The Cheesecake Factory

I am visiting from Melbourne, Australia and I always dine at cheesecake factory each time. This time i am here to celebrate my birthday with my family. Always a delightful dining experience that certainly lived up to my expectations, I am always excited to visit, and always glad i did! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your meal with my family. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide array of options that cater to various tastes. Choosing what to order was a fun challenge! When our food arrived, it was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I particularly appreciated the generous portions—there was so much food that I ended up with a doggy bag, which we happily enjoyed during our trip to Indiana National Park. It’s always nice to have delicious meals on hand when you're out in nature! Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their cheesecake. It was a challenge to choose from all the options they have, we had to vote and the winner was the dulce de leche cheesecake. It was the perfect ending to our meal—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Overall, my visit to The Cheesecake Factory was fantastic as always! The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and it was a wonderful way to create memories with family. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal and, of course, some amazing cheesecake!

This was my first 3 level Cheesecake Factory which was kinda cool to see. The food was solid as always. Service was good but a little slow considering how quiet it was, but we weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big issue. It was nice inside and the bathroom were clean. No complaints. A typically solid cheesecake factory appearance 8/10

Curbside pick up experience review. We ordered a whole cherry cheesecake for curbside pick up to be used as a birthday cake. I didn’t drop/shift/tilt the cheesecake at all. When I opened it right before the party, I saw one side was pushed in and messed up as if someone dropped it and then put in the bag and then brought to us for curbside pick up. Really really disappointing for the birthday girl. So note to anyone picking up a whole cheesecake via curbside pickup, open the bag, take out the box and check out what you ordered before driving away.

Fish and chips were great, gumbo pasta was great, fish tacos were great (side of rice was bland). Our waiter wasn't the best but the support staff was fantastic. We spilled a drink and it was cleaned up super fast. Cheesecake was phenomenal.

It's a chain restaurant, so atmosphere is so-so, food was really good off the skinny menu, but prices are high for the overall package.

For them to have so many options on the menu it was hard to choose but we managed. The drinks were pretty pricy in my opinion. The food was reasonably priced and well plated.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite mainstream restaurants, and I have gone to different locations over the years. Great tasting food, although prices have gone up. Their menu used to have so much more variety years ago, but the variety is still decent. I recently had a teen birthday party there, and used their online reservation system. It went without a glitch. It does get loud there when it's crowded, but everyone went home happy.

The cheesecake selection was simply divine, with each bite showcasing rich, creamy flavors and a perfectly baked crust. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall charm. A must-visit for any dessert lover!
