Judy called to get info and the lady who answered was not friendly at all, very short. I was trying to inquire for food and wanted to know if we need an account, her response was yes and she ended the call. Missed opportunity for them...we out a business

You guys are sooo professional that you let one of your drivers hit and run a parked car and then tried to evade her when she confronted your company with it on camera clear as day and even told her “We dont write check for a headache” How about for the damage your driver did to her car and the hit and run crime he proceeded with, or days of work she missed cause she was without a car and time she spent trying to get a hold of you people.

This place is terrible will never come back came at 10:00am with my delivery appointment for 12:00 noom and is almost 4:00pm they haven't started to get me off loaded yet very lazy people here.

If you have the ability to get your product from elsewhere, I'd go that route. Below are just a few examples of how most of our product come from them. Sometimes things come clumped together from being defrosted and refrozen. Sometimes boxes come re-taped with bags of dry ice inside them and product missing out of the box. Or product comes completely ruined from not being handled properly. Not to mention the inability of the drivers to not stack things like cases of milk on top of boxes of muffins. I would personally be at my shop to inspect every box upon delivery and send back anything damaged, but delivery times are also very inconsistent and we never know when to expect their arrival. I've been complaining to my rep for months and while she is responsive- nothing has changed. We are trying our best to move away from using them completely so hopeful that will happen soon and we won't have to deal with this mess any longer.

Great place to deliver to was in 10 minutes before my 11:00 am delivery and they put me right at a door and got me unloaded within 40 minutes!, thank you
