We came to celebrate my little sister’s wedding, a group of about 30 of us. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We sat outside, but thanks to the heaters it still felt very cozy. They did forget my son’s plate, but overall it was a very good experience.

Service was good, food wa sgreat! Loved the drinks, the paste was good. I love the artichokes I got here. Eveyrone was friendly, not much of a wait either. Good experience, and would come back!

I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory last night! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt perfect for a fun and relaxing date night. The lighting, music, and overall vibe made it feel cozy yet lively exactly what you’d want for a night out. The food? Absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection flavorful, fresh, and beautifully plated. Whether you’re craving something savory, hearty, or light, their massive menu has something for everyone. And don’t even get me started on the drinks — top-tier! Creative, refreshing cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. Of course, you can’t go to The Cheesecake Factory without trying the cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. Rich, smooth, and indulgent the perfect way to end the evening. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, relax, and enjoy quality time with someone special, this is the spot. Highly recommend for a date night or any night you want great food and a great experience! This table here was about $295.00 + a well deserved $80 Tip - Total = $375 for the night

The steak and frites were disappointing. The first steak was overcooked to medium well, even though I requested medium rare. The restaurant kindly remade it, and the second one was cooked perfectly to medium rare. However, the steak was quite thin, so the fat didn’t render properly. Additionally, the sauce on the steak was overpowering and masked the natural flavor of the meat. They give me a complimentary clam chowder soup and it is bland. They can at least sprinkle some MSG in there.

I enjoy cheesecake factory. The interior of the building is so beautiful. The service was the best. The servers were super nice and understanding. The food was very tasty and I love their oreo cheesecake. 🤩

We were served by Logan and experience was excellent. Bread and their vegan salad was most impressive part of the meal. Affordable and delicious.

Today I had dinner here and my server was Tommy. Very nice and attentive. Everytime our drinks became about 1/2 glass he came asking if we needed anything. Our food came out so delicious and he asked us if we needed anything. He seemed to get along with everyone around him. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an attentive server who cares about their job. If you come to this location, I would recommend to sit in Tommy’s section when dining. I had a very nice birthday evening with my husband! Thank you for the experience!

I recently visited this place with my family after receiving a gift card from my job, and we decided to give it a try. We ordered two main dishes, one entrée, and one dessert to get a feel for what the restaurant had to offer and see if it lived up to the hype. The food itself was delicious—great flavor, fantastic texture, and everything was cooked perfectly. However, I found the portion sizes to be quite small. Even though we were sharing, I still felt that the amount of food didn’t justify the price. For an individual meal, I don’t think it would be enough to feel fully satisfied, especially considering the cost. While the food was good, I don’t think I’d return solely based on the value. The pricing just doesn’t seem to align with the portion sizes, in my opinion. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained—even the restrooms were spotless. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's located in a mall, but that's to be expected in those areas. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the food and the great service, I’m not sure I would make a return visit due to the portion-to-price ratio.

I decided to join their rewards program . It doesn't operate on points. They just give rewards periodically. I received two in a month period. I missed one so decided to see if I could catch the next . The reward was for a slice of cake with any purchase . I decided to try the chocolate truffle cake and I purchased a peach lemonade drink to go with it. I ordered through the app. I was given a pickup time . When that time arrived I walked to the bakery counter.The cashier told me that she would prepare my drink . The lemonade was sweet and refreshing on my car ride it was a little under $6. The cake was decadent . It was large enough to cut into 3 pieces to share . It originally cost around $12.95 , but was free with rewards.

Well, this place has been consistently excellent over the years. I haven't ordered a dish that I didn't like. Their huge salads are awesome! Service is usually great. Never a problem. And if you've never been, the decor is tomb raider meets Egyptian pyramids. ^^^^ Four out of five carrots !

