I’ve been coming to this Coffee Bean location for about 7 years — probably around 15 visits total when I visit LV — and have always enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent visit around 11am was extremely disappointing. I was greeted by an unfriendly female employee who made me feel unwelcome from the start. I asked what was in the breakfast burrito since there was no signage and ordered a medium tropical iced tea but requested it in a large cup with extra ice (I even mentioned I wanted it diluted). She told me, “I gotta charge you,” with no explanation of why or mention of any policy. I wasn’t asking for a free upgrade — just more ice. I ended up paying $17 for my order and was met with unnecessary attitude the entire time. To make things worse, my friend asked for hot sauce and the staff actually asked, “Is this for you or for him?” When he said it was for himself, they responded, “Oh okay, we’ll give it to you.” Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. There’s no reason to treat paying customers like this — especially regulars who’ve supported the location for years. A little courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. Hopefully management can address this and ensure staff treat all guests with basic respect and transparency.

What a great little coffee shop. We grabbed some coffee before meeting up with family at a restaurant around the corner. :) Service was great, the Mocha blended was soooo tasty and the atmosphere was fantastic. Next time we are in Vegas we will be coming here!

Great service and atmosphere! I come here very frequently for remote work and to see the friendly staff. Frank and his entire team will serve you so well. I would highly encourage a visit and get your coffee here if you are in the Town Square area!

When you first walk in the store there’s a strong stench of garbage. The workers aren’t friendly and look bored and annoyed. When taking my order, I got so much attitude and I couldn’t help but feel like I was annoying them. I work in customer service too, so I totally understand if I was being too much but I was being friendly and nice to them. I went to this location three times and each time was horrible. I was helped from the same employee each time and each time I had a problem. I asked for no whipped cream this recent time but still received my drink with whipped cream. I get it, it’s not a big deal. I kindly ask the worker if they can just take it off real quick, there was no line and it wasn’t busy. She came back around and rolled her eyes at me when I asked. She then proceeded to wipe the whipped cream off my drink WITH HER FINGER. She handed it back to me smiling as if it was funny. No gloves, she didn’t wash her hands, direct skin on the drink. Not only is that a health code VIOLATION, but she was extremely RUDE. Never going back to this location. I can’t believe employees think this behavior is okay towards customers in a customer SERVICE JOB. I didn’t get her name but she was on the shorter side with curly hair. I hate being this person. I was just so flustered. I really hope they find peace for themselves so they no longer feel the need to be rude.

There’s a reason why I will drive from my house to the Green Valley location or better yet, an extra five or 10 minutes just to get to the Patrick/Rainbow location… No matter that it’s crowded and you have to pay for parking, I literally had the worst experience here tonight. and I hate coming here anyway, I literally just came because of their hours and I wanted to grab some drinks to take on a road trip. I ordered two drinks and for some reason one came out and the other one was fixed several minutes later after two other orders. This shop is really small but dirty, it’s clear they don’t pick up regularly. But the worst thing was the girl that was helping me was completely vacant , she can’t find a product that I was trying to purchase, and I must’ve stood at the cash register for 20 minutes waiting for her and her coworker to try to find them. Finally, she tells me a box of 10 Nespresso pods are $21 and I’m like there is no way. I just bought these products online for approximately five dollars a box and they are usually between $10 and $12 a box when not on clearance or sale. I even showed her two emails that confirmed my order from two days ago. Several more minutes goes by, I open the box to show her exactly what I’m purchasing and then she tells me slit’s over $12. Even when I just showed her that I had purchased them for less than five dollars a box! she literally made me stand there for 20 minutes, couldn’t she just take the evidence of the order from online? This was the last box of this entire product in their store and it’s clear that this product is being phased out. I tell her if you had told me ahead of time it was going to be nearly $13 for this one box, when I just bought seven boxes for $26 online, I wouldn’t have purchased it. she stares at me and says well you didn’t have to buy it. I said well I had to show you what I’m purchasing because you tried to charge me $21! She continued to mumble senseless crap and then walked to the back. Then her coworker followed her. I took my five dollar tip back and I walked out. I am never going to that store again, this is the last bad lesson that I need to have there. Oh, and the lemonade that I purchased? It’s all watered down and it doesn’t taste like their normal lemonade so they don’t even fix their drinks right. The Rainbow location is by far the best for the south side.

