The food is so good. Atmosphere is great. The waitress Erin was amazing The first playlist was good, with the exception of a couple songs and then it got bad. Loving the drinks. The drinks and bread were so fire I forgot to take a picture before we drank them. P S. I haven't gotten the check yet. 💕 The check is crazy.

Excellent customer service. We went there during thanksgiving weekend. It was crowded but still got table within 5 minutes. It took around 15-20 minutes to receive our orders, but that’s fine given the fact that all the food items were delicious. Place is clean. Ample parking spaces available in the mall.

I waited 20 min for a server to come. After waiting a few minutes at the hostess stand to bee seated and then sitting at a table with the menu on the side waiting to order for 20 minutes while staff walked by repeatedly a server finally came over as I was gathering my coat to leave. I told him how long I had been waiting and was about to leave and he said “oh. Ok. Can I get you a drink?” No shock. No apology. I went ahead and ordered but they were out of what I wanted. That was enough for me and I decided to leave. No idea how the food is. With that level of service it wasn’t worth it.

So this was my first time going to Cheesecake Factory and me being me I never have high expectations going into chain restaurants but this one definitely proved me wrong. I got a little nervous because there were so many items on the menu and when that happens, places usually have everything premade or frozen just to keep up with the high traffic of tickets especially if it's a big place which it is. But I actually can't criticize anything about this place. First off the atmosphere was absolutely amazing because it was perfectly lit with warm lights that aren't directly in your face and the decor looked really nice and relaxing. I could see myself going there with some friends and be there for a while. The bar looks really nice as well and looked like they offered a decent amount of products. The drink menu was pretty lengthy too and I didn't have any but I do like them at times. I also went around 1pm on a weekday so it wasn't too busy which was nice. My server's name was Lexi and she was super friendly, bubbly and very attentive to what I needed without me even asking. But the one thing I appreciate above all is how efficient she was and how knowledgeable she was about the menu items. I asked her some favorites and she had absolutely no problem describing them in detail. Especially the steak Diane, orange chicken and chicken parm pizza style. And considering I know food very well I knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to describing the flavor profiles and textures etc. So big shoutout to Lexi thank you again! I ended up ordering the bang bang chicken and shrimp so if you like big bold warm flavors this is right up your alley. Every part of the dish was cooked perfectly. The rice was fluffy, the chicken was tender and cut in perfect bite size pieces, the shrimp wasn't rubber and had a great flavor on its own, and you could taste every element of the sauce. It was warm, rich, savory, salty, ever so slightly sweet and I could feel that bit of spice at the end as I kept eating. The veggies took a back seat in this one which to me it worked perfectly since they weren't big overwhelming pieces and they still had a bit of crunch to them which was nice. This dish does have peanuts in it though so if you're allergic just be careful. But that added another layer to it as well and I finished the entire thing. I don't think I left a single grain of rice! Thank you so much to everyone at the Cheesecake Factory especially my server Lexi and whoever prepared my meal! I'm not from the area but I will absolutely be back to try more things on the menu. I hope to be pleasantly surprised again. Peace!

We had an incredible experience at this branch of Cheesecake Factory! We ordered the *crab bites* and *cheeseburger spring rolls* to start, and they were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. For dessert, we indulged in the *ultimate red velvet cheesecake* and the *Oreo cheesecake*, and both were heavenly. The red velvet was rich and decadent with the perfect balance of cream cheese frosting, while the Oreo cheesecake was a chocolate lover's dream! The portions were generous, the service was outstanding, and the ambience made for a perfect dining experience. This visit reminded us why The Cheesecake Factory is such a classic favorite. Highly recommend!

Love a good cheesecake factory. The menu is so extensive truly something, for everyone, even of you're watching your weight. The kids me u also had a nice variety of options. Our server was great, and amazing at her job. The food was de-li-cious! I cleared my plate and it was huge (don't judge). We shared a cheesecake this time. I can't wait to return.

Ordered a chicken ceasar salad 20 minutes before arriving. They said 15min but had to wait an additional 10. Normally I wouldn’t care but lunch isn’t long. Get back to my desk and I paid $20+ for this NASTINESS. What kind of quality check are you guys doing that this was able to happen in a salad platter.? Not washing your lettuce.? Leaving it exposed and out all day.? GROSS. Only thing I can say is Lauren the manager offered a refund and new salad. But all in all still disappointing.

