‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Co-Star Nico Santos Reveals His Favorite Restaurants | Eater

"A chain restaurant whose weekday bar happy hour (4–6 p.m., Monday–Friday) offers $5 appetizers that arrive in the chain’s signature large portions — items like cheesecake, macaroni and cheese, and fried appetizers — making it an easy, no-reservations low-key favorite." - Greg Morabito

It was my first time eating at The Cheesecake Factory, and I am actually positively surprised! I honestly don’t get why people make fun of this place - the food is really good, and the prices aren't bad at all. We ordered fried calamari to start - was okay, though I’ve had better. For mains, I had Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta, and my mom got the Chicken Shawarma. The portions were huge, super filling, and really tasty. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate Tuxedo Cream, Very Cherry Ghirardelli, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecakes. All of them were delicious and very sweet, but the Reese’s one was definitely my favorite. I really enjoyed this meal and can’t wait to come back to try some other things!

A Fun & Flavorful Birthday Night at The Cheesecake Factory! We came here to celebrate my birthday, and the entire experience was just wonderful from start to finish. The energy was lively, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food—absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes and loved every bite. The Korean fried cauliflower bowl was flavorful with just the right balance of spice and crunch, and the shrimp pasta with sautéed vegetables was hearty and full of bold flavors. The avocado egg rolls and arancini balls were also a hit—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and paired perfectly with their sauces. The real cherry on top was the surprise birthday cheesecake slice that came beautifully plated with whipped cream and sprinkles. Such a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special. Drinks were refreshing, the portions were generous, and we never felt rushed. All in all, a perfect spot for celebrating with good vibes and great food. Highly recommend for birthdays, casual date nights, or any time you want comfort food with a classy twist!

It started off ROUGH as I was sitting there for about 10 minutes and no server approached me, so I went to the host stand to let them know that I was READY to order. After that things ran much SMOOTHER and I had some good conversations with the guests next to me as well as some of the employees & the GM in the restaurant♥️ 1. Complimentary Bread with Butter 🍞🍞 2. Soup of the Day(forgot what it was) 🥣 3. Crabcakes 4-5. Egg roll Sampler - Variety of rolls with Avocado, Tex Mex, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, and Chicken Taquitos 6-7. Cookie Dough Lover’s Cheesecake with Pecans - Creamy Cheesecake with loaded with Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie Dough. Topped with Cookie Dough Frosting 8. Interior of the restaurant 9. Eating here was amazing. Food is great and the manager Ms.Delaney was great. She made sure any issue we had was addressed. She made my dinning experience amazing.

Google
We tossed a coin and it landed on Cheesecake Factory. Our server (AJ) was amazing. The food was flavorful, fresh and tasted as it was made with love. Everything was delish and our server was a delight, great personality and was on top of making sure we were hydrated with refreshing cumber lemonades. We ordered chicken pot stickers, crab bites, chicken gumbo and chicken crusted Parmesan. We had him select our cheesecake option for us and he came back with an Oreo Cheesecake. The cheesecake was soooo delicious. AJ, didn’t disappoint with his outstanding service and neither did the cooks who prepared our food.

Best Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. Drinks were amazing and so was the food. Several people serviced our table, and the staff were friendly and prompt.

Great customer service from the entire staff. The hostess, waiter, and guys cleaning the table were great. The waiter Jason was absolutely terrific. Great personality, accommodating, professional. His great service made my party of 7 very happy. He gave us a great experience. The food was delicious and came out piping hot. Thanks Cheesecake Factory for a wonderful 86 birthday dinner celebration.

Google
We had an excellent experience overall! The atmosphere was amazing—warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed brunch. The front staff set the tone with their welcoming demeanor, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The menu, while extensive, was a bit overwhelming. There were two distinct sections: one for calorie-packed indulgences and another for lighter, lower-calorie options. While this variety is appreciated, it did make deciding a bit tricky. Fortunately, our server, A.J., was an absolute gem. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also went above and beyond to explain the dishes, offer recommendations, and even lighten the decision-making process with his great sense of humor and patience. I ordered a medium burger, which was slightly overcooked. If it had been cooked just a little less, it would have been perfect! That said, it was still juicy and flavorful. My partner opted for a salad and had no complaints at all. Both dishes were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality and portion sizes. The seating added to the comfort of the meal—plush and accommodating for a long, leisurely brunch. Overall, this is a spot I’d highly recommend, especially for its atmosphere, friendly service, and affordable pricing! Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – It’s a fantastic establishment with minor room for improvement in food preparation and menu clarity.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday night at 8:45pm, no wait. Food came out quickly, including warm bread with butter. Appetizers were bigger than I expected and truly delicious. The entrees were okay. The cheesecake (Cinnabon swirl) was amazing ,

