Outstanding Experience — Thanks to Our Amazing Server, Angel T! We had a fantastic time at The Cheesecake Factory, and the highlight of our visit was our wonderful Venezuelan server, Angel T. Her service was truly exceptional — friendly, warm, and incredibly charming. She made fantastic recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience. The restaurant is very lucky to have someone like her; she genuinely made our visit worthwhile. The food was delicious, the cocktails were average but still enjoyable, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We left feeling very satisfied and cared for. We will definitely return — and we hope to sit in Angel T’s section again. She made all the difference!

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, at least not this particular location. I waited 30 minutes and watched as other people who had just arrived were let in. It's not worth the price at all. There are many better options with better service and quality. The food is pretty standard. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.

We were 3 families with kids, 14 people in total. The variety of food offerings was huge and everyone found something they enjoyed. The food was delicious and portions were large. The only concern was the service. The waitress was nice but the food came out inconsistently. First about 4-5 dishes came out. Then 5 min later a few more, and so on. It took a while for everyone to finally get their food. I understand that it’s hard to time everything perfectly, but the large restaurant was not so busy at the time, and it’s uncomfortable to watch other people at your table eating while you still don’t have your food, or watching their food get cold as they wait for everyone to be served. So I think an area of improvement for this restaurant would be try to try bring all the meals to the table at the same time. And getting the bills was a painfully long wait while we had to deal with many tired kids who just wanted to go home. So yes we will be back, the food was great, but if the owners are reading this, please try to work on better accommodating large groups and you will get happier customers.

It was busy but the service was still fast! I ordered the most popular chicken dish. It was good. Hubby got the enchiladas. Mom got orange chicken and dad got salmon. I like that there are so many choices. The food is really good and it's a prime people watching spot if you get a table by the window like we did. I think it was a nice time. A little expensive but that's to be expected. I liked it

Food is always good. Just wished the steak nachos had more steak for the price you are paying. We ordered kids pasta, avocado egg rolls, steak nachos, bistro burger which was alright would not order again, and fish tacos. With passionfruit mojitos and Georgia peach cocktail.

The food was really good, and even though it was busy when we arrived, the wait was only about 10 minutes for a table—which isn’t bad for a weekend lunch. Our server was attentive and friendly. Overall, a great experience

Factory Town at Sawgrass - A Delightful Experience! I recently visited Factory Town at Sawgrass and had a fantastic time. The menu diversity is impressive, offering a wide range of options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. I was particularly pleased with the service, atmosphere, and the food itself. For my meal, I ordered a vegan salad, and my husband enjoyed a hamburger. We then indulged in some delicious desserts: strawberry cheesecake, a brownie, and a key lime pie. Everything was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend this place.

The food was okay. It didn’t have a lot of flavor. The manager was great and had the chef cook some Alfredo sauce on the side. I added salt and pepper. It was a nice little vibe. I haven’t been in years. We went for my nieces 20th birthday on Monday.

I am a huge fan of The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant located in Western Sunrise Florida in South Florida's Famous Sawgrass Mills Mall. Situated in the "Oasis" section of Sawgrass Mills Mall in the vicinity of Sunrise Boulevard and Flamingo Road. Cheesecake Factory is a well-known staple in the casual dining scene, offering an extensive menu, generous portions, and legendary cheesecakes. The décor is a unique mix of upscale and eclectic, with a bit of a Mediterranean influence. The high ceilings, and cozy booths have a welcoming atmosphere that feels both casual and elegant. The menu is famously massive, with pages upon pages of options ranging from American comfort food to Asian-inspired dishes, Italian pastas, and more. They have both a Restaurant Menu and a Happy Hour Menu. Happy Hour is served in the Bar Area weekdays from 4pm to 6pm. Brunch is served on Weekends till 2pm. Whether you are in the mood for a massive hamburger, a fabulous salad, or something more indulgent like chicken marsala or shrimp scampi, there is something for everyone. Great Kid's Menu too!! My husband's favorite meals was the Meatloaf, Shephard's Pie and Spicy Cashew Chicken. My favorite go-to meals are the Baja Chicken Tacos and Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. However, the real star is dessert--specifically, the cheesecake with dozens of flavors to choose from. The only thing negative I can say, you are waiting for a table during peak hours, and can also be very loud and noisy. It is what it is. However, the Cheesecake Factory offers good value for the price and I love the ambiance.

We haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in quite a while. So when we had a craving, we went to the one in Sawgrass Mills. We were seated quickly and water and their huge menus brought over. We ordered 3 appetizers to share. 1) Baked Brie with Truffle-Honey Butter - $8.50 - Warm Bread with Brie Cheese Drizzled with Truffle-Honey Butter and Housemade Orange Marmalade. These were pretty good, but a bit too sweet. I though the truffle would cut the sweetness, but it did not. 2) Tex Mex Eggrolls - $14.95 - Spicy Chicken, Corn, Black Beans, Peppers, Onions and Melted Cheese. Served with Avocado Cream and Salsa. These were delicious with the avocado crema and salsa. Not too spicy but a nice kick. 3) Chicken Pot Stickers - $16.95- Asian Dumplings Pan-Fried in the Classic Tradition. Served with Our Soy-Ginger Sesame Sauce. We usually love these - however today the sauce was bitter and they tasted off. We asked for them to be taken away. I ordered a slice of Banana Cheesecake which I remember being amazing! However, it wasn't the same. Very little banana flavor and a few thin slices of banana in it. Blah. At $12-13 per slice, it wasn't worth it. Our service was OK, but our server started getting busier and busier and then we never saw him until we waved him over and asked for the check. It gets pretty loud in here as there is always so many people here , but we were close to the front door and maybe that was worse. We will definitely come back.

Whenever I want a variety of food, I always come to the cheesecake factory because the menu is huge and there's so much to choose from. Prices and portions are very reasonable, and of course you got to love the cheesecake and the different flavors that they have. I love the vibe. I love the ambience, I've always had great service whenever I dine in. One of my favorite go to after a long day of shopping at Sawgrass.

The cheesecakes were visually magnificent and purchased two which were a fraction of the size they were years ago and at $13.00 a slice it was obnoxious, although, the cheesecakes were fresh and dense with an unforgetable sweetness.

Tried one of the new smaller menu items for a light dinner, had the Chicken Katsu bowl and it was delicious. You have the choice of white or brown rice and I chose the brown rice. Because of that, it was a tab bit dry and I would have loved more of the yummy sauce that was on the chicken. Also ordered a slice of cheesecake that I only got a bite of, taking the rest home. :) Our waitress was also a delight. The ladies' bathroom was not terrible, but it could have used some TLC. As usual, Cheesecake Factory is lively and bustling with chatter, which we knew. It was a great place to meet up for a bite. Would go back :)

This review is for the sawgrass mall location. Early lunch on Tuesday. Restaurant had just opened and we were one of the first guests. Our server, Patricia, was wonderful and professional and so friendly. That lady loves her job. I opted for the Renee special which is a half sandwich (that's what the menu says but my sandwich half looked and ate like a whole), a soup, and a salad. The chicken almond sandwich was delicious. The soup was creamy chicken with mushroom and artichoke. Super good and a big bowl. The balsamic dressing on the mountain of salad was so good. I want that recipe. My daughter had the chicken avocado salad which was a giant plate of greens. She loved it. The kiddoes had chicken tenders and beef sliders. The fries are sooo good. Everything was great.

Wow what an amazing dinner I've had here at this location in sunrise. I ordered my usual the cheeseburger and this location tasted the best !! Weird because I know it's chain restaurants but their meat is so much bigger and juicer than any other location Ive been to in Florida. The fries were even hot like it just had came out . Also very smart move from the chef to put the sauce on the side because I don't like to eat too much sauce. The chicken Marsala is also delicious if you're in mood for pasta. The another thing I want to rave about is the service !!! The sever was so polite and attentive ! This location is a must go.

