The interior of the restaurant is truly impressive—beautifully decorated with plenty to admire while you dine. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit just about any taste. We started with the pretzel bites and fondue dip, which were a fun and flavorful appetizer. As expected, bread was also served at the beginning of the meal. While the flavor was decent, both types of bread were quite hard—possibly by design, but still worth noting. For our entrées, I had the Parmesan herb-crusted chicken, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was well-seasoned and satisfying. My wife chose the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and green beans, and she really enjoyed it—the steak was cooked to perfection. For our son, we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which was a solid choice for a kid-friendly meal. All in all, we had a pleasant dining experience. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, the ambiance and food made it worth the visit.

Another great experience at Cheesecake factory! We LOVE the Korean fried chicken! The kimchi isn't too hot, and the pickled cucumber and other veggies just kick it up a notch! We tried the Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin, and it was equally as impressive. The sauteed mushroom, peppers, and snow peas were delicious! The beef was tender and easily cut with a butter knife. It may be my new favorite! 😍 😍 😍 I splurged and enjoyed a passion fruit mojito, and it was top quality, not too sweet, with a beautiful portion of fresh mint leaves. There was no wait when we arrived, and the service was top-notch!

This was very disappointing. This was our first time visiting a Cheesecake Factory, and it will honestly be the last. First, the wait for the food was longer than it should’ve been. That wouldn’t have been an issue if the food would have actually been good. Not to mention, the table was dirty and the silverware was not clean. We had to give spoons back to the waiter because they were dirty. We asked for no sauce on our burger, and they brought it out covered in sauce. The soup and salad had a weird taste and I could hardly eat it. The sweet tea wasn’t even sweet. The butter was hard, the bread was hard. They didn’t bring out any crackers with the soup. The waitress never checked on us. The price was just too expensive for the service and food that we received. Though, we did get some cheesecake to-go, and it was delicious. Maybe they should just stick to the cheesecake.

We went today for lunch. It was very good. I had the Cuban sandwich and Fries. My wife had the Asian Chicken Lettuce taco's. She said her's was very good. It's a very nice place. I recommend it. Two thumbs up. The waiter Josh did an excellent job. The French fries arrived hot with my Cuban sandwich. A nice touch. The manager told us there was a problem in the kitchen which delayed our order. She offered to give us salad's or an appetizer for free. We declined, we had already had the spinach dip and chips which was very good. I would go back. I was too full to eat one of the cheese cakes that they are known for. We went back today 8/13/2025 , I got spaghetti and meatballs lunch size and my wife got The Tuscan chicken. They both were very good. The bread served in the beginning was warm and also very good.

This was my first time ever going to Cheesecake Factory and my server , Julia , went ABOVE and beyond. Words cannot describe how amazing she was and how much I loved having her. She made my experience EXTRAVAGANT. She never let my water go empty , helped me decide what to choose out of the two options I gave her, was very knowledgeable of the menu and the ingredients, always had a smile on her face, was quick to ALL of her tables not just ours, made sure to check in, helped us decide on cheesecake , and etc. I can tell she has amazing work ethic and puts her heart into her job. Overall the food was incredible, service was quick , etc. FOOD PICTURED : avocado egg roll appetizer , spicy vodka pasta , orange chicken and brown rice.

Google
Always a solid food option. Be prepared for a huge menu, large portions, and a bustling atmosphere. It's not the cheapest place. $100 for our family of 4 with tip included, but that's expected. Try and go in off times or you could run into a bit of a wait. We went at 1:30pm on a Saturday and had about a 15-20min wait. Adults could easily share a dish and put the savings towards some delicious cheesecake. Parmesan Herb Chicken was my dish this go around. If you arrive before 2pm, you can get the breakfast menu!

Google
This place was incredible. Impressive to say the least. The menu is a bit pricey, so I ordered from the lunch specials section, which is also a little pricey. But I must say, the portion of food I received was WOW! Half of my meal had to come home with me! And it was absolutely delicious. Service was great, attentive but not overbearing. The only thing I wish was different was the portion size of the cheesecake for the price. A sliver for $10.99? Now the cheesecake is undoubtedly the best ever. But for the price, I'm only getting one, if I get any... And not gonna lie, I probably won't. But even though the cheesecake is outrageously over priced, I still give this place a 10 out of a 10 and a 5-star rating.

