I have given this Cheese cake a bad review because of the host when we walked in was just rude and generally not a nice person. She should not be working at the front desk. My issue was I needed to charge my phone and asked there was anywhere to plug in a charger and she just said no and rolled her eyes The same staff member was showing another group to their table and another worker had his hands full of food and she would not move herself to allow him to pass.. she just rolled her eyes. She should not work in hospitality The staff member who waited our table was amazing. She answered questions and was so good to get our order in and checked up on the table a few times The cheese burger was ok. Very basic Salmon was good Chicken burger was good Spiced pumpkin desert we shared and it was enough given it was close to 2k calories I’m not sure I would go to another Cheese Cake factory again after this visit. My last visit a few years back was the same. Staff working in restaurants don’t get paid much and rely on tips if the server gets a bad tip before they won’t give you 100% because they work hard for hardly nothing From a price stand point this was a tourist trap being a large brand in the USA But there are so many better options in the area. Before going check out the restaurants near the Caption One stadium Much better options

We visited D.C. for 4 nights on a historical based family vacation. We are from Maine and were excited to see there was a Cheesecake Factory within walking distance of hotel as we dont have them in Maine. (YET 😉) Restaurant was clean and beautiful. I eat gluten free and was happy to see some GF options on the menu. We ate at roughly 8pm each night, restaurant was busy but we were sat quickly and service was smooth and timely. Everything we ordered, all 3 nights was delicious. Hubby still raves about the Chicken parmesean, so loved the orange chicken and double smash burger, the corn flour chicken taquitos were amazing, as well as the corn tortilla fish tacos :) Hence why we ate here 3 or 4 nights Our server on the 1st and second night 9.20.25 and 9.21.25 was NELSON. He was so awesome the 1st night that we just had to request his section on nights 2 and 3. (Sadly he wasn't working the 3rd night.) He was upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive and just the sweetest. Nelson is a huge asset to the team and anyone who ends up in his section is in for a treat. He makes you forget your feet are killing u after a full day of walking :) Everything about our experience was wonderful except maybe how dark it was. Being as myself and my husband are 50 reading a menu in the dark is really difficult- (we had to resort to the cel phone flashlight method) dead giveaway to our age. If we make it to D.C. we will be back and we are very hopefully for a location in Maine.

We had a nice dinner. It wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad either. I had the chicken parm pizza and she had the buffalo chicken appetizer. Our waitress was great but left us alone for a while longer than either of us liked. We had cheesecake for desert and it was amazing! As always! I had the Adam’s chocolate peanut butter and she had the pineapple upside down. I highly suggest the pineapple upside down cake cheesecake to anyone! It’s our favorite! The restaurant was a little noisy but was very busy. Wasn’t a bad restaurant just a bit crowded and busy so it made it a little less desirable.

I came here for an evening meal for my first time in the US. I didn’t book, and was seated very quickly. The portions were certainly enormous, but everything I had tasted really good. The service was also really friendly and attentive – Wayne (I think) was really nice!! I thought the entire restaurant seemed to run quite efficiently.

I visited The Cheesecake Factory and ordered the double cheeseburger it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous, and the fries were crisp and hot, just the way they should be. The restaurant had a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. For dessert, I ordered the original cheesecake with strawberries, and it was the highlight of the meal smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, with fresh strawberries adding the perfect balance. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience and a great place to enjoy both a hearty meal and a classic dessert.

We visited Cheesecake Factory and ordered the quesadilla appetizer, Thai chicken salad, and two sodas. The food itself was absolutely delicious—well prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. Our waitress, Alia, was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience pleasant. However, the big disappointment was with the sodas. The Coke had no carbonation at all and tasted very flat. When we asked, our waitress explained that the soda machine wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, they still charged us $11 for drinks that were clearly not up to standard. It felt like no effort was made to fix the issue or offer an alternative (like bottled soda), which was frustrating. Overall, the food and service were great, but the soda situation left a negative impression. For a restaurant of this level, we expected more effort to resolve such a simple issue.

