We decided to get dinner at The Cheesecake Factory here in Seattle. We've never eaten at a Cheesecake factory and we found this place to be excellent and the service provided by our server Edgar was excellent! The pasta I ordered was absolutely incredible and my wife ordered hhiahi tuna ceviche And she really enjoyed her meal. The cheesecake was absolutely beyond incredible and I loved every bite of the cheesecake. Thank you, Edgar for your incredible Customer service.

Arrived as a walk-in for a late lunch on a weekend before seeing a movie. Overall, it was a positive experience with good food and drinks. I ordered the guava pineapple sparkler and the Fettuccine Alfredo (a weird combo, I know). My partner ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. We split the Tuxedo Cheesecake. Everything tasted great! Service was OK for a late lunch. We did wait quite a while to receive drinks and for our server to come back to get our order. When walking around the restaurant, hosts and servers kept bumping into me, which I thought was odd.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! I ordered the Americana Cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and packed with classic toppings. The cucumber lemonade was a refreshing surprise, perfectly balancing sweetness and zest. Great service, delicious food, and a fantastic dining experience!

Overall it was a positive experience dining at a cheese cake factory. I was on a diet restriction and although I was eating something simple here and there - it was after a long time I was having dinner with my gf. It was a quiet night - came on a Monday. I tried chicken soup and it was really good. I loved it, such a good cream of chicken soup. We shared a tamale. I haven't had enough of tamale before to make a comment but we both liked it. We also tried beet and Avocado salad - it was good. However I have had somewhat better beet salad - but that was an upscale restaurant and I shouldn't compare. The ambience and food was overall pretty good. However I was a bit disappointed with the service and hence can't really give a 5 star. My server was slow and it felt we were often left unattended for long periods. We wanted to box a cheese cake but she never came back for us to place an order in time. I was about to leave and was going to drop some cash - it was the closing time and I can only wait for so much time for her to collect the check. I still gave her some tips - maybe she is going through some phase in life. She looked distracted.

This was a busy restaurant for the Monday night that I was there. I was pleasantly surprised they had a full menu, I thought we were only going for cheesecake. 😂 I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It was delicious! Presented nicely on the plate and I ate half before I thought of taking pictures! Also ordered cheesecake to go! Huge portion with whipped cream on the side. I think it was Carmel cheesecake, soo good! Staff were polite! Great customer service!

Our group went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Seattle last night. We had a 4:30pm reservation, and were eventually sat by about 4:50pm. That’s not bad necessarily when considering how busy this restaurant is ALL THE TIME, but when you make plans based on things working out in a certain way it does make timing a bit challenging. Upon being sat, we were brought bread and water right away, which was nice. Our original waiter seemed not too enthusiastic to be there, but our second waitress was AMAZING! She was kind, mindful of our time constraints, and made sure we enjoyed everything before bringing our requested checks. She then boxed up the leftovers for us, which was awesome! Our drinks were also never empty, which is one of my pet peeves! So, overall, she was a delight! The food was scrumptious as well! I loved the Taquitos! Perfect portion for just me and the taste was top notch! My friends enjoyed the Thai shrimp, fish and chips, bbq salad, and the cheese sticks. If you haven’t checked ever been here, you know how enormous the menu is, and will definitely find something fantastic. The tricky part is having enough time to peruse the novel before choosing! Overall, this was a great experience. I think that if there was a way to keep on track with a reservation schedule a bit better as well as find a way to make the entrance less chaotic it would be perfect. Other than that, no complaints, and we will definitely be back!

Google
The food was extremely disappointing. The dinner menu was not good at all. We got the quesadillas and the pasta and the pasta had 0 flavour. I gave this place a 2-star because the cheesecake was good, until towards the middle; it was still frozen inside. So that was a pretty unpleasant surprise. The waiter we had was great, overall the service was great I had 0 complaints regarding that, and the atmosphere was great. Good vibes. But the food was just terrible unfortunately.