Came here tonight to meet up with my 2 friends. Jay K was our server. The restaurant was not too busy, given that it was a Wednesday night. Jay came to us pretty fast, and brought us water and bread soon after. However it took a very long time before he came back to take our order. And it took at least 25 minutes before our food arrived. Mind you we did not order anything fancy: 2 pasta dishes and a chicken dish. The restaurant again was not that busy. Luckily the food was tasty as usual. Jay was a little bit messy. We felt that he was either overwhelmed or maybe he was new? He was very polite, but with many missteps. The table next to us had wrong food delivered. Not sure if Jay took the wrong order or the kitchen did it wrong. I ordered 2 hot dishes and 3 slices of cheesecakes to go. The hot dishes arrived quickly. When Jay brought the cheesecakes to me, he did not give me another bag. He expected me to fit the cold cheesecakes into a bag with hot dishes? Definitely not thinking right. I know he will get better with his service skills. We love Cheesecake Factory. Hopefully the slow speed tonight was just a fluke.

I'm not sure why the ratings are around three for this cheesecake factory it might be competitors putting in unfavorable yelp reviews and I hope that's not the case because we went there yesterday and that was April 20, 2025 for my grandson's 12th birthday and I gotta tell you we had a phenomenal time. Food was great service was exceptional and we did not have one issue at all. The kids ate all of their food which is unusual. Gabby was our waitress and she was amazing

ordered curbside pickup tonight, followed checkin instructions but no one brought the order to the car, I went inside after attempting to call without being answered and my order was sitting there getting cold. When i got home i was also missing 2 orders of fries which i paid for. Usually pickup works well and rarely am i missing items, something is a miss, manager take note

Every time I go, I get the honey and truffle chicken and it is amazing super crispy super tender. I tried the lemon ricotta asparagus and it was a game changer. Such a fun way to eat asparagus. It does have nuts on top incase you have a an allergy but would definitely recommend. Always clean inside. The service is always on point.

Almost always when I go to the Cheesecake Factory, I order Skinnylicious Shrimp Tacos. Yesterday, they were as good as always. BUT the accompanying Escabeche Vegetable salad was mostly cabbage with a few pieces of cucumber, hardly any carrots or cauliflower, and so little dressing that it was basically dry. Also, it was clear that the usually delicious warm bread was neither warm nor delicious. It was clearly day old. I told the waitress that and she said there was bread backing now. When it was done she brought a plate of it. The brown bread was ok, but the baguette was no better than before--cold, tough, and stale tasting. The butter had been put on a hot plate so it had melted. I hope this was a one-off.

Wait was like half an hour for a table, so we sat at the bar. Service was super slow, and the staff all seemed rushed and overwhelmed. The food wasn't worth the wait. Definitely expected better from everything I've heard about this place definitely going elsewhere next time.

After Christmas shopping, decided to stop in and have dinner. They were not packed, but with the limited staff on Christmas Eve...they still provided friendly and excellent service. First time visiting this location, it has the typical CF layout with a beautiful interior and it was clean. For our app; went with the Eggroll Sampler platter and is was delicious! For the entree: we had their Fish & Chips and Salmon plates...good choices as they were cooked perfectly and were large portions! For dessert: ordered the Pineapple Upside Cheesecake and it was great.

My husband and I had lunch here today. I don't think I've ever dined here before and it opened 6.5 years ago. We checked out the menu by the entrance before deciding to dine here. We were taken to our table and the waiter/ server was kind enough to move the table out so I could sit comfortably. I ordered the chicken taquitos to share as an appetizer. We loved the taquitos. The salsa verde added a kick and it was lovely. For my entree I ordered the Margerita pizza with a house salad and my husband ordered the Lemon-Herb Parmesan Chicken which was served with asparagus. My husband enjoyed his entree. I enjoyed the house salad the pizza but I think they could have used a better serving dish for the pizza. It was not easy to eat off of. They could have served the pizza in a dinner plate. For dessert we ordered the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake and it was decadent and yummy. We enjoyed the lightly sweet whipped which was served with it. It was the right balance. The ambiance was nice. There were some things they can improve on: the floor by us was a bit dirty. I noticed it when I got up to use the bathroom. It looked like some sauce had dripped on it and no one cleaned it... could have been a hazard. I was trying to walk around it so I didn't slip. The service was fine. Our was attentive for the most part; checked in on us every now and then to see how we were doing. He answered all of my questions about the food since I do have some food restrictions. Overall, we had a lovely time and I wouldn't mind dining here again.

