I really want to love this cafe because their matcha is honestly very good — one of the best I’ve had locally. As a local, I always try to support small businesses, but I have to say the customer service needs some improvement. The last time I visited, I asked the barista if I could add the sweetener myself since I've had issues before with it being too sweet. Unfortunately, she refused and had a really bad attitude about it, which left a negative impression. It’s disappointing because the quality of the drinks is great, but the service experience makes it hard to fully enjoy the visit. I hope they can work on this because the potential is definitely there.