The beverages were fine: I had an iced tea and my friend had a coffee drink. Friendly staff & fast service. However, the music was way too loud. We literally could not have a relaxed conversation inside because the music dominated everything. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful ( cool and cloudy), so we sat at one of their outside tables and enjoyed ourselves. There is a cute little park/ play area right across the street and that added to the pleasant surroundings.

I bought two blended Carmel drinks. Didn't even drink a quarter of it and tossed it. It made us so dehydrated for hours. I watched them put like 6 big scoops of some powder in it. I will never order anything again there.

Google
We ordered three drinks; an iced carmel coffee, an iced chai, and strawberry blended drink. Everything was going great until we got our drinks and the chai tasted like water. I respectfully went and asked if it was possible to get a different drink and they told me i would need to pay the difference after already spending $20 plus change on the three drinks. I then talked to Irene(the supervisor on shift) and she told me that i then needed to wait in a line because i would need to pay the difference. They didn’t make the drinks properly and was going to make me pay the difference till i mentioned talking to a manager. Then she told me that i didn’t need to and made the drink I asked for after and was disrespectful about it.

Yelp
The coffee bean always has a cozy ambiance. It may be small but I can always feel like I can sit and relax with my drink. I tried their brownie and I actually liked it. And of course the coffee is always great. I have no complaints. Service is always great. The staff is friendly and always nice when I enter.

Yelp
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf makes delicious latte! You'll find them at Town Square Las Vegas, near Milano restaurant and right next to Mora Iced Creamery. Inside is warm, cozy, and inviting with a few seating and good music playing. Menu offers a nice selection of ice blended drinks, signature tea latte, cold brew, iced and hot tea, as well as breakfast and lunch items, snacks and pastries. I ordered a Cheese Danish ($5) for dine-in and it's nicely warmed up. The pastry is a little sticky and had a lot of cream cheese filling. It's definitely a big portion and you'll need plenty of napkins for this. I tried one of their seasonal drink, Hot Tiramisu Latte (medium 16 oz, $6.75), so comforting and delicious! They're able to adjust and make it less sweet, and I greatly appreciate it! Hot Tiramisu Latte taste wonderful, has whipped cream and sprinkles of dark chocolate powder, so yummy and amazing! Just a note, a cup of water is not complimentary at this location, and Liza mentioned it's 50 cents for a small cup of water. Service from Sophia and Liza is very kind, welcoming, courteous, and friendly. I enjoyed the Tiramisu Latte but it would be a nice gesture if they offer complimentary water for paying customer.

Yelp
Not for nothing...... but airport food is usually terrible. This place lived up to it. Bought fruit for my kid, garbage can worthy. Not ripe, brown strawberries and mushy blueberries. The service? Seemed like all the players but the one who helped us should've been there. The chick with the throat tats can get bent for real. The way she basically sounded like she asked for a tip instead of following the card prompt was bad, felt like maybe we all 3 misunderstood..... but after watching the place she repeatedly said was short staffed said we heard her. Being a small biz owner of 30 years, these are the type I toss out no warning. I don't care if it's short staffed l, nobody asked you to work the front of a food place in a busy airport around the holidays. The rest of the staff you can tell was under stress but pumping things out. Seemed convenient to forget our order and have us board late too. Got skipped over and 3 people behind us were served both coffee and bagels, plus I'm sure if we didn't walk up we would've stayed waiting. I timed the wait, 19 minutes for a toasty bagel with cream cheese. Whoever owns and manages this place needs to teach all the help how to run like a service line. Took me 3 orders to figure out how to make it go 3Xs faster. Happy Thanksgiving. Easy to be the first and last time at this spot. Ambiance? Airport.

Yelp
I ordered specifically a large cookies and cream with oat milk. I only got a regular and then I told them and the guy came and said well this is your only one so, it's yours. I tried to show my receipt and he disregarded it. Let's try focus on good customer service, especially when it's a $10 coffee!

Yelp
I hadn't been to The Coffee Bean in years because their coffee didn't stand out to me back then. But today I'm taking my words back. Ordered a cup of cold brew. It has good coffee flavor! It was great! However most of their coffee has milk and there's an extra charge if I want alternative - soy milk, oat milk, almond milk etc Parking is far from the coffee shop. If you're looking for a drive through or quick hop off the car and order. This location is not it. It's located inside of an outdoor mall. You do have to find parking and walk over.

