Cedars of Lebannon in Seattle’s U District May Be Getting Replaced With a McDonald’s | Eater Seattle

"The downtown Pike Street location is closing after Sunday, May 4, bringing to an end a 23-year run for the spot many Seattleites knew well. “The company... is assisting its Seattle employees with transfers to other locations. It has other restaurants in Tacoma, Bellevue, Tukwila and Lynnwood,” according to the report. No specific reason for the closure was given." - Harry Cheadle

We came here mid week for a late lunch. We actually left another restaurant minutes earlier for poor service and decided to eat at The Cheesecake Factory instead. From the moment we walked in we were treated well. Our waitress came over right away. We actually received our drinks and complimentary bread before our waitress arrived. Our food came out pretty quickly too, and was delicious. We topped off our meals with a cheesecake to share. I like The Cheesecake Factory for its wide variety of food and drinks, clean and elegant dining experience, and welcoming feeling by staff. I do feel like the prices are high for the amount of food, but the service is usually great, which to me is more important when I go out. I want to be treated special for spending my hard earned money.

Google
Excellent food and happy hour! The mojito was a little sweet for my liking but otherwise all the food was Excellent! We sat in the bar to watch baseball and my only complaint is the background music was really loud. I didn't expect to hear the TV but the noise level wasn't my favorite.

If you don't want to get a portion of heartburn and a ruined mood, then choose another place. I ordered Buffalo Wings. These should be tender wings with a crispy golden crust. Like all over the world. But what they brought me, even homeless people won't eat. These are dried and burnt with vinegar to the state of crackers, with the taste of pure vinegar, and with the smell of vinegar and spoiled meat, so strong that I choked. And these stinking crackers on top are also generously poured with sour tomato. Maybe someone eats such a dish, but I doubt that he does it sober. Sorry for the rudeness, but I haven't tried such nastiness for a long time. The waitress pretended to be surprised by my displeasure, but you could clearly see how she turned her face away from the tray when she took it away. Her face and his attempts to turn away from the tray said much more than words. I recommend other customers of this establishment to smell the dishes they order before trying them. The smell says a lot.People who have taste, or people who know what tasty and good food should taste like, should not come here.

Have been dining here since 2014 and have gotten different dishes. Steak Diane is always my go-to dish. Service is always attentive. Recommend making reservation and signing up for their rewards program.

Decided to dine at the Cheesecake Factory while traveling. I had the crab balls and skinny steak portion. They were we delicious! Of course I had some cheesecake and the next night I had the chocolate cake which I highly recommend! The table and bar staff were wonderful. Parking was easy but pretty full. Not sure I recommend the raspberry lemon martini. It was very sweet and sticky…

Google
Crazy good. There was a bit of a wait to get a table, but it was mother's day weekend. The food was beyond words. We started with the fried Mac and cheese, and avocado egg rolls. Both were incredible. I had the Korean fried cauliflower and my wife had their impossible burger. My mom had the fish and chips and my step son had the spaghetti and meatballs. Every bit of it was insanely delicious. And the portion sizes were crazy, we took home some of all of them and some cheesecake for dessert. I would have waited an hour to get in here, glad I didn't have to.

We had such a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory, made truly unforgettable by our amazing server, Alex! She went above and beyond in every way—so kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She was especially sweet with our daughter, bringing her a little treat and even some fun treasures from Nintendo that made her day. It’s rare to encounter someone so warm and generous in spirit—Alex was absolutely splendid. We’re so grateful for the extra care and can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Alex, for making our visit so special!

Found meat in vegetarian order! Cheesecake Factory used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but today’s visit was a real letdown. • Service: We had a reservation, yet had to wait 15 mins. The servers did not provide attentive service. Water was brought with ice without asking, and when they came to “check in,” they often turned away before actually listening. We had about 4 different waiters rotating, which made things feel very disorganized. We had to call someone over for every small need. • Order Experience: When we asked to modify the Louisiana Chicken Pasta by replacing chicken with another protein, the waiter checked and said the only option would be shrimp—no vegetarian alternative offered. We decided to order the Spicy Rigatoni without any meat instead. However, the dish came with bits of bacon strips, which was very disappointing and careless, especially since we clearly asked for it vegetarian. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below the standards I used to expect

Yelp
Always love Cheesecake Factory! Consistently good no matter the location. Though my first time here, the food tastes just as high quality as Vegas, Honolulu, or Salt Lake City. The ambiance feels upscale, but not pretentious. If I have a complaint, it's that there are too many choices on their menu making picking just one entree difficult! I love Cheesecake Factory! Highly recommend!