Had dinner here on our last night in DC before flying back home the next day. The servings are huge, definitely enough for two people. I got the teriyaki salmon because I was seriously craving rice (and a bit of Japanese food) while in the US. The salmon was delicious and really satisfied my cravings. I also loved the fresh fruit smoothie, which was super refreshing. As for the cheesecake, it felt more like ice cream and was a bit too sweet for my taste. Great vibes and friendly service!

A good branch of The Cheesecake Factory. Great location just down from the White House. Food was good, waiter was friendly. Only downside was the food didn’t come out at the same time. They served mine and my children’s but told us my wife’s wasn’t ready. It was only 5 or 6 minutes but the kids had started and mine was getting cold. Usually service in America is bang on. That’s the sort of thing you get in the UK.

I am a blind person. Our server, Robin, was probably the most amazing server I have ever encountered. She was willing to read the entire menu to me if i wabted. I told her what i was thinking about and she made some recommendations. The food was also amazing. I would give this location and Robin a 100/5 star rating if I could.

I didn't remember there was a cheesecake factory downtown. This location is close to the White House. There is hit or miss paid street parking and nearby garages. Metro is nearby too. The restaurant wasn't busy on a Tuesday afternoon. We had pretzels and cheese and burgers. The Impossible burger doesn't have mushrooms. There is also a vegetarian burger. All the burgers come with regular or sweet potato fries. We had mostly attentive service. It was nice catching up with friends. We don't feel rushed to leave.

Still meh, but glad it is here. Got takeout from here this time and it took over 30 minutes to get an appetizer and slice of cheesecake. The staff charged me for a bag even though I said I did not need one and had my tote in my hand to show them. Good for tourists and if you need to stop in for brown bread, but wish they gave you more.

Ordered cheesecake via DoorDash. What was in the bag? Kids' corn dogs. Fail. Fail fail fail fail fail.

Ordered dinner for delivery because I mainly wanted dessert! Ordered the BBQ ranch chicken salad, the kids pepperoni flatbread (which seems like the same size as the appetizer), and the banana cream cheesecake. The food preparation time was super-fast and the delivery driver told me that he picked it up quickly despite the restaurant being very busy and noisy. I suppose that's pretty typical on a Sunday evening.

Dining here was a good experience overall. Our server was super customer service oriented. We reserved our dining time and the wait when we arrived was less than 7mins. The place was packed and we were seated next to the kitchen in a very nice booth. Immediately we were given the good fresh bread here. Parking can be a challenge so my husband had to park about 2 1/2 blocks away. We recommend using rideshare and being dropped off instead of trying to find parking. Everything we ordered was very good and well prepared. I love that this location seems to be consistent with their service and their food quality. If you are looking for somewhere where there are several options for many different types of diners, this is the place. Everything that they make is done well. The desert is phenomenal, and we all know this. I also like and appreciate that if you are not a fan of cheesecake, there are other options available which are just as delicious. We will surely return.

I always have late night cravings for sweet treats, I guess which is typical of most people. But it's never a mild craving that my pantry can satisfy. I came all the way downtown just to buy a slice of cake and it was so worth it. The carrot cake that's done here is a large slice with a perfect touch of cream cheese icing. This restaurant location is a little difficult to access for temporary parking to come and grab quick items. I think it's more suited for dining in but I just wanted cake. The front staff once you're inside is great.

as a person who loves the cheesecake factory was very disappointed with the food and the service. The food and drinks were overpriced even for DC.

The calamari was notably better than last time! The raspberry lemon drop was delicious! The shrimp scampi was tasty but that was not angel hair, definitely regular spaghetti. And of course, the cheesecake was amazing. Service was good - it's always a little slow, but not as slow as usual.

Sat at the bar. Ordered HH Merlot very nice. And the chicken piccata. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Bar tenders were very nice. They were very busy but made sure I was well taken care of.

My experience, my food, and the service was all amazing but the drink was extraordinary! I hadn't been here in a while and I had such a good time. The vibe was perfect. It wasn't empty and it wasn't crowded. I won't over do it but I will be back in due time. I took away a star because that water was disgusting! I'm assuming it's filtered poorly which makes me side eye them a little but I digress... Cheesecake Factory is always hit or miss but this time was a hit for sure!

