The Club House

The Club House is a beautiful and intimate adults only resort. The relaxed and slow pace of life was excellent. The breakfast is almost like a multi course meal and set up the day perfectly. ||The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. Even the Carpark underneath the hotel was super clean! The staff are all lovely but many thanks to the lovely Alessandro at reception and the amazing Bilal who works tirelessly to assist all guests. Thank you!||The driving range is a lovely touch and the putting green overlooking the rolling hills was fun. The food was delicious at the restaurant and if you wanted a change it is a short shuttle to Hotel Fontanelle. ||Check in was great and we got a tour of the grounds. The ac was very efficient which was great as there was a heatwave in Italy. ||We used the CH as a base to explore Siena and surrounding towns. ||I left a small pouch after check out and Marija and Francesco were super efficient and helpful to reunite it for me at my next Italian destination. ||Thank you to the whole team and it was an amazing and beautiful stay!

Been traveling around Tuscany during July and this is absolutely the best stay we had!! This hotel has it all. What really stands out to us compare to all other places is the amount of activities you can do at the hotel and of course the beyond great service. This place has a great eye for both service and details. ||During our stay we visited the spa twice, were enjoying the outside pool area, had all dinners at the hotel, were going to sienna (10 min away from hotel) and also were playing tennis.||If we could we would have stayed longer, as there’s so much more to explore. However we will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone and truly hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at the Clubhouse. We were generously invited by our friends, who took over the entire Clubhouse for their 5 day wedding anniversary celebration. There were 37 of us and it was a 5 Star experience all the way. The staff is not only super nice but also very competent. The Clubhouse sits on a private estate and it overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside, it feels very exclusive and modern yet traditional. We stayed at the time of the Palio and Francesco and the team organized amazing Palio experiences for us as well as wine tasting on the estate. The food, ambiance and the parties were amazing. Thanks for a fabulous 5 days, we enjoyed every minute of it!

Great location with stunning views are only the beginning. If you want to experience old school pampering at a truly beautiful establishment, this is for you. The rooms are modern but retain the charm one looks for in Tuscany. The staff is very profession and friendly. They genuinely seem interested in making your stay a perfect source for memories, not to mention I had the best meal of my 60+ years with them. ||My only regret was booking the Club House at the beginning of our vacation. It made the other places we stayed pale.

Breathtakingly beautiful, and full of the most caring staff who go above and beyond to make you feel so taken care of during your stay! Just one example of the thoughtful gestures of the Fontanelle Estate team were the breakfast boxes that were prepared for us at checkout at 4am for a flight. After long travel, the Clubhouse was a true sanctuary for us and had everything on site to have the perfect stay. The spa and winery on property are wonderful, and the dining options on site were some of the best of our trip. The pool area is gorgeous, and poolside dining options can't be ignored! Brought to tears leaving the Clubhouse - we will be back!

The pool is absolutely breathtaking—perfect for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views. Dining was a highlight, with several incredible restaurants serving gourmet local cuisine and wine straight from their own winery. Every glass was a reminder of why Tuscany is so revered. The golf range offered a fun and scenic way to spend the afternoon, and the attention to detail in every corner of the resort was unmatched. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making every moment special. If you’re considering a trip to Tuscany, this hotel is a must. A perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and authentic Italian hospitality. Can’t wait to return. Especially mention to Paolo, Carlo and Daniele, Franchesca, Angelica and the entire front desk crew who went above and beyond to make our stay more than magical.

I very rarely write reviews but felt I had to with how amazing this property is. The grounds and landscaping are impeccable, the staff is world-class, and the food is divine. I’ve been to over 70 countries and my experience at The Club House is near the top of the list. There are only 15 total rooms (and 15 total pool umbrellas to match) so it makes it feel like you have the place to yourself, and we just left in late June 2025 during peak season. The driving range/putting area is awesome and the spa facility (free to use even if you’re not getting a massage) is truly amazing. I can’t recommend this property enough!

We stayed 3 nights at the beautiful Club House in Tuscany, it is very remote and this accessed by a windy road. ||Amazing views of the Tuscan valley, in a peaceful setting. ||There are only 15 rooms, with a maximum of 30 guests, so it felt we had the place to ourselves. ||The service is 5 star plus, when checking in, they took us to the sitting lounge to rest, while going over the details. ||We stayed in a large room with a large terrace with views of the olive trees and grape vines. ||The spa is very large and is peaceful, which we had to ourselves with maybe 2 other guests. ||Only complaint is that we had to leave!