Yelp
I have always been a Cheesecake Factory fan, although I don't go as much as I used to, but there are two dishes that are my favorites, Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and the Miso Salmon. Well today I took my mom out for lunch there. She ordered the chicken tender and me, the Bang Bang chicken and shrimp. Her tenders were awesome, mashed potatoes were good and that was about it for the meal. Oh the bread was good. My bang bang was almost uneatable and I should have probably sent it back. There was just and odd, not nice, flavor to the dish like something was spoiled or maybe something got mixed in by accident. If I get sick later we have our answer. Since I was so hungry, I decided to go for it and sending my food back makes me feel like a prima donna. Besides that the chicken was now cubed, but tender and the shrimp small and overcooked. Not the dish I have came to love over the decade or so. As I said, mom's dish was good, but I noticed her picked out corn silk out of her mouth repeatedly. I took a look at her corn and it was loaded with corn silk, come on guys WTF. Service was good, a little slow but the place was packed and really loud. It is really sad that one of my favorite dishes is gone and favorite chain restaurants. I could say they just had a bad day, but small shrimp, cubed chicken and the awful taste will probably keep me away. Oh, I forgot the bathroom. A handle from the sink was lying in the sink. I worked restaurants growing up and I was always told if you (restaurants) can't keep a public area clean and in order, what do you think a private area looks like!

Yelp
First of all, my brother and I had a reservation for 7pM. The lobby was incredibly crowded with nowhere to stand, let alone sit (which I needed due to disability). After asking several times and being told "you're next up", we finally got seated at 7:45pm. Service was so slow! Our greeter didn't show up for a while, our server was very pleasant but also didn't show up for a while. We waited quite a long time for our food which was incredibly delicious. But our server had disappeared. I wanted to ask for something and there was no one to ask so I went without. The ambiance was chaotic and so loud we could hardly hear each other. We were glad to get out of there for our ears to heal. Food was very pricy but quantity and quality were very good. All in all, we won't go there again.

Yelp
Came in for a work dinner. Staff was friendly enough but service was on the slow slide for how empty it was inside. Was very surprised at how expensive a regular lemonade was for what it was. Food was on par for most locations just took a very long time to get it.

Yelp
I received a gift card so I decided to give Cheesecake Factory a try today. I was greeted with such a warm smile. I decided to order take out. The menu had so many good things to order from, it took me a good ten minutes to decide what I wanted, lol. I decided to try the Mac-N-Cheese burger, The Sliders and the Shrimp Platter. And how could I forget I ordered one slice of Banana Pudding Cheesecake The Burger was tasty, the Mac was delicious on my burger. The Shrimp was fried to perfection. The fries were good. The Sliders tasted really good. All in all the food was great and I will definitely go again. The Restaurant was clean and the ambiance is amazing Customer Service is awesome.

Yelp
Pretty solid experiences at this Cheesecake Factory location. Always busy, but the servers are always on top of their service. Food is always consistent too. Prices feel high for some things but once you get your huge plate of food, you will see why! Drinks are decent too, though these are definitely high priced. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is fruity and tasty! And of course, the cheesecake is wonderful. They give plenty whip at this location which I am a huge fan of! There's plenty parking in the area since it's at the mall. Be prepared to wait during busy times unless you can sit at the bar area. Employees are friendly, and there is always a buzz around the restaurant, the dim light adds to the atmosphere. Feels well run.

