Had the chicken shack for the first time….. loved it!!!! The quality of food the hospitality of the people working is making me come back again! Totally recommend! I ordered the chicken nugs with the hot spicy bbq yumm yumm!!!! Definitely give them a try!!!!! Outstanding service chicken shack! Loved everything about my visit today!

Awesome lil joint. Service was great. Their chicken is delicious and have many sauces to choose from. Their Parmesan Garlic Fries are the best!

My husband and I came in on August 21st, the two supervisors who were working were absolutely wonderful. Their sauce recommendations were amazing! Also my compliments to the chef, we each had the 5 piece strip combo. The chicken was wonderfully flavored and still moist! The fries were to die for and so were the mac and cheese bites. We got the funnel cake fries for dessert and those things could end wars they are so good. Overall the staff is wonderful, you dont find customer service like that anymore and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great music, great customer service. You can tell the sauces are made from scratch. Highly recommend trying the raspberry siracha, mango habanero. We ate it all so fast I only got pics of the Parmesan fries and schmackin Mac n cheese

Tasted nothing but black pepper in the baked beans I got with a meal order. Absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend. This is an actually obscene amount of black pepper. The fact that we were charged for something like this is genuinely criminal. I will be leaving other reviews elsewhere regarding this. This was completely unacceptable to serve anyone.

Hands down, the best chicken salad I've ever had! A must try, the Fiesta lime chicken salad. The chefs own recipe. This huge salad was loaded and crispy chicken. The dressing, a spicy ranch with lime, was literally the icing on the cake. Delicious! It looked like a Fiesta! The chicken wings were also really good. Crispy with just the right amount of salt. The fries did not disappoint either. They were crispy with some kind of good flavor on them. Lots of sauce to choose from. The service was friendly and I could see that the chef is proud of his dishes, as he should be. Thank you for a great lunch

Absolutely amazing experience at The Chicken Shack in Wenatchee. Joey was incredible. One of the friendliest and most attentive cashiers we've ever encountered. He made sure we were completely satisfied and even offered samples of new sauces. One of them was unbelievable. The food was phenomenal—hot, crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Huge shoutout to the head chef for delivering on every bite. Highly recommend this spot if you're in town. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved it! Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Chicken, fries, mac salad , hot BBQ baked beans were fantastic. Sauces: teryaki, Vegas gold, ranch and the bonus hot honey. We bought a single meal for 2 to split and received the sides as a bonus. Enough food for us to bring some home, plus we loved the hot honey enough to buy extra to have at home. The staff rocked. We'll be back!!

I would like to give a better review, if only I had the opportunity to try the food. Please update your store hours to reflect actual hours of operation!

The chicken is alight, but over priced. The sweet chili sauce was pretty much just water so that sucked and the fries are basic seasoned fries you can get just about anywhere. 2 stars might be too much with size, cost, bad sauces.

Weekend Getaway- in Wenatchee! Went in to "The Chicken Shack". We were not sure of what to order and we were walking out, when the person at the desk mentioned they are No. 1 at Doordash! We decided to order something to try it out! They recommended #4- 2 finger combo- comes with fries and drink. They were so. Ice to extended and extra chicken strip, extra baby yoda (Star-wars fans) and an extra drink too! Love the customer service/ care for customer, turning them around to order and extra add ins- that they did not have to! Food came fresh, fries were amazing! Highly recommend them ! When in Wenatchee- stop by at the chicken shack

I never ever right reviews, but this experience was due for one. The first time I had the Chicken Shack was about a year ago and it was great! The fries were crispy, the wings were juicy with a great crunch! I couldn't wait to go back! My outlook on this place has now changed. The wings and chicken tenders were mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and barely warm which is mind blowing seeing how I paid extra for the baked beans. The sauce... the sauce was the most disappointing part. It is so watered down, you might as well be dipping your chicken in flavored water. To say the least, we were very disappointed in this experience.

Any of these negative comments are absolutely invalid. This is place is the ABSOLUTE BOMB!! Every time we come here, they always have great customer service and the best food. 2000/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone to try out!

Omg. Chicken was sooo good and fresh. The restaurant is spotless. The workers are so nice and helpful and checked on us.

Be prepared for a small wait. Definitely worth it. I would recommend eating on site sometimes the chicken isn't as crispy after 15 minutes of being in the box. But still very delicious. If you are a garlic love the garlic fries are for you. I couldn't keep my hands off them. Chicken was crispy on the out side and juicy on the inside. The breading was perfectly balance to work well with every sauce. I also had the buffaloes wings and my mouth is watering just thinking of them again. I will be returning to try the rest of the menu.

So my brother worked at one of these before he died, I called in and talked to a young gal- Matty. Super nice super, great customer service and very sweet. I valued my experience with her immensely, far and away the highlight of my in person conversations lately! I explained the emotional response I've experienced to eating at a chicken shack- how my brother used to doctor up what I had, how he made me feel special, feel loved. Matty hit a special emotional nerve with me- made me feel like it was more than a quick "grab and go" and I will forever be a lifelong visitor of the "chicken shack" for this..... The results were epic, and nothing will ever replace the feelings of being validated, loved and appreciated my sibling, and the chicken shack family, especially young Matty gave to me! I appreciate y'all!!! Thank you for making this truly special to me!!

