Google
Nice place with nice coffee for catching up with friends, has many seats and choices of drinks and pastries. My sister and I enjoyed latte, cappuccino, and chocolate cake! If you want Tiramisu, make sure they have it thawed out from the freezer 30 min before ordering.

Google
This is a warm spot to relax and enjoy a conversation with family and friends. The food is in abundance and is WONDERFULLY chosen. I definitely recommend "The Coffee Scene" for your regular coffee to the gourmet coffee and Cocoa to Espresso 😋🤤. If you're from out of town, TREAT YOURSELF TO A GREAT CUP OF JOE 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡.

Google
We enjoyed our visit here. I love the spiral stairs and decor! It's quiet, cozy, and super relaxed. Our drinks and gelato were delicious! We will be returning often!

Google
The café itself identifies as somewhere to go when you need a mental relaxation. The vibe is amazing. The staff were kind, specifically one of the gentlemen serving me and my sister was super courteous. He informed us of all the deals currently going on and took the time to explain each coffee and what makes it special. Service you hardly can find elsewhere.

Google
If anyone knows gelato, its creamy and soft. Usually the gelato is shaped with a flat scooper. It looked like majority of the flavors were out for days. I am guessing the freezing/unfreezing causes crystals to form making the gelato hard. The girl scooping the gelato was struggle a lot to even get me my small gelato. They should just serve fresh flavors and remake old flavors. I took a picture that day and went back the next day to get coffee (which is fine) and saw that the same old flavors were put out again to be sold.

We ordered an iced white mocha and mocha java milk shake. Love my milk shake, very delicious. Definitely recommend it. The service was great to. Love the ambiance as well.

Google
The service, the employees and the pastries are top tier, amazing. The coffee? Not so much. As a quality coffee drinker, the coffee truly tastes like diner coffee. It tastes watered down. I ordered two different types of drinks this morning, a morning jolt and a latte with two shots of espresso and I was disappointed both times. The young lady at the window was super friendly and gave me no trouble to change my order but if you like actual coffee and not sugary coffee, this isn’t very suitable. They have a great relaxing space and ambiance but I can’t get past the coffee. It usually takes a few mins to make a latte, it took probably 1 min in total to get the drink out both times, which tells me their process to make a latte is probably not authentic, which could also explain how watery it was.

Brian Crouse

Google
Espresso here is a bit mid, since they give it to you in a larger than need be cup. -- I wish they just had european style shot-sized cups that keep it hot. The upstairs area being host to comedy, music and the likes is very nice. You happen upon fairly talented and supportive people up there. Gelato's decent as well.

Yelp
Went twice while In Fayetteville. It was recommended by my son so I tried it. Enjoyed the atmosphere & the coffee was good. Only negative was they had no gluten free items but overall I would return .

Yelp
This place is perfect for studying, having a meeting, or just relaxing with a good book. They have a wide selection of coffee drinks, gelato, desserts, and snacks. While they have a posting on the door saying no outside food or drink, I certainly understand however I've spent a lot of time here lately, hours at a time, I wish they offered better food options like a club sandwich, pimento cheese sandwich, or healthier food options. Just a recommendation : Publics and Harris Teeter Deli has subs of the day, maybe incorporate those in the food selection, might can make a decent profit splitting a 12 inch into 2-3 and selling for $4-5. Staff is very friendly, and the vibe is great.

Jarrett M.

Yelp
Not sure who the girl working the window this morning 9/5/24 but she didn't bother saying goodmorning, shoved the card reader in my hands for me to have to scan my own card and expected to leave a tip, jokes on her I didn't. Proceeded to hand me the drink then slam the window at the drive through closed. For 7$ and some change.. I could have got way better customer service and a better quality drink at Starbucks or 7 Brew. WILL NOT BE RETUNING.

Dennis C.

Yelp
Go to place for a quick cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Great service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kerwin T.

