Went to cheesecake factory during happy hour, which is available at the bar only. We were on high seats and had great cocktails and got the cheesecake factory nachos for a bargain price. The portions are large and the drinks are tasty. The happy hour menu is decent in size and has a number of cocktails and also deft beers available. It is worth going early for. Otherwise, we visited on another occasion where we had to wait up to 30minutes for a table in the restaurant. The food still delicious and the service also very good. Cheesecake we are always too full for at the restaurant, and always get it to take away and eat later. Can never finish a whole slice and good the next day too storing in the fridge.

The service and atmosphere at this place are amazing. It’s a great spot for the whole family. The servers were fantastic; they played music and made the kids laugh. The cheesecakes are mouthwatering and delicious. I went back a couple of times on my trip to get more. I definitely recommend dining in at the Cheesecake Factory.

Wings were small and the nachos were okay, but everything else was excellent. The Thai salad was fresh, the tacos were surprisingly delicious, and the service was great. I’ve eaten at Cheesecake Factory in different countries and it never disappoints. Each spot has its own menu so it’s very unique. It’s always a solid choice, especially for a quick grab-and-go by the beach.

Omg!!! This place doesn’t just have absolutely Devine cheesecakes but the food is amazing. The steak melts in your mouth and the mash was the best I’ve ever tasted. The salmon was so moist and cooked to perfection. The bread and butter served before the meal was so good I couldn’t stop eating it, even though I was told by our wonderful waiter Santana the meals were a generous size. The pineapple liqueur cocktail was delicious and we had to takeaway our dessert as we were too full to eat it. The place is always busy and can see why. Wished we had of discovered this place on the first night instead of the last night we were there, would have spent every night there. Huge menu and hard to choose but Santana helped us by recommending his favourites. Thanks again for a great night. Cheers

Google
Always a great experience. Meals are delicious and generous. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Prices are decent. It’s a must stop and experience when in Waikīkī. The complimentary bread and butter is so good to start with. I recommend the Parmesan herb crusted chicken with mash potato’s and green beans. Big meal, great quality and taste and real mash potato’s ! Good bar with all the selections of beers, red wines, spirits. Cheesecake a huge selection with a taste for everyone.

This was my very first visit to The Cheesecake Factory, and it couldn’t have been more memorable — all thanks to our incredible server, JJ. From the moment we were seated, JJ made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even though we could see she was managing several tables, she never once made us feel rushed or overlooked. Her ability to connect with her guests and provide attentive, personalized service is truly exceptional. JJ went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. She took the time to chat with us, made thoughtful recommendations, and somehow made us feel like we were her only table. I did order the meal she recommended, and she was spot on. Such quality food here The highlight of the night was when she surprised us with a complimentary dessert after learning we were celebrating our honeymoon — such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that made our evening unforgettable. JJ exemplifies what outstanding customer service looks like. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care turned a simple dinner into a beautiful memory. She seemed like such a down to earth girl. Because of her, The Waikiki Cheesecake Factory has gained some lifelong fans!! Thank you, JJ, for making our special night even more meaningful! Also S/O to the host stand. That line was wrapped around the building with impatient people waiting to get in. It honestly looked like straight chaos but the host stand just cranked em in and out like a well oiled machine. Good job!! Only waited like 15 minutes before being sat. :) great place

Google
The service and atmosphere are top notch! The food was delicious, especially the cheesecakes. Appetisers and mains aren’t the most nicely presented but are very tasty. Strongly recommend making a reservation prior, we tried to do a walk-in first but the wait time was an hour and a half so we made a reservation for the following evening.

Google
What an outstanding server Iverson is! He was polite, offer suggestions on food and dessert, he arrived quickly with our drinks and bread. My husband and I also observed his amazing hospitality with the table next to us. He engaged with the young children at their eye level as the children told them what they would like to drink. Awesome job, Iverson! Meanwhile, our food was amazing and the presentation was outstanding. Iverson suggested my husband’s meal after realizing the original meal that was chosen was no longer available. And oh boy, it was so good!