Good food, but it's not cheap! We showed up around 8:30 on a Saturday night and had to wait about ten minutes for a table. I guess cheesecakes are still big! We shared the Brussels sprouts appetizer (tasty!) before moving on to the entrees. Orders included the mac and cheese burger, chicken parm sandwich, veggie burger, and the Impossible burger. I had the Mac and cheese burger, which I enjoyed! It had the regular components of a burger (meat patty, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles) plus a big Mac and cheese ball. It was tall enough that I worried whether I'd need a fork and knife to eat it. But after a little squishing down, the burger reached a manageable height. The theme of the night seemed to be: average, and not particularly memorable. It continued through to dessert; I was the only one to order, apparently an 1800 calorie meal was insufficient... I had the strawberry cheesecake (my first ever cheesecake!). I did enjoy it, though I probably would've liked if there was a little less whipped cream. I doubt I'll come back, but it was still a really fun dinner out with friends.

For my first visit, I am pleasantly surprised!!!! First impressions are everything my sister and I visited Cheesecake Factory after getting off work nearby. We sat at the bar and Christian was our bar tender. I ordered an espresso martini and cheeseburger sliders. When I tell y'all, I never had better sliders!!!!!!! Such a simple bite but they were PERFECT! The bread was butteryyyyy soft. The burger was tender and flavorful. Top tier literally. Also, I have had fancier espresso martinis but the one Christian made was bold, full of flavor and did its job! One and done! I forgot to snap a pic. Why am I excited to go back???? lol

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in a year or so AND this was my first time at this location. We went on a Wednesday evening around 8pm. The ambiance is always nice. The food was grrreeeaaaaat! Reminds me of the Cheesecake Factory back in the day . Our waitress was sooooo damn nice! She made sure our baby girl got everything she wanted for her birthday. She was attentive and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Was walking around downtown and wanted to hang out with some friends with a nice meal. The food and appetizers were great, fast and great portions. However, it was way more expensive than other cheesecake factories, and i just think it was the downtown dc tax probably. Other than that it was a great time. Maybe for happy hour would be back.

I've gotten a lot of takeout cheesecake and cake slices from here. My favorite cheesecakes are the red velvet, s'mores, and Oreo. The chocolate tower truffle cake is my favorite chocolate cake in the DC area. Perfectly chocolatey and moist (a lot of other places' chocolate cakes just aren't that chocolatey/strong). I feel like the Cheesecake Factory isn't "cool" because it's such a huge chain, but their desserts are just legitimately high quality. I like getting them for takeout since then I can freeze them and eat them over the course of a week or two.

The hosts were welcoming and enthusiastic. The waitress left much to be desired. It took a while for my coffee to come out and I was not able to get a refill until after my food was out. I let the waitress know my fish was undercooked and not to my liking. By the time I was able to let her know, it was time for me to head over to my meeting. Instead of offering a complimentary desert or take my meal off, the waitress opted to tell me my coffee was free. I didn't eat more than two bites of my salmon. Very disappointing. She didn't even accept my information for my rewards.

One of the best happy hours I've been to in a long time. It's been ages since I've been to their HH. I remember drinks and apps being $5.00 each, but hey, time and COVID changed things. To start, Thurman, our waiter in the bar area was on spot! Very attentive. We both started with a Long Island Iced Tea and they were just as potent as I remember. No way I could drink two, as we were headed for the beach after rush hour seized. My friend had an awesome salad and I nibbled on avocado egg rolls and calamari . Their signature avocado egg rolls are something I can't pass on. Other restaurants have tried to copycat them, but pale in comparison. Also, I love calamari if it's done right. There were no photos of theirs on Yelp, so I asked our waiter and he said they were very popular. Leap of faith. They were indeed photo worthy and golden delicious. The batter was crisp and the calamari was tender, not chewy. Plus they were mostly rings and I don't especially care for the wiggly part. The garlic dip was great and next time I'll request two of those in place of the ordinary marinara sauce provided. I'm going to have to visit here again since my friend works right across street. Maybe I can imbibe on two Long Islands next time.