Yelp
Outstanding Service + Refreshing Drinks Let me take a moment to give some serious credit where it's due. I stopped by Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and was greeted by Myles--an absolute gem of a human. His smile? Infectious. His energy? Immaculate. I came in wanting to try something different and had a few add-ons I wasn't sure about, but Myles walked me through the options with patience and confidence. Ended up with a Matcha Ice Blended (extra shot, cream cap) and an Orchard Peach Iced Tea (unsweetened)--both were light, refreshing, and hit the spot perfectly. What really stood out, though, was how Myles made the interaction feel personal. He didn't just take my order--he guided the experience. That kind of service sticks with you. The rest of the team was great too--efficient, coordinated, and clearly moving with purpose--but Myles was the standout. If management reads this: give that man his flowers (and maybe a raise while you're at it). He represents everything you want in a front-facing employee.

Yelp
I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. I ordered a light iced tea, but it was filled with what looked like half a cup of ice. I ended up having to buy a second regular iced tea with no ice, and I was charged extra for that, which I don't mind--just wanted the drink as requested. Also, I noticed that the cashier and barista roles were both being handled by one person at the time--a young woman with a nose piercing. I understand staff can be short sometimes, but it seemed like a lot for one person to handle, and the experience came off a bit rushed or maybe even irritated. Just thought you might want to know in case staffing or training could be adjusted in the future. I appreciate your time and hope for a smoother visit next time

Yelp
This is the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf that I visit the most often simply because of how often I shop at Town Square or go to Wise Guy's Comedy Club. I almost always get my drink to go. The location is super convenient within Town Square as it's right across from the lawn. If the weather is nice, you can simply go sit outside with your drink. If it's blistering hot like it usually is like 6 months of the year, you'll need to order to-go so you're not sweltering with everyone coming in to beat the heat indoors. Unfortunately this location is quite small and it gets packed quickly with people in line to order or taking up multiple tables. I've noticed people will take up two 2-person tables smooshed together, despite the fact there is only 1 or 2 people there. I've pulled the tables apart just so that others can utilize them. People are either not cognizant of others around them or they're greedy with the space. It's just too small to comfortably spend time chatting over a coffee. As a celiac, I am not aware of any foods that are gluten-free so I just stick to drinks.
google avatar

Diana W.

Yelp
In Town Square. Below Milano Restaurant/AMC side of Town Square. Decent wifi/bring laptop space for a weekday morning/day due to no one really around. Unsure how afternoons or evenings are here but imagine weekends to be packed. Small seating area of maybe 6 tables (fit 2). There are 2 outlets next to tables (that can fit 2 or 4ppl if put together). They are across the room from each other. If you want access, you have to be at either tables next to the outlet wall. Or you can bring a small extension and see if that table next to the outlet is willing to share. There are 2 gendered restrooms inside; no key required. There is outdoor seating too.

Yelp
This is a pretty busy location! It's right in the middle of town Square right next to Rachel's kitchen. Their service is adequate, but not always fast. The staff is extremely kind and very knowledgeable. This location is always clean and never has any issues with cleanliness. I've never gotten any food just drinks. I tend to hit this location pretty often

Yelp
I love this location, I go early in the morning and so there is never any waiting time and it's quiet and peaceful. The staff are always so nice and helpful and I find them very generous. They always give me used coffee grounds for my garden and they're always so sweet with my toddler when he is pretending to be a dinosaur and roaring

LN W.

Yelp
do not waste your time, effort, and good money at this particular location. I'm a huge fan of coffee, bean and tea leaf, but this location is dirty, small, crowded. You have to pay for parking. Their customer service is incompetent/vacant. And their drinks aren't even that good. By far the best location on the south side of Las Vegas is at Patrick and Rainbow, otherwise go to Green Valley.
google avatar

Jordan B.

Yelp
First off, I want to say i ordered a drink. Dry iced americano brown sugar with oatmilk, then we stood at the pickup counter and waited while everyone got their drinks but me. The lady with the mullet making the drinks was making everyone's drinks and not even paying attention to us trying to get her attention. Then I end up asking the male who works their for the drink and the drink was just sitting there and the lady had no regard or care, gave me a drink that has been sitting and not even acknowledging me. This is probably the worst service at a coffee bean. Don't recommend coming to this location.
google avatar

Kenny D.

Yelp
The drinks are good, service was alright, sit down area is clean, but staff could once in a while tidy up more than what customers do, meaning how they clean up after themselves considering some are lazy and don't really care about cleanliness after themselves..
google avatar

Tina W.

