6-pc wing combo. It was ok. Fries tasted kinda hard and old. They looked good but tasted altogether differently.

First time trying The Chicken Shack, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my first order and making sure I got a good amount of food for a very good value. The chicken fingers were juicy and flavorful. I picked them up plain and got the sauces on the side. Totally worth it getting that way to try only some of the many sauces that they have available. Only showed 6 of the sauces that we got to try. But had more that was not pictured more than enough for the meal. The fries were nice and crispy and a little sweet. But fit very well with everything else. The jalapeño cheddar bites had a very faint hint of heat. But it did not take away from the flavor. The funnel fries were nice and crispy and came with a dipping sauce of your choice. I got chocolate. It tasted like it came from a carnival. Very delicious. Overall, I would say it definitely has a bang for your buck and will beat your hunger into hibernation.

Wow talk about a long fall from grace.. this used to be a place to go and get a huge meal of chicken fingers and a basket of fries for a great value. I know inflation happens so I understand the increased prices. That wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for everything you get being half the size!?!? Chicken fingers are now half the size, sauces are 50% smaller. It’s a real shame to see a place I loved go so downhill. Unfortunately this will be the last time coming back. There's just better options out there now… R.I.P

Have never had any issues at this location, but paying almost $3 for garlic fries, only to see this is disappointing. Food is still amazing, but I feel ripped off

Update 6/1: decided to go again, got home, nothing was sauced. One small container for 10 strips and wasn't even the one we ordered. This place is not worth it. Maybe another location. Unfortunately never going back and they won't care. We are just one person. Found this spot some months ago and great strips, great size and taste. Went today and ordered the same thing as always, and the stips weren't even half the size so thin and taste different. Almost like if they went to smith's and grabbed some. We are hoping it's just an end of the year running out of chicken deal. Will give it one last chance after the new year. If this is their new chicken, it's not worth the $40 for 2 people.

Great customer service and the wings with the sweet BBQ sauce didn't stand a chance (Delicious).

The buffalo chicken fries, although had good sauce, had dry chicken which was tasteless, and the fries were excessively salty. Without the cheese, buffalo and ranch sauces, that dish would have been inedible. The chicken strips themselves, although served hot right out of the fryer and we were eating inside the dining room, were dry and stringy! And, the batter was tasteless, as well as the chicken itself. The chicken was obviously not marinated at all, and no spices at all were included with the batter. Combined with the dryness, it was just terrible. Nice decor and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. The service was very good. They even took care of me when I complained about the macaroni and cheese, which was terrible. It had grainy cheese that tasted like it was straight out of the box, and the macaroni was so overcooked, that it turned into mush when you touched it. After I complained about the macaroni and cheese, the very nice guy behind the counter replaced it with some chicken and fries. Although the fries were properly cooked and served hot, they were too salty. And, you already know what I think about their chicken. No flavor; dry; stringy, and tasteless. I don't see a reason to ever come back to The Chicken Shack. After all, we were served a hot meal directly from the fryer, ate in their dining room, but it was still dry and tasteless. What are people getting after delivery? The only reason I gave two stars is because they were very friendly and had good service and it was a nice atmosphere.

Chicken shack has long held a place in our hearts. We did get some rotten coleslaw one time. I always wish places didn’t charge for sauces and they once had these shoestring fries that were exceptional. Despite these grievances- the chicken is very good. The salad was a surprising smash. It really is a good place to eat as long as you pass on the expired slaw. The macaroni and cheese was very good but the portion was itty bitty.

