The Chicken Shack

So just went to chicken shack was dead very dead no one in there.ordered the chicken wings. What happened to the wing they are very tiny now. They raised their prices a while ago which is understandable but to now serve you wings that look half the size. The price is not worth it so upset when I got home and opened the case and they looked smaller then wings stops wing. Then they girls didn’t know if they had hot honey bbq sauce.

I've heard great things about their fried pickles, and I'm obsessed with fried pickles, so I ordered some. With taxes and everything it came out to almost $9. I open the box and there's a smaller tray inside that has about 13 fried pickles in it. I felt so ripped off and vowed to never go again. A few weeks ago, I had the craving again. I figured, maybe the first time was a fluke because I'd heard such great things, so I ordered them again. They were over $8 yet again, and this time I maybe got 15! They are good and they've got delicious dipping sauces but really?? Almost $9 for 13 to 15 pickle chips?? That's like one handful of pickles for 9 freaking dollars? Never going back, complete rip off.

I paid $120 for an order of 20 chicken tenders and some macaroni and cheese. I ordered four sauces plus ranch dressing. I got absolutely no sauce and I had to go order and I’m sitting here eating this dry ass chicken

Just went here for the first time and we were overly satisfied with the food and service. The young lady at the counter who took our order over the phone and checked us out when we arrived was friendly and professional. This is some of the best chicken my husband and I have ever had no joke. Better than Canes (dare I say....). Big, juicy pieces of chicken. Great tasting sauces and a good variety of them to boot. The garlic fries were crispy and delicious. I got their spicy ranch to pair with them and it really hit the spot. Definitely will return. Especially since there is a location closer to my house! My pictures don't do it justice but you get an idea. 👌🏽

I am extremely dissapointed over my $11 order of fork sized chicken "fingers" might as well be chicken nuggets, and minimal fries. Came here to give it a try after their other location shut down... (I WONDER WHY!!!) Please save your money and spend it somewhere else. NOT WORTH IT IN THE SLIGHTEST. I remember ordering from this place spending about $30 and the chicken finger combo was enough to fill me up, WITH LEFTOVERS. Talk about a waste of money.

Asked them please turn off the radio and static in the dining area! Friend I haven’t seen in 10+ chose this place or catch up etc! They wouldn’t lower the raid after being asked 3x! !!BLARING STATIC coming out of the speakers!! Wow! That was pathetic!! 1st and Last.. after hearing good things.. That static ruined the entire experience!

This is probably the dirtiest chicken shack I’ve been to. Windows are dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The bench seats have dirty spots everywhere. Bathroom was pretty dirty too and had no napkins either. Bathroom door handle looks like it’s never been cleaned, and Chicken had sauce everywhere except the wings.

Food was good. Them employee that was had was very friendly and patient. Explained the menu and answer any questions we had. He also made recommendations since it was our first time trying the food. The food was delicious. Service was fast. The environment was good. Will be back again to try the other food on menu. Will also make sure to try some dessert the next time. A place that needs to be tried.

Service was awesome had an early tailgate event ordered two large orders of chicken and sides and they were fast food was delicious definitely heading back when in Town

I used to go to the one on sunset since 2009. It was always great but the blue diamond location is straight trash. The fingers are super small now and flatter than a pancake. Their batter is different. Taste frozen. Chicken is dry. Ranch is terrible. Fries are way too salty. Staff eats while making your food. Dairy Queen has better chicken fingers. Idk what happened but I miss the old chicken shack. Chicken shack used to be the spot back in the day. It used to be one of my favorite places. Now I would rather get chicken fingers from Dairy Queen or anywhere else other than here. I would never go back here. Ever. You guys need to get back to what it used to be. Idk if this place was sold off or what but they're ruining it. Bring back everything we loved.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Chicken Shack in Las Vegas. I placed an order, but when I received it, it was not what I expected. I returned to the store to have it remade--without asking for a refund--just a simple correction to my order. Instead of being accommodating, the manager openly told his employee that he "doesn't care." This level of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them speaks volumes. The fact that the manager had no interest in speaking to me directly when i asked for him and resolving the issue to ensure customer satisfaction shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for patrons. I won't be returning, and don't recommend