Definitely my happy place. The cheesecake factory never disappoints. What ever you take it will for sure be great. Start with cheesecakes, to be sure to try it before you’ll be full.

Yelp
I was in Seattle for the 2025 Comic Con and decided to take a lunch break outside the convention center. I chose The Cheesecake Factory. After studying the menu, I decided on the Chicken Shawarma and I picked the side salad instead of fries. The salad was pretty good! Even though it was mostly leafy greens and a small bit of artichoke heart and a tomato wedge. I happen to enjoy vinegar so, maybe it was the vinaigrette that soaked the leafy greens. The chicken shawarma was great! I loved the toasted pita bread shells and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and tender. The shawarma came with two sauces. A red sauce that started out tasting like a thinned ketchup with vinegar, but quickly filled my mouth with a very spicy taste! There was also a white sauce that was reminiscent of tzatziki. But unfortunately was a pale imitation of tzatziki and I left it alone. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed interacting with her.

Yelp
With a crazy late evening downtown Seattle, forgot to reserve a table. Our fault. Waited 45 min at 8pm that's just how busy all restaurants were. We were seated and our waitress was wonderful. Ordered the Korean Chicken. Hubs said it was missing kimchi like its served in Lynnwood location, but still very tasty. I tried the new "skinny" menu. The portions are more my size. I went for the steak medallion and mashed potatoes with asparagus and Madeira wine reduction. It was sooo tasty. I kinda wish I'd gotten the regular size and had some to take home. We ordered two cheese cakes to go- the Key lime ( it was Devine) and the Reese's, hubs loved it. It was a relaxing dinner and we watched the live sounders match on my hubs phone which I really enjoyed since we were not at the game. Over all great food. Definitely make reservations at any location.

Yelp
Good for dinner, don't recommend for lunch or breakfast. Service was slow and the bread took 20+ minutes to come out -- no apologies or acknowledgment. The omelette was cold both inside filling and outside. Plating looked nice but the kitchen and staff seemed disconnected because of how long it took for everything. Coffee was nice and fresh -- we enjoyed that.

Yelp
Our waitress, Summer, was great! I'm not a fan of the Cheesecake Factory interior but it's nice on a late evening. We ordered the gluten free four cheese pasta, skinnylicious cheesecake, Cajun Salmon, and passion fruit mojito. All of the food was delicious! We plan to call the restaurant because the amount on the receipt did not match what the card was charge. Not sure why this would be the case, hopefully just an innocent mistake.

Yelp
A group of 7 of us came in for dinner before watching Wicked at the Paramount, and we were seated within a pretty reasonable time given how busy they were! Kudos to the staff who maintained friendly and helpful attitudes with all the customers that day. I ordered the Chicken Bellagio from the Specialities section on the menu, plus an espresso martini. The martini was strong and bitter but if you like the taste of coffee, it's quite perfect. Now let me tell you about how delicious the Chicken Bellagio was! I will ALWAYS order anything with prosciutto and arugula, so this was already a win for me, but it's also served with crispy chicken and a basil pasta with cream sauce. I know their serving sizes are quite large, but for this being my only meal of the day and with how tasty it was, I cleaned the plate. This is definitely going to be my go-to order in the future. For dessert, we did order a few slices of cheesecake to share. We got the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple, Mango Key Lime, and Triple Berry Bliss. All were tasty, but the standout to me was the mango key lime - I'm a huge fan of tart flavors with cheesecakes, so this was perfect. Overall we had a great time and the food was also superb!

Yelp
Gluten free review; If you are in Seattle and are looking for delicious cheesecake... buckle up because the Cheesecake Factory will be calling your name! We went and had the regular burger with a gluten free bun. 4 out of 5. Of course we had dessert first! The most chocolatey creamy and smooth cheesecake... .. I give that 5 stars plus one.. They were quick to get us in and it was a nice atmosphere after a movie. If you are in Seattle in that area or probably any cheesecake factory, I would definitely stop in and absolutely indulge. Ps no dairy free cheesecake as of yet for those with dairy free sensitivities.