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory in Waikiki is sadly THE WORST. Soooo disappointing. I intentionally go out of my way to leave Good reviews (it's my side hobby) and I rarely, if ever, give bad reviews. I truly try to be as gracious as I can be, especially since I can empathize as I was a server for a time. I came Friday night at 7:00pm, so I can understand it being busy... but this was truly UNACCEPTABLE. There was a 20 minute waitlist to be seated, which was surprising (I thought it would be longer). We sat and was greeted by our server. It took him roughly 30 minutes to bring our drinks and take our order down. I can understand how it can get when a big rush comes in. I did get a little irritated when I had to ask him MULTIPLE times for EVERY item we needed (straws, bread, then the molasses whole wheat bread bcs we didn't get that, drinks, beer, and for him to get our order). Again, I can understand the rush but he also kept bringing the wrong thing to us (other people's drinks) and never what we needed. I saw him take care of the table who sat after us promptly after I had to ask for our items multiple times... We finally put our orders In and waited AN EXTRA HOUR AND 20 MINUTES! No updates in between, and didn't get our second drink, etc. I had a very long day, so after being there for over an hour and a half, I ended up asking for my order Togo. That in itself took forever... to only have 1 entree out of 2 show up. Fortunately, the one dish was given for free. The other dish I ordered was "given to someone else". I truly was so disappointed. Almost 2 hours of my life... wasted lol. This location need more staff. I can understand nights when the kitchen is slammed and a short staffed FOH, but this was truly unacceptable. I was there for basically 2 hours and only drank water and bread. Paid for $30 parking for a frustrating experience. To Management, pls take time to show extra appreciation to the FOH/BOH team bcs they need it. Maybe this way, more positivity can flow out to the customers...... if it was a free meal and a voucher, I think I would've left on a neutral note for problem resolving....but This was crazy.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday and i was craving a cheesecake! We made reservations online atleast 1-2 weeks prior with a comment that there's a special occasion that we're celebrating. Easy. We showed up at 6:45p our reservation time. We didn't get our food until around 8:30. Check in was no problem. However, we were seated all the way in the back. Wait time took too long that we had 3 refills of bread before we had our entrees come out. The restaurant is so huge that it makes staffing look understaffed and it actually was when we compared the wait times to order our entrees. It was just the whole timeline that was not good. It's kind of loud in there which i expected. Our bartender was also our waiter. I do commend the bartender for his service because he was accommodating his bar AND our table simultaneously. We got our cheesecakes to go because we had a feeling that it would take too long to deliver the cheesecakes served on a plate. The dessert was good but it didn't have its signature whipped cream on the side like it usually does. The food was good, highlight was the tamale cakes. Presentation on the angel hair dish was no good. Tasty but as far as for effort, it could've been better.

Yelp
I got the pasta with shrimp and sausage lunch special at the Cheesecake Factory and thought it was good. The restaurant's menu is vast and I could have gone with something else, however, I was craving pasta at the time, and ended up finding it a decent choice. While the lineup to get in appeared long, it moved very fast, so don't let that deter you. The Cheesecake Factory is a safe bet for going somewhere that everyone in your party will find something they enjoy

Yelp
Quick place to pick up your late night dessert craving. Love the variety they offer... everything from your plain traditional cheesecake, to carrot cake, variety of chocolate cakes, & so many cheesecakes to choose from. Decisions, decisions.... My go to is always the Cinnabon cheesecake, chocolate cake, carrot cake & the rasberry lemon cheesecake.... Of course with an extra dollop of whip cream.

