Coffee bean is the best! Dare I say they’re better than Starbucks (I actually believe they are). I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad drink from them, they’re always consistent. Unlike Starbucks. Their caramel blended drink with extra caramel is my go-to order. And they never disappoint! This location has always been good to me also. Never a long wait and the store is a nice size.

Coffee Bean is great. I like the drinks and the food more than Starbucks. The staff here are all super friendly and working hard. Melissa was especially helpful and friendly to me, she remembered me and my order, and that was a nice touch. The music and the overall vibe at this coffee bean is great too. I recommend this place for a nice place to sit and work and enjoy good coffee and a great staff.

Received such poor service today (Sunday, 10/12/2025 11:29 am). I came to pick up my mobile order at 11:29 am, which stated on my receipt that my order would be ready by 11:28 am. Ended up just standing there while the girls working there were just conversating with each other knowing that I was standing there waiting to be helped. I kept moving around to get their attention but were ignored the whole time. I even moved to the front of the register hoping to be helped but instead one of the girls just looked at me and told me that she'll get to me later, I moved again to try to get someone's attention, still just got ignored. But finally after standing there for 10 minutes I finally just blurted out my question and asked where the mobile orders were supposed to be picked up and they finally pointed to the area where it was. My drink that I had been waiting to pick up was just sitting there the whole time (the blended drink was pretty much already watered down). Now if only one of the girls had asked me what I needed help with mid their conversations while I stood there, they could have directed me to where my drink was right away and my drink wouldn't have just been sitting there for 10 minutes and I wouldn't have been just standing there trying to get their attention for 10 min! It was clear that their conversations amongst each other was more important than the customer and/or providing good customer service! I have no problem with the girls having conversations with each other while working but couldn't they have paused a couple of seconds just to ask me what I needed help with seeing as I had been standing there? It just felt so awful to just be ignored like that as a customer! Hopefully they get trained to give better customer service in the future! Also in my past experience whenever I have to wait to be helped, someone apologizes for the long wait!!

The drinks were amazing and I love that they still have a traditional espresso machine instead of an automated one! We came to visit from Ventura County and all our stores have been renovated in the district so it was nice to see all the wood grain, reminds me of when I worked for Coffee Bean a few years back! The Baristas here weren’t rude they just weren’t very welcoming? There was three just standing at the register waiting for us to order but yet they didn’t greet us whatsoever. We weren’t the only ones that they didn’t greet either, everybody after us they kept their interactions to a minimum which isn’t what you expect from Coffee Shop Culture! It really does make a difference in your customers days especially those who’ve worked in Food Service, just like your employees!

I don’t usually go for chain cafés and prefer to support smaller, local businesses but since there isn’t quite a local spot in Rancho Cucamonga that checks all the boxes yet, Coffee Bean has become my go-to. The space is one of its best features. It has a nice open layout both inside and outside, with plenty of seating that makes it a great place to study or get work done. The atmosphere is relaxed whether you’re indoors or out. The bathrooms are always clean, which I appreciate, and while parking is generally okay, it can get a little tight during peak hours. The staff has always been kind and helpful in my experience, and the drinks are consistently good. Sometimes they can lean a bit on the sweet side, but overall they’re solid and dependable. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sit, study, or just enjoy a drink in Rancho, this Coffee Bean is definitely worth a visit.

I stopped by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to get a latte after enjoying lunch at In-N-Out Burgers. I enjoy the smooth taste and texture of the lattes from The Coffee Bean, and today was not a disappointment. Our barista was friendly and the latte was tasty and silky smooth. Although I took my drink to go, I noticed how nice the indoor dining area was. The room is divided into a few spaces in a way that enhances conversation, work, or study. Nothing but good things to say about this location.