Yelp
Little disappointed in the crispy fried cheese appetizer. You only get 3 pieces (but they are bigger than the average mozzarella stick) and the run about $13.95 per plate. One of them was completely empty of cheese. So disappointing for the price. (The cheese below the empty shell is out of that other shell.) And guess which lucky buyer got the empty cheese stick. Me!! Oh well. At least my family enjoyed theirs. The 3 Tex mex egg rolls are delicious even though the portion seemed kinda small for $15.95. I was really excited to eat here again after a years long hiatus. Mostly because I don't live conveniently to a Cheesecake Factory. But overall I was disappointed in the food, portion size and price. Bright side: The service was spectacular and a friendly member brought my hot food right to my car. And it was even ready much sooner than they predicted. So those were both a plus.

Yelp
Food is typical American food, but the menu is huge. And there are many different cheesecakes to choose from. Though the price is not cheap, the portions are generous. I always get cheesecake slices to-go cuz ok m always too full at the end of the meal. Service was great when we visited. Tip: 1) Make a reservation online to avoid ling wait time, especially for weekends and holdiays. 2) Register for the rewards program to get discount, like $15 off $50, or a free slice of cheesecake.

Yelp
We came to celebrate a birthday and had a reservation for 12. Unfortunately, the first table they gave us was only set for half our party, so we couldn't take it and had to wait almost 2 hours for the right tables to become available. Once seated, the food was very good, but the wait was much longer than expected.

Yelp
Most excellent.... The food was perfect to order. The service was very attentive and never had to asked for refills. Dry surprising but well received. They have a dish they used to have on a regular basis, but now on a limited time menu. The Thai spicy noodle w/ vegetables and I like to add grilled chicken. Very yummy. The place was crowded, but not out of control, I highly recommend using the online reservation to help w/ limited time waiting.

Yelp
First time in for some years. Was impressed with the extensive menu (two pages of starters!) plus a "skinnylicious" dedicated menu with lower calorie options. Of course, this abundance of choice makes it hard to choose! I recommend deciding what you're in the mood for and then just look at those items! So I settled on Mexican and my friend settled on Italian. We got the "tamale"-esque starter which is amazing (and wonderful presentation), then I got the enchiladas and she got a pasta with mushrooms. All was delicious, including the drinks - her strawberry drink with sparkly wine was super - and Cheesecake Factory's famous dark bread. Service was conscientious. Decor is always entertaining and attractive. When we arrived we were seated immediately; however once the lunch rush hit it grew very crowded.

Yelp
This place was alright. I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in a very long time so I was excited to try again. We had a large party of 10 and we got seated within 20ish minutes. Their complimentary bread was great, but it was difficult to flag down the server for more. Service was pretty lackluster during my visit overall. I ordered off the skinnylicious menu and the steak was cooked perfectly to my liking.

Yelp
I'm always suspicious of places that have a robust menu as I am of the belief that you can't do that many things well. But I must say that I was proven wrong. I ordered a Korean Fried Chicken bowl, thinking there is no way the Cheesecake Factory can make this dish well. The chicken was fried nicely and the gochujang sauce was mixed in really well to incorporate the spicy and earthy umami flavors. The portion was pretty decent as I left very full from this. I'm going to have to try something else on the menu next time. To add to this, I came here with a large work party to celebrate a co worker's retirement. Our server was absolutely amazing. She memorized everyone's drink and food orders without writing a thing down. I can't even remember what I ate for breakfast and she handled our group like a seasoned pro. A+ for staff and service! So if you're ever in the mall area here, definitely make time to drop in and grab a bite.

Yelp
Server is very nice and gives us coupon times of bread with butter. Good experience. Table is prepare for 11 people. All good taste and awesome set up. Thank you

Yelp
The wait is okay (u can get a text to notify u that ur tables ready) but the service is above average and so is the food.

Yelp
They need to make sure curbside pick up isn't where customers have to go into the restaurant and then follow up on where the order is. Then not getting the order for just bread while many customers went before us

Yelp
Amazing! The manager at the cheesecake factory went above and beyond for us. Our server micheal from Alaska was outstanding. The food was so good. Thank you for taking care of a big party so well!!! Absolutely obsessed we will be back!!!