Yelp
We stopped into Cheesecake Factory for a late afternoon/early evening meal and decided to try a mix of dishes. We went with the burger, spicy rigatoni, and a few of the tuna appetizers. Overall, the food was alright, but from my past visits, I feel like it's not quite as good as it used to be. The flavors were fine, but nothing really stood out the way I remember from before. One thing I noticed was the timing -- some of the food took longer than expected to come out, so there was a bit of a wait between dishes. That being said, our server was extremely pleasant, friendly, and attentive, which definitely made the experience better. The atmosphere was the usual Cheesecake Factory vibe -- busy but comfortable, with plenty of seating and a menu that has just about everything. If you're looking for a reliable chain spot with a big variety of options, it's still a solid choice, but based on this visit, I'd say the food quality felt a little more average than memorable.

Yelp
Back again for a mid-week early dinner. We were happy to get a booth large enough for four, so we had a lot of room at the table. This was my first time trying their burgers. The Macaroni and Cheese Burger sounded like a good deal. They made the burger more medium than medium-well (what I wanted), but it was very good, both in quality and taste. The mac & cheese, however, was disappointing. I expected the burger to come on a plate with traditional macaroni and cheese, but the mac and cheese was deep fried into the middle of a small ball, the size of a pink "Spaldeen" (or a "Pensie Pinky," for those old enough to remember them). When it came out, I told the server this wasn't what I ordered, but he explained that the mac & cheese was inside the little fried ball sitting on top of the burger, and suggested I try it. I did, and it was very good, but it was an inadequate substitute for the portion of mac & cheese I expected. Since it was such an unusual presentation of traditional mac & cheese, I feel the server should've explained that to me when I ordered it. I didn't expect the bun, which also came out with the burger, since I thought the mac and cheese would substitute for it. It also came with a side of either salad or potato, and I took the side salad with house dressing, which was very good. The burger also came with one large slice of tomato and leaf of lettuce (a la mode for a traditional "burger deluxe"), but since I didn't want them on the burger, I just added them to the side salad. Since I enjoyed their cafe latte so much last time, I ordered it again, but this time I tried their tiramisu for dessert. They also offer a tiramisu cheese cake, but I stuck with the traditional tiramisu, and it was great (very soft, fresh and moist)! We ordered seconds on their complimentary white and brown mini-loaves with butter, only (we confess) to take them home.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been to Cheesecake Factory, and i wasn't disappointed. The service was great and prompt. The server also had my name, so if made our time there a little sweeter lol. I went here with some family for my best friends graduation lunch. She's never been, so i figured this will be the best spot especially because we had children with us. All in all, we all enjoyed our meals. The portion size is still insane. But it's perfect for those of us who don't mind leftovers the next day. Or later in the afternoon. I ordered the honey truffle chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My friend ordered a chicken Alfredo. I also had a raspberry lemon drop which was amazing! So all in all, it was a great time. To top it off, i got a slice of pineapple upside down cheesecake slice which was literally the cherry on top. See pics below

Yelp
Always a great time at TCF. It's always busy no matter the location and always delicious. The service is fast and parking is so easy here. The sliders are always my go to, reminds me of being a kid! The Mac and cheese balls are packed with gooey cheese and perfectly crunchy on the outside. The egg roll sampler was good because I've never tried their egg rolls but they weren't as good as they're hyped up to be. I thought the avocado egg roll would've been better. The buffalo wings are tiny but honestly so fun to eat and so crispy. They were my favorite part of the meal!

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite chains. There's two floors to this location but for some reason, the first floor is always empty and I've only ever been seated upstairs. Once you walk up the stairs, you see the display of their cheesecakes which look sooooo good. The servers are nice and I haven't ever had bad service here. I've been here multiple times but I always get shocked at how extensive their menu is. It's not only huge with so many varieties of pastas and salads but also just the variety of items from avocado egg rolls to orange chicken and Korean fried chicken. They try to incorporate multiple cuisines and surprisingly do some of them pretty well. Their Chinese chicken salad is a family favorite. I personally love their herb crusted salmon - I think they cook it perfectly and the mashed potatoes are so flavorful! Their burgers are also sooo good and I love the bun that it comes with, which I'm not surprised at considering how good their complimentary bread always is (brown bread extra yummy of course). If you've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, beware that portions are huge so make sure to save space for dessert! I can't come and NOT get their cheesecakes. They have such a large variety of flavors and I've enjoyed them all from the rich chocolate flavors to the tart and fruity flavors. I've also gotten their non-cheesecake desserts and they were also just as decadent!

