The Best Cheesecake Factory Locations In LA, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"If Santa Monica’s third-story patio had even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, it might have been in play for the top spot. Unfortunately, you’re facing 3rd Street Promenade here, which isn’t the worst vantage, but it’s a missed opportunity considering the water is a block and a half away. Points are awarded for the abundance of natural light in the dining room (family photos go hard here) and the semi-secret elevator that whisks you directly from street level to the patio. Otherwise, we’re left wondering what could have been." - brant cox, cathy park, garrett snyder

I’m writing this review to share an unfortunate experience we had at The Cheesecake Factory during our recent trip to LA We are visitors from Canada, and on the last day of our trip to LA, we decided to visit The Cheesecake Factory for the FIRST time, hoping to enjoy a nice dessert experience Unfortunately, it turned out to be a deeply disappointing visit. My friend and I went specifically for dessert, so we ordered just cheesecake and coffee. However, our server, a Black male, seemed visibly unhappy about this and even made a comment to his coworker about our small order—right in front of us. While serving the cake, he continued chatting with his colleague without acknowledging us, and I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to ask for a straw At first, I thought he might just be having a bad day, but we soon noticed how friendly and lighthearted he was with other tables—cracking jokes and smiling. It became very clear that we were being treated differently. We couldn’t help but wonder if this was because we were ASIAN tourists. That thought alone was upsetting and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We never asked for the bill, and I hadn’t even finished my cake yet, but the server dropped the bill on our table without a word. The tip section was clearly highlighted, which made us feel even more uncomfortable—as if he assumed we wouldn’t tip. My friend and I had ordered different drinks, so we politely asked to split the bill accordingly. Instead of assisting us, he made a snide remark: “You want to split just because of a dollars?” After that, we decided to speak with the manager to share what we had experienced. The manager was thankfully very professional, sincerely apologized, and offered us a gift card. However, we did not accept the gift card, as we weren’t looking for compensation. We simply wanted to make sure no other Asian tourists would go through the same experience in the future. I truly hope that the server involved receives proper training. Frankly, I would feel uncomfortable returning if he is still working there.

My friends felt sorry for me because I'd never visited a cheesecake factory despite visiting the USA three times previously. The Sznta Monica restaurant is beautiful. There is a vast array of food to choose from, making food choices hard. The food is excellent and portions generous. Tve waiting staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Excellent experience all round - I don't know why I've waited so long. Will definitely go again despite the 5 million calories 😆

The Mog Champ sends his regards. Visited The Cheesecake Factory here only to try a slice of cheesecake as a dessert after having lunch. I went for their original which was a good sizable slice. It was delicious! I'd definitely try their other cheesecakes if I get another chance. The service was quick and friendly, the restaurant is huge and has a large seating capacity as well. Thanks for the dessert. Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ

Terrible place serving awful food. Dark and gloomy inside with dismal decor but the roof terrace is nice. Terrible management. We were shuttled from one end to another to 'check in' and then made to wait for the manager when the place was obviously empty. The other staff studiously avoided eye-contact with us whilst waiting for the manager. The world-famous cheesecake was over-processed, factory-made, calorie-laden crap. We felt quite sick afterwards. Drinks were tasteless. Ridiculous palaver about paying the bill as well, which would have involved another half mile walk to the check in desk if we want to pay by card. We needed to download an app and have a US phone number to pay by phone. Not very conducive to international tourists. The redeeming features were the view from the terrace over 3rd Street and our server (a lady with mid-length hair) was friendly and, when we eventually got seated, very speedy and efficient. A thoroughly dehumanising experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of being served by Gia during my recent visit to The Cheesecake Factory, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Gia was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. She made sure our orders were perfect and checked on us at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. Her professionalism and positive attitude created such a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Thank you, Gia, for making our meal even more memorable!🫶🏼

We stopped by The Cheesecake Factory in Santa Monica and everything was great! The cheeseburger spring rolls and bistro burger hit the spot, and the cocktails were even better—especially the Raspberry Lemon Drop, Georgia Peach, and Pineapple Moscow Mule. Service was on point too. Will definitely be back!

On yesterday, I went to the cheesecake factory in Santa Monica to place a takeout order . Buy my request I asked if my food could be separated due to traveling long distance, however my protein portion of my food that I received was extremely dry and hard as if it had been overcooked. I was very dissatisfied with this experience at the Santa Monica location.. today I called and spoke with the manager. He was a very nice person and he explained to me the law in Santa Monica about take out food must be in a cardboard box therefore, any liquids or juices or gravy will be saturated in the cardboard box and your food will not taste the same so my advice to any customer if you’re going to the Santa Monica location do not order takeout because when you arrive to your home, it will not taste the same see the photos that I provided

Always try to find a cheesecake factory when we are in America. Obviouslythe cheesecake is lovely with so many options. The food is always first class and also the service. They brought us a few samples of the beer they served fair play.
