Emeril Lagasse Opens Rodos in Chelsea’s Hotel Henri | Eater NY

"Opened January 8 with very little fanfare, the 112-seat Rodos sits in the lobby of Chelsea’s Hotel Henri and is a collaboration between celeb chef Emeril Lagasse—known for his shouted catchphrase “bam!”—and restaurateurs Yiannis Chatiris and Eleni Vareli; it is also the first project as part of Lagasse’s new consulting division, We Love Food Hospitality. Inspired and named after his home island in Greece, Rodos riffs on Greek seafood by infusing the menu with Cajun-Creole flavors, offering dishes such as Louisiana crawfish-stuffed clams ($23), grilled branzino ($32), and avgolemono, a chicken, orzo, and lemon soup ($11); the taramosalata features Cajun caviar, there’s also a $25 burger, and wine and cocktails are available. Though Lagasse continues to work as a TV personality and runs nearly a dozen other restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Florida, and Pennsylvania and holds a 1991 James Beard Award, this is his first NYC restaurant." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya

Absolutely wonderful experience at this theater seeing the This Is Important Live Show. Because of F1 we had to walk over to the Cosmopolitan from Planet Hollywood via the sky bridge, no big deal, easy walk. The theater is on the 3rd floor, took the escalator. Then it is a little bit of trek down a very long hallway past a bunch of conference rooms. We showed our tickets to the ushers, got taken to a separate line, asked for the last name for the tickets then were given wrist bands, walked through metal detectors and led directly to new/better seats. For some reason our premium balcony seats got changed to the couch/bottle service seats. Awesome by the way. All throughout the show we had a server taking our drink orders so we didn't need to get up at all during the show. The service was amazing and we felt so taken care of. The sound in this theater was incredible and when the Wizards performed at the end you could feel the bass in your chest. I don't know if I would recommend the floor seating because it just looks like single chairs all on one level. Overall great experience, would definitely look forward to coming to another show at this theater.

Google
The seats we had were incredible. It was like watching a concert from the comfort of your sofa. I highly recommend splurging on the box seats specifically seats 5 and 6. I wish the service was more attentive. We were supposed to have an attendant to get us drinks as part of the box seat amenity, but they only came around once. When we did go get water at the concession stand we were given one cold and one room temp water…we never asked for room temp water. Who would want that at a concert? When asked to be given a cold one the lady replied that she had already opened that water so we had to take it? Hopefully we get better service the next time. Otherwise incredible venue—intimate but big enough to have a great show.

Google
Great venue! A little larger than some of the theaters on the strip, but still very intimate and not a bad seat in the house. The drink situation was difficult before the show, with long lines and only a couple of bartenders. Then when you scan your ticket in, they ask you to get rid of outside drinks/food. I held my drink through security and no one said anything to me, but I did see some upset people pouring out the drink they just bought. Once inside there are more bars.

Google
I was there 2 nights for the Cody Jinks concert. First thank you for booking this outstanding performer and his band! This concert venue in the Cosmopolitan Hotel was clean, had excellent acoustics, and helpful staff they all did an awesome accommodating job! The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be slightly larger seats on the main floor, with most standing in those sections anyway maybe add risers to make it easier for those who need to be seated to be able to see.

Google
Theater itself is nice but the audio quality is not good. Very muddled mix and overly loud. I felt bad for Stephen Wilson Jr. Because he was putting on one hell of a show.

Google
Nice wide open venue. Lighting and sound were on point. Saw Dua Lipa in concert. Amazing performance. Not that long of a wait, security checkpoint was fast. The entry bar is always full... Skip the line and go down to the floor bar.

Google
Amazing theater with gigantic LED screen. I'm honored to take stage here.

Google
First time visiting this venue. Had seats 2nd floor gallery near center. First impression was I didn't like the acoustics. But once the band was playing, the acoustics proved to be excellent. It's a bit smaller venue than some other in town which I thought made it better. During the show there were a couple of engineering/ sound issues which upset the performers. All in all would go there again.

Yelp
My first time here I saw Boyz II Men in August 2025. This venue is small. I sat on the floor and the chairs are banquet style zip-tied together thus there are very close. If you are sitting next to someone of a larger size, you may be uncomfortable. Get an aisle seat. The venue is way in the back. If you leave from the Chandelier, it will take you about 10 minutes to walk there, depending on how fast you walk. The drinks are pricey of course. They kick you out right after the concert. We tried to take pictures afterwards and we were told we had to keep it moving towards FedEx store. The sound quality was good. I think for what I paid, I don't think the seat was worth the price. The TVs should be larger. I would attend another event here depending on the price.

