The Cicada

Nice vibe. I was there for U2 cover band "Even Better Than The Real Thing", and enjoyed their show. I also stayed for Weezer cover band "Geezer". They put on some costumes and that was funny, and I enjoyed their show too. People at this place both staff and customers were all nice. It definitely was a busy and fun Friday night. I'd like to return here again for a quick live show on weekends.

Tattoo parlor in a bar? Yes, you read that right! Get yourself and tattoo while you imbibe and listen to live music. Luis is the best bartender in Fort Worth period. Prove me wrong! Fun venue. Eclectic decor. Great live music. Anything from bespoke cocktails to dive bar fair. Fun. Parking on site. Dogs welcome

I LOVED the cicada. What a place!! The bartenders were so attentive and quick, the karaoke is the BEST I've ever done. The whole atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and also very queer friendly. If you want a space to be yourself, be silly with your friends, enjoy a incredible atmosphere and have a good drink . . . Look no further.

Love this bar. Very welcoming bar lgbt friendly and they have pool tables. The owner is so sweet. It may look closed but it’s open we just uber in lol

Excellent place to see shows in Ft Worth. The room sounds great. I love the vibe and the little hang spot outside. Great non-alcohol alternatives at the bar.

Awesome Fort Worth bar. The staff were relaxed and fun, and all the drinks we tried were tasty and strong. The large stage for music was a nice surprise as well. Definitely recommend.

came here a handful of times and throughly enjoyed myself. its funky, but not funky enough to overwhelm. they usually have something cool going on, and have plenty of seating and 2 pool tables.

Karaoke Tuesdays. Cavono is amazing! The bar service is great. A nice safe space for people from all walks of life. 5 stars. Come on in. Tell em John sent ya!

I love The Cicada. It's a chill spot at times and eventful at others. Either way, it's a good time. They have two pool tables, which is definitely a plus. They have events often like markets and live music. The bartenders/owners are very nice, and drink prices are reasonable. This place definitely deserves more attention.

The Cicada is a great bar and venue in the S Main neighborhood, with good prices, live music, and they host local neighborhood events regularly. They also have two pool tables. Sometimes they are open for free play! But usually it takes quarters. There's a jukebox and Tuesday nights are karoake. The bartenders are always extremely nice, and I have never had a bad experience. It's a bit of a hidden gem, so don't miss out on checking them out!

Fantastic spot! The Cicada in Fort Worth nails it with atmosphere - perfect for a show or just grabbing a casual drink. They've got it all: karaoke, billiards, pool, events, food trucks, etc. The alt scene's go-to place. Highly recommended

The service is amazing. The entire crew goes beyond with a smile shout out to the owner Tyler for taking care of everyone and making it a safe space. The bartender Dalton is so welcoming and the bar back Connor is great. there is a vending machine with food that you can get during shows or you can get your food delivered from apps and bring it in. sometimes there are food trucks out front! The ambience is awesome. Don't miss out on this live music venue and they also do once a month burlesque show on the first Fridays.

Such a beautiful space! Live music open mic nights! amazing mocktails for me and a large selection of craft cocktails for my companions!! Hands down one of the best venues in ftw