I have been coming to the cheesecake factory for a very long time and have definitely had a fair share of different customer service experiences, I hadn't been to the cheesecake factory in a minute my aunt and I were actually gonna go eat somewhere else and then we saw cheesecake factory and we were like oh we should go eat there, first and foremost I just wanna say it was very busy we were sat almost immediately! Our server Adrian was absolutely astounding I mean he was so attentive he checked up on us constantly, he has a great memory and he was just the sweetest this review was definitely deserving because I feel it's very difficult to find good customer service especially at big chains like the cheesecake factory But wow I actually cannot wait to come back ask for Adrian!

This establishment has been around for a long time. We decided to sit at the bar because it was a 20-30 minute wait for 2. The server at the bar was so sweet with us. For food, you know cheesecake factory has a HUGE menu, I feel like some things should be reevaluated to see if it's still something to keep on the menu. We decided to try the skinny menu and got the steak medallions. When I was look at the picture of it online I saw 4 petite medallions of steak. However, when we got it we got 3 pieces and then one tiny chunk of steak, that was just one bite worth of steak. I guess because it did come from the skinny menu it also gave less mash potatoes as well, like it felt like 2 table spoons of the mash potato. The issue was the tiny cube of steak and the least amount of mash potato for 25$, to me this seemed like a lunch dish and could of been about 18.99 the most. We also did the dynamite shrimp. It's always a classic, but you don't get much shrimp and it's not tossed or coated in the sauce, it's drizzled on. if the shrimp was tossed with the sauce and then sat on a bed of coleslaw or some cold greenery, that would really elevate the dish more. I did not get a picture of the steak dish because I was disappointed in it, and it was finished so fast.

It's always nice coming to this location with my family. My brother and I came here to celebrate my mom's birthday. Heads up though; always try and book a reservation in advance because the mall brings in a lot of traffic and the wait times can be long. So I was definitely happy that I made us a reservation. We were able to get seated in less than five minutes which was a plus! I've had the fish tacos before and I thoroughly enjoyed them, so I got the dish again. My brother and mom ordered some pasta. Our server was pretty decent and was on top of everything in the beginning. It did unfortunately take a while to get him to take care of a couple things. He had forgotten and that's totally okay! My brother's dish came out twenty minutes late, but we were still happy overall. Another heads up though, is that they stopped serving cheesecake complimentary for birthdays. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the mood for some yummy bread, food, and cheesecake!

The Cheesecake Factory is always a hit and this time was no different. I had the band band chicken and shrimp which was so flavorful and fresh. The chicken was super small though and didn't have enough. We also enjoyed the brownie dessert that was so rich and delicious. Service was good even though I was surprised how busy it was on a weekday late afternoon.

This location is pretty much the same as all the others in the chain. The food is really good and the portions are huge. Service is usually pretty quick, once seated. Value could be a little better as prices have drastically risen.

Sat at the bar and ate a big salad with a Aperol Spritz while watching college football. It was very busy with many people waiting for tables but the bar is first come first serve.

I don't care what social media says--I love going to The Cheesecake Factory! The food is always great, and the desserts are even better. I visited the Sawgrass location for dinner and drinks. It took a little while for someone to acknowledge our table, but once our server arrived, everything went smoothly. He was attentive and even made some great drink recommendations. We tried the piña colada, mai tai, and a whiskey-based cocktail that exceeded my expectations. For appetizers, the mac and cheese balls were perfectly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of cheesy goodness. As for the entrées, everything was delicious. We had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, Steak and Salmon Diane, and Shrimp and Steak Diane--all flavorful and well-prepared. The ambiance was on par with other Cheesecake Factory locations, but sitting on the outdoor patio was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a good experience!

came here to celebrate a birthday and they had a free slice of cheesecake for the birthday girl! everything is pretty good here, i don't come often but it never disappoints! the waiter was super nice and the food didn't take too long to come out at all! it was a bit hot at first since we were seated in the "outdoor" area but it got better once they put the blinds down! the marghertia flatbread was super good but the portion could have been bigger. if you come here definitely try out the s'mores cheesecake especially if you're a fan of chocolate!! it was suuuper delicious!

Pretty much when it comes to places like this, once you've been to one, you know what to expect. The waitress was friendly, helpful and quick. This place is super busy being at the mall so expect to wait, especially on the weekend. But our table didn't take too long. It's definitely noisy. The food was good and the beverages were delicious. If you like a quieter setting, I'd recommend another location, but this one is convenient if you're in the mood to shop.

