Wow! Birthday treat, we had the Signature Menu with one Wine-Flight and one Non-Alcoholic Drinks Flight, sampling every item on the menu by sharing. The detail on the plates is stunning and the flavours packed into each bite incredible! Lovely atmosphere, attentive and intelligent service, very cool to be able to watch the kitchen and observe the care and love at the pass, and a nice touch to speak to one of the chef's after the meal. Highlight for me was the Beef Fillet with Live Parfait, coupled with the incredible Sundried Tomato and Jus was an incredible flavour. Melt in the mouth deliciousness! The Blackberry Soufflé was also fantastic, how so much flavour can be packed into each mouthful is a marvel 👏🏻 Definitely reserving this restaurant for more visits... 😍

We had dinner at The Chef’s Table and chose the Signature tasting menu with five courses, where you could select between two or three options for each course. Every dish was meticulously crafted, with each flavor carefully thought out. Everything felt absolutely sublime. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, helpful, and, above all, genuinely warm and smiling. The Chef’s Table is not just a restaurant, but a true expression of love, passion, and excellence. Thank you for an unforgettable evening, and a special shoutout to Head Chef Raffaela, whose knowledge and experience delighted us with such an extraordinary culinary journey. We will definitely be back—hopefully very soon!

My partner and I finally went for a meal at this wonderful restaurant after moving to the neighbourhood last year. We were blown away by the fantastic service and truly sensational food. The presentation of each course was beautiful and it really felt like the menu took us on a journey as every dish was so unique. The wine pairings were incredibly well thought out too and complimented the food perfectly. The friendly front of house team went above and beyond and were extremely knowledgeable on both the food and wine. Thanks for a very special evening, we will definitely be returning!

An exceptional experience from start to finish. We indulged in the five-course Signature Tasting Menu, each dish offering flavour pairings far from the familiar, but every element harmonized beautifully. Our photos captured not just the visual artistry, but the surprise and delight of each course. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Conrad, his talented culinary team, and the attentive front-of-house staff. Their professionalism, and passion elevated the evening into something truly memorable.

We had the most amazing fine dining experience at this restaurant. The food was perfect, tasted wonderful and the staff were so attentive. We were celebrating a special anniversary, and they had written anniversary wishes on our final sweet plate. So lovely! Special thanks to our lovely waitress Ella who explained every course in great detail and to Lewis, one of the chefs, who came at the end of the meal to make sure that everything had been alright. Fabulous service!!

There are not many restaurants I give 5 stars to but chefs table deserves it. Me & my husband have been looking for a decent restaurant in Bristol for so long l, we got bought a voucher so weren’t sure what to expect. This is worth the visit. Quality restaurants are sparse in Bristol. I have allergies and they were so accommodating the Waitress was lovely and helped me understand what I could / couldn’t have. Food was amazing so many flavours and everything cooked to perfection we really couldn’t fault it. We will definitely be returning our new favourite restaurant in Bristol 🙌🏻.

We came for dinner last night and went for the signature tasting menu. The food was imaginative and beautifully presented, with moments of real creativity. The Brill, Cep Mousse and Ballotine was a standout with lovely balance and delicate flavours, and the Blackcurrant Soufflé ended the meal with a real burst of flavour and technical skill. However, the overall experience fell short in several ways. Some of the food choices felt confusing, like the filet steak which was plated with great care but arrived with a side of dauphinoise potatoes that looked and tasted like they had come from a Tesco Ready Meal. It was such a strange contrast to have on the same table. The biggest disappointment was the atmosphere . We were seated right by the door, less than three feet from the next table, and the space lacked any sense of intimacy or atmosphere. For the price you are paying, it felt more like a café at lunchtime than a fine dining experience. It made it hard to relax and enjoy the food in the way you can at other top end restaurants in Bristol. The staff were genuinely lovely and perfectly attentive, but the service was quite slow. From arrival to leaving, the meal took over two hours. One of the chefs came to speak to us about the food, which was a thoughtful touch, but the cramped layout made it difficult to enjoy the interaction as every conversation could be heard by everyone else. Someone sat very nearby from me was enjoying the wine pairings, which did look excellent, and I imagine if you are there for that full wine experience you might have a better time. But for me, our experience didn’t justify the cost at all. There is real skill in the kitchen, but when compared with other high-end restaurants in Bristol, the overall experience lacks the same care and attention to detail and at this price point, that really is a disservice.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a heavenly evening for her birthday at The Chef’s Table in Bristol. We started with aperitifs and hors d'oeuvres in the sun—an unforgettable prelude to what followed: five exceptional courses of fine dining at its very best. Each dish was beautifully paired with superb wines, thoughtfully introduced by the knowledgeable and attentive staff. A flawless experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
