The Coachman Event Venue

We had our wedding here on 10/18/2025. It was such a wonderful experience and we would 10/10 choose the same venue if we had it to do over again. It is the perfect size, just intimate enough but still roomy enough to not feel overcrowded. We booked in January and the whole experience felt very professional. Jennifer and Jen were wonderful to work with and made sure that every one of my wishes were granted without making me feel stressed at all. The kitchen/ food prep area was perfect and my caterer said it was the best she had ever worked in. We just loved the whole vibe and feel of The Coachman. The vintage bar and exposed beams and brick give it such a cute character. We had both our ceremony and reception here and have zero regrets.

We had our daughters first birthday at The Coachman and absolutely loved the space to host so many family and friends who helped celebrate our little ones big milestone! The amenities were great like the use of their kitchen and stereo system. The tables were all set with linens provided. We brought the food and decorations and everything else was already set up ready for us to use. Jennifer is a wonderful communicator and was quick to respond with any questions we had. It is also one of the most stunning event venues I've been too. I'm so thankful to have this space in our community!

Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease, and the indoor ceremony space ended up being absolutely breathtaking. Jennifer went above and beyond, from setting up every detail perfectly to designing us a custom mirror and personalized decals for our wedding Jordans. It’s these thoughtful, unique touches that truly set her apart. We also want to thank Jenn York, the amazing owner of The Coachman. Jenn was incredibly accommodating, kind, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. She made everything feel effortless and was always there to support us with a smile. It’s clear that she cares deeply about every couple that walks through her doors. Thanks to The Coachman and their phenomenal team, our wedding was everything we imagined and more. If you’re looking for a venue that blends elegance, warmth, and exceptional service, this is the place. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

Our Son and Daughter have both had their wedding receptions here in the last two months!!! Both Jennifer’s have been so kind and extremely helpful! Accommodating is an understatement! On our daughter’s big day Jennifer’s help was effortless and so professional! She brought a real sense of calm to the whole day! Thank you both Jennifer’s for being so good at your job! I got married a little over a month ago at the Coachman and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this Venue was and how beautiful. It was such an amazing experience and so stress free working with the venue owner Jennifer York, she was so sweet and listened to everything I had dreamed of doing with my wedding. My wedding coordinator/planner Jennifer Brown was also so amazing to work with from day one all the way to the day of my wedding, I’m so blessed I found a place that truly made my wedding dreams come true. And having such wonderful girls to work with and be there if I had any questions. Thank you again for giving me the best day of my life & my husbands!

The Coachman is beautiful and unique. It has enough space to not feel crowded, but feel intimate. I love that is offers two beautiful restrooms and a kitchen. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Parking is easy. Aurora is blessed to have you.