August 23, 2007. Where does time go? I remember watching this restaurant being built, and I knew—without a shred of doubt—that it was going to be a Cheesecake Factory. Why would I think otherwise? If I see a Jiffy Lube, should I assume they’re also plating up gourmet pasta? Let’s not kid ourselves. It wasn’t until recently that I realized I’d never actually explored their menu. So, I asked my wife and kids to join me in finally seeing what this place had to offer. First things first: The interior is genuinely beautiful. It’s been 17 years, yet the space still feels polished and impressive—like time decided to skip over it. Once seated, I opened the menu and was immediately struck by how much I’d been missing out on. The selection is extensive but not chaotic, with a simplified version available for those less inclined to culinary overthinking. It took us a while to decide; we wanted variety, and variety takes time. Now, here’s where I’ll admit to a small social experiment. I suggested we all order water. It’s often said that waitstaff can size up a customer’s spending habits based on drink choices. Would our server’s demeanor shift? Would the water glasses grow mysteriously dry? To his credit, professionalism held firm. He was patient, attentive, and our waters never sat empty. While waiting for our food, I decided to inspect the restrooms. Much like the dining area, they’re well-designed and visually appealing. However, they were in need of a thorough cleaning. Let’s just say the area around the urinals could’ve been less… hydrated, and the sinks, though stylish, deserved a bit more elbow grease. Back at the table, our server remained consistent—water refills steady, demeanor unbothered. Then the food arrived. And it looked great. My Four Cheese Pasta with Shrimp was inviting, and every dish at our table carried that same visual appeal. But here’s where things took an unexpected turn: why did I just have some of the best Korean Fried Chicken at a Cheesecake Factory? My wife’s plate became an impromptu sampling platter, and every bite confirmed it—we know Korean food, and this was good. My oldest son declared his burger the 8th best burger he’s ever had—a very specific ranking, but he stands by it. My younger son, meanwhile, was happily occupied with his fried shrimp. Overall, the experience surpassed our expectations. The food was excellent, but it was the service that truly stood out. Despite our water-only table, our server never faltered in his professionalism or care. I hope the tip we left sent a clear message—one louder than our drink order—and reminded him that good service is always appreciated, regardless of what’s in the glass. Thank you.

Yelp
Great service, clean facility, but, the Cuban sandwich had absolutely no flavor. I've lived in Florida and have had a real Cuban sandwich. Maybe do some research on the correct spices? I will, however, go back.

Yelp
Ugh. Just ugh. Overpriced, over crowded They brought the wrong food, and honestly it tastes like heat and eat. Get the cheesecake at the front and go home to eat it.

Yelp
This spot seems to be a staple for anyone traveling from Fayetteville! We arrived right at 8:45 and were seated right away. It was a little dark for our "old people" eyes but our girls are spring chickens and had no issue reviewing videos from the game that evening. Our food arrived quickly and we were back on the road with hopes of bed time soon. I was super thankful for our waitress who was extremely knowledgeable about celiac needs! This is a place we will come back too...., mainly because I felt safe eating!!!! Oh and yes the food was great and we left with cheesecake!!!!

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory is one of those places with a giant menu, so there's something for everyone. The menu is too big in my opinion but no one asked me lol. The prices are kind of high but the portions are large, and they do have to cover the cost of having 10,000 ingredients at all times to make all of their extensive menu items. The seating here is mostly booths with a section of banquette / chair tables. The biggest reason to go here is the cheesecake. They have a large dessert menu and basically anything you choose will be delicious. I swear the to-go slices are smaller than the eat-in slices, but it might also just be my local location cutting them smaller (shrug). Overall it's a good place to go to for a "birthday restaurant" or a date night.

Yelp
Does "Wow!" Sum it up properly?? No not quite. We were seated immediately and Channing our server was prompt, funny, and exceptional with her service. She gave us plenty of time to decide without being overly absent or hard to find. We had a long day working outside and this was the exact respite we needed. I decided to venture out and try the chicken bellagio and it tasted like the bellagio casino looks out in Vegas. Spectacular. It was chicken breast on basil pesto pasta with prosciutto and arugula. It satisfied my taste buds and filled my stomach. Funny how I had just enough room for some delectable cheesecake. I went for the salted caramel and man it was the perfect smooth and rich cheesecake to top off that hearty meal. When our food came our table was silent for a solid five minutes because that food had us locked in. Thanks for making a hard long day end on a great note. And if management sees this, make sure to commend Channing for her spectacular service, preferably in a monetary way.