I'll start with the ambiance- I understand it's a fast casual type of place but they had 2 different types of loud music playing, and the kitchen staff was literally shouting over both, using language not usually heard in a business. The restroom was on par with a gas station. However, the young lady working the counter was incredibly nice and helpful, she offered suggestions when we mentioned it was our first time. Now, on to the food. My meal (2 chicken fingers and a side of mac-n-cheese) was almost $12 and truly was the size of a kiddie meal. My husband ordered hot sauce on his fingers but they arrived plain and he had to go back up to the counter to get his sauce in a side cup. The chicken was ok, the mac-n-cheese was blah, but the fries were pretty good. Between the noisy/dirty vibe and the blandness of the food, this is definitely a one and done.

Chicken Shack just before 2010, was the SPOT. Now? Absolutely NOT. Staff = Unenthusiastic and absent as far as any kind of hospitality. Chicken = tastes frozen or prepped much earlier than "to order". And the empty lobby in combination with the very fast fulfillment of my order, tells me it very much was chicken just sitting there under heat lamps and then boxed up when ordered. Ambiance = Non-Existent. Literally a completely empty place around dinner time. Proceed with caution and low expectations. I assure you the Nashville hot and plain chicken at Albertsons is a better buy. What a shame - and quite saddening to see this once very original flavors with rubs and sauces out of Green Valley, to spread out chain that had their original flavor and awe completely removed.

would give a zero but not an option. used uber eats and the store was out of items and they did not contact me or have driver contact me. the store says uber has to credit me however the store says uber has to credit me. neither offered a refund. The manager says if that the online menu isn't right so call the store first to verify availability, thats lazy on their part.

Called in a large order of chicken wings (62 piece). While on the phone worker in the background yells out "we're not going to toss the wings" instead they're including the sauce on the side - for us, the customer to toss the wings ourselves? Not sure what kind of process this is, but not anything I'm used to. I told the person who answered the phone that we didn't care how long it would take, & would prefer they prepare the wings completely. Just makes no sense for us pay for the wings & then have to toss them ourselves. Smh. He assured that they would toss them for us. Well upon picking them up, they were not completely prepared & included sauces on the side for us to complete preparation ourselves. Maybe that's how they operate here, but my opinion the workers are lazy - so I give them 3 stars, very average at best

I think i have a love/hate with this place. Service and food is great. But don't be fooled by their Wednesday specials of .99 cents a wing. It's gone downhill. The size of their wings have changed. It used to be that you could barely fit 10 wings in a box. I let it slide a few times before, because I love this place. But it's gone too far. Don't fall for the WEDNESDAY SPECIAL SCAM. Here are some pics to relate. I did ask if they could please check if they are the large wings before I ordered. They checked and said they are the large ones, they lied. You be the judge for yourselves in the pics. I ordered 30 wings.

I don't normally like to give restaurants low ratings but here was my overall experience of this place. We went in on Saturday, Dec 16th at approximately 7pm. It was our first time trying this place so I was excited to try it. There were a few people in the restaurant but it was steady. The cashier was young lady who appeared miserable and as if she didn't want to be there - we didn't feel welcome. We had three separate orders and throughout the entire time she seemed over it. When we asked if she was ready for our next order she didn't answer and there were moments of silence but we proceeded to order anyway. When we got our drink cups and headed over to the drink station, the area was in disarray and there were out of a few drinks. While we waited for our orders, we witnessed the cashier stepping away from the register to take puffs out of her vape and then return to the register, which in its self is unsanitary. The African American gentleman who cooked our food is the only reason for the three stars. I would give him five but that wasn't my overall experience. When he was done, he personally approached us and asked that we carefully check our order to make sure it was right. I told him it was perfect with the exception of me getting regular fries instead of the garlic parm fries. He immediately told me not to worry and said that he will make me fresh ones. When we were leaving we noticed we didn't get any dipping sauces. I approached the cashier and said, "We didn't get our sauces." She looked upset and she replied, "How many did you get?" I responded, "We didn't get any." She then very snarky and rudely said, "How many do you need!" I empathize the exclamation point, because it's exactly how she sounded. I responded that we needed two and two (ranch and blue cheese. She then looks dead at me, give me the dirtiest look and walks away. She truly appeared angry at the fact that she had to walk back there and get us our dipping sauces. The food itself was good. I enjoyed the all white meat tenders and they weren't overwhelmed with the coating, like most places tend to be. The flavor of the garlic chili was amazing as well with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The fries were alright and nothing special about them. The wings could have used a little more crisp but I think that had to do with the fact that they were covered and the seam may have softened but the wings were worth the try. With all that being said, I would not recommend this place to anyone. With average food and really bad customer service, it's not worth me mentioning. To make matters worst, I attempted to reach out to the company to provide feedback online and they don't even have the option to contact customer service. I messaged someone on IG as well as was ignored.