Yelp
Gave delivery another shot. Club sandwich this last time was WAY better. Ahi poke nachos were also pretty good. Instead of doing the egg roll sampler, just got the cheeseburger egg rolls, which were a little sad looking and overcooked, but edible with the sauces. I've gotten the full sampler several times before and it's always better quality. This was my first time getting just one kind instead of the sampler, and I probably wouldn't do that again. My mind is changed about the club sandwich, though. It must have been an off day last time.

Yelp
Went here for dinner and it was superb! I loved the pasta and the monte Cristo. The waiters were really nice to me and the ambiance was cool.

Yelp
Great time with friends at the Cheesecake Factory! Small wait after making a reservation and for the bar, but we were accommodated well and service was really efficient and friendly. Server gave great recommendations and made the atmosphere wonderful Recommend any of the steak dishes, cooked well and had nice flavor

Yelp
Always has a good vibe and is always buzzing with people. Love the warm famous bread! However, the wait time for food is too long. Ended up waiting too long and taking to go boxes instead of eating at the restaurant. The veggie burger and factory nachos are delicious!

Yelp
The quality varies a lot - our first time coming it was terrible (stale chip appetizer, dry chicken in the Pasta da Vinci) but the last couple times have been great! I recommend the spicy rigatoni vodka. It's made with a surprising amount of heat and the sauce is hearty and filled with soft cherry tomatoes and basil. The cheesecake is standard for Cheesecake Factory's so not much worth mentioning. Wait isn't too bad. On a weekday night there wasn't a wait and on a weekend night we waited around 30 minutes.

Yelp
This Cheesecake Factory is in Downtown Seattle. I've been to plenty; mainly the restaurants in Orlando. I wasn't the biggest fan of this particular restaurant's food. It was very, very bland. Not terrible, but for $25 for parmesan chicken that seems like it was just noodles, tomato sauce and warmed-up Patties put together, I could have saved money to dine at a cheaper or tastier place. The cheesecake is always worth the visit, but the dining at this particular location could have been skipped. In regards to service, I ordered pick up. There was about a 20-minute wait. Very crowded restaurant.

Yelp
For a chain that everyone raves about most of the food that we ordered came out to be pretty average. We did only order apps and small plates and did not get any cheesecake( I get that's the draw, and I love cheesecake), but we were in a time crunch. The eggroll/springroll sampler was average. The cheeseburger one tasted more like deep fried sloppy joes. The Avacado one was bland and the Tex mex version was probably the best out of the bunch. Crab wontons were mid level, nothing too special. Lettuce wraps we opted for the grilled Avacado(which was pretty bland), but probably should have went with the chicken. A little heavy on the Avacado in all of our dishes. The Korean Cauliflower was tasty and sweet, more like teriyaki cauliflower. The one item that stood out was the beet and Avacado salad. It was light and refreshing. The orange in it sounded like a strange addition, but I kid you not we would come back for just that. We sat at the bar so the service was ok. The bartender that initially helped us was nice and would float by now and again until we ordered, then that was it. I know we will come back and try it again(probably a different location), but it's been years since we have been to one, and it didn't really leave me craving another round anytime soon. There are plenty of things to try here, but I think that's part of the issue. We ordered 5 different items(that were average) and didn't even scratch the surface of this gaudy menu. I just don't know that I have it in me to choose this again over a new restaurant.

Yelp
Popped in for lunch on a Sunday, and there was hardly anyone there so I was seated right away. Michelle was my waitress, and she was on top of everything. I ordered the skinnylicious crispy chicken sandwich and side salad. The food came out quick, and so did my bread. The sandwich and salad were the perfect portion size for lunch. Most of their portions are pretty large, but this one wasn't. The chicken was crispy and had good flavor. The salad was tossed in the dressing so I didn't have to worry about not having enough dressing. It was my birthday so they also brought me out a little sundae. The Fudge at the bottom was delicious.