I'm beyond frustrated. I placed my order at 10:20 PM, got there by 10:35 PM, and told them I was waiting curbside. Almost an hour later, still no food. When I called, they said they were "just waiting on fries." Seriously? Fries take an hour? Then, after I'd been sitting there forever, someone finally comes out -- not with my food, but with the bill. She tells me I have to pay before they can bring the food out. Are you kidding me? You've known I was in the parking spot this whole time -- maybe bring the bill out 15 minutes earlier instead of wasting my time. I asked for a manager and spoke to Racheal, whose only response was that it was a "training moment." That's nice, but it doesn't fix the fact that I wasted an hour of my life and my kids left hungry. This location is a complete joke. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers' time. I will never order from Cheesecake Factory Riverside again

The food over all was good. Our server was a bit different and took a little while to get used to his personality. But as the evening went by he got a little more friendly and more attentive. I haven't been to this location in a few years but the I have to say one thing the cheese cake is the best.

I love The Cheesecake Factory for its huge menu and ability to accommodate large groups, which makes it the perfect spot for meeting up with my girlfriends. I also appreciate that reservations can be made well in advance online--such a convenience. Every time we've dined here, we've stayed for hours, and the staff has always been patient and attentive without ever rushing us. Service has consistently been friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively, making it a great choice for group gatherings. The complimentary bread is always a treat--especially the sourdough, which is my favorite. On this visit, I tried the Spinach and Cheese appetizer, which I'd rate about a 7/10. It was good, though I've had better versions elsewhere, I'd still order it again. My absolute favorite dish here, though, is the Korean Fried Chicken--highly recommended!

Of course I would tell anyone to go to Cheesecake Factory.

So I went to Cheesecake Factory a few weeks ago so this is a delayed review and the food was just ok. The wait was pretty long but luckily I made a reservation ahead of time. Their Cheesecakes are pretty delicious though.

Cheesecake Factory was a date spot back in the day. It would be considered a fancy spot where one would dress up in high school or college. Maybe it was nostalgia that led us here...that and my daughter reading "cheesecake." We arrived right then they opened at 10 AM and quickly seated. Of course, with the vast menu, they gave us ample time to decide and it was quite difficult. The jambalaya and kimchi fried rice caught our attention. The kids, of course, went for a typical Butter pasta and grilled cheese. The kimchi fried rice...was not kimchi fried rice. If anything, it was an Americanized version or perhaps bibimbap is a better descriptor. The rice, grilled pork, kimchi and eggs were separated and required mixing. It wasn't bad...just not what was promised. The jambalaya was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Basil tomato pasta which my daughter wolfed down. And of course, the cheesecake. We ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and an apple crumble. Both overly sweet with loaded calories. Honestly, I think I prefer CPK over The Cheesecake Factory. Just my opinion though.

I love the pancakes but they very frequently taste like other savory foods, I think they dont clean the pans very well and it is pretty unappetizing when my pancakes taste like burnt chicken.

We had a quiet lunch , service was fast and accurate. Food was good , ambiance was pleasant.

Everything was great until we were seated. The hostess set us down with our menus we perused, and then our server greeted us. We asked him about drinks. He gave some suggestions we placed our order. I also placed an order for the fried zucchini. The zucchini came before the cocktails I ordered a lemon drop and it came pretty pink. I've never had a lemon drop look like that before actually what I ordered was a raspberry lemon drop and normally a lemon drop is an clearest yellow not yellow, but a frosty color with a little bit of red at the bottom this drink was full of syrup no alcohol, pure disappointment. I couldn't send it back because the waiter took too long coming to check on us at the table, I also asked for bread and butter. It never came, and when I asked where the bread and butter that I asked for was he told me he forgot. My friend ordered a chicken tortilla soup to start and when it finally arrived to the table, it was cold. So she had to send that back. She then placed her food order to go. Why did she place it to go because we had been sitting for an hour and a half with the worst service. The drinks were weak the food mediocre the service horrible someone needs to come in and whip this place into shape. And for a drink to cost $16.95 first off it should be accurate and it should taste like a cocktail not just sweet syrup I won't be coming back to this location now I see why the rating is so low.

Wonderful as always!!! Food was good too and the server was very friendly. There was one mistake I made on my menu, but she fixed it without extra charge.

Great food and great service lots of varieties and big portion of plates. I recommend this place for a family or celebration. It is just a little bit loud there. But fun vibe

I came here last week for my free Birthday slice. I had the Snickers Cheesecake slice. it was good.

