Our waitress was Emily and she was absolutely incredible and such a vibe! Food was amazing, was a very busy night but the service was still relatively fast. Was a great anniversary celebration. Again 10/10 customer service from Emily can tell she really cares about her customers !

Another great Cheesecake Factory chain, I came in for a To-Go order, only thing is that it took awhile to get any help from anyone. I had to manually find someone and ask for assistance. Food: 9/10 Great food, everything was fresh and the cheesecake I ate was delicious! Service: 8/10 Aside from having to ask for help instead of being helped as I walked in, the people were very nice and polite Atmosphere: 10/10 It’s Cheesecake Factory! The atmosphere is always super warm and welcoming! I love the aesthetic here!

Had a great last meal before baby comes in a few days! The food was very good, even though the menu had about 200 items on it. Highly recommend. Quite expensive but worth it. Street corn is a must you guys 🥹

Worst experience ever for a restaurant, got to the Cheesecake Factory around 4:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, joined their waitlist and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table for 2. So we decided to walk around the mall for a while and received our text that our table was ready, got back within the 10 minutes they give you to claim your table WE GOT THERE IN 7 MINUTES! They gave our table away and so we had to join the waitlist once more. When seated, our waiter took 20 minutes to get to our table, asked our drink orders, and left. I kid you not, the tables to our left and right were replaced 3 times while we dined here. We maybe saw our waiter 3 times total? The burger I had was not medium well, there were maybe 9 fries total in the basket they gave. What irked me most of all was the fact that our waiter took our leftovers behind the kitchen and packed them up for us. That is just straight up weird that he did not ask us if we wanted to pack them up ourselves. The only good thing about this place is the cheesecake. Never coming back.

I recommend making a reservation on the website, especially if you plan to walk around the mall. Friendly service, takes a little while for the food, but everything we ordered was perfect. I recommend that you try the fried macaroni and cheese as an appetizer. They have a great selection of pies; the ones I tried are very soft and delicious. My dish was Mexican carne asada

I love coming here for special occasions. Food is amazing. I brought my mom here for mkthers day snd my brothers for their birthdays. Cheesecake is amazing. Food tastes really good we have tried multiple dishes. I recommend making reservations unless you dont mind waiting 30 plus minutes. Will be coming back again.

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and every time has been great. The food is always fresh and tasty and the servers are super friendly and attentive. And ofc the cheesecake is delicious 🤤

I had the best experience today. I was helped by Evelyn, she was super nice, very attentive, and knew a lot about the menu. I have never been to cheesecake before but after my experience with Evelyn this will certainly not be the last time I come here! Food was excellent, came out fast and the chicken was perfectly cooked and breaded 10/10 experience!

I rarely leave a review but we had an amazing experience last night. I have to give a big kudos to the manager Mike! We had a party of 34 and he was able to seat us all and the service for our large group was impeccable. Thanks to Mike and the staff for making our night incredible.

11 Nov 2024 The restaurant wasn't all that crowded at 2pm. We kind of thought it would be, being a holiday and all. Anyway, we were seated right away near a window. We could watch the people shopping and sometimes appearing to argue. What fun. We were here for dessert only. They have a great strawberry shortcake that is enough for two. I added a caramel royale macchiato for me. Both are delicious. Probably not the best choices for me, a diabetic, but these are not routine food and drink choices. The shortcake is $12.50 and the coffee drink is $6.75. Both are delicious. We never get dessert after a meal, because we are too full. Hence, the special trip today for just dessert. Worked well. Go there.

Still my favorite restaurant. The menu is too big they say? Well I love it because EVERYTHING on the menu is a HIT. You can never go wrong on their food, on their service, or the great time and ambiance. It's a win win. Go visit them when you can.

I ate the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane combo. It was absolutely delicious. The Madeira sauce and mushrooms were fresh and very flavorful. The dish had lots of mushrooms that were not soggy. Highly recommend this dish. Order the steak medium and it will melt in your mouth. Our waitress was incredible. She checked on us often and was very friendly.