I love Cheesecake Factory! I love the service is always so helpful and friendly and hoping the change up the ambiance in the the only dislike I have with this place is the lighting! Why is it always so dark in there? I don't like it lol but I always love the food the drinks and most of all the desserts! I forgot to post my meal but here is a photo of cake and drink!

I've been coming to this Cheesecake Factory for many years now and it has stayed fairly consistent. The food is always decent and the service is nice. It gets busy quite quickly but that's largely due to the fact that it's within a mall.

This place always seems to be pretty packed so I'd say we were lucky to get a table right away. Wifey, my son and I all needed some nourishment, but didn't want a fast food joint or to sit in a loud bar environment so Cheesecake Factory worked. Our waitress was super friendly and got us our drinks right away. For entrees, Wifey had a turkey burger, the boy had a classic burger and I had the Thai Chicken Salad. Food was a little slow coming out, but it was worth the wait. Burgers came out exactly as requested and my Thai chicken salad was huge...so big I took half home for lunch the next day. Sorry folks, no pics, but I'll be back, I'm sure.

They all look alike! The entrance, reception desk, decor, menus, and showcase of cheesecakes. Best extensive cheescake menu I've laid eyes on. This location had outdoor seating; even at the start of August you'd think it would be perfect. The sun was beaming that day, but we still wanted to eat in the patio. It took over half an hour to get them to lower the sun shade. We happened to arrive during a shift switch. Although our orders were already put in, the wait was also extra. By the time we bit into our food, it had been about an hour. Nobody explained, but we figured they were still understaffed considering the pandemic. They weren't busy at all. Respect to our waitress who was very apologetic anyway. The food was really good, even if they seem basic. Their Cuban sammie tasted so much better than the one I ate in Miami. So it's a tristar for their food and kind waitress. Thanks for coming into work!

My wife ordered chicken picatta it was so tough it wasn't edible, I had a taco bowl. It was ok but presented poorly basically looked like a bowl of green glop. Espresso was cold. Got some good coffee though, and our server was very good

Met a friend here and I'm pleased that Cheesecake Factory now takes limited reservations...-although shockingly, we didn't need reservations for lunch, cos it was still pretty empty at 1230! In any case, Cheesecakes Factory is the same everywhere in regards to food. However, Fatima, our waitress was fantastic. She was lively, friendly and knew how to joke around! She was the highlight of the place. We ordered from the Skinnylicious menu and got the shrimp tacos and turkey &avocado sandwich. We appreciated Fatima telling us that the Skinnylicious version of the sando will be smaller . In any case, food was good, nothing to write home about. We ordered some cheesecake slices to go: lemon raspberry, pumpkin, tiramisu cheesecake. All were soo delicious , makes you wanna come back for more.

I can't say anything negative about the kitchen or the food. I've yet to have a bad experience with either of them. I usually do curbside pick up, do not have time to go in and sit down. There is usually where I encounter the problem. Something is usually missing or sometimes I end up going in to pick it up because no one comes out. This time it was the cheesecake. Maybe management could spend a little more time with FOH because BOH seems to have it all under control.

It's gotten so much better since I last came here! The floors were clean and the wait staff was so nice. The food was delicious and I was just really happy that everything was clean.