Yelp
Cheesecake waikiki I've been frequenting Cheesecake Waikiki since it's inception and it has always impressed me in terms of service, quality, value, speed, and the ability to perform at scale for some of the largest crowds I've ever seen. They were the crown jewel of the franchise setting the barre high for the rest of CF to follow. Unfortunately something has gone terribly wrong here and is probably why the lines have dwindled and half the tables were empty on a Saturday evening for dinner. They removed the reduced-size portion menu completely as an option for dinners, and pumped up the prices so much I had to do a double take. Entrees that used to be $20 are now almost $30. Customers are demanding value at restaurants these days and this CF is not delivering. Although the mac & cheese balls were good, that's where it ended. A simple burger took over 45 minutes. When it arrived the cheese was disintegrated. It was tasteless, dry, unseasoned, flavorless and just unpleasant to eat. Fries were old and stale like they came from bad oil. I was hopeful the Bronzino (usually a favorite at any other location) would be better. Instead it was encumbered with some sort of breading which made it heavy and oily. I ask for a pasta accompaniment instead of mashed potatoes and literally got a bowl of dry pasta. The whole dish lacked flavor, effort, or inspiration. Maybe the most disappointing was the smug, dismissive staff. When I questioned them on the timing of our entrees, they went into immediate denial lying mode, claiming it was 20 minutes when it was clearly 48 minutes as evidenced by the printed receipt which shows the time. We made our complaints known about the sorry excuse of a burger but it fell on deaf ears. One note on ambience. I've always felt it was way too dark inside with barely any lighting. I often need a flashlight to read the menu. The weirdo red lights overhead make it even worse and also do a disservice to how the food is supposed to look. Can't say for sure but it feels as if a change in management has occurred. A decline like this is usually linked to the top. Hopefully someone figures it out before guests figure out there are better options.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant chain with a nationwide footprint. There are Cheesecake Factory locations back home; but I did not visit the Waikiki store because I missed their food. For those seated at the bar, this stop has a good Happy Hour menu Monday through Friday, between 3:00-5:00p. It's a good option if you want heavy finger foods to go along with your adult beverages, or if you simply don't want a full entrée. The number of items on their Happy Hour menu is greater than a lot of other places in Waikiki touting a Happy Hour food promotion; and the pricing is good, too. (If you go to their website, you can see a PDF of the Happy Hour menu.)

Yelp
So we ended up at The Cheesecake Factory for lunch...travel thousands of miles from home and go to a chain restaurant. The reason why is because sure we are never disappointed when we eat at The Cheesecake Factory. I loved the decor of the restaurant. It was open and inviting. We didn't have to wait long - likely because we went around 2:30 (even then we waited 15 minutes for a table for 2). That's ok as it gave me time to check out the cheesecake options. We split the potsticker appetizer, Caesar salad, and a quesadilla. Wonderful!!! Then the dessert- like I said in my picture description...OMG. We got the Oreo cheesecake. It was amazing. Now that I put on a few pounds after our great meal, I am off to walk, and walk, and walk! Enjoy!

Yelp
Came here on a random Thursday night with my partner. We parked in the Royal Hawaiian Center. It was frustrating at the end because we expected to have complimentary parking per the promotion on their instagram but the help desk to validate was closed so we had to pay for parking. Upon arrival we had to wait a moment as this cheesecake factory is always very busy. Once we were seated we were very quickly helped with water and placed our orders, then our bread. We were seated by the open window which was nice. It took a while for everything to arrive but the bread helped hold us down. FOOD: - Fried Mac n Cheese: 10/10, one of the most popular apps here, and for a good reason. So indulgent, a must order. Wish there were a little more sauce though. - Chicken Madeira: 10/10, also one of their most popular dishes here. Everything was super flavorful and I enjoyed every bite. - Four cheese pasta: 6/10, my partner ordered this and added chicken. Pathetic amount of chicken inside. The pasta has also been sitting for a while. The surface was dry; when you let pasta sit, many times the sauce starts to separate and it has started to do that as well. Our waitress was nice and helpful and despite the bustling restaurant, she was able to help us just fine. Again, everything was good, just the pasta took it down a notch. Would definitely come back again!

Yelp
Came here Saturday night around 9pm and it was only a 20 minute wait for two. It was packed but our server came a few minutes after being seated and was energetic and welcoming from beginning to end. Julia was an amazing waitress and made sure our dinner wasn't rushed and that everything was perfect. Calamari was extra crispy and delicious, I ordered the smokehouse bbq burger which Julia recommended since they sold out of their double smash burger. The smokehouse bbq burger was the perfect recommendation. Food was good, drinks were refilled in a timely manner, and customer service was top.