Today was our first time here. We had just dropped off our son for basketball practice and we wanted a little snack. So, we walk in. THE nicest woman was ready to take our order but when she found out that we were "fresh out the womb", she knew that mf'ing menu from front to back! We decided on: Chicken (grilled) bacon ranch wrap 6 pieces wings - lemon pepper & Asian sesame Chocolate and Banana & Mint Shake Imma start with the wings. The lemon pepper wings were very salty but don't get it twisted...I ate every one of them with the help of the house-made ranch. I would get them again as I feel there was just one extra shake of seasoning. The Asian sesame wings were amazing. The fries were okay. The shake was the best shake we ever had. It came with a boba straw so this enabled the ability to enjoy it cold. It taste JUST like the chocolate fudge & banana swirl ice cream bar!!!! Talk about time travel!! The wrap is big enough for 2 people. All of the ingredients were fresh and the correct color as well. We came for a snack and left full and happy AF. This IS the new spot. The wings shrunk! I've been supporting Chicken Shack (Chicken Bonz) for over 15 years. They had the best wings in Vegas. They used to have super plump/meaty wings. I purchased 12 wings with ranch today at $28.00 and noticed the wings are the size of my thumb! Chicken Shack what happened?! These are mini wings! I hope you can return to your original/oversized wings. I'm super disappointed in this change.

This place wasn't our favorite but my work team & I were happy we got to burn through a gift card we had. The cashier (younger Asian lady) was really friendly and helpful when talking us through the different sauces and options. Coworker & I thought it was weird to get tenders on a bun that wasn't toasted or "quality" like a brioche or something. All in all I don't think we'll be back unless we get another gift card.

Crispy and serviced hot. Everyone was nice here. Brought some coworkers here and we all enjoyed the wings. I'm not a huge fan of breaded wings, but here, they do them right. Lots of signage on the walls, decorations and all. Pretty cool spot.

Stopped by for lunch on Father's Day since my husband was in the mood for chicken wings and The Chicken Shack has perfectly fried crispy chicken. Our family of 5 was able to enjoy lemon pepper wings, teriyaki bites, fried pickles, fries and milkshakes for just over $100. Staff were friendly. Tables were not the cleanest, staff were sweeping while we ate, only one other family ate in the restaurant while we were there, but multiple people ordered to go or did a pick up.

I visited this location and heard comparisons to other chicken places. Mid-week and mid-day there was no line and I was able to place an order quickly. Decided to stop here today to try this place since I've heard so many good things about it. The place is not very big inside but service was quick and fast. I had sat down and the worker was already bringing my food since I ordered it to go, next time I will try their chicken sandwich to see how that is (which I'm sure is good too) The guy behind the register was really nice and patient since it was my 1st time I'm sure he knew that with all my questions lol Getting my food home and opening the box I was like, yeah that's a lot of food and definitely enough for 2 meals, the chicken was crispy (even with the sauce) and flavorful and the chili cheese fries were decent (I don't care much for those type of fries but, they were still good) overall, a decent place and yummy chicken fingers.

This was my first time there, and after asking a few questions, the cashier seemed to rush me to order. I had no idea how to read their extensive menu, and also take time to decide. This made me feel rushed and a little uneasy. When the food came out, I was disappointed to find that the chicken was crispy, but seemed to be getting soggy quite quickly. The fries at the bottom were also quickly turning soggy, which is not the best experience. This is to add on top that it's quite expensive per order, and they are giving your slightly soggy meat and fries, for an overall very mediocre flavor.

I used to be a fan and this was the go to spot. Management has gone downhill food portions got super small the last few visits something has been missing from our order they don't give you all the sauces but will charge you for them. We ordered a large fry charged us for it and only had a small handful of fries in the meal same amout as the regular fry in the other meal. Then they stopped the loyalty cards. Unfortunately we will not be returning again.

Very expensive. I wish the chicken tenders had more flavor. They are super bland and need a lot of sauce to carry them. That being said, the wings are a lot better than the tenders. Their sauces are great, but a great sauce still can't make bland chicken taste awesome. Trust me and choose the wings. Either way, you're going to be paying a really steep price for whatever you choose. The sides are pretty good. I like the BBQ baked beans the best. The mac and cheese has potential, but the sauce is thick and glue-like. It could use some work. $4 for something that is clearly shipped in a plastic bag is a bit much. The fries are crispy, greasy, and delicious. Probably the best thing here. The counter service was kind of crappy. Guy looked miserable to be there and was a little confused by my Yelp coupon. He charged me for honey mustard and put "no sauce" as my meal sauce. Was too tired and annoyed to even bring it up with him, and he looked about the same. I'll come here if my girlfriend is craving it badly, but it breaks my wallet for the quality provided. Makes me sad because Chicken Shack has so much potential.

