**Disappointing Experience with Manager Ricardo!**
I was really looking forward to dining at this location, especially since it was on my bucket list! The ambiance was welcoming, and our waitress, Angela, was fantastic and attentive, helping us with our orders.
I enjoyed a delicious watermelon margarita, and my friend found her cucumber Fresca refreshing. The popcorn chicken appetizer was perfectly fried and seasoned, setting high expectations for our main courses.
However, both of us were disappointed with our entrees. My rotisserie chicken was served cold, and overall, the food lacked flavor.
During our meal, Angela took a 30-minute lunch break, and another staff member took over. When I tried to address the issue with a staff member named Ricardo, his response was dismissive and rude.
He implied I took too long to report the cold food, and criticized me for having touched it to check the temperature, suggesting he needed to order me new food as a result.
It’s disheartening because we anticipated a wonderful experience.
Despite the promising start, the lack of attention to food quality and poor customer service left us feeling let down.
Insulated find out that Ricardo is one of the managers at this location I was very disappointed as management he lacks customer service experience and the knowledge of how to communicate properly and respectful with customers. Please get him some training
