's busy. I ordered the rib eye steak with steamed rice and green beans. Honestly, their steak here is really good. Comparable to a steakhouse. It's flavorful and cooked perfectly. The green beans were seasoned and delicious. Rice was also moist, and not dry. Parking is plentiful in the mall parking lot but it can get annoying because the lot has some one ways. Overall, we like this location when we're in town.

Very crowded and waited 40 minutes to get seated for the three of us. We were told 20 minutes at check in. Anyways food was really really good without going into details. Desserts were amazing as always (love all their cakes). Place was nice and clean. Super good service. Thumbs up to our server (Jamal if I remember correctly). Very nice and enjoyable dinner.

So, we came back. We reserved a table to minimize our wait due to the volume of this Restaurant. We arrived to check in and seated within 10 minutes. Rajann quickly checked in with my wife and I and took our drink order and our Calamari appetizer order. She was very friendly and answered our questions professionally. My wife even noticed how knowledgeable she was and great suggestions. We ordered and took about 25 min, with dinner rush, to get our food. Time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Restaurant. Again, we are regulars now and have had great experiences here. Highly recommend. Request Rajann for your server! Awesomeness!

193/2024 First time at this location and didn't disappoint! Stellar service by Jordan. Very detailed individual orders that were read back to us perfectly!! No matter how busy they were, we were served well!! For appetizers the CRISPY CRAB BITES which were 6 pcs of bite-sized cake balls , were deliciously seasoned. Their FAMOUS FACTORY MEATLOAF smothered with grilled onions and mushroom gravy was served with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and fresh buttered sweet corn kernels.

Ambience at the Cheesecake Factory never fails. Very demure. Our waitress was great even though we got there right before closing, which is horrible! I felt really bad but she kept such a positive vibe. Loved that. Now..... the food. ‍. I had shrimp tacos....... Ummmm... I'm not sure what words to use to describe my plate lol. Lovely presentation as you can see in the picture but the taste was just not there for me. Lacked flavor. Even the salad was mediocre. Which is hard to do with Caesar salad. My partner had shrimp pasta and he loved his. Of course I had to have a plain cheesecake with extra whipped cream and that did not disappoint!! Delicious.

It's always good to come here I have a few favorite dishes here but I like the bang bang chicken & shrimp and a George Peach to wash it all down and don't forget the many different cheesecakes..

Never disappoints. We waited around 20 min to be seated, we order appetizers and drinks. Appetizers cane out quickly, drinks took a little longer. Everyone was really happy with their meal. My son order the corn dogs of the kids menu and he loved the portion size. I got the steak medallions and it was really good- the avocado tacos where surprisingly good as its a jicama tortilla and a fried avocado.

I arrived at 3pm and was able to be seated pretty quickly. While there was plenty of seating in the main restaurant, I was seated at a two top at a table that had been separated from another two top to make room for big parties. I was also seated next to a couple with a middle school age son. The son had his phone on pretty loud the entire time they were there. The person seating me looked at them and then back at me, she then suggested she move the table away from them. I should have said something...that's on me. My server was nice and attentive. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms I have gotten many times before. The mushrooms that were delivered to the table were tiny and the sauce had a bit of an odd flavor. My main meal was good. I will return.

Always have a great time here! We waited to be seated for 25 mins. Had our drink order taken. It's Cheesecake, rest assured the food is good:) We love the mushroom and crab bites. We had Cajun shrimp with mashed potatoes and grilled corn, Skinnylicious Angel hair pasta with shrimp and Fettuccine Alfredo! It was good to be back!

The food wash fresh and tasty. I had the kimchi with fried egg, pork belly and rice, my MIL had the steak medallion and my boyfriend ate the chiliquilles. I take away one point for the long wait for our food to get to the table. Otherwise the servers were professional, attentive and pleasant

The food was absolutely amazing the ambience was wonderful restaurant was so clean and the service was just absolutely spectacular!!! I am so bad at remembering names and I always throw away receipts but anyway I can tell you that it was 2:09 PM that we were seated and when you walk in they took us to the left and then to the right and we were in one of those smaller booths up against the wall and I was facing the kitchen I could see them cooking and we were directly across from where the servers come and put in orders in their computerI just really wanna give her a shout out because she went above and beyond she was just amazing

The food was on the dry side . Asked for more sauce on the side. It was still good , it just usually has more sauce. The service was good . And the ambiance was quiet. Not too busy

So many choices on the menu it's hard to decide but I sure LOVED the beet and avocado salad! The waiter said it was small, and we were there for my birthday so I ordered some fish, forgot the name of it, but delicious Everyone else had an adult beverage but I am doing a healthy streak to see if I can make some changes and this place has wonderful tropical tea too. Overall, the inside is extremely beautiful And I was only a little sad not to have any cheesecake for dessert But for sure, I will return if I ever hit my goal weight lol