Yelp
Staff is super friendly and accomodating! Enough tables for digital nomads working in cafes ( PS. Bring jacket as the AC felt like jmin full blast after awhile) Coffee / Espresso. Ordered a double shot and i saw they used the dual spout portafilter and share that shot with another drink. Im not sure why, but my espresso is not that good. ( This is just my opinion on espresso prep and taste)... Overall still ok if you not that picky with espresso quality

Yelp
This is a nice coffee shop. Very interesting decor with tall, marble topped, tables, comfy couches, and a few upholstered chairs. The menu has quite a few hit and cold beverages ranging from coffee and teas to lattes and cappuccinos. They offer hot coffees and chilled coffees, but they do not offer Frappuccinos. Also available are some tasty snacks. There are brownies, pastries, quiches, sandwiches, Gelato, and yogurt. I like this location because it offers an elevated area to sit and relax with my beverage of choice that is out of the traffic area of the ordering counter. I haven't been to the other locations, so I don't know if this is the only location with the upper seating area.

Dani N.

Yelp
This is one of the few larger cafe options in Fayetteville that has plenty of places to sit, plug in and work. Their coffee, however is far from spectacular, and don't get me started on the quiche... Their employees are 5 stars, though, all very sweet, hardworking (from what I saw) and knowledgable on the brand. I believe Coffee Scene is a corporate style chain that "brews their own coffee," and sells in shop. They had a variety of different flavors ranging from White Russian to Jamaican Me Crazy. It reminded me of a very American grocery store coffee selection where they try to sweeten and cream everything up so it tastes like dessert instead of coffee anymore. The offered all hot coffee, chai, hot coco and espresso options. Though, if you are pretty familiar with espresso drinks and have a regular go-to at your local cafe, you may want to clarify with the staff on how they make said menu option before closing the deal. I ordered a small macchiato and asked minimal milk and they gave me a huge (grande Starbucks sized) cup that taste like hot sweet milk with a splash of coffee flavoring. I went back up to the counter to make they'd given me the right order and they told me that's how they make their variation of macchiato. They were very sweet and offered immediately to replace my order with something more like what I had in mind, no charge. Even the replacement drink wasn't that tasty and gave me some pretty bad heartburn after. That in combination with the quiche... I thought I'd be somewhat healthy, avoid the muffins and pastries and ordered a homemade veggie quiche. First off, I think there may have been a sliver of spinach with a pepper chunk the size of my pinky nail, as far as veggies go. Second, could I have some egg with that cheese? Oh my gosh I've never seen more chunky, layered, greasy cheese on an egg dish in my life. Call me "granola," but I dabbed 4 napkins on that thing to try and soak up the oil and it was still dripping at the end. Needless to say I got bad heartburn, it didn't mix well with my ill tasting coffee and I was definitely let down at the quality for dollar amount. If you're a Fayetteville local, this may be one of the few large spots to meet with groups for study sessions, meetings, etc. and I'd say it's a nice-isn venue for that. However, I wouldn't really recommend for anything else. Their gelato bar looked visually pleasing so that could be a hit, but other than that, especially if you consider yourself a coffee connoisseur like myself, this isn't really the place for you. I'd say 2.5 stars but customer service experience made me round up to 3.

Yelp
Earlier today we went to the drive up window. The order was for two iced mocha coffee drinks and 3 steak and cheese bagels. I also asked for a 16 ounce French roast coffee. I don't know why this seemed to cause a problem... When we got to the pick up window, there seemed to be an attitude problem...I was told "I got you the house coffee... it's cheaper"! So, she closed the window, and 3 seconds later, reopened the window and handed out a coffee...It turned out to be NOT French Roast... We just couldn't imagine why we were treated in strange, impatient and rude manner. My niece said that we had to try this place, because it was exceptional. And I don't mean to belabor the point, but the experience sucked!! If you have a menu item that is too difficult to provide...then, perhaps you should discontinue it...and not substitute French Roast coffee with rude nasty behavior.