Yelp
Love this restaurant! Conveniently located in the front parking lot of the mall. It has a huge dining room and outdoor seating too. Our servers are always nice and the food is delicious and large portions. My kids like the flatbreads and cheesecake (of course) and I love the bang bang chicken and shrimp and lettuce wraps. Their menu is like 15 pages with lots of selections but it can get pricey. Sign up for their emails for free bday dessert or discounts.

Yelp
I thought we would give Cheesecake factory another chance. The last visit resulted with overcooked fish and chips. This visit had the same outcome. The salmon and fish and chips were overcooked. The restaurant was clean. And the service was great. The food wasn't so great

Daniel C.

Yelp
We always like to stop here when we go through Tulsa. We were sat immediately and had good service. The food was tasty and came it quick. Ambiance is standard Cheesecake Factory and kinda funky cool. This place is expensive.

Amanda B.

Yelp
The food and atmosphere were amazing. However, our waitress was what made it so memorable her name was Andi and she deserves a raise. She was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Zealous O.

Yelp
Good food great service. Music was very loud throughout our meal. Couldn't hear my gf talking right across the table from me. Butter for the bread was cold and was hard to spread on the bread. I do highly recommend the salmon though!

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner here with my mom tonight! She loves the small plate options and huge menu selection, so it's a common mom and daughter lunch/dinner date. We got seated in the bar area immediately on a Friday night, which was nice. Our server was very sweet. The food is always delicious after you spend too much time trying to decide because the menu is huge, and it's all good. I'm usually too full for cheesecake, but I love it when I do save room. My one complaint is how loud it always is inside. It's huge, so I guess that's why. But we will always come back.

Elge G.

Yelp
This beautiful and good restaurant used to be will go out of business with Terrible service and cold food. Also silverware was so dirty it's disgusting, cappuccino was served in a dirty cup twice and cold.. Management not care much. Very sad, we really loved that place before, but lack of management will ruined their reputation. Ps. good bye, cheesecake factory.

Yelp
Very tasty food! They have a skinnylicious menu for lower calories and carbs and fat. It is a bit more expensive than average restaurant but worth the visit! Wish they would take reservations because it is typically busy. But worth waiting for!

Yelp
It had been awhile since we went to Cheesecake Factory, but my son wanted to go for his birthday so we stepped up in there. It can't lie the food was great our waitress was nice and on it! I had a Turkey burger and is was one of the best I've ever had to be honest. I definitely enjoyed my return to CCF and I'll definitely not take so long coming back next time

Yelp
Chicken piccata was good. I asked for extra sauce because the noodles didn't have any, and they looked really dry. I'm very glad I asked for it because they needed it. My friend had the club sandwich and she said it was good, but the best part of our meal was the molasses bread and butter. That was great!!! I mean YUM !! Drooling commenced . The ice tea was very fresh. We waited 15 min. For our table. Staff was friendly and our waiter was very pleasant. Bathrooms very clean.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory has one of my favorite meals - The Hibachi Steak! With beautifully sauteed vegetable, wasabi mashed potatoes and deliciously glazed steak, I have a hard time trying other dishes. The menu is... Large. I can't imagine not finding something you like here. Expect to spend a little, but it's worth it. The desserts are fantastic, as expected. We usually take ours to go. The service has always been good, even when it's full (which it often is). The ambience is rather dated, but certainly unique. I think the style could use a facelift, but it doesn't get in the way of the dining experience.

Yelp
We started with the Dynamite Shrimp and the Fried Zucchini appetizers. Loved it. The service at Cheesecake has always been very good. I enjoy the atmosphere, which most of the time is a bit noisy, crowded. But of course it is. They have cheesecake! And the food is good! Thai lettuce wraps were de-LI-cious, the 4 cheese penne was SO surprisingly good, and the kids chicken strip, they loved 'em! My daughter had her bff to join us, and they knocked it out of the park with they chose the best cheesecakes (for me;)...The Oreo Dream, and the Reese. Love this place.

Nancy C.