My fiancé and I have been coming to this location together for about 4 years. I think I want to start off by saying the service is always on point. We're sat quickly and they're very very nice:) I wanted to individually rate what we had for the food. Ahi tuna poke nachos: 3/5. They have so much potential. They are so conservative with the actual tuna though. You end up with more chips because the proportions aren't rationed well. I wish they'd be more generous given that it's shy $20 for an appetizer. Shrimp scampi: taste: 5/5, but I looked back in 2020, it seems like the plate portion is getting smaller, and the price is only getting higher. I wish they'd give more noodles! The presentation today was eh but it's still yummy. I'm not mad a smaller portion but the price is ridiculous. Chicken piccata: noodles were very generous here. Overall my fiancé gave it a 4/5, but he gave the chicken a 3/5. He said the chicken could've been a bit more tender but he overall enjoyed it. Ambiance: this place is always a vibe! I love the lighting in here. I do wish they'd clean the tables and menus a bit more lol. I don't think I've ever not had a sticky menu haha. But that is Cheesecake Factory. In general, I will continue to return. I enjoy this location, their drinks, food, and kindness.

The food is always delicious! We had our favorite, Cajun jambalaya pasta. In my old age, my palate is changing and it seemed a bit too spicy for me, but everyone else enjoyed theirs. The portions are generous. The server, Porshe, was very attentive to keep our glasses full and bring whatever we needed. We had a nice dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere, as it wasn't too loud and it wasn't a library. Highly recommend.

At this point I think it's my fault for assuming that this location of Cheesecake Factory will value your time. We made a reservation for 7:45 and clearly it was our fault for thinking we would be sat on the time we made a reservation. Remember it's your fault if they are late, up to 30 mins because if you miss a movie how dare you for thinking Cheesecake Factory will be on time and not you the customer for assuming you should be sat on time. Remember, if you make a reservation, technically they can be 15 mins late because that's how reservations work. And how dare you for being upset if they are 30 mins late.

This place needs a little more organization in the to go counter for cheesecake. I came in here and it was a bit busy - I was patient. Up until someone else and myself got skipped. Then they gave us attitudes when we addressed it.. not happy.

2 days in a row this mf smack Your sandwich was absolutely on point! Fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and just the right amount of crunch - it sounds like a real treat. What was in it, if you don't mind me asking? Im talking about the secret ingredient. I know there's one.

Have been going here for few years and always had good experiences until our recent visit. Went for a dinner to celebrate friends' kid's birthday. Being a weekday, we expected service to be faster than weekend but it was extremely slow though this was not big turn off. When food was delivered to table, we noticed no salt in pasta. We informed this to our server, all she said that she will let chef know. At the end of dinner she said it's different way of making dishes everyday and here I was thinking all restaurants have signature recipes. Not sure what recipe says not to use salt at all.

Great food and service!! Can't wait to go back!! Highly recommend the fish and chips!

This s awful!!! I will never order this again... it's supposed be gumbo... no flavor mushy rice and to much rice no juice. I complained took it back and got worse... I am done with the Cheesecake Factory!!!

Met up with my aunt and had a late lunch here today. I had made reservations but arrived early, and the hostess was able to seat us within a few minutes and cancelled the reservation for me. Our server was phenomenal, as he was attentive and checked up on us often; refilling drinks and bringing bread. Only downside was the wait for our entrees, but the food was good as usual. I often order from the lunch specials section of their menu, which is a few dollars cheaper and tad smaller portions (but still large enough to be full and have leftovers!). Be sure to save some room for dessert, after all they're known for their cheesecake! Also, join "cheesecake rewards" to make online reservations, order food, etc., as you also have the opportunity to get rewards such as free cheesecake slices.

Went for Happy Hour .. Calamari the Best! And Avocado rolls as always HEAVEN! Our server very helpful and attentive. Comfortable ambiance!

This is the place to go if you want to treat your guests very well. The food is always delicious and fresh and the cheese cakes are a blast. Also their staff is very professional and friendly especially MAXX. MAXX was our server this Sunday night and he was very polite and very careful with our orders. Way to go MAXX. God bless you.

Me and my lady always sit at the bar and receive top notch service!! What ever we order it's always delicious! And the drinks are always great! Tipping good has its perks..

We still love the Cheesecake Factory! Went for happy hour, but ended up ordering off the regular menu, lol! Everything was delicious, fresh and hot, even the bread basket was fresh and hot! The prices are very reasonable. I got the Santa Fe Chicken salad (one of my all time favs) my husband tried the Fish n Chips, first the 1st time!

Flies landing on our food multiple times. Literally trying to kill flies while we eat .. couldn't take our food we paid for home because flies landing on it .... Paying 30 dollars a plate should have been compensated.