Adam S.

Yelp
I am updating my review of this place to reflect the following: The facility is poorly maintained. The drinks are overpriced and underwhelming. I have frequented this place for over 8 years and just recently has it gone downhill. I have tried to remain loyal, but have now been forced to take my business elsewhere. The regular patrons are seemingly nice, just like the appearance of the place. It's all a facade. Roaches inside and out. Broken seating, faulty equipment in the restrooms causing incidents like water leaking from the electrical outlet. There is broken equipment and missing equipment on the patio, and do not inquire as to the last time it was really cleaned. This place used to be ok. Used to. They can't even update their hours... see the photo. And nothing is posted on the door. Save yourself the money and time and just go to DD or SBucks.

Sergii S.

Yelp
They brightened my visit to Fayetteville with all those flat one story franchises and plazas. Amazing place with character, great staff and beverages

Carlos M.

Yelp
Great Staff and awesome coffee! This place was highly recommended by a coworker of mine and it did not disappoint.

Charles N.

Yelp
Nice, comfortable coffee shop with home like feeling, friendly people, great menu choices, with inside and outside seating ( with Shade ), on Downtown "Hay street". Coffee shop is on the first floor of historic "Prince Charles Hotel", near lots of parking close to city hall and airborne-Special forces Museum. Opens early like 7:00 a.m.

Rahul K.

Yelp
Excellent coffee and gelatos. Went there twice now. Nice service. will be going again.

Sanad A.

Yelp
I love this place. It's great for hangout and/or studying individually or groups. They have two levels with chair and couches and also outdoors seating. I feel most of the time the outdoors seating is used for smokers. The drinks are great and they have some variety of sweet and savory options. I tried the quiche which is really delicious.. for Sunday nights, they have some music. Which is great but if you are studying not so great

Gibbs F.

Yelp
I'd give it a 3.5 but can't. It has lots if. Coffee flavors and variety, seating upstairs. Downstairs seating, not much and the one couch not comfortable at all. Cheesecake wasn't defrosted all the way, got seasonal mocha peppermint Coffee but tasted no mint and wish it was as hot as I like. Parfait should be a little bigger. The reason I still give it a 4 is the quiche. I'd definitely go back, but I'd be more basic with my coffee and so far, stick with the delicious quiche.

Steve S.

Yelp
Great little coffee shop. Ample seating inside with eclectic collection of seating upstairs and down. Nice vibes, friendly staff and most importantly, great coffee.

Hilary R.

Yelp
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible health hazards. I would not pay one more cent to this organization because of the service I received. I ordered two mochas for my husband and I. And the whole time I was in line I noticed the milk was outside of the fridge. Also 2 whip cream bottles. All dairy products that should be refrigerated. After my drinks were made I kindly asked how long the milk had been out of the refrigerator (because Bacteria will grow if left unrefrigerated) and she responded "not long because we go through them quickly" and I responded "okay I just ask bc I don't want to get sick so I just thought I'd ask" and she replies "well if you don't like it you don't have to drink our coffee" !!! Coming from a person who used to manage a franchised coffee shop, I know health hazards when I see them and definitely do not appreciate the rude response. She was a white young blonde girl. My mocha wasn't even properly mixed in either. Horrible barista skills. In the future they should put it back in the fridge after using instead of leaving it out for the next drink over and over again. That's how ppl get sick!

Brianna Faith M.

Yelp
My favorite coffee place in town. They have an awesome seasonal menu for most holidays and seasons and the gelato is delicious. I love that they have so many pastry options and the inside is cute! Saturday's they have buy one get one free gelato! Little coffee and gelato dates are a new thing for my husband and I. Edit: I've been coming here a little over a year and have noticed a huge downward spiral in the customer service in the last couple months. This place used to be very friendly and nice but in the last few months I've seen a lot of negativity from the employees. Especially this older woman that works here. She's been the worst; is always rude and scowling at customers. I've even heard her gossip about other customers to people standing in line. I don't know how to describe her other than she wears a head wrap, is short and mean looking. I really hope the attitude twards customers improves because I would be sad if that was the reason I stop going to what used to be my favorite coffee shop.