Yelp
Me and my daughter visited the Cheesecake Factory on 2/23. We chose to sit at the bar because it was busy and thought we'd have great service as usual. I had just got off work so my hair looked atrocious but I didn't care... who was I there to impress? Obviously the manager who thought I was looking to get my food comped. Not the case! We waited an unusually long time for bread. It came long after we ordered entrees. I ordered a drink and daughter ordered a shake from bartender who was very friendly with other guests. My daughter ordered an omelette only to be told about 15 minutes later that they were 'out of eggs'. When our order did come... bartender had not come to check on us again... We began eating entrees and manager came to check on us for food quality and what not. I showed him I could not get fork through chicken. He took chicken back to kitchen and stuck it in a to go box and had it redelivered it to me in a bag. Totally got the feeling that he thought i wanted a free meal which is not the case since we frequent CF! I was saddened by this so much so that I don't even know if I will return. I normally tip 30-40 % of my tab. But not today since bartender only visited our seats twice after her being all chatty with other patrons. Only left a $10 on $100. Give better service and I WILL delightfully give $30 plus on that amount of tab. And to the manager... I hope I never see you again .... Because you gave the sh** service of all time! All guests deserve more than you!

Peter G.

Yelp
You know what you're going to get food wise so plan accordingly... Huge portions of nationwide opinion panel chosen food in a neo-Mediterranean-esque atmosphere with mild rock playing. Service is usually great with easy refills of bread and butter. All topped off with cheesecake which you'll be too full to finish. I really miss the lemoncello cake they used to have!!!

Yelp
My husband and I just walked in and then walked out of Cheesecake Factory at Woodland Hills Mall. There were 4 employees at the hostess desk. The actual hostess was on the phone. What appeared to be a manager (Amanda) assisted a group of 3 ladies and had another employee escort them to their table. My husband and I stood at the hostess table for a good full minute, no acknowledgement from Amanda, the hostess who was still on the phone, and another employee. Zero acknowledgement from 3 employees! That alone is unacceptable, but then.... A group of approximately 10 people came in, Amanda IMMEDIATELY acknowledged them. This is when my husband and I requested to know the name of the woman who completely ignored us (Amanda) and we turned and left. My husband and I have zero tolerance for this type of behavior and are contacting the restaurant as well as their corporate office. Let this be a note to any servers, hostesses, managers and assistants managers, never ever never ignore ANY guests. No matter how important the guests before or after them might be.

Yelp
This place is always consistent with the favors of their meals. I really enjoyed my food. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. I will be coming back . Also you know why they call it the Cheesecake Factory lol they have the best variety of cheesecake!!!!
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
We went here by request from the birthday girl because she loves cheesecake so we came here on a Sunday. Parking was okay, a little hectic but nothing you wouldn't expect since this location is at the Woodland Hills Mall. We went around 11am and it was a 10-15 minute wait and we were seated. Server was a little slow in tending to us but got our orders in. I ordered the Buffalo bone in wings and pepperoni pizza starters for my entree since nothing else grabbed my attention. Food was slow in coming out as well, and my bone in wings came out as tenders so we had to get that exchanged and when the wings came out, I should've went with the tenders instead because the sauce was overbearing and made the wings drenched in sauce. Some of the wings seemed undercooked since there was red in the drums. Pizza was fresh and good but nothing to rave about. I'm not a fan of Cheesecake for many reasons but I'll go for a birthday and this visit just confirmed why I don't like dining at Cheesecake for overpriced and slow food.

Yelp
Note to self....do not order pasta at Cheesecake Factory. My bad....should have stuck with the basics like a burger and fries.

Yelp
I had to blast this meal. First and foremost, The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurants, so I eat here A LOT! I eat in and order out. But, THIS by far was the worst meal I have ever tasted from here. I very rarely stray away from my chipotle chicken pasta. But, for a change, I wanted to try something different. I ordered the Evelyn's pasta because I wanted something with a bit more veggies. I added shrimp and a side of the New Orleans spicy sauce. What I received was a container loaded with penne pasta, exactly 4 pieces of shrimp (for $8) and about 4 pieces of broccoli (photo attached). Oh, and the sauce on the side tasted like colored water. No creamiest to it or nothing. The pasta had absolutely no seasoning. I felt like they dumped someone's leftovers into my container. This place is NOT cheap, and I ended up throwing the entire meal away and was hungry the rest of the night, might I add. I was pissed to have been served that. It by no means will stop me from going because one bad meal compared to many great ones is simply not enough (3 stars). But, I will check my food before leaving from now on and next time I will return it because I was out of money and a meal!!!

Yelp
I had just stopped by to get a piece of cheesecake I was craving it . I almost didn't get it because it was the last piece but I lucked out the service was ok and the ambiance is quaint it was a little bit noisy but overall everything was good.

