Our cashier was great and very accommodating. A star employee for sure. Food... was way too salty to enjoy (even for "fast" food option, almost inedible and ended up wasting most of our food. Not much value for the price either. Atmosphere was fun with the chicken jokes. Would probably not recommend due to th value and taste of the food.

Some what greasy, I had my sauce for the chicken, but no catchup or other sauce for my delicious fries was offered 😤 They ran out of small/medium lids for cups. It's Friday and it's the middle of the month. The chicken fingers and the wings were tough and not fully fried ... See pictures!

I love Chicken Shack but my last visit to this location was a bummer. I come for the plant-based chicken, which is always delicious… when they have it. This isn’t the first time they’ve been out of plant-based option, but this time they didn’t tell me until after we had been waiting for a period time for our food. The guys working were really sorry and that was cool because they tried to make it right, but the fries just aren’t the same without chicken. I’ll try again next time the guys want to get lunch there, but I won’t be suggesting it.

Wow. For the past couple years I've been going to Raising Canes for my fast food chicken. No more! I received a mailer for a BOGO on any two combination meals. Amazing. The Chicken and the variety of sauces are great. The fries are stupendous. I also ordered the small Chili Fries and what came out was bigger than I expected. I've been to too many places where you order a small of something and it is like a cup. As you can see in my photo, it came out in a basket! I hope they didn't give me a large by accident! Secondary note: The bathroom was nice. Attention Single Dad's! There is a baby changing station in the men's restroom! Also, the toilet paper wasn't the cheapo, butt scratching toilet paper you find in most businesses! If you are one of those germ people, you may be sad to learn that the toilet and sink are not motion detection items. Don't bother me none because I'm not afraid of germs. Bottom Line: I'm never eating Cane's again! Second Bottom Line: What could make the place better? If every month or so, they rotate out the answers on the walls to their big question. That would be awesome. Thanks Chicken Shack!

I swear I'm almost here every week with my man! We love the staff. Managers amazing always love seeing her and fun to talk to! 10 out of 10 will be coming back forever!

Never again. I asked for 3/3 combo and upgraded to garlic fries. This is their sad excuse for garlic fries. Also the wings were lazily tossed in sauce and barely covered at all. Everything was old. And just had sauce and garlic thrown on it. Just shut down if that's how you operate. I had to warm my chicken up hence the aluminum foil it is on.

This is the 2nd time I have had a cashier at this location mess up my order. I order - wings and get fingers. For the price .. it’s ridiculous to mess it up. I won’t be back..

Generally, don’t ever have a problem when it comes to chicken shack although today after spending $72 Did not receive the order the way I placed it. The chicken was supposed to be tossed. The sauce was on the side. I asked for an extra tender on a five piece didn’t receive it. I asked for an extra tender on the buffalo chicken fries did not receive it actually received a smaller portion than usual, which was very strange out of all of the times I’ve ordered this Pretty upsetting when you spend almost $100 for dinner and don’t get what you asked for. I don’t know if it’s just this location or what every time I’ve been to the OG on Marilyn Parkway the one on blue diamond and the one in Henderson off Boulder always on point and never had an issue.

Despite the wild mishaps I enjoyed the wings and chili cheese fries. I ordered on the app. A combo. The pics showed cc fries w real cheese, so I chose that over Mac. I walked in, Tatiana had my food ready to go. I did a combo w sparkling water. She had bottled water ready saying the sparkling tastes of Gatorade hints. I don't do plastic bottles so I just declined a drink. She offered extra sauce in exchange, cool. I noticed a round cup on top but didn't actually check til I got in the car. Never seen cc fries in a cup. It was a large mac!!! Went back inside. Their receipt said I ordered it! I showed my email, cordell apologized and went to make my fries. He came out and asked if I wanted their fiesta? Cheese or if I wanted shredded cheese. Shredded. The Mac was mine, I let him take a pic of my email (he couldn't find the email for me to fwd) so they could figure the glitch out and I went home. Once home I had cc fries w cheese sauce. Ack! I called. Tatiana profusely apologized and offered to remake them the next day. I did garlicky wings. Slight kick, lotta flavor. I'd order them again. Their ranch is legit. Also truly enjoyed it. I picked around the fries as much as I could. I like their fries and chili. It's hearty. The fries are like double battered and flavorful. The next day I went back. Success!!! Made w the proper cheese the fries and chili were delicious. I added some sour cream and was off to the races. They also reheated well. I'd go back.