Yelp
She is below average Being loud and yelling is not funny , neither is using F work million times in the show

Yelp
Still one of Las Vegas' most progressive venues in terms of booking I'm not sure staff was prepared for the pent up demand leading into The Strokes 9/27/25 show at The Chelsea. Opened by a muffled performance from Broncho entry lines extended nearly 1,000 deep for GA and crowd control was an afterthought. Kudos to the sound team for correcting before The Strokes hit the stage, but less so to ushers who let the floor get crowded well past capacity.

Yelp
I waited a long time to get to see Zucchero in the U.S., so I was really excited to go to this concert! The sound was great and Zucchero did not disappoint. However, the floor seats at the Chelsea were not staggered. Every row and seat were perfectly lined up. I thought I chose good seats; Floor3, Row 10, but with a seat directly in front of mine, it was not good. The tallest guy in the theater sat smack dab in front of me. I had to strain and lean to the left or right to see the stage. I was so disappointed in that arrangement and it really dampened what was a once in a lifetime event. I really don't understand why venues do that. Here's a picture of my view

Yelp
BELOW EXPECTATIONS... I honestly thought The Chelsea was going to blow my socks off and it didn't. It had poor acoustics for an intimate venue. I also found the entrance to be confusing and hard to find. It's got a nice stage but it's honestly one of the weaker venues on The Strip. I came for a Conan Gray concert, it was his Found Heaven tour and this boy had to yell at the top of his lungs just so we can hear him. It's a shame that the audio was drowning him out and the speakers sounded muffled all over the venue. I stood on the General Admission floor and it had a weird bendy quality to it. Every time you jump on the floor, it kind of jiggles and catapults you. Not sure if I like it or not. I didn't see any food or concession options, it's a shame that everything is so hard to find at this venue. Also, their lines for merchandise are so long as the theater does not have space to open more than one merch booth. I will say that the staff who were tending to the early General Admission line were sweet and helpful. I didn't like the wristband folks though, they had bad vibes.

Yelp
Saw Chelsea Handler last night. The show was very funny. She has such a mouth on her I love her. This venue is great, anywhere you sit is a good view. See my pics

Yelp
3.5 * seems about right in reality...the venue is in a very strange location, 3rd floor and waaaay in the back from the escalators...the venue itself is nice, the sound is very good and the sight lines are as well...on this night, Dispatch concert, they had banquet chairs set up on the main floor area...on prior visits it was GA and there were no chairs which was much nicer in my opinion...the ushers were cool and showed you to your seat if need be...the bar is a total joke from selection to prices...beer selection is awful, 4 beers to choose from? We walked to the main casino during one of the set breaks and found a better deal in a gift shop, they did allow us to pour our drinks into a plastic cup before re-entry...the bands on this night probably would have better suited to play someplace like the Brooklyn Bowl as the crowd was very minimal and the ambiance was somewhat antiseptic...Recommend in future if the show is worthwhile, would definitely keep in mind the bar situation in advance though....

Yelp
First time at The Chelsea, located at the Cosmopolitan for a show. The theater is located on the third level, which you can accessed by escalator. The two level theater seats 3,200 and there are bars selling drinks. We were hear for some comedy and were excited to see Chelsea Handler: Chelsea at The Chelsea, The Las Vegas Residency. The ushers were friendly and led us to our 10th row floor seats. The floor seats are banquet/convention hall type chairs, so no arm rests. Since the seats are attached to each other, it does get a little tight especially if one of your seatmates to the left or right of you is on the larger side. As for Chelsea, she was funny and put on an entertaining show. After the show, she hung around the stage and took selfies with fans and signed autographs. So that was very cool of her. The Chelsea, a nice venue for a show. Curious how it would be for a concert.

Yelp
The sound was good, since it's a smaller venue and I got floor seats so we could be closer to the band. What I didn't know was that the seats were not secured and people behind us kept leaning on oir seats and pushing us forward. To be comfortable 25 to 50% of the person next to me got in front of me so the could have space to enjoy the show.....it's not too helpful for me to view things since I'm petite and they blocked my view. Aside from that. I think it's an OK space. But I thought other venues were small, this was sardine style packing.