The dining experience was significantly improved, largely due to our waitress, Kylie, who was exceptionally polite and pleasant. She embodies the type of service you always hope to receive + we were seated in a booth which helped improve our experience. I ordered the mushroom burger with fries (A+) and a Georgia Peach beverage (C+, after the first two sips, the flavor diminished). The ambiance is always serene and calming!

Beautiful service. Moses was amazing for a birthday celebration we had. Definitely coming back and requesting him!

The Macaroni and Cheeseburger at The Cheesecake Factory is a delightful combination of comfort food and burger goodness! The only reason why I gave it a four is the blonde hostess was a bit on the rude side.

The food at this Cheesecake factory was the bomb. We came for Father's day, I couldn't make a reservation at 330 on the website so we walked up and they had a table ready for us in 30 minutes. Like any other Cheesecake factory it was kinda loud from just people talking, but thats how busy big restaurants are. Definitely recommend coming here during their lunch!

I just have to say that this was a great visit to The Cheesecake Factory. If only "Penny" worked here, it would be epic. "Kylie" was our waitress, she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the house drinks. I ordered "The Spanish Whiskey Sour", it was delish. I also ordered the "Skinnylicious Grilled Salmon", and boy oh boy, it was scrumptious. We also ordered the "brusselsprouts" off the Appetizer list. When I was dome with all of it, I was fat and happy. "Kylie" always checked on us and made sure our cups were full. I haven't been here in a few years but I can honestly say it is still running on all cylinders, well oiled machine. I look forward to my next visit. May try the chicken parmesan.

Happy Birthday to ME!!! Omgosh what an awesome lunch I had. I've only been in Texas for a few weeks and as my birthday was approaching, I was trying to figure out how I can still feel like I was HOME. So I decided to get myself some ballon's and take myself to lunch. BRETT G, who was my server saved the day! Omgosh, I literally wanted to cry. He made me feel so special. He took photos for me, and even had the crew sing happy birthday and presented me with a birthday card that was signed by the entire staff. And I don't care if this is "normal" for them to do. All I'm saying is, THIS MADE MY DAY. To BRETT G, I can't thank you enough. They are lucky to have you because you are amazing. You made the ambiance that more rich!! Thank you to EVERYONE who signed the card and sang happy birthday. I felt welcomed. Thank you! I'll be back for sure.

Great dining experience, the service is always consistent and great. Food came out fairly quickly and their menu has wonderful food and drink options. Their seating is great for small and large groups. And of course the cheesecakes are delicious.

Asked for napkins and utensils. Clearly spelled out in online receipt. Details people. Pay attention. Now have to go find or go home to enjoy our cheesecake. Smh.

This is hands down the best restaurant ever. My family's order consisted of the fried shrimp platter, Renee's chicken almond salad sandwich, the kid's fried chicken strips with fries and the 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake. To say it was all amazing is an understatement. Their chicken salad has the best flavor and their salad is the freshest I have ever had. I ordered through DoorDash and upon arrival everything was correct and delivered in a very timely manner. It has always been a dream of mine to order from here because I love cheesecake and needless to say it did not disappoint. You have to eat here at least once in your life to appreciate how great it is.

This restaurant has great food and during a visit with another couple, we all enjoyed our food. I had the chicken madeira and my husband had the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. We also enjoyed the flavored lemonade. And the bread appetizer is just so delicious. As usual, the food was very good and our server was wonderful, but a visit to the restrooms was just shameful. First off, there are not enough stalls for such a huge restaurant and then the too-small restroom was dirty. My friend and I opted to just skip using this restroom after finding it in a very untidy condition.