Yelp
This place had some of the best service I've had in awhile . Our waiter was fast, friendly and helpful . He stayed on top of checking in on us but not too much and the food was delicious and the drinks were even more delicious . The seating arrangements are a bit tight but everything else made up for it .

Yelp
I have visited the islands quite a few times and I always see that this Cheesecake Factory is super busy. We were watching the sunset and saw the line wasn't very bad for a Friday night at 7 pm so we decided to finally stop in. Our server, Zoe, was soooo nice and funny. She is a great server! She had a huge section to herself and was helping multiple tables and a big party. She helped navigate through the book of a menu very well with a lot of recommendations. I highly recommend the Luau Salad though. It's super HUGE and really flavorful. 10/10 service and food! I totally recommend stopping by at this location if you're on the island. They have a lot of different menu items from the ones on the mainland. Like macadamia nut fish (caught daily) to that wonderful luau salad! Thanks again Zoe!!

Yelp
It's great they take reservations, all parties need to be there on time. This location is busy! Parking available at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Staff are super nice. They have free bread with huge pieces of butter! Bottomless soft drinks are a plus. Tons and of food on the menu. Of course cheesecake is so good and a must so take a look before going to your seat. Only downside is that they are so busy that the wait for food took super long..I think we waited over 35 minutes for our food and the nachos and pizza were lukewarm so basically dishes were sitting for a bit. However, manager was so nice..comped us those dishes. Everything else was hot and tasted good. Loved the kalua pork chops n the nachos..tasty! Pizza was delicious. Salad hit the spot and helped alleviate any guilt we had from pigging out. The eggs Benedict was a treat. Since the price of eggs have sky rocketed we savored the dish and every bite. The cheesecake dessert did not disappoint. Restaurant is noisy but I feel like the food booths provide you with privacy. Great friends and family gathering place!

Yelp
Okay minus the VERY VERY long line at 7pm, the food was well worth it. If you plan on going to cheesecake for dinner, get there before 7pm or you'll probably end up waiting anywhere from 35-55 minutes to get a table. Service was great, and our food came out relatively quick!!

Yelp
This place will probs be my hardest review yet. Like the appetizers tasted amazing at the restaurant but the entrees were "okay". We got the friend mac and cheese balls and the sweet corn tamale cakes for appetizers (5/5 definely recommend. If I could go back I would just order the appetizers because they were soo good and filling) But then the next day the food tasted so much better than the day prior when microwaving it. We got the Chicken Madeira, Salmon, Shepherd's pie, and the bacon burger. One good note is that the portions were big. For dessert the 4 of us split the oreo cheesecake. I'm usually not the biggest cheesecake fan cuz it's usually to rich for me but splitting that oreo cheesecake 4 ways was the perfect amount and flavor wise was the best cheese cake I've ever had. The service was friendly and it took a while for our food to come out but I could tell they were slammed and the place is always busy. Parking is hard to find. And the atmosphere is one of the loudest and noisiest places I've eaten at. It was pretty hard to hear the other people at my table without raising our voices the entire time. Overall I'd give it a 3 stars. Would I come back to dine in? No. But I'll probs do a takeout order of appetizers ;)

Yelp
Food 3/5 Not really a fan of Cheesecake Factory. It was close to the hotel and open after just touching down from the plane. Not much stood out to me on the menu. I wanted to keep it healthy as possible so I went with the fish tacos. They were just ok. The beans were good, the broccoli was not seasoned even with salt. Service 3/5 Nothing that exceeded expectations. The wrong order was initially brought to the table. Hence, a prolonged wait. Ambiance 2/5 Awkward design. The dessert bar was close to the entrance/exit. Which caused the line to interfere with taxing the hostess station. Seating somewhat bunched together. It looked over capacity.

Yelp
After long lines and a half hour wait after standing in line for 30 minutes. The place is crowded with people we were seated very kind. Ordered non alcoholic beverages. Ordered 2 chicken wings $20 each, the Thai wraps $21. 2-Macadamia Crusted Mahi $39 each, 1-Miso Salmon. $34. The Thai wraps were excellent, the chicken wings were completely overcooked and dried out dehydrated toothpick chicken. The Macadamia Crusted Mahi , was overcooked and dry. Pretty bad. The server was full of joy. She kept our drinks full and was very nice. Bill was $257 with a 21% tip. I honestly do not recommend this place.