Blown away by how good the chicken strips are. Kevin was so enthusiastic about taking care of guests you want to order more items! Nice and clean restaurant and the fact it serves beer makes you want to stay and enjoy a cold one while there.

I stopped by The Chicken Shack and tried their Honey BBQ Fries -- wow, so good! The fries came out hot and crispy, loaded with plenty of sauce and flavor. The honey BBQ hits that perfect sweet and tangy balance, and the portion size is generous enough to share (though I didn't want to ).

Chicken and fries were great and they got my phone order perfect ... no issues with picking up and order was done and ready when I walked in ... I was greeted with smiles and welcomed in ... maybe next time I'll eat in with friends ... they have quite a few tables and looked clean.. The parking is with other restaurants and a coffee shop right next door along with a vehicle repair shop so the parking can be a little tricky,, I was in and out in no time when I was there... Would I go back?? Yes for sure...

The Chicken Shack has been a longtime favorite of mine, I grew up near the original Sunset location--I've been a fan since high school. After moving out of state for a while, I was excited to be back in town and saw that there where some new locations that had opened around the valley. Since I now live on the northwest side of Las Vegas, I gave the Rancho location a try--and it was awful (you can find my Yelp review for the full details). I'm honestly glad it's closed. Thankfully, I was driving by the St. Rose location with my boyfriend and we decided to give this one a chance. We were really impressed given our last experience. During our visit, I chatted with Preston, who let me know that this location shares the same owner as the original Sunset spot. That connection made a lot of sense--everything about St. Rose reminded me of the quality and consistency that made me a fan in the first place. Preston also mentioned they're planning to open a new location off Blue Diamond, which we definitely will be trying. Preston was helpful, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. The whole team keeps the place clean and welcoming, which goes a long way. It's clear that ownership makes all the difference--the Sunset and St. Rose locations are in a different league compared to the others. Even though I don't live nearby, I make an effort to stop by St. Rose when I can. If you're looking for great chicken and reliable service, stick with the Sunset, St. Rose, and upcoming Blue Diamond locations. Solid 10/10.

Chicken shack will forever be one of my favorite chicken places. I love their chicken fingers, they have so many flavors to pick from, amazing fries and really good ranch!! The staff is always super friendly and fast and the place is clean. I would recommend trying some other things on their menu like their buffalo chicken mac and cheese. I am a huge fan!

AMAZING service. Preston was A+ customer service. He greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile, asked if we had been there before. Answered any questions we had and offered suggestions for the sauce! LOVED the food. We had always had the chicken tenders and fries but tried the mac and cheese chicken bowl, definitely a 5 star item. The shack was clean and organized. It was fun to read the wall ads, jokes etc. This is DEFINITELY a great place to eat. Delicious food, great customer service (especially if you go while Preston is there :) ) and clean. Wish we lived closer to it! Thanks Preston for a great meal time. If you haven't been for a little bit, it's time to go back and give it another chance!

Kevin I got MAD respect for you. Professional, kind and a businessman! In late December I left a note so good review. I was offered a redo. Today I went for my replacement order and I was truly impressed. It was like a different place. Food was fresh and after explaining my situation I was promptly helped and had the opportunity to meet and converse with the owner. He cares about his customers and wanted to make it right. He did. Thank you .

Got a Chance to Try The Chicken Shack and I must say their customer service is just a Great as the Food. Now I have to be transparent. I didnt get a chance to try their Chicken, however their Fries are delicious. They have a Lite crunch and were served to me Hot. They have a variety of Dipping sauces to choose from which gave the fries that extra Flavor I was looking for. Gabriel took my order and brought it to my table. He was nice and the other crew member came to check on me while I was eating in the dining room. They had Christmas music playing for the season, which helped set the mood in the dining room. Fries were pretty good and I would say xl order size. The chicken was dry and hard. The mild wing sauce was excellent.