We arrived about 12:50 p.m. greeted @ desk with smile. Reassured approx. 10 min. wait. Requested booth, escorted back to our table. Given menu. Server introduced self, told us her name with a smile, friendly, good eye contact, told her we knew what we wanted, she took our order immediately. After a few minutes she assured us our meal would be ready in about 10 minutes. We ordered fish/chips, husband ordered miso/Salmon both were delicious as usual. Toward end of meal ordered dessert. Our server was: Crystalin S. She was very patient with the unruly children in the next booth from us. She was very professional, and your staff seems to have a good rapport with other & picked up plates when we were finished promptly. Continued Success, God bless you all. Magdalena :-)

Walked in and was greeted by the hostess, seated immediately. Beginning the experience in a good way, but it is Monday at approx 4:30 so not the busiest of times. The overall atmosphere is very nice, quiet but not overly so. You will not be reminded that there is a shopping mall right outside. Nicely lit but again, not overly bright nor dim. I would say just the right amount of lighting. Our waitress is pleasant and personable. Unfortunately one of the drink orders (Peach Bellini) was not able to be filled, but the waitress did recommend an alternative (Georgia peach)which turned out to be a decent alternative (although the preference would have been the original). Appetizers arrived promptly, we ordered the crispy fried cheese and the chicken pot stickers. Both were excellent! I ordered the Mushroom burger and a salad and my wife ordered the crispy Romano chicken. First the salad - it was average. Not bad, but not memorable. The burger was ordered medium but arrived rare. I'm not picky about that so not an issue for me, but worth noting it didn't arrive as ordered. It was, one of the messiest burgers I've had in quite some time. Having said that, it was also one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time! My wife said the crispy Romano chicken was excellent! Dessert! Ordered was the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate cheesecake and the Tiramisu cheesecake. Wow! This was definitely the highlight! Obviously the name of the restaurant says it but wow! Excellent!!! Highly recommend either of the desserts we ordered! Overall, a good experience. The highlights were the desserts and our waitress Shay. Very helpful, and definitely one of the better waitresses we've had anywhere! My rating would be a 4 star without the dessert, a 5 star with the dessert. The only real issue was the way the burger was served but again, it wasn't really an issue for me. I suppose that would drop the rating but since I didn't complain and see how they would have corrected it, I don't feel it would be fair for me to deduct from the rating.

Times must be tough at the cheesecake factory. They totally made their proportions a lot smaller than they used to be. I always got the chicken Caesar salad, which was huge for the $20 price tag. Last night we went and had dinner at the cheesecake factory and I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it came out like a side salad. It was so small that I left there hungry. The price is still the same, but you get a tiny salad. It's actually pathetic. That is someone's meal the quality is still the same. It was good, but the proportions were way less than they used to be warned if you order the salad!

I'm highly disappointed. I have ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta (and ONLY the LCP) for over 15 years. It initially changed aroubd 2015. It changed again during the pandemic where they dont even offer you cheese. Today was completely different. There was no cream sauce, it was olive oil based, the chicken was fried different and extremely dry. The meal was terrible, but what saved it was the bartender. She was absolutely amazing and gave 5 star service. She was very attentive, she worked really hard to take care of the entire bar area and still found time to give suggestions and engage in casual conversation. I didnt catch her name, but her daughters work there as well. She was phenomenal! I really appreciated her. Next time I will come and enjoy some drinks, leave the food and then it will be a 5 star review

I love their tropical tea. I love the Crunchy French bread and the soft dark bread that is served with real butter. I am a spicy cashew chicken fanatic. Good service.

Received a gift card. I haven't had a good experience at a Cheesecake Factory since 2001. I have a knack for ordering the worst thing on the menu. Spaghetti and meatballs -- bland, it was served with Angel hair instead of spaghetti. It was just bad. The bar area was crowded, but there's plenty of space on the other side of the divider. Om the hostess who sat us, accidentally bumped my husband but then called him ma'am. Overall, this was a weird experience.