Yelp
Be ready for the long long wait. Food at Cheese Cake Factory is unreal , big big restaurant have lots of tables. But the wait is very long , if you got kids better be prepared for some iPad time before dinner. Very very clean inside the restaurant.

Yelp
9/1/2025 3.5 stars The Cheesecake Factory in Honolulu is always busy, and now I understand why. The food was very good overall, portions were generous, and the atmosphere had a lively energy. Service was a bit on the slow side, but our server was friendly and attentive once they got to us. Here's what we ordered: * Mojito - $17.00 * Glass & Half Silverado Cabernet - $24.00 * Passion Fruit Mojito (2) - $34.00 * New Orleans Cajun Shrimp - $12.95 * Tossed Green Salad - $8.95 * Herb Crusted Salmon - $31.95 * Southern Fried Chicken Bowl - $18.95 * Chicken Piccata - $29.95 * Soda - $5.75 * Glass Silverado Cabernet - $18.00 Total before tip: $210.99 The Herb Crusted Salmon and the Chicken Piccata were excellent--flavorful and well-prepared. The drinks were refreshing, though on the pricey side (to be expected in Waikiki). Unfortunately, the New Orleans Cajun Shrimp was a disappointment: just three very small shrimp served on a piece of bread with some sauce that lacked anything resembling true New Orleans flavors. Definitely not worth the price. All in all, this is a very popular spot, so expect a wait and slower service, but the food and generous servings make it worthwhile overall.

Yelp
This is one of my brothers go to place since he LOVES the Tuscan chicken, part of the skinnylicious menu. Sadly, this is the first cheesecake factory we have been that does NOT offer the skinnylicious menu. We had already been looking at what to eat around here and it was convenient so we decided to check the menu for alternative options. I went with a chopped salad, but asked for the avocado on the side (I don't like it, but my brother does) and I'm allergic to pork so swapped the bacon for egg. The salad was really good! The lettuce was fresh, apple was fresh too and loved the dressing! Sometimes salads have too much dressing, but this was perfect. My brother had the chicken Madeiro and replaced the mashed for French fries since he loves them. His chicken was very tasty and juicy! This location is pretty big and even though the line was intimidating, it took us about 15 mins to get a call back on a party of 2 on Saturday night. This is a family friendly restaurant with average sound levels. This location is right where all the shops and many hotels are, so very touristy. I saw some negative reviews due to service so I was mentally prepared. To my surprise our server, Nick, was excellent! He was very friendly and delivered the bad news (no Tuscan chicken) in an apologetic way. He was very quick to bring our bread and sodas. The food came out pretty quick as well. Overall this is a good location considering how busy they get. The food was really good and fairly priced (the standard for them).

Yelp
Service was slow but we did eat there on Valentine's Day for lunch - understandable! Kevin was our server. Super kind, he was slammed but kept checking in on us while we waited for the kitchen to deliver our food. 5/5 miso salmon lunch special - salmon was moist, flavorful, the sauce surrounding the rice and the snap peas were were a great addition. Highly recommend and great portion size. 5/5 grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and fries. Crisp, messy, flavorful, fresh ingredients! A great sandwich has to fall apart right ? With so much goodness packed in!! 5/5 Thai wraps (smaller portion). Came with three strips of chicken satay and lots of veggies. This is a fav of ours. Ingredients are so fresh and you feel good after eating it. 5/5 Tex mex egg rolls - perfect crunch, sauces were diviiiiiine and the sweetness of the corn mixed with the meat and veggies inside the roll was an awesome combination. Ambience - they were super busy! Located right in the heart of Waikiki. We didn't wait to get a table tho and even though it was busy the noise wasn't so bad, we could still enjoy conversation and felt we had some level of privacy :) **ordered three cheesecakes to go

Yelp
Great spot for people watching if you sit out on the patio! Got here at 4:30p on a Sunday and got seated right away. Caramel macchiato was delicious. That and the bread were the best part of the meal. Pasta carbonara with chicken was dry as a bone. We asked for more sauce, and they brought just the smallest amount. Not at all enough for the massive pile of pasta. Crusted Chicken Romano had a very bland sauce. I added salt, but it still didn't taste good. We ordered lunch portions a little before 5 and had plenty to eat. Since the pasta came dry, our server made up for it by giving us a sundae on the house. He was full of energy and very friendly.