Always a family favorite. We love it here because they are very accommodating to people with special dietary needs. We got in close to brunch being over but we were still able to get 2 orders of chicken and waffles. We also got an order of tex-Mex, eggrolls, buffalo blast, brussels sprouts, naked, chicken, wings, gluten-free, french fries and cheeseburgers. We also took a couple of slices of cheesecake to go. Everything was good my favorite will have to be the brussels sprouts they were amazing. The Buffalo blast were very good as well. I never go to cheesecake factory without getting an order. Overall, it was a nice experience. Great customer service.

Great spot for a meal with friends or family when visiting DC. The service and attentions from Lana L was exceptional. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes in our family. While the prices are average for a chain restaurant, the quality of the food and service make it well worth the cost. And of course, the cheesecake is a must-try - there are so many flavors to choose from, it's hard to pick just one! We had our favorite Pineapple upside down, the Red Velvet, and the Caramel Pecan Turtle, and it was perfect to end a good meal after all the walk fro the day. Overall, I would highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory in Washington DC for a great dining experience.

Yes we had a wait but it was after thanksgiving we didn't wait long and the service was fast and it didn't seem so bad with so much going on the food was good gotta come back to keep trying the cheesecakes they have such a huge amount and variety of food desserts and drinks that it may take a while to know but once u do it will great and if u need anything u can ask anybody the managers or head staff walks around frequently

The Cheesecake Factory is just that...it's a cool restaurant to frequent when you just want to hang out with your amigas! The food and service was good..but seeing my Bella was even better! I opted for the Bacon-Bacon Burger and it was yum! The sweet potato fries was for my nephew who is almost one and he's eating up everything! The funny part was running to the meter before the time ran out...after all we were in DC

I ordered takeout from The Cheesecake Factory for lunch and have no complaints! When I arrived at Cheesecake Factory to pick-up my order, I was directed to the cheesecake counter and helped immediately. I ordered a lunch entree (crusted-chicken Romano) and a slice of their chocolate tower truffle cake. The order was ready at the designated time. It was also neatly packaged and had all of the desired extras - it came with a serving of their sourdough and brown bread and butter, utensils and napkin, and they even provided a extra container of sauce for my pasta! The hot entree and cool dessert were also thoughtfully and separately packaged in different bags. Even though I only ordered one entree + dessert, it felt like I was leaving with a feast. The food was still warm when I finally dug in. The crusted-chicken Romano is my go-to dish at Cheesecake. Despite being a carryout order, this entree did not disappoint. The delicious cheesy and flavorful tomato sauce, with perfectly-cooked pasta, hit the spot! For dessert, I decided to treat myself and try the Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake (yes, I did not order cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory... you can judge me all you want). This cake was moist, rich, and a chocolate lover's dream! Of course, no Cheesecake Factory dessert is complete without its beautifully dolloped whipped cream, which helped to balance the decadent chocolate cake. This Cheesecake Factory exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad they finally have a location in downtown DC. I'll be back!