Yelp
I like htis Cheesecake Factory compared to the one I used to go to in LA because here the slices run at about $11, which is pricey, but in LA a slice could run you $16. This location has a smaller menu, which is nice and manageable, compared to the encyclopedia sized menus they had in LA which had everything but made you feel like you were missing something. Sis and I split the oriental salad which was just enough food. the way they shred the lettuce, it made it feel like a light dish. The best dish was the chicken marsala with mushrooms. They have a nice mix of things, but just know that with dinner, dessert, and drink you're paying $40-$50 per person which is a tough pill to swallow in these recessiony times for just mid food. But you don't come here for great food- you come here to get fancy cheesecake and it's fine for what it is.

Yelp
Saturday girls brunch, there was highs, there were lows so let's talk about it. First we ordered drinks, Mai Tai was good, Sangria was solid, and my personal favorite the Peach Bellini was refreshing, at $15+ each I think the drinks are over priced but it's what you come to expect these days. We also ordered a hot coco but it came out much later, I'm a tall glass instead of a coffee mug and hardly worth mentioning. Basic but good: Belgian waffle and Brunch combo was both safe plates to go with, whipped cream and strawberries to top your waffle, eggs cooked how you like with two pancakes and two slices of VERY crispy bacon, pretty standard - no complaints. Could have been better: Eggs Benedict, our table ordered both the Bacon Avocado & the Canadian bacon. The English muffin appeared broiled on top but was not fully toasted so they tasted soggy but you needed something to support the toppings to you were forced to eat it all together. Service on a Saturday was very spotty, we had to ask another waiter to find our waitress to let her know we were ready to order after sitting for almost 30mins. I will say after that she was much more attentive to our table and kept a smile and pleasant service. Overall as a chain restaurant it's what you would expect and I honestly would return for brunch and try something else on the menu.

Yelp
Classic Cheesecake Factory! When it's great it's great and when it's not it's mediocre. I've had more good experiences than bad. It can get pretty busy so the wait can vary, but the food and drinks makes up for it! The endless bread is always great when it's busy. Classic CF decor and vibes. Since the menu is so huge here's a list of my favorites! Drinks: Mojito & Georgia Peach Apps: Korean Fried Cauliflower!! (I could come and eat just this it's so good), Fried Zucchini, & Chicken Potstickers. Meals: Chicken Madeira, Four Cheese Pasta (no ricotta +sautéed mushrooms), Grilled Salmon, Thai Lettuce Wraps (I've subbed for shrimp for chicken before), & Chicken Parmesan (Pizza Style)! Cheesecake: Cinnabon (It's literally the perfect combo), Mango Key lime (Tart & Sweet), Banana Cream, & Lemon Raspberry. Those are my top favorites, to my family and my taste buds! Like I said when it's good it's so good, so it's worth trying if you find some interesting choices on their never ending menu!

Yelp
Went here during the afternoon for work. The staff were very polite and prompt. I had the steak medallions from the skinnylicious menu. Steak was very tender, good sauce. We also had the pretzel bites with cheese as an appetizer, which are the bomb!
google avatar

Yelp
There is nothing better than Cheesecake Factory. Regardless where I go, when I see one, I have to get my favorite sandwich, The Cuban. It's my favorite. This location did not disappoint me. I did get it to go and it didn't take long nor lacked the quality. Come have dessert! There are tremors cheesescakrs of super types in regards to flavors but I had my eye on the triple layer chocolate cake. Nine inches of delectable chocolate. It's a meal in itself along with a cup of coffee!

Yelp
We just left SeaTac airport after flying all day and wanted some delicious food While the flavors were great, everything else was not. The waitress wasfrie day when we saw them, which was not often. The service was incredibly slow. We ordered coke zero, iced coffee and passion punch. We got the coke right away but I guess the bartender had to make the other 2 drinks? So that took another 10 minutes. We ordered Meatballs and thai chili shrimp for starters and then the bbq ranch salad, gumbo and kids mini corn dogs for entree ls. The shrimp was delicious and hot. The Meatballs had great flavor but were Luke warm on arrival. If I didn't have a child claiming he would parish if he didn't eat at that exact moment, I would have sent them back. The salad was good and my husband said the gumbo was hot and good too. The kids meal arrived like warm as well. We ordered 2 slices of cheesecake to go and then waited 15 minutes for them to be brought to us.... they never were, so we had to ask for them. All of this food for $140 and it was a huge waste. We should have went elsewhere for lunch.