Yelp
Let's start by saying the staff is great as are the margaritas. However the apps came out after our meal was delivered and they were cold. The burgers were smaller then the buns. Significantly smaller ,at least half inch all around. The bacon bacon burger came out cold with burnt bacon. Black burnt bacon. The club house was excellent but fries cold. All In all just save the 200 bucks and eat at home.

Yelp
Me and family came to Hawaii , for a long trip on on the last night we ordered Cheesecake Factory before our flight home the next day . So we ordered some food for dinner to get delivered to our hotel room , it was quite delicious . I'm very happy I wish my current cheese cake factory was this delicious in northern ca . Next time we come to Hawaii I will be coming here again but will dine in . Quality and amazing food and very tasteful

Yelp
Dined here with my family on a weekday and was able to get a last minute lunch reservation. Staff were friendly and attentive to our table. Refilled our bread and drinks frequently. It's been a while since I've been here but food still has great flavor.

Yelp
Servíce: Mickey did a great job attending to our meal/drink requests. Ambiance: Touristy, but beautiful Hawaiian weather makes it a pleasure to dine in the outdoors. AC is functioning well here. Food: Stopped in for Sunday Brunch following a stroll in Waikiki. Ten minute wait to be seated. Disappointed that the waffles were the premade sweetened sugar coated rather than freshly made with batter. Potatoes were a bit burnt and poached eggs were overdone. Portions are still generous enough to share.

Yelp
Me and my family went on vacation to Hawaii for a second time and we had to go and try cheesecake in Hawaii, we came two days for dinner time. And this place gets so busy after 4:30pm Great food, great drinks and great service. We got some Mai Thais, a raspberry lemon drop, and a strawberry margarita. And food, im a lover of Alfredo pasta with chicken and mushrooms, a flatbread pizza, and im sure we ordered more things but don't have a pic. Overall, I definitely love this location. And also i love the table that we good by the window in the very back of the restaurant .

Yelp
Firstly the service was good so no issues there. My issue was the food and the overbearing volume of the music. It was so loud no one could hear anything. The server had to shout and we were yelling our order... The sourdough bread was so hard I thought I was going to chip a tooth trying to eat it. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta. BIG mistake. The chicken was mostly good but a couple pieces were so rubbery you couldn't chew them. My biggest issue was the sauce! The plate had a pool of oil right from the start. I poured it all to one side onto a sauce plate and when our server came back to check on us I showed it to her and asked if this is normal? She said it's an oily pasta, sorry, and took away the plate. The picture is of the plate after my son ate it. I drained the oil off twice and this was how much oil remained. Yuck.

Yelp
The service here at the Cheesecake Factory in Waikiki was excellent. Our server Brian was very attentive throughout the entire dinner here. Brian was very helpful and kind, a great server to have. The food was great. For an appetizer, we got the Chinese Chicken Salad. The dressing that is provided with the salad is delicious, and the bean sprouts and peanuts is a great add-on as well. The Chinese chicken salad is a classic appetizer and I highly recommend it. For my entree, I got the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta. It was very delicious. The sauce that they put the pasta in is not too spicy and it was very good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Inside the restaurant is very nice, like every other Cheesecake Factory. There is plenty of seats, in tables and booths.