Daniel N.

Yelp
I have been a long time patron to this coffee spot since I was a teenager back when it was in the Westwood shopping plaza. I have nothing bad to say about the service or quality of the food and beverages, the atmosphere is nice as well. I do not like the location as opposed to the old spot in Westwood. Being right next to Morganton road does give them more views from the main road but if you want to enjoy yourself outside it's very hard with the loud traffic. Being on the intersection of Morganton and McPherson Church road is a prime location though, so much traffic for their business. I recommend anyone to try the shake with the espresso beans or the morning jolt. Don't get me started on their gelato...good variety and delicious. Check out the open mic nights if your a fan of acoustic music and poetry!

Nadia V.

Yelp
Ok so the baked goods are gross, the coffee drinks are below average. The only reason to come here is to get a quiet workspace or the gelato. The gelato is actually very very good. Not the best, but very good. The rest of their offerings are gross tbh.

Cierra G.

Yelp
This is definitely my kind of coffee house :) This place is located off of Morganton, across from BB&T, Hardee's and Food Lion. You actually have to pull in behind Carrabba's to get to their parking lot. There is covered patio seating, with outlets near almost every table. The eclectic decoration on the inside is ideal for a coffee house: warm, welcoming, kind of dark, and relaxing. There is seating downstairs and upstairs as well, which is where I sat. I was greeted instantly by the cashier and upon noticing that I was undecided, she politely informed me that she would give me some time and come back when I appeared ready. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a salted caramel latte (this was so good)! The blueberry muffin was the right amount of yumminess (I know this not a word). The latte was just hot enough and sweet enough. I sat on the cute couch, that sits at the top of the stairs, plugged in my laptop and enjoyed my visit. I will definitely return!

Yelp
There are two reviews from and Adam S and Annamarie B. These two reviews are made because they are disgruntled and upset because as they sit and take up space with drinks from other establishments when there is a sign clearly posted that says "No outside food or drinks permitted" means that they are loitering. The reviewer Adam S. clearly states that they get their coffee from the gas station, this clearly means that they don't want to patron this place. The reviewer is acting childish because they don't want to spend money at an establishment that they want to use the facilities to "see their friends and people". Also, this is a business which is open to make money, where is the problem with being open to make money because that is what they are open for. Annamarie's review is also posted after a confrontation with management stating that drinks from another place were not accepted. You're using a place of business for a free hang out.....loitering. If you are stupid enough to believe these bad reviews that's on you but you can see that they are from moronic disgruntled wanna-be customers that think it should be a "hang out spot". What are you? I'm high school? I left this high school bullshit in the '90s. The only "bullies" on the patio are the self proclaimed "regulars" that don't spend money at an establishment open to make money. If you don't agree with their narrative you are the enemy and they talk shit about you behind your back and act like elementary school children. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. I've been frequenting this place since I was 16 and yes the coffee has changed but suppliers and issues with supplies during the current global pandemic. Don't let petty childish antics turn you away from a place that will allow you to get away with a lot of things such as spending 4 years using their facilities with barely spending a dime here.

Yelp
Hello again! You know the interestederesting piece in this all, is that I made a review 2 years ago. And here I am again, experiencing the same encounter with the same young lady. I also told her that her attitude is the same as 2 years ago. Shame. Who runs this establishment because clearly they are rude and careless about patrons. Unless maybe your a particular race or an adjustment to their kind. Because it's no sense of comfort whatsoever. Grant it the gentleman was cool. I thought he would serve me but the lady came out of no where. Which was cool but unbeknownst to me I'll have the same encounter. And what made me recognize her was strangely the poor service and attitude. Then it dawned on me it was her. Same poor performance. Because she served me a hot cocoa that was not hot. I had to request one that was lol. Anywho. Life's good. This place isn't. Choose wisely. It's been 2 years for me and same solution. Happy holidays. Oh and it's the young well not sure if she is young but she wore all black and Caucasian and works the front obviously. It's been 2 years so it's the same chick. Can't miss. Maybe some training would do as I suggested in 2021. Will not see you in 2024.