Terrible experience. Our server stopped attending to our table without any explanation. We called him multiple times, and he just kept saying 'give me a minute,' but never came back. Eventually, they assigned us another server without telling us what happened. Very disappointing service. I would never come back. The server was an older bald man. Awful.

Located in the Oasis section of Sawgrass Mall, this Cheesecake Factory is always bustling. Sometimes the wait is only 5-10 minutes but I've also seen it get to an hour or longer. Try to come at off hours (like in between meals) to avoid some of the crowds. The restaurant is large though so it can accommodate many guests. This does make the restaurant quite loud. Opting to sit outside (at cooler times) may cut down on some of the noise. Service has been better the last several times we've gone, but has been known to be a little inconsistent. Food is generally up to Cheesecake Factory standards; large portions, many calories, tasty flavor, and creamy cheesecake. Worth a visit if you're shopping in the mall and want to treat yourself after all that walking.

Food was good no wow factor. We had a couple problems with our order. Server seemed overwhelmed we had to constantly ask for drinks and missing items from order. Example one item was chicken da Vinci it was more da Vinci than chicken, on bright note the cheesecake were delicious. The place was clean. Main Hostess was not the friendliest person.

I don't understand how people can rate CHEESECAKE FACTORY anything less than a 5. Never ONCEEEEEEE have had a bad experience with the food. Only disappointing factor is when they discontinued my skinnylicipus Santorini salad! Cheesecake is the best restaurant to ever come to life. Menu options are out of this world. Anyone tried their new Thai chicken salad which is just lettuce wraps in the form of a salad. WAS AMAZING! 20 bucks which is kind of disappointing but prices everywhere have shot up. Try the salad!

Cheesecake factory is a well established chain resturnat that has been aaround for a long time. they have a wide variety of foods that caters to every individual. If you looking for American, Asian, Italian food all in one place this a go to spot at sawgrass mall. Price range is more on the pricier side but you get plenty of food and unlimited bread which is the best. They also have ahappy hour during the week days from 4 to 6 at the bar. And they have plenty of mix drink specialties. Also you can't go wrong with their desserts and cheese cake !

This salad is always made to perfection! Fresh ingredients, packed with lettuce (asked for extra), and must have balsamic and ranch mix.

Dining at The Cheesecake Factory was an absolute delight from start to finish. Using the reservation option minimized any wait time. The waitress was not only bubbly but also incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Her attentiveness throughout the meal was commendable. As for the food, we started with the crispy crab bites which were packed with flavor! The lunch portion was just the right amount for herb-crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and it was cooked to perfection, while the smokehouse BBQ burger was a flavorful delight accompanied by fresh crispy fries. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with excellent service and delicious food. It was a very hot Florida day but even though the restaurant was full it comfortably cool and a relief from the outdoor Oasis area of the mall.

Get the Salmon! It's in the lunch menu it cost around $19 and the serving is huge! Came here twice in one week because it was so good! The sauce is so creamy and sweet! The Salmon was tender, juicy and buttery. Cooked to perfection not dry and chewy at all. I had a Pina colada and strawberry lemonade which paired well with my meal. Both times I was there the bartenders were absolutely delightful. Tip- sign up for the Cheesecake Factory rewards program for a free slice of cheesecake

Tik Tok told us about this find and we were impressed! Must try Large enough to share or if you're hungry it's a filling meal. Overall, 5 G's.

03/11/2024 . It's Cheesecake Factory, so it's hit or miss. Today was an OK meal . My gonto meal when i come is the Chicken Madera and today the taste was just ok , the cheese had a funky taste and the Madera sauce was lacking flavor for some reason. The avocado rolls were very good as usual and the service took a bit. Like I said hit or miss, sometimes the service is amazing and sometimes they are just too busy possibly.