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory, is well, Cheesecake Factory. It is glamorous on the inside, but their food is not as glamorous as their decor, except for the cheesecake. The service is okay. The service at this Cheesecake Factory location has never been great for me, but they get the job done. The vibe is nice. It is classy, yet elegant, and I love the decor. I had the fettuccine alfredo, the salted caramel cheesecake, and the quesadilla. The fettucine alfredo was okay, although I have had better. The fettucine Alfredo was tasty, but not phenomenal or anything. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it again. The salted caramel cheesecake is FANTASTIC and one of my favorite cheesecakes from Cheesecake Factory. I love the majority of the cheesecakes. They are full of flavor and deliciously sweet. If you are vegetarian, please know that outside of the cheesecakes, if you want an entree or an appetizer, the vegetarian options are limited. Their vegetarian items outside of the cheesecakes are a hit or miss. In my opinion, some are great, and some are not. Overall, I recommend this Cheesecake Factory. Be aware, it is not a cheap dining experience and the wait can be long sometimes, so make a reservation through the app if you can. You have to be a rewards member to make a reservation, I believe. I definitely recommend the cheesecakes!

Mary Jo L.

Yelp
Good was good but servings are way too big. Could not finish. Great service. Loud environment. But the cheesecake is worth the visit.

Yelp
After many years of going to this Cheesecake Factory, it has always been consistent and pretty much the same. It's actually nice that it's a bit of a time capsule. This place makes an excellent Caesar salad. I think the cheesecake slices are smaller if my memory is correct but they're still delicious.

Yelp
Each time I try the Cheesecake Factory I'm just not pleased. The service was fast and the location was very convenient but the food did not do it for me. I ordered the Louisiana pasta and did not enjoy the dish. Each time I've tried Cheesecake Factory I've went with pasta and it's always less than to me. Maybe I should try another dish or write off CF all together! The cheesecake was awesome but pricey as expected but the portions are gigantic. It was pretty crowded at this location but I did an online order so my food was already ready when I arrived. This location was typical for a Cheesecake Factory. Nothing special in regard to atmosphere, ambiance, etc. The building was bigger than usual and its looks aesthetically pleasing from the street at this busy corner.

Yelp
Food was so good, big portions and yummy pasta. I got the Scampi, delicious. Our server was also very helpful and nice, she packed our leftovers for us and bagged up our cheesecakes to go as well. The decor is the same as all the other ones, cute.

Yelp
Cheesecake was one of my favorite spots. Due to the lack of their response to a dispute transaction filling. these actions on my account overcharging my account, leaving me in a negative. When I paid my bill of 273 gratuity was included no tip was added due to I tipped in cash. Informing the restaurant of this incident regarding my account. And being told to call corporate, which neither has helped with this dispute. Leaving my account in negative 266.80 which was also taking out of my account. I have paid a total of three transactions and I this is unfair.

Yelp
Food was good but the experience was horrible. It started out with two waiter crashing into each other and my husband getting glass of iced water poured on his back and right shoulder. Manager came by to check if he was okay. We expected to at least get our dessert compensated for the unpleasant experience but nothing. Full bill was presented. I took my toddler to restroom 3x in the 1.5 hrs we were there and 2 of those times, two female employee with aprons on came out of one bathroom stall they were in together, as we were entering the bathroom. Talk about gross and very inappropriate! They had big smiles on their faced. The baby station doesn't latch up. I didn't know it that and as I was putting it up, my toddler decided to run under it and it came crashing down on her head that she flew forward onto her belly. Safety concern, please fix it. Such a disastrous dinner experience.

Yelp
So close to our hotel. Literally right across the street from the Sheraton. Food was pretty good. The service was great. I think people in Seattle are just friendly all around. Drinks were really good. Crab cakes were so so but I'm pretty snobbish when it comes to crab cakes lol! Ambiance is extremely nice. I really enjoyed our dinner here and recommend if you're in the area to give it a try.

Yelp
lousiana chicken pasta is my go to whenever i'm craving something cheesy and savory! ambiance was ok, but it is what it is considering it's a downtown location. service was great, food took a little long but overall well!