Yelp
We came at around 5 pm on a Wednesday and it was busy but not too busy. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated which wasn't bad! Our server was nice and got us plenty of bread and butter. But I am actually super disappointed with the food. I got the chicken piccata (never tried before) and it was so disappointing. The chicken was inedible, it was literally like RUBBER. I had my friends try and see and they said that it was disgusting. We also got chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was also super rubbery and inedible. We both decided to push the chicken aside and not eat it. Super disappointing. I was so excited about it too. The Cesar salad was vegetarian so it was good. We also got mixed drinks (I got the mango eruption) and it was pretty good. Wish the prices were located on the menu, found out prices on the bill. Finally we got strawberry cheesecake and I love strawberry but I don't like it. It was fake tasting and not fresh strawberry at all. I decided to not eat all of it (it was a birthday slice). Wish I got the Oreo cheesecake instead. They did decorate it with a candle and sprinkles which was super nice! Overall I would not get the chicken if I ever did come back. Super disappointed and way too over cooked.

Yelp
The server was a sweet young lady. The shrimp and chicken gumbo that they served Saturday looked and tasted like it was from 2 days before. It was not good like it normally is and the shrimp still had poop in it. The mango lime cheese cake was very good but I think I tasted coconut in the crust and I wasn't warned first. I'm grateful that my friends that tasted and I don't have any allergies. This restaurant is a hit or miss. The kitchen lack consistency and the management is questionable sometimes.

Yelp
I only write reviews when I have superb service and a wonderful meal.... Well, 2/2 so batting 1.000 as we say in Chicago... Martin was one of the nicest and more articulate bartenders in all of the island and I've been here now more than two weeks too... He is the man and I would definately go straight to the bar if he is there when I check in the next few nights before going back to the OC... The expresso martini he made too was better than my Starbucks I so happily missed on my way there. I had way more fun at this spot than the Naples or Fort Meyers Cheesecake Factory one of my friends loves as well as her parents in Florida. A+++ all around and I don't give that to many of my reviews. I would write more, but nap time. Food you can always see is an A+

Yelp
Our waitress seemed uninterested in waiting on us this evening. She took her time with every request. She forgot to put in my drink order then came to apologize that the bat was backed up. We sat at a table in the bar where she and the bartender were visible at all times. I saw her realize she forgot then tap the screen to order my drink 20 minutes after I ordered it. I did cancel it. She then took 10 minutes to bring a soft drink refill. If we ever decide to come back to this location, Natalia T will be avoided as we have always had exceptional service here.

Yelp
I loved the waiter that we had for our time there! He was very nice and recommended some good food. We're vegetarians and it was our second ever time at Cheesecake Factory and he walked us through it. We got the Quesadillas and Four Cheese Pasta which i thought was great! The ambiance was great, you can dress up or dress more casual. They were out of the mac n cheese bites tho :( Overall i would highly recommend trying this place!

Yelp
Had a late lunch on a Sunday. It didn't look very busy and we didn't wait long to be seated. It was nice and cool inside and many different seating areas inside and outside. We had the calamari for appetizer. That was pretty good. I had the Cobb salad with chicken breast. The chicken had a rubbery texture. It wasn't very tasty either. Hubby had a pasta dish which was supposed to be spicy (chili pepper ), however, it turned out more sweet than spicy. The complimentary bread (white one) was hard as a rock. Overall the food was meh. Our server kept checking on us and she had a great personality.

Yelp
Hubby and I came here 3 times while we were in Waikiki! It was delicious every single time. Service was quick and efficient even with the place being packed ! We had gumbo twice, and the enchiladas .Also had the herbed salmon and next time the Cajun salmon with white rice! Everything was delicious so so delicious !! Perfect everytime! We also ordered the delicious strawberry cheesecake ! Loved the drinks too and highly recommend Cheesecake Factory.

Yelp
45 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken. ( I ate one) for the Thai lettuce wraps and a Cobb salad. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere where the food is worth the money and doesn't take so long for a salad...

Yelp
If you're a cheesecake lover, this is an absolute must-visit spot. The restaurant is quite popular among diners, so it's often bustling with people, but I keep coming back because of their incredibly rich and creamy cheesecake. My all-time favorite is the original cheesecake. It has a wonderfully dense and velvety texture, with a flavor that's deeply cheesy and indulgent. Every bite is full of that rich, authentic cheesecake taste, making it utterly satisfying. Even though the place can get crowded, the cheesecake alone makes it worth the visit every single time.