Always went to the one on sunset but we moved. Feel like this a joke with how small the chicken fingers are. The 3 combined is equal to 1!

I really enjoyed my experience at the one by UNLV so I was hopeful that this one would be just as good. I ordered the Buffalo chicken fries and found the chicken included while abundant to be kinda gristly in texture unlike my previous experience. It also felt like the sauce wasn't fully distributed across all the pieces of chicken. The best tasting bites were crispy, well sauced and covered with cheese. They did honor my request for extra crispy fries, which allowed them to remain somewhat crispy on the ride home. The Mac and cheese was a bit soft in texture for me and the taste was just okay. In terms of service, I ordered online and the food was ready when I get there. The gentleman at the register asked me if I wanted any sauces, napkins or utensils. They allow you to fill your own fountain drink which I appreciated so you can use less ice.

My food was horrible . chicken burn they reheat the chicken .it was so dry .. nothing to do with chicken shack ...we spent over $30 and I was disappointed .. horrible experience

Stopped by for lunch today. Haven't been to this location before. Love their lemon pepper wings and fried pickles. The funnel fries are good, too! Will stop by again!

The Chicken Shack was pretty good! I have to be honest, though, they kinda remind me of Raising Cane's, another one of my favorite chicken places. We ordered online and picked up in store, since it's just around the corner from my boyfriend's house. My boyfriend and I got the five-piece chicken tenders and fries with a drink. Along with this, we shared a thing of mac and cheese. We also got a thing of BBQ sauce on the side and the chicken tenders taste so much better dipped in BBQ! The fries and the mac and cheese were just right. Hot, fresh and ready to go. So happy to see many new restaurants opening up along Blue Diamond. If you're looking for a chicken fix, then try The Chicken Shack!

This place is very MID, I wanted to get something different so I gave this place a shot, really not worth it

What an absolute joke. My husband and I just came to this location and what the absolute f**k! Let's start off with the order I called it in and the girl messed up the order repeating it back to me. That should've been the first sign. The bill was 70 bucks that's for 4 orders of the number 2. My husband brought it home and it was comical. Little chicken strips and the sauce was wrong lol. It was like a hot honey mustard and not mild. If I could do a charge back on my card I would. Avoid this place at all cost.

I mean it was meh. The chicken was super dry and had no flavor unless you covered it in sauce. The location was also not super clean. The only reason for three stars is the frys. They are good. Sauces were ok.

Small and personal. We were greeted when we entered and it was fairly clean I was really excited about our first visit here but when we got home I was kinda disappointed. Our order wasn't excellent what we requested and the store had already closed so I couldn't call to get a remake (calling after I make review as it is 9:55am and they aren't open yet) As you can see from receipt we asked for tenders to be tossed and garlic fries we received neither of these. My sauce on my wings were good but the chicken was slightly undercooked to my liking. My son loved his chicken bites so no complaints there. I feel really bad about this review because I had high hopes and I don't like posting bad reviews. I will definitely edit post after I speak with someone once they open. But I will say this on a positive note the cashier Daniel was excellent. He greeted us with a smile, he was patient with taking our order and also made recommendations. He did his part just wish the kitchen would've done theirs so i could have given a better review.