Our lunch was exceptional! Greeted by the hostesses and we were sat quickly. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We order the dumpling appetizer, club sandwich, Mac and cheeseburger, and the chicken/shrimp jambalaya. We finished off our meal with three different cheesecakes for dessert. Everything was great! The service, the taste of food and also the calm dimly lit ambiance.

Ordered the food at 7:10 and got the food freezing cold at 9.05pm. 1:55 minutes to cook a plate or pasta and deliver it. Mind you I paid 70$ for this mess I will only support small businesses moving forward. Never again

Trying new items at Cheesecake Factory and they were delicious. The chicken Parmesan pizza style was a different twist but it was delicious. Service continues to be slow. It takes about 15 minutes for server to bring the bread and take ur drink/food order after being seated and it's hard to find ur server when u need something.

Came here for a quick bite to eat on a Wednesday night and it was above average experience. I wish I had enough room to try the cheesecake but I was so full from the full plate of jambalaya I had which was a bit oily for my taste but overall edible. Our waiter was great she kept the bread coming that so yummy with the butter as well so my service was above a beyond. Overall the ambiance wasn't as busy as other nights Albeit a Wednesday night but I felt like a great guest I was come back here anytime!

We've been here a couple of times and never had any issues. Sometimes the wait can be long and put you in a bad mood, but I recommend reserving a table--it's faster and better. The staff is always friendly, and the food is great, especially the bread. I love the vibes and the drinks here too.

this is a general review for all cheesecake factories. This facility in Riverside didn't do anything wrong. But cheesecake in general added a few new items to their menu. I tried the chicken Shawarma item. I would definitely not recommend it. It was bland and did not have any sort of Mediterranean flair. Plus, my fries came out cold but that's pretty standard at all cheesecake factories.

I usually LOVE Cheesecake Factory. It's my go to for birthdays and friend lunches. Friend ordered the Ahi Nachos...SO UNDERWHELMING!!! Do not order these. Tried to get an extra side of Ahi...they wanted $14 for just an extra 2oz side. My fish and chips were bland and my fries were, off. I will not be visiting this location anytime in the near future. If it weren't for our wonderful waitress, i would refuse to pay for them!

The Cheesecake Factory has continued to decline in quality. While I usually avoid dining there, I couldn't avoid it this time due to a birthday party. The food was terrible, and the overwhelming menu, with its endless options and mix of cuisines, made it nearly impossible to decide on a dish without experiencing decision fatigue. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. It took about an hour to receive our appetizers and another thirty minutes for the entrees, which were brought out at different times. Some people had nearly finished eating before others even received their meals. Overall, it took more than two hours to complete dinner because of the slow service. I truly feel like I wasted my money and regret spending $90 on their terrible food. Save your money and eat at home--your cooking is likely far better than what they're serving.

Ordered Poke Nachos for lunch today. The poke was delicious and very fresh, however I found that there wasn't much of it in comparison to the crispy wonton chips! It's supposed to also have avocado in it but didn't notice much of that either. I was disappointed with the amount of poke on their " poke" nachos. I'd say 1/4 poke to wontons on this dish. Not worth the $18.95 price. Service was impeccable! And ambiance was nice. I come to this Cheesecake Factory often but I'll probably not order this pricey dish full of wonton chips!

For a place that is expensive. Shephard Pie was a hamburger beef patty. Barely chopped. Other items are sloppy as well. Why was there a shell on the shrimp and feces sack?! This was one of my favorite places, however, things truly got sloppy

The Cheesecake Factory is always a good idea. I have been many times but it's been awhile since there isn't one too close to where I live. I went recently to celebrate a friend's retirement. The waiter was amazing. He went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name. The ambience is always great. It's a place to forget the regular world for a while. The bread was as good as always and the food was spectacular! I had the ceviche which was an A+ and the pineapple upside down cheesecake was decadent. Delicious coffee that the waiter kept hot and filled up. So many restaurants disappoint these days. You can always count on The Cheesecake Factory!

We went here last night and it was not great. We arrived around 9pm and it was packed (wait time was 45 minutes). We stood and waited for a few minutes and then were able to get a seat at a bar table. Once we sat down, It took about 5 minutes for them to clear off the table and give us menus. When we did order my soda tastes off so I mainly drank water. (The soda was $4.99!! Wow). We ordered our food and took about 1 hour to come out. When it did, they forgot my wife's chicken in her pasta. So they went back to the kitchen and brought it back out within 5 minutes with chicken. My sandwich was dry and actually made me feel very nauseous for some odd reason. We didn't have a great experience and there was a loud party of about 10 little kids in the bar area screaming the whole time. I don't think little children should be allowed in the bar area (in my opinion). Overall would not come back for the food or restaurant but would come back for the cheesecake to go.