Yelp
We called ahead of time (a week) about a group of 19 and we understood we couldn't get reservations but we were told to come in an hour early. We got here at noon for 1 o'clock lunch and once getting here the manager came out and said that they can't expect to stop seating people just because we have a large party. We didn't get seated till nearly 1:30 pm. So our party of 19 people were standing around the restaurant waiting to be seated with no sense of any urgency. Once seated, the service with Erica was fantastic. That part was a five star, but the rest of the reservation left a bad taste!

Yelp
Cheesecake is great. Large menu , something for everyone and it's good quality! Price is quite affordable for the quality and service is great! i can't believe that they only have 3 rating. For dinner with family or friends it's hard to beat. The wait is a bit of a draw back but it moves fast! It's my go to all purpose restaurant for family birthdays or when i am unsure of what my guests might want! Cheesecake has something delicious for everyone!

Yelp
Upon arrival, I promptly updated my vehicle information using the link provided to ensure there would be no confusion locating my order. I also checked in and noted my parking spot. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, I was approached by an employee who knocked on my driver-side window and, in an unfriendly tone, asked for my name before stating, "This is not a Honda Insight." I explained that I had updated my vehicle details, but he responded by rolling his eyes and saying the ticket had already been printed. This interaction was disappointing and frustrating, especially since I took the proper steps to communicate accurate information. I'm sharing this feedback not to highlight an opportunity for improved customer service and process awareness for future orders.

Yelp
Food is mediocre we got shepherds pie was tasty but too much salt for me. Mac n cheese balls but stingy on the sauce tbh. Loud af in there way too much going on in there music selections sucked! Food service fast, server nice but nope not going again I don't get the hype. 26.50 for a bowl of food is ridiculous.

Yelp
After a long work week, my fiance and I wanted to celebrate the weekend with a good cheesecake dinner. Since it was a Saturday, we made sure to reserve a table a head of time, because we knew that it would be packed. When we arrived, I placed an order for the carne asada steak entree with a side of corn and green beans. For dessert, I ordered the basque cheesecake topped with assorted fruits. The carne asada steak was cooked and seasoned well, as it was juicy and tender. However, I was only given 5 small pieces, which made me wishing for more. Being the star of the dish, I wish that the portion size was bigger. The sides were pretty straightforward since they're just vegetables. I will say that the corn was also seasoned and buttered well. The green beans were a bit plain though. The basque cheesecake was a good way to finish up dinner. The fruits paired with the cheesecake had a good balance between creamy and tart. I had to bring it home because I was stuffed, but it was a nice treat for later!

Yelp
You kind of k ow what to expect whenever you go to a Cheesecake Factory, regardless of the city. This place is no exception. But in case you don't know, this is a great spot to go with family, friends, or out on a date. Their menu offering is MASSIVE and you're pretty much able to meet any desire that anyone has, from American and Italian-inspired dishes, to Asian-inspired ones. The service here is friendly and prompt. If you don't like venues that are on the darker side, this might not be the place for you, but i find that it's usually easy to adjust to. They have yummy adult drinks here and I have never been disappointed with any food dish! Definitely recommend!

Yelp
We went here for dinner with my son's girlfriend, since he was working, and OMG, Cheesecake Factory NEVER disappoints. I absolutely love the Asian wraps, (cannot remember their name), my husband and daughter love the tacos or taquitos, and of course, we love the cheesecake. We had the chocolate on top of chocolate cheesecake and for those who don't like cheesecake, they have actual cake. So my son got a nice surprise after he got off work, chicken fettuccine and a big freakin piece of chocolate cake. The service was amazing, although they are always busy, being down by the mall, the wait time was not bad and the server was on it. (She didn't let our drinks get below half empty)
google avatar

Yelp
This location of The Cheesecake Factory is very disappointing. The service we had tonight wasn't the greatest. Took a long time for our drinks to arrive. Barely checked up on by our server. The food came out in batches too. My order arrived a few minutes ahead of my wife's order, and sadly her food was cold. The best part was the bread (the brown bread is so good).

Yelp
After having the worst service and thai food at Bai Tong a few blocks away. We came to Cheesecake Factory to eat. Great Service. Good food. Great atmosphere. Thank you for treating us like customers and people!