Yelp
Went on a date night with my honey and it was great. The food was good and the drinks were perfect. Our waiter was on point. Thought the place was buzzing the service was pretty quick. Great date night!

Yelp
Wifey wanted to go out to eat and lil man chose Cheesecake Factory. It's in the neighborhood and we've been coming here for a while. Ordered two dishes and dessert. Both entrees were great. They usually are. Never had tasted bad food from here before. You can't go wrong with any of the options though. The cheesecake was tasty as well. Definitely tasted like a s'more. Service was decent. We had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated. Waiter was friendly and attentive. The place was busy as it was dinner time and on a Friday night. So service was a little slower than usual. But overall pretty solid service. In general we will most likely continue coming here to eat. Food is good and the cheesecake options are vast. But I will admit the prices are getting up there and I always leave there feeling like I could have eaten somewhere else and saved some money.

Yelp
Haven't been here in awhile. My niece's had her birthday here with a family of 8. Service: The greeting staff was great and able to get our reservations combined and promptly seated. Excellent! I believe we had Kayla as our waitress, she was an excellent waitress. Kayla was helpful, patient, friendly, polite and attentive. If you're so lucky to get her as your waitress, show some love and give a nice tip. Food: Surprisingly, still pretty good, we had a bunch of apps, chicken taquerios, , Thai Chicken lettuce wrapschicken dumplings, the cauliflower fried drumsticks (yum) sliders (almost a meal) the sliders came like 4 regular size burgers and had a option for fries for extra. I had the French dip burger, too much on the bread size, maybe bigger meat (pause, lol) inside the bun. The sliders had more meat in them. The fries were salted and crispy nicely. Also, had an old fashion, that hit the spot. Definitely well-made! Cheesecake is always good here. Restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were nicely maintained for such a big restaurant, I'm sure with a lot of traffic. All in all! I'd come back for another family party. Maybe for another old fashion.

Yelp
I was so disappointed! I went in and ordered a tiramisu and was charged $11.95. No problem, I expect the prices but look at the picture. That is a 2 inch by 2 inch piece of tiramisu. The rest was the whipped cream they pump out of the machine! Are you joking! All the cheesecakes are twice as big and same price. On top of that, I understand that you are busy but there was a line or 8 people and they ignored us for well over 5 minutes. They were not that busy and had a ton of staff working the desserts. This was terrible and a rip off!

Nicole R.

Yelp
Not only do they give terribly horrible service in store. They also give terrible customer service by asking you to email them and then they don't respond for days. How does corporate run like this?

Yelp
Haven't been in a while and usually the factory doesn't disappoint but this time it wasn't good at all. Started with the fried Mac and cheese balls which were really good probably the best of the appetizers. The passion fruit mojito was really good mad well very refreshing. I had the steak Diane and shrimp scampi with Angel hair pasta the shrimp batter wasn't good at all it taste old and stale. The steak was beyond over cooked. The service was good. I'd come back but probably try something else out different location.

Yelp
For such a big space, I think it's ran very efficiently. Minor detail went amiss, like being sat at the table that was cleared but not wiped...just speak up when your waiter comes. It's super busy with a lot parties coming and going but I did not feel lost in the sauce...processes are in place and organized. You can come here for anything, graduation dinner, date, family outing, whatever. Call me washed, but even with there being so many diners, I didn't feel like I had to scream to be heard-shout out to the acoustics (conversations over your meal are important). Chemia, the waitress was easy going, helpful with questions, and I didn't feel rushed. Felt like I was her only table during a busy weeknight shift. The apps and small plates are so good, I could not finish my main dish. The science behind the Mac & Cheese balls needs to be explained, the crunch to fried ratio was great! The eggroll sampler was great too, but you can order just the avocado eggrolls only and thank me later. The Cobb Salad was massive, and had more than just iceberg salad. I don't think you can go wrong with their bible of a menu...there's something for everybody. No room for dessert, I'm going to back for a cheesecake next time. Good: -Louisiana Chicken Pasta -Cobb Salad -Eggroll Sampler -FRIED MAC & CHEESE -Very fast service -Waitress was wonderful Bad: -where are the prices on the beer and mixed drink portion of the menu?