Yelp
The food was delicious as always here. Just got in for a business trip and all the years I've been coming here it never disappoints. Also I have to give my server Lynsey V props for a great job!

Yelp
Great service !!! Our waitress Molly B was amazing . But the food here hands down worst cheesecake meal we have had. We live in California so we go to cheesecake all the time .

Yelp
I highly recommend coming for happy hour at the bar. It's first come first serve for the bar seating but the value for the appetizers and small plates is great! I would highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms!
google avatar

Yelp
A great place to gather for a meal or drink downtown. The selection of food is amazing and they have something for everyone. I grabbed the steak medallions off the skinny menu and they were a good portion and tasted great. Also, the space is large and has a cool design to it. It's very popular with tourist so make sure to make a reservation.

Yelp
I don't normally write reviews for chains but my experience with the food was so terrible. For context, I got takeout during PAX conference so maybe they were struggling with quality control. I got the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and it was the worst version that I had ever tried- the noodles were a mushy mess and bland. The noodles didn't even taste like noodles but baby food with no sauce. The chicken and shrimp were chewy but also string and tough. Everything was so dry and flavorless and the side of bread was also rock hard. All in all, there were no redeeming qualities to the food especially considering the high price. The only reason I give a star is because I thought the customer service was decent. My partner had originally placed an order that we wanted to cancel so we could reorder something else. A quick phone call had canceled our order and they seemed pretty nice about it. I hope they can resolve the quality control issues for the food though.

Yelp
Came today during the busy lunch hour today and had the best service from our waiter Lewis P. He was so attentive, always around for what we needed and just kind in general. Thank you so much Lewis!! You are awesome!

Yelp
Had the Santa Fe Salad here tonight which used to be a favorite. It arrived looking very tired and wilted, brown lettuce, somewhat soggy and without signature tortilla strips.. Very disappointing. Then I visited the women's restroom where 3 of the 4 stalls were marked closed! It really made me question the health of this restaurant. On the plus side, the wait-staff was very helpful, upbeat and professional. When I asked for a comment card, everyone looked at each other like, "what's that"?
google avatar

Krista Rene N.

Yelp
My favorite items here are the margaritas and beet salad. The service is friendly and there's literally something for everyone. Don't miss happy hour! Oh and the bread, of course.

Yelp
My son and I arrived at The Cheesecake Factory at the same time as another guest, but the group ahead of us was seated right away. We were told we'd have to wait about 10 minutes. When I asked why, the hostess explained that the servers weren't ready. This didn't make sense, especially since a party of three had just been seated. I turned to my son and said, "Do you see what just happened? I want you to understand so you can learn how to navigate situations like this." The young lady immediately became defensive and replied, "It's not a thing," "We don't want any issues. The waiter's behavior felt biased and unprofessional, and it was clear to me that there was an underlying issue. Racism is real, and it's frustrating to witness this kind of treatment. Cheesecake Factory, you need to do better.
google avatar

Jack C.

Yelp
Not ideal to say the least. Made a reservation for 2 at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Arrived 5 minutes prior to our reservation time and was told it would be a fifteen minute wait. So what's the point of a reservation then? Out of multiple appetizers that we originally wanted to order, had a good experience with the egg roll sample platter tho. Girlfriend ordered pasta, and by 7pm they were out of parmesan cheese to top it. Overall, out of many different popular items which was quite disappointing. Cheesecake was fantastic which carried the two star rating.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory in Seattle is fairly par for the course for any Cheesecake Factory as far as ambiance and feel. If you've seen one you've seen them all. I haven't been to any Cheesecake Factories in many years so I was surprised to find a favorite of mine gone - the delicious cheesesteak. I opted for the chicken sandwich found in the Skinnylicious menu and it was good. It was small and dainty and the salad was quite flavorful. The service was okay. Our waitress was very nice but she went away for awhile and her replacement was not as attentive. We had ordered an appetizer that did not arrive until halfway through our meal. We were told "that station" was busy - which would have been fine and had we been warned or alerted in advance we would have forgone the pretzel bites. On the plus side we weren't charged for it either. Everything was fine, but just not spectacular.

