I went here a few years ago and was not overly impressed , but went back today and was wowed by the food! Most excellent salmon BLT and perfect crispy Brussels sprouts. Friend loves the Cobb salad. Excellent service, and impeccably clean . 👍🏻👍🏻

The place absolutely rocks! Highly recommend the Kobe as well as the Crabcakes! The owners treat you like a local and nicest folks you will ever meet! If you're looking for an excellent lunch or dinner? Looking to unwind with a few drinks? This is THE place!

Went here for dinner this past Saturday with my wife. The food was okay but the service was ls awesome. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was good, but the bacon was so squiggly and probably cooked for like 5 seconds. Had to remove it from the burger and took off most of the cheese as well, so it was really a hamburger. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and it was ultra garlicky and she could not finish it. The server though was right on point and I wish I got his name. Overall 3 stars for the food but 5 stars for the service. I would maybe go back again since it could have been an off night for the cook.

My son and I stopped here for lunch while in Webster. What a nice place! I had a burger and he had a chicken sandwich. Both delicious and well presented. The place was as clean as a whistle and our server Jayden, was very friendly and competent. A great experience!

Fabulous food every single time! Tonight I had the Mediterranean sea bass—absolute perfection. I’ve enjoyed several meals here, and every one has been outstanding. You might have to wait, but it’s worth it—so very worth it!

Our first time here, and a wonderful experience. The hostess went out of her way to seat us outside where we wanted to be. The server Joey was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was tremendous, especially my wife's pork chop. It was nearly 3" thick, cooked perfectly with a pineapple glaze. She said at first that she would never finish it, but loved it so much that she ate it all. Very nice atmosphere inside and out. We will definitely be back. Awesome dinner

Google
After an awful reservation mishap from another restaurant in the area, I called Cobblestone on Main in hopes they could accommodate my party of 12 last minute. They were able to make some arrangements and were confident enough in their staff to make it happen on a busy Saturday night. The fairly priced drinks were delicious and the food was exceptional. The service was outstanding and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant when that was far from the case. Anytime I’m in Webster this will my first choice and should be yours, too. Yelp
Good food in a casual farmhouse style restaurant and bar. Service was good. My salad was made to order and came out how I asked. Prices are on the higher side but worth a splurge.

Yelp
The food is DELICIOUS!! The skirt steak was so flavorful and the sauce on the soba noodles was perfection. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a crispy top and moist center. Not only the food but the staff is amazing. We went two nights back to back and had two different servers. They were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Next time I'm back in the Rochester area I'm coming back here.

Yelp
At its core, Cobblestone On Main is a great establishment with good food and fast service. The interior portrays a sophisticated restaurant, but that vibe is backed up by high quality food and an innovative kitchen. They take the staples, add a twist, and it turns out exceptionally delicious. They also focus on presentation, which is not something you can always count on at this price point. I'd highly recommend this place to locals, or those just passing through!

Yelp
Visiting from out of state, and I came upon cobblestone on Main. Fortunate for myself, Joey the staff was phenomenal. The food was hot and tasty. 5/5. Whether you're local or just in the area, you need to try it out Fabulous spot will come back again.

Yelp
So we went out mid week for a no cook night, we made a good choice. The Cobblestone is very quaint.. we both ordered this Steak burger mine medium his well done. It was perfect. Our server was very nice, not terribly attentive but courteous. We sat in their very impressive bar ,in a huge booth. I can't wait until the good weather to sit out side and watch people. We will be back.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The French onion soup was really good and the crispy chicken sandwich was excellent.

Yelp
Great place and atmosphere... food quality and drink prices way off. Had corn beef and cabbage... $28 a plate... so not worth that. They should go to Shamrock Jacks to learn about how to make that dish... Orange Tee shots...$8 per shot lol.... 6 shots $48.... lol.... for well pour. I will never go there again... Too bad bartenders were very good.

Yelp
It's been a while but disappointing to find they no longer serve their amazing meatloaf, I'm guessing there was a chef change since I last visited. I'll still give them 5 stars but they should consider bringing it back.
google avatar

Desanija S.

Yelp
I rank this place with 5 stars because I have lots of experience with restaurants. The bartenders are great they are generous on the pour every single time. One of the best HANG OUT places for me .I don't think u can judge my salad till u try it Courtney is my fave

Scott W.