Yelp
A Great show in an awesome theater! I think every seat is a good seat. Employees were helpful and nice and greeted everyone with a smile and enthusiasm. Nice clean theater. I can't wait to go again.

Yelp
To the hotel security working the Unwell event the past couple of days you are a complete joke. Unprofessional and utterly rude. Great job though at picking specific staff members of the other team running the event to be rude too. The somewhat tall red haired woman working upstairs on the fourth floor as well as back stage. Rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing around staff. I will update later with her name so that going further everyone knows who to avoid since she was SO upset around certain people and didn't want to be bothered but knew how to kiss other peoples ass.

Yelp
I went here for the first time on Friday evening for the Dream Theater concert. Venue is difficult to find within the confusing Cosmopolitan hotel. No signs. Good luck finding the venue. Venue is strange and hard to navigate. Show was excellent. Staff was friendly. I'll go to another show here.

Saw Chevelle last night .. love this venue!! The sound is always great and a good crowd. Drinks are pricey, but hey, it's Vegas.

Yelp
The Zepeda & Hughes boxing match at the Chelsea (Cosmopolitan Casino), was definitely worth the price of admission. The venue was packed and it appeared the majority of attendees were Zepeda supporters. Also, in attendance was former boxer and fight promoter, Oscar de La Jolla. This was my first time at the Chelsea and I was impressed with its size and overall design, especially, for it being inside a casino. There were two bars on the first level serving cocktails and a variety of snacks. They were a bit pricey but not surprising given the venue. The fight itself was very entertaining with Zepeda coming in as the heavy favorite and winning the fight after Hughes' corner requested the fight be stopped. Although, the exact reason for the stoppage was not known, it appeared it may have been due to the numerous devastating body punches delivered by Zepeda throughout the fight, which, may have resulted in Hughes being injured.

Yelp
Got to finally see Fluffy and Matt Rife at this venue and wow, this was an awesome place. Very simple and small and the seats were comfortable. Everyone that worked here was so helpful. When we got to our seats, one of them was actually missing and they were so fast at wanting to get another chair where it belonged. It can be a bit cold here but it's not horrible. They are strict when it comes to using your phone. You're literally not allowed to even look at it or have it in front of you, they will catch you and they will kick you out. I saw a few people not listening and making excuses. But overall, this was an awesome venue to watch shows.

Yelp
This review is from the Teddy Swims concert on 3/26/24. I'll try to focus on the venue / services at the venue, and not the actual performer (obviously, he was amazing, though). I like the Chelsea as a whole. The GA floor is large enough that you never actually "need" to feel squished (you can stand in the back/sides and have plenty of space to dance or whatever). But it's also VERY difficult for short people standing in GA. The height of the stage just isn't high enough. I'm 5'6" and I've struggled seeing the performers this night, and at previous shows. I like how they set up bars on the exterior of the venue (before showing your ticket) because the inside bars get crowded and if you're trying not to miss too much of the show, you can quickly exit, get your drinks and re-enter faster than waiting in the bar lines inside. Some downsides to my experience here though... Holy heck IT WAS HOT in there!!!! I was taking off layers and nearly went down to my bra! Not even kidding... lol. The stage had industrial fans blasting at them, but the audience didn't get any kind of air circulation. I was sweating my face off and honestly, it was really just so uncomfortable. This is the Vegas Strip! This is the entertainment capital of the WORLD. How did this even happen???? Air conditioning is such a basic aspect of executing an event with large groups of people. I just don't understand it. Also - there were at least 2 drug/alcohol "situations" on the GA level during the show (one that paused the show (Teddy noticed and wanted to make sure everything was OK before continuing - pretty cool - and that one wrapped up within two mins), but like, the other one near me seemed to take way too long to rectify and easily ruined 3 songs of the show because this guy (very likely on drugs) was being disruptive and security hesitated to remove him because mostly he was just swaying and waving his hands around (the thing about it was: everyone around this guy was asking security to remove him, and security still waited). I know it's hard to know who to 86, but when you have a group of people throwing up "red flags" about another patron, I think ya gotta trust the group and not hesitate too long. SOUND/AUDIO - I was stage right in GA, and honestly - I did not like the sound quality from the singer's mic. His voice is SO INCREDIBLE and I just felt robbed because what? the treble wasn't set properly? Or is it the speakers pointed in that area? I don't know - but for a venue of this degree, and ticket prices what they were, I expected more. The Chelsea has been hosting concerts for YEARS - so I guess this is another thing I don't understand... Isn't it a basic process that ALL areas of the theater get sound checked? It's always my intention to help venues by giving this type of feedback. I'd love to come back and see other shows, but these things really need attention.