The food is horrible!!!! Order listed fries and gave us fries smothered in huge clumps of garlic salt. Unedible. Left out items paid for. Listed brioche bun. Not!! Will list in community website not to ever go there and save folks from a horrible experience.

Soo the food is great, Lotz of choices and sauces too decide from but; usually I'm distracted by the beer tap hiding just to the Right Side of the counter... Big Kahoona takes me right back to Hawaii soo I get a large 20oz'er and take it out front and watch everyone Come & Go grocery shopping Rain(not likely) or Shine they are Super Cool about letting you just have a beer or TWO and getting on your way!! Just bring your glass back in when Empty and they will pour you a cold one anytime; Around $6 with tax and tip, No Problem, and you look like the Smartest guy there, Local Cool....

I order 6 pc. wings w/fries and side of mac n cheese... expensive but wanted to try. The wings were dry as a bone, the fries were limp and stale...the mac n cheese was "ok". first order won't go back...too bad I pass every time I pick up at Smiths.

We have been doing business with this Chicken Shack for over 10 years because my wife used to adores their plain fried wings and drumettes. So, it has gotten down to this, we ordered a 15 pieces of wings, we 10 wings and 5 drumettes. Most of these pieces measured 2" and less. The value of these wings at $2.00 a piece is totally outrageous. These pieces were noticeably smaller with very little chicken meat on them. Well, I would say this Chicken Shack has lost another long-term loyal customer. We can find better value for our money.

They raised their prices during Covid, and never dropped them after the supply chain recovered. Then they cut the size of their fingers by at least 30%. Small fingers at a hefty price. If they wonder why business isn't what it used to be to be, I have an idea why.

This is in response to the manager / owner of the Chicken Shack, who timely responded to my comments posted yesterday. I went to the store on Craig Rd. near Rancho Dr. I am NOT wrong about you store being out of dipping sauce. Of course you weren't totally out, but your staff had a piece of paper taped to the counter which tells customers that they were are out of 5 to 6 different types of sauce. I questioned the service attendant about this and he laughed about it and apologized. But I could also see the kitchen and you had other sauces available and I chose one. Otherwise, my evaluation is correct and it is as accurate as I could make it. I don't have any reason to disparage your store. I referred to McDonald's fries as a reference. They are still far better than yours. You're a bit of a defensive smartass, but sometimes that's kind of fun.

This was my first time going to a Chicken Shack . I have heard a little about them and seen a few , but never tried till today . I have to say they have a steady amount of business in this location in this Smith's Grocery shopping plaza . I was at Sunset Park today for the Age of Chivalry , also first time , and I don't get to the Green Valley area much anymore . I lived there when I first moved to town in 1991 , but now live on the Westside . Anyway , I got the Original Buffalo Chicken Fries with a Mt Dew . It was a good size portion of chopped up chicken tenders on top of fries with buffalo sauce and ranch . I really liked it and I didn't quite finish all of it , almost . So , I have to say you get your monies worth . The chicken tasted fresh and the fries were just the right size for this dish . The employee working the register was cool and I liked that they were playing 80's music in the dining area . I would recommend checking this place out . I would like to come back some time to this location or another closer to my side of town and try the bone in chicken wings .

I hadn't been to Chicken Shack in quit sometime but my husband and I decided to stop at the location on Sunset Rd. I used to love the Chicken fingers but today it was terrible. The fingers were more the size of toes! No taste and I believe they thin down their ranch dressing. Never again. If I want chicken fingers I will get the hand breaded tenders from Smiths.