My friend and I couldn't decide on what type of cuisine we wanted so we figured we'd stop in Cheesecake Factory as they have a huge menu with a bit of everything on it. Upon arrival, they took our name and phone number and told us it would be about an hour wait... and they would text us when our table was ready. As this location is in/attached to the mall, we figured we'd walk around and show while we waited. After over an hour, we went back to see where we were in line... it was getting a bit ridiculous. They no longer had our name on the list but did have our phone number BUT sounded like they forgot to send the text. Suddenly, the table was ready and we were seated. The place was very busy and our server was swamped so it did take him awhile to get drinks and such but we could tell it really wasn't something he could help. Bread was brought to our table and I loved that it was fresh, warm and served with softened butter. Both my friend and I decided to order off the Skinnylicious menu. I ordered the Chicken Pasta and he ordered the chicken sandwich with a side salad. When you order the chicken sandwich off the skinnylicious menu, it is clearly smaller than the regular portion and only slightly larger than a slider. It's actually a perfect size (not something I'm complaining about). I tried the sandwich and found it to be a bit dry... I wouldn't recommend that item. The salad however had a delicious dressing and could be served full size. My chicken pasta was served with a marinera sauce and was tasty overall. The only thing I didn't love was the chicken (which is a main component). The chicken pieces were large cubes and texture was a bit rubbery. I wouldn't actually know it was chicken if I hadn't read it on the menu. I like that we were each able to order such different items but the wait time/ process and the actual taste of the food wasn't great. Would try another location but won't likely be back to this one.

Met a group of friends here and found it relatively enjoyable for the most part. Food was pretty good but the wait time for a table is crazy! The food was "good" but the desserts were very good!

Food - 5/5 The Bistro Shrimp Pasta and Cucumber Lemonade are two of my favorites. They both hit the spot once again. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend both. The pasta features a light sauce, plenty of shrimp, arugula and fresh tomatoes. YUM! The drink is a refreshing twist on a standard lemonade. Service - 5/5 We were a group of 4 initially sitting at a small booth. We asked to be moved to a table with a little more space and the waitstaff immediately accommodated the request. Both the original and new server were personable and knowledgeable of the menu. Value - 4/5 - The bill can add up quickly but you get what you pay for. My party left very satisfied patrons.

The food here doesn't disappoint. This is my favorite place to go to. I especially love the complimentary bread and creamy butter. The service is always great, I've never had any issues with the staff, and the wait time for my good is no more than 10 minutes.

I got the omelet for the first time, not knowing what to expect. It was fantastic!! Filled perfectly and it wasn't to heavy. Spaghetti and meatballs were great. The meatballs are meat and sausage mix... still good Dulce de leche was very good. My new top 3 favorite.

We're from San Diego, California (me and my family) and we're here visiting under some not good circumstances... & random cravings brought us too this Cheesecake Factory because we love the one at home. I can't express enough how much my family needed some hope and faith during this time, and then comes a beautiful server named destiny with the long hair (i dont know if there's others) and she was such an amazing personality and so kindhearted soul with a very hard working persona. I just wanted to come on here and express my gratitude. Thank you so much for making our experience feel homey. Shout out to you, and Cheesecake Factory !

People come here for 3 things: the insanely large menu that can cater to any taste (and the generously large portions), the 1,800 calorie cheesecake slices, and the baskets of that delightful bread and butter. Is it gourmet? Not by any means. But is it exactly what you came here for? Heck yes. The food itself is alright. Can be pretty mediocre if you don't get the right stuff, and it's obviously no hand-crafted, chef-curated menu, but it hits the spot and it tastes good and you could eat here every day of the week for months and get something different every single time. It stays pretty busy at all hours of the day on weekends since its located in a shopping mall, so I recommend reservations if you don't want to wait. Service was great. Our server tended to all of our drink refills without being asked, and provided us with much more bread than our table of 5 actually needed (but hey, no one's complaining). The hardest part of ordering is narrowing down what you feel like eating at the moment. The pastas are hit or miss - go for something you think you can't make better at home. Their specialties are usually your best bet. The salads are pretty awesome, and the appetizers are great (not like you need any). Overall, this is a fun place to be at when you want to consume 5,000 calories in one sitting and not feel guilty about it. Bring friends and order different stuff so you can taste a little of everything. Be crazy and take a slice of cheesecake home for later.