Yelp
I remember the day when there was over an hour wait to go to the cheesecake factory. Sadly, this is not the norm anymore at the cheesecake factory we went on a Saturday and we seated immediately. The first floor wasn't even opened. I had the spaghetti carbonara my partner had fish and chips. My partner wanted fish tacos, but they were grilled not fried so we opted to get the fish and chips. When I ordered my spaghetti carbonara, I asked for extra shrimp which were delightful added, but they also added dried up shrivel chicken, which I didn't order and it was included on the bill, as I had a coupon I did not complain, but it was overcooked, shriveled, and dried. The fish and chips were adequate. Like any other chain restaurant nobody came over to ask is everything OK nor did a manager ask either. I was never offered cheese for my spaghetti nor offered additional bread or water. Management was running around like a chicken with their head, cut off and talking into their headsets, but not bothering to ask if the patrons were happy clearly management was not existent The cheesecake factory has evolved to be one step above a diner, but two steps below a reasonable restaurant. The big thing about the cheesecake factory is there outlandish prices, $4.95 for a soda or an iced tea is just highway rip off I've attached my bill so you can see it. How can people afford going out especially at the cheesecake factory? $125 for two simple meals .

Yelp
I'm here eating at the bar right now and just watching all of the staff and they are all clearly BUSTING ASS! They are really working so hard! My food is great as usual. Mainly I just wanted all of the staff to get some credit today :) It's a Saturday a little after 1pm.

Yelp
I live pretty close by to the Cheesecake Factory, but haven't been there too much. I went once a few years ago, and was surprised by how good the burger was. Some friends and I decided to hit up CF again recently. The place is pretty centrally located at Source Mall. It's fairly nice inside, but I wasn't a fan of how far away the bathrooms were from where we were seated on the second floor (bathrooms were on the 1st floor and far away). Our server was very nice. I ordered the Americana Cheeseburger ($19), a soda, and we split a piece of cheesecake 3 ways. I've actually been pleasantly surprised at the burgers at CF cause they're really good. I asked for it medium rare and it seemed cooked the way I asked. The burger was pretty rich and pretty juicy. Seems like they're using fairly good quality ingredients in their stuff. I think it's probably more worth it to order a burger take out at CF than go to an overpriced place like Shake Shack, for example. The fries were pretty solid; fairly hot and crispy, nothing to complain about. The bread that comes out at the start was pretty solid as well. The cheesecake was also very rich and quite tasty. I'm not a cheesecake expert, but it did taste noticably better than getting something from the supermarket. So overall, food was pretty good. I paid about $29 total, with tax and tip included. Not too terrible, but definitely still a bit pricier than I'd like it to be, all things considered. But considering the quality of the meal, I think CF is pretty alright overall. So I will go w/ three stars for now.

Yelp
Normally I wouldn't review a chain restaurant since it's generally the same overall experience, however today was different. Arrived approx 12:30pm on a Saturday, I was meeting 2 friends who hadn't arrived yet. The hostess asked if I wanted to be seated and when I said my friends wouldn't be able to find me she looked around saw an available table by the windows and near the elevator and said they will be able to find you there! We ordered the crispy Brussel Sprouts which were soooo goood! The Thai chicken wraps which were ok but nothing special. One friend had the veggie burger which she liked very much, the other had the avocado bacon burger which she also liked. I had the Asian chicken salad which was ok but nothing special. The real reason I'm doing this review is because our server Krystal (hope I spelled that correctly) WAS AMAZING! She was friendly, funny, engaging, knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating and just an overall terrific server. You can tell she really enjoys her job and she's very good at it. If you go this particular Cheesecake Factory ask to sit in her section, but she's only there on the weekend! Oh and I got a piece of the Coconut Cream Cheesecake to go... If you like coconut I highly recommend this.

Yelp
Came in with a large group for lunch today. Service was impecable and their lunch specials were actually quite extensive. I ordered the crusted chicken Romano which was okay good portion and okay tasting. I accompanied it with tropical iced tea. It wouldn't be my first choice to eat at but good enough for a large group of people.