Yelp
We stopped by Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf after going to a game store. I believe her name was Belle? She had purple hair and piercings. She was so sweet and fantastic! Everyone here has been amazing and the coffee is great.
google avatar

Christina P.

Yelp
This is the worst Coffee Bean location in Vegas, I've been coming here for years and the service gets worse and worse. The staff are beyond incompetent, rude & unprofessional, especially the male employees. They blame customers for employee mistakes and are very combative & condescending about it. They close earlier than their closing time and say you can't order a blended drink because they've already cleaned the blenders. They close the bathrooms early too and start mopping around tables customers are sitting at.
google avatar

Corey N.

Yelp
Love this brand but this location makes it irresistible! Nestled in a bug shopping area that is like a mini upscale town of shopping, it is conveniently located with wonderful seating options inside and out. Did I mention the great products? I love the Iced Green Tea! I happened here the other day on a sunny day between rainy days. So relaxing with someone that was a great help getting my drink done well and quickly.
google avatar

Dani A.

Yelp
I am writing this review for the Coffee bean and TL located at town square. The quality of service and the overall demeanor of the staff here is absolutely atrocious. I've been coming here for years but the quality of service and the level of human decency has gone to dirt The woman that helped me today seemed looked so bothered and upset that I came in to buy coffee, she wasn't even looking at me in the eye. I tried to have her scan my QR code from the app twice and to use my rewards and she said "YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE" Ok. geez, I'm sorry!! Needless to say, I'm gonna be avoiding this place from now on. You should too. If you want rude and awkward interactions with people you can find plenty for free somewhere else.
google avatar

Matt P.

Yelp
Placed an online order to redeem my birthday drink. The pick up process was easy as my drink was ready when I arrived. It tasted like all the other places I've been to. Parking was easy as it's located in a large shopping center. I have no complaints whatsoever.
google avatar

Lennora A.

Yelp
0 STARS!! I'll never order from here or come here again, service need to be better. How is it that I ordered three items and only received the drink. The food items wasn't available so they asked if I wanted a substitute. I said no they still charged me for the items that I said I didn't want and wouldn't give me my money back because they said they already made the food but the food is premade. I ended up with a blueberry muffin that I didn't even order nor want.

Yelp
jessica was nice! i ordered a Green tea match frappe w/ oatmilk. Caramel drizzle in the cup with whip cream!! the green tea was so delicious and the most important it didn't taste powedery/crumbly.. it was so smooth and delicious

Yelp
We came on Saturday, 4/27 afternoon and the crew working was outstanding. Hazel, Leon, and Mary were sensational. Courteous, hard working, and true professionals. It was a wonderful experience. This team deserves the most recognition possible.

Yelp
I ordered a latte and they gave me a small, the manager is really rude services is horrible

Ashley B.

Yelp
We Always frequent the Towne Square Coffee Bean when vacationing in Vegas. This morning three of us ordered about $40 worth of drinks and food. After paying we noticed on the receipt some item pricing did not match signage pricing in display case. Frank said the pricing sign displayed wasn't updated for a price increase reflected in the system that i was charged. That's not my fault as a customer and should have been refunded the difference to reflect the price displayed. Frank offered me Nothing. Very Disappointed! Poor Customer Service.
google avatar

Grace T.

Yelp
This is the only place with the Vegan Banana loaf (yummy); ask to warm it. The manager and the staff are great even though it's busy and people can be rude. You can stop by and walk around the area. It's best to park and walk here than find a spot in front of the building. Warm ambiance and lots of space to sit outside. It gets crowded inside. I love this place more than any other Coffee Bean in LV. They make the Lattes just right amount of tea and milk. Perfecto!
google avatar

Yelp
Great little place with outstanding service and delicious latte and freshly brewed coffee. The place is conveniently located in the center of the mall. Plenty of places to seat and nicely decorated.