Ordered: Eggroll Sampler (~$17): avocado rolls, Tex-Mex rolls, cheeseburger spring rolls, and chicken taquitos Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken (~$19): satay chicken strips, carrots, bean sprouts, coconut curry noodles, and lettuce leaves with 3 spicy Thai sauces: peanut, sweet red chili, and tamarind-cashew sauce Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake (free reward): banana cream cheesecake topped with Bavarian cream and fresh sliced bananas Aya's take: Despite how awesome The Cheesecake Factory is, I rarely find myself here. But since I had a free cheesecake slice to redeem and a gift card I hadn't used, I stopped by for lunch. I was beyond impressed with both the Eggroll Sampler and Thai Lettuce Wraps with Chicken. Especially if you come here with a large group, both are perfect for sharing. The only complaint was the amount of satay chicken strips given is not enough for the lettuce wraps; a double portion would be ideal. I'm a sucker for banana desserts but the Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake fell short for me. I did get the banana taste but it was subtle, and mostly tasted like sugar. There was also a heaping amount of cream which looked like a diabetes diagnosis waiting to happen. I'm glad it was free, but otherwise that 1 slice would've been ~$10. All in all, if you come to The Cheesecake Factory, you will absolutely find something you like since their menu is so vast. Highly recommend the 2 dishes I got!

Total Pits, waited 20 mins before a server showed up at out table only for him to finally take our drink order and never came back . Spoke with manager and all I got was 'sorry' what a mess never again.

One of THE BEST bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had around!!! Coming to a Cheesecake Factory is always an experience. No different than any other Cheesecake Factory's out there... -Huge menu -Lots of good eats -Friendly service Having a big menu makes it difficult to choose from so I always have a tough time making my selection. I decided to go with a classic Bacon-Bacon Cheeseburger and I couldn't put it down... devoured! The entire construction of this burger is amazing. The bun is seeded and soft. The sauce is some secret flavored mayo sauce... sooo good! The beef was cooked medium and juicy. BUT, that bacon... thicker cut, not dry or well done, flavored in a smokey flavor, plenty of it (DID NOT SKIMP OUT). I could NOT believe how good this burger was here. DEFINITELY a must try!

I have been coming to this place since it opened and I'll never go back My girlfriend ordered 3 glasses of wine the bill came it was 66.00 dollars for 3 glasses of wine that is bull shit highwY robbery I can go away where in morris county and the most ill pay is 14.00 wtf!! FU cheesecake factory you lost my business 66.00 for house cabernet FU !

Ordered again for the kids and the kids Mac and cheese had bacon bits it. This was delivered ordered. It was deliberate. Everyone stay away from this restaurant.

The only reason for this review is the bartender Nasia. Whole restaurant, one bartender, and she was calm, cool, and collected in the two hours I was there. Made excellent drinks and super quick! Interacted with those at the bar and didn't make her servers wait, super rare to see someone that cares so much. Just walked out and had to leave this review because she really was doing a great job and was super happy the whole time.

The prices are high. The amount of food is small. The presentation was lacking also. A side of fries should not come in a "McDonald's " type container. All other restaurants serve in a larger container. It's a potato. Not that expensive. The last few trips were disappointing and I probably will not go back.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday night first first time during my week long stay in the area for work. I dined at the bar. Then I did online offering for curbside pickup for a weeknight . This order was very often very wrong partially due to the technical difficulties and lack of capabilities with their online ordering. My return the following month I did another online order this time everything came out right however they do not give you the option for bread or no bread and unfortunately I do not eat bread and it goes to waste. The staff is extremely friendly and kind which I thoroughly appreciate.

The Cheesecake Factory has a formula that seems to work at all of their locations I've visited to date.  They provide really nice decor, and a menu that could double for an Enclyopedia. Tip: The calorie count for everything is shown in the menu; as long as you ignore the calorie counts they show, you'll doubtless enjoy your meal and leave a happy camper.  If you pay attention to the calories, you will regret whatever you order ;-) We came for a post-dinner snack recently; we ordered two dishes to share, as well as a Salted Caramel cheesecake to end the meal.  Everything tasted great, and we departed in short order not regretting our indulgence at all.

Booked a reservation on the Cheesecake Factory Website and showed text proof as well as my identification card and wasn't seated. Waited 30 minutes to get seated despite arriving 15 minutes early for my reservation time. Unacceptable.

Horrible. Tried to make a reservation and online but nothing available. Called and the hostess said to come as a walk in for 15 min wait. I arrived 30 min later and it was 45. Entertained a baby and toddler with no table available. Over an hour 15 later I had to leave. Hostess was completely unsympathetic offering high tops at the bar but I repeatedly mentioned needing a high chair.