This was my first Cheesecake Factory experience (yes, SHOCKER, haha). This may likely be my last time going, or at least at the DC location. Despite it going viral recently, I came to help celebrate a friend's birthday. The ambiance seemed romantic but not romantic (just low lighting). The crowd was a mix between very casual and dressy. It was pretty action-packed that day due to a massive protest. As many may know, the menu at the Cheesecake Factory is massive. It's like reading a mini novel. I decided to go with safer options I'm more familiar with to avoid feeling like I'm reading a literal book. The prices for appetizers were almost similar to that of the entrées. The food portions resemble that of serving two people (massive portions). Even that was meh. The service & food: Although our server was pretty okay, it was the manager that wasn't pleasant and was being unreasonable. Apparently, for this location, you can not book a large group beyond 6 people on a reservation. Considering how massive the restaurant is, they could reform that policy or be a little more accommodating. I saw another group with a bigger table celebrating someone's 40th birthday. My friend had to scramble to find/get additional seats for her party (though she could have asked one of us to book a separate table & be close to hers). For my Tuna Ahi Nachos, the avocado and tuna on it were very skimp. I had way more chips than toppings (as you will see in the video, literally 9 pieces of tuna & a few pieces of avocado with 60 pieces of chips, essentially paying $18 for 95% of my dish being dry chips with thick mayo drizzled on them); even the green onions were a little skimp. Too much mayo, not enough toppings. I asked if I could have a little more tuna & avocado pieces added on the side to even out the ratio... the waiter came back and told us the manager said it would be an extra $18 (the dish itself was $18); essentially telling me I would have to pay double the price for a mere appetizer to $36 becauce THEY were being skimp on the toppings. I was so appalled by the outlandish statement that I sent my dish back. I don't understand how a manager thinks that it's okay to tell a customer something so absurd and ridiculous, refusing basic customer service. I ended up getting a house salad. I would have left at this point, but I chose not to because we were celebrating a friend's birthday. It is pretty clear that customer service at this location isn't something the manager is well versed in. A few of us ordered the lemon drop & they were okay. It was very strong to the point where I had to squeeze lemon juice from the actual lemon wedge to balance it out. I ordered the battered fish tacos. They were mediocre with too much mayo on them. I was starting to feel woozy in the stomach. Another young lady at the table with us who ordered the steak version of the tacos also started to feel sick to her stomach. I decided not to finish my food & wait until later in case the sick feeling went away. She had to send hers back. The only thing I enjoyed was the house salad. I also thought it was weird of them not to bring a birthday cheesecake slice out (free or not) knowing we were there to celebrate a birthday. According to the restaurant, you have to join their rewards program. Why do she (or we) have to go through a process to help someone feel special for their birthday? Overall, my experience was subpar, and I'd rather not come to the Cheesecake Factory again, especially not on my own accord. I also do not recommend it. Being absurd and rude to customers over reasonable asks is never the way to go, no matter how large or small the establishment is. Horrible first impression. I actually feel worse for the birthday girl because the restaurant didn't seem to care enough to at least be a little more accommodating to her nor the group. They couldn't even deliver on bare minimum customer service. I am aware that it isn't a fancy upscale restaurant or Michelin starred restaurant, but that isn't a legitimate excuse/justification to at least help the birthday girl feel special. They did not help make her birthday dinner experience become somewhat memorable, in which, again, is the bare minimum. We still made the best of the subpar experience at the Cheesecake Factory & helped her to feel special with tons of laughs and great stories. I hope the morale and customer service improve soon. PS to the social media peeps, no, I do not recommend going on a date here. Don't bring me on a date here, please.

Party of 8... we called 10 minutes beforehand to see if there was a wait time. There was no wait time, got there, turns out it's 90 minutes. The lady who we talked to on the phone blatantly told us "I don't know who you talked to." It's just the little things, it doesn't make you want to come back...

For as long as I have been out and about eating good, I never had Cheesecake Factory until recently while visiting the Washington DC! This location was conveniently in walking distance from the White House and offered plenty of seating and space for our group of six. I tried the Skinnylicious spicy shrimp pasta, passionfruit margarita, and turtle cheesecake. Everything was DELICIOUS! Portions were huge and I ended up sharing dessert with my boyfriend and other members of our group. Our server, Dante, took good care of us and was so helpful, patient, and friendly! My first time at Cheesecake definitely left a good impression on me, and I look forward to more meals here!

I mean, I feel like three stars is what they are aiming for here. I feel like the cheesecake factory got started when somebody said, "let's sell cheesecake" and their bank said, "hey that's great but how about something to eat before the cheesecake" So they just decided to make everything else that you might possibly want to eat pre-cheesecake. Burgers? Check. Tacos? Check. Breakfast all day? Check. Thai food? Check. So they do it all. The quality? Meh. But if you have a party of 12 and need to accommodate vegetarians, low carb dieters, gluten free folks, that guy that always gets a burger or pizza and somebody that eats nothing but salad the cheesecake factory has you covered.

What is happening to this place? Monday night was slow, or maybe the section where they sat us was not busy. Service was good. I ordered and loved the beet and avocado salad, with arugula appetizer. The fish and chips was such a large portion I shared it with my friend. We were stuffed so we didn't get to try any of their famous cheesecakes this time around.