I've ordered from here a few times. The first time almost completely turned me off, I don't remember which sauce flavor I got, but I tried again, and it completely redeemed itself. I've ordered both pickup and delivery from this location. I got the 2 tender combo with the honey garlic sauce and normal fries. I've also previously had the cheese fries. The food is really good! I get the fried version of the tenders, and I think they are perfection! I get the honey garlic sauce, and it is so dang good. It's a bummer I've never been able to get the tenders tossed in the sauce when I ask for that, but I don't mind dipping in the sauce and then in the ranch. It's a yummy sweet, garlic, tangy sauce, and it's officially my favorite. The fries are also really good. They are almost double fried or something. The cheese fries are also suuuper good! The cheese is almost like a nacho cheese consistency. The drink size that comes with the combo is pretty small, and the difference between that and the large is a pretty big one, so I usually upgrade. I always get ranch with my fingers because who doesn't like ranch. When ordering through the website for pickup, you can select multiple little ranch cups, but through Uber Eats you only have the option of 1 small ranch cup ($ 0.89) or the large ranch cup ($2.99). You can't add multiple of the smaller cups. I always end up wasting the ranch because the $2.99 version is huge. The food is really, really good, and I've only ever been disappointed that first time, so I definitely recommend you try out sauces and see what you like. Every time I have gone in, my food has been ready, and the restaurant is pretty clean with friendly staff. All of the locations seem to be a little small, so I definitely recommend ordering to go. Despite the first experience I had, I would 100% recommend this place. Chicken is legit, and the sauce (at least the ones I like) is bomb!

Amazing Experience!!!! This was my first time at this location and let me tell you, I will definitely be back! Everything was great, from the food to the costomer service. Preston took my order and made sure that I felt the true Chicken Shack hospitality. This young man went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was perfect. He explained the whole menu to me and even gave me some recommendations. We need more fast food workers like him! Thank you Preston and Chicken Shack for the amazing experience.

Got the .99 cents Wednesday deal. But when they ring me up..they charge me 12.99 for 6 wings. The wings are so tiny and not worth the price The gas station near this location cost more affordable and tastes way better. ( KRUNCHY KRISPY CHICKEN- GAS STATION WINGS

Been coming here for years. They recently changed their chicken recipe or the quality of the chicken something, whatever it is it's not worth the $$ anymore. Soooo sad :(

We just stopped in to grab some dinner for my family. We got 3 dinners. 2 of them were 3 piece chicken strips and fries combo and one was a 6 piece chicken wings and fries combo. Total was $54.00 The guy on the register was super nice and helpful. Great customer service. Food came out fast and we were on our way home. Got home sat down to eat dinner and the chicken strips were super small. 3 bites and they were gone. Portions were small for the price. Then all of our food was extremely salty. I couldn't even eat the food it's almost like they didn't like my tip so the cook put extra extra salt in our food. 3 meals extra salty it was a shame. With the prices of restaurants these days and all the choices to eat I will NOT be back. Very disappointing. Restaurant was clean

My fiancé and I got the 12 pc dry rub garlic parmesan wings with a large garlic fries with a side of ranch sauce. The wings are huge and very crispy and juicy! The garlic rub was a bit bland on the chicken but what helped was the ranch dipping sauce. We literally have half of the wings for leftovers! The fries are very garlicky and crispy! It is cooked to perfection! There are pieces of uncooked garlic which gives a kick to it. Overall, I recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Today my son and I went to the Chicken Shack on Spencer and St rose. To me, I love chicken shack as they always have the biggest wings. Today, I called and asked, what happened? Did you guys change suppliers or something? I got the smallest wings on the market. No where near "The chicken shack standard" for wings. As you can see, yes I finished my wings, but compare my finger to the wing and look how much fries I had left over. Please go back to the monstrous wings you had before. These were an insult to wings by your standard. I may not go back ever if they remain this small. Or should I thank biden-nomics? Pay the same or more and get less? I shared my receipt as well, so you can see for yourself. Also, my receipt has the Sunset location info not the Spencer/St Rose info. I didn't go to the Sunset location. Fyi. The staff was great in hearing my suggestion and offered free food, but I didnt want free food, I wanted the chicken shack wings from before.

More like The Love Shack, am I right? The Chicken Shack is a franchised concept originating in Henderson and now boasting several spots in town and even more outposts in other states. Fried chicken and French fries are the main offering, with am abundance of sauce options as well as some sandwiches and other sides. I suggested this spot to my coworker for lunxh, and she agreed to run down to grab it for us. I stuck to my guns with my typical order of the 5 pc chicken fingers and a separate side of fries. Unfortunately, they seem to have skimped on the portion of fries compared to bounties at other locations. I thought that that was the entire point of ordering small fries separately and foregoing the drink that comes with a combo. Maybe I'm gravely mistaken. They also didn't include or even offer utensils, and I focus on this because they're very useful. First off, you don't need to dirty your fingers to dip the chicken into your sauce. Second, and more importantly, these boneless hunks of chicken breast meat have insanely long muscle fibers and are quite tough, give or take proper cooking, if using teeth rather than a knife. That was one of the more unpleasant experiences with The Chicken Shack which I've had over the years. That aside, the fundamentals of flavor and sauces were strong. The habanero honey (my one complimentary sauce) was hot yet still addictive, while the fry sauce was almost akin to my beloved In-N-Out Burger spread and added even more richness to already decadent shoestring fries. I would recommend this Chicken Shack if you live nearby or are doing something in the area like making a Costco pilgrimage. It doesn't have a special draw, so treat it as a chain, albeit with local roots