Yelp
The Town Square Coffee Bean is the coffee spot of Town Square. It is located in the heart of the outdoor mall overlooking Town Square Park. Since Border's Books went out of business over a decade ago, Coffee Bean is my goto place for coffee when I am in the Town Square. My drink of choice has been a medium drip coffee. They serve a quality to roast that currently costs $3.25 after taxes for a medium drip. From my experiences here, the one drawback is that the cafe is relatively small causing tables to fill up quickly during peak times. This is not a problem when my phone's battery is at a healthy level and the temperature is comfortable outside. However when the temperature is over a hundred degrees and humid, just like this past Labor Day, no seat occupancies is a problem. But on a nice day, I have enjoying sipping a cup of savory Coffee Bean coffee outside while taking in the sights and sounds of happiness at Town Square Park. Especially during the days of December where Town Square Park transitions into a Christmas Wonderland. Inside, the small space is comfortable. There are a sufficient number of outlets to plug a device into. My favorite table is the one overlooking Town Square Park. The clientele seems to be mostly locals mixed in with some tourists. To cater to the tourists, they have a rack holding the same free Las Vegas magazine that is prevalent on the Las Vegas Strip. I have never encountered a nasty employee here. And there have been more visits than the fingers on my hand. The Town Square Coffee Bean is my coffee spot of choice when I am in Town Square. However, after finding out that Rachel's Kitchen next store serves Peet's Coffee, I may patronize them when Coffee Bean is at full table capacity. Regardless, there is a very high likelihood that I will be returning here.

Yelp
Coffee shops are one of my favorite spots to do work. Even better if they're in convenient locations for everything else. This one is located right in Town Square and it's in the perfect spot for me. After I get some work done, I can head to the theater for a movie or to any of the restaurants nearby for food. Open early, friendly baristas, super clean, lots of chairs and tables. The drinks are fair price and standard coffee shop drinks. I usually get a frappe of some sort and have never found reason to complain. I think the only thing I don't like is that this perfect spot is far from me in Henderson, but I'd gladly drive out here any time. It's really a wonderful spot to work and chill, or people watch, then shop around and eat. Love love love it!

SauLing G.

Yelp
I love coffee bean inside the palms hotel and casino john always knows what I like to drink. He's awesome and smiles a lot and has great customer service skills. Also the GM is great too! The ambiance is very nice and great to see all the great food that they offer. Thank you

Yelp
First time at this location and the staff that was working 3/15/25 closing behaved absolutely disgusting. My children and I walked in around 9:15pm to grab some drink and sat down inside to finish our drinks. At 9:30pm one of the female employees began sweeping around our tables and ask my daughters to get up so she can sweep under the table which my daughters complained. She then proceeded to start mopping around and under us very aggressively, even mopping over our shoes and hitting the chairs with we were sitting in with the mop intentionally. Practically assaulted us with the mop. The staff then turned off the lights of the establishment at 9:42pm while we were still finishing our drinks. The hours posted online and at the door clearly stated they opened until 10pm and no one informed us that they were closing early, it just seems like they were intentionally trying to make us uncomfortable so we could leave. While the female employee that was cleaning up and acting unprofessional, there was a male employee behind the counter clapping at her behavior and saying "yes queen" encouraging it. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! We got up and left at 9:50pm and as we were walking out this female employee said to my girls, "finally!" and waved condescendingly. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Yelp
Great. Love the place. Great atmosphere and staff. Always get the Breve with carmel. Don't like the bean on top but that's their signature

Yelp
Pick up orders are regularly 20 min after it says they'll be ready. And if you ask about it they are condescending about it no matter how polite you are.
google avatar

Heidi H.

Yelp
Loved this cute coffee shop in Town Square! The coffee tastes better than some others competitors, it's not as bitter. They had a large selection of drinks to pick from. The sweet treats looked good for the next time we go. The girls were very nice & efficient.
google avatar

Angelica A.

Yelp
the one star unfortunately is not due to the location, but due to one particular associate who said her name was Liz (brownish blonde hair) I work here in town square as well and have been here multiple times. Another brunette and the gentleman who have helped me have always been polite and kind. Liz however, on 3 different occasions has been extremely short and rude. Truly makes me not want to go to the establishment anymore but is it the only coffee place in town square that isn't boba. I even felt so uncomfortable I asked her if i did something to her and she responded no. short again. I don't know what I did to Liz but I hope she can change her attitude for the betterment of this store. I too work in customer service and no how easy and far being kind can go.

Yelp
Always our coffee pit stop before we go back home to Cali . Super friendly staff. Quick customer service .

Justin O.

Yelp
Worst service I've ever received. First time I went in to purchase something and my partner had an undesirable exchange with the manager over a sizing order. It's not about paying for the larger size or the price of a smaller. It's the way you speak to your customers and offer solutions. There weren't any... I'll be filing a complaint with Town Square management as you're a representation of their property as a tenant.
google avatar

Debbie G.

Yelp
What a pretty central location in Town Square. I was waiting for my car to be tinted nearby and walked through the shopping area and stopped upon the store that was open in the morning (before 9am). They had a clean restroom, friendly staff, and the drink tasted great. The exterior had lots of seating and it was near the park area, which provided a nice view.