Yelp
Came back to the Chelsea and was able to snag a floor seat for comedian Tom Segura. This place is huge! I'd seen him perform at the theater in Mirage and this Cosmo theater is massive in comparison. I noticed a couple things on this new visit that hasn't improved my 3-star opinion about it since my previous visit. In the words of YMH: The main bar was huge with long lines; I'm the Water Champ so I skipped and went straight to my seat. Main Mommy DJ Dadmouth kept the show High and Tight. I Like That. But during the show you could hear all the Cool Guys and Machines Within on the upper floor bar chitter chatting Through the Fence. I mean, they were probably Just Glassin' and using Washcloths. When a show ends Would You Rather exit the building or just stand in place? Egress from the Chelsea is just R-Worded. I mean, c'mon, Get Your Life.

Yelp
I am still reeling from attending the Matt Rife show. The tickets were bought in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. The show doors opened 30 mins late. We were herded through the medal detectors with all our possessions over their head like criminals with haste. We watched the first two comedy routines. All while about 10 security guards blocked the exit to from the event, They were talking loud and the rest were busy kicking people out of the event for various reasons. No courtesy to those watching the show they were yelling at patrions to leave for various reasons. Our party of 4 couldn't hear the comedians because of the ruckus. Finally the main event came out. A female security lady was standing in front of our row yelling at a man because he was sleeping and telling the couple they had to leave. My husband upset because we had spent a pretty penny on the tickets couldn't hear Matt Rife. So he told the security person to keep it down because we are trying to watch the Fxxxing show. The female Security of the show told my husband that he had to leave so I quickly stepped in and said that we just cannot hear the show. Why should he leave. So we were both kicked out of the show. We are locals, business owners, charitable givers, and supports of our local law enforcement. I am extremely disappointed in The Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Why do you treat people this way. We saw less than 15 minutes of the show due to this lady lying and the disrespect. She was on a Total power trip. The rest of that team should be better supervised. SHAME ON YOU CHELSEA SECURiTY TEAM!!! This is a repost from summer 2024. I was told to email but the email address provided was incorrect. No resolution was ever made. I will never step foot into this establishment again.

Yelp
So much to yelp about. Lets start with Ticketmaster - tickets to Billy Idols' residence show (we caught the last one) - nowhere anywhere does it say 'The Chelsea'. So if you've never been to the Cosmo before, you have no on the idea where to go. Finding someone to ask - problematic. Lines for beverages (full bar) - oh my god what a clusterf. random lines snaking forever 20-25 people deep, with each transaction taking several minutes. no line control. And of course insanely high prices. Beverages are poured into plastic cups, no lids. Security is another cluster. good lord does this casino have NO IDEA HOW TO PROCESS CROWDS? People yelling "theres THREE LINES", yet there is no line control, again, no way to see what they are talking about. We got in just as the show started, so its dark, harried ushers trying to find seats, and omigod the 1st floor seating is flat. We are in the very back of the floor. WORST SEATS EVER, as if you ever get to sit. Well we did sit, watching peoples backs for some time. If youre not 6' or better forget about seeing anything. My wife was P***ED. Sounds was dialed in, bass thumping. Lights were great. But not once was Billy on the big screen where maybe we couldve seen him. Steve Stevens was featured several times tho. The seats were just loose banquet chairs, not fixed in anyway, so that all became a shambles. Bonus that the Chelsea is served by a single narrow escalator. Cool beans that. Sad that I fully expected the floor seating to have some slope, like many other venues. It would be nice if tktmaster could indicate viewing angle. If I was ever forced to come here again I'd insist on buying the balcony.

Yelp
We attended a concert at the Chelsea recently and the space inside was nice in that it seemed like it fit a lot of people but still had a small venue feel. We made a last minute decisions to attend so grabbed cheap seats in the balcony but still felt like we were close to the show. It's a location that felt like there truly isn't a bad seat in the house. Tucked inside the cosmopolitan, it was a little difficult to find. It was also odd that the box office was completely separate from the actual venue. It caused us to question if we were in the right lines/space a few times. Once inside, definitely expect vegas prices. Two drinks + tip was close to $50. They were strong and good but way over priced for what you were getting. If there's an act that is playing at the Chelsea that you must see, it's a good spot to catch a show. Just don't show up thirsty!
google avatar

Kevin Z.