Ordered a sugarfree cake they added $$$ for some pitiful looking strawberries and more money for a non personalized happy birthday plaque added up to$70 and it wasn't worth the money, tasted like what you buy from Walmart for$12 Plus the service at the counter was rude and not accommodating. Maybe one person was nice

Last weekend, my girlfriend and I visited the La Cantera Mall location. It was only my 3rd time eating at The Cheesecake Factory. On my first visit, the waiter forgot to place our order. After more than an hours wait, we were finally served.I wrote a review then, too. The 2nd visit was excellent. Unfortunately, I do not see myself going back. On this last visit, we started off at the bar. The drinks were excellent. The bartender was very easy to talk to. All the staff, in fact, were friendly and helpful. Our meals were both served hot and with great presentation. The reason for this poor my review is that we had to deal with nats and flies. We literally had to swipe our hands around for the whole meal. It was disgusting and frustrating. I wanted to speak with the manager, but both of us knew that no amount of conversation would remedy the situation. It's extremely disappointing that I spent nearly $100 to eat and drink with bugs flying around. I hope that you have a better experience than we did.

The service was alright, waiter forgot our drink and when reminded pulled the "the bar is backed up" card. It had been since 2018 since I was at a Cheesecake Factory(in houston) and they set the standard for food and service, just hadn't had a chance to go and after this experience I will be weary of giving it a try, the egg roll sampler was burnt (not all but 2 half's out of 6) also it barely had the crispy rice noodles that looked broken up, looked like they skimped out on the portion. The steak Diane was not what is used to be, the quality of the beef was a tad bit tough, and the mashed potatoes were.... Bland. We are glad the bread stayed consistent since we last visited the chain. That was probably our favorite part. Ambiance-wise, it was busy. Honorable mention:no more free cheesecake on birthdays. You get "Sunday". With so many better food quality options in San Antonio, I would not be coming here again.

So my experience did not start off great but it finished excellent. I was having some trouble remembering which item on the menu that I usually order I tried to call in to place my order due to not seeing it online. As I was trying to explain it to the to go customer service member I was met with attitude, shortness, and what seemed like annoyance. After awhile I gave up and decided to just order when I got there. Upon arrival I asked to speak to a manager to help me with what I was looking for. Mike came over immediately and figured out what I was trying to order was so much patience due to my mother just having surgery and me not being in the best mental state to remember. Amazing compassion and customer service. I see why he is the manager

We have the best server! He made our night! The food was good with very generous portions. The Lemon meringue cheesecake was the bomb! The Tuscan chicken tasted great and the portion was huge. The booths made the large restaurant feel cozier but it was still pretty loud.

I would go here on a date . A coworker and I decided to have CF for lunch and it was the right choice! We placed our orders online and the process was seamless. When we arrived, our food was delivered to us at the reserved time. Our curbside host was friendly and greeted us with a smile. I usually get the Thai lettuce wraps as my entree (even though it's on the appetizer menu) but I decided to try something new today. The honey-truffle chicken was amazing! It came out super fresh and paired with the mashed potatoes I loved it. My personal favorite cheesecake is the celebration cheesecake so I got a slice. It has layers of cake, cheesecake, and mousse. It is delicious!

Well, the food is savory (I never come here for the desserts by the way) ordering curbside or to go is always an obstacle. Tonight specifically I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on and when I called back, everybody was laughing as they answered the phone only to transfer me to hold status again. My thought process is if you as a hostess have enough time to be laughing as you answer a business phone then you have enough time to help the back of the house take to go orders .