Yelp
RUDE BARISTA! I went through the Drive-Thru yesterday. When they asked me to sign the tip line on the receipt, I didn't out anything because there was a tip jar on the counter at the window as well, and depending on the service, was going to put a tip in there because I had cash on hand. The barista who handed me my drink was a female with dyed dark hair, edgy makeup with eyeliner, and gauges in her ears. I handed her back the receipt, and then she went to get our drinks. It took her about 10 minutes for 2 drinks and a scoop of ice cream. When she came back, her attitude had drastically changed, she handed me our drinks. When I asked her for a spoon, she grabbed it, fumbled it, and then under her breath said,"and no tip?" She completely blew it with the bad attitude. She was extremely brazen. A bad attitude and being rude to a customer over a tip that she would have gotten if she had been able to maintain her composure over $2.

Yelp
The Coffee Scene has all the items you want in a coffee joint. It needs to feel like an extension of your own living space, a room away from home to study, relax or be social with friends. The Coffee Scene has all that - great coffee and tea options as well as gelato and other baked goodies... Great seating options, comfortable atmosphere and always friendly staff. Truly the coffee scene in Fayetteville...

Sam O.

Yelp
Stopped by to grab an afternoon coffee and we were so glad we stopped in! Felt like we stepped into the set of friends with it's super warm and quirky ambiance. We got a latte, cappuccino, and a croissant. The latte and cappuccino were great and a plus is that they have a ton of sugar free options to choose from for flavors! The croissant was eh so I would stick with just the coffee next time. Looking forward to going back. Side note- a great place to get work done with plenty of outlets, couches, and internet!

Rachel H.

Yelp
Always delicious... The gelato, pastries, and coffee are all great! Lots of options and the convenience of a drive thru! Great for a solid start in the morning or a sweet evening ending.

Brittany E.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised. I normally don't like to try new places for a chai latte bc it either ends up super sweet or no flavor. I didn't love that it was almost a dollar more than it would've been at Starbucks but the flavor and service were on point.

Casey F.

Yelp
I love this place! Mostly because they have a TON of sugar free options. There coffee is so good and strong and I usually get some kind of latte or a macchiato. They're always kind and fast. They have never gotten my order wrong.

Rachael R.

Yelp
I'm not sure if they've had new hires since the other posts about bad customer service. I came in on a Monday afternoon at like 2 when there were people inside, but not backed up lines. The barista with the pink hair greeted me and seemed friendly. I also popped in on Saturday when it was busier. While the barista with the pink hair had seemed friendlier during the slower shift, the evening ones didn't seem rude or anything. The coffee was OK. The gelato looks great, but I can't try it for dietary reasons. There's plenty of upstairs, downstairs and outdoor seating. The only thing was I didn't see any posted signs of the WiFi and that was the whole reason I came in on Saturday was to get some work done. Because of being on a time crunch for work and then being busy, I didn't have time to ask someone and ended up having to use my own cellphone data for a hotspot.

Alison M.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Plenty of parking - a drive-through if you're in a hurry - or you can go inside where it is spacious and has seating both downstairs and upstairs in a very inclusive coffee-shop hang out way. They had tons of delicious fresh gelato and we sampled probably half the flavors they had before we made our choice. The gal helping us was friendly and at no time acted put-out or upset about it. She was a sweetheart. The gelato was really good - like REALLY - and they had a special where it was buy one get one free so we were able to get 4 different flavors! You can't beat that! It was late so we didn't order coffee - just the gelato - but they had some pastries and quiche items that looked delicious for breakfast or earlier in the day as well as the usual coffee drinks you might want. Not only was there a ton of ample seating inside, but they had a nice patio outside as well some people were sitting on hanging out. They also have a drive-through! Win! This place is awesome and I wish we had one back home where I am from! Dayum! A great coffee shop like this is hard to find in some places - trust me!