This was the only late night dessert spot in the area and although they were minutes from closing when we arrived the staff happily served us dessert to go. They were so courteous and friendly is revived our evening of a terrible dinner from a different restaurant prior.

Food is always good, portions are large enough that you have to make a conscious effort to save room for dessert. Service is usually attentive and fast. The restaurant is noisy but not too crowded. The one in Rockaway has both indoor and outdoor seating.

I'm hoping our experience was an atypical one. A few weeks ago we went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. When we got there we checked in with the several hostesses at the desk and were told it would be about 10 minutes- after 15- 20 minutes in a quiet restaurant and watching several groups who came after us be seated we checked in. Somehow we were overlooked. We were seated at a questionably clean table with tons of wrappers and food on the floor. After 15-20 minutes over not having someone come by I was able to make eye contact with the hostess who checked her computer to see what was going on. Somehow we were overlooked again and hadn't been assigned a server. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable but I'm pretty sure he had been there all day. The food was fine, came out in a reasonable amount of time. One thing that I was really taken aback by was how filthy and unattended the bathrooms were. One stall has toilet paper, the floors were sticky and garbage cans were overflowing. A dirty front of the house makes me weary of what the back of the house looks like.

Service was very friendly and the food was decent! They took reservations and we were seated pretty quickly. Unfortunately nearly all of our silverware was dirty with crust from previous meals. The server didn't seem surprised. The glass tea cups are also so scratched and scuffed they weren't really inspiring cleanliness either. Hot water machine (machine? Get a teapot?) was broken so we had some luke warm tea. Yum warm dirty cup tea. And the appetizers never came so we had to cancel those. Am I going to chase down a manager? Of course not - but a heads up to diners that it's the 2.5 star experience as promised here. And check your silverware. Looking forward to my response from management and for absolutely nothing to change. "Rest assured John, we'll look into it." Mmmhmm. "We hope you'll give us another try..." No, I'm good.

Ive been here several times already and I think this place has improved a lot since. Before service was terrible, and food wait times were long. However, I think service was pretty decent - for recently coming here at prime time (6pm on a Saturday). Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes - as we anticipated. Took a bit of time to wait to actually order, or even get our drink order in, however wait time once we ordered was about 20 ish minutes. I always have a hard time ordering because there are so many dishes to choose from. My fave menu is the brunch menu as far as choices goes. As far as Dinner menu selection goes, here are my favorite go to dishes over the several times I've been here: - Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp - Chicken Bellagio (with extra sauce) - Truffle Honey Chicken - Tuna Tataki Salad (dressing on the side) - Steak Medallions (Skinny Menu) - Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (Brunch only) - Buffalo Blasts - Avocado Rolls (perfect for take out - ask for extra sauce) I hope to further expand on this review and hope to be wowed and proven wrong about the to-go menu experience.

Food took forever to come out . Food was cold . Utensils dirty. Manager said she would come to talk to us she never did!

Typical chain food. Ordered the Baja chicken tacos. Received spicy chicken in a flour tortilla and a few onions. No cheese. No Avacado as on the menu. The rice was beyond bland. The beans were tasteless as well. It's just so inconsistent will just stop going.

On a pretty quiet Thursday night at Rockaway Mall, my wife and I stopped in at Cheesecake Factory for some drinks and small plates. Oh yes, cheesecake too! I've been to CF's around the country and while their menus are pretty standard, some are definitely better than others. Drinks were good, there was a delicious IPA for me and a Pinot Grigio for my wife. We shared plates of crab bites, loaded tater tots, and stuffed mushrooms. All were delicious, although they could have provided more dipping sauce. For dessert, we split the white chocolate, raspberry cheesecake...what's not to love about that?! Only issue we had was that the coffee with the cake was cold, but they quickly made a new pot and we were good. All in all, for the light snacks we were looking for, this Cheesecake Factory fit the bill!

normally i would rate this place a 4/5 stars and i have eaten in 8 times this year alone. Today, i just ordered curbside pickup of only 2 orders of Street Corn (which normally are delicious and i've ordered them dozens of times) and i tipped a pretty generous amount only to receive plain corn with no seasoning. The past 2 times i've dined in the food has been prepared horribly. i normally love the food here but sometimes it comes out looking like the cooks half-assed it. i'm wondering if there's a rotation of different cooks and if so... i will definitely only be ordering on tuesdays and Wednesdays for i am happy with the service on those days or maybe trying other establishments for id rather not waste my money in this economy

For a chain food restaurant, their food is consistent. This location is our local one, we stop in when at the mall, sometimes just for a light meal and a drink.