It's dirty in there. The back of the white cash register was super gross with gunk from their fingers. And they're making our food?? The soda machine was out of ice, and no one fixed it. Everyone sitting around waiting for food and the staff doesn't seem to know what to do. Over priced food that wasn't that great. And we gotta love that the device when you pay asks us to tip. Lol

this is how bussines go down hill this place is terrible. The food is awful, and the service is gone. this was the place to go and get some good chicken in our side of town, but dawn just closed down. Why even be open with the terrible product.

I stop here after work to grab my teen boys dinner every once in a while. My boys say it's really good and it's always hot and fresh when I get home. The employees are ALWAYS friendly. I've seen different ones but they never lack in service. I enjoy going there because I know the service will be quick and I'll leave happy without any issues! Definitely a bonus after a long day of work. It's also got a cool vibe inside. Plus, it's been super clean all the times I've gone over the past few years. Decided to write a quick review because of the consistent service, cleanliness and quality. Keep it up!

avoid this place! do not come here! first off, as soon as i pulled into the very tight parking lot there was a red car sitting right out front blocking everyone from being able to park or drive around. that was very annoying but its outside, what can you do right? well, i had to park my car around the side & when i entered the chicken shack place i see the lady from the red car get out & enter the same place. turns out, she was the significant other of the black guy that works at the chicken shack. so i see the black guy just hanging out with another co worker talking, the ppl in the back were playing loud music & spewing curse words around like it was some ghetto club. no one greeted us even though there were 3 ppl by the register who looked up at my partner & i & kept talking amongst each other. then apparently a little kid, loud & annoying starts throwing a fit, crying, screaming & tossing herself around because she wants her dad & she wants her food "now!" turns out her dad is the black guy who works there & her mom is the lady with the red car that blocked everyone in the parking lot. the only reason i stayed is because i thought i have to give things the benefit of the doubt & at least try the food even though the workers & atmosphere is total garbage. that is a mistake i will never make again & if anyone reading this is smart, they will avoid this place like the plague ! while waiting for my food, the employees stood right by the customers talking badly about customers who had previously been there that day. at the end of the day, its the food that matters. how does the food taste? just as you would expect. horrible. the burger had nothing on it. no mustard or ketchup. nothing. the wings were as plain as can be & not in a good way. no crisp. nothing. they didnt even offer any napkins or condiments. nothing. no smile & "have a nice day" . nothing. avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. this place is horrible.

First and last visit.. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo (chicken was like rubber) the fries looked fresh but bite into them and they're chewy! 3 bites chewy and nasty Should of known when we asked the young man (cashier ) what was good, he said I don't know I don't eat the food here . My husband got some kind of chili fries with wings and tenders (rubber) and the sauces were completely watered down! Needless to say neither of us were able to finish our meals Definitely not worth the $40 we paid . I'd like to say maybe it was busy for a Friday night, however there was only one other couple in there. Next time we'll go to Popeyes Would rather leave ZERO

This was a horrible first experience, my lady and I will not be returning, Firstly you have a cashier who doesn't talk, doesn't say hi, she barely even blinks... you could replace her with a computer screen where customers order themselves and make more money. Secondly once we ordered A line began to form, We thanked God we beat the line not knowing our order would be completely forgotten about, I waited patiently for 40 mins until i finally got sick of seeing everyone receive their food but us, i got back in line to ask what was going on, once i reach the front i tell the cashier EMILY I never received my food and would like a refund cause it's ridiculous, she proceeds to point at some take out boxes stating they're mine (i got dine in) i told her we will just take the refund cause we're not gonna eat that soggy food. Thank you for nothing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time trying this place and they had us waiting for our food for 45 mins and the whole time it was sitting at the counter getting cold...AND when we asked the cashier abt our food she's gonna point at the cold ass food talkin abt "oh it's right here" GIRL I understand it was a busy ass day but that blew me away ended up getting a refund and left hungry bc of the poor customer service.

This place use to be sooo Good. Idk what happened today my dad went to pick up an order of chicken strips and ranch. The ranch was the only good thing because this chicken was hard , dry and tasteless.. I wish I would have been with him because I would have walked it right back in there! As many businesses that are going out of business yall better straighten it out or you'll be next! Super disappointed.