Terrible. Tried this place for the first time last night, and will never go back again. I ordered a five finger combo to go. When I got home and opened it, there were only three fingers. It was too late and I was too tired to drive back to have the mistake fixed. I think took my first bite and the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. And I like salty food, but this was inedible. In addition to the inedible amount of salt, the fries and chicken were old and stale. The breading also had soggy bits. The whole thing was a disgusting mess and was the wrong order. Paid almost $20 for a 5 finger combo, and received an inedible 3 finger combo that went straight into the trash. Hopefully they can make this right for me.

I have eaten at the chicken shack for years. I have always thought they were expensive but because their wings were a decent size by comparison to the TINY ones at Wingstop or Buffalo wild wings. I thought it was worth the price. The batch that I just got were the tiniest wings I've ever seen. They were smaller than even Wingstop. The wings were tasty and the sauce was good as always, but the size of the wings left a sour taste in my mouth, considering paying $36 for 12 wings. Customer service was great but, please bring back the regular sized wings!

I don't know if I'm really on hold or if this girl just doesn't want to take my order. Sat on hold for 10 minutes trying to place a pick up order. I didn't see another clear way to message the store or I wouldnt have left this review. I guess I'm going to Cane's. Have a nice night!

(((GO TO OTHER CHICKEN SHACKS - NOT THIS ONE - UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR PORTIONS))) This was the first time I've been really disappointed in a Chicken shack. Other chicken shacks are great, but this one left a lot to be desired. The disappointment in the portions is immeasurable. I ordered two five piece combos to go at the register. The fingers looked like they had been split in half longways and fried. Having gone to the chicken shack by UNLV 11 DAYS BEFORE, the fingers were very obviously much smaller, with little to no breading. I've NEVER been able to finish a 5 finger combo in one sitting, but this was the first time I did! The fries were ALSO far lower than average portions. In comparison to other chicken shacks, this one is the most disappointing one in the valley. I hold chicken shack far above canes in regard, but this one in particular brings the bar below Cane's. Hopefully they can get it together and be up to par with their other restaurants.

Not sure what is going on at this location but somebody needs to make it right. Not sure what kind of fries I got cause these are not the chicken shack fries that normally comes with the combo and it was soggy. My ranch was warm and had a film on top. I didn't want to risk getting sick so I could not eat any of this. The Mac and cheese was sitting for some long that it was just mush. No other way of saying it but this was absolutely terrible. There is no corporate number or a manager contact on their website.

Good food, quick service! Food is always tasty and we crave it sometimes ;) the Bleu Cheese dip and ranch dips are good as well. Restaurant is always clean when we go. Take out food is always ready at the time that it is promised.

I've been eating the number one or the 12 piece wings for a minute but today, after 5 years, I'm looking for something new to chow. Did you know that The Shack does burgers? Yep, a single, double and triple. With fires and a soda. I got the double with cheese and BACON!!! Through the window I saw the Chef with these two big patties in hand about to put them on top of the grill. This ain't no Nicky d's puny mac. This is big appetite about to be satisfied big. I love burgers! I've had burgers all over the world. If you need an expert's review of your burger, give me a shout. Here we goooo! It's arrived. Kaiser hamburger bun with enough area to contain this beast. Fresh lettuce, beef tomato, red onion, pickle on one bun and on the other bun is the two beef patties, two slices of cheese topped with this beautiful bacon. See the pic! Have that napkin ready Pavlov's Dog. First bite is still resonating like that first kiss. The bun is fresh and a perfect amount so not to overwhelm the chew of the burgers and other ingredients. There's the meat first, the cheese, the veggies, ohhh and the real bacon. Then that char! Like it's been cooked over coals in your back yard. So much flavor and juicy AF! This is a damd good burger baby. Next time you're looking for a good burger, get down with the Shack! I need to add that the dining area is clean, the Staff is very nice and helpful. The men's bathroom is spotless and odor free. The AC works great. They do not have WiFi for the guests. Support you local small businesses.