Food really good, service is quick enjoying my time !! The ambiance is lovely and everything looks clean and presentable.

The manager was very accommodating & let our party of 5 sit on their patio. Several of us have medical conditions that make indoor dining more risky, even with vaccinations. Our waiter Dante was very good- had to balance his bar area with our outdoor patio table. My Korean fried chicken was excellent- nice crunch on the chicken and decent spice. Of course there was enough for me to have for dinner another night. Two of us had a glass of Pinot Grigio which was pretty good. As usual, had yo get a piece of my fav cheesecake, Red Velvet. Again enough for 3 people. For a chain restaurant this was a pretty good experience.

Five Stars for the overall brand of Cheesecake Factory and consistency across the board. This location is always pleasant and even when they have made errors they were resolved. I am writing this review specifically regarding our server Ryan! Super cool guy and took care of our family and was very patient. The highlight was as we asked for the check he said do you have room for and dessert and we declined and he followed up with... "well is there any room in your fridge"! GENIUS. Of all my visits that hasn't been said and I thought that line was super cool and something every server here could use. I will absolutely return and if by chance you haven't tried the Cheesecake Factory go ahead ! Pick an occasion overdress and have at it or throw on the "good sweats" and live your best life ! Cheers

The food was good, the white bread was a bit over cooked but the meal itself was pretty tasty. We usually love this location but the staff looked miserable today. The front desk clerks were complaining about their manager Damien, they were talking about not giving any tables to someone that they said was annoying and that if the person didn't like it they could quit, they were complaining about people who didn't want to sit at tables that they were originally assigned to. It was very uncomfortable being within ear shot of the conversations. Again great food but they could work on being kinder and quieter. I'm not one to make reviews, but this is one of my favorite restaurants and I would like to keep it that way.

First time in any cheesecake factory, we went for lunch. The salmon (in miso) was amazing and a perfect lunch size. The drink menu was fun and delicious. Nasia was on point with her mid-day recommendations. I also recommend the avocado egg rolls. We will definitely be going back to try more drinks and entrees.

Well, I never thought I would say this but the Cheesecake Factory is now just very average. Prices are up, food portions and quality is down and you have to ask for bread or you won't get any. The service at the Rockaway Mall location in NJ is not good at all. On my last three visits I found the servers to be undertrained and clueless. It should not take 2 hours to have dinner at this restaurant on a Wednesday evening. Service was just very poor. I think this once proud restaurant chain is now in decline. At least the cheesecake was decent.

The staff was great. However we waited over 45 minutes for our food, which was then brought out over the course of five minutes. The manager was nonplussed when this was brought to his attention. This was not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time I go.

Really good place as far as chains go. Been there multiple times for lunch meetings, with pleasant and consistent results. Definitely social distancing for Covid protocol. Indoor and outdoor/patio dining. The food is always consistent. Prices are reasonable. The Rockaway location is always clean and tidy. What's most impressive is the staff, every very single time I've been in there. Waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable of the menu, courteous, and professional. I suspect the servers are not some newly trained $8/hour newbie. I've Always been treated fabulous by the staff, not something you would expect at your typical chain. Never rushed, always pleasant, always professional. Exceptional service at very reasonable pricing.

I've eaten here many times and it never disappoints. From the crunchy flavorful Mexican salad, to the melt in your mouth miso salmon, and sweet and tart rasberry lemon cheesecake. But I just discovered their weekend brunch menu and the Brunch Flatbread is over the top delicious. From the ooey gooey melted cheese and creamy yolk from the egg to the crispy potatoes, crunchy crust, savory bacon and sweet carmelized onions it is at the top of my favorites for a brunch. The menu is vast so I recommend checking it out before you go for any meal.