I've been to other locations of this chain before and enjoyed them. But this location is in need of help. The restaurant is in need of a deep cleaning. The napkin holders on the table are caked with sauce and dirty, the bathroom was dirty are well and had a broken toilet seat. The bar to push to open the front door was filthy as well. I order the six wing combo and received my food within minutes. I received all flaps and no legs. The chicken was cold in the middl which means it was not cooked to order. Very disappointing

The food is great. I love the buffalo chicken fries. HOWEVER.... If you're looking for individual wing orders, this place's prices are astronomical. Literally $2/wing. And they aren't close to being the greatest wings. For comparison, Winston has MUCH better wings and they're around $1.20/wing. Doesn't sound like a huge difference, but if you're ordering 25 or 50 wings, it REALLY adds up. (80 cents per wing at 50 wings is $40!!!!) Come for the buffalo fries, just don't even look at the wings. They may charge you for it.

My first couple of times here were amazing! The last two times not very well! I ordered dining in but they chose to package the food even though you can see the trays stacked on the trash cabinet! You can tell they didn't want to clean! The girl in the front on her phone while taking order! The cooks or whoever in the back keeps shouting in a very annoying way! And the chicken tasted like they made earlier and threw it in the microwave when I ordered them! The fries were very salty!

Delicious! I am so glad a friend introduced this crispy & delectable wings! I will never go anywhere else. I did pay it forward and recommended your wings to another friend who is going to try it on Friday. I told him it is way better than Wing Stop, so please don't let me down! Only problem is that this location is really far from home. I will give Rancho location a try. I am crossing my fingers that it will just a good.

Liv was the one who served us this evening, and I must say it was one of the WORST experiences I've had in a long time. Her customer service was shit. Not even a hello, she just walked up to the register and didn't say a word. So I just started ordering. The only time she said anything was to tell us our total. So we were waiting for quite some time and we noticed that others who have came in after us already had their meals. So I went up to the Register and waited. Once she acknowledged me she asked for the name. I told her the name. And she just pointed to the food behind the counter. So I asked was she ever going to call our name or just let it sit there and get cold. She straight up LIED TO MY FACE and said she "just called it" I told her she is a liar because I've been standing here and she did not call it out. She just stared at me again and we left. We got home and to find out that she didn't even get our order right. Absolutely nothing was right abt the order. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!

This place used to be my favorite wing and chicken place in Las Vegas. Has slowly gone downhill until tonight when they didn't have my order started when I ordered 30 minutes beforehand so awful service. In addition, the spicy ranch was moldy and EXPIRED. Took one dip and it was absolutely disgusting and ruined the rest of my food. Don't go here

Unfortunately this experience wasn't as good ... During ordering it was quite difficult for the cashier to hear and understand me that I had to move my mask down. We tried their Shack Pack and wanted it crispy well done and a fingers combo. Fingers were good but wings were okay; skin crispy but inside not well done and kind of rubbery. Disappointed to say the least; especially after paying $85. Will have to re-fry wings at home.

Not bad, sizes are good although it's a bit pricey for the quality. I wanted to like it more, raising Cain is a better option.

Man I really wanted to like it but it is run really poorly. The service is not great, food took forever and it was dirty. The trash was over flowing. The employee was eating and then went to fry. No one washes hands, even after sweeping the floor. You could tell no one was managing it, food was cool but this really makes me not want to eat there again. Also I wanted to reach out to someone directly but was only a phone number on the website.

After seeing this restaurant all over Instagram I had to try them out especially since they opened this location close to my house. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and the woman that greeted us was very nice. I let her know that this was my first time here so she walked me through the menus. I ended up ordering a salad with hot crispy chicken on the top and a order of chicken fingers (medium) and fries to go. I asked if they had ice tea since I don't drink soda and they didn't have any "yet". As I waited for my order I went to use the restroom which was very clean. The condiments were very organized but I noticed that every table had a bottle of Frank's red hot sauce on it. I was hoping that they would have small packages of Frank since that's what they're recommending it at the tables. However, they didn't have any just ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. I brought our order home and ate my salad right away. The chicken on my salad was barely coated with any sauce and the salad was pretty bland which cost $10. It was your typical Romain lettuce, couple of red onion rings couple of cherry tomatoes and then a chicken finger chopped over the top. My husband was unhappy with his order because he waited a little while to eat his food since he brought it to work with him. He said the breading got really soggy and the fries were soggy also. **These chicken fingers are not your typical chicken fingers they have a heavier coating on them. Overall I had super high expectations for this restaurant after seeing all of the Instagram post from their first location. However, I was definitely not impressed...