Yelp
They don't accept reservations so get there early for a very nice dinner. The staff were perfectly attentive, the drinks were reasonably priced and the food was excellent. Please consider Cobblestone On Main for an altogether pleasant meal.

Yelp
A bit expensive but wonderful fish fries and burgers. Excessively busy from 5 to 7pm. Worth the wait.

Yelp
My daughter took me here for lunch. She had heard from a friend that it was good. They offered to sit us on a high top but being petite it is much more comfortable to sit at a table where your feet touch the ground! It was difficult deciding what to order because there were so many choices! I was impressed by the variety on the menu, but since it was Friday fish fry was the featured entree! I like my fried fish served with malt vinegar. It was very tasty and fresh! The crust was not as greasy as others. Very light and crispy! My daughter ate bacon cheeseburger which was also good with maple wood bacon! I would definitely return to try some other entrées!

Yelp
Hubby and I have driven by a few times and decided to stop in tonight. The Yelp reviews were mixed but the menu looks fantastic, so we decided to give it a try. Good sized crowd inside, but no wait for a table or seat at the bar. Saw plenty of staff working and the owner was on site. There is a parking lot on the side of the building and a door that will take you inside on the lower level of this two-story restaurant. There is a flight of stairs to get to the upper level & the hostess stand. If you enter from Main St., there is a ramp for walkers/wheelchairs although there are no automatic door openers. And, there is a handicapped parking spot directly in front of the building on the street. There are bathrooms on the lower level and bathrooms on the upper level. The ladies room is one person at a time. Decor was nice - mix of antiques and farmhouse. There is also a mix of booths, tables with bench setting, and high top tables. We sat at the bar where we could watch the game. Carly took great care of us and she makes a fantastic Cosmo! We started with the pork belly tacos, there were three so hubby had two and I had one. It was juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice (not too much). The flour tortilla held up well to the all the juices from the meat and the slaw. Would definitely order these again. We both ordered burgers and salads for dinner. I like the lemon vinaigrette dressing - homemade & fresh! The bacon cheddar burgers were tasty, cooked as we requested (medium), and a good size. The only thing I would change is to not dress the burger with the onion jam on the bottom bun. The bottom bun got very soggy and almost disappeared which is problematic when eating but not the end of the world. Maybe cut the bun so there is a thicker bottom? I don't know. I flipped mine over and no problem. All of the desserts are made in house as are the tater tots and many other things. Carly gave us the scoop but the Cosmos are now affecting my memory of those details lol. There were out of all desserts but we did see the last blackberry bread pudding go by and it looked amazing! We would dine here again no hesitation. Looking forward to trying dessert too!

Yelp
Got a burger and a chicken sandwich and shared! It was really yummy. Chicken and beef could use some more spices tho. We had a sangria and a spicy margarita, they were tasty! Definitely a must if you are in webster!

Yelp
Took the in-laws out to local place for dinner. It was not overly noisy, so communication was easy. We were sat quickly and had a nice relaxing meal. Steak salad was large and tasty, the men enjoyed their burgers and stated they were very tasty as well. My mother in law had the French onion soup and ate every bit. Definitely will go back again. Great experience with wonderful ambience

Yelp
I went to Cobblestone on Main with some friends for dinner. The burger was delicious and the fries were an interesting shape, but it worked. Our waiter was very nice, however we did feel a bit rushed by the person bussing the table.

Yelp
Fish Fry Friday, OH YEAH!!! Excellent haddock dinner here. This was the primary reason I came to Cobblestone on Main. The downstairs ambiance seemed to have a nicer air about it than the upstairs. Better decor, just a nicer feel to it. Enjoy them while they are young, they said - they weren't talking about my children, they're talking about my hips, back and knees! With that said, I do wish they had a host station downstairs and a few more parking spaces for those who hold disabled persons parking placards. Being physically challenged due to a history of traumatic injuries, makes it difficult to walk long distances across parking lots and go up and down stairs, and the fewer times I have to do it in a short period of time, the better for my back, hips and knees. When I got upstairs to the host station, they asked if a high top was okay - I said no, due to the physical discomfort associated with sitting at a high top. So they said "follow me" and back down the stairs we went. Ugh! I had just gotten up them. Food was great, atmosphere was great. Service was also pretty terrific. Our party of six seemed to have multiple servers. Water stayed full, in fact, pitchers of water were brought to the table. Service might have started out a little delayed but the attention we received from our servers was nothing short of fantastic after that. Looking forward to a return visit during one of my ROC trips.