Great visit to the Cheesecake Factory in DC while I was in town w/ friends. The Steak Diane was good but I did feel it was too peppery. The Calamri was very well made and delicious. My only complaint was the waitress did take a long time to bring us the check. We waited a lot longer than we needed too to get to-go boxes and get the check.

Kelly is an amazing manager. You can tell she enjoys her career. I love Cheesecake Factory. I always get the Mac n cheese balls. Then, I typically either get the salmon or the Mac n cheese burger. Can't go wrong with either one. The egg rolls are also verrrry good. One thing about Cheesecake Factory you may want to know is, their Georgia peach drink is not a typical Georgia peach. It is frozen and idk what's in it. If you want an actual Georgia peach, you must order the ingredients you know are in it. It is also not frozen. All in all...this is a great location. This CF location was on par with all the other CF locations I've been to. We all enjoyed what we ordered. I really liked that they had a choice of 3 unsweetened types of iced teas. I loved the tropical flavored tea!! The prices were comparable to other locations! The restaurant was clean and well kept!! This was a fairly good value!! Our waiter was prompt and friendly!

I'm updating my review to say that since I've gone back the service has certainly improved! Also takeout has been a breeze.

it was a 1, until the server and the manager greatly improved the service. The problem is with the hostess. Been site seeing all day and finally decided to get dinner and try to find a place. We tried several that didn't work based on price or atmosphere etc. One of them allowed smoking inside. What???? Then thought of cheesecake factory and called. They said "no wait", I asked if I could put my name down and we would be there in 8 minutes. I was told no repeatedly and told to "just come in". so we left a decent dinner option that we had to go there, it took 8 minutes walking. SURPRISE! suddenly there is a 20 minute wait! there is NO WAY that many groups came in during that 8 min. I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED Too! Then we were stuck, so we went into the bar and got a drink. The wife realized that she didn't get an intro text saying that we were on the list, so she asked the hostess and was told, you only get one when table is ready... So we waited after about 45 MINUTES! I realized that the lobby was empty (nobody waiting) and yet we still didn't get a text. Wife went back up and asked and the hostess only said "I must have gotten the number wrong". You think? this girl needs a new career. After that, the server Jonathon and the manager Matt were great and the food was good, but very hard to get over the initial lies.

Always busy, but the short wait is worth it. The food is always fresh and good. The servers in-house or take-out are also kind and patient. Thank you, Doc V

This was my fourth time at a Cheesecake Factory, and the second time at the DC location. The service was extremely slow - it took about 20 minutes for a waitress to assist us on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. The restaurant was not extremely busy or anything. However, when our waitress came over to our table, she was extremely nice and kind and helpful. The food is absolutely what you'd expect from an international dining chain restaurant. The food arrived relatively quickly, though we got our free bread after our food was eaten. The desserts are phenomenal, and not something to skip out on. There's something for everybody because the menu is novel-length. The ambiance was fine, the lighting was extremely dim, not necessarily in a romantic way (more in like a saving-money-on-the-electric-bill way) but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, it's exactly what I thought my experience would be. Would enjoy coming back if I needed to!