Awesome, best chicken tenders that I've ever had. But I can't forget about their chili, it is so flavorful and they make it in house no canned crap here. Their menu is awesome with lots of choices wings, tenders, burgers, chili and the best fries ever. The fries have like a coating on them that are extra crunchy and they are hot and delicious. Back to the chicken tenders they are juicy and crispy with a nice batter on them. I got the 3 piece with fries and a side of chili and my husband was real happy when I had left overs for him when he got off work. The store is really clean and cute, everyone that works there is super nice. Put the Chicken Shack on your to do list, I know I will be going back it's right ne5 to Smiths so it's good at least I won't go grocery shopping on an empty stomach.

The food isn't terrible, but I'll start with the positives.. I ordered the 5 tender combo and the chicken itself is pretty well seasoned. They have a TON of options to choose from as far as sauces for the chicken and I went with a medium hot, which was super flavorful! Now for the, not so positive .. Unfortunately they didn't completely toss the chicken in the sauce and I could tell it was more than likely just drenched on top, so sadly some of the chicken didn't have sauce on it. All of the tenders were very soggy with hardly any crispness to it. A good portion of my fries were completely smothered in the sauce which I personally am not a fan of as it meant almost all of the fries were soggy. It would help if they had containers for separating food so it's not all mixed..The fries that actually weren't covered in sauce were also pretty soggy but as far as taste they were seasoned nicely. The mac and cheese was nothing special. Pretty much tasted like fast food mac&cheese .. I think the containers they have are the biggest factor in the food itself being a little bit better .. ex- Fries and chicken are completely sealed in a box that's trapping the heat in which leads to the food being soggy vs if they packaged the food up differently, maybe the chicken and fries wouldn't be as soggy. I will definitely be going back at least one more time to give it another chance.

Awful service. I ordered online, and I added two ranches to my order. Their website very clearly stated the first 1 is free and I paid 89 cents for the second. Went to pick up my order and they refused to give me the second ranch because I didn't pay for it. So called manager Eddie has no notion of customer service, and stated the website is wrong. It's common sense, that your own website errors should not affect customers and you should honor what it says. But nope, this dude just kept telling me no. I hadn't gotten food from Chicken Shack in awhile, and this solidified never eating here again.

I love the chicken shack. They give you a big portion of fries with your tenders and they have a lot of choices for sauce. I still need to go back and try the wings but I would highly recommend giving them a try. The inside is a little small so don't expect to eat there.

We had the BEST experience at The Chicken Shack. The food was so great and the service was even better. Everyone was so friendly and kind. You can tell they really care about their customers. The Buffalo Chicken Fries were so good. I usually don't like loaded fries because they get so soggy but these were so crispy and delicious. The Chicken and Waffle Sandwich was sooo good. And the perfect size too, not too big. And the funnel cake fries are a MUST. We're from out of state but we will definitely be back next time we're in Vegas!

Good value filling meal. The chicken can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's a bit drier than others. So I had to ding one star for that reason. The staff at this location has always been friendly. Overall, I would recommend them if you're hungry and want some fried chicken. Don't have your expectations too high. This isn't award winning fried chicken. Just a nice humble meal.

They're are rude and can't do Math . They over charged us. They said that the 50 pieces of chicken and 25 pieces of chicken is the same price. I wanted to say, do you even know how stupid you sound right now? Imagine $75 pieces of chicken, they charged us $264. Does that even make sense?! My husband is just so nice and still gave them tip and they can't even give me extra ranch when in fact they didn't give me enough. They said it's an extra charge but the girl before us who bought just a meal asked for an extra ranch, they didn't charge her. They're the one who made a mistake and has nerve to still treat us like we're at fault. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been coming here for years and their standards have really gone down. Tender sizes have gotten smaller and now they have removed their signature fries. Their fries were something that made them stand out. Disappointing.

Food was incredible, service was excellent: the lady was so helpful, I took it to go but for ambience everyone in the place looked happy. Highly recommend this food better than Raising Cane's. I ordered the #3 fingers I could only eat one and a few fries, and were full.