Stopped in for brunch and decided on the lunch salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was delicious and the service was good. We were out shopping and stopped to eat, it was busy but no wait. Highly recommend the salmon. It was cooked perfectly and had great flavor.

The food is okay, nothing really stands out with a menu so large. The chicken tacos were filling. Friendly service. clean restrooms. Seated quickly with a reservation. average noise level.

Dined here for lunch with a friend. Service was good with zero complaints and ambiance is nice. It's not my first time trying this restaurant but not a personal favorite of mine. I ordered the tex mex eggrolls and a peach lemonade. The eggrolls with the avocado and salsa were alright. I prefer Chili's southwestern egg rolls because they taste better. The peach lemonade was okay tasting as well but could hardly taste the peach. The bread, brown and white is just hard and disgusting. Their food is always mediocre to be pricey.

Always a solid food choice with options for everyone. Food is plentiful and yummy. Major kudos for consistency. Really enjoyed the parm chicken with pasta and avocado egg rolls. Yum!

I love coming to the Cheesecake Factory! We tried their cinnamon roll pancakes, their bbq hamburger and the new mexi-cali salad. Everything was delicious and our waitress was awesome! Easter Sunday brunch was quiet and the restaurant was clean.

Came here whenever graduating AIT with my friends and it was such an amazing experience. It was my first time, I ordered a burger which was amazing and the cheesecake lives up to the hype! I took two to go and man i miss the cheesecake!

My wife and I went to the cheesecake factory around 2 PM 20 June 2024. we waited approximately 30 to 40 minutes to be seated then after being seated, it took us about 15 minutes to decide what we wanted to eat then it took an additional 45 minutes or more before we received the our orders. About 10 minutes before the orders came I asked the waitress what was the problem she told me that it took me a while to decide what we wanted and they were running behind in the kitchen. I did go a second time and I had a wonderful person in the service was much better.

The visit with a larger than normal party of seven was terrible. The appetizers were good and two burger orders came out at expected temperatures (why I gave this review the 2 stars). My plate was luke warm and was missing the sauce. It came out 20 minutes later and was colder than the plate I originally was served. Two other plates were cold and after being returned from being reheated were still cool at best. My family would consider giving another visit a shot but this was not the first time I didn't care for my order. If they go back, I think I'll skip it and go elsewhere. Only other positive is that our server was very polite and did as best as she could.

Visiting my kids in SATx and after working and playing hard in the Texas heat we had worked up a ravenous hunger. I had a couple TCF gift cards taking up space in my wallet, so we headed to Northstar Mall to cool off and get some food. Was surprised by the 40 minute wait on a Sunday evening, but it is the summer and SA is a tourist town so I shouldn't have been so surprised. Kerry J was our waiter and man was he a legit waiter! Knowledgeable, funny, and great at multi-tasking! Five + Stars for his service skills!! Bread basket was fresh and warm. Butter was soft and easily spread. Cocktails- House white was a bit sweet and pretty good. Pessimist Red was a bit dry with low tannins. Mojito was perfectly refreshing. Entrees- Fish and chips were fried to perfection, light and crispy. Pepperoni Flatbread...was pepperoni flatbread. Which was greatly appreciated by the picky eater. Farfalle pasta with Chicken, and mushrooms, and diced tomatoes, and peas was good. Plenty of chicken breast chunks, but they were a bit dry and chewy (over cooked is always better than undercooked when it comes to poultry.) Very few peas, so if you do not like peas don't worry about it. Mushrooms and tomatoes were fresh and not over cooked. Pasta was a perfect Al dente. We did have a negative during our dining experience. Two knives and 1 fork had food bits stuck on them. We didn't complain about it, since we had plenty of other clean utensils we just set them to the side. Of course we ordered a slice of cheesecake too! We asked for it to go and enjoyed later in the evening. Vanilla bean was light and creamy.