Yelp
Shouting out this location once again because it really is one of the better ones I've been too. Seating is mostly upstairs. Accessible to all with an elevator at the entrance. Also, major props to Queen (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) who was one of the best servers I've had in a while. On top of everything, knew "the product" and was so nice to chat with. Also originally from Queens. From one Querns woman to another, you were awesome and anyone dining there will be lucky to have her. Now, it's The Cheesecake Factory. If you're coming here expecting a Michelin star restaurant, you need to reevaluate your expectations. The spot is clean (my feet weren't sticking to the floor like they do in most chain restaurants). The quality of the food has not changed. I got my usual Chicken Bellagio and I couldn't be happier. Linda's Chocolate Cake to go is a great late night snack. If you're a tea fan, get their unsweetened tropical iced tea. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Location! Location! Location! This location is so freaking busy, it's two floors and sometimes the wait can be long. The food at this location too is definitely not the greatest. My salmon was overcooked and had absolutely not flavor. I tried the Cajun salmon which was WAY better. I preferably prefer the QCM Location in Elmhurt. This location doesnt even give you the complimentary bread for the table unless you ASK for it, which is just very odd to me. The only upside at this location was the customer service and the drinks. My server was very nice and helpful, the drinks from the bar were not too strong and tasted great. Cheesecake Factory in general is one of my favorites, but maybe this location just had a rush of a day. You can still check out this location and tell me your thoughts!

Yelp
In order to make a reservation, you have to join their rewards program, so I did. Our reservations were set for 6:15 on a Saturday night. When we arrived the place was packed. We had to wait 15 minutes downstairs until a text alerted me that our table was ready. We were told to go upstairs and had to wait an additional 7 minutes for a table. We didn't end up sitting until 6:40! What's the point of the reservation? "And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anyone can just take them" Finally we ordered drinks and an appetizer (the chicken wraps). The drinks arrived fast but the appetizer was late. I'm a little disappointed in my drink- the strawberry infused margarita, which I'm convinced was just a margarita with a strawberry on top. Our meals were OK. One friend asked the waiter about the farro that her chicken came with. He explained what it was and she was excited to try it. When her dish came, no farro. She inquired and they brought over a sad little bowl of it, looking tasteless and dry. (It was supposed to come on the plate with the chicken and sauce on top of it). At the end of the meal the waiter said he'd bring over the cheesecake menu and give us some time to think dessert over. He came back 15 minutes later and said "so have you decided?" We had to break the news that he never actually gave us the menu. Once we got our cheesecake it was like a mad dash by the staff to get us the f out of there. They bussed our table while we were still sitting. We weren't even hogging up the table. I found that kind of uncomfortable. I'm giving 3 stars bc the food was mediocre and the service was spotty but the cheesecake was heavenly!

Yelp
My friend and I drive from Brooklyn to Long Island on Monday to take advantage of the happy hour because, she saw it listed online that they provide it but, when we got there the hostess told us they don't have happy hour. The hostess also mentioned that the location has never had a happy hour, and she has been working there for a while. We were very disappointed having to drive all that way for nothing, so we decided to stay. Being that they are advertising it, I thought they would honor it, but they didn't. Another couple showed up as well inquiring about the happy hour. So we had lunch and caught up. At this point, it's false advertising, and it shouldn't be on the site if they have never provided it at all. Lunch was good. The fried Mac Balls are good, but the Mac on the side is not as tasty. The spring roll sampler was good. The cajun salmon didn't give cajun at all; it reminds me of the blackened salmon at Applebees. I guess the cajun part is how it's crispy. I like that we could customize our meal to our liking with the sides. The waiter was attentive and polite. The music was good. The drinks were good.

Liza J.

Yelp
5 stars for our server, Carol, who was genuinely pleasant, extremely accommodating and very helpful. lunch for 5 seniors on 8/11/2025. thank you Carol. we'll be back!!

