I had an amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, every team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their energy matches the hotel’s chic, modern vibe perfectly. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make my stay comfortable , whether it was offering great local recommendations, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, or simply greeting me with kindness every time I passed through the lobby. Their attention to detail and customer-first attitude elevated the whole experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the exceptional staff is what really sets Click Clack apart. I left feeling cared for and appreciated, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Click Clack Hotel Medellín Our stay at Click Clack Hotel Medellín was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We arrived in Medellín very early in the morning due to our flight schedule, and Danna and David Negrito at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of us. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Not only did they manage to arrange an early check-in for us, but they did it without any extra charge — which we truly appreciated after a long travel day. Their hospitality immediately set the tone for our entire stay. The entire hotel staff was amazing — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. You can genuinely feel that customer service is a priority here. The breakfast was easily 5-star quality: delicious, beautifully presented, and with excellent variety. The service during breakfast was just as impressive — fast, friendly, and very professional. From the stylish design of the hotel to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. Thank you to the whole Click Clack team for making our trip even more special!

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well designed, and the overall vibe of the hotel is fantastic. My husband and I recently stayed there for 3 nights, we booked a Junior Suite that included a balcony. The first room we were assigned the balcony didn’t lock and they didn’t have a key. Unfortunately, the 2nd room had the same problem, and the hotel was full. The manager, Tiana (sorry if spelled wrong) and David (per him aka El Negrito) from security were very gracious and helpful with a solution that worked for us. They had a key made by the next morning and provided a hotel credit for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!! The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The only drawback was the lighting is dim and had no adjustment to go any brighter. The breakfast that was included with our room was one of the best we have experienced for an included breakfast. The food was delicious and the coffee was excellent. Ana our server was the best! Location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to everything and in a nice pocket. Also, the hotel security is top notch. We felt very safe during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend picking Click Clack for your stay in Medellin.

If you stay anywhere, STAY HERE! The hotel is gorgeous - like being in a lush garden, and the vibes are incredible. It feels deeply secluded yet is blocks away from everything. We stayed in a XS economy room, but it was perfectly spacious and felt like a luxury room. The included breakfast is amazing - both buffet and ordered plates. The staff are so great and pay attention to every detail. 10/10 hotel.

We click clacked it and had a great time. Location, quality and friendliness were 10/10. Rooftop bar is sick and pool deck great as well. Our host David at front desk was amazing. Thanks again!

We had a great experience. Although the hallways were dark, the rooms were amazing. Loved the bed, the shower, the separate lavatory. Also loved the awesome deep sink and I wish there could have been 2 of them with more shelves to put away things as will as the wardrobe area. And with all that I would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a cool hotel. Stunning common outdoor areas making you feel like you are outdoors. The breakfast was one of the best among all the places I’ve stayed including my favorites in the alps. The service both at the front desk by David was commendable. What a nice, professional, and courteous guy. I have to also mention David Guzman at breakfast. So willing to make us comfortable. He had a lot of welcome energy and was very attentive. I have to say that all the staff was top of the line. Can’t wait to return.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location with many restaurants, bars, and shops. However, the rooms are small and awkward, even the suites. We had to switch rooms 3x and upgrade to the max to find a decent one that we liked. This would be a good hotel if you didn’t plan to lounge in room and used it more just as somewhere to crash at night. Overall, good experience but definitely not the best you can find (especially for the cost).