Yelp
We took my daughter and her boyfriend to Cheesecake for a end of school year celebration dinner. We got there about 5:00 on Friday so we beat the main dinner crowd which was nice. We were seated immediately. While our server was nice and friendly it took him a while to greet our table. The bread was delicious as always! We got the fried macaroni and cheese to start off with and it was very good. The big kids especially enjoyed it. Food was served quick and was hot. Everything was pretty good. And of course we got cheesecake but had to get it to go as we were all stuffed from the large portions but it was amazing when we ate it later that evening. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go back.
google avatar

Hollie B.

Yelp
Always have great food here! Sometimes the service is a little off but I'm always happy with my plate!
google avatar

Kristy W.

Yelp
Always a hit!!! So many options for whatever mood you're in. I love the appetizer chopped salad which is big enough to share. The flat bread pizza is always a go to for my teenager. And of course whatever flavor or cheesecake you might be craving
google avatar

Hannah W.

Yelp
My one tip- Come extremely hungry. My table ordered way too much food to enjoy at one time. The apps might as well be entrees! Fried Mac and cheese balls will be solely my meal next time. And although CF is slightly expensive at first glance, I got 3 servings from one order of orange chicken for $20. So it's actually worth it! Don't waste food, ask for a to-go box Fried Mac and cheese balls 10/10 (a must) Fried Shrimp 8/10 Orange chicken 10/10 (very Americanized, sweet not spicy, nice and crispy) Steak Diane 9/10 Salmon with Lemon butter sauce 8/10 Mashed potatoes 8/10 (a little lumpy if you're into that) Green beans 7/10 Oreo cheesecake 10/10 White chocolate Raspberry cheesecake 8/10
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
Our experience this time around is quite disappointing. First, they have a promotion that require us to order via their site but it won't their own corporate gift card in their gift card field. Secondly, one of the meal has hair baked in!! And the other chicken pasta has very few chicken pieces in it and swimming in oil. I have more chicken to my dog. What a shame. Third, the managers didn't have the professionalism required. Just gonna leave it at that. I now see why so many fellow Yelpers have them low score in their reviews. I hope Cheesecake Factory will make improvement to the quality and service in this location and restore it to the glory and brand status it once was and loved.

Yelp
We stopped in for our anniversary dinner because it landed mid-week, but it's still worth acknowledging with yummy food even on a Wednesday. We had a reservation, but arrived 30 minutes early, so we headed to the bar for a drink while we waited. Drinks were delicious, but pretty pricey. 2 drinks were almost $40 with tip. Our table was ready before we'd even had our first sip, so we relocated. At the table, Ari, our server was prompt and friendly. We knew before we got there that we wanted the hibachi steak- I highly recommend it. It comes with wasabi mashed potatoes (the wasabi is hardly present, but it's still so good), and asparagus, mushrooms, and onions. It's a 10/10 every time. We finished our food, and ordered Oreo cheesecake to go. Expect to spend a bit for a chain restaurant- but if you order right, the food is consistent and delicious. Our meal before tip was around $70. We had paid for drinks separately. Again, drinks were pricey, but for an anniversary, it is okay to splurge.

Yelp
Wen here during the week and had no wait, although I had made a reservation just in case. I asked for a booth in the notes and they following my request :) Our waitress was Andie and she was great. Very kind, attentive and took good care of us! We ordered the Louisiana pasta and chicken tenders and it was delicious! I feel like the chicken was cooked a little long, it was dark brown not golden, but the pasta tasted as good as always. My husband likes the brown bread and I love the white, and the salted butter always goes great with it! It was a bummer that the happy hour is only at the bar. Another location we went to, they allowed us to get our drinks at the bar and bring them to the table, Andie would not allow this. I can't understand why on one side of the restaurant you pay $8 for the same drink you pay $16 for 3 tables down..?! That's ridiculous.
google avatar

Amy Z.

Yelp
Ok so glad there was not waiting list. To start we are sadly living a Covid 19 virus and trying to get over it. So my first thought when I saw the silverware on the table was I'm going to put this silverware in my mouth, I honestly feel that they should wrap it with the table clothe so it's not just seating in a table that was not completely clean. The menu was dirty. The taste of the salmon was not good honestly feel it was just super plain, mashed potatoes were good. My husband said that his meat was good. Cheese cake not the best the cake caramel with nuts and chocolate was good. I felt as my waiter was hard to find she was nice but absent at the same time. I definitely feel there missing on cleaning and disinfection.

Yelp
The Secord trip here was more much better than my first trip. I split the difference. This time was a 5 star experience, last time, maybe a 3. Service was better, food was better. All good in the world

Kathy S.