Yelp
Food was served fast and came out hot.Good flavor. The restaurant was very cold inside that day. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu.

Yelp
Spending the weekend in Seattle to take in a Kraken game and celebrate my son's birthday. When I bought the tickets for the game, I didn't realize it was also going to be Comic Con weekend. Y'all, the city is a madhouse! Tried to make reservations but they were booked - my son really wanted Cheesecake Factory, and our hotel is only 3 blocks away - so we walked down and went on the 45 minute waitlist. It was worth the wait! Started with the Buffalo blasts appetizer, hadn't had it in years! Still delish. Service was great, and though we were seated very near the kitchen (quite loud on such a busy night), we still had an enjoyable time, with cheesecake to go on the way out. Try the key lime. Trust me.

Yelp
Decided to try the Cheesecake Factory for the first time and it was as expected: pretty basic. I'll start with saying the servers were so kind and attentive so big thumbs up to them. The food though...was hit or miss. We got the Carne Asada Steak, Miso Salmon, and Chicken Thai Salad. The Carne Asada Steak and Miso Salmon were actually good and presentation for the salmon was aesthetic. BUT the Chicken Thai Salad was wayyyyy too saucy. I literally couldn't even taste the lettuce because there was too much sauce and it was overpowering. That wasn't even a salad - it was more like sauce soup with greens. Also, it took a long while for our food to come out. When it did, the Carne Asada was a bit cold while the salmon was piping hot. I'm assuming they didn't exit the kitchen at the same time. Overall, it was okay. OH we also tried the Snickers cheesecake and that was so good. So major kudos to the cheesecakes!

Yelp
Mac N Cheese is amazing. That's how I'm going to start this review off. My son was researching places in the Seattle area while we were here for a cruise. His one place was this place. The Mac n cheese was so tasty. Nice flavor and creamy. We also had the grilled cheese sandwich which was good too. Think it could have used some more cheese but the bread was hella good. As we walked around many people we passed were talking about this place has the best cheese and best Mac n Cheese. If I come back up this way I will be coming for the Mac N Cheese

Yelp
Family reunion in Seattle and this was where we went to for a dessert before we went off to our separate hotels. The Oreo Dream Cheesecake is gigantic and soooo good. Yes, not a good idea to be finishing off the evening with a load of sugar but it was too hard to resist. Definitely shareable with at least 2 maybe 3 if you want to share the sugar rush! This Cheesecake Factory is located in a great location. Walking distance from Pike Place and across from the Seattle Convention Center.

Yelp
No pictures this time folks, as I was enjoying my conversation with the people I gone to the restaurant with, and I forgot to take pictures. Let me just say everything looked awesome! Last night I had a coworker come in to town, my husband met us as well in downtown Seattle. Our office is near the convention center and the Cheesecake Factory is centrally located just off of Pike and 7th. I walked near this location every Monday and Thursday when I'm downtown working. I knew it would be the right place to go due to the location. I wasn't sure what it was going to be like at 6:30 PM so I made a reservation for the three of us. I've been near here in the evenings and it has been pretty busy at least on the weekends. We were about 20 minutes early and they did have room for us and sat us right away . We ordered soft drinks, appetizers, and dinner . First, let me say... They have an awesome wait staff. They were very attentive, and they came and got our drink order right away. They gave us a few minutes and then came back and took our appetizer and dinner order. We ordered 2 appetizers. A shrimp appetizer along with Tex-Mex spring rolls. Both were very delicious. For dinner we ordered Chicken Bellagio, Skinnylicious, Asian Salad, and a tacos plat . It took about 15 minutes once our order was put in for the food to be delivered. We definitely had time to chat. It was nice to see my coworker in person with all the Zoom calls we have been on over the year. We definitely had time to catch up. The makeup of the store is definitely a traditional Cheesecake Factory with the pinks and tans and Italian feeling. I would say it is smaller, than most of their. restaurants, due to the location. The restaurant was clean and well put together. I did have to use the restroom as soon as I got into the location and the restroom was clean and it had no issues. Let me just say, this place does get very busy and I would suspect because of the high ceilings. It gets noisy. Our visit was on a Monday night, it was a relatively slow night. So it was pretty nice regarding the noise level. The one thing that Cheesecake Factory does well is their portion size. I do not think I've ever left a Cheesecake Factory feeling I had an empty stomach. Everyone at our table had food leftover and unfortunately we did not have room for cheesecake, which was a bummer. All in all it was an enjoyable experience, loved the staff, and I'm glad I was able to take my coworker to this location. It is close to my office and close to the hotel where my coworker was staying. Well done!