My husband and I went to Cheesecake Factory today in sawgrass mills mall. I've been here quite a handful of times. It's always crowded, so I was already aware there may be a wait. The wait was about 20 minutes before being sat. It is pretty loud due to the crowd, but that's expected! Once sat, we ordered appetizers and our meal. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich and I ordered chicken tenders. The chicken came out five minutes after my husband's and it was tossed in buffalo sauce. After sending back and receiving a new one, about two tenders in I saw something weird in my chicken. A SQUID. I was so grossed out by this as I ordered chicken, not seafood. Luckily, I am not allergic but this could've been a large problem! Not very pleased with this trip!!

My son and I went there for dinner last night for my birthday, he ordered fettuccini alfredo with chicken, but asked for angel hair pasta instead of linguine. I ordered Evelyn's Favorite Pasta with charbroiled steak. My son's plate had a very small portion of angel hair pasta and just a few bites of chicken pieces. I was extremely disappointed with the vegetables in my plate - there were 4 broccoli flowerets, which was plenty; however, there was not one asparagus tip in the entire plat, just 4 stem pieces, the 5 half-slices of zucchini were so tiny, and thin that they were hardly noticeable; onions? There were 2 barely noticeable slices. While the flavor of the food there is very good, the portions are small. I only ate half of the sadly portioned plate and took the rest home where I can add some asparagus and zucchini. I'd like to know what others are ordering where they claim the portions are huge as we did not have that experience. We also each had one cocktail, I had a strawberry-infused margarita. I'm not much of a drinker but at first sip, the tequila was either watered down or the bartender only put a few drops in the glass - which was mostly ice.

We were sat in the closed off patio which had AC. Loved these tables. The ac kept us cold on a hot day. Service was good, not great. Only real complaint is food took a long time to arrive, when it didn't half of the food on the plate was cold and the other half was hot. Microwave maybe? I will say the restaurant was full as usual so they must be doing something right. Food a yummy even with the temperature issues. Would recommend.

Me and my girlfriend are literally here at least 3 times a week, this place is literally a hit or miss. Just hope you go on a hit day! do not wait for curbside they take hours, just go in and get your food. The happy hour is fire. The bartender lady is my favorite she works so hard, bless her heart. Managers suck, had a couple problem with orders in the past, was promised gift cards for the inconvenience and never received them. Bunch of food to choose from - make sure to take advantage of happy hour. Ambiance is casual.

I ordered take out. I was excited for it because the ambiance of eating at home is awesome. Plus cheese cake factory always has a long wait. My wife and I ordered Thai Lettuce wraps and Avocado Egg Rolls. The Thai Lettuce wraps are always delicious. The sources they give you are fantastic. It is crisp and fresh. There are three sauces: spicy, peanut one, green one. The last two are what I go for. My only complaint is that there is so little chicken. For almost 20$ you get maybe about 4 ounces of chicken. The avocado rolls were disgusting though. I don't really say that about food. The flavor was good, but they were so soggy. That type of food is usually lightly fried and should be crispy. It wasn't. My wife couldn't eat it, and being a person who wants to get his money worth, I attempted to tough it out and got sick lol. Overall, if you like Thai Lettuce wraps and definitely cheese cake, I would try it out. Everything else on the menu you could probably skip.

I loveeeee the Miso Salmon here. I will forever order it, it's amazing. The avocado egg rolls were pretty good, quite filling. Always gotta do the brown bread & butter (obviously) and another one of my favorites here is the fried mac & cheese balls.

We walked around Sawgrass and decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I enjoy their Cobb Salad so I decided to go with that. It was very good. They added extra avocado as I requested. My Margarita with Patron was just OK. I am not even sure if they just used house tequila because it just wasn't great. He ordered a Burger with a side salad. The salad was pretty small but he liked it. His burger had a lot of bun and not enough meat. They did cook the meat to the right temperature. The strawberry cheesecake was delicious as always. Our server was busy so didn't get around to check on us. This was a good visit but this location is especially is always very crowded. So pack your patience.

The ambiance of the restaurant is always nice, i enjoy the dim lighting. The service this time was honestly pretty fast that i'm used to, our server was adequate and attentive. I enjoyed my food, the chicken was huuuge! It was an enjoyable experience!