Yelp
We are always happy with what we order. There's a avocado beet salad that I love. Ambience is festive. If you still have room the cheesecakes are excellent.

Mike B.

Yelp
It's four in the afternoon and my wife and I came in and the hostess said it was shift change and asked if we would mind waiting about five minutes before being seated. The place was pretty much empty,,,,,, we didn't wait !!

Richard C.

Yelp
The food was delicious and our server was very attentive to our every need. A bit pricy but a great place to eat.
google avatar

Yelp
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The team here was awful. I had gotten charged for both my friend and myself by mistake electronically...The manager Lisa did not assist professionally at all. She just laughed in my face and told my friend to give me her gift card since she has the issue. She said, "sorry, can't do anything here. But let me know what we can do for you." We feel so disrespected.
google avatar

Paige C.

Yelp
Everytime I'm close to a Cheesecake Factory I stop to see all the desserts they have to offer. It's the best place for all desserts. This day I ordered the Chocolate mousse cheesecake and it didn't disappoint. Always great service here each time I've been here. So if your looking for great cheesecakes you gotta stop in here. You'll be glad you did

Yelp
We made a reservation online. It worked perfectly. We were sat at the time I made the reservation for. Our server Skyy was amazing! She was so friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The cheesecake was delicious! Thank you!

Yelp
So, I am not a huge fan of chains. I prefer locally owned hole in the wall type places, but a group I am in wanted to go here for lunch so I went. It was good food and a great atmosphere and great service. I wish they had more gluten free choices, but they did have a huge menu. I ended up having a plain burger with no bun with sweet potato fries. Both were great, my friends loved the sweet potato fries. I couldn't stop eating them! So it ended up being a good experience. We had over a dozen people in our group and the servers did a great job!

Yelp
Cheesecake factory is great for a nicer dinner! Some of their portions can be small but their pasta dishes are huge and always a hit! And their cheesecake of course is DELICIOUS
google avatar

Kathy C.

Yelp
Tried the lunch size spaghetti. Very surprised that it was actually good! The dynamite shrimp was pretty good. The bread they serve is warm and great. If I had to pick anything negative is the butter being too cold for the bread. The original cheesecake is the best! Yes, I opted for basic. The service was great. Brandon did a wonderful job. The prices were I little up there so come prepared to spend at least $20 per person. Well worth it though!

Yelp
Stopped by at 1:30 in the afternoon. Not more than 10 other tables filled after any sort of "lunch rush" that they might have had. Service was slower than any turtle cheesecake that they may have ever had. 10 minutes after being seated our waiter finally came by to take drink and food order. The rest of the service was at the same glacial pace. The only good thing about the slow pace was that we had plenty of time over the next 90 minutes to visit, I guess. Stuffed mushrooms appitizer was average. Daughter got the pepperoni flat bread pizza and it was OK. Noting to write a review over. I had a mushroom burger, and I swear that something had been frozen, as it tasted of freezerburn. Surely they didn't freeze the burger or mushrooms? Wife had the pot stickers and they were average as well. Overall rating, food - average to below average. Service - very slow.

Yelp
Although this is a chain, I have never been disappointed with the food and the service is top-notch! My guy had the steak and I had the vegan cheeseburger and it was delicious!

Yelp
I've been here several times now and am impressed almost every time. Fist, the size of there menu and that they can make the vast majority of it perfectly. Second, the desserts, most importantly the cheesecakes they have on hand. This restaurant is massive and seats hundreds and the fact they can put out this much food this fast is crazy. The Carbonara pasta is my favorite and the fried mac and cheese bites for an appetizer is worth a shot as well. This is comfort food at its finest. I have had probably had half a dozen different cheesecake slices and have not had a bad one yet, if that is even possible. Thid place is really a famly friendly restaurant, as they really do have something for everybody.

Yelp
Joanne is AMAZING! I swear she went above and beyond with our table. Zero issues and such a sweet kid. Thank you for making our experience amazing.

Yelp
If you are this popular, and have been for years, why only one Cheesecake Factory in Tulsa? That does not make any sense. 25 to 30 people crammed in at the entrance waiting 30 to 40 minutes to be seated. Weird.

Yelp
Food isn't exactly worth the travel and wait. The cheesecake is pretty good! But I'm sure there are hidden gems in your area that are just a good. Nothing that wowed my expectations- it was simply OK.