Yelp
Came here because my wife has been craving this place for a long time. There was a decent wait around 40 minutes for lunch. Our server was a bald guy and he was great. The bread: There were 2 types. A sourdough and a darker colored one. Both came out warm and crispy and being soft in the middle. There was also butter which makes it even better The crispy Brussels sprouts tasted exactly how it sounded. Seems like they were fried to get that delicious crispiness. There was a sweet sauce on the bottom that paired nicely. I just wished that all the sprouts were tossed in it instead of having it all on the bottom Cajun chicken pasta It came with bow ties. The chicken was fried very nicely and it was moist. However, the pasta didn't really have much sauce so it made it kinda plain. While the chicken was on the saltier side, the pasta and sauce were lacking in seasoning

Yelp
Food was meh. I could see why this place is usually packed. The portions are huge and shows why America has an issue with obesity. Yikes! Service was very good, our waiter Jay (sp) was attentive although I was perplexed that he was not sure if they could steam or warm milk for coffee. I ended up getting a Cappuccino. The fries were subpar that accompanied our meals were all not good. No crisp at all. Also, some of our bread was cold and we had to get another batch. Not a place that I would frequent at all. Might be my first and last visit.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory has been one of our go-tos for as long as we've lived out here. The menu is extensive with so many options to choose from. On this evening we were surprised to see the downstairs open on a weeknight. It always comes with complimentary bread. There is booth and table seating. They don't take reservations so If you go with a large party you would have to get there early. Our favorite appetizer is the Sweet Corn Tamales which are sooo good. Their salads are large, plate portions are decent (depending on the dish). Make sure you leave room for its namesake: Cheesecake! Large selection to choose from. Service was friendly and efficient. We'll be back!

Yelp
I've discovered their weekend brunch. The pancakes have me in a chokehold. My friend raved about the loaded mashed potato omelette and the peach Bellini. Overall good food but a bit pricey.

Yelp
Glorified diner. Average food, average service at best. I'll just leave it at that because I really don't wish to comment on too much negativity.

Yelp
Had an enjoyable meal with my girlfriend and excellent service from our waiter Marlin. Wish they would bring back the chicken Marsala as it was my favorite. Sat all the way in the back which was nice and not as loud as the main dining area allowing us to have a conversation without screaming.

Yelp
We've been coming here for many years now, and we've always loved the food. I am a big fan of menus with diverse offerings, and their appetizer and small plate menu is about perfect. Today I got the fried zucchini and sweet tamale cakes. My wife got a lunch salad. We had a coupon and decided to go wild at the end and finally try a slice of the cheesecake. In this case, it was a Chocolate caramel pecan creation with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Over the years, one server has often drawn the short straw and been given to us. Leny is a delight to have on our case, and look forward to many more visits. The prices have drifted up recently, but you get what you pay for.

Yelp
Dined in with my friends for cheesecake slices and had the best sweet cravings. Had a great time thanks to Omar!

Yelp
We really feel that we are discriminated. We were the first party at the restaurant and we got no service for over 20 minutes. Looking around white people already has their drink and appetizers served. I am not sure what customer service mean to them but this is blazenly racist act

Yelp
My mom wanted to try something new and this was in her sights. I have been here before but, I wanted to humor her. Food: 3/5 We order the Ahi Nachos and Avocado spring rolls to start. They were both greater $10 and something I could live without. I wish they had more tuna on the nachos. I ordered the Diana steak combo and salmon combo. My mom got the French toast. We warned the staff before we started order that we were lactose intolerant. So, we I saw a creme sauce and mash potatoes on my combo I knew I was going to be in a world of pain. Service and ambiance :4/5 Outside of our dietary restriction, the service was not bad. They were always prompt to refill our waters. Personally, I would not go back. I would rather spend $100 another way. But, if it makes my mom happy then what can I do.

Yelp
What's not to love about Cheesecake Factory! Everything was delicious - most notably the Mac & cheese burger and the Oreo dream extreme cheesecake. High quality and delicious tasting food that left all of us in a food coma afterwards. Our server was great as well. Can't wait for the next time I get the chance to come here!

Yelp
Unfortunately, I emailed the company and received no response. So, here I am. We visited last Saturday night at 6:30 pm and despite the amazing crowd, we were seated immediately. The people are great as was our server. The menu is also amazing, something for everyone. Gotta' go with three stars though simply because as most of the food was good, my entree is something I would never recommend. Veggie Burger, for $20, not the Plant Based version, I nicknamed it a Barley Burger, no clue why this is on their menu, inedible. But, more importantly than my personal taste, was the wait between appetizers and entree. I was getting a bit anxious, and the server came over to apologize, but I said it's fine. Eventually, out came the entrees, and my "veggie burger" was cold. Not lukewarm, just cold. I would assume it was sitting too long before served. We had a show at Governor's in Levittown at 9:15 so there was no time to ask to take it back and heat it. I ate half and told my wife that I will wrap the other half and throw it out at home. Anyway, I don't recommend this entree, and I don't recommend going at this time of day on a Saturday night. As I said, in the beginning, I did email them about this, for no other reason but to make them aware of the food and the length of time for it to be served, so the lack of response is why I'm here.