Yelp
Four and a half stars! I was so surprised to have such a great experience for the last time I came it wasn't this good. Starting from the parking (inside Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center). We decided to go when they opened but also note that the place is huge so you'll find tons of tables. We decided on such a beautiful day to sit outdoors and people watch. Our server was phenomenal. I cannot remember his name but he's was friendly and helpful with those who have never been there before. So he explained a lot to the rest of our party. It was great. We all ordered different things. Three ordered from the lunch menu special and I ordered the classic club house with fries. Absolutely happy to see my nice sandwich and great fries. Everyone else enjoyed his meal and that was fantastic. Two of them ordered cheesecake after lunch and everyone left full and happily. The prices were good for what you got. All in all the flavors they said were good and my sandwich was great. We relaxed in a relaxed atmosphere and people watching in Waikiki is fun, especially since locals usually tend to stay clear or Waikiki. Excellent lunch and high recommend it even for a business lunch.

Yelp
My cousin and two friends were in town so we decided to brave the elements (Oahu was having a major rain & wind storm) and go to this favorite eatery. By the time they were able to get an Uber we were seated within 10 minutes. The place was busy, despite the weather, and we could hear hooting and hollering from a group of guys cheering a sports game on TV. Eva, our delightful server, took drink orders and then our food orders, which was a challenge since there are so many items to choose from. I noticed the two ladies at the table next to ours were still sipping their drinks so I wondered if there was a slowdown in the kitchen. Almost immediately they were served their food and the manager came by our table to apologize for the long wait (how considerate). We didn't have to wait that much longer for our meals, which we all really enjoyed, saving room for a single piece of Mango Lime Cheesecake. Yummy!!

Yelp
They were out of plain old fish and chips. How does a seafood place let this happen. Had to wait a very long time for food. Heard the waiter comp a piece of cheesecake to the table next to us due to delayed service but when we ordered a slice - no comp was offered. Floor was not clean where we were seated. Not impressed with this location

Yelp
We had a great experience here! It is your standard Cheesecake Factory with a few Hawaiian touches like in the decor and bar menu. Our waitress was super sweet, and the wait was totally reasonable.

Yelp
What a surprise on Mother's Day. Mommy chose a little late..... AKA literally as we were driving there, that is where she wanted to go. We must of beat the crowd, as we got a table right away for four of us. She loves this place....her favorites are the Cobb Saad (no bacon and eggs....i usually tell them to put it on side and I eat them haha), shrimp bistro, and cheeseeeeeee caaakkkkeeeesss haha. My favorites are the Bacon Burger and meatloaf. Tonight I ordered the bacon burger and it was absolutely on fiyaaahhhhh. Full of flavor, juicy, nice kick of bacon. Our server was on his game, very attentive and added with the food coming out quick. It was a very nice evening and dinner.

Yelp
I want to start off by saying James was an amazing waiter my Apple was messing up for my free birthday slice and he was able to help me out, so I'm so grateful for that. Initially, we got the eggrolls, which were pretty good. I've never had an issue as they're pretty consistent with them. I decided to try something new and I'm so upset that I did. I got the honey chicken with mashed potatoes and the chicken was so dry and so overcooked the mashed potatoes were very peppery, which I'm not gonna say too much on because I don't know if that was the intent, but unfortunately, it was hard to speak to my baby. My children got chicken tenders and one got the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and both enjoyed their food however, my husband also got a pasta dish and there were about three pieces of meat in it. I took a photo as well. James came to the rescue Leslie and made sure that the dish was up to par. We ended up getting two more pieces of cheesecake, which could never fail obviously. It wasn't the best experience but also wasn't the worst than James was extremely helpful.!

Yelp
Reviewing strictly on the cheesecake we bought. Ordered a 6' fresh strawberry cheesecake for my friend's birthday to be picked up at 6:30pm. Arrived closer to 7p & still had to wait another 20 mins for them to get it out of the deep freezer. The cheesecake was 10/10. So light and airy and the strawberry topping really added a nice touch of juicy and sweet that balances the creaminess of the cheesecake. You can also add a really thick chocolate happy birthday plaque for $4 extra. Will definitely get again!