Yelp
We went here last nite for the first time. Drinks are good but pricey. I had the salmon which was perfect. My honey had the bone in pork chop also perfect. Service was great! I watched as other dinners came out to be served... presentation was excellent!

Yelp
My friends and I stopped by to have a few drinks the other night. I had an $8.00 Black & Tan (reasonable) and my friend ordered a Gin & Juice. After ordering some food and sometime there after I paid and we left. Went I got home I looked at the receipt and discovered they charged $14.00 for the Gin & Juice. I thought it must be a mistake so I called and was told they make their cocktails with special ingredients to justify the cost. I guess inflation has hit Cobblestones. I know how much a premium (?) bottle of liquor costs and how many shots it yields. Glass was mostly ice so enough said.. Going back to see my friend Jay Speranza at Tony D's where I get a better value for my buck!

Yelp
Dinner was amazing!!! We each ordered the chopped Caesar salad. It was generous in proportion and not overly dressed, with plenty of sliced Parmesan and fresh croutons. As delicious and satisfying as the salad was, the entree was even better! Two of us shared the roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts in the most delicious and perfectly seasoned sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Same can be said for sprouts and potatoes. If I could have tactfully licked the plate of all the remaining sauce on the plate I would have. I must also mention our server, Ben. He was just the right amount of attentive and was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Looking very forward to returning!

Yelp
Excellent quality food . Nice friendly service. A bit pricey . Beautiful space. Nicely renovated

Yelp
The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal. We were visiting with cousins and appreciated that they didn't rush us.

Yelp
I really liked this place. It is centrally located and easy to get to. Staff was very nice and welcoming. My friend had the special of the day salad with grilled peaches, blueberries, and goat cheese. Which she liked. Would definitely go again.

Yelp
We went for my husbands birthday. We started with calamari which was ok. I had the meatloaf which was salty and dry. I returned that and got the pasta dish which was all grease. Husband ordered the very expensive ribeye which was meh. They didn't take the meatloaf off the bill so I basically paid for 2 awful entrees. A large bill with a disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Yelp
Open space area with both booths and high top tables. Server arrived less than 5 min from being seated so off to a very good start. For drinks, I started with the Peach Tease, peach vodka, raspberry iced tea, and lemonade. Tastes refreshing. Ideal for a summer night. Had the hint of peach and raspberry that pair well together. Mostly tastes like iced tea but you can tell there is a hint of alcohol. Grandma's Pumpkin Pie was a vanilla vodka drink with a pumpkin pie flavoring, and Kahlua. You mostly taste the Kahlua with the hint of pumpkin, which was not overpowering. I'll admit, the flavor overall reminded me of drinking a pumpkin scented candle, so I'd advise to try another drink. The fried calamari taste salty and savory. Crust was lightly crispy and the sauce was delicious but the calamari was good all on their own with their almost sweet meat. The Pout-tots is a take on poutine with cheese curds. Came with a side of warm gravy, ideal for dipping. The tator tots were ok still but then you bring it together with the cheese and gravy and that's when the magic happens. Forgot about the panchetta as they all fell to the bottom. No complaints; saved the best for last. This explains why the tots weren't as salty. If they salted the tots while keeping the panchetta, it would have been overkill. The swordfish entree had a citrusy blackened crust but when cut into, it was incredibly tender and juicy. Not overly seasoned to allow the flavors of the fish to shine through. It but like a medium rare steak. The hot pastrami sandwich is one of those sandwiches where you'll want to cut in half. The pastrami was thinly sliced and tender. The meat just falls apart as you bit into it. The horseradish sauce isn't overpowering. Just gives a slight hint so the flavors are not offensive. Definetly enough to take home as well, assuming you had an appetizer prior. Service was stellar. Portions were large; you'll bring leftovers home.