Yelp
The Chelsea is located inside the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino. The theater doesn't have a bad seat in the house. It's big, but not too big where there is still a bit of it being intimate. It's clean and elegant inside. Just like any venue in Vegas, expect there to be plenty of places to get drinks/snacks. Equally be prepared for lines and the high prices of those items. Depending on the artist, you may have to have your phone placed in a lock box during the performance. See the terms of your event so you are prepared prior to the show. I've seen musical acts, comedians & other shows at this venue and had a great experience each time. You will too!
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
Seen two concerts at this venue in the Cosmopolitan, and I must say I love how small the venue is. First time at a concert here, we had seats on the floor right hand side. Second time, we had seats front row balcony right hand side. From now on, I will always get the front row balcony if seeing another artist at this venue. Check in through security was quick. All water must be poured into another plastic cup, which I actually don't understand. They do prefer small clear purses, but I did see other women taking in big purses and having them sifted through. The balcony area also has bathrooms and a bar area, so you're not having the long lines like on the ground floor. Great venue!
google avatar

Jack T.

Yelp
Solid theater for concerts. We sat in section 205 and view was great. The seats are small and legroom is v tight so you'll have to stand whenever someone needs to get by. The ushers are helpful, the bar and comfortable seating area is nearby. Long, convoluted path getting to and into the theater at back of the Cosmo (walked over from the Aria).
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
This is the theater at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The theater is a great size for concerts. Not too big, so the acoustics are nice. There are bars and bathrooms on both levels. I have sat both floor and balcony, and there isn't a bad seat. I'm not sure if it's intentional, but the floor does feel like it's moving when the bass hits, or people are jumping in sync. I like it, it adds to the experience. As with most venues on the Las Vegas Strip, be prepared to over pay for drinks. I highly recommend planning on hanging out or dining afterwards. The Cosmopolitan parking garage is bottle necked really bad, and you will be waiting in your car for over an hour if you try to leave right after the show.

Yelp
Such a great venue especially if you get a seat upstairs. We came here to see Old Dominion. We got here about 15 minutes before the doors opened and although there was a line it wasn't that much of a wait. Security was fast, and not sure on this venues policies as of now but when we went in November there was no vaccine check. Once inside you either go straight into the floor section or go upstairs for the seated section. There are plenty of bars all around and for the most part I never had to wait long for a drink. Prices are average for a Vegas venue but nothing crazy. The sound from our seat were perfect. Also the view couldn't be best. Maybe when I was younger I wouldn't mind being in the GA section but now as I'm a little older I don't mind sitting for a few songs and then getting back up and enjoying the show. Overall I did not encounter any problems and if an artist I liked was performing here I would come again.
google avatar

Kris K.

Yelp
Came here to see Billy Idol. It's a very cozy venue. I don't believe there is a bad seat here. There is one con about this venue and that was having only one bar. The lines were long.
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
The Chelsea is an intimate venue for seeing rock bands or comedy shows. Last night I saw the final night of a short residency of Billy Idol. I had purchased and printed my tickets in advance but the box office is on the second floor and The Chelsea event performance center is on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan. When you get to the third floor there are several spots to purchase a drink. When you walk down the hall and go through security there are several more spots to buy drinks. The hall itself is small. The seats are not built in and aren't to terrible. A lot of staff placement to get you right to your seat. Only down side everyone trying to go down both escalators to get down to first floor but there are ways around that. Look forward to seeing other shows here. Fairly quick access if your parking in the lot.

Yelp
My wife and I visited Vegas for our anniversary. While in Vegas we stop to see Kevin Hart live here in The Chelsea. They did a great job with directing staff around for the event. My only complaint was my seat was not available. However, the manager or coordinator took care of me promptly. You can tell she was stressed out. But it wasn't a big deal as they took care the situation promptly. Alcoholic beverages were a premium here. Heavily priced for some drinks, but it seemed liked that throughout all of Vegas. I will say I am glad we didn't pay for front row seating. Those folks had the same type of seating we did. Overall our experience here was a good one and Kevin Hart along with the Plastic Cup Boyz were funny!

