I don’t recommend this place. They’re a headache for your business.

The best receiving company, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional, exactly what we needed specially in the morning to start the day. Thank you chefs !!!

The main truck entrance is off of Cheryl Lane. If you take the other gate (which is also a labeled truck entrance), they will ask you to back off the street and move to the other one. Two companies share this facility, so make sure you check in at the correct door. The Chef's warehouse office door is a walk-in refrigerator door located in the middle of the yard. When I tried going in though, their door was locked from the outside. This made it very difficult to flag down the employees I needed to speak to. Thankfully, I caught someone's attention as they gave back paperwork to another driver who had finished unloading. I told them my appointment was at 10:30, which was their designated lunch time apparently. The person I spoke to seemed to have forgotten. Only thing I will say is good about this place is that the backing was easy and they got me into a door right away. They also have trailer bathrooms next to the main gate. Other than that, things could have been a lot smoother if more clear signs were posted to help find the correct truck entrance as well as their check-in office.

As best as it gets in the industry! Literally less than 10 minutes to get unloaded, not exaggerating. Granted it’s only 4 players but still! Awesome place!

As of 11/11/22 I think some of the older reviews must have been from a different location? This review is for the 455 S Brea conyone Blvd location. The entrance is off of Cheryl St. Pull up to the gate, push button and they'll open it. Recieving entrance is between door 10&11. I had a 06:30 appt for 4 skids. Checked in at 06:15, was out by 06:45. Very nice clean new warehouse. Can probably get a bit tight when they're busy, but there were only 3 trucks there when I was there. Recieving guy was professional and fast.

Highhhhh quality items delivered in perfect timing. Getting the account was annoying at first because I had been promised service after 2 days and I had been back and forth for weeks with account managers. Either way I was very happy to have the account because the items are quality!

I want to write a review on its excellent customer service from Christina Luna. I am so glad to have an opportunity during this time to purchase the restaurant quality food supplies at the chefs warehouse. The warehouse has opened to the general public and the website was having some difficulty at the checkout page. I chatted online with Christina about this problem. I did not think anything would happen. Christina called me directly within an hour and took my order over the phone. I also had Christina searched for some items that were out of stocked on the website and checked on some price differences. This was not an simple order. Christina handled everything to my satisfaction. The delivery guy sent all the food within 24 hours from my order. He was very diligent with his job and verified all the food items with me. I hope more people from the general public will take this rare opportunity to order from the chefs warehouse. It has an excellent customer service.

This place is for restaraunts only. Products are great and the staff here is awesome. Sometimes will call just takes a little longer than when expected. Other than that not much more to say about it.