Big plates and Cheesecakes for days! You can never go wrong with this place in my book. The Cheesecake Factory offers more variety in its cuisine than any other restaurant I know. Perhaps just as amazingly, I have yet to find a dish on this gargantuan menu that I don't like. The menu is expansive and the portions are huge! A group of friends and I really stopped here for some drinks and to catch up with one another....And, snag a Cheesecake while at of course!! While hanging out here we decided to order some eats as well. We ordered some of everything......Steak n' Cheese Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, the Southern Fried Chicken sliders, Buffalo Wings & Tenders, the Old Fashioned Burgers, and the Boom-Boom Shrimp w/ Chicken. . Everything was on point. The food was great and the portions were so big we had to take most of our food home. Besides, you gotta make sure you have room for the Cheesecake which is a meal and calorie buster in itself....but who's counting. lol. During this visit....I tried "The Southern Fried Chicken Sliders" for the first time. It was labeled as an appetizer but was so filling. It could have easily passed for an entrée. The chicken was well seasoned, tender-juicy and stacked on a buttered bun with a pickle to top it off. A total Thumbs up. We also ordered two of my favorites...the Steak n' Cheese egg rolls and Potstickers. They both were a big hit within our party. And, to top it al off....the finale always is the Cheesecake! You can't leave here without it. This time around I tried, the 30th Anniversary Cheesecake. This things was the bomb!....A Coachella music festival of Chocolate Fudge Cake, Mousse Cake and Original Cream Cheese Cake layers that was everything!!....A party in your mouth!! Not to mention the whipped cream and fudge topping! This thing was so rich, decadent and a chocolate lovers dream for sure. I'm catching a "Love Jones" just thinking about it. Definitely my new favorite....next to my "go-to" and all time favorite Chocolate Caramelicious Snickers Cheesecake!! In all, great restaurant, good food, and the perfect spot for group meetups and plenty of seating for large families. The ambiance here is always causal dining and chill....in a layout that has an Egypt meets Vegas-Venetian-Bellagio vibe. The service is always friendly and the price point is of good value too. What more could you want? The Cheesecake Factory is a no fail option imo when it comes to finding good food that fits everyone in your party needs and a cool-laid back atmosphere. Not to mention, strong drinks too. I definitely recommend this location and giving this place a try.

Good and selections were good. But the place was crowded and my server was a bit too busy for me. I like my server but she was overwhelmed by the tables she had to service.

Horrific! First the poisoning. The sauteed spinach doesn't list that it has meat but it has pork in it. We are vegetarians. I got to find that out after I took a bite. Delivered chicken egg rolls (again vegetarians) instead of what we ordered. Portions are tiny; prices are huge; flavors aren't there.

It is dry. There's no orange sauce on the chicken and I will not be coming back. I will tell my friends the food is horrible.

Typical Cheesecake Factory. Food was good. Busy as always but the service kept up. Korean chicken dish and beef sting were table favorites

The dessert look awesome. The service person wasn't helpful and did not even know where I could get parking or valet parking to sit and enjoy a meal at the Chocolate Factory. The ambiance look okay but crowded. The location is in a very hectic area with no parking area. The traffic is terrible from 3:00 pm to closing. So I don't recommend going here to eat and find a different location.

We came and ordered our food when the kitchen was about to close (10pm); however they took our order and served us quickly. Our food came quickly and was very good. I ordered the steak taco and it wasn't that filling but it was very good. Everyone said they loved there food. The place is great for a date night or a celebration. Their menu option is hugeee. I would come here again. The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! Our waiter was sweet and smiley. She looked happy to serve us.

I was surprised to see a Cheesecake Factory in downtown Washington, DC. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best two hostesses. I was meeting a friend for lunch, one of the hosts took the time to help me find my friend inside of the very large restaurant. Our server was so kind, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests. We ordered the Italian Trio (chicken parmesan, Alfredo fettuccine, and rigatoni with beef), strawberry lemonade, and my friend had Salmon Miso with the chocolate truffle cake. Delicious! The only reason that I gave the restaurant 4 stars is because parking is a challenge.

Great variety. The cookie dough pecan cheesecake was amazing. Loved the Parm crusted chicken.

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in years and after my visit I realize why. For starters we ordered the calamari which came with a cocktail sauce and some thick garlic butter sauce. This was the most oily calamari that I've had in a while and the paper towel beneath it was soaked with oil. For my main I ordered the spinach and cheese dip which was extra watery and the chicken samosas which although curry flavored was lacking an immense amount of flavor. The other person in my party ordered the steak and salmon duo which came with three stingy pieces of asparagus and mashed potatoes that were in great need of salt. The salmon was good but everything else could've been better. The cheesecake: even though the meal was a sham I still had high hopes for the cheesecake. I ordered the Adam peanut butter cheesecake and it tasted just as good as I can remember and therefore the only reason why I'm rating it a two instead of a one. However, times must clearly be hard at the Cheesecake Factory as my piece of cheesecake was very much so on the thin side. In regards to it being a post covid world I appreciated that the staff were very attentive and made sure that everyone who wasn't seated had on their mask. However, the staff was not attentive when it came to serving us. We had a total of 3 different servers for the night because the first two were no were in sight for many many many minutes.