I honestly think this place it be perfect for if you had the munchies are you just wanted something fried to feed your cravings of unhealthy food so we were looking for ever for a place that was open now I have like fried fish fry chicken just fry shrimp like everything in one place but we end up coming to this location. Customer service was pretty cool. They were very chill and attentive to order. I'll orders like I think like the six piece snack bites smack bites or some like that. I got the hot ranch dip and the regular dip and I thought in my combo I was choosing garlic fries instead of the regular fries they come with the combo but I ended up ordering another tray of garlic fries , I didn't know I thought the fried chicken will be like fried little chicken wings so this is more food than I can handle. So warning they give good portions like large portions I could share this one tray would like two other people because I did not eat all that I only ate six piece snack bites, which are boneless chicken and I ate like a scoop full of the garlic fries were pretty good and they have "Sobe" drink option. I haven't came across any type of "Sobe" drinks here in Texas so I was happy to see that they had the option for me to drink because I do not drink soda. The location is pretty small. It's like if you stop by and no one else is in there that's cool for like one group. I would say maybe one group was able to fit in there the other tables with like couple tables and parking available in a parking lot. The food wasn't that great fried chicken was basic could use more flavor seasonings It was just like oh OK I'll settle for this go back to room and shower and went to bed after drinking a probiotic.

I go here a few times a year for the chicken tenders, canes is good but i need a break from them, they have way more options for and on top of it they have other chicken items like wings. These are what I will try next time

Food is very very dry and , fries are dry, wings are dry, chicken fingers are dry. Worst quality fries and wings. Not to mention the girl we ordered with was absolutely horrible, no personality, didn't help us with anything, didn't tell us our orders come with fries and we got an extra large side of fries. So we're stuck with 3 boxes of fries and only 2 sauces for 6 wings with fries, 3 chicken fingers with fries and an extra order of large fries. Horrible costumer service. Never again that's for sure!

They shrunk the wings and now they're a huge rip off unfortunately. St Rose location specifically has ruined the shack. Simply can't eat there again.

The chicken tenders here are huge! We stopped by after seeing it while driving by and decided to try it. We walk in and the workers greeted us and were very friendly! The place was very clean and is cleaned often. The food was prepared and served quickly. The tenders were crispy, hot, and juicy. The sauces were great, many options! The Garlic French Fries we're very flavorful, crispy, and the garlic taste was so good! This is definitely a place worth checking out!

This was my husband's first time here and he loved it. The chicken fingers were delicious. The only reason we gave it a four-star is because we were charged more at the register for the garlic fries than what was posted on the menu. After bringing it to the cashiers attention, she said that they were going to change it, I asked her if I could get the difference and with a attitude she told me no. I then asked to see a manager. The manager came out and refunded me. He was very apologetic and said that they would change the menu price right away. We will definitely be back

The honey garlic wings and fries combo was absolutely amazing! My friend got honey garlic and mild with a side order of chili cheese fries and he wasn't a fan of the chili. Outside of that we literally had no complaints! I will definitely be coming here more often! I've been to another location before and I don't remember my experience being this amazing! Maybe it was just this location I'm not sure but I'll try a location closer to home before making my final decision. 100% recommend!!

Slowwwww service. Used to be wayyyy better quality, too. They are unorganozed, store is nasty, and service is terrible. Workers are honestly rude. Pickup order was ready 20 minutes after it said so

We came here after my kids both got busted up from the trampoline park. It was already about 4pm when we arrive so was mostly an early dinner. The restaurant was completely empty so we could order relatively quickly. The only thing was the prices were so much more then on the recent pictures and the kids meal changed from chicken fingers to chicken nuggets. The cashier/order taker was super friendly and patient. We order two kids meal with 6 nuggets, a 12 piece tradition lemon pepper wings, and my wife ordered lunch special with fingers and wings. We also could replace the kids' drinks for milk shakes. My kids also ordered melted cheese as their sauce which they both enjoyed. The kid's meal supposed to come with 6 nuggets but instead came with almost double that. My wife couldn't finish her meal and I have full after eating my wings so it was a lot of food. The price was high but the food was really good except the fingers were kind of dry. The tradition wings were really good. Overall the food and service was excellent and my family really enjoyed eating here.