I've been to the location several times over the years. It's always been fine and just what I would expect from the Cheesecake Factory. This is one of the older locations so it's still has the decor from the late 90s, early oughts. We were here on a Monday and so it was quick and easy to get a table. We decided to get the mac & cheese bites from the appetizer menu and they were quite delicious. They come with a creamy tomato sauce and there are four decent size macaroni balls on the plate. They are absolutely the definition of comfort food. We also got an order of the classic avocado eggrolls. It was honestly too much food for us, and I appreciate it that our server threw in some extra dipping sauce for the eggrolls that we took home. Speaking of our server, his name is Bob and he was fabulous. I suspect that maybe he's a mind reader, because he seemed to know everything that we wanted. He definitely made our dining experience more enjoyable. We made the classic mistake of ordering a slice of cheesecake before we knew just how full we would be, so he made great suggestion of putting our slice in it to go box so that way we could just take it home. I know there are people who love and hate this restaurant chain. While I'm more of a fan of the Mom and Pop type restaurants, I have always loved the diversity on their menu and the consistency with their dishes.

I went during a lunch/ happy hour promotion time of the day I was in the area and wanted to see if their lunch offerings were strong. They aren't. I got offered to put meat in the lunch option and got steak a notable pricey add-on which I though would be billed at $8-10. The HH nachos for reference were $10, I also got a cheesecake slice because that's what I usually get from the chain. I eat here only on specific occasions or holidays. My bill comes out to $40 for a lunch?!? The steak add-on was apparently $12 on the $10 entree. Maybe tell someone if the bloody add-on is more that anything else on the bill! I would truly recommend nothing from cheesecake factory. Jack of all trades, and a master of none.

Came here for a family dinner celebration. No prior reservations but the wait time wasn't too long killed the time looking at shops near by until I got a text for when table is ready. Staff was pleasant, food took a while to come out but the manager came by to apologize for he long wait. We were given extra bread in the meantime. I had my favorite bang bang chicken and shrimp nice unique Thai flavors so delicious. Also we had the pineapple upside down cheesecake hands down my new favorite so Rich and thick sooooo good. Also order some cheese cake to take home mango key lime was good with a bottom graham cracker with coconut flakes and the original cheesecake is always a must.

So i write a review maybe once every few years if that. But i stopped here with some family that thought it was the location for seasons 52 and we ended up dining in since we just didn't feel like walking a couple miles over. Holy shit should we have walked over, the service was slow, atmosphere was loud. I hadn't had great experiences at previous Cheesecake factory chains but i decided to try it again since we were already there. Waited 20 mins for drinks, 30 mins for food. Looked mediocre but i ate most of mine. I ordered the shrimp pasta. Very simple dish how could you mess it up? Well im not sure what happened but i got severe food poisoning immediately after. Like while taking the last couple of bites i started feeling nauseous, hot and cold, sweaty. I end up going to the bathroom to throw up (basically in front of everyone walking into the mens room) Once i am done throwing up most of my food i ask the server for something for my stomach. They said they don't have anything which is surprising considering im sure they serve bad food all the time. Anyways im still laying in bed as of this moment with food poisoning, barely able to get up. Still nauseous and with extreme fatigue almost like pneumonia. I am 29 and never get sick, overall i am extremely healthy. If this meal caused these effects on my body it would probably have killed an elderly person. Last time i went to the doctor it was 6 years ago. This made me go once again. I'd suggest never consider this location for a meal, walk to anything else.

Absolutely love this branch of cheesecake factory. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is so friendly. Special shoutout to the manager, Alexa--she's amazing and always so helpful. Highly recommend!

Really good the waiter was incredibly nice and patient. And the ambiance is very good. Same with the mac & cheese ot was great.

This location is sawgrass mall by the oasis it's great . Came here for brunch with some friends and the options were great from the morning cocktails the peach bellinis to the eggs Benedict! I didn't even know they have brunch menu until recently. Service was good , our server was making sure we enjoy out time there and it was a great option before going shopping.