Yelp
Update time! My last review of The Chelsea was from around August 2018 when my dad and I saw Jack White. If you don't know him, he is the lead singer of (now disbanded) The White Stripes and The Raconteurs. Last night was my second time back at The Chelsea. My boyfriend took me to see Evanescence and Halestorm. When I saw Jack White, there was a no phone/no camera policy. Luckily this was not the case here this time. While this was my first time seeing Evanescence, I've seen Halestorm twice before (one in 2013 and again in 2017) and as always they were INCREDIBLE. Lzzy Hale, their lead singer, had so much energy in her. Amy Lee, Evanescence's lead singer, came out to duet on Halestorm's song "Break In". I was literally holding back tears because it was so freaking amazing. When Evanescence played, Lzzy came out for another duet, where they covered "Heavy" by Linkin Park. It was a long line to get in but it moved pretty quickly. You had to show proof of vaccination in order to enter the venue. The Chelsea's drink prices were not bad. Only $3 for a bottled water, $5 for a soda, and around $10 for a craft beer. I'll definitely be back again for future concerts.

Yelp
We went to see Fluffy last night. The show was amazing! The venue, on the other hand, not so much. Small regular seats on the floor, very uncomfortable, and very dry in room! We all left with a cotton mouth! The bars are located way farther away from theater, only to find that there are bars right at theater! Upstairs seats close to front seem to have comfortable benches to sit in rather than cheap chairs we were on. Would not want to come back to this venue again unless my favorite artists were there. It looks cute, but very uncomfortable, especially if you are a size 6 or smaller!

Yelp
I've been to this venue before to see comedian Bill Burr. I had floor seating which was uncomfortable so I chose box seating for the Nicole Byer comedy show. Although none of the staff stated it explicitly; I'm assuming the show didn't sell out due to Beyonce being in town. The Chelsea relocated everyone with box seating to the floor and gave us the worst possible seats in the 1st row. Each usher my party passed would remark on how amazing the seats were and how we were "upgraded" but if you've ever sat in the first row you know looking up at a stage for two+ hours is very uncomfortable. And my seat was directly behind the speaker that sat on the edge of the stage. Speaking with other patrons in my row that was their experience as well. And when asked if they could move the staff declined. The venue is nice and intimate but this most recent experience will make me reconsider seeing another act at the Chelsea.

Yelp
The Chelsea is, hands down, one of my favorite concert venues ever, but especially in Vegas. It's a phenomenal size to get whatever experience you want to have. I've been to quite a few shows here now (all country, I think) between 2016 and now. The Chelsea is the perfect venue for up-and-comers that are starting to get big, but aren't necessarily playing full arenas yet. The venue is tucked back in the meeting spaces of the Cosmopolitan, but is easy to find if you follow the signs. It's a beautiful venue - always super clean, and staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I believe they have 2 bars in the lobby. Drinks are priced about how you would expect for an on-Strip concert venue, but make sure and hydrate beforehand because a very small bottle of water will run you about $4. Their general admission section is great and spacious enough that you don't have to stack on top of the people around you. If you get there early, the stage is plenty long, so you can definitely be near the front if you want to be. Don't be alarmed, I've recently heard the floor moves on purpose! I've only been here one time when they had put chairs on the floor - it's almost always general admission. They also have gallery seating up above that isn't too far back, so still a great view. For select shows, they open another standing room gallery up top - I've never been there. Country music fans - keep an eye on their schedule around NFR and ACM weeks! They get some fantastic shows here, and tickets are usually pretty reasonably priced. I've been able to see Chase Rice, Luke Combs, Brantley Gilbert, and more all during that time.

Yelp
I went to Chelsea theatre for the first time on Friday, September 9, 2022, to see the Kehlani concert, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The venue has an intimate feel with seating in the back and a standing room general admission floor. There are two screens, so no matter where one sits, they have a clear view of the show. I purchased a general admission ticket, and an interesting feature is the ground bounces; when people dance or jump around, it's akin to being on a trampoline. In my opinion, the springy general admission floor made the concert experience more fun! I will return to Chelsea theatre when artists I like are there, and Kehlani puts on a great show! Pro tip: Please do not make the mistake I made and park forward in a parking space in the Cosmopolitan parking garage! Make sure you park reversed because it will be a nightmare if you try to back out to leave because traffic will be at a standstill. Traffic was so bad that I went back to the strip to hang out for 4 hours because I was trapped. The parking staff needs to find a way to organize traffic after a concert because exiting the garage should not take so long.

