First time visit I must say I was pleasantly surprised. You should not buy any more chicken from the gas station or any chain restaurants until you give them a try. They have something going on, and it's good. If you are thinking about a 2 piece, go ahead and get the 3 piece. Thank me later! Only negative you can pass on the Mac n Cheese, they need help with that. Overall 5 Stars!

got some chicken here for a funeral repass, everyone at that repass could agree it was the best chicken in jackson ms, like 20 minutes after it arrived, there was no chicken left, no sides left, it was that good, if you ever step foot in jackson mississippi you should definitely go here to get some fried chicken. 11/10 stars

Cashier needs to cut out the cell phone chatter while customers are trying to order. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or a person on the phone.

ALWAYS excellent service! Best fried chicken around! And the spicy chicken IS SPICY! So if you like the heat, AND spice, GET IT! The mild is also well seasoned and deletions! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wish I could give negative stars.I drove across town to visit this place. I arrived at 6:52 pm 1/25/2025 .They had about 8 to 10 pieces of chicken under the heat lamp ,you can tell it been there a while. So I asked can I get my chicken dropped fresh. The lady said no we about to close ,so I told her it's not even 7 yet .Her words was we don't get customers this late and we not about to open up a bag of chicken. It was my wife and I. We wanted a family meal we had our grandkids over .I see why you don't get guests at that time .The key is being consistent. They same dining experience and quality of food should be the same no matter the time of day . I'm a Chef i have been at the same restaurant for 14 years and if I thought one of my employees did this to a guest they will be fired.I guess that why we get guest after the lunch hours. I will never visit this place again !!!

The absolute best chicken and red beans and rice! Even 2 days later for leftovers-still good!

Best fried chicken in the Jackson area! My only complaint was while waiting on my food, there was a girl sweeping the front area then she stopped a proceeded to lift the glass case where the chicken was stored and use a towel to wipe out the inside case where the chicken was at. She then dropped the towel on the floor and went back to the prep area to help with orders not washing her hands or replacing the towel she dropped.

Incredible food and service 😋 👌🏿. Definitely will be back for more!!!