Yelp
When we got there it was pretty busy, and there was a wait. It wasn't too bad, but their waiting area was really small so we had to go back to the car to wait unless we wanted to stand around. The atmosphere was your typical Cheesecake Factory, the usual decor, the usual vibe. When we got seated, our server came over to greet us within a couple minutes, and took our drink and appetizer order. However, we didn't get the bread until after our appetizers came out, and she also brought 2/3 of the drinks before the 3rd even though we saw all of them sitting at the bar together. Our food also came very quickly after our appetizers, like within 5-10 minutes, signaling that she put our order in all together instead of waiting a couple minutes. It wasn't a huge deal since we ate our appetizers pretty quickly, but then when we ordered our second round of drinks we basically fully finished our meals before she brought them over. Since we were sitting in the bar area, we could see her chatting with coworkers and thought she had forgotten about our drinks honestly. The food was delicious, all of the appetizers and entrees that we got were amazing. But, I will say that I think Cheesecake changed the recipe to their sauce for the fried macaroni, and I think the old marinara was a WAYYYYY better pairing, the sauce now is almost reminiscent of a vodka sauce. The sauce was so different that I even thought they had accidentally just poured the wrong sauce. Overall, I'd probably go back, but I would really hope to have a different server since the service was probably the worst part of the experience; it wasn't the worst I've had, but definitely not anything that I would be willing to pay for again.

Yelp
Was hungry due to late lunch on a cold wet day. We moved to 2 spots at the bar as hubbys back was sore and bar seats were comfortable. Bartender was very nice and busy. I ordered Marguerite pizza and salad and he order Renee's turkey sandwich and tortillas soup. I loved the vinegar eye dressing! Pizza came hot and melting cheese. The turkey half sandwich was huge with fresh turkey. We of course ended with low sugar cheesecake. Perfect meal and service for our hungry stomachs!

Briana M.

Yelp
We stopped by for dessert on Mother's Day which was very quick and that was appreciated. Unfortunately, when we got home and dug into our cheesecakes one of the slices had a long dark hair tangled into the cheesecake part of the dessert. This was pretty disgusting as we've never experienced this at The Cheesecake Factory. I'm hoping we can request some sort of refund or complimentary piece for the slice we didn't get to fully enjoy. We'll see what kind of service well when I hear back after this review and call the restaurant tomorrow because I'm sure it's a circus today.

Yelp
I am personally a hugeee fan of The Cheesecake Factory, if TCF has 1 fan, that is me, If TCF has no fans, I am no longer alive. The food is always tasty. I always get the Factory Nachos because it always hits. There's nothing too too special about them, but they will always satisfy my craving. The Carbonara Pasta was also quite delicious and savory, just slightly too oily. The atmosphere is very inviting and great place to eat and catch up with a couple of friends. The service is great, our server once gave us an entire baguette of the absolutely delicious sour dough bread. Will always love Cheesecake factory.

Yelp
This experience definitely varies depending on location. Oregon? Awesome. Tukwila, Washington? The dining experience for a CPTSD recovery individual sucks! We were sat in a cafeteria style seating. Booths were booked with 6-8 individual parties and it was just my husband and I hoping for "Romantic"dinner. He had to talk me down. For real!! Accidentally catching eyes with other diners is H€LL for me. Gratefully when our dinner's came -other diners had dispersed and U could relax a bit. I ordered spaghetti & meatballs & my husband had meatloaf @ mashed taters with onion gravy. It was to die for. And I mean that. I had to leave it at the hotel last night and kicked myself for not taking it to eat cold on the way home IT WAS THAT GOOD! MY Skettie & balls? Not as nearly impressive. More spice than flavor. It won't be a repeat order for sure. The stuffed mushrooms were decent. I tasted too much red wine vinegar but the panko saved them. Decent but I make them better. Dinner was 1/2 amazing and 1/2 sub par. The waiter? Did his job and really was unfazed so we tipped but if we're more personalized we usually tip amazing. Like your job or find another.