I normally don't write reviews but I felt this was needed. The overall experience was good. The server was doing what she could in a timely manner. When we got our food, my husband ordered the Tuscany chicken. The first 3 bites he had no problem. When it got to the 2nd asparagus bite, he felt something gritty when he bit into it and spit it out. He felt like something was grinding against his teeth and he stopped eating it. We let our server know, god bless her for trying to handle the situation; she got her manager He let that manager know the same thing what we told our server and asked if we wanted it remade or get something else. My husband chose something else. We got something else and all was fine up until we ordered dessert to go and waited for the check. We are not one to complain a lot in food service as we both have worked and been around it all our life, the Tuscany chicken was removed from our bill but the other thing we chose was added on. Now, I would think they would want to take care of their guest and just comp both as it wasn't a great experience to have your food after 3 bites to taste gritty. On top of that, we waited about 20 mins for our dessert to be brought to us and 4 people checked in to see if we got our dessert. At that point, it felt that they didn't like to hear that someone complained about their food and thought we were just trying to get a free meal. No that is not the case. This absolutely ruined our experience at this location as the ones we have been to before have been great. It made us feel unwelcomed after that. We will no longer be ordering lunch or dinner from this location again. If we have to, we'll just get dessert.

Came here on a Sunday at 11am and we were seated immediately! It is way less crowded for lunch compared to dinner. The service was exemplary, our server was wonderful and took our orders immediately and filled up our water several times during our meal. She also packed up our take out boxes when we were finished. We ordered from the Saturday & Sunday Brunch menu: Jambalaya, fried chicken and waffles Benedict, and breakfast burrito. The food didn't take long to come and it was delicious. The fried chicken was a bit dry and unflavorful but the egg Benedict was good.

We came here once. It was really good. After lunch we shared a slice of cheesecake and wow it was amazing. I honestly didn't know you can just go in and buy a slice of cheesecakes. They have so many to choose from.

The Cheesecake Factory has not yet arrived to my city. So I didn't know what to expect other than cheesecake. I was there on a Sunday night for dinner with some friends, and this place was slammin' ...still, we got in pretty quickly. The whole restaurant is like walking into a piece of artwork... Beautiful architectural details, murals on the walls, elegantly decorated, and clean. I didn't know The Cheesecake Factory had such great food! My friends ordered an avocado appetizer... I think it was an egg roll. It reminded me of a chimichanga or fried burrito... I don't care what they called it, it was the bomb! There were many great sounding choices on the menu! Since I have a daughter who is allergic to gluten, I noticed they had marked certain items on the menu as gluten free. Good to know. Some items said "GF on request," so my friend's single son asked if that meant he could request a girlfriend?! It turns out he just had a great sense of humor and was joking. ...mostly. I finally chose the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. It was a very generous serving, made well, and tasted great. I loved it. And since I'm a Southerner, I ordered the fresh brewed iced tea. Yes, it is fresh brewed, not from concentrate, nor from instant mummy dust like some other places I won't name. They only offer unsweetened, but sugar and sweeteners are available at the table. The desserts... oh my! It takes a while just to read the manual, er menu... Naturally, I wanted to read it all to make an informed and best choice... So many sounded good! Plus, they also have other desserts like tiramisu. I finally ordered the "Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake" and it was heavenly... In fact, I could almost hear angels singing "Peace on earth, good will to men..." Well... no, it wasn't angels, but the servers did sing "happy birthday" to me as they brought me my dessert, and added a special chocolate decoration and goblet of chocolate topped whipped cream to my plate. My friends must have told them. I have to say ...our servers really made the evening; they were friendly, attentive, helpful, professional, efficient, and with a sense of humor. Can y'all open up one of these in the Texas Rio Grande Valley where I live, please? TCF would be a great place for date night with my wife! I've added a few flavors of cheesecake to my bucket list, but can't commute to SoCal very often. Highly recommended!!