Yelp
This was.....special and sadly not great Some live thoughts: Really wanted to not believe the other low reviews we read going in. I historically don't review things poorly, only one other 1star review on this account and only 1 on my other before getting locked out. That was for sticky lips on Culver which was a disaster and then they closed... it's honestly likely a fault of mine that I have a halo effect when I go to places, especially newer ones. It started with empty tables but being told that there was a 20 min wait. Even though we were told a 20 minute wait the were 4 hostesses and recently vacated tables needing cleaning, but no one helped...not great. Then we sat down and gave our drink order and heard our waitress ask for bread to be brought to us, but the bread never came. Jeopardy was on tv, silent obviously, but closed captioning was off lol. Hey let's order! Let's have the prime rib and the crab ravioli! Nope, sorry we forgot to mention that those items plus 4 others they are out of. Another table asked for steak and cake...that was out too! We settled for ordering sandwiches and now have been waiting 30 min for those. Still no bread Quotes from my wife: "I should have brought mad libs" "We could play words with friends but I deleted it" (we downloaded it in the hospital while waiting during her induction for our second child" "Do you think they have this $200 bottle of wine or are they out of that too? CN you imagine if they ran out of that" "It's too late to just go somewhere else, they going to be able to serve us quicker?" Famous last words.... "This reminds me of your moms bday dinner (old sticky lips on empire) where they took 3 hours to serve us because they were out of everything" "I want another glass of wine but I don't want to give them my money for it" "Want to get desert from Wegmans? I'm not sure whatever they have will be in stock" Oh now they ran out of soup (750pm) Still no bread 756pm Table behind us makes joke to just add a crab cake to their salad because that's the only thing they have 757pm 801 table behind us is told that they are out of crab cakes 806 I told the other table to bail 806 server has her call center customer service face on. She knows this is a disaster 810 SANDWICHES 810 another new table who was sat about 10 minutes ago asked how long the wait is. THEYVE BEEEN SAT AND ARE STILL ASKING HOW LONG 811....still not here 815 food arrived 815 other table bounced after getting everything comp'd. 827 plates taken from table 828 never got our bread Alright, after all that my fries were undercooked and my steak sandwich was medium rare and honestly was mostly rare after being ordered as medium. For the time waited and invested in this place, incredibly underwhelming This was brutal. Absolutely brutal Our poor, poor server. I apologized to her for her own restaurants ineptitude and made sure she knew that we weren't frustrated with her at all. We definitely still tipped her because we aren't savages and this mess wasn't her responsibility. Restaurant owner: you lost out on the other tables entire meal and easily another 40-50$ from ours because of poor ordering and time management. With food and speed to service you would turn tables and not need the wait for customers all the while making more money. We will certainly not be back because of the experience and I feel horrible for your staff. Your building is gorgeous and has tons of space and potential. Do better

Yelp
It's a great space with a lot of seating in multiple floors. The salt bread with butter was a fantastic start. I ordered the peach tease cocktail which I felt was very sweet so I went with the sweet and spicy which was refreshing. All the food was delicious.

Yelp
This restaurant just opened. It's in the heart of the village. I was pretty excited to see another dinner option in the village. There are three rooms: the large main bar area, a small rear dining room, and a downstairs dining room. The main bar area is open, has high ceilings, huge windows, and has several different types of seating areas. This is a great place for a drink and appetizer with friends. Might be the best in the village honestly. The décor is nicely appointed. The back dining area and the downstairs area are darker and quieter. I would request this if you are looking for a more intimate setting. They have a lot of different options including appetizers/small plates, upscale sandwiches, and full dinners. Most options have a twist to them. We started with the poutine. It wasnt traditional poutine. The gravy is served on the side and tasted like real gravy. It was rich and not artificially thick. The potatoes were fried chunks instead of just normal french fries. The sandwiches are priced fairly and there are a bunch of different options. I opted for the shrimp boy. It was great and I would definitely order it again. My wife had the crab cake and prime sirloin. The steak was a little overcooked and not too flavorful. One side was different than what was on the menu. She said she probably wouldn't order it again. Maybe the sandwiches/burgers are they way to go. This was kind of a letdown. Kids meal came with an entree, two sides, and a drink. I'm pretty sure a dessert is included but we didn't recieve one. We ordered fruit as a side and it was a bowl of orange wedges (probably from the bar) that was forgotten when they brought out the food. Im guessing the waitress didnt known they were out of fruit. All meals are served with bread. Dinners include a soup or salad plus 2 sides. Portions were a good size. Overall it was a nice place and we would visit again. I went on a Monday night and it was surprisingly busy and lively. No wait since there is ample a seating.

