Our Son and Daughter have both had their wedding receptions here in the last two months!!! Both Jennifer’s have been so kind and extremely helpful! Accommodating is an understatement! On our daughter’s big day Jennifer’s help was effortless and so professional! She brought a real sense of calm to the whole day! Thank you both Jennifer’s for being so good at your job! We love the venue!

I got married a little over a month ago at the Coachman and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this Venue was and how beautiful. It was such an amazing experience and so stress free working with the venue owner Jennifer York, she was so sweet and listened to everything I had dreamed of doing with my wedding. My wedding coordinator/planner Jennifer Brown was also so amazing to work with from day one all the way to the day of my wedding, I’m so blessed I found a place that truly made my wedding dreams come true. And having such wonderful girls to work with and be there if I had any questions. Thank you again for giving me the best day of my life & my husbands!

When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Jennifer seamlessly pivoted our entire setup indoors—without missing a beat. Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease, and the indoor ceremony space ended up being absolutely breathtaking. Jennifer went above and beyond, from setting up every detail perfectly to designing us a custom mirror and personalized decals for our wedding Jordans. It’s these thoughtful, unique touches that truly set her apart. We also want to thank Jenn York, the amazing owner of The Coachman. Jenn was incredibly accommodating, kind, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. She made everything feel effortless and was always there to support us with a smile. It’s clear that she cares deeply about every couple that walks through her doors. Thanks to The Coachman and their phenomenal team, our wedding was everything we imagined and more. We had our daughters first birthday at The Coachman and absolutely loved the space to host so many family and friends who helped celebrate our little ones big milestone! The amenities were great like the use of their kitchen and stereo system. The tables were all set with linens provided. We brought the food and decorations and everything else was already set up ready for us to use. Jennifer is a wonderful communicator and was quick to respond with any questions we had. It is also one of the most stunning event venues I've been too. I'm so thankful to have this space in our community!

I just had my wedding 10.12.2024 at the Coachman Hall, and let me just tell you, it was more than I could ever imagine! The staff, our wedding Coordinator (Jennifer Brown), and the owner (Jennifer York), were incredible to work with, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect day. Jennifer Brown especially, leading up to the wedding day made it as stress free as possible. We met up every couple months to collaborate on what to do during the wedding and she has some incredible ideas that I incorporated in my wedding. She made sure I didn’t forget a single thing and communicated with me frequently. During the wedding Mrs. Brown absolutely rocked it, and even made sure my husband and I were hydrated throughout the night and that we were having a good time. I truly felt the love and passion that Mrs. Brown had when helping me organize the wedding, and am BEYOND grateful to have had her as my wedding coordinator. Mrs. York also has helped us making our wedding day come to life. Our wedding was a bit different as we wanted to have a daytime, brunch style wedding, and she made accommodations for us to have our wedding during the day. As someone who is a bit of a control freak, The Coachman Hall made it completely stress free and just all around a magical day. Forever grateful for the Coachman Hall team, thank YOU!

There are so many things to love about The Coachman Hall. It is beautiful and accommodating for so many types of events. We hosted an anniversary party there and it couldn't have been more perfect. There was plenty of space for our guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. The bar area is another great space to hang out. The kitchen was great and had exactly what our caterer needed. Our guests were also so complimentary of the venue. Working with Jennifer was nothing but a pleasure. She was so helpful and made sure we had everything that we needed for the day. I can't say enough great things about The Coachman Hall and HIGHLY recommend to everyone. I used the Coachman Event Venue for my husband's surprise birthday party. Jennifer was very accommodating thru the whole process from start to finish. We had an event manager & bartender the night of the party and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend The Coachman Event Venue to my friends and I would use them again.