I REALLY wanted to love this place. I'd been excited to try it for a long time. I was so disappointed. If a place only does one thing, they need to do it well. Things are not being done well here. It's expensive. It was $35 for us to get two orders of strips and fries. It was GREASY. The food went straight from the fryer into the container. The brief stop to drain the grease off was desperately needed. Parts of the container was melted from the hot grease. The chicken was DRY, and tough to chew. Very overcooked and the soggy batter wasn't staying on the meat. The fries were the best thing, and they were greasy and soggy. Nothing was seasoned. No salt at all. And the ranch was terrible. I only gave two stars because the portion size was huge. We will not be going here again.

Missing food from order. Specifically Large fries and add additional seasoning and sauces. The receipt was right on top of the rest of the food and the order was very clear on there. In my opinion if workers are unable to complete the basic task of including all items, then the taste of the food no longer matters.

I'll start by saying this, I'm a HUGE fan of Chicken Shack. A frequent customer. However, they have recently cut down on portions and it's not okay. $18 for a meal and we now get 1/3rd of the amount of fries we used to. Ordered garlic fries last couple times and there was barely any garlic. Not sure who made the change but not gonna pay the same price (or raised prices) for 1/3rd of the meal. Won't continue to eat here if this continues. Not worth the current prices.

I just moved to this area so I wasn't sure where to go for a quick bite. I ordered a few chicken strips Togo. When I got back home one of the sauces I asked for was missing. My bad for not checking before I left. The chicken was okay, fries were good. It's nothing mind blowing but it's not bad either.

The chicken wasn't terrible, but it was on the chewy side. The breading was flavorless. Buffalo sauce and ranch made it ok, but still sub-par. The macaroni and cheese was just flat egregious. More a true liquid than a sauce, roughly the consistency of whole milk. It was also flavorless, room temperature straight from the kitchen, and an off color. I imagine basic Kraft made with water instead of milk, and half the prescribed butter might taste like this. Took a couple bites, tried adding salt and pepper, took a couple more bites, but didn't eat the rest. The staff were friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, typically carelss. My tenders were ordered with sauce but came out plain, and a side was missing. 3 meals, not a super complex order, 2/3 incorrect. The fries were great! 5/5 The place seems to have potential, so maybe I'll try a different location sometime, but I won't be back to this one.

This place is a no. the guy that works there is nice and knows what he's doing, the two girls don't know what there doing and there just absolutely rude. I asked for a receipt they didn't give it to me, takes forever to get your food, not coming back again, waste of money and time

"Love me tender..." from Chicken Shack that is! I am thrilled to have discovered the deliciousness of the chicken tenders there. Firstly, you know how when you order chicken tenders, sometimes the breading is too much with a little meat? Not here! It is opposite with the most delectable white chicken meat I have seen. Then you add some delicious mild sauce and ranch or blue cheese to dip them in. I was pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed these tenders so much because I mean, they are just chicken tenders right? WRONG! I'm sorry for cheating on you Cane's and Chick Fil A' and I have to admit, it just may happen again. Oh and the location is awesome, down the street from me. If you are craving some tasty fingers, head down to the shack!

I ordered this very frequently for lunch. They very very randomly ever messed it up to which is great. I get there fry basket combo with the chopped chicken on the top and chipotle sauce with ranch and cheese. It's great. I've had the chicken tender basket before but the chicken tenders were a little dry to me. The chili cheese fries are pretty good too. Their sauces are really good.

waited 30 mins for a shack salad because they did not notice me and 3 other customer standing in dining room waiting for food while a big party that order last got there food 1st

This Location is straight garbage. it's a disgrace to the Chicken Shack brand. Pic attached this is such a trash effort. The fries are soggy. The chicken has damn near no meat and is old and burnt. I honestly hope this location goes out of business for the sake of the brand. $40 for this trash is ridiculous as shit