Chicken Shack beats Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop imo. Just the chicken size alone. The sauces are my fave. When you order make sure its already mixed into your chicken rather than have the sauce on the side, its totally worth it. Order the fries too! Its the best out of all the gast food fries!

Had a good experience here! We got fingers, wings, and fries, and they were all pretty good. The fries were the best in my opinion haha. They had a wide variety of sauces, which I enjoyed. I also really liked the decor!

I'm never coming back. Going ti Caines. at least they are consistent....What did they do with their chicken sizes and raised their prices... This place used to have great portions that could feed our whole family with leftovers. even made their sauce sizes smaller but charge more. I'm fine with paying more if they kept the same portion size and quality. the strips are so small and wings are so dry and over cooked. sooo dissatisfied what a bummer. loved the sauces that's why we would go

Unprofessional staff. My family member was charged twice for the same transaction on the same day. No receipt was given for the first transaction, they asked to run the card again and again no receipt for this transaction either. When confronted about these suspicious charges the staff was unprofessional, they did not know what happened or why I was charged twice. I was told my a staff member "My dad said, the charges should be returned in 48 hrs." After 48 hrs. the charges were still not returned. I was given a reprint of a charge with a different location than the actual location is issue occurred at. After calling to resolve this issue again, a staff member said could she just Zell me my money back, this is unprofessional. Constant communication failures with no resolve to refunding the obviously double charging. So there are multiple breakdowns in the system or training with the staff at the (4606 E. Sunset Rd) location. 1) Not providing receipts 2) Not providing receipts for "so called failed transactions" 3) Reprinting receipts for different locations 4) inappropriately stating that this location can Zell money to me 5) 48 hrs. verbal promise to return the second charge 6) Time frame the manager said he will bet back to me was not completed, only when calling again for a follow up was I contacted.

Food is good, service isn't the greatest and it looks like it could be due to short staff because the wait times for an online order is insane. Be prepared.

i've been going here since it opened and i love the buffalo chicken cheese fries. they're always delicious and are quite large. service here is fast and the food is cheap. their sauces and chicken wings are solid, they also have a killer ranch. but eventually i just learned that buffalo chicken cheese fries are my absolute favorite. if you move buffalo flavor these will 100% be a hit for you.

Save your money and just go to canes up the street. Tenders and fries combo was just terrible. Chicken extremely dry and fries taste like old oil. Never again!

The fries were crispy which is how I like them! The chicken tenders were in the dry side. Quick service. Friendly cashier.

This was our go to place for lunch but the last few times have been a disappointment. Today I ordered a lemon pepper 6 wing combo AND a SIDE of small chili cheese fries for my coworker. I told the cashier twice that it was an extra side fries! Got back to work only to find that my combo meal was missing fries. Chicken barely had any lemon pepper on it. I had to drench it in ranch for flavor! C'mon man! Also the menu states "Small Chili Cheese Fries $8.99"...so tell my why they charge $0.99 for cheese?! They didn't add any extra cheese. Sad....just sad.

Went to call for a order but... left on hold for 6 minutes 50 seconds while I type this out, don't bother calling. So I guess I'll have Canes

The chicken is delicious here. Fair prices and large portions. Plenty of sauce to chose from, the sweet chili was my fav. Food was made to order quickly and service great. Ideal for a filling and affordable meal in Vegas!

stopped in and ordered chicken fingers combo with wings and buffalo chicken fries. i thought the wings would be tossed in the honey barbecue sauce but no, had to dip it and it was not hitting. i wanted it to all be good but it just wasn't. previous reviews are very accurate... they have a sign for HELP WANTED more like HELP NEEDED. the cashier and cook in the back seemed to care and do all they could but they need help y'all. the buffalo sauce on the fries didn't taste great...there was a sweetness which was a turn off in taste buds. ended up tossing that out. it was just blah. if i go back i'll for sure add a rub to the fingers/wings to hopefully make it taste better. no pics- super hungry.

Absolutely Bomb!! Wait, is that still acceptable lingo with the cooler younger generation?!?! Doesn't matter as my first visit to a Chicken Shack location left me full and speechless! Large wings with a lot of meat, generously coated in a great breading, but not so much that it takes away from the delicious chicken! These are perhaps the best wings I've ever had as I prefer a wing with a deep fried breading over those without! These truly remind me of a childhood establishment that for generations had the best wings ever! I mentioned how good my first visit was as I will be back for many more visits!!