What a fantastic way to start a Saturday! My brother treated to brunch and we were thrilled to find that there was no crowd and a full brunch menu to choose from! Honestly, Cheesecake Factory rarely disappoints, but the brunch menu was pretty impressive. The server was spot on and very attentive I truly wish I got his name! As always the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. This iced latte was so good! And a must try.

I love this place always great food and service. Today Noah ,our waiter was outstanding! Noah was polite and attentive the whole time. We came to celebrate a birthday and Noah made my daughter feel so special. I truly enjoy a friendly experience and great food. The bang bang chicken and shrimp is my goto and any cheesecake here is a winner. Todays slice was pineapple upside down.

The world is your oyster with a Cheesecake Factory menu! Great food and service & chill vibes. There wasn't too many people around lunch time. For 2 people or less, I'd recommend the bar area (high table tops are first come, first serve) when it's busy. I ordered the rib eye steak with steamed rice and green beans. Honestly, their steak here is really good. Comparable to a steakhouse. It's flavorful and cooked perfectly. The green beans were seasoned and delicious. Rice was also moist, and not dry. Parking is plentiful in the mall parking lot but it can get annoying because the lot has some one ways. Overall, we like this location when we're in town.

Very crowded and waited 40 minutes to get seated for the three of us. We were told 20 minutes at check in. Anyways food was really really good without going into details. Desserts were amazing as always (love all their cakes). Place was nice and clean. Super good service. Thumbs up to our server (Jamal if I remember correctly). Very nice and enjoyable dinner.

Food Well the food is pretty standard. It's been nearly the same menu for 20 years. Nearly everything I have eaten is tasty and served hot. (Excluding the salads of course.) Vegetarian Yes , they have quite a few vegetarian dishes. I just love the Thai lettuce wrap! It's simply amazing! Service The service is almost always excellent, though the wait times for a table can be 2 hours on the weekend. Ambiance Imagine something along the lines of tomb raider meets Indiana Jones. Awesome ! Price Prices here a medium to a bit high. Still, you really can't put a price on their cheesecake. Ok. Maybe you can. Well, in fact, they do. About $12 a slice. AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. (That's a lot of pennies. )

So, we came back. We reserved a table to minimize our wait due to the volume of this Restaurant. We arrived to check in and seated within 10 minutes. Rajann quickly checked in with my wife and I and took our drink order and our Calamari appetizer order. She was very friendly and answered our questions professionally. My wife even noticed how knowledgeable she was and great suggestions. We ordered and took about 25 min, with dinner rush, to get our food. Time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Restaurant. Again, we are regulars now and have had great experiences here. Highly recommend. Request Rajann for your server! Awesomeness!

193/2024 First time at this location and didn't disappoint! Stellar service by Jordan. Very detailed individual orders that were read back to us perfectly!! No matter how busy they were, we were served well!! For appetizers the CRISPY CRAB BITES which were 6 pcs of bite-sized cake balls , were deliciously seasoned. Their FAMOUS FACTORY MEATLOAF smothered with grilled onions and mushroom gravy was served with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and fresh buttered sweet corn kernels.

It's always good to come here I have a few favorite dishes here but I like the bang bang chicken & shrimp and a George Peach to wash it all down and don't forget the many different cheesecakes..

Ambience at the Cheesecake Factory never fails. Very demure. Our waitress was great even though we got there right before closing, which is horrible! I felt really bad but she kept such a positive vibe. Loved that. Now..... the food. ‍. I had shrimp tacos....... Ummmm... I'm not sure what words to use to describe my plate lol. Lovely presentation as you can see in the picture but the taste was just not there for me. Lacked flavor. Even the salad was mediocre. Which is hard to do with Caesar salad. My partner had shrimp pasta and he loved his. Of course I had to have a plain cheesecake with extra whipped cream and that did not disappoint!! Delicious.

Food was really delicious and tasty. Our waiter, Tyler, was nice and patient. The place had a lively mood along with the people in there too.