Yelp
If I could, I'd give this venue a 2.5 stars. The staff was nice, bathrooms were beautiful and as clean as they'll get on the strip. However, $20 a cocktail is ridiculous, even for Vegas. Beers were $9, less than half the price. The Chelsea is also SO difficult to find. Once you do make it up there, it's no different from any out dated hotel lobby. Until you get into the room, it's a constant reminder you're in some hotel. The set up for the merchandise stand was really weird, wrapping the line out into a hallway. The stand room is the most absolute basic thing you could think of. I'm so glad we got to see the performer, but this venue is so bland and tasteless, I'd rather drive 5 hours to a better spot. Go to Brooklyn Bowl instead.

Yelp
The trek to get in and out of this theater was crowded. There was a bottle neck to get in and out. There are enough sitting area to wait out the crowd. I highly recommended wearing flats to make you way here. The was my mistake. The valet area at the cosmopolitan is a nightmare especially after the show. So be ready to wait for taxi and ride shares to get to you. We came here to see Bill Burr and he was so funny. Certainly it was not for the sensitive or faint of heart in the audience that night. Religion, abortion, ugly peoples, feminism...just to name a few topics.

Yelp
Seats in front were terrible. Uncomfortable and very small folding chairs. Saw Joe Bonamassa who is incredible. Power kept going out on stage so concert was just over an hour. Definitely felt ripped off by the Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Yelp
Second time at the Chelsea today but this time for a concert. "Seated" on the floor but everyone was standing up so did we. Only the space to stand was so tiny. It was uncomfortable. The security to get in here was like an airport which is a little crazy but they do that pretty much everywhere these days - I had to do it at a restaurant last week! Venue is very large which I like. But today the screens weren't on and we didn't have a good view so that was too bad. Good lights smoke effects and sound and that's what matters in the end at a concert.

Yelp
The Chelsea is an amazing venue, I just saw a Maroon 5 concert and chose floor standing instead of normal seating. This was extremely affordable at this venue and the best way to see a concert if you don't mind standing and dancing the entire concert. Maroon 5 were amazing live and prior to the concert the DJ did an amazing job amping up the crowd for the concert. I highly recommend seeing a concert at The Chelsea and highly suggest seeing Maroon 5 in any venue.

Yelp
What a disappointment and a ripoff! We paid $600 for 2 seats to see James Taylor on June 4. The orchestra seats, which should be the best seats, are just rows of metal chairs that are hooked together. MANY rows that are not staggered which makes if difficult to see, especially if you have a tall person in front of you. And they are tight and very uncomfortable. The balcony has much more comfortable seats. JT was great but the whole experience was ruined by the seating. I will never waste my money at The Chelsea again.

Yelp
Nice venue with plenty of seating downstairs, limited seating upstairs. The Chelsea also has lots of General Admission areas including some rails to lean against and set drinks on upstairs along with a plethora of couches, comfy chairs in front of the bars. Tonight we saw Garbage with Ritual of mine which was a good show. We have been here in the past for Amy Schumer and friends but was a no media, camera, phone etc show and they put your phone in a magnetic pouch only they can open to ensure no one leaks snippets of the show. Easy to get into and out of from the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino. Smaller venue where you get that up close and personal feel instead of a huge venue like MGM grand arena, T-Mobile or Mandalay Bay events center.

Yelp
Our experience mirrors David D's -- the sound system on the night Queens of the Stone Age performed was terrible. It was such a fail that my long time rock concert goer husband couldn't agree more. Kudos to the staff for the fast check in process. They efficiently handled the long lines of patrons that seem to endlessly snake around the ropes. You have to go through a metal detector and for the ladies, a purse check. After what happened several months ago in Vegas, I think this is a necessary step. Our seats up in the balcony was comfortable, but not the ideal way to see a rock band live. Also, the ushers are pretty strict in keeping the aisles clear and you can't put your drink down on the banister. The lounge area on the second floor near the bar area is a life saver! especially for 4 inch heels wearers like me who need to sit down so I don't spill a ounce of my $14 cup of wine ;-) The Chelsea sound staff may need to tweak their system a bit to make coming here a more enjoyable experience. Otherwise, they'll lose potential business to The Brooklyn Bowl.