Edison P.

Yelp
Customer service was minimal. Honestly the other customers in the place were friendlier than the staff it self. Coffee was warm not even hot, also i asked for cream and suger and they added a ton of milk on top of the cream. They had completely forgot about half my order until i asked about it.

Yelp
Came in and ordered 3 drinks. Girl at register wasn't particularly pleasant. She had more of a idc attitude. She had her phone at the register and was actively messaging on it in front of me. Seriously? Not even a smile and I tipped her and no thank you either. So unappreciative smh other than that never had problems with drinks here.

Yelp
I discovered the Vegas airport shop on a layover a month ago (not sure I'm posting for the correct location). The chai was so good that I went home and promptly ordered a tin of teabags from the website. (When I discovered they are available on Amazon too I ordered more!) So I'm back today on another layover. This was my first stop when I got off the plane! And yeah, I bought another tin of bags, it's that good. (I'm stuck here a couple more hours. Maybe I'll try an iced chai for my next flight...stay tuned!) Shop is located near gate C25, last one before exiting terminal for ground transportation and baggage claim. It's a hike from most other commonly used SWA gates, but it's worth the walk.

Yelp
to restaurant, it was extremely busy and it took the employees at least 10 minutes to greet us. There was a promotion on the door of the business that said if new customer scan the QR code, we would receive 50% off our order. I proceeded to scan it and order two medium caramel "Frappuccino's" cashier asked for the payment and said at the same time one of them has been discounted and your total comes out to be $15 and some change. After getting a free drink, I still had to pay the price of two larges anywhere else I mentioned to the employee that he was absolutely raping me on the price and I would never return to this location again they said don't worry we don't want you back and I politely told them that they could rot in hell.

Yelp
I came in today to the location at Town Square. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and the staff had already turned off the lights inside and turned off the tea machine. I wanted to order 3 hot tea lattes. Well, due to the machine being turned off I was told the tea lattes could not be done hot and with loose tea. Instead I can have a tea bag in a cup with warm milk. Yeah, nope unacceptable; definitely not the best customer service. First of all, turning lights off and machinery too 15 minutes before closing is bad business. I've been to numerous locations in CA and never experienced this. As a matter of fact, all my experiences at CA locations have been superb. I expect the best service from all Coffee Bean locations. Sadly this location failed.

Yelp
The place that's got my favorite blended drink! I primarily go to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for one drink- the Hazelnut Ice Blended. While there are a good amount of this establishment around Vegas. This location is the closest to me, not to mention minutes away from the 215 freeway and fairly close to shopping (Arroyo Market Place- Close to the 215). So that's a plus. This location happens to be my favorite because it has a drive thru. The drive thru here is fairly small but it gets the job done. The workers do a good job of getting your order out fairly quickly. The few times I've been here recently the line for the drive thru were either short or non-existent. My go to drink is the Hazelnut ice blended. I usually get a large but if I'm sharing with my wife, they do have a size above the large too. I'm not too sure what it's called, but I usually just ask for the biggest size. The ice blended drinks are fair priced, usually play around $6 for the large. Which is more than worth it, especially once you take a sip of it. A big plus for me is that when my dog is with me, they acknowledge him too. They ask if it's okay that he gets a pup cup (and it's always a YES!) and my dog loves it. The pup cup is basically whipped cream in a cute little cup. Overall, I appreciate this location for its prompt service. I've always gotten consistently great service and my drink is always on point. Thank you for the pup cup for my dog and for everything you do. Best Ice Blended drinks ever!

Yelp
This was a great stop on a pretty warm day. We just wanted some basic tea and this hit the spot. The staff was polite and professional. The only downside was that we ordered larges and got x-larges. When we double checked the prices we had been charged for the x-lg. The tea was good, we just wish we had gotten what we ordered.

Yelp
8/26/2021 review ---------------- Even in this crazy Covid world we live in, it's great to experience a good cup of coffee with friends. Me? I ended up destroying the hot Vanilla Latte I ordered, while one of my friends enjoyed a Vietnamese Cold Brew. We arrived at like 5:00p, perfect timing as there was a steady stream of customers afterward - will be visiting again!

Yelp
Delicious!! I absolutely love the coffee bean. From the pellet ice, to the artifical pastries. Everything is always so savory. Today was no exception! I decided to try their Peppermint Mocha and found a new seasonal favorite!