I arrived at 3pm and was able to be seated pretty quickly. While there was plenty of seating in the main restaurant, I was seated at a two top at a table that had been separated from another two top to make room for big parties. I was also seated next to a couple with a middle school age son. The son had his phone on pretty loud the entire time they were there. The person seating me looked at them and then back at me, she then suggested she move the table away from them. I should have said something...that's on me. My server was nice and attentive. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms I have gotten many times before. The mushrooms that were delivered to the table were tiny and the sauce had a bit of an odd flavor. My main meal was good. I will return.

I've always enjoyed the shrimp scampi at The Cheesecake Factory, and this visit was no exception. The service was solid, and surprisingly, it wasn't crowded for a holiday--which made it nice to get seated right away. That said, the price was a bit of a letdown. Nearly $30 for six shrimp and what felt like a dollar's worth of pasta felt steep. Also, maybe it's just me, but every time I go, I find the menu really hard to read--I always end up using my phone flashlight. Not sure why they keep the lighting so dim.

Always have a great time here! We waited to be seated for 25 mins. Had our drink order taken. It's Cheesecake, rest assured the food is good:) We love the mushroom and crab bites. We had Cajun shrimp with mashed potatoes and grilled corn, Skinnylicious Angel hair pasta with shrimp and Fettuccine Alfredo! It was good to be back!

My husband and I were supposed to come have dinner here tonight to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, his grandmother passed away a few days ago. All of our attention and money has gone to that. I remembered that I had a $40 gift card so I just had to go get some cheesecake for us to celebrate. I was a dollar short and McKenzie pulled from the tip jar to cover what we were missing.. I got pretty emotional that was super kind and all those only a dollar and some change. It was the gesture. Thank you so much for having an incredible staff like McKenzie, who sprinkled a little magic and make my day better.

The food was absolutely amazing the ambience was wonderful restaurant was so clean and the service was just absolutely spectacular!!! I am so bad at remembering names and I always throw away receipts but anyway I can tell you that it was 2:09 PM that we were seated and when you walk in they took us to the left and then to the right and we were in one of those smaller booths up against the wall and I was facing the kitchen I could see them cooking and we were directly across from where the servers come and put in orders in their computerI just really wanna give her a shout out because she went above and beyond she was just amazing

My server was attentive. Stuffed mushrooms is a must. The coconut cheesecake was delicious.

We went to the location on Tyler in riverside We were celebrating my boyfriends birthday I mentioned to the waiter no problem The bring out a cheese cake and sang happy birthday no problem Then I received the bill and they charged me wow really so I talked to the manager sand she said oh yes we charge for that unless you are a rewards member which I am I told her and they still made me pay wow Unbelievable there food was not that great drinks are super expensive the whole experience was not good we will not be going back ! Do not recommend this restaurant!!!!

Timing is always bad with this cheesecake factory other than that it's nice to have something local here in Riverside

My fiancé and I have been coming to this location together for about 4 years. I think I want to start off by saying the service is always on point. We're sat quickly and they're very very nice:) I wanted to individually rate what we had for the food. Ahi tuna poke nachos: 3/5. They have so much potential. They are so conservative with the actual tuna though. You end up with more chips because the proportions aren't rationed well. I wish they'd be more generous given that it's shy $20 for an appetizer. Shrimp scampi: taste: 5/5, but I looked back in 2020, it seems like the plate portion is getting smaller, and the price is only getting higher. I wish they'd give more noodles! The presentation today was eh but it's still yummy. I'm not mad a smaller portion but the price is ridiculous. Chicken piccata: noodles were very generous here. Overall my fiancé gave it a 4/5, but he gave the chicken a 3/5. He said the chicken could've been a bit more tender but he overall enjoyed it. Ambiance: this place is always a vibe! I love the lighting in here. I do wish they'd clean the tables and menus a bit more lol. I don't think I've ever not had a sticky menu haha. But that is Cheesecake Factory. In general, I will continue to return. I enjoy this location, their drinks, food, and kindness.

