Parking is plentiful with warm friendly service. If you love the comfort of a down home farm to table atmosphere — in the middle of a cornfield —this may be your place. Prices are reasonable with a menu full of creative options. The boasted drumstick and wing was crispy and well seasoned. The house baked beans were exceptional as well as the deviled eggs which were my favorite. Stop in and give them a try even if you have to wait fifteen minutes due to a slamming crowd!

We love the Chicken! Nashville Hot is so juicy and tender. Fries are crispy. Onion rings were delicious. We really couldn't go wrong with anything we ordered. Another bonus is the dog friendly patio with water dishes for my dad's pup!

While the exterior on the East side didn't look like much, the front (North) side looked much more inviting and lively - with tables and a modern look. Unfortunately, we arrived from the South and didn't see the front side until leaving (see pictures of each side below). I did like the corrugated metal and rustic wood decor - giving it a bit of a old farm building feel inside. We started with a Salty Chick and an Orilla Sunset (see picture) drink - and really enjoyed both of them. For our meal we ordered a Nashville Hot Dinner (see picture) and a Chicken Strip Meal (see picture). The chicken was good and we really liked the fries - hearty, crispy on the outside & soft and hot on the inside. Best of all was the Carolina Mustard and Bang Bang sauces on the side - we loved both of them! While this is a bit out of the way for us since we live up in Urbandale and don't get this far south very often, we did enjoy our stop for dinner and would recommend it if you are in the area. Excellent food, fun atmosphere- this place is a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. I love the decor and vibes of this place.

Cool off the beaten path spot. Excellent pizza with great thin crust and lots of toppings. Also ordered cheese curds that were good and got an ass load.

Wow! Never been here before but I will definitely be back!!! Great selection of beer, drinks, and food. And the food was awesome!!!! Can't have about it enough.

Tried both the Iowa fried chicken and the "broasted" fried chicken. Both were excellent with maximum juiciness and tenderness. The broasted is pressure cooked with minimum seasoning, allowing the chicken flavor to shine through. If you prefer spiciness, the Iowa fried chicken won't disappoint!

The best chicken I’ve ever had. We ordered the southwest egg rolls at the recommendation of our waitress and so happy we did. Just based off that we knew this was going to be a good meal. I ordered the bang bang chicken tacos which ended up being the perfect portion size - just enough! My boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken dinner and really enjoyed it. We both agreed that the egg rolls and chicken had the perfect amount of crunch and juiciness without being messy or overly cooked. The bang bang sauce was perfectly sweet and spicy! I also got a raspberry mule and huckleberry mule - HIGHLY recommend especially for anyone who knows huckleberry. Very very good mules! Great draft selection of local brews. Juicy chicken. Great small town vibe. Quick service. We absolutely 100% without a doubt will be back!