Chicken Shack is the best! Chicken was amazing! Tender and juicy! Fries were crispy and wonderful! Loved the house made sauces! ...and don't get me started about the funnel fries & self serve ice cream for dessert!!!! Yum! Thanks Chip! We will be back!!!!!

Ok this place just is super hot or miss and the "upcharged" large Mac and cheese sides with their family meal are the size of single serve at any other restaurant. First time I went gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2nd and third time was decent, fourth time it's screwed up again. Over priced not worth it.

Wife and I ate at the Chicken Shack in the Harle Center the other night and were pleasantly surprised... Had the chicken strips (fingers) with a couple different sauces - the Creamy Garlic Parmesan was very good... The breading was nice and had good flavour on it's own Fries were excellent and really need no sauce Definitely going back!

Great people they take pride in there work. All fresh chicken was crispy multiple sauce choices. A little small to dine in

I'm sorry but i thought this was the greasiest mess in a to go box. Chicken was moist and seasoned well but the breading was so greasy and inconsistent, it went in the can. the fries were as greasy they also went in the trash. i couldn't put that much oil in my body at one time. idk i dislike leaving bad reviews. But maybe turn the oil up a few degrees or change it more often. The service was great!!!

All I had was some chicken strips. Service was meh. I requested a specific time for my order to be ready and they were significantly off. It's expensive. Is it worth it? Once in a blue moon.

Wanted to try out this new restaurant I've been hearing about so I ordered Cajun flavored wings, when I had gotten the order there was zero sauce on wings. $18.99 for 6 sauceless wings is slightly overpriced. Wish we would have gotten Wingstop in the valley instead of chicken shack. Overall, unimpressed.

Awesome juicy chicken fingers and upgrading to garlic fries was totally worth it. Might be my new favorite place in Wenatchee for a quick bite on the go.

Just had lunch at The Chicken Shack. Had the strip and wings combo. It was so good. The staff was so friendly. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service and the food was delicious! The garlic fries were crispy and tasty. My kids loved the boneless wings! Super crispy and they really enjoyed the bbq sauce and dry garlic parmesan. I had tenders which were some of the best that I've had! They were huge and crispy! I got the mango habanero sauce on the side. Yum! We were also offered samples of freshly made, from scratch baked beans, potato salad, and mac n cheese! All were excellent! Can't wait to return for more!!!

Been here a few times and always have a great experience. The staff are both kind and attentive and they keep everything very clean! As for the food, I have had their wraps and their chicken tenders on their own and both are well made!. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and delicious! Highly recommend.

Tried this place out as I heard a lot about it on the news. Really disappointed. Had the chicken tenders and they were tough and the batter was not flavorful. We also had the hamburger and they said they were out of doubles. Not sure but maybe premade or pre-cooked?????.The fries were soggy. The good is the sauce was thin and flavorful. The workers were really nice and that provided good service. Just my opinion from one visit.

I didn't care for the chicken. The meat was too dry. They need to source better chicken, like the chicken at Larry's Chicken. I was jazzed to try a new chicken place but left disappointed in the meal, even though it was served hot and with good customer service. The chain's gimmick is offering several sauces to choose from. But no sauce can hide the fatal flaw of stale chicken. The staff were very friendly and not at fault for the chain's selection of chicken and processing methods.

Delicious flavorful food and friendly service. Food arrived quick. A little on the pricy side but totally worth it. Great addition to Wenatchee.

Me and my boyfriend come I'll very regularly, this time the chef in the back brought out some amazing sauces for us to try and put them in out to go order. They gave us a ton of fries and extra ranch. Going here is always worth it for a quick bite

Went there the other day bought 4 plates it was about $60.00. Chicken was over coooked but the worst part was that the fries were ridiculously small. Probably could have combined 3 or even 4 and it would have equaled 1 of the orders my friend said they had while dining in store.

Chicken is dry af but still somehow wet? No seasoning, this has to be some of the worst chicken I've had. Getting frozen chicken from Safeway has to be better then this. Taste like possum off the road.

I would recommend going here soon if you want to try it. I imagine it will be gone soon. Below average chicken coupled with unhelpful staff is not what a successful restaurant looks like. Just to be clear the staff was nice, just not helpful. At $2 a wing I expected at least average food. When we went the place was empty which should have clued us in. Its too bad we were excited for something new in the area but this was very disappointing.

Based on the reviews on here, I expected it to be horrible. I could not have been more surprised. The chicken is amazing and tender like nothing I have ever had before (and I've been to many great chicken places). This chicken is made of real fresh chunks of chicken, and very juicy. The fries are on par with some of the best in the valley. My friend who is a wings fan is happy to have this place in Wenatchee, and he reports that the wings are very good. Their choice of sauces is amazing. We've been there a total of five times combined so far and we've never had a bad meal. In my view, it's well worth the price. I'm not sure why other reviewers report terrible chicken, but it's definitely not been my experience so far.