Yelp
Another favorite to take clients to lunch! Great food, great service and excellent place to take clients!

Barbara M.

Yelp
I like the atmosphere and the food is quite good.....BUT..... I just don't understand why servers (including one who is an owner of the establishment) feel it is okay to keep the coin change when the customer is paying with cash. I paid cash for my meal and only received bills back for change. I was shorted $.55. Granted, $.55 is not a lot of money, but it's the principle and the fact that I work hard for my money. This has happened to me a couple of times at other restaurants locally. I just don't understand this entitlement.

Yelp
This is a MUST TRY!!!! The Homemade PouTots are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! They will bring me back time and time again.

Yelp
Food is outstanding at this busy Webster restaurant. Nice variety of drink choices and comfortable surroundings.

Yelp
Yay, a great new NON-CHAIN restaurant in Webster. This place is housed in a beautiful historic building. The restaurant furniture was custom crafted by a local Amish builder! The bar is spectacular! The staff delightful. It is nice to feel like you matter and they want to know your name. Gave me that "Cheers" tv show vibe! Let's get into it. Pou-tots! Poutine with homemade tater tots, homemade gravy and cheese curds. Holy Cannoli, my fave app! But Tomahawk wings are delectable too! Service with a smile and personalized. Fun atmosphere, clean, spacious, comfortable and a must try and return! Love it!

Yelp
I wrote such a detailed review...then the page reset and I lost it. Synopsis: Entire experience was incredible... - asparagus, tofu, tater tots were perfectly crispy - flavors were unique and wonderful - overheard raving about the calamari - Joey was awesome! - outdoor patio is very peaceful with lots to look at My husband and I agree this is our new go-to place in Webster!!!

Yelp
I've been here 3 times. I really want it to be great, and to succeed. IMO the issue with the menu is that it's fat on fat on fat. You've gotta cut the fat with acidity or sweet or bitter flavors. I got the "Totcho's" and you would think the big chunks of slab bacon would be a good add, but it's just over the top. I got the pork belly tacos and again it really needed some pickled veg or anything to cut through the richness. I got the BBQ bacon burger which was tasty and huge. One other minor bitch, everything is served on tiny plates, like the food falling off small. The appetizer plates had no concave and the sauce ran off onto the table. Why? My Daughter liked it here, I think we'll go again, I'll try to find something lighter.

Donna D.

Yelp
I was so excited to watch this adorable cobblestone treasure convert into an restaurant. Due to covid, it took me far longer to experience it than I had intended. A business luncheon finally got me out in public. :-) The space is adorable and the server accommodating for our group of 10. We stayed chatting and enjoying desert long after most folks departed, no pressure. So many items sounded delish, so I took a cue from some co-workers and ordered the romaine wedge with a crab cake. The salad was delicious! The balsamic and bleu cheese work together nicely with the romaine heart. The crab cake was served on top, although I ate it separately, it went along with the salad quite nicely. I will definitely return and order it again.

Yelp
Excellent service and food! The Bloody Mary was very good. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Cheryl F.

Yelp
Any food we've had here has been great! The specials can be interesting and very good...there always seems to be something special done or added ! The French onion soup is definitely one of the best in town, we usually can't resist! They definitely respect what most people want to eat but think outside of the box too...the salmon BLT one example, and it's so good. We had the tater tots for the first time recently and mind blown!! We were thinking your standard from the freezer tot and got a pile of deluxe house made crispy craggy deliciously seasoned monster tots...no ordinary tot will ever be the same again! We've sampled everything from sandwiches and burgers to dinners from pasta and risotto to seafood, chops and steak and haven't been disappointed on any level. Staff is friendly and great. My one and only complaint is parking...the lot isn't big enough and it's on a hill ,and Street parking on a busy day can be challenging...but obviously it hasn't stopped us coming there!? And it's in a renovated old building that has a homey charm all it's own...even the big booths are comfy and inviting . The nice big bar and high top area in front is nice too and there's still the huge TVs to watch a game...or separate dining areas up and downstairs for a different vibe!

Yelp
Lovely service. Food good as well. French onion soup was lovely and my salad and husband's burger were entirely acceptable. Best part were the cocktails: my Basil-themed drink was delicious. Pretty place too!