Okpahrah F.

Yelp
A young lady snatched money out of my hand, after frequenting the store for several days and getting an Americano w/milk, in this day that exact request was questioned by the attendant. No matter what was asked she spoke over me. Then she said this is a coffee shop we make anything. Once the order was correct I handed her the money and she snatched it. I reported it to a manager to no avail. In fact the manager of the store looked at me as if I had done something wrong.

Heather S.

Yelp
Hip little coffee shop that my friend and I popped in on today. Grabbed a white chocolate mocha and a slice of banana bread. Not too bad. Coffee was flavorful and made to my specifications. There's a cute little seating area upstairs and a few tables downstairs. This place actually has a pulse to it. Lots of energy. Lots of people. Definitely a nice coffee shop where you can chill.

Steffi Z.

Yelp
The coffee is subpar, the service is good or meh depending on who serves you. Ambience is pretty good. A good place to study or have a coffee date with a friend.

Lia C.

Yelp
The coffee shop was really nice with lots of places to sit both inside & outside. From the moment we walked in we were greeted & asked if we had any questions. The guy was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. They had ice cream, pastries and even speciality drinks. We sat on the couches and there was places to plug up if we needed to. We would definitely go back & recommend to anyone.

Christina W.

Yelp
A tad on the pricey side but this is THE coffee shop in Fayetteville. The only one that has actual open mics that we've found so far (Sun and Mon evenings around 7pm). I plus is the gelato bar. Coffee is made good and strong, lots of comfortable seating upstairs and on the lower level. It seems they also have a drive through which is kind of odd to me but whatevs, it's a popular and happening place!

Jared P.

Yelp
I'm always greeted with friendliness, exceptional service, and good coffee! The lady with the bandana is always sweet and brings a pleasant atmosphere to the location.

Hiro T.

Yelp
Reading other reviews, I was a little worried that the WiFi would be a little lacking, but I've found that on average you get about 60 Mbps here. Maybe they've recently upgraded their internet. The shop itself is pretty average. They have a lot of tables, but unfortunately, there is a shortage of outlets. As other reviewers have previously stated, the prices here are a little expensive, but they do have a lot of items including gelato. I have not yet tried the gelato, but I will be sure to update my review once I have. I've pretty much just stuck to their House coffee, which is a Columbian coffee with a pretty one-dimensional coffee flavor. Overall, a pretty average place that isn't bad for studying, if you can get a table since there are often a lot of people on the tables.

Brie L.

Yelp
This place never disappoints. Sooo much better than going to Starbucks. The inside is perfect for studying or lounging around meeting up with friends. They have WiFi. I come here all the time to study. They also have a patio outside where you can bring your dogs. Coffee is great many flavors to try. Highly recommend the vanilla bean frost.

Heather H.

Yelp
The atmosphere of the place was very cozy and eclectic. Lots of different coffee and tea options, and all the baked goods looked amazing. Settled on a iced latte with vanilla syrup as well as a slice of banana bread and a cannoli! Everything was mad delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful since it was our first time! Definitely will make a point to come back next time I'm in Fayetteville!

Grace P.

Yelp
It's very nice having a locally owned, drive thru coffee shop that has the same hours Starbucks does. Coffee Scene offers mostly everything you want in a coffee shop- chill vibes, lots of tables and outlets, couches, an upstairs, and good selections of foods. A good location to go on a date with somebody or to meet for a group project. However, they were lacking two big things that make a local coffee shop stand out: good coffee and friendly customer service. For what I paid, I feel like I could have gotten at Dunkin. Not to mention, the lady taking my order had a negative energy the entire time. A great place to hangout, but wouldn't rave about the coffee.