Yelp
Wow, what a standard pre formatted reply to a customers feedback. Very sad that is how you handle customer service and now I understand why the service was sub par

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday night and we had to wait 30 mins even though restaurant looked quite empty. Space wise its great for kids. the area is nice, lightly dimmed which makes for great ambiance but it was quite loud that you have to yell to talk to anyone. Food is quite on the mid side. We got a couple of apps and entries for our table of 6. The kids menu is terrible, we got the kids pasta and it was so hard. Our server recommended we get the branzino fish from their new menu but it was absolutely terrible. It was bland and dry. We didnt have the heart to tell her that it was bad as she stated it was the best thing she ever eaten. They also ran out of their meatloaf ( which is there signature entree). Everything else in terms of taste was mid, nothing outstanding in terms of taste. Be sure to check your total as they calculate tip based on after tax calculation. We brought this up and they stated it was corporate policy.

Yelp
I visited the Cheesecake Factory on a work trip to New York. It was eh. Usually I really like the Cheesecake Factory but the French friends were bland and flavor less and came out lukewarm. The veggie burger was pretty good but the shredded lettuce was odd to add to a burger yourself. Our server was a bit aloof and rude. He sighed and told us he wouldn't be filling our drinks all night long if we asked for refills, when I finished my water once. Idk it felt kind of rude and I couldn't tell if he was joking. 3/5 because the brown bread at the Cheesecake Factory is top tier.

Yelp
Order: - Orange Chicken (4/5) - Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style" (5/5) - Crusted Chicken Romano (4/5) - Cajun Jambalaya Pasta (4/5) - Celebration Cheesecake (4/5) Pros: - Very large menu with so many different options/cuisines that everyone will be happy - Extremely large portions. Most people leave with a to-go box for their leftovers - (OBV) a large selection of cheesecakes to choose from - Large location with a lot of seating on the 1st and 2nd floor Cons: - Very busy. Sometimes it was hard to find our waiter Overall: A classic American chain if you're looking for a large portion meal that's slightly more upscale than an Apple Bees or Chillis lol

Yelp
I have not been to this cheesecake factory location in several years. The food is still very good and they have a new skinny menu that I really liked. Avoid eating here for an early dinner. It was loaded with families with screaming children. I could not even hear what my friend was saying to me. I left with a headache. The restroom downstairs for ladies was disgusting. It was so dirty that I couldn't use it. Also I bought a slice of cheesecake to go because I couldn't sit there any longer. It was $15. I couldn't believe it. It was good but it wasn't worth that much. I think the best bet is to do takeout from this location.

Yelp
Today was the first time, in a long time- where I truly enjoyed my experience at this resturant. The service was excellent. Our server was pleasant, attentive and the ambiance was perfect for a pre-mother's day brunch. The food came out swiftly and was very tasty. Freshly prepared and played it with care. They no longer offer the raspberry lemonade, but the peach lemonade was wonderful.

Yelp
Received $100 gift card from a friend so we dined here on Saturday around 3:00pm. Although the place was busy, we were seated immediately. Things started off on the wrong foot, as my Stella draft was skunky. It was quickly replaced with a bottle of Heineken and all was right in the world. For appetizers we had the stuffed mushrooms and chicken wings. The six mushrooms were on the small side but were tasty. The ten chicken wings were juicy and meaty, no complaints. For the mains, we had the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo, and the Jamaican Black Pepper Chicken and Shrimp. Both were tasty and filling. No room for dessert.

Yelp
Why was I rating this Yummy cheesecake place for its food? Great for desert in a dramatic looking two story cafe with a palatial staircase, high ceilings and Roman columns. The buzz of family hour makes it just a wee bit less enticing but it was for today a good takeout option for bringing home desert. Sooo many options in the display case but the Pecan Turtle with chocolate on the bottom and top ruled out all others.

Yelp
The wait can be really long so make a reservation. The sit-down experience is a 3 and the cheesecake/dessert counter is a 1.5 so I am going to average that to a 3. The counter: I waited for 25 minutes and they got my order wrong 3 different times. There were so many staff members in the back and no one was helping. It was a mess. The Doordash orders were left unattended and customers opening the food it was very unsanitary. The sit-down: The waiter was great, the food was delicious and made to our exact specifications. A good chain restaurant experience.