Yelp
Four of us went on Saturday. We waited an hour for our food. All four of us had cold food when served. Our brother sent his burger back , he asked for medium well, it was raw inside. Waitress said they are short staffed and apologized. Our brother got his money back. My salmon sandwich had almost all cherry tomatoes with little piece of salmon. When we got our check it took a while again for someone to collect our money. We finally left money on table and let one of the other waitresses know it was there. The reason I am giving this review is I hope they can improve their service , quality of food and lower their prices . It is a beautiful interior and exterior building and would like to see it be successful. There are a lot of good restaurants in Webster to choose from, hopefully this one improves with honest feedback..

Yelp
Nice spot for a date night! We LOVED the Pou-tots! I got the salad special and added salmon - delicious. My husband got the Tavern Hanger Steak, which we thought was just ok. But overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Went last evening at 6, reservations not accepted and sat down around 6:45. Beautiful main room and bar with an additional back room and two more dining areas downstairs. The menu was really inviting and difficult to chose with so many great options. Every order that went by us looked awesome and big. Prices were very reasonable. So much to chose of the firsts and handhelds that we really didn't consider the mains. My wife had the Garden Bowl salad $12 with a generous portion of salmon added $7. She usually orders similarly at other restaurants and said this was superior. Salmon cooked to perfection; crisp outside, juicy and tender inside. I wasn't super hungry and when I saw the size of some of the sandwiches I was considering; the brisket and also the Cuban, I went a different route. Ordered pork belly tacos and a bowl of French Onion soup off the firsts list. I was expecting 2 tacos and served 3 and they were great. A little bite from chili sauce and kimchi but not too overpowering. Pork belly was very flavorful. Soup was a big bowl with great flavor but missing some actual onions. Our server Emily asked how everything was and I told her soup was flavorful but missing onions. I had no intention of returning it but she insisted and brought back a nice replacement. Place has been open for 4 weeks and they appeared to be a well oiled operation. Great when you have an awesome server; thanks Emily. Also, drinks were good, I had a couple Mr. Smith's special manhattans, excellent $11. Definitely go back soon. One note to owners which I'm sure is on the way. Your beautiful patio could use some high tops and stools for enjoying cocktails before dinner. Quite the elaborate handicap ramp which seems to take a lot of room but it's probably a code thing. Good luck, the place is really amazing.

Yelp
Cobblestone On Main brings the village to life. It's fun and vibrant. If atmosphere matters to you, stay in the main front room. This building used to be a church and it's got the beautiful tall ceilings. In good weather, there is seating outside to get the sunshine. The history of Cobblestone buildings is fascinating and most all cobblestone buildings are in this area. It's part of local history! I usually get the romaine salad. It's fresh and the blue cheese is incredible. There is a wonderful drizzle over it. The food is good quality and you don't leave hungry. I've always been happy with the friendly service. It's top notch.

Yelp
Four of us had dinner there last night and it was excellent. Service was great and the food was super. Highly recommend Cobblestone on Main.

Yelp
-just had one of the worst experiences in a bar ever. Bartenders were put off by serving drinks. When we complained as we paid our tab, hell broke lose. We are a group of 60+ year old people, no bad intentions at all. One woman behind the bar told us to "get out of my fuckin bar". We did nothing wrong but complain about the poor service. The owner should be embarrassed.

Yelp
I hosted my Moms surprise 75th birthday party here in the private dining room. I can't recommend this restaurant enough! The staff, management and servers were amazing! The food was incredible! Thanks for making this such an amazing and memorable event!

Yelp
Impressive. I found the restaurant friendly and efficient. The food was delicious! The decor is beautiful and the sound system and music perfect. we will be back.

Yelp
Horrible experience. The bartender had no class and belongs in a college bar doing shots with students. He listened to our conversation and commented many times which was a personal conversation. When we requested the check the bartender refused to cash us out, (there were only a few customers). He was in a conversation with another employee and ignored our repeated polite requests for the bill. Just gave a dirty look and mumbled "yeah". The owner was behind/at the end of the bar talking with people and was oblivious to his bartender drinking on the job and being rude and inattentive to his customers. Bad vibes in this place. The bar decor is nice but the plaid 80's kitchen wallpaper in the dining room has to go. Never going back.