Chantia V.

Yelp
Very nice coffee cafe. I have been looking for a spot since I've moved here about 2 months ago a place to relax and not be bother by the commercialism of a big franchised company. The ambience is welcoming and relaxed. They have a full spread of bake goods, sandwiches, and house made gelato. It was busy when I arrived but the staff was nice and even upgraded my beverage. Each day of the week they have some sort of event that allows the community to meet and socialize togther. I personally haven't been to any but their Open Mic night is one I look forward to attending. I think I may have found my new spot

Savannah F.

Yelp
Megan and Pam are hands down the best baristas! They are the reason we skip the drive thru sometimes to go in and talk to them. Extremely friendly, they always have a smile and encouragement to say!! Love it!

Dinah G.

Yelp
This is our go-to place to grab a hot chocolate and treat. It is relaxing with a serene atmosphere and lots of comfy couches and chairs. There are a variety of sweets to choose from buy they also have Quiche. The staff is friendly and laid back.

Drea W.

Yelp
We stopped here on date night after dinner. The relaxed, homey atmosphere was soothing as was the Italian deserts and coffee we had. The latte and cappuccino, the tiramisu and chocolate cake were the perfect end to our valentines date!!

Anna V.

Yelp
Really neat local coffee shop we visited for the first time today. The atmosphere is awesome and service was friendly. Lots of room to sit and chat or study downstairs or much more seating room upstairs. Great place to grab dessert too, they offer gelato and lots of pastries as well. We had a morning glory muffin which was pretty good. The frozen and iced mocha were both delicious. Great selection of coffee options from lattes to different brews to specialty frozen and iced drinks. Only negative was the pricing. Way too high. We had a large iced mocha and a medium frozen mocha and a muffin and spent $15. Great for a treat now and then but couldn't afford to make this a daily habit. Happy to have found a new local coffee option while I'm in town.

Nick L.

Yelp
Unfortunately this is the only good coffee shop to do work in, in town. Every other place either isn't great sitting, or has no where to plug into. (aside from Winterbloom but that's tea). This is not the reason for 1 star, but for starters their coffee is terrible, they have good gelato, and other beverages, but they have great quality beans, baristas -- at no fault of their own -- don't know how to steam milk properly, they put whipped cream in their mochas... (meaning they don't make any real latte's or espresso based drinks), and no I'm not a snob, just a former barista that understands the difference between coffee, and mediocre fluff drinks. All the workers are great! Very nice... except for one that is -- I'm it's the reason for the other reviews of bad costumer service. Here's the reason I gave it one star: The manager is an absolute bitter, passive aggressive, jerk. She has no patience for her customers, and this is the second time being here where she's been blatantly rude to me. A couple years ago some friends and I sat down and were talking enjoying ourselves, and as we talked about what we were going to order, the manager (that's been here for years), walks over and told her we "have to order something or get out." We said "okay... We're planning on ordering," she responded with "Okay well get up, you need to order now, otherwise I'll have to ask you to leave." She didn't know us, she had never seen us, we had been sitting their for 5 minutes talking when she came up to us. I didn't go back for months because of that, but because this is the only place you can do work in and drink coffee, I still come here every once and a while. The other time was just recent and she was just being super rude and demanding telling me where to stand in line and stuff. She's been rude when asking for wifi. She's just usually not very friendly, nothing against her, and I don't have a problem if she's not being overly friendly, it's just when she's nasty or rude to her customers that upsets me. Aside from that I'm sure she's a fine manager. It's uncalled for and I hope she reads this review and makes an effort for an attitude change... I wish her the best, but I just got reminded of why I stopped coming. I'm going to Winter Bloom and Le Claire's from now on.

Yelp
My fave coffee shop in Fayetteville although I tend to use the drive through more than the indoor area! I love their cappuccino frost blended coffee and their cappuccinos and lattes are also delicious! The staff are always smiling & friendly!