Service was good. Specifically George. Had a food restriction and he showed upmost concern for it. His service was attentive as well. Ambiance was great too. Kitchen on the other hand was absolutely cooked. Had to send back the spicy vodka penne due to the grilled chicken being cold and then it came out the same exact cold temperature 5 minutes later. Ate it because I had to leave but BOH has to get it together because that's affecting the FOH tips and customer retention. Still took care of George because he was great and I work in Hospitality myself. Will be asking for him next time. No comp or anything necessary for me personally, but let's see George taking some larger parties instead of the 2 top section next time for his patience

I don't eat at the Cheesecake Factory very often but when I do I have a favorite go to meal. I always get the Avocado eggs rolls as an appetizer. The best part of this appetizer is dipping it in the tamarind sauce! If you're from the Carribean then you probably loveeeee or can appreciate the Tamarind fruit. The Avocado rolls dipped in the Tamarind sauce is *chefs kiss* For my entree I love to order the Jamaican black pepper shrimp with brown rice. It has a side of black beans, plantains, and a mango salsa. It was all really filling and delicious.

I came here with my family for my birthday a few days ago, and our entire family got food poisoning the very next day. I had the chicken parm sandwich and I had a feeling the chicken tasted funky, yet I still continued to eat it because I thought the Cheesecake Factory could do no harm . Be cautious if you decide to dine here!

We were given a table almost immediately after walking in. The food was great and ambiance was good, a little louder than normal but overall great time!!

This is the nastiest chicken Alfredo I've ever had in my life for $30 fucking dollars. Where is the sauce???? Plus the restaurant was hot as hell so we had to take our food to go instead or eating inside like originally intended. Whoever the cook was SHAME ON YOU for serving this. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This is also a photo fresh out of the restaurant. Just disgusting

The wait was long, even for myself who had a reservation. But our server was amazing and most of the food came out quick.

Sad to say... But The Cheesecake Factory is going downhill! It was the perfect example of a "HOT MESS"! Changed the menu and portions: The last two recent visits at Cheesecake were not good. Cheesecake Factory used to be known for there enormous entrees where you were sure to take a doggie bag because you couldn't finish it. It seems like they changed their portion sizes and many items on the menu. Even the ingredients in the drinks were changed. I noticed this change in a previous visit but I thought maybe it was an off day. Last Friday, I noticed the difference in the portion size and the taste of the drinks . When I asked the staff member she stated they did change the menu, the alcohol they use in the drinks are different, the portions are smaller, and they took many items off of the menu. Food: My party ordered two orders of Dynamite shrimp, two kid size quesadilla, bistro pasta, ceasar salad, and the habachi steak. The food took extremely long to come out. We ordered bread at least 4 times before finally the kids quesadilla came out. Then the dynamite shimp came out and was terribly skimpy. The two orders wasnt enough to feed one person. The main entrees took about an hour or longer to come out. When the salad and pasta came out it was a smaller portion. I usually get the same thing when I come to Cheesecake and I remember the pasta and salad being a bigger portion. The Bistro pasta, although small, was still as good as I remember it. Lemony, creamy Alfredo tossed in thin spaghetti, topped with mushrooms, fried shrimp, and other veggies and herbs. The steak was decent. The shrimp was struggling and scarce to say the least. The Ceasar salad croutons were stale and hard. The kids enjoyed their quesadilla. They ran out of Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake, after several minutes the waitress was so embarrassed to come back to the table to announce they had no more. They also forgot to add the candle to the ice cream Sunday for one of the kid's Birthday. It just kept getting worse. AC NOT WORKING: The AC in the building was broken which they should have warned patrons before entering. It was terribly hot and stuffy, and the amount of people in the building made it worst. It was very unpleasant. Waitress was a saving grace: The waitress was an 18yr old girl. Very young and had such a great and warm personality. She apologized profusely. She was accomodating in trying to make our visit a comfortable experience even though she was very aware that it was complete and absolute chaos. She never once lost her composer. She held it together very well even though many customers were complaining about the wait times and stuffy air. She kept everyone calm, assured, and entertained with small talk and jokes periodically. I come to Cheesecake at the Sunrise location often, however this last visit has me second guessing whether I will ever come back. That's if they are still around. When companies start to scale back it may be a red flag.
