Visiting Vancouver for work I was thrilled to be recommended this place and had an excellent time. Everything from the theme (lots of film and culturally references in the decor and menu items) and the neon-crested ambience was a total vibe and I wish I this spot was in my city. The staff were cheerful and helpful and took great care of us in our booth. Also the All-dressed fries were maybe some of the most tasty fries I've ever had (and I love a fry); also the chicken nuggets were fantastically seasoned. Will be thinking fondly of my session here and look forward to coming back next time im in town. 10/10

I had never been to this location before, but I was craving the loaded fries and popcorn chicken from Juke Chicken and I'm so glad they share a kitchen! The cocktails and the design of the space and menus really were so inspired. I was so glad they let me take a menu home! I think the recipe for the loaded fries changed from when I first had them, but THEY HAVE IMPROVED SO MUCH and they were already so fantastic to begin with. I appreciate that they have a Cocktail for a Cause menu where proceeds are donated to the Urban Native Youth Association, but I was sold on the Dark Matter with the way David described it and it did not disappoint. I'll have to come back for one of the cocktail for a cause drinks!

This place is a wow! The chicken nuggets are the best I have ever had, and safe for celiacs! Woot. The service was amazing, cool vibe, and great food. I’ll be back, for sure!

If you want the best possible happy hour deal around, this is the spot. The Chickadee Room rules. The drinks are tasty, the fried chicken is delicious and the snacks are bangarang. Love this place. 💯 would recommend this spot to anyone asking where to grab a bite to eat or go for a drink.

Such a fun spot! I loved the cool 80s vibe — neon signs, colorful lighting, and that playful retro aesthetic. What makes it even more interesting is that just behind the curtain, they share a kitchen with a small Mexican joint that looks way more casual (okay, maybe even a bit sketchy) — but this side of the venue feels completely different: stylish, clean, and well-designed. I had the walnut salad and it was honestly delicious. It’s cool that both places share the same kitchen and menu, but the atmosphere here made the whole experience feel way more elevated.