Yelp
This is one of the nicer Cheesecake Factory locations in Seattle not just in terms of ambience but in terms of service and good tasty food. Love cheesecake factory not just for their cheesecakes but also delicious food. We always order the Steak Diane and Louisiana Chicken Pasta! They have so much flavor in their steak and that parmesan crusted chicken is delicious. For some reason, the food at this location tasted way better than the other Cheesecake factory locations. For example: The one in Seattle downtown is always known to get their a la dente pasta too chewy while this location had it cooked to perfection. Well you can never go wrong with any of their cheesecakes but our favorite is the Tuxedo or the classic depending on what we are in the mood for - chocolate never disappoints. Service at this location was outstanding. Even though they had few staff available, their staff was amazing at attending to guests across multiple tables promptly. Food was also out in no time. This place in Tukwila is huge so getting a seat is not a problem and also you can make a reservation via Cheesecake Rewards account. There is ample free parking available which makes this our preferred Cheesecake factory location. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came into the restaurant and was asked how many in our party, told them and they asked us to wait. Then multiple parties arrived including one of 12 everyone was seated before us, and they never put us in the system then we were asked to wait for a server to return who had just left. Such poor customer service.

Yelp
Ordered the cheeseburger Spring rolls and what a change since I last had them. No cheese in the roll anymore, but a little bowl of floating liquud fat that's supposed to be cheese. Bartender/wait person never asked how's everything. Last time ordering the above

Yelp
Food was good for what it was. Wasn't anything super special or anything but was not bad except for the salmon. Would NOT order the salmon again. The lighting is pretty dim and not well lit which was not to my personal liking. Service for dining was great! My server was excellent and attentive! Wish I remembered her name, but she was a delight to have! However, this is where i dock points. The service at the cheesecake order counter was awful. I was waiting for someone to take my order as I watched two workers chatting it up. They both made eye contact with me and ignored me. Pretty rude. Only got to order when someone else came up to order. Disappointed.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory has long been famous for their exquisite cheesecakes. They are less commonly known for their extensive menu that deals with non-cheesecake items. The food: First of all, I got a side of calamari. I'm not a sea food fan, but the batter was crisp and buttery. Next, I got a French dip cheeseburger without the sauces and other extras. It came with french fries as well. However, when I got the cheeseburger, it had spicy sauce on it but that is probably my fault for not clarifying. The staff replaced it and were very nice about it. When I got the new cheeseburger, it was sauce-free, a little greasy, and richly filling. Next, I ordered the chocolate carmelicious snickers cheesecake and it was AMAZING! Very rich and sugary, but worth it! The staff: The employees were very nice today, and they had no complaints fixing my order. It was really busy today, so it took around 20-30 minutes to get my food the first time. The environment: Although the dim lighting makes for bad Yelp photos, it's a calming atmosphere. The walls are tan and there are dimly lit lamps gathered around the walls. They totally have a tan kind of color theme. I like how all the colors and decor follow a theme and aren't out of place. Final notes: The food here is really rich and kind of greasy, so I think the Cheesecake Factory remains a better place for cheesecake rather than other foods.

Yelp
This was mine & my husband first time to the Cheesecake Factory. We came on a Wednesday night, waited 20 minutes to be seated which was fine & our server was absolutely incredible but the food on the other hand was disappointing. We ordered the fried Mac & cheese balls for an app which came out cold/ slightly frozen in the middle. Then we ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich to share & our fries came out cold. We finally said something about our fries which our server apologized for & brought fresh ones out shortly. All in all it was just a let down. Probably won't be returning.

Yelp
Delicious homemade food! Lots of selection to choose from. I had the tacos. The meat was very tender. Not spicy. It came with a creamy sauce. I paired it with sweet potato fries. Our waitress was fast. It was a weekday after 1pm so not crowed. The ambiance is always pleasant!

Yelp
The food is perfect and accompanied with excellent friendly service . My only complaint is the table setup and size . I almost grabbed a taquito from the table next to me thinking it was on my table........JK.

Yelp
Very Disappointing Decision Cheesecake Factory made a huge mistake by removing Elgin as manager. He was the reason so many of us kept coming back--professional, friendly, and always ensuring a great experience. Since his departure, the service and atmosphere have noticeably declined. Without Elgin, this place just isn't the same. I won't be returning unless they bring him back.