Yelp
If I could give 10 stars. This place is the absolute best. Just saw Foo Fighters on NYE and had the best time. This venue is awesome. Small area but really great sound. I don't think there could be a bad seat in the whole place. I had floor tickets and there's an awesome bar located on the side. Super convenient. Bartenders are extremely friendly. It was very easy to get in and out. Bathrooms are conveniently located. Clean and well maintained. Probably my new, favorite music venue. I can't wait to see more shows. Such a great vibe. Well done, Cosmo!

Yelp
First time catching a concert at this venue. This was a medium size venue with rather good sound systems. It was fairly easy to locate. The venue itself is away from the casino area, but if you follow directions, you should be able to find it with no problems. The venue itself is tucked away at the end of the hall. Like most concert experience, plan in advance for the parking and security check. Not sure if the set up for all concerts are the same. While this was a fairly intimate and new theater, the chair set up for the floor seats were really weird. Since the theater was relatively wide, they didn't bother to angle the seats of the 2 side sections, I was literally starring into the wall and the big screen and had to sit very uncomfortably if I wanted to see what is going on at the stage. Yeah, seriously... if they fix the seating chart issues and try to optimize the view for all, this would be an awesome venue.

Yelp
5 STARS for chic design & functionality of venue space. The HIGHLIGHT is the swanky spacious lounge seating area upon entering through the elevators! The absolute BEST conference venue with nucleus lounge area for intimate meetings, comfortable lounge seating, networking introduction greetings, workshops, professional gatherings, collaborating and socializing. I've been to my fair share of industry & work conferences. Many are so large in scale where it can get quite impersonal & cold. The biggest gripe is the lack of chairs, seating, and lounge areas outside the panel speaker rooms, especially during breaks and networking meetings & opportunities. Honestly, everyone is always left standing with their hands full and extremely uncomfortable.. or scrambling to find a chair, bench, or end table just to place their drinks or personal belongings, WTS? But not at The Chelsea... With lots of open space, colorful sofa chairs, dramatic lighting fixtures, contemporary coffee tables, and intimate seating options - the Chelsea's venue & configuration of space is carefully crafted, uniquely mindful, well planned and executed, extremely conducive for brainstorming, collaborating, meetings, greetings, and introductions, or working on your lap top/iPad/tablet during Conferences & Events.. I never (not even once) sat inside the banquet dining rooms during our buffets (breakfast & lunch) and breaks since the nucleus lounge area was such an attractive feature and HIGHLIGHT within the venue space. The Chelsea's nucleus lounge was such a HIT and favorite (almost always filled with associates, collaborators, & peers networking with one another) amongst our conference for its functionality and practicality. Not only was it inviting, chic, warmly welcoming, but it offers a great place to watch all your peers & colleagues walk by, drop in to socialize, connect online, and meet and greet within a professional, open, yet comfortable environment!!!

Yelp
This place is hidden at the Chelsea tower hence the name and on 3rd level towards conference and ball rooms..when you get closer there are signs but confusing which side to enter. There are bars in hallway and lines near restrooms and venue is small. Music is way too loud and so loud your Apple Watch will tell you it is more than 95 decibels which will cause temporary hearing loss which warned us a few times throughout the night! Should have listened as that is exactly what happened and we were not even close to the stage but ringing in ears and headaches is what you all experience especially power outages due to blowing out circuits with too many amps...really we not outdoors in arena so ridiculous. Probably not going to that theatre again.

Yelp
Went to the Kali Uchi concert @ The Chelsea on May 28, and had the best experience! The venue was packed like crazy soon as the concert began, and getting floor tickets made it easy for a better view. I was able to see everything on stage!

Yelp
I really like this venue! It has a great balance of large but intimate. I've stood in GA on the floor level and also on the upper level. The upper level is a great option for those who don't want to spend a lot for a show. There's a bar and plenty of seating. If you're interested in seeing the show itself and not on a screen then make sure you get there early to plant yourself in front of one of the bar tables. Definitely enjoy coming to shows here and will definitely keep coming back!

Yelp
Was in the theater last night to see Fluffy. This place has the world's most uncomfortable chairs on the floor. They might as well have been the folding metal chairs from back in the day. It made the show really hard to enjoy. Today, both, my wife's and my back are hurting.
