London’s Best Caribbean Street Food | Jerk, Roti, Curry Goat, and More - Eater London

"Though it’s Caribbean Kitchen, the stall proudly proclaims its an “Afro Caribbean Kitchen,” and with this serves a wide range of Afro foods from around the world. In addition to Jamaican dishes like curry goat and ackee and saltfish, homage to Afro food of the American Deep South produces mouth watering options like the newly honed grilled lobster, that can be plated with jerk chicken in a incredible surf and turf option before being saddled with rice, plantain and mac n cheese. Those with time should find a place to sit down and get up close and personal with the dangerously sweet waffles and maple syrup glazed fried chicken." - Riaz Phillips

Was checking this place out on my way from work and greeted by a very enthusiastic man working there, he built rapport with me and I thought let me give this a try. Ordered reef n beef burrito with chips n guac all for £17.49 (ouch) Minuscule guac dip and had to buy more tortillas (doritos) and coke as there were charging £2.50 just for a Coke. I work in covent garden and that's tourist prices. Unfortunately the burrito was not up to par, I've had chipotle and that's a let down and now this. Very unfortunate as the staff were very nice and friendly but food was a let down. I thank the two men who were very friendly but the burrito was atrocious and guac lacked any flavour.

What a fab concept! I went there to try Mochiya (which were amazing), and the overall process was great! Order from different places, your order is ready in a few minutes, you pick it up, and enjoy. I got the matcha and mango mochi, and I loved it!

Really new cool concept as you can order in one place from different food outlets. Everything went smoothly, food was super fresh, easy to collect from the lockers, fast… we tried Neat Burger, which are vegan and so so good. Caray Mexican food, the burritos were next level. And Maroon kitchen Afro-Caribbean, amazing flavours. Really loved the practicality of this concept! Definitely going to use again. Very convenient

Really unique spot to get a quick and tasty dinner. Super friendly staff and a great deli sandwich! Only sad to hear it’s a pop up concept so might be leaving soon.

Had the most delicious burrito from Caray - was so impressed that all the extras like guacamole were included in the price! Love the concept, super convenient to collect.

A stunningly trendy designed space, which is bright and comfortable to work in. I felt motivated to work in this environment, i especially loved the outdoor space where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun whilst still working. The lovely cafe which supplies coffee to keep you going is also an excellent contribute to the space.
