Members-Only Dinner Club Expands to Las Vegas Restaurants | Eater Vegas

"A members-only dining club that pairs chef-owned restaurants with food-focused members, offering curated five-course dinners and off-menu dishes in 12 cities. Events are biweekly and feature communal seating where the chef walks the group through each course, shares personal stories and engages in discussion, creating a social, chef-led dining experience. Memberships cost $165 annually (introductory Las Vegas rate of $115 for the first 500 sign-ups), while dinner tickets are sold at about $60 with restaurants retaining the full ticket revenue; the club’s revenue comes from memberships. Launched in New York City in 2016 by a founder motivated to recreate the familial connection around food, the organization grew to over 7,000 members, paused for roughly 18 months during the pandemic, and is now expanding to Las Vegas with dozens of events planned and the first local dinner scheduled for June 15." - Janna Karel