Yelp
Dear Cheesecake Factory... it's over. It's not you... it's me. I had grown use to your phenomenal flavors in a menu that seemed to never end. Not eleven. COVID could dilute my loyalty as I knew that even a supply chain would not affect your elegance in the long term; I was wrong. I empathize with your staffing and will always overtip these hardworking individuals, but when it comes to the experience... you just stopped trying. Your happy hours are still something we can agree on and we will always have the warm bread that started this affair. I think you have great potential but I can't taste it in your menu anymore. Sincerely.

Yelp
Visited The Cheesecake Factory in downtown Seattle right before seeing a movie across the street at Regal. Our server James did a great job getting us out on time to see the movie, and food done quickly!! Whenever we go it's usually an hour or so wait... so we always end up sitting in the bar. My shrimp soft tacos were pretty good, but the shrimp wasn't the freshest. You could tell it was the small frozen kind of shrimp. The sweet potato fries and chicken pot stickers were amazing though, and my boyfriend liked his steak (although wishes it had more meat in the dish, it was a little small). Overall we like Cheesecake Factory whenever we want to grab a bite before seeing a movie across the street. It's pretty quick and reliable, friendly staff and convenient location. Need to actually get a cheesesteak next time and sneak it into the movie!!

Yelp
I ordered food to go for my daughters. I arrived at the restaurant at the designated pick up time only to be told it would be 5 more minutes. Fast forward 30 minutes and still no food-I put my arm on the counter near the hostess area and continued to wait. I then heard a loud bang on the countertop behind me and the hostess yelled. "Can this lady just move?" I turned around and asked her if she was talking to me and was taken aback by the tone and aggression. The hostess looked at me and said "yes" and rolled her eyes. I asked her name and she refused to tell me. I then asked for a manager who came over and made excuses, saying employees do not have to tell you their name if they do not want to. I told the manager I was disappointed in the customer service and she told me she was going to talk to the hostess, whom I later found out was named Evelyn. She asked me to refrain from reaching out to upper management and reassured me. She would handle the situation. When I finally got my food over an hour from the time I ordered it, the manager says I hope she apologized to you. She did not. Overall, really disappointed in the way the entire thing was handled and how the restaurant was run. If this place is busy, I would steer clear because they don't seem to handle a heavy load of patrons well.

Yelp
Not very impressed with my latest delivery order kids chicken strips and Mac and cheese. I barely eat anything because it wasn't very satisfying or good. I do appreciate how they package food and their presentation is always great. They also listened to notes I added. But overall the food was pretty blah, I didn't eat the Mac and cheese after a bite because it tasted like buttery oil with some cheese. I saw a photo on here that looked way different than what I got, it looked so cheesy and good (pasta was different looking too), I'll add a photo of mine when I get a chance. The chicken strips were okay but not what I was hoping for (I wouldn't say they were bad though), fries were stale/cold but I knew that could happen with delivery. I will not order the strips or Mac and cheese again but would get some of their desserts.

Yelp
I am so tired of ordering food to go and to have it delivered without utensils. Here's a clue - when you receive an order from a customer who is having it delivered to a hotel, assume these things are needed. Just spent $41 on a Cesar salad with grilled salmon that I'm eating with my fingers. Not cool.