Mixed visit yesterday. Strange how what you order can make or break your visit. For example: My God Daughters Pasta in vodka cream sauce was sensational with a vibrant flavor, the egg roll sampler was excellent (love the 4 sauces), well done. Here's the problem: The Jamaican shrimp & chicken was a total disaster (chicken what few tiny pieces there were are stringy &dry), some shrimp a ton of rice & black beans taking up half the plate and always exclude the pineapple, had a funky taste. Should be permanently excluded from their VAST MENU. The server was very good, made a correction on my Ultimate during the 2nd round, doesn't match up with El Toritos Cadillac Margarita, not even close. I was reminiscing my extensive visits at Brea with Family & at San Diego location. Tyler Mall location seems like a work in progress. Things seem a little askew and I've visited restaurants all over the World. They need to make sure to revisit the Jamaican dish, just didn't cut it. Cheesecakes at table & to go were 100% to die for.

At this point I think it's my fault for assuming that this location of Cheesecake Factory will value your time. We made a reservation for 7:45 and clearly it was our fault for thinking we would be sat on the time we made a reservation. Remember it's your fault if they are late, up to 30 mins because if you miss a movie how dare you for thinking Cheesecake Factory will be on time and not you the customer for assuming you should be sat on time. Remember, if you make a reservation, technically they can be 15 mins late because that's how reservations work. And how dare you for being upset if they are 30 mins late.

the 4 cheese pasta was super yummy. very consistent with other cheesecake factories! the passion fruit mojito was very delicious!! the service was pretty slow but i understand because our party was big...we got here at 7 and its already 10 but we didnt get the food until 10 mins ago. we wasted over 4 hours here... the ambiance is nice and consistent with the branch.

The food was on the dry side . Asked for more sauce on the side. It was still good , it just usually has more sauce. The service was good . And the ambiance was quiet. Not too busy

So many choices on the menu it's hard to decide but I sure LOVED the beet and avocado salad! The waiter said it was small, and we were there for my birthday so I ordered some fish, forgot the name of it, but delicious Everyone else had an adult beverage but I am doing a healthy streak to see if I can make some changes and this place has wonderful tropical tea too. Overall, the inside is extremely beautiful And I was only a little sad not to have any cheesecake for dessert But for sure, I will return if I ever hit my goal weight lol

Never disappoints. We waited around 20 min to be seated, we order appetizers and drinks. Appetizers cane out quickly, drinks took a little longer. Everyone was really happy with their meal. My son order the corn dogs of the kids menu and he loved the portion size. I got the steak medallions and it was really good- the avocado tacos where surprisingly good as its a jicama tortilla and a fried avocado.

The food wash fresh and tasty. I had the kimchi with fried egg, pork belly and rice, my MIL had the steak medallion and my boyfriend ate the chiliquilles. I take away one point for the long wait for our food to get to the table. Otherwise the servers were professional, attentive and pleasant

Met up with my aunt and had a late lunch here today. I had made reservations but arrived early, and the hostess was able to seat us within a few minutes and cancelled the reservation for me. Our server was phenomenal, as he was attentive and checked up on us often; refilling drinks and bringing bread. Only downside was the wait for our entrees, but the food was good as usual. I often order from the lunch specials section of their menu, which is a few dollars cheaper and tad smaller portions (but still large enough to be full and have leftovers!). Be sure to save some room for dessert, after all they're known for their cheesecake! Also, join "cheesecake rewards" to make online reservations, order food, etc., as you also have the opportunity to get rewards such as free cheesecake slices.

Service and wait times are always horrible here... so many empty tables and people leaving but no one filling the seats. Very understaffed and it shows. The sangrias are pre-made in the morning and used all day... (told to us by the waitress). came at night and it was watered down. I've been coming here for a couple years now and it's always the same.. (coming for the brand and cheesecake not the service that's for sure) The bathrooms were dirty and low on toilet paper. Hard to find our waiter once we ordered, especially to leave and pay for the check. Didn't come back for drink refills. Had to keep reminding her on things and they still didn't come. The times on the door are also pre Covid time. Do better!

The service was vey disappointing he was never able to do refill ours drinks ( I waited for cheese for my pasta he forgot he didn't check on us This people work for tips and they do very poor customer service and expect 20% you got to be kidding here I like the food Is quite frustrating It was not that busy

Do not try the carnitas bowl, it was terrible and I would never eat it again. I give it a grade of D-. Plus the rice didn't have salt in it. Bah.