In town on business, was looking for something quick. The chicken shack popped up on Yelp. Stopped in, ordered at the kiosk and my order was complete in 15 minutes or less. Easy order, lots of sauce options, and the wings are great. A little taste of home in the west.

Chicken tenders are good, fresh, not overly seasoned. Bigger than raisin canes, those guys at canes ration the portion size for about the same price as these guys. Friendly customer service. Great place to get a quick bite. Clean dining room.

Whoa! Every time I saw The Chicken Shack, I never even thought to come in because I had never heard of it and I'm a bit weird when it comes to chains. (Funny thing, now that I found the place and thoroughly enjoy it, I see commercials for it during the news all the time). After watching a matinee one day, we were hungry and wanted to eat at a place that was close and open. We decided to get some wings and fries. I will say the first experience in store wasn't a good one. The line was super long, but we were at the front of it. I started noticing people who were behind us were getting their meals first. So after about 5 groups we went up and "oh yes, here's your food." Cold, soggy, oily, disgusting fries and really, really good but cold wings. They blamed not having chipotle for the BBQ sauce (saying someone had to drive out to get it) but what really happened was they called the wrong name out for our order so we never came up and the order just sat there the whole time. The order taker felt bad so we got a free brownie. Luckily, the chicken was so good, I've been back a few times and each time has been smooth sailing, with hot fries and chicken. The wings are good but the chicken tenders are even better. I love all the sauces, especially that spicy ranch.

The man who helped me was super friendly. The food was delicious and I LOVE their ranch! Always a go to when I come back home to visit.

I have been wanting to stop in for a while and since I had to come out this way today anyway, I decided to check this place out. Not a big place, couple of four tops to sit at but oh the delicious aroma that greeted me when I walked in. I perused the menu and decided on the Chicken sandwich combo which comes with fries and a drink. I took my food to go of course with Covid19 out there. Service was friendly and helpful. When I got to my Moms house we opened up our containers and we were blown away by the size of the sandwich. Can I just say huge!! Never have I seen such a massive sandwich. Let me break it down. Three big pieces of chicken laid on the bun, add tomato, pickles, lettuce and onion. I could hardly take a bite, but as I did pure yum! The chicken was so fresh, juicy and hot. They give you a choice of sauces to choose from such as honey mustard, ranch, spicy ranch, plus fry sauce. In addition to the sandwich, they filled my container with shoestring fries! You most definitely get your monies worth here as they are generous with their portions. I really enjoyed my lunch although I wasn't able to finish everything, but I will definitely be back for more. Next time I will probably split a meal with whoever I might be with since portions are big. Don't miss out on stopping in here for a solid and tasty meal. Lastly, why did the chicken cross the road?

Looking for something different we went to Chicken Shack tonight. Our first time cashier was very nice and friendly. Took time to explain the menu. That was the end of the good experience. The wings were under cooked, cold, dry and not much flavor. Wish I lived a little closer I would of returned them for a refund. The beans,potato salad and coleslaw tasted store bought,not from a good store either. The fingers were dry, certainly glad they gave us enough sauce so we could swallow the tenders. Glad we tried someplace new too us, but not happy to have paid 79.00 for this learning experience. Kfc has nothing to worry about if this is their compatishion.

We stopped in for a quick lunch that the lady at the counter was a lot of help since we had not been here before. She was great and helped us with our order. They have a lot of sauces to choose from and the several that we picked were very good. Unfortunately, the chicken was not their priority and could have been cooked better, it was over cooked and dry. Also, the chilli cheese fries was good but the fries got soggy too quickly. Not sure if i would order it again. Overall, the price, speed and service was solid but the chicken was disappointing.
